00:56 and a Mexican horchata.

01:20 Well, I have a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition
01:24 from Cornell University, Center for Nutritional Studies,
01:27 as well as I also studied
01:29 at the Ruby International Culinary Arts Program
01:32 under the program, Forks Over Knives.

01:36 I know everybody's heard of that
01:37 and so I was able to do Plant-Based Culinary Arts.

02:06 And as time goes on, our taste buds change,
02:09 we start desiring healthier foods,
02:11 and we can go ahead
02:12 and incorporate them more into our family.
02:14 Make flavors that people like them, have flavor.
02:17 Exactly, that's the key.
02:19 We need flavor in that vegan plant-based cooking, right?
02:23 So encourage your neighbor,
02:24 encourage your friends, share the recipe.
02:27 Why don't you challenge them,
02:28 "Hey I'm going to share this recipe with you.
02:30 I'm going to make it at home and you make it at home
02:32 and we can meet together and share that food, right?"
