00:01 So... Okay.
00:02 We have finished picnic foods
00:04 and we're going on a picnic, so...
00:06 Ready for our picnic
00:07 with all the delicious healthy cholesterol free
00:11 foods for the picnic.
00:13 We started off with our barbecue ribs.
00:16 Yeah, we did, we got those barbecue ribs going.
00:17 And the barbecue ribs are just glistening.
00:19 Yes.
00:20 We made with that dough, vital wheat gluten.
00:23 Then on top of that,
00:24 we made our barbecue baked beans,
00:27 and when the barbecue baked beans,
00:29 we did our potato salad,
00:32 and after we did the potato salad,
00:34 we did the carob pecan dessert.
00:38 And then also did our shredded wheat.
00:41 And then I talked about making up the salad
00:43 to take with you.
00:44 On the side there. Yes. Take the salad on there.
00:46 So we're ready
00:47 'cause I already had my picnic basket.
00:48 There is your picnic basket. Yeah.
00:50 Like I said we gonna take our picnic basket
00:52 and we're gonna take all of our stuff.
00:53 So when are we going to go on this picnic, baby,
00:54 just me and you?
00:56 Yeah. Not gonna invite anybody else?
00:58 No, but I got enough food for other people to come,
01:00 but do you just want to just to be us?
01:01 Okay. Let's just be us first.
01:04 And then after that,
01:05 maybe we can invite somebody else later on.
01:06 They going a little bit later on.
01:08 Yeah, we're first.
01:09 I'm gonna be selfish for this picnic right here.
01:11 All right.
01:12 So now we can sample some of this food here.
01:14 How about one of two of those desserts
01:17 either one of those will work for me.
01:20 Okay. Can you help the brother out?
01:21 Okay.
01:22 So you want one of the desserts?
01:24 So let's just take something like this right here.
01:26 This is what you're asking for.
01:28 I know you're gonna eat yours first.
01:29 Not necessarily. I can feel it in your, okay.
01:32 There we go. Oh, yeah.
01:34 You haven't even had yet. Mm-hmm.
01:38 Mercy. Yes.
01:41 Oh, it's chilly.
01:42 Mercy, mercy. It's real good.
01:45 The raisin, wouldn't know that
01:47 this is a healthy dessert for a picnic.
01:51 Excellent. Okay.
01:52 Peanut butter. Yeah. Yeah. Thank you.
01:54 What about one of those date something?
01:58 You talking about the carob dates?
01:59 Bites. Curtis.
02:02 Okay, let me get one of these off here.
02:03 Yes, we got just a few more minutes to go.
02:05 Okay.
02:06 Now you have to share, I got this and I got this.
02:09 Okay. You just take a bite.
02:14 Just melts in your mouth.
02:16 Oh, my goodness. Really, really good.
02:20 We want you to call us for these recipes.
02:24 I can't talk.
02:27 You can't talk either.
02:29 'Cause this may not work out that well,
02:31 but anyway, so again picnic food
02:36 is how you wanna have a good, healthy, delicious meal.
02:40 Whatever it is, this is the way to go
02:42 as far as that concerned.
02:44 There is probably gonna be
02:45 the most surprising dish in this group,
02:49 obviously had the rib because it looks like
02:51 barbecue rib beefy
02:53 and the glisten of the barbecue sauce,
02:57 any favorite barbecue sauce...
02:58 Whatever their favorite one is. Personal preference.
03:01 It can go on a whole wheat bun and you are ready to go.
03:04 As always, John 10:10, Jesus said,
03:08 I quote, that they might have life
03:12 and have it more abundantly.
03:15 See you next time.
