00:01 Look at this delicious food we made and so quick.
00:03 Beautiful. You can you believe it?
00:05 Oh, I love it.
00:06 When I look here at this breakfast casserole,
00:09 the Christmas breakfast casserole
00:11 for our brunch, Rendall, it tastes so wonderful.
00:14 I just love it, and the pancakes, of course.
00:17 I did that recipe for you, you know.
00:19 One of my personal favorite.
00:21 It is, my husband loves these, the apple pancakes
00:25 and the polenta, the spicy polenta.
00:27 Now, we eat a lot of polenta, we love it.
00:29 With jalapenos.
00:31 But this has the jalapenos in it,
00:32 and I liked the avocado there
00:34 that just mellows out that spiciness.
00:36 Sure.
00:37 I think it tastes really well.
00:39 Avocado toast.
00:40 We're always eating avocado toast.
00:42 We love it. Essential fat.
00:44 It is an essential fat
00:46 and since we don't eat the margarine,
00:48 that is, is our fat of choice.
00:50 Oh my, what can I say about Alvin's cake?
00:54 I can't call that my cranberry cake
00:56 or lemon cranberry cake
00:58 because Alvin made it.
00:59 So it's very special to me
01:01 knowing that my dear friend actually thought so much of us
01:04 that he created that cake and our juice.
01:07 Every meal needs something to top it off,
01:10 and to me it was that cranberry,
01:12 pineapple, orange..
01:14 Had the little tart taste to it.
01:15 It did, it wasn't overly sweet.
01:17 It was just nice and mellow.
01:19 I loved it.
01:21 You know, Honey, I've heard so many times.
01:23 I call it my rebuttal or people say,
01:26 "Well, I would become vegan or I would eat healthier,
01:28 but you're limited."
01:30 You don't have to eat like a rabbit.
01:32 No, no, no, no, this is it.
01:35 Good, wonderful food,
01:37 and it's hearty and it sticks with you.
01:38 I know, when you first changed your diet
01:41 into plant based nutrition.
01:43 I had tickle on my husband 'cause he said,
01:45 "I can eat less actually and feel more full,
01:48 but I don't feel overly stuff."
01:49 Exactly.
01:51 That's what he said about it.
01:53 I love this kind of food too.
01:55 And you know what, Honey, I want to thank you.
01:57 I want to thank you for being my husband,
01:59 for being the godly man you are.
02:00 Thank you.
02:02 And I want to thank people out there who watch 3ABN,
02:05 who watch the 3ABN Today cooking programs.
02:07 You know what?
02:09 We come into your home to give you,
02:10 what we feel like are good healthy recipes,
02:14 not just because we eat them,
02:16 but because we want you to be healthy too,
02:18 because I've always said
02:19 that if you have a healthy mind.
02:22 You know when we feed our bodies,
02:24 we're feeding our minds to be healthy.
02:26 So we just know that it's easier
02:28 when you're understanding the Bible
02:30 when you're reading.
02:32 You have a better discernment
02:33 when your whole body's in sync to that.
02:35 So we just really again,
02:37 can't thank you enough for coming into this studio
02:41 with us through 3ABN
02:43 and hopefully enjoying some of these recipes.
02:47 Come back and with our family again.
02:49 Hopefully sometime we'll be back
02:51 to cook with you, for you again.
02:53 If you have any questions
02:55 they gave you that information how you could contact us,
02:57 or to come into your churches,
02:59 into your homes to help you.
03:01 I'm always a phone call away.
03:03 So anytime you need information,
03:05 you can get my phone number, give us a call.
03:08 Again, I want to thank you so much.
03:11 And thank you again.
03:12 I just want to thank you for your God given talent,
03:15 that is, God has given you a real talent in doing this.
03:19 And she's willing to share.
03:22 Thank you so much, Honey.
03:24 He is biased, but I love him for that.
03:26 Thank you so much, and God bless you.
03:28 Amen.
