00:01 Well, I can't believe our time is just about up,
00:03 but I want to cover some of the dishes
00:04 that we made.
00:06 Why don't you just go around and tell us what we made?
00:08 Let's start with the cranberry. Sure.
00:09 We started with the orange delicious,
00:11 sweet and delicious orange cranberry sauce.
00:14 We have our not really meatloaf,
00:16 our garlic mashed potato mix up.
00:19 We also did our traditional gravy,
00:22 a ratatouille,
00:24 and lastly,
00:25 a Christmas time carob-peppermint bark.
00:28 Nice, and that Christmas time carob-peppermint bark
00:32 was absolutely delicious.
00:34 I got to taste that.
00:35 That's right. That was really good.
00:37 Now I'm holding your cookbook here.
00:40 Carin Lynch's "Plant-based Made Simple.
00:43 Simple, Nutritious, and Delicious."
00:47 Now, what are some of the unique things
00:49 in your cookbook?
00:51 Well, first it is a co-collaboration
00:53 with the Wildwood Lifestyle Center.
00:55 Very important because Wildwood is a name
00:57 in lifestyle centers that is,
00:58 you know, been around for over 80 years,
01:00 about 80 years now.
01:01 But the QR codes,
01:03 on many of the recipes you'll find
01:04 that there's a little code
01:06 that you can scan with your cell phone.
01:07 And then what you could do
01:09 is it'll jump you right to our website
01:11 at Wildwood, DIY Health.
01:12 Wow!
01:14 And DIY Health, I'll show you,
01:15 I'll do a three to five minute video
01:17 on how to make the recipe.
01:18 Nice.
01:20 So they scan the QR code,
01:21 takes them right to the website
01:23 where they can watch you making?
01:24 On the YouTube.
01:26 Yep, right to the YouTube channel
01:27 DIY Health.
01:29 That's brilliant.
01:30 Who got to taste test all these wonderful recipes?
01:31 Oh, my husband, Ron.
01:33 He's been tasting,
01:34 and my sister has been tasting them
01:35 her whole life.
01:37 How's that? Nice.
01:38 I know he was loving that.
01:39 What are you doing in your next cookbook?
01:41 Oh, but you know what? It's funny.
01:42 Wildwood says, "Can we start on the next one?"
01:44 I said, "We have to take a breather."
01:45 So maybe 2021.
01:47 How's that? 2021?
01:48 Okay, I need to get in on this taste test.
01:50 There you go. All right.
01:52 Well, I hope that you've enjoyed the program
01:54 and that you're inspired to get in the kitchen
01:56 and try to make some of these dishes.
01:58 Until next time, God bless.
