00:01 So today we started with the hearty breakfast cereal, Oat
00:06 Groat Delight. And you know, that's another one you can vary.
00:10 You can actually use barley instead of oat groats. Same,
00:13 everything else the same. Now our next recipe that we're going
00:17 to look at here was the Quick Stir Fry. The one-dish meal
00:21 option with lots of veges and cabbage. Next, we had the Not So
00:28 Southern Collards. Not so southern because these were
00:32 fat-free and not overcooked. We also showed you the Tricolor
00:39 Coleslaw that has three bright colors to feed us the nutrients
00:45 that our bodies need. And lastly we did also present the Lucia's
00:50 Lemonygrette which is a vinegar free lemon juice and oil
00:56 substitute based salad dressing. So that was the dishes for
01:01 today. Now I want you to think about what we just did today
01:04 and pick one of these to try in the next week. You know, if we
01:11 just sit and watch and learn about new things we can do but
01:15 we don't do something about it sometimes we forget and we don't
01:18 actually get the benefit. But I want you to get the benefit of
01:21 becoming more insulin sensitive. So think about what can you do
01:26 in terms of the choices you make in your meals to really help
01:34 to be more insulin sensitive, to metabolize carbohydrates better
01:39 and to avoid things like prediabetes, diabetes and
01:43 Alzheimer's. So happy cooking. I hope that you truly enjoy these
01:50 dishes as much as I have enjoyed presenting them to you. I want
01:53 to thank you for taking your valuable time today to be with
01:58 us. And remember that health is wealth. And with every
02:04 healthy choice you are getting richer.
