00:08 We have our wonderful spread of cheese-free foods today.
00:13 Let's take a look at what we made today.
00:15 We have the gouda cheese.
00:17 Yeah, we started
00:19 with smoked sliceable gouda cheese
00:20 made from coconut.
00:22 And the crackers, very flaky crackers
00:24 that go right along with the cheese.
00:25 And it had great, it was a light flavor,
00:27 it was really good.
00:28 Yeah, lots of nuts. And the quesadillas.
00:31 Quesadillas made with hummus,
00:32 and beans, and salsa, and avocado
00:35 for a great all-in-one meal.
00:37 I love it.
00:38 And then we had the cheese cake,
00:40 the zebra cheesecake.
00:41 And we cut a piece out,
00:43 you can really see the stripes in there
00:44 Yeah, that's what kind of fun about it,
00:45 is making those stripes and the way we poured it
00:48 is what made the stripes, so, yeah.
00:50 Of course, I like it, and I got a piece,
00:52 this was the piece that we cut out there.
00:55 Yeah, now you get to try it. I get to try it, yeah.
00:59 Hmm, oh, that's good. You like that, all right.
01:04 It's very creamy.
01:05 Yes, and just think
01:07 you can substitute strawberries
01:08 or raspberries for the blueberries so...
01:10 I love that, that's wonderful.
01:12 Ooh, that, I got to have another piece,
