00:10 So once again as we put this stuff together
00:13 for those individuals to come over and visit whatever,
00:15 and they would still like their regular food, you know.
00:17 So we got everything ready for them as well.
00:19 Everything ready. Okay.
00:20 It doesn't take a lot of time. It doesn't take a lot of time.
00:22 But the main thing about it is that
00:24 we can fulfill our taste buds,
00:27 it has a good mouth feel
00:29 and also is healthier too for a family as well.
00:31 Absolutely, absolutely. Okay. Absolutely.
00:33 So we actually start off with our strawberry banana smoothie.
00:36 Yes, we have. Yes. All right.
00:38 And then from the smoothie we turn around
00:39 and we did the burgers.
00:41 Mm-hm.
00:43 And the burgers have the lettuce
00:44 and the tomatoes and the onion...
00:45 Oh, yeah, baby, you already fixed it up, yes.
00:47 Okay. Whole wheat bun, yes.
00:48 All that goes on here, and then we did a spicy potato fry.
00:53 And they actually were baked in the oven and you could see
00:55 they're absolutely looking wonderful.
00:56 I had to guard those fries because our floor manager
00:59 want to take the fries.
01:00 We're not gonna mention any names at this time.
01:02 Okay. But let's move on.
01:03 But we'll share, we'll share at the end.

01:06 And then we ended with our silken tofu pie.
01:10 Colored topping, yeah.
01:12 Pie cake on and it's got that blueberry sauce
01:13 that goes over top of it,
01:15 which you got to drizzle on top of it.
01:16 Just drizzle, yes. Look at that.
01:18 Look at that blueberries just kind of looking at it,
01:20 it's just nice and plump, yes.
01:22 And that can be any topping like we said before.
01:25 It can be like a strawberry or peach.
01:26 Any type of topping for that as well.
01:28 Strawberry, peaches, anything, raspberries.
01:31 Raspberry, yeah.
01:32 Anything kind of berry can, you can make that up
01:34 and use that in the actual product itself,
01:35 so it really come out.
01:37 Now let's go back to the fries
01:40 which is not fried but it's potatoes.
01:42 In the oven, yeah. Baked in oven.
01:44 Can we sample some of this?
01:45 Now I know, I've sampled this already.

01:51 Oh, okay, so this is what I'm talking about.
01:52 Because, you know, people always talk about that, Curtis,
01:54 about the fact you don't get anything to eat so.
01:55 Well, I do get something to eat,
01:57 but I need more to eat.
01:58 And so we're gonna go ahead and give Curtis some fries.
02:01 Okay, now, so you're supposed to be serving me.
02:04 I will just serve myself because the clock is ticking.

02:09 This is really good.
02:11 Okay, so it's flavorful,
02:12 it's more than just some sea salt.
02:14 That's a nice flavor and a mouth feel as well.
