00:01 Have you ever wondered exactly how to prepare healthy food
00:03 that actually tastes good?
00:05 Well, stay tuned, while Evita Tezeno,
00:07 and yours truly, Nyse Collins,
00:08 show you just how to do it and give you something better,
00:12 A Taste of Paradise.
00:31 Welcome to A Taste of Paradise.
00:33 My name is Evita Tezeno.
00:36 And have you ever wondered...
00:39 What am I going to eat today for desert?
00:44 Ah, carrot cake!
00:45 Yes, carrot cake.
00:47 We are making carrot cake today.
00:50 Raw carrot cake.
00:54 Can that be done?
00:55 Yes.
00:56 And we're gonna show you
00:58 how to make an amazing raw carrot cake
01:01 which is simple, and easy, and delicious.
01:06 And the ingredients are...
01:34 And have you ever juiced a whole bunch of carrots
01:39 and didn't know what to do with them?
01:43 Now here's a recipe that shows you
01:44 what to do with your leftover carrot pulp,
01:46 you can make a carrot cake.
01:49 Today, we're gonna make carrot cupcakes.
01:52 So we start off with the dry ingredients first.
01:56 We have our walnuts, and remember,
01:58 to have a stash of soaked,
02:03 dehydrated walnuts at every time,
02:05 you can keep them in the freezer,
02:06 so you'll have them ready and available at all times.
02:15 We put our salt,
02:16 and salt balances the taste in sweet stuff.
02:19 So we just, just do a pinch,
02:21 a pinch of salt
02:23 and then we're gonna put our coriander,
02:27 and our cardamom.
02:29 I love the smell of cardamom, it's just so wonderful.
02:37 And then we process.
02:53 And you want to process till it looks
02:54 a little bit like sand,
02:57 okay, so now it's ready for its wet ingredients.
03:03 You know, I'm gonna put the, the dates in.
03:18 And then the carrot.
03:31 Next is the ginger.
03:37 And the vanilla.
03:41 And it's gonna make a lot of noise
03:42 because the dates are kind of hardy,
03:47 so that's why you need a very strong food processor.
03:58 We'll work it around.
04:12 And you may have to stop it a couple of times
04:14 and work it around.
04:17 If you don't have a very strong food processor,
04:21 you have to keep working it,
04:25 because it might not blend properly.
04:45 So when this is processed,
04:48 you want to put it in a bowl.
04:55 And to me, it looks like cake dough,
04:59 and the cardamom has a wonderful aroma,
05:03 it's pretty awesome.
05:11 Now what I like to do is,
05:14 I like to just sprinkle my raisins in,
05:19 and work 'em in, not put them in the processor.
05:24 So you want to just quickly
05:28 work your raisins in,
05:30 and if you want to,
05:31 you can also put pecans in there
05:34 or some more walnuts, if you want more nuts in it.
05:46 So after you've done that,
05:50 you want to get...
05:58 A muffin pan
06:00 and take your batter
06:05 and put them in each muffin
06:11 with the cupcake paper inside.
06:17 And then after you've done that,
06:21 we are going to frost them.
06:24 And the frosting recipe is...
06:28 For the cream cheese frosting, you would need...
06:48 So we're going to use the vitamins
06:52 for the frosting.
06:54 And these cashews have been soaked overnight...
07:01 And that makes them much more creamier,
07:03 and also digestible.
07:06 We have our dates,
07:10 and we're gonna process this a little bit first
07:13 with a little water.
07:16 I'm gonna put the lemon juice in,
07:18 and then put just a little bit of water.
07:55 Okay, we're gonna put the remainder of the water,
07:59 oops,
08:02 and then the vanilla extract.
08:25 Look at that, it looks like frosting.
08:30 I'm gonna give it a taste.
08:35 Very good.
08:40 So we'll take some of the frosting
08:44 and we're going to...
08:50 Ice the cupcake.
08:58 This is a great recipe to use at...
09:04 Around the holidays,
09:06 when you have all those rich deserts.
09:13 And you can have a desert and still be healthy.
09:19 So I'm gonna try it.
09:27 Very good.
09:30 The cardamom, gives it a really good taste.
09:35 I just love cardamom.
09:38 And it's so, so pretty too, look at it.
09:43 This has been Evita Tezeno with A Taste of Paradise
09:47 and remember to live life fresh.
09:58 Healing of the nation.
10:00 Herbs and medicinal plants, there are so many things,
10:03 natural things that we can use to help,
10:05 bring on help from recovery that will be beneficial to us.
10:09 The only question is, which ones?
10:10 And how does it work?
10:12 And when is it necessary?
10:13 And there's so many things that we can do.
10:15 I always encourage people, number one, first and foremost,
10:17 if there is a problem or ailment,
10:19 the first thing we should do is
10:20 not per se just look at what we can do
10:22 to help the problem.
10:23 We should look at
10:24 what is the cause of the problem.
10:26 What's causing a situation?
10:27 Why does my stomach hurt?
10:29 Why do I have a headache?
10:30 Not per se, "Hey, what do I need to do?"
10:32 The reason why,
10:34 if you understand what is the cause,
10:35 and I know it's easier said than done,
10:36 'cause when you're dealing with headaches, you're like,
10:38 "Just give me something to get rid of it or whatever."
10:40 But a lot of times when you get rid of it too fast,
10:42 you forget to take the time and try to find out
10:45 what is the cause of these situations.
10:47 And so there's a couple of things
10:50 I want to share.
10:51 If you understand the cause of a problem,
10:54 then what you want to do now is get rid of it, you know,
10:58 if you can intelligently get rid of it.
11:00 This is very helpful and you'll take a little quick,
11:03 a look at some different things,
11:06 different things, there's three little steps
11:07 that I'll share with you that is helpful for,
11:09 when we are sick, what we should do?
11:11 And number one is,
11:13 the first step is identify the true cause?
11:16 What is the true cause of a ailment or a problem
11:19 that we're dealing with?
11:20 Number two is, intelligently remove the cause.
11:24 What is number two?
11:25 Intelligently, remove the cause.
11:27 And number three, help the body,
11:29 help the body by not overworking,
11:32 not overeating, or causing any other imbalance,
11:35 but help the body by following
11:36 the simple principles of health, nutrition,
11:38 and exercises, sunlight, and water, and trust,
11:43 and air, and rest,
11:45 and all of these intemperance, of course,
11:47 all of these things which is good for us.
11:49 This is very, very important
11:51 because if we continue to have this headache
11:53 over and over and over again,
11:55 it's not gonna help us.
11:56 If we just find a quick fix, but what is causing a headache?
11:59 Is it maybe even cheese,
12:01 cheese has certain items and it got tyramine
12:03 and that will cause the headaches that come once,
12:06 some people are allergic to it as well.
12:09 Why do we get that cold and flu?
12:11 Sometimes we may be overworking,
12:12 you know what I mean?
12:14 Sometimes when you overwork and it's really, it's not funny
12:17 but it's interesting when you overwork,
12:19 unfortunately, you get sick, right?
12:20 Then you go to the doc and say, "Doc,
12:22 what can I do to get rid of this cold and flu?"
12:24 Can the doctor give you medication to get rid of it?
12:26 No, not quite. What does doctor do?
12:27 Doctor says, "Look here,
12:29 what I need you to do, number one,
12:30 I can give you some stuff
12:32 to get rid of the signs and the symptoms
12:34 or the symptoms of this situation.
12:36 But what you have to do, you have to go home,
12:38 stop working so much.
12:40 Here's a note to give to your job or to your school
12:42 that you don't have to go to work,
12:43 because you need what?
12:45 Rest. Drink lots of what? Fluid.
12:47 Also eat some good, what?
12:48 Soup or something of that nature,
12:50 get some fresh air."
12:52 If you know this, all of the things
12:53 that they're sharing with you is the things
12:55 that would help you get better, right?
12:57 But watch this, if we just did it in the beginning,
13:01 then, hey, maybe we wouldn't get sick.
13:03 So always remember these little principles,
13:04 always found in ministry of healing
13:06 is, is, is restorative power is not per se in drugs
13:10 but it's in nature.
13:12 And that's what we're gonna focus on today,
13:13 is looking at some of the restoring power
13:15 in different herbs, and foods, and stuff,
13:17 that is helpful for us, and helpful for the body.
13:20 But here's my little disclaimer,
13:21 I don't want no trouble with anybody.
13:23 If your doctor has you on medication,
13:25 are we saying, come off the medication?
13:27 No way, Jose. All right.
13:28 I guess, they can call Jessica or something like that.
13:31 Oh, no, just no way.
13:33 Just go ahead, follow the instructions
13:34 but do what you can.
13:36 And if you start using some medicinal plants,
13:38 make sure you let your doctor know.
13:41 A lot of people are lying to their physician.
13:43 The doctor ask them,
13:44 "Are you taking your medication?"
13:46 And they, no, they're not taking,
13:47 they got a three or four bottles full at home
13:50 and they're taking other things.
13:52 One day she says,
13:53 "I have my blood pressure under control."
13:55 I said, "Really, do you want it under control?
13:57 Or you want to get rid of high blood pressure?"
13:59 So she says, "Well, you know,
14:00 I can only keep it under control."
14:02 So I ask this simple question,
14:03 "How do you have it under control?
14:04 What are you doing?"
14:06 She said, "I'll do it all naturally."
14:07 All natural, I said, "What do you mean?"
14:08 She's taken 5,000 milligrams of garlic.
14:12 Like, hello, anybody that takes that much garlic,
14:15 your blood pressure is gonna be like at attention, yes, sir.
14:18 You know, it's not gonna act up 'cause it's under, all of this,
14:21 and garlic is good for our blood pressure.
14:22 But what happens?
14:24 I have a quick question for everybody, are you ready?
14:26 What happens now
14:28 if you come off of that 5,000 milligrams of garlic?
14:31 The blood pressure will go what?
14:33 Right back up.
14:34 So that lets us know we haven't solved the problem,
14:37 we have to get to the source of the problem.
14:38 It's like a faucet, if the faucet is on
14:40 and the sink is clogged up, the water is overflowing.
14:42 What is the first thing you're gonna do?
14:44 Are you gonna unclog it? Are you gonna mop up the floor?
14:46 No, you're gonna turn off the source of the water,
14:49 then you're gonna try to solve the problem,
14:51 intelligently removing the cause,
14:53 what has clogged up the sink
14:54 and then you're gonna start to cleanup.
14:56 So let's do that today
14:57 and we're gonna look at a couple of herbs,
14:59 some simple ones.
15:01 One in particular is peppermint,
15:02 I found some old peppermint leaves
15:04 or something like that.
15:05 You know how they look or whatever.
15:07 So there are some old peppermint leaves
15:09 that you can use.
15:10 Peppermint is very good.
15:12 However, these are medicinal plants.
15:14 So follow with me closely.
15:15 If they are plant and they work like medicine,
15:18 that means we should only use them
15:20 for their medicinal purpose.
15:22 Does that make sense? You get that?
15:24 So if it's a plant and it works medicinally,
15:26 like medicine,
15:28 then you should only use it for its purpose.
15:29 I have a question for you.
15:30 If you do not have diabetes
15:32 and I give you diabetic medication
15:34 and say, "Hey, please take this."
15:35 Will you take it?
15:36 Mostly you're like, obviously not,
15:38 'cause I don't have diabetes.
15:39 So why are we taking
15:41 all of these excess medicinal plants
15:43 and we are not sick?
15:45 This is the question that we have.
15:46 So let us not use things unnecessarily,
15:49 well, 'cause let's say, I am using it unnecessarily
15:52 and I do get sick, then the body develops a what?
15:55 The resistance or immunity to it.
15:57 So what we want to do is, learn about these plants
15:59 that work like medicine and use it for their purpose.
16:02 I'll tell you in one case real quick.
16:05 I was in one little island, okay?
16:07 And I won't tell you which island,
16:09 and everybody in this island was drinking this,
16:10 these herbs and one was called, fever grass,
16:14 and another one is lemon grass, and bush tea,
16:17 and all of these things.
16:18 And we were asking, "What are you using this for?"
16:21 They say, "Oh, we heard it's good for diabetes."
16:23 So we asked them a simple question,
16:24 "Do you have diabetes?"
16:26 They said, "No.
16:27 That's why we're taking it 'cause we don't want diabetes."
16:29 So I said, "If you don't have diabetes,
16:30 why are you using medicine for it?"
16:32 They said, "'Cause we don't want the problem."
16:33 But you know what?
16:34 So nobody in that area in general had diabetes
16:36 but everybody had high blood pressure, why?
16:39 Because certain plants work like medicine.
16:40 Did you know even plants have side effects?
16:43 And I'll explain that shortly here to you.
16:44 So as a result, certain plants have
16:46 what is known as vasoconstrictive properties.
16:49 All right?
16:50 So what are vasoconstrictive properties?
16:52 These properties are things that cause the arteries
16:54 and the blood vessels to constrict a little bit.
16:56 So if you cause that constriction to take place,
16:58 the blood has to still go through,
17:00 so then what happens to your blood pressure?
17:01 It goes high.
17:03 So a lot of times,
17:05 it's not what we can take for the problem,
17:06 it's ascertaining, number one,
17:08 the true cause of the problem
17:10 and then working intelligently to remove that.
17:12 So I'm gonna take one medicinal plant,
17:13 when you think of herbs and drinking teas and stuff,
17:15 and that's what I'm talking about,
17:17 using medicine unnecessarily like in a form of tea,
17:20 which one do you think are most importantly?
17:22 A lot of people think of peppermint.
17:24 Peppermint tea, or mint tea.
17:26 Now this thing tastes good.
17:28 Actually I grew up on this stuff.
17:30 We used to take peppermint and just,
17:32 with that powder or soy milk, I used to love it.
17:35 But we realized after sometime that it tastes good
17:38 but at the same time,
17:40 it's probably not the best thing.
17:41 Why?
17:42 Let's look at what peppermint is actually good for.
17:44 Peppermint is good, it's an invigorator, okay?
17:47 Peppermint helps with muscle aches
17:49 and different items of that nature,
17:51 so peppermint is fantastic,
17:53 it also works to fight against viruses.
17:57 But if I'm drinking peppermint tea everyday,
18:00 let's say I get a cold or flu,
18:01 and then I try to use peppermint tea again for it,
18:04 will it work?
18:05 Not quite.
18:06 It won't have the same efficacy,
18:08 that means its power, its punch.
18:10 And so that's why I keep the peppermint tea aside
18:13 and I only use it when I feel a little itch in the throat
18:16 because it has antiviral properties,
18:18 that means, you know, drink it,
18:20 you make a tea out of it and drink it inside.
18:22 How was it also good?
18:23 It helps to fight against hepatitis as well,
18:26 because it's a anti what?
18:28 Viral.
18:29 Many people say, "Olive oil is good for muscle aches
18:31 and bone aches."
18:32 Yes, but not internally,
18:34 you have to use what is known as peppermint oil essence,
18:37 and you take that essence
18:38 and you rub it on the affected areas,
18:41 the areas where it hurts and it works very good.
18:43 However, when you look at that peppermint essence
18:45 or that oil, how much is it?
18:48 That stuff is not cheap at all.
18:50 So today, I want to share with you a little recipe.
18:53 This one, you, however, you won't drink,
18:54 you just apply it on the outside.
18:56 A little quick recipe
18:58 on how we can make our own peppermint oil essence.
19:00 When you look at the price sometimes,
19:02 it is $30, $40 for a little bottle like this.
19:05 So if you have a garden, dig a hole, throw some...
19:09 Plant, some peppermint in there,
19:10 and now you can have your own healing bond.
19:13 And here is the simple recipe for a peppermint oil essence
19:16 for the healing of the nation.
19:18 And all you need here today is...
19:30 Like literally, it's that simple, that easy,
19:33 you can make your own peppermint oil essence.
19:35 However, it doesn't happen overnight,
19:37 it's gonna take a little time and effort
19:38 and this is something that we should all implement.
19:41 Now today, I didn't even have another glass jar,
19:43 so I use two clear ones
19:45 but you can put it in a dark room
19:47 or something of that nature to help it to go ahead
19:50 and develop its concentration.
19:52 So what I have here is a bunch of leaves
19:54 and let me just pull that over here to show you.
19:57 These are just the peppermint leaves,
19:58 you can put as many as you want,
20:00 it doesn't have to be one or two,
20:01 some even dried out on me.
20:02 But, hey, work with what you have,
20:04 all right?
20:05 So you take that over, you just put that there
20:07 and you want to just crush it a little bit,
20:09 just press it to like break it up.
20:11 If you have the fresh ones, that's always best,
20:14 but I say, hey, this is what you have,
20:16 so that doesn't mean you should stop your recipe,
20:18 so you go ahead and crush that,
20:19 then you'll take these leaves, okay, you take them,
20:23 you put them...
20:24 Oh, man, this is smelling good.
20:26 You put them in a glass jar there,
20:28 all right?
20:30 You can use a cheesecloth as well
20:33 to press it on or whatever,
20:35 because you'll need to strain it, all right?
20:37 Then you'll take that olive oil
20:40 and you'll pour that on top of that, all right?
20:42 So we'll get that going,
20:44 there's many different ways that you can make.
20:45 This is just like a simple one,
20:47 the one that you can almost do with your eyes closed
20:50 and you'll close that up there.
20:51 And what I'm gonna do, I'm just gonna mix it around,
20:53 just mix it around,
20:55 and maybe if, I don't move too much.
20:58 I'll just keep mixing it, of course,
21:01 you want to let that also sit for some time
21:05 and the whole place is smelling like mint.
21:07 Oh, man, this smells really good,
21:09 makes me want to go ahead and drink some tea.
21:11 Here's the only thing like that mint is really good.
21:13 But when you have it too much,
21:15 I remember I was working with...
21:16 It may cause some problems.
21:18 I was working with a family and the family said,
21:19 "Please, help our son.
21:21 He never goes to sleep on time.
21:24 He's always irritating.
21:25 He always wants to fight with his brothers and sisters."
21:28 And I asked them a couple of quick questions.
21:29 I said, "Look, number one, is he eating late at night?"
21:32 And she says, "No, no.
21:33 He is a good, you know, he eats with us,
21:35 he only eats twice a day."
21:37 As you see there, just the mint and oil.
21:40 "He only eats twice a day."
21:42 I said, "You know, are there other problems?
21:44 What do you all do at night time?
21:45 Do you watch TV?
21:46 Is he playing videogames?" She says, "No, no, no.
21:48 We get around, we have worship and not only do we have worship
21:51 but we have worship and we have a cup of tea."
21:54 I said, "Excuse me.
21:55 What did you all have?"
21:56 "A cup of tea." "What kind of tea?"
21:58 "Mint tea."
21:59 And I said, what about him? What about the little one?
22:01 They said, "Oh, he loves mint tea.
22:02 A matter of fact, he has two cups of mint tea."
22:04 Do you know that when you use peppermint essence
22:07 or peppermint in general
22:09 and high doses of mint a lot all the time,
22:11 it provokes actually, irritability.
22:14 And so I said, "Ma'am, all you want to do is go ahead
22:17 and just pull back that mint tea."
22:19 She said, "What are we gonna drink at night time?"
22:21 You're just gonna drink some nice warm water.
22:23 Is that too hard? You know what I mean?
22:25 But what happens is a lot of us,
22:26 we will die if we don't have tea.
22:29 The reason why that is and I'll tell you here,
22:31 is because we have been taught this,
22:34 over the years, mom, grandma, we woke up in the morning,
22:37 they always were having hot tea,
22:39 there's a lot of habits
22:40 that we developed not per se on our own
22:42 but has been passed down, remember it says,
22:45 sometimes it passed to the second, and third,
22:46 and fourth generation.
22:48 It's just that we developed these habits
22:50 and now we think it's impossible to go to sleep
22:52 without a hot tea.
22:53 It's impossible to wake up in the morning
22:54 without a hot tea,
22:56 and it's not even your fault.
22:57 You just pray and say "Lord, help me
22:58 to use these plants as medicine but only for their purpose."
23:02 Only for their purpose, all right?
23:04 So we're not done yet
23:05 with this peppermint oil essence.
23:07 What you need to do...
23:09 As you see here, I'll take this out.
23:11 You take a little strainer or you can use a cheesecloth
23:13 and you just follow along with me here.
23:15 And you take that, and you pour that out, okay?
23:19 So you pour that into the next one there
23:22 and I'm just making a mess, if you could do it, well, good.
23:24 I think that came up.
23:26 You pour that there,
23:27 and you'll do this actually a couple of times.
23:30 You mash it, and you take that,
23:32 you store that in a dark area if you can.
23:36 And then the next time, you run it again,
23:38 but you get fresh...
23:39 You get more leaves, you get fresh leaves, you pound it,
23:42 and you use this same oil,
23:43 and you develop its concentration
23:45 more and more and more.
23:47 I'm just speeding up the process here.
23:49 So this is a simple way
23:50 that you can make peppermint oil essence.
23:53 Now how do you use this?
23:55 You remember, we were talking about
23:56 how it's good for muscles and our muscle aches.
23:59 You take this essence
24:00 and you rub it on the affected area,
24:02 you rub it there.
24:04 So for the ladies who have little,
24:05 I call it, little muffly situations.
24:07 Number one, of course, remember,
24:09 ascertain a true cause.
24:10 Why do we have this situation, these spasms?
24:11 It's 'cause sometimes, you know,
24:13 we're not drinking enough water,
24:15 sometimes we may be using so much sugar
24:17 or different items of that nature.
24:18 So what you want to do is find out the true cause,
24:20 even stress will cause muscle pains,
24:23 you know, as well.
24:24 And so after you do that, now if you...
24:27 Drink a lot more water.
24:28 Now you take that oil, that essence,
24:30 and you rub it on the affected area.
24:31 If you could get the concentration higher
24:33 by using, by making it a couple of times and, voila,
24:36 you already have that situation taking care.
24:39 That is how simple it is, peppermint oil essence.
24:42 And there's a couple more herbs that is really good
24:44 and matter of fact, most of us have them in our kitchen.
24:48 And I'll show you over here, I have, I just went to the,
24:51 you know, the pantry there
24:52 and I pulled out some of my spices and herbs.
24:55 Okay. Now let me just make a note of that actually.
24:58 There's a difference between spices and herbs.
25:00 Your spices are your more hot items
25:02 such as, your peppers, and your cinnamon,
25:04 and the clove, and the nutmeg,
25:06 and all of these things.
25:08 Now those are spices.
25:09 Your herbs are more green items.
25:11 They're delicate and medicinal.
25:13 So as many people know that even nutmeg can be poisonous.
25:15 How is that?
25:17 Because nutmeg has a item, a alkali called myristicin,
25:21 which depresses the central nervous system.
25:24 Do you know kids, way back in like the '60s,
25:26 they used to take nutmeg and, you know, they grind it down
25:30 and they take a little sniff of it?
25:32 And what it would do,
25:34 it will produce a feeling of just like,
25:35 "Hey, everything is cool, and how are you?"
25:38 You know what I mean?
25:39 Because it starts to depress the nervous system,
25:41 so we encourage you to hold off,
25:42 instead of using nutmeg in your meals,
25:45 you can use what is known as cardamom.
25:47 Instead of cinnamon,
25:49 you can use what is known as coriander.
25:51 These are just some simple substitutes,
25:53 because those spices,
25:54 what they do is they irritate the digestive track.
25:56 You have your black and white peppers,
25:58 even cloves.
25:59 Cloves, I'll talk about some of my family,
26:03 some of my family is from a certain island
26:04 and they love using cloves.
26:06 It's like they go into kitchen,
26:07 they take cloves and they throw it into air.
26:09 It's in everything,
26:10 sometimes it ends up in a juice or a drink
26:12 and I'm like, "Why are we using so much cloves?"
26:14 But they're always calling,
26:15 they're complaining about digestive problem,
26:17 not digestive problem, but like gas.
26:19 You know what I mean?
26:20 Or extra wind, is what they say.
26:21 And I say, "Well,
26:23 it's not that you can take another tea for it.
26:24 We need to stop using these spices."
26:27 'Cause spices do what?
26:28 They irritate, they irritate, they irritate,
26:30 so the body tries to protect itself
26:31 by producing more mucous, and then do you have what?
26:34 A whole gassy situation and gas is all over the place.
26:38 Sometimes they say, "Oh, the gas is here, gas is there."
26:41 And I said, "Let's just hold off
26:42 on the excess spices."
26:43 Let's use more of what?
26:45 More herbs.
26:46 And so what are some herbs that we can use?
26:47 We can use basil, we can use thyme,
26:50 we can use sage, and matter of fact,
26:51 basil as well works naturally there,
26:54 it helps with headaches.
26:56 You have sage, people use sage for like menstrual cramps,
27:00 so different items.
27:01 And these are all good
27:02 but these are very delicate and medicinal,
27:04 you can use a turmeric.
27:06 Everybody knows turmeric, yeah, turmeric is really...
27:09 You know, turmeric here,
27:10 it has what is known as a COX-2 inhibitor,
27:13 a COX what?
27:14 COX-2 inhibitor, this prevents these growths of like tumors,
27:19 and cysts, and fibroids, and stuff.
27:21 However, let me ask a quick question.
27:23 Is this gonna solve the problem?
27:25 Not quite, it's not gonna solve.
27:26 We have to get to the source of the problem.
27:28 What's causing these things to grow in our body?
27:30 What's causing these lumps in the breasts?
27:32 Even now, did you know?
27:34 Men are developing breast cancer.
27:36 You don't hear about it much.
27:37 Can you imagine your dad comes home one day and say,
27:39 "I have breast cancer."
27:40 You're gonna start looking at him funny,
27:41 you're like, "Are you really my dad?"
27:43 You know, and so they don't talk about it
27:44 but these things are happening.
27:45 How?
27:47 By eating certain products that has like,
27:48 high estrogenic stuff,
27:49 that causes other things in our bodies to grow.
27:51 But if we just follow
27:53 some of the simple basic principles
27:54 that God has given us,
27:56 the herbs and the medicinal plants
27:57 that will be for healing of the nation.
27:59 Go ahead and give it a try yourself.
