00:01 Well, folks, we want to present to you
00:03 all the recipes we prepared for today.
00:06 So we're going to have Stephanie
00:07 walk us through, please.
00:09 Okay, sure.
00:10 We made a homemade coconut oil butter,
00:13 healthy as you saw, all from raw ingredients.
00:15 Yes.
00:16 And it turned out just very good
00:18 for the rest of the recipes which we had
00:19 there the cheesecake
00:21 that we made with a crust, right,
00:22 with the butter and some crackers.
00:24 We decorated with some edible cherries,
00:28 so it's not fake
00:29 and even though they look very cute and very pretty.
00:31 And then we did some vegetables
00:33 which are roasted festive vegetables, and are...
00:36 So good.
00:37 Yeah, with the cranberries and the little goodies there,
00:40 like those pecans. Yes.
00:42 And then we made that nut and gluten roast,
00:46 which was interesting, right,
00:48 to see how it was separated from the water
00:50 but then as it bakes look how it comes out.
00:52 Yes. It comes up pretty neat.
00:53 Beautiful! Yes.
00:55 Some roasted potatoes around for decoration.
00:56 Yes.
00:58 And then we have
00:59 our delicious festive celebration drink
01:03 with the beautiful colors there, that green,
01:06 that bright green from the lime,
01:08 and those reds from the juices,
01:10 and, of course, the raspberries that make it nice and tangy,
01:15 right, with the cranberry juice and stuff,
01:17 so that's our festive menu.
