00:01 Three Angels Broadcasting Network
00:02 is pleased to bring you something better,
00:06 a faith inspiring picture
00:07 of a loving God from the Book of Hebrews.
00:11 Welcome to 3ABN's Virtual Homecoming Camp Meeting.
00:16 Hello and welcome to 3ABN Fall Camp Meeting.
00:19 We have had this day marked on our 3ABN calendar
00:23 now for a number of months and we know...
00:25 A long time. A long time? That's right.
00:27 And we've been looking forward to this day
00:29 3ABN Fall Camp Meeting.
00:30 What a wonderful time it is to spend this,
00:33 oh what, three, four days with you.
00:35 We wish that you were here in person,
00:37 but praise the Lord for technologies
00:39 as we have mentioned before that we can still
00:41 broadcast camp meeting,
00:43 and you can still join us there at home.
00:45 But I know I enjoy camp meeting, and I know you do too.
00:48 And we're sorry because, normally,
00:50 the opening of the camp meeting we always have Danny
00:52 and Dr. Yvonne Shelton here with us.
00:55 Something came up at the last moment
00:57 and they could not join us here tonight.
00:59 But their hearts and prayers are with us.
01:01 They are okay.
01:02 Just you know that they are doing okay.
01:04 Yes, that's right. They are doing well.
01:05 And they'll be joining us tomorrow.
01:07 But I love camp meeting.
01:08 To me, it's a time of spiritual rebirth,
01:09 a time of spiritual renewal.
01:11 I was just, today,
01:13 thinking about how so many times in life
01:15 we take things for granted.
01:17 I take for granted that the car's gonna start
01:19 when I get in it.
01:20 I take for granted that I'm gonna wake up
01:22 tomorrow morning.
01:23 And sometimes even maybe I take you for granted sweetheart,
01:26 you know the person you love the most.
01:29 Sometimes we take for granted
01:30 the Word of God or His grace or forgiveness or sacrifice.
01:35 I was just reading Psalm 103, "Bless the Lord, oh my soul."
01:41 To me, as I come into this camp meeting,
01:43 this is what I want to do.
01:44 I want to bless the Lord, oh my soul,
01:47 forget not all His benefits,
01:49 he who forgives all your iniquities,
01:52 who heals your diseases
01:54 and redeems your life from destruction.
01:57 What an incredible God we serve.
01:59 And as we open up this camp meeting,
02:01 and we go through the next several days
02:03 of spiritual renewal, spiritual rebirth, remember
02:07 who your God is, and what He has done for you.
02:10 And we're so glad that you are our family,
02:13 and joining with us here tonight.
02:15 Amen.
02:17 You know, I was just thinking about the family aspect,
02:18 and you're absolutely right.
02:19 We're so grateful that you are part of our family,
02:21 but what a blessing that we're part
02:22 of God's family as well.
02:23 You know, we're all children of the Heavenly King.
02:26 You know, I'm thinking about this past year, what a year?
02:29 Right?
02:30 I know that Jill and I, we've had to lay it to rest
02:32 some of our dear family members, we sure you have too.
02:35 We receive letters here at 3ABN saying
02:38 our loved one has passed away maybe from COVID,
02:40 or just some other terrible disease.
02:42 We've received letters and phone calls from you
02:44 that say we've lost our job.
02:46 We don't know where we're going to go next.
02:48 We don't have a house.
02:50 We're worried about our children.
02:51 They don't know the Lord.
02:54 I love Romans Chapter 8.
02:57 And it talks about the love of God.
02:59 You know, many times it seems like
03:01 so many things can separate us.
03:02 Maybe right now you're thinking, "Man,
03:04 COVID has just separated me from 3ABN
03:06 and I can't be there in person."
03:08 You know what? Don't worry about COVID or anything else.
03:10 Nothing can separate us from the love of Jesus.
03:12 That's what really matters, that God loves you,
03:14 loves me and that we have something better to look
03:17 forward to, which is the theme of our camp meeting
03:19 is something better.
03:20 But Romans Chapter 8, the last few verses,
03:23 it's wonderful, "Who shall separate us from the love
03:25 of Christ, show tribulation or distress or persecution
03:29 or famine, or nakedness or peril or sword?"
03:32 Skipping down toward the end, verse 38,
03:34 "For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life,
03:37 nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present,
03:41 nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other
03:44 creature shall be able to separate us from," what?
03:47 "The love of Jesus Christ."
03:49 Praise God, I'm encouraged tonight.
03:51 You know, God is on the throne,
03:52 we have nothing to worry about.
03:54 We're just passing through this earth,
03:55 and while we pass through this earth,
03:57 we have responsibility, and that's to share
03:59 the love of Jesus with someone around us.
04:02 We're here on the platform this evening with
04:04 Pastor Ryan Day, Pastor John Lomacang,
04:06 Tim at the piano over there, as well,
04:08 but Brother Ryan, what's on your heart?
04:10 I know you love camp meeting as well,
04:11 and you're going to present a message
04:13 little later on as well.
04:14 Absolutely. No, I love camp meeting.
04:15 Camp meeting is a very special time.
04:17 It's a time to take inventory to do some self-examination.
04:20 Oh, I love it.
04:22 And that's certainly what we're going to be doing especially
04:23 going through the Book of Hebrews,
04:24 one of my favorite books.
04:26 It reminds us that Jesus Christ is our high priest,
04:28 that there's nothing that we have went through
04:31 or experienced that He cannot sympathize, right? Amen.
04:34 You know that He is the Living Word of God,
04:36 the author and finisher of our faith.
04:37 And indeed, I just love this camp meeting
04:40 theme because we're going to learn about something
04:42 better and Christ has something better prepared for us.
04:45 Amen. Amen.
04:46 Pastor Ryan. What about you, Pastor John?
04:47 Well, camp meeting is a time of recalibration.
04:50 That's one of my favorite words.
04:52 Because during the year
04:53 when we are all going in different directions,
04:54 camp meeting is a gathering time.
04:56 Unfortunately COVID has done its job to kind
04:59 of keep us away from each other.
05:00 But still, it gives us the privilege to gather
05:03 together under the auspices of technology.
05:06 And as you just read,
05:07 nothing can separate us from God's love.
05:10 Through technology and God's Holy Spirit,
05:12 nothing can separate us from one another.
05:14 And so I'll be talking about a topic called
05:16 the Leaning Church, which is going to show us
05:19 what are the issues that are causing the church to lean
05:21 and how we can remedy that in the last days.
05:23 Amen. Yeah, praise the Lord.
05:25 We've already prayed before we went live this evening,
05:27 but on the air, Pastor John, why don't you open with
05:29 a word of prayer for us, please?
05:31 Let's bow our heads.
05:32 Our gracious Father and God,
05:35 we are so small when we zoom out from where we are.
05:39 You know, from a plane,
05:41 we can't even see people moving.
05:43 And yet in Your infinite love and Your sovereignty
05:46 and Your godliness,
05:49 You can see us in the most crowded city,
05:53 in the most obscure places,
05:55 and You care for us as one who loves us
05:58 with an everlasting love.
06:00 This camp meeting, Father, we pray that as we talk about
06:02 something better, we can discover there's
06:04 something better in our hearts.
06:06 We know that there's always something better
06:08 coming from you to us, but, Father,
06:10 we pray that we could dedicate ourselves that something
06:13 better from us will be given to You.
06:16 So come near to us through Your Holy Spirit,
06:18 surround us by Your Holy Angels and may the sermons,
06:21 the songs, the testimonies,
06:23 may all be a constant reminder that God
06:28 is not finished His work yet.
06:30 And that through Jesus,
06:32 we can all experience something better.
06:35 We thank You for that reality. In Jesus' name, amen.
06:40 Amen. Amen.
06:41 Thank you so much, Pastor.
06:43 We were talking earlier about being family,
06:44 we're here family of 3ABN, but you're part
06:47 of our family at home.
06:48 You know let's sing a song.
06:50 I'm so glad I'm a part of the family of God.
06:52 Should we do that? Okay, all right.
06:54 We hope you sing with us at home.
06:55 Let's do it together now.
07:00 I'm so glad I'm a part
07:04 Of the family of God
07:08 I've been washed in the fountain
07:12 Cleansed by His blood!
07:16 Joint heirs with Jesus
07:19 As we travel this sod For I'm part
07:25 of the family
07:27 The family of God
07:32 I'm so glad I'm a part
07:36 Of the family of God
07:40 I've been washed in the fountain
07:44 Cleansed by His blood!
07:48 Joint heirs with Jesus
07:51 As we travel this sod For I'm part
07:57 of the family
07:59 The family
08:01 of God Amen.
08:05 Pastor John, nothing like being
08:07 a part of the family of God is it?
08:08 That's right.
08:09 Every nationality, every continent,
08:11 we're all from one Heavenly Father.
08:12 Praise God for that.
08:14 So this is a music we always like to start camp meeting with
08:16 a music hour, and I heard you three gentlemen, Pastor Ryan,
08:20 Pastor John, Tim, singing a great song practicing Jesus
08:23 shine on us, is that right?
08:25 Shine on us. Okay, yeah.
08:26 You want to sing that for us?
08:28 Yeah. Okay. All right.
08:29 Thank you so much.
08:44 Lord let Your
08:48 Light Light of Your face
08:54 shine on us
08:59 Lord let Your
09:03 Light Light of Your face
09:09 Shine on us
09:13 That we
09:17 May be saved
09:21 That we may
09:25 Have life
09:28 To find our way in the darkest
09:34 Night Let
09:39 Your light
09:41 Shine on us
09:48 Lord let
09:51 Your grace
09:54 Grace from Your hand
09:58 Fall on us
10:03 Lord let
10:07 Your grace
10:09 Grace from Your hand
10:13 Fall on us
10:17 That we
10:21 May be saved
10:25 That we may
10:29 Have life To find
10:33 Our way in the darkest
10:38 Night Let
10:43 Your grace
10:45 Fall on us
10:56 Lord let Your love
11:01 Love with no end
11:05 Come over us
11:10 Lord let
11:14 Your love Love with no
11:18 End come over us
11:24 That we
11:28 May be saved
11:31 That we may have
11:37 Life To find
11:40 Our way in the
11:43 Darkest night
11:50 Let Your
11:52 Love come
11:54 Over us
12:00 Let Your light shine
12:05 On us
12:19 Amen. Thank you so much.
12:21 Do you want the light of God to shine on you?
12:23 What a blessing. Thank you.
12:25 Thank you so much. I love that, shine on us.
12:27 And to me that's what camp meeting is all about.
12:29 We come into the presence of Jesus, we sit at His feet,
12:33 and we ask for Him to pour His Spirit, His light,
12:36 His goodness, His grace, His glory upon us.
12:40 So what a blessing.
12:41 We're going to go to some more music in just a moment.
12:44 But right now, we were so excited to share with you
12:47 what God is doing in and through your ministry,
12:50 the Ministry of 3ABN,
12:51 the Evangelistic Outreach of 3ABN,
12:54 and how the gospel is being spread to the whole world.
12:57 So we're here with Jason Bradley, General Manager
13:00 of 3ABN's Dare to Dream Network,
13:02 as well as Pastor John Dinzey,
13:04 General Manager of 3ABN Latino Network,
13:07 as well as Director of 3ABN Cuba.
13:10 And we're gonna hear about that in just a moment.
13:12 But, Jason, let's start with Africa.
13:15 Tell us how the gospel is going to Africa?
13:17 Oh, Jill, I'm super excited about this particular
13:21 project in Africa.
13:23 We're presented with a unique opportunity to spread
13:27 the gospel all the way to Nigeria and West Africa,
13:31 through FreeView Africa.
13:33 And so we have the opportunity to reach
13:36 45 million homes.
13:39 So 45 million homes are getting the Gospel of Jesus Christ,
13:44 they're getting practical tools for living.
13:46 And you know, just like we just heard that song,
13:49 the family of God,
13:51 we're seeking to grow the family of God.
13:54 You know, when people are, you know, in a family,
13:57 and the family starts to grow, people usually are pretty
14:01 happy about that, right?
14:02 And so we would be super happy to see more people
14:06 following the Lord.
14:07 And so we're excited about that opportunity
14:09 that's taking place.
14:10 You know, and you mentioned, Jason, about 45 million homes,
14:12 but that would be just one person in that home.
14:14 So then we multiply that, is that right?
14:17 Two or three people may be in that home?
14:18 I would say about four or five in Nigeria, in West Africa,
14:22 I would say about four or five people.
14:24 And what we're finding is that they have some
14:26 of the same issues that we do right here in the States.
14:31 And so they're facing some of the same problem.
14:32 So the programs are universal and that's beautiful.
14:37 I think you have a map showing us the coverage.
14:39 Do you not of what's taking place there with
14:41 FreeView Africa, we can see it covers Nigeria,
14:43 and some other countries too.
14:45 Yes, absolutely, Cameroon,
14:47 and some of the other countries there that you see
14:49 within that line.
14:53 So yeah, there's quite a bit that is being covered.
14:56 And you know, this is going to expand
14:59 and this is a direct to home satellite service.
15:02 So that means that they only have to purchase the equipment,
15:05 the viewer only has to purchase the equipment,
15:07 and there's no monthly subscription fee.
15:10 So that's a huge, huge benefit.
15:12 Amen.
15:13 So 45 million homes now have the potential,
15:17 now have access to the Dare to Dream Network
15:19 there in Western Africa.
15:21 What an incredible blessing. Yes, absolutely.
15:24 And we do have something else, Greg.
15:26 You looked like you were gonna say something.
15:27 Go for it.
15:29 Are you getting ready to talk about prison ministry?
15:30 Oh, you know, I get excited about prison ministry.
15:32 Amen. Yes, yes.
15:33 Near and dear to your heart.
15:35 Oh, absolutely.
15:36 So we've been blessed with another wonderful
15:38 opportunity to spread the gospel to fill
15:40 the correctional facilities across the US
15:44 with Christian lifestyle programming.
15:48 So what we want to do is we want to reduce
15:50 the recidivism rate.
15:52 We don't want people going back to prison.
15:53 We want them coming out Christians.
15:55 If they're there, we want them to grab a hold of the gospel,
16:00 to live it out in their life.
16:02 And they need to know how to do that.
16:03 And so these programs we have Celebrating Life and Recovery,
16:06 we have the New Journey, we have Dollars and Cents.
16:09 So we're giving them practical tools for a living
16:12 so that when they get out, they know what to do.
16:15 There's health programs as well.
16:18 And so we just want them to be equipped
16:20 and ready to be reintegrated into society.
16:23 So we're using the mySDAtv Interless box,
16:26 and thanks to Brother Moses Primo,
16:29 I call him Dr. Mo...
16:31 I know, exactly.
16:33 Yes, he's modified those as well
16:35 and made them just perfect for the prisons.
16:38 And I'm so thankful to the viewers
16:40 for their support of this.
16:41 Amen. I can see the box right there.
16:43 So that's what it looks like, the Interless box,
16:44 that will be going into the prisons?
16:46 Yes, yes.
16:48 And it's loaded with 3901 programs.
16:53 You sound like you've counted every one of them.
16:55 I've looked at that spreadsheet quite a bit.
16:57 Many times.
16:59 Yes, many times, 3901 programs.
17:01 Some of those are an hour, some of those are 30 minutes.
17:03 So it's gonna be a lot of great content.
17:07 I was gonna say, you know, God acts,
17:08 He asks us to plant a seed.
17:11 You know, and that's what 3ABN Dare to Dream,
17:12 and all the other networks here at 3ABN,
17:14 that's what we're doing and that's thanks to you
17:15 at home because you're mentioning
17:17 those that are standing behind these projects, Jason,
17:19 it's incredible.
17:20 People love evangelism, that's what 3ABN is all about.
17:22 Amen.
17:24 And you know, I think that's why God continues to grow
17:26 3ABN because if you noticed the wonderful ministry
17:28 of 3ABN highlights other ministries?
17:31 That's right.
17:32 I mean, we have so many other ministries that come on,
17:35 and we share it because we want the gospel to go forward.
17:38 And God blesses that.
17:40 Amen.
17:41 I'm so excited because the gospel is going to Africa.
17:43 I'm excited because the gospel is going into prisons,
17:46 so that people, the inmates who need Jesus Christ
17:50 will be able to find truth and hope in the Word of God
17:53 through the Interless system.
17:54 I'm also excited because the gospel has gone
17:58 and is going to Cuba.
18:00 Amen.
18:01 So, Pastor Johnny, tell us about the incredible miracle,
18:03 we know of course, we've talked
18:05 about this with our viewers before,
18:06 on June 8th,
18:09 3ABN Latino launched on the package in Cuba.
18:13 Meaning that 11 million Cubans across
18:17 the entire country of Cuba now have access to 3ABN Latino.
18:22 They buy a little hard drive.
18:24 Every week, they can go to the corner market
18:26 or the corner store in the cities,
18:28 and they can purchase their TV programming for the next week.
18:32 And that programming has 3ABN Latino
18:35 as the first ever Christian channel.
18:36 So tell us a little bit about the impact
18:39 and what's happening there?
18:42 With great joy. Amen.
18:44 It's amazing God's timing, because we have been
18:49 working on this for two or three years.
18:52 And in the time that you see difficult situations going,
18:57 COVID and problems that seem to not have an immediate end,
19:03 our programming is available on the package.
19:05 But for those that don't know what the package is,
19:08 let me give a brief, brief description.
19:12 In Cuba, you do not have cable television nor streaming
19:15 services like you have in the US
19:18 and perhaps other countries you know,
19:21 and no satellite television either
19:23 no Dish Network or DirecTV, none of that.
19:26 So in Cuba,
19:27 the people have access to five national TV channels.
19:32 But, the people, you know how people are,
19:35 they want more, so they...
19:39 People have, from the government,
19:42 has given authorization to organize
19:46 a package of television programs, soap operas, sports,
19:51 and these are downloaded by and then they offer it
19:57 to the people for sale.
19:59 And I've visited several homes,
20:02 and I say homes
20:03 because that's where the purchasing centers
20:06 are or store or shop,
20:09 let's call it.
20:11 And people have this in a garage
20:13 or in front of their porch, or something.
20:17 And people go there and they buy
20:20 the programming they want, whatever it is sports, movies,
20:24 whatever they can buy this.
20:25 And 3ABN Latino is the very first
20:30 Christian television channel to get on the package.
20:35 From time to time there was like
20:36 a church that produced something,
20:38 but it's very limited.
20:40 So when 3ABN Latino's programming
20:42 started on June 8th, it was like, "Wow,
20:46 this is marvelous."
20:48 And the...
20:49 We were hearing words like, "This is exquisite.
20:51 This is great." And God is blessing.
20:55 Even with limitations, because you know
21:00 how you had in the US.
21:02 Remember last year, they said, "New York is closed.
21:06 You can't come into New York."
21:08 There are some cities that are like that in Cuba,
21:10 you can't get there.
21:12 There are restrictions to go from one city to another.
21:16 Even with these types of restrictions,
21:18 you have the package still working.
21:23 Is still being delivered to every city
21:26 and Chaplain Hernell, as a matter of fact, he still,
21:29 he's there right now.
21:30 I came back from Cuba about two weeks ago,
21:35 and he has gone to remote
21:39 areas to verify if the programming is on,
21:44 and it's on.
21:46 Even in places where there's not even
21:48 a Seventh-day Adventist Church, it's on the package.
21:51 So, Pastor Johnny, then 3ABN Latino
21:53 has been there in Cuba on the package since June 8th.
21:57 So June, July, August, September,
21:59 I'm just doing the math here, right?
22:00 So about three and a half months or so. Yes.
22:02 Yes.
22:03 What information are you getting back from people
22:05 already viewing the 3ABN Latino?
22:08 Well, we do not have direct contact
22:10 with some of these people because of COVID
22:12 and where we are.
22:14 You know, we put our phone number on the screen.
22:19 When the people watch the programming,
22:20 they see our phone number.
22:22 And we also mentioned the email.
22:23 What are we hearing?
22:25 I told you before,
22:26 about there's a city called Cienfuegos in Cuba.
22:30 So I'm giving you the Cienfuegos that means
22:32 100 fires, that's the name of the city, by the way.
22:34 I don't know yet why it's called Cienfuegos or 100 fires.
22:38 But Jorge Hidalgo...
22:42 Chaplain Hernell said, "Hey, he's got a testimony to share."
22:45 So I got in contact with him.
22:48 He was elated.
22:49 He was so happy, because he saw the programming,
22:53 and he thought it was so good, and that he decided to share
22:57 with some other church members.
22:59 And when he showed that programming to them,
23:02 they said, "This is fantastic.
23:04 It's like a dream come true."
23:06 And so they were so happy.
23:08 They say, "Hey, there are some people in the second floor
23:13 that just recently moved in."
23:14 Yeah, people from another religious group,
23:17 and they started, they showed them the programming,
23:20 they thought it was fantastic.
23:22 They thought it was fantastic.
23:23 And they decided, hey, this is, after two days,
23:26 they said, "We want Bible studies."
23:28 Amen. Praise the Lord.
23:30 So many exciting things going on.
23:31 Thank you, Pastor... There's a part two to that.
23:33 Is there a part two? We'll share that tomorrow, next day.
23:36 God is doing marvelous things, you know.
23:38 And all we ask, all He asks of us
23:41 is to be a willing vessel that He can pour through to others.
23:44 And thank you for being a vessel as well
23:45 as you're supporting also 3ABN Cuba.
23:47 We're talking about Dare to Dream
23:49 and all this happening there, all the other networks here,
23:51 but there's something else that's exciting going on.
23:53 And that's the Focus on Truth Project.
23:55 That's right, over 3 million of these books
23:57 have been printed, are in process
23:59 of being mailed out to zip codes throughout
24:02 the United States or people you can do a zip code mailing.
24:06 You want to pull that out, Jason, can you pull that out?
24:08 So there's the three booklets,
24:09 there's a Focus on the Ten Commandments,
24:11 Focus on Hellfire and Focus on Salvation.
24:16 And these three booklets can be mailed to the zip code
24:18 of your choice and people are doing this.
24:21 As well as, you know, we just had a story.
24:22 This is incredible.
24:24 We shared this on the air a little while ago
24:25 that a Baptist minister received one
24:28 of these booklets in his mail.
24:30 And then he said, "I love this material.
24:33 It is wonderful.
24:34 Look at the truth in the Word of God I'm discovering here."
24:37 And he ordered cases, a case of each one
24:41 of the booklets to pass out to his congregation.
24:44 So this is another way that 3ABN is evangelistically
24:48 sharing the gospel through truth filled literature.
24:52 And I don't know if you want to talk about 3ABN+,
24:54 that's another avenue.
24:56 Yeah, I do, you know.
24:57 What's incredible to me is that you can send all of these,
24:58 like you're mentioning,
25:00 in this envelope in the US for less than the cost
25:01 of the US postage stamp.
25:02 And you know that postage just went up,
25:04 I think it's up to like 58 cents a stamp.
25:06 Or you can send all three booklets in one
25:09 of these envelopes to a zip code
25:10 of your choice for how much?
25:12 Fifty four cents, so less than the cost of a postage stamp.
25:15 It's incredible.
25:16 What an incredible way to evangelize
25:18 and so many people, so many of you at home
25:20 have already jumped on board on this evangelistic project.
25:23 And only the Lord knows in eternity,
25:25 the true impact of this project along with the COVID-19,
25:28 what's next that happened last year?
25:29 But talking about 3ABN+, Brother Jason,
25:32 some of this technology is almost going faster
25:34 tonight than keep up with, but 3ABN+ is our brand new app.
25:37 And I don't know if some of you have downloaded it
25:40 on your computer.
25:41 It's on Roku. It's on Amazon Fire.
25:44 It's on Apple TV.
25:45 We're getting ready to launch it on the smartphone.
25:48 Well, what is 3ABN+?
25:50 Well, it's 3ABN+ something else, right?
25:52 So you can watch the live streams.
25:55 But not only that, you have VOD.
25:57 Well, what in the world is VOD?
25:59 That is video on demand.
26:02 So in other words, you can watch Sabbath School panel
26:04 after it's already aired on 3ABN, you can go back
26:06 and watch previous episodes, including camp meeting, right?
26:09 That's right.
26:11 When you see camp meeting live, you can go back and watch camp
26:12 meeting again, and that's what's on this app,
26:15 3ABN+ brand new,
26:17 God we know is using this and will continue to use
26:19 this project as well to reach many souls.
26:21 I love it because you can stop the programming.
26:23 How many times have you heard someone present a message
26:26 and you think, "But I need to take notes,
26:28 but I need to, I didn't get that scripture reference.
26:30 How do I rewind it?"
26:32 I think that shows I'm dating myself,
26:34 rewind it like the tapes.
26:36 Oh, dear. But you can hit the pause.
26:38 That's the incredible thing about video on demand.
26:40 It's video when you want, when you have time.
26:43 I love that.
26:44 So in other words, when you give your
26:46 three to seven points on Sabbath School panel,
26:48 they can pause it, they can rewind it,
26:50 they can take notes or Salvation in Symbols and Signs,
26:53 either way...
26:54 That's good explanation. Take those notes.
26:57 Amen. You're absolutely right.
26:58 You know, we just want to ask for your prayers.
27:00 You know, for all these projects, there are many
27:02 who are watching.
27:04 God opens so many doors and we just continue to step
27:06 through them like 3ABN Cuba, but your prayers
27:08 that we solicit are your prayers and,
27:11 of course, your financial gifts
27:12 are a tremendous blessing for the Ministry of 3ABN
27:14 and all these projects.
27:15 But we know, Jill mentioned this pastor that received
27:18 his envelope in the mail.
27:20 Somebody, one of you donated money,
27:22 sponsored a zip code and went to this pastor.
27:24 I don't know who you are, God knows who you are.
27:27 In eternity as we mentioned, you will realize
27:30 the full impact of your evangelistic giving,
27:32 your sacrificial giving for these projects.
27:35 I want to just touch on this too.
27:36 We're talking about Dare to Dream
27:39 and there's a brand new program,
27:40 this is the end of September right now camp meeting.
27:43 At the beginning of October, Unshackled Purpose
27:46 is getting ready to air.
27:47 Brad Walker edited, put it together along
27:49 with the rest of the team, Lemuel Vega,
27:51 with Christmas Behind Bars.
27:53 But this is a prison ministry program.
27:54 I want to just touch on that briefly, Jason. Yes.
27:56 A very exciting program that shows that people
28:02 have purpose.
28:03 You know, there is a purpose for your life.
28:05 Whether you've made a mistake, or you ended up incarcerated,
28:08 there is a purpose for your life.
28:10 And Lemuel demonstrates that by sharing these practical
28:14 illustrations using everyday items, and it's a powerful
28:17 program that you don't want to miss.
28:19 Amen. Amen.
28:20 I'm looking forward to that program that launches on 3ABN
28:23 October 2nd.
28:24 And is it the same day on Dare to Dream?
28:26 No, we're gonna let 3ABN, since it's a 3ABN production,
28:29 we'll let you do it first, and then we'll come behind you.
28:31 Okay.
28:33 So you can watch it on both networks
28:34 and check it out on 3ABN+.
28:36 But this is after all a music hour.
28:38 So we want to invite Tim and Ryan to come back out,
28:40 and they're going to bless us with a couple of songs.
28:52 This is a special song.
28:53 It actually talks about not worrying.
28:56 Giving it to Jesus because we live in a day
28:58 and age where people are experiencing anxieties
29:00 and fears of depression and,
29:03 you know, compulsive disorders
29:05 and all kinds of things that are real,
29:06 they're real people experience these real things.
29:09 But the good news is that Jesus has
29:11 the whole world in His hands.
29:13 Even though we go through these trials,
29:14 we just turn it over to Him and He'll be with us.
29:17 It says...
29:19 I'm not gonna worry
29:21 I'm not gonna fret
29:24 I'm not gonna speculate or contemplate
29:27 What hasn't happen yet I'm not gonna worry
29:32 'Cause He's got the whole thing in His hands
29:38 That's right.
29:40 I won't let it haunt me
29:42 I won't let it win
29:45 I'm not gonna ruminate
29:47 or meditate On how it might've been
29:50 I'm gonna release it
29:52 'Cause He's got the whole thing
29:54 in His hands Yes.
30:00 Maybe lately I started to resign
30:05 So here it goes God only knows
30:08 It might just ease my mind
30:12 I'm not gonna worry
30:15 I'm not gonna fret
30:17 I'm just gonna wait and see And in between give thanks
30:21 Of what I get I live in the moment
30:25 'Cause He's got the whole thing
30:27 in His hands
30:33 You've got to ac-cent-tchu-ate
30:37 the positive E-lim-i-nate
30:42 the negative Latch
30:45 on to the affirmative
30:48 Don't mess with Mister In-Between
30:52 You've got to spread joy
30:56 up to the maximum Bring gloom down
31:01 to the minimum Have faith
31:05 or pandemonium Liable to walk upon the scene
31:11 To illustrate my last remark
31:15 Jonah in the whale Noah in the ark
31:20 What did they do Just when everything
31:24 looked so dark Man,
31:29 they said we better Ac-cent-tchu-ate
31:34 the positive E-lim-i-nate
31:38 the negative
31:40 Latch on to the affirmative
31:45 But don't mess with Mister In-Between
31:53 You've got to ac-cent-tchu-ate the positive E-lim-i-nate
31:59 the negative Latch right on to the affirmative
32:02 But don't mess with Mister In-Between
32:04 You've got to spread joy up to the maximum
32:07 Bring gloom right down to the minimum
32:09 Have faith or pandemonium Liable to walk upon
32:13 the scene To illustrate my last remark
32:16 Jonah in the whale Noah in the ark
32:19 What did they do Just when everything looked
32:22 so dark Man, they said we better
32:25 Ac-cent-tchu-ate the positive E-lim-i-nate
32:29 the negative Latch right on to the affirmative
32:32 But don't mess with Mister In-Between No,
32:35 don't mess with Mister In-Between No,
32:38 don't mess with Mister
32:42 In-Between
32:51 Oh, I like that. I like that. Praise the Lord.
32:53 Don't mess with Mr. In-Between.
32:56 You know this next song, a beautiful song.
32:58 I love this one.
32:59 It's one that you don't hear often,
33:01 but it's a beautiful prayer of giving thanks to God
33:04 and we certainly need to learn to do that more,
33:06 but that's basically what this song is.
33:08 It's a prayer to God saying, "Lord thank You for this day
33:11 and all the things that You provide
33:13 and all the things you do for us."
33:17 For morning light
33:23 The sunrise hue
33:28 For earth and sky
33:32 For greens and blues
33:37 For every mercy
33:41 Made brand new Lord,
33:45 we thank You
33:48 For this day
33:55 For sights and sounds
34:00 And warming fires
34:04 For keeping us
34:08 From wrong desires
34:12 For giving all than
34:16 We require Lord,
34:21 We thank You
34:24 for this day
34:29 For I wait for the Lord
34:33 To wash our sins
34:37 For all that we all did
34:45 For all your Holy day
34:51 Supper ends For love
34:57 That drives out fear
35:08 For joys and trials
35:12 Work and rest
35:16 For calling us
35:19 To be our best
35:24 For this is where we fail
35:29 The test Lord,
35:32 We thank You
35:34 For this day
35:39 For I wait for the Lord
35:43 To wash our sins
35:48 For all that we all did
35:55 For all your holy day
36:01 Supper ends
36:04 For love
36:06 that drives out fear
36:24 For thine the kingdom
36:29 And thine the faith
36:35 Thine the glory
36:40 And the Am
36:45 For this we ask
36:48 Lord in Your name
36:56 Lord, we thank You
37:00 For this day
37:06 Yes, we thank You
37:11 For this day
37:24 Thank you, Jesus. Amen.
37:27 My friends at this time, Pastor John Lomacang
37:29 is going to bring us some special music.
37:31 Okay, thank you Ryan.
37:32 Thank you, Tim, what a beautiful song.
37:34 Thank you for this day.
37:36 You know when I was listening to the lyrics,
37:37 I'd never heard that song before.
37:39 But the message is so powerful because there's a day
37:41 coming that we are all looking
37:44 forward to with great anticipation.
37:47 A few years ago when 3ABN decided to put
37:49 together a hymns project, I was out of town
37:52 and when I came back, they said, "John,
37:54 pick a song that's left."
37:56 And I said, "Well, how many are left?"
37:57 They said, "One."
37:59 And I thought, "Well pick a song."
38:01 That's the only one left they said.
38:03 You'll learn it. I didn't know it.
38:05 But I since found out that this song was
38:08 instrumental at the turn of the century,
38:11 helping the early Advent believers to revive their
38:14 hope in the coming of the Lord.
38:16 It's in our hymnal. I didn't even know that.
38:18 And so as I sing this song,
38:19 if somehow your hope has been waning
38:23 and so many things of the world
38:25 have been chiseling away,
38:27 let me remind you as Ryan foresaw,
38:30 and Ryan lay the foundation, there is a greater day
38:33 coming that we can look beyond our trials and say,
38:37 "Don't you see my Jesus coming?"
38:58 Don't you see my Jesus coming?
39:04 Don't you see,
39:06 In yonder cloud?
39:11 With ten thousand angels round Him
39:16 See how they my
39:19 Jesus crowd?
39:23 I am bound for the kingdom,
39:29 Will you go to glory
39:32 With me?
39:35 Hallelujah, oh praise thee
39:39 The Lord
39:45 Don't you see the saints ascending?
39:50 Hear them shouting through
39:53 The air?
39:56 Jesus smiling, trumpets sounding
40:01 Now His glory they will share
40:07 For I am bound for the kingdom
40:12 Will you go to glory with me?
40:18 Hallelujah, oh praise thee
40:22 the Lord Hallelujah,
40:27 Hallelujah Hallelujah,
40:32 Hallelujah Hallelujah
40:38 Don't you see the heavens open?
40:44 And the saints in glory
40:48 There Shouts of triumph
40:53 Bursting round you Glory,
40:58 Glory, every
41:02 When I am
41:07 Bound for the kingdom
41:11 Will you go to glory with me?
41:17 Hallelujah, oh praise thee
41:21 The Lord Hallelujah,
41:26 oh praise thee
41:29 The Lord
41:43 Amen. Amen.
41:45 One day we will be able to say,
41:46 "Praise ye the Lord
41:48 as we allow our trials to dissipate on the heels
41:53 of the greatest joy we look forward to."
41:55 You know, this world has really challenged
41:57 so many of us.
41:59 As we said earlier at the beginning
42:00 of the program, we would love to have had
42:02 you here but there's a wall that is an invisible wall
42:05 between us, and there are those
42:08 who were looking forward to camp
42:09 meeting to be able to fellowshipping,
42:12 but they're at home.
42:13 Some have lost loved ones,
42:15 some are sick and in the hospitals,
42:17 and our nation and the world has been
42:20 wracked by just this unpredictable
42:22 atmosphere that has challenged our faith.
42:27 Well the songwriter of this song
42:31 I believe they envisioned beyond the trials,
42:34 beyond the difficulties.
42:36 And in a world like today,
42:38 the moment that is sad can be replaced
42:42 with a moment of encouragement
42:44 when we bow our heads and talk to our God in prayer.
42:49 And as the songwriter says, "Sometimes a prayer will do."
43:11 Sometimes we stumble
43:17 Sometimes we
43:20 even fall
43:24 And we can't find
43:27 a friend
43:31 Can't comprehend it all
43:39 And we are lost
43:45 With nothing to hold
43:48 On to
43:53 When we can't find
43:56 The answer
44:00 Sometimes a prayer will do
44:08 And though we wonder
44:14 Uncertain if we will
44:18 get through
44:23 To face the future
44:29 Sometimes a prayer will do
44:45 Sometimes we reach
44:50 For what's not
44:52 Really there
44:57 Sometimes we lose our grip
45:03 And come tumbling though
45:07 mid-air
45:13 And we are searching
45:19 For something to hold
45:22 On to
45:27 When we can't find
45:30 The answer
45:34 Sometimes a prayer will do
45:42 And though we wonder
45:48 Uncertain if we will
45:53 Get through
45:57 To face
45:58 The future
46:03 Sometimes a prayer
46:05 Will do
46:18 Then, we are stronger
46:24 Somehow we know we
46:28 Will get through
46:33 To face the future
46:39 For sometimes a prayer
46:42 Will do Yes,
46:47 yes, we are
46:49 Stronger And
46:54 Somehow we know we will
46:58 Get through
47:03 We will get through
47:07 To face the future
47:13 Sometimes a prayer will do
47:20 Sometimes a prayer will do
47:37 Amen.
47:38 I would like to welcome Tim Parton right now.
47:40 I've always been blessed by Tim's ministry,
47:43 a young man who knows music and also knows the Lord.
47:45 Tim, bless us.
47:47 Amen.
47:48 John, thank you for that great song.
47:50 And thank you for that sharp suit.
47:53 That's a beautiful color on you.
47:55 It's a beautiful color on me too, isn't it?
47:57 We're wearing matching suits.
48:00 Don't adjust your color at home, folks.
48:02 That's the real thing.
48:05 We didn't even plan it.
48:07 But it's a glorious thing to be a part
48:09 of this 3ABN camp meeting.
48:11 And I love that song that John just sang.
48:14 And it talked about the assurance
48:16 of knowing that Jesus is listening.
48:19 God is in charge, He is in control.
48:21 And when we can do nothing else we can pray,
48:26 and sometimes that's exactly what we need to do first.
48:29 But I want to play a couple of songs from the 1800s,
48:35 some great hymns.
48:37 And this first song is a one of,
48:39 a favorite of mine from the pen of Fanny Crosby.
48:43 She spoke of that blessed assurance.
48:46 And I hope that that is part of your story tonight.
49:50 Praising my Lord
49:55 All the day long
50:00 This is my story
51:22 This is my story
52:01 Amen.
52:03 This is my story.
52:05 This is my song praising the Savior all the day long.
52:09 Hallelujah.
52:10 And one more song I want to play before I leave,
52:12 my hope is built on nothing less.
52:15 Another song of assurance.
52:17 Jesus is there.
55:11 Wow, wow.
55:13 When I was listening to you play Tim back there,
55:15 I was thinking, "Are there three
55:17 people on the piano, or just one?"
55:18 Praise the Lord.
55:20 You know that song is so significant
55:22 for the times in which we live,
55:23 on Christ the solid rock I stand.
55:27 This is a story that the world needs to know.
55:30 In this world where so many things are unpredictable,
55:34 where so many things are unstable,
55:38 that songwriter says, "On Christ,
55:40 the solid rock I stand."
55:42 And Jesus made a beautiful comparison in the Book
55:45 of Matthew, in the gospels,
55:47 He talked about the trying times that will try us.
55:50 And He likened a wise man to one
55:53 who built his house on the rock.
55:55 He said and the winds and the rains came
55:58 and beat vehemently against that house,
56:01 but it stood because it was built on a rock.
56:05 And then He compared those who are not wise.
56:08 And I believe in this world today,
56:09 there are many who have not learned
56:11 what it means to build their house on the rock.
56:15 And some are building it on the promises of frail men.
56:19 Some are building it on the issues
56:21 that challenge our freedoms and our liberties.
56:24 Some are building it on their financial empire.
56:27 But then sickness and illness comes,
56:30 and they realize that no money in the world can buy peace,
56:35 and joy, and that peace that passes all understanding.
56:40 So as we're getting camp meeting rolling,
56:43 we have some wonderful messages.
56:44 Pastor James Rafferty is going to come
56:47 and bring us first message for camp meeting
56:49 about relationships, the love languages.
56:52 And that is something that we all
56:54 need to know in relationships as husbands and wives,
56:57 in relationships as church members and family members,
57:00 how often do we gather around our family members
57:02 and we feel that we can express our lack
57:04 of love because they are just family.
57:07 Well, friends, I want you to pay
57:08 particular attention to not go away because we're just
57:11 going to come right back in a few moments
57:12 with a wonderful message by Pastor James Rafferty
57:15 entitled Love Languages.
57:17 But keep this thought in mind, in times like these,
57:20 in uncertain times, in times of frailty,
57:24 in times where men cannot make a difference,
57:27 build your house on Christ, the solid rock.
57:29 We'll be right back.
