00:21 - Hello and welcome to Jesus for Asia Now.
00:24 I'm Natalie Wood and my husband, John is with me today.
00:27 Hello love.
00:28 - Hi darling, how are you today?
00:29 - I'm doing good. - That's awesome.
00:30 - And I'm also looking forward to this report
00:33 because we've got a number of different stories
00:36 from several different evening schools,
00:38 and we've got some video and some pictures.
00:41 But it's just awesome to meet the evening schools.
00:44 I love seeing the children's beautiful faces.
00:47 - Nothing makes me happier than seeing kids eating,
00:49 laughing, learning about Christ, having full tummies.
00:53 And today I mean,
00:55 when we first started the evening school program,
00:57 we didn't start it, obviously God kind of dragged us into it
01:02 way back in 2006.
01:04 And we thought,
01:05 "Well, this is good long-term evangelism strategy."
01:08 - Right, because the reason the evening schools exist
01:11 is not primarily, I mean, it is evangelism,
01:16 but that's not the short-term goal.
01:18 The short-term goal is to feed the children,
01:21 and for them to learn what they need to learn
01:24 to be effective and helpful people in their society.
01:28 - Right. - Yeah.
01:29 I've thought about why is that so fun?
01:35 And the only thing I can think of is,
01:37 the heavenly father is a father,
01:40 a father loves to feed his kids,
01:42 and he gets joy out of seeing them be happy
01:47 with his provision, and we get to be a little part of that.
01:51 - And I know we've shared it before
01:53 but the statistics about children even being able to learn,
01:56 when they're malnourished it's just shocking.
02:01 How few are actually able to learn
02:04 when they don't have the nutrition they need.
02:07 And that's one of the main things
02:08 that we've said with these evening schools,
02:10 whatever else they have to be able to feed the child.
02:13 - Yes feed the children and then give them an opportunity
02:16 to choose a better life.
02:19 And with that requires a change of understanding
02:24 of how the universe works.
02:26 Who's in charge, who's the strongest one,
02:29 what his attitudes towards us are,
02:31 what our future is, all these things.
02:33 - Right, right.
02:35 Well, our first story is the children have learned
02:39 about the power of God. - Oh, big time.
02:42 - And before we spoil it, let's go ahead and play the video.
02:45 - [John] Okay.
02:46 (laughs lightly)
02:47 (gentle music)
02:51 (children speaking in foreign language)
02:56 - So this is an amazing story of an amazing church.
02:59 Way back in 2007, we first stumbled across this church.
03:04 One of our friends had come way out into a place
03:07 I'd not been before, ended up here.
03:09 There's this little tiny church,
03:10 is kind of totally isolated.
03:12 There was a canal between the road and the church
03:14 and the church members had a hard time
03:15 getting to the church.
03:16 So their main request was,
03:18 "Please, can you put a little bridge in here,
03:20 "so we could get to church on Sabbath mornings?"
03:23 Well, from that, I went back in 2013,
03:26 my family came and we did an evangelistic series here.
03:29 We had some baptisms, and then in 2015,
03:33 we identified this place,
03:34 this entire village had no real access to water.
03:38 They'd have to hike like five or six kilometers
03:41 to get water for their families' needs.
03:44 And the Lord provided, and donors provided
03:48 and we drilled a well
03:50 but we wanted to make it available for the villagers.
03:53 And so now there's a well with a tank,
03:55 and a bathroom, and a kitchen.
03:58 And people can come here instead of walking five kilometers,
04:01 they can just come here and get water for their family.
04:03 And so now they're asking for an expansion on the kitchen.
04:09 The kitchen that we have there,
04:10 they want to turn that into a pastor's apartment,
04:14 because they have to travel a long ways to get here.
04:17 So that's a nice room.
04:19 This little extension here that you see on the front here,
04:22 it's just in bricks.
04:24 They'd like to close that in as a kitchen.
04:27 (gentle music)
04:29 We've had this evening school going here
04:31 for more than 10 years.
04:33 So every night kids come, they learn stuff, they eat,
04:39 they are no longer facing malnutrition
04:41 and all the spectrum that that is.
04:43 They're able to grow up strong
04:45 and they knew who's providing all this.
04:47 And they're turning to him,
04:48 and God is answering their prayers.
04:50 (gentle music)
04:57 - For past four years, she's attending this evening school.
05:03 Also for years,
05:04 she has been attending this evening school.
05:11 She's going to a government school,
05:13 her class teacher in that school,
05:16 her name is Maragadavali, she was not feeling well.
05:22 She was vomiting blood.
05:26 They took her to the hospital.
05:30 She came here, she told the children here to pray
05:34 for their teacher, Maragadavali.
05:37 So they started praying for her
05:40 and God answered the prayer.
05:44 Within a week of time, God answered their prayer.
05:48 And now she no more vomits blood, she's very healthy.
05:54 She's our cook,
05:55 she's saying that the teacher to know
05:57 that they all prayed in this evening school
06:00 for the teacher.
06:02 After she became all right, healthy,
06:04 she came to the school and thanked each of the children
06:07 who were here.
06:09 Thank you so much for praying for me
06:11 in this evening school, in this church.
06:13 She was so thankful and she said, "Continue to pray for me."
06:17 So the children are still praying for her.
06:23 She told these children, all the children,
06:26 so not only for me, there are so many sick people.
06:29 Please keep praying for them all
06:31 so that God will answer your prayer.
06:34 They will be healed completely.
06:41 The cook says that every day the children are praying
06:44 for the village now.
06:46 For the young ladies in the village,
06:48 who doesn't have children.
06:50 They are praying for them.
06:51 Now wherever there is a prayer request,
06:55 the whole village is coming and giving the prayer requests
06:58 to these children in this evening school.
07:00 They are asking, "Please pray for us."
07:03 And now they are praying together
07:05 for those ladies who doesn't have babies.
07:09 So they are praying that God will bless them with babies.
07:12 (gentle music)
07:15 - What we just witnessed tonight
07:16 just gives me so much joy, so much happiness.
07:20 I see these kids,
07:21 they are not only getting the meals every evening,
07:24 not only getting the reading, writing, and arithmetic,
07:27 but they're learning about Jesus.
07:29 They've been gathering around and praying
07:31 for village people.
07:33 One lady that they prayed for tonight
07:35 has not had a child in three years of marriage.
07:39 And so they gathered around and prayed for this woman.
07:43 And I know God's gonna hear their voice.
07:45 Another lady came in,
07:47 she just was diagnosed with kidney failure.
07:50 And so they prayed for her.
07:52 (gentle music)
08:11 This church is turning out some amazing prayer warriors
08:18 right here in the center of heathen India, and it's awesome.
08:23 The evening schools they are not short-term evangelism,
08:25 they are long-term evangelism.
08:27 And now we are starting to see the fruit of this school.
08:31 There was one school
08:32 that was established before this school,
08:34 and our director has gone to a recent wedding,
08:39 and they were all gathering around.
08:40 They're grown up, they're leaders in their community,
08:43 and they were all remarking among each other,
08:46 how it would seem like the people
08:47 that went to these evening schools
08:49 are now established in life and doing well,
08:52 where most of their other friends
08:53 that didn't bother to come to these schools,
08:56 they're kind of drunkards
08:57 and haven't really done anything in life.
08:59 And they were just thanking God, how these evening schools
09:04 have been such a blessing.
09:05 And so it just gives us courage to go forward,
09:07 and let's open more and bless more kids.
09:11 There are plenty of kids in India,
09:13 that God can enter into their lives.
09:16 Thank you, praise God.
09:18 (gentle music)
09:28 - Now those are such beautiful kids.
09:29 - I know, I love that.
09:31 - Yeah, okay, we have two updates
09:33 from the prayers that we saw there in the video.
09:36 The first lady was unable to have a child.
09:38 - Correct. Which is a big deal in India.
09:40 It's kind of like in the Old Testament times
09:41 if you don't have a baby,
09:43 you're kind of ridiculed and sound worthless,
09:45 your husband can leave you.
09:46 I mean, it's kinda big deal.
09:49 - So what happened?
09:50 - Well, she got pregnant. - Awesome.
09:52 God answered prayer.
09:54 - Of course. - Amen.
09:56 Those kids are awesome. - Yeah.
09:58 - Okay, so then the lady with kidney failure,
10:00 the second lady that was prayed for,
10:02 is there an update on her too?
10:03 - Yeah, the next day she was completely well,
10:05 she went to the doctor and the doctor says,
10:07 "I don't know what you did, but you're fine."
10:09 - Wow, the next day! - Yup.
10:11 - God is good. - God is always good.
10:13 - [Natalie] God is merciful. - Yes.
10:14 - Wow. - Yeah.
10:16 And can you imagine we have 20 of these schools now?
10:18 - That's amazing.
10:19 - We could have 2,000, but--
10:22 - [Natalie] There's that much need.
10:23 - There's a lot of kids in India.
10:26 And there's a lot of challenges especially these days,
10:29 for finding enough food to feed your kids,
10:33 for the kids to eat.
10:34 - Right.
10:35 - So we need to keep praying
10:36 and keep moving forward in faith,
10:38 and finding the local people that like what we have.
10:41 I mean, the evening school is operational
10:43 because we have a couple that is so dedicated.
10:47 And every day, every week, they go and they buy the food,
10:50 and they take it to the schools,
10:52 they make sure everything's running well.
10:54 They make sure that the teachers are doing well,
10:56 they do Bible studies, they teach the songs to the kids
11:01 and have them recite their memory verses.
11:04 I mean they just really pour their hearts and lives into it.
11:07 In fact, he was thinking one time that he was going to quit
11:11 and go find a better job.
11:12 And she told him, "If you do that, I'll divorce you."
11:15 And he's like, "Whoa okay."
11:19 And then later, after a few years she thought,
11:22 "Well, maybe I'll go get a teaching job
11:23 "and make more money."
11:25 And he said, "If you quit, I'll divorce you."
11:28 And she's like, "Whoa, okay."
11:30 So they're very dedicated.
11:32 (laughs lightly)
11:34 What's amazing is that that couple came into the faith
11:36 through the evangelistic series that we did in 2007.
11:40 And so it's just growing and growing
11:42 and that's beautiful.
11:44 - Yeah, and God is enabling them to do amazing work.
11:49 And he's given them quite a number of testimonies.
11:52 So of which we've shared here.
11:54 - Yes, absolutely.
11:56 - Okay, so the next evening school we want to go to,
12:00 this is a really indeed answer to prayer as well.
12:03 It was our prayers, but it's an answer to prayer.
12:05 - And we've presented this on this show in the past,
12:08 making requests to help them build a kitchen.
12:11 - That's right.
12:12 - And to actually have an evening school there,
12:14 'cause it was a church.
12:15 And we've kind of gravitated toward putting evening schools
12:18 in churches because of two reasons.
12:20 Number one, it's cheaper, more stable.
12:25 And number two, it brings interest and awareness
12:28 to that our churches are there for people.
12:31 They're not there just to build up an organization,
12:34 they're there to serve.
12:36 - Right, and so when kids are not just there for the member
12:39 or whatever, they're there for anybody who has need.
12:41 - For the community, absolutely.
12:43 And that's why we like to drill wells there,
12:45 on at the church properties also.
12:47 That's another way that we can serve the community
12:49 and show that our God is a God that cares about everybody.
12:52 - About every need. - Yes.
12:54 - Well, we have a little video.
12:55 So let's go ahead and play that now.
12:57 - All right.
12:58 (gentle music)
13:03 We are here at Kadathur,
13:04 on a very, very happy special occasion.
13:08 We have been praying for this church for how many years?
13:12 Probably two or three years to actually have a kitchen.
13:15 This is the church where we came a long time ago,
13:18 and we mentioned we should have an evening school here.
13:21 (gentle music)
13:24 We were gonna build a kitchen
13:26 before we opened the evening school,
13:27 but somehow the word got around in the village,
13:30 all the kids thought
13:31 that we're gonna have an evening school.
13:32 So the night after we left,
13:35 the Bible worker heard a knock on their door,
13:37 open the door, there's 45 kids saying,
13:40 "Where's the evening school."
13:42 So they went ahead and started it,
13:44 and they've been going for over two years.
13:46 (gentle music)
13:55 They had to cook in the Bible worker's house
13:57 which is about a kilometer away.
13:59 So they would cook it there.
14:01 carry it very carefully over here and feed the kids.
14:03 So now they have a kitchen
14:05 and they don't have to haul the food a kilometer away.
14:07 And what I'm really happy about,
14:09 is not only is there a kitchen
14:11 but this is the first ever chimney,
14:14 you can see there's a chimney up there.
14:15 Normally, they just cook and the kitchen fills with smoke
14:19 but this time, and I've been begging them for a long time,
14:21 "Please put a chimney in," there is a chimney.
14:24 So they're not cooking tonight,
14:26 because they just now opened it.
14:28 We just now got it finished
14:30 and this is the first night inauguration.
14:33 (singing in foreign language)
14:41 (gentle music)
14:48 - They all are very happy!
14:50 (clapping)
14:57 We are very happy,
14:58 the children are very happy as you can see.
15:00 And we're just praising the Lord,
15:02 that this evening school is getting established
15:04 and that kids are getting fed.
15:06 They're able to have the tools to fight
15:09 against malnutrition, grow up healthy, grow up strong,
15:12 and learn an education that will give them options
15:15 and opportunities in life, and the most important thing
15:18 is that learning about Jesus who gives them value,
15:21 who gives them joy and who gives them a future.
15:24 So thank you so much as we're here at Kadathur,
15:27 after many years of prayer, you've got a kitchen.
15:31 (gentle music)
15:37 - I love the kids. - Oh yeah.
15:40 - Well that was an extra special visit
15:42 because you got to be there for--
15:44 - The grand opening of the new kitchen.
15:46 - Right, and that's such a blessing.
15:49 Now, we do have some still pictures,
15:50 we wanna just go through those really quickly,
15:52 so that people can see.
15:54 - Before we go too far though,
15:56 the grand opening of the new kitchen is a big deal because,
16:00 quite awhile ago we made a request,
16:03 showed one of our Bible workers, their roof was falling in.
16:07 And so people just generously gave, we repaired the roof,
16:11 and it was his wife that is the teacher at that school.
16:16 And it was him, that's hauling the food,
16:18 little tiny house and hauling it over to the church,
16:20 and feeding the kids there.
16:22 So that church, they built it a lot bigger
16:25 than what I was expecting,
16:27 but they're also putting in a couple of bathrooms as well.
16:30 - On the other side.
16:31 - Yes, around the corner and stuff.
16:33 So there were so happy and that Bible worker's wife
16:38 is such a good teacher.
16:40 She just loves the kids, the kids know her,
16:42 she's a Bible worker, does Bible work during the day
16:44 and teaches the kids in the evening,
16:46 and tremendous testimonies that are happening
16:49 at that school.
16:51 - Wow, all right. Well, let's see the pictures now.
16:54 - Okay, so this is obviously the church
16:56 with the new kitchen.
16:59 It's pretty easy to tell where the new part is.
17:03 (laughs lightly)
17:04 These are the kids when he first got there that evening.
17:06 We got in around five o'clock before sundown
17:10 and kids started to gather.
17:11 And of course the group just grew and grew and grew.
17:16 And each one is unique, with its own personality,
17:20 its own destiny, its own identity in Christ.
17:23 And these are just little kids now,
17:25 but can you imagine seeing some of them in heaven,
17:29 and seeing what God has done with their bodies,
17:32 with their lives, with their hopes,
17:35 with their dreams, their imagination that they must.
17:38 I mean, what's it gonna be like when we get to heaven
17:40 and I mean, especially somebody that's grown up in a hut,
17:45 and and they get a mansion.
17:47 - With 3rd floors and yeah.
17:49 I don't know, I think we're all gonna be in shock,
17:52 because it's gonna be so very, very different.
17:55 - Right, and this is the time that we have to grow
17:58 the population of heaven.
17:59 It's like, this is the time.
18:02 - And time is very short. - It is.
18:04 - Okay, these videos were shot shortly before
18:08 all the lockdown started with coronavirus.
18:11 - That's correct.
18:12 - And so what happened with our evening schools
18:14 with coronavirus? Did they have to shut down as well?
18:16 What happened?
18:18 - Okay, so they continued a little bit longer
18:20 but we had to stop the teaching part,
18:23 'cause they would do two hours of teaching
18:25 and then a half hour for the meal.
18:27 And the government had them
18:30 reduce the teaching down to very minimal.
18:32 They're still able to sing and pray and stuff like that,
18:35 but the government wanted us to continue providing the meals
18:41 because that helps the whole family.
18:43 If their child gets a meal,
18:46 then that is less burden
18:47 on the rest of the family to provide.
18:50 And sometimes we're in a very serious situation,
18:54 when the family is on the edge of starvation,
18:56 we will feed the entire family.
18:58 And so this has been a huge blessing to many people,
19:03 during this time when food is very scarce.
19:06 - And a lot of people lost their jobs.
19:08 They lost their ability to even do the the job
19:12 that they had.
19:13 Whatever it might've been,
19:15 and so this has been a real hardship.
19:17 - Yeah, India has been very strict on the lockdown.
19:24 And so people have had to come home from the cities,
19:26 'cause there's no jobs in the cities,
19:27 and they get home there's no jobs at home.
19:29 But they might be able to grow something in a field nearby,
19:32 or something like that.
19:33 I don't know how most of the people are surviving.
19:37 - Yeah, I don't know either.
19:39 I keep expecting stories of mass starvation actually
19:42 to be honest, because it's just so day-to-day,
19:46 I mean, they call them daily wages laborers,
19:48 and they eat that day because they worked that day.
19:52 And we've got a whole segment of society
19:55 where they don't have any work any day.
19:59 So it's a huge issue.
20:01 - So in spite of the lockdown
20:02 and everything that's happening,
20:04 the schools are still doing their work.
20:06 They're still having an effect
20:08 on the children's characters and lives.
20:11 For instance there is this one kid
20:13 that was disrespectful to his parents.
20:16 Never obeyed, didn't wanna do any homework,
20:19 all he wanted to do is play video games.
20:21 He got terrible grades, but he just didn't care.
20:24 He just was enraptured, eaten up by video games.
20:30 But when COVID happened all the video game establishments--
20:34 - Shut down. - All completely closed.
20:36 - Right, and he couldn't meet with his friends,
20:37 and school was closed, and he was stuck at home.
20:41 - Yeah, so all he could do, the only thing left,
20:45 was go to the evening school, get some food.
20:48 And while he was there,
20:50 they have just a little bit of study and training.
20:52 He's like, "If that's all I can do,
20:53 "so I might as well do that."
20:55 And what's happened to that young man?
20:58 - Well, his family is just amazed
21:00 because he has turned around.
21:02 He is helpful, and he's becoming more respectful and kind,
21:07 and it's just making a huge difference to his life
21:10 and to his character.
21:11 - And he's getting more studious.
21:13 - Right.
21:13 (laughs lightly)
21:15 - And so he's actually enjoying life more
21:18 because of what's happened here, and what he's doing,
21:20 and what he's learning.
21:23 But I have a feeling he's not gonna go back to that,
21:24 'cause he tasted real life, and the hope,
21:28 and all that kind of stuff,
21:29 but let's continue to keep him a prayer.
21:31 - Right. Right.
21:33 The second story that we have is rather sad.
21:35 The father is abusive, he's a drunkard,
21:38 and they have a son and a daughter.
21:41 And the son was following after his father
21:43 and becoming abusive.
21:45 So the mother found herself trying to protect her daughter
21:48 from the abuses
21:50 that were just coming more and more in the family.
21:53 - Right, especially now that she's coming of age.
21:55 - And so the mother was very afraid
21:57 that the father would abuse the daughter or the son would.
22:00 And so she started taking the daughter
22:02 to the evening school.
22:04 She actually told our workers there
22:07 that she really didn't have any reason to live,
22:08 except to keep her daughter safe.
22:11 And so she brought her daughter to the evening school
22:14 and she's just so grateful for that place, safe place,
22:20 for her daughter that she's actually asked our workers there
22:23 to take her daughter.
22:25 She said, "I will give her to you, to keep her safe."
22:29 - Amazing.
22:31 - And so it's like, we're not sure exactly what we can do,
22:36 but we're praying and our workers there,
22:37 are trying to figure out what we can legally do
22:39 to help this girl, because she is a beautiful young lady,
22:44 and we know that God wants her out of abusive situations.
22:48 - I just praise God that the woman sensed and recognized
22:54 that this is a safe place,
22:56 and that she could have a protection for her daughter there.
23:02 So we're still researching on that situation
23:04 to see what can be done.
23:06 - Right. Well, we do have one more story.
23:08 And that is a little girl that she's a Hindu girl.
23:12 And so in the Hindu religion, in much of India
23:17 there's a lot of jewelry worn from very small, up.
23:23 And she was really into having the jewelry on,
23:25 and everything like that and then she started going
23:26 to our evening school.
23:28 And she started taking the jewelry off.
23:31 Once she saw what the teachers were teaching,
23:34 and how the teachers were,
23:36 and the people that work there at the evening school.
23:40 And she started taking the jewelry off of her own accord.
23:43 And our workers were a little bit nervous because,
23:46 those can be sign of disrespect to their parents
23:49 or things like that.
23:50 And the family could get very upset.
23:54 But what they said instead was that they were so thankful
23:57 to see how their daughter was changing on the inside.
24:01 That the outside changes didn't matter to them as much,
24:04 as the fact that she was becoming a kinder, gentler person--
24:08 - Well, willing to help around the house, very respectful.
24:13 - So it's just a beautiful story
24:14 of the testimony that God gives from people's lives
24:18 when they're just doing their job, they're just teaching.
24:21 they're just cooking,
24:22 they're just leading out of this evening school.
24:24 But the Lord is using their lives as a testimony,
24:27 and what they're sharing
24:29 the Holy spirit is using to impress these young people,
24:32 that there are things that are more important
24:34 in their lives, than the way of self or looking pretty,
24:41 or whatever 'cause many times jewelry
24:43 we think it makes you look more pretty somehow--
24:47 - Somehow it builds value into you.
24:48 But when Christ comes into your life
24:51 you realize he loves each one of us for who we are.
24:54 And that builds a huge amount of value.
24:58 - And when they have that peace and that helpful attitude
25:01 and everything in their hearts,
25:03 then they're automatically more beautiful
25:04 on the outside because that happiness
25:08 and that willingness comes out.
25:10 - It radiates. - Yeah.
25:13 - It's beautiful.
25:14 - I'm just so thankful to hear these stories
25:15 and to see the beautiful smiling children.
25:18 And to know that we have a small part in helping them.
25:21 - So as we see our world kind of falling apart
25:25 it's nice to see a ray of sunshine.
25:27 - Right, right.
25:29 - The last story we have is kind of a funny story
25:31 but it shows people's hearts
25:33 and God has a lot of patience for us.
25:37 And he sees the intent of our hearts
25:39 more than our outward actions.
25:42 There's a young man,
25:43 that's going to one of our evening schools.
25:45 And his mother is so thankful
25:48 that that son is getting an education.
25:51 He's becoming more respectful and kind,
25:54 and he's getting fed.
25:56 - Because this family is extremely poor.
25:59 - Oh yeah.
26:00 - We were told that his father was a fisherman.
26:01 And when coronavirus came in and all the lockdowns
26:05 he lost his job,
26:06 He couldn't even fish for his own family to eat anymore.
26:09 And so they were extremely poor.
26:11 And so this evening school is giving them hope
26:14 because it's feeding the children.
26:16 And so the mother is so thankful--
26:18 - That she's actually starting to pray
26:21 for the evening school that it stays strong
26:23 and continue to function.
26:25 - Well, her son learned to pray--
26:27 - Oh, that's right.
26:28 - From the evening school.
26:29 And so then the mother--
26:31 - So he's teaching the mother how to pray,
26:33 but the mother doesn't know about Jesus.
26:36 So she's just praying to her Hindu gods,
26:39 that the evening school will continue.
26:40 - And that we'll be blessed.
26:42 - Yes, and so now the son is teaching her about Jesus,
26:45 who to pray to,
26:47 the one that has all the power in the universe.
26:49 And so can you imagine stopping the evening schools
26:52 at this point? There's no way.
26:54 - Now, I'm so thankful we've been able to continue
26:56 to feed the children during this time.
26:58 I am just so thankful that was a total God thing
27:01 to keep that door open.
27:03 - And this is a family venture.
27:07 It's not just you and I, well, I mean, we could do nothing.
27:09 We're poor as church mice.
27:11 But the JFA family, the entire family, the donors,
27:16 the workers in the field, everybody in between,
27:20 it's like we're all pulling together to see God's kingdom
27:23 come on this earth.
27:25 His will be done on this earth as it is in heaven.
27:29 And of course in heaven, there's no want,
27:31 everybody gets fed.
27:34 And so we get to be a part of that,
27:36 bringing a little piece of heaven to earth.
27:41 - And if you would like to help
27:43 bring more of these young people to a knowledge of Jesus,
