00:36 Come and worship here
00:38 Hello and welcome to our Tiny Tot Worship.
00:41 Welcome, boys and girls.
00:44 We're so happy that you've joined us.
00:46 And you know what?
00:48 Jesus is happy that you've joined us too.
00:50 It makes Jesus so happy
00:52 when we take time to spend with Him.
00:55 First, let's have a prayer
00:57 and let's invite Jesus to our worship.
01:00 Cadence, could you have a prayer for us?
01:03 Fold your hands, boys and girls,
01:04 and close your eyes.
01:10 Thank You, God, and thank You for worship.
01:13 Amen. Amen.
01:16 Well, today, we're going to be talking about "God made you."
01:22 And we have a song that we're going to sing,
01:25 so sing it with us, boys and girls.
01:27 It's "I have hands that clap, clap, clap."
01:31 Are you ready?
01:32 I have hands that clap, clap, clap
01:37 I have fingers that wiggle, wiggle, wiggle
01:41 I have eyes that blink, blink, blink
01:45 They were made by Jesus
01:49 Let's sing that one more time, okay?
01:51 Ready?
01:52 I have hands that clap, clap, clap
01:56 I have fingers that wiggle, wiggle, wiggle
02:00 I have eyes that blink, blink, blink
02:04 They were made by Jesus
02:10 You know, Jesus did make us wonderful.
02:13 He made us arms and legs and toes.
02:17 In fact, you kids have a song
02:20 you're going to sing about that, don't you?
02:22 Why don't you go to the piano and let me hear your song?
02:34 Head, shoulders, knees, and toes
02:37 Knees and toes, knees and toes
02:41 Head, shoulders, knees, and toes
02:44 Knees and toes, knees and toes Our God made us
02:48 Head, shoulders, knees, and toes
02:51 Knees and toes, knees and toes
02:54 Head, shoulders, knees, and toes
02:58 Knees and toes, knees and toes Our God made us
03:01 Oh, I love that!
03:04 You know what, boys and girls? Come sit down.
03:06 That is how God made us, didn't he?
03:10 God made us all so special.
03:14 God made you each special too.
03:17 Let's say our memory verse together.
03:19 Who knows where our memory verse is found?
03:21 Genesis.
03:22 That's right, Genesis 1:27.
03:27 I'll say it and then you all say it, okay?
03:29 So God created man... So God created man...
03:35 In His own image. In His own image.
03:40 That's right, God created man in His own image.
03:44 Mr. Ben, would you like to open the door?
03:47 Okay, let's see.
03:54 Hello, kids. How are you?
03:56 Oh, it's Mr. Rich Aguilera!
03:59 Who recognizes Mr. Rich? Me.
04:02 He is the host of Nature Time on Kids' Time.
04:07 Welcome, Mr. Rich.
04:09 Thank you so much, it's so nice to see you guys.
04:12 But you know what?
04:14 The other day I went to the bank,
04:16 and you know what I asked for?
04:18 I went to the teller and I said,
04:20 "I would like a $100 bill."
04:24 Whoa, that's a lot of money, isn't it?
04:27 Yeah.
04:28 So let me show you what they gave me,
04:29 I got it here in this little envelope.
04:32 Look at this, $100 bill!
04:35 I was amazed when they gave it to me
04:37 because it was like brand new.
04:39 And I don't think there was even a fold in it.
04:42 It was a crisp $100 bill. Wow.
04:46 How many of you guys would like to have a $100 bill?
04:49 Yeah.
04:50 Now why would you guys want to a $100 bill?
04:53 Is it because of this nice picture of Ben Franklin?
04:58 Or is it because of all the nice little colors
05:01 that are on the bill?
05:03 Or is it because of this nice picture
05:05 of a building on the back?
05:07 Is that really why you want it?
05:09 Or is it because you can see this watermark?
05:12 It's kind of like an invisible Ben Franklin there.
05:15 Are those really the reasons why you want this $100 bill?
05:19 It's because you can probably do
05:21 some pretty good stuff with this, right?
05:22 You can buy some pretty cool stuff with $100.
05:25 What would you guys buy with $100?
05:28 A new bicycle? Yeah.
05:30 Yeah, maybe a new toy
05:32 or some Legos or something like that?
05:34 Would you buy a dolly? What would you buy?
05:37 A baseball and a bag?
05:40 Those are some pretty cool toys.
05:41 Or how about a puppy dog? Puppy dog!
05:44 Oh, you guys would buy some pretty cool things.
05:46 I'd like to buy some cool things too.
05:49 So would you say this $100 is pretty valuable?
05:53 Yeah, it is. How about this?
05:56 Let's try something.
05:58 What would you say if I take this $100
06:00 and I scrunched it all up?
06:05 Would you think it's still valuable?
06:07 You think so?
06:08 Even though I scrunched it all up?
06:11 Okay. Let's take a look at it.
06:16 Yeah, I guess it's still look pretty valuable, right?
06:18 We can still buy stuff with it. Yeah.
06:20 What if I scrunched it all up, and then I stomped on it?
06:29 Poor thing, it's all scrunched up
06:31 and squished and stomped on.
06:33 Would you still think it's valuable?
06:35 Even though I scrunched it up and stepped on it,
06:37 it's still pretty valuable?
06:40 Okay, I agree.
06:42 I think I could still do some pretty good buying
06:44 with this thing.
06:46 What if I were to scrunch it all up,
06:48 stomp it on the ground,
06:49 and we go outside and we drop it in the mud
06:52 and get it all dirty, and icky, and nasty, and slimy,
06:56 do you still think it would be valuable?
06:58 No. No?
07:00 You don't think we can clean it off
07:01 and buy something with this still?
07:02 Yeah, I think so.
07:04 What if I were to scrunch it all up,
07:07 and step on it, and run it in the mud,
07:09 and clean it, and then I talk mean to it.
07:13 You are a bad $100 bill,
07:15 you're worthless, you're no good.
07:18 Do you think it would still be valuable?
07:20 Yeah, it would be.
07:23 This is valuable because it's valuable.
07:25 And you know what?
07:26 God made you guys to be valuable too.
07:29 And sometimes, you know, we get dirty, and muddy,
07:33 and we do bad things, and maybe somebody says
07:35 something mean to us or bad to us.
07:38 But do you think that, to God, we're still valuable?
07:41 Yeah, absolutely because He made us.
07:45 Just like our Bible verse said today,
07:47 "He made us in His own image."
07:50 Do you know what that means?
07:51 It's like we're kind of like copies of God.
07:53 Now there's a lot of creatures
07:55 that God made during creation, right?
07:57 Octopus, and insects, and spiders, and whales,
08:02 did any of those get made in God's image?
08:05 No.
08:07 The only ones that were made in God's image were us
08:11 'cause we're the most special.
08:13 Not even monkeys were made in God's image, similar,
08:16 but nope, only people were made in God's image.
08:20 And that means we are the most special creation that God made.
08:26 He loves us so much.
08:28 And to us, we're super valuable to Him.
08:31 There's nothing that could be done
08:34 to make us not valuable to God.
08:37 He'll do anything for us so much
08:39 that He sent Jesus to die for us.
08:41 That really shows us how valuable we are,
08:44 doesn't it?
08:45 Yeah.
08:46 God loves us so much because He made us.
08:50 Thank you, Mr. Rich.
08:52 Boys and girls, what does that show you?
08:56 Does that show you that you're very special to Jesus?
08:59 Uh-huh.
09:01 Boys and girls, remember that you're special to Jesus too.
09:04 God made each one of you special.
09:07 And no matter what anybody tells you,
09:10 you'll always be special to Jesus.
09:13 Oh, I loved that, and I'm so glad that
09:17 Jesus loves us even when we do get dirty
09:22 and we do bad things and we disappoint Him,
09:25 He still loves us. He sure does.
09:28 We're still valuable, aren't we?
09:30 When you say something bad or you disobey,
09:34 are you still valuable?
09:37 Yes.
09:39 That's how much Jesus loves us, isn't it?
09:42 Yes.
09:44 Well, Mr. Rich, Mr. Ben here has a song he's been practicing
09:49 on the piano he's going to play for you.
09:51 Oh, I'd like to hear that a lot.
10:29 Oh, do you know what song that is, Mr. Rich?
10:33 What is it? That's "God made me."
10:35 Oh, that's very appropriate.
10:37 In fact, Mr. Ben, why don't you go back to the piano?
10:39 Let's all sing it.
10:40 Just play it one more time and let's sing it.
10:43 God made me God made me
10:50 In my Bible book it says that
10:53 God made me
10:56 Thank you. Isn't that nice?
10:58 That is very nice, and he's very talented.
11:01 And you know what? That's part of what God made.
11:03 He made us talented, that's right.
11:06 You know what? It reminds me, the other day.
11:08 I was sitting with my own kids at home
11:10 and we were playing on the floor,
11:13 and we were playing one of our favorite games Legos.
11:17 Do you guys have Legos? Do any of you guys like Legos?
11:19 I love Legos.
11:20 All those different colored block, right?
11:23 We can make lots of things with them.
11:25 What's your favorite color of block, guys?
11:28 How about you, Ben? Blue block.
11:29 You like the blue blocks? Yeah?
11:31 How about you guys? I like green.
11:33 Oh, the green ones, yeah? Yeah, I love...
11:35 What's your favorite, Candice?
11:37 What's your favorite color?
11:38 Green. Green?
11:40 Joshua, what's your favorite color?
11:43 Yellow?
11:45 Yeah. Yeah!
11:46 Wow, those are all pretty cool colors that God made.
11:48 God made the colors too.
11:50 But when we were sitting there on the floor playing Legos,
11:53 one of the things that we started making
11:54 were the little Lego guys.
11:56 And each of us were trying to make a little Lego that
11:59 looked like us.
12:00 And my son made a little Lego guy with black hair
12:03 and my littler son made one with little black hair,
12:06 and then my kids made one for me.
12:09 They made a little guy, he looked like a ranger,
12:11 and he had this little hat on and everything,
12:13 and it was a lot of fun, but it reminded me
12:16 'cause we were making like little copies of ourselves,
12:19 and that's kind of what God did
12:20 by making us in His image.
12:23 Oh, you're exactly right. Thank you, Mr. Rich.
12:27 We loved having you here today.
12:30 I hope you come back again. I'd love to.
12:32 Oh, you know, right now, let's have a prayer
12:35 and thank Jesus for making us so special.
12:39 Christiana, will you pray for us today?
12:41 Okay.
12:43 I will bend my knees, I will fold my hands
12:50 I will bow my head, I will close my eyes
12:58 And very, very quiet be
13:03 While the prayer is said
13:07 Dear Jesus, we had a good worship.
13:11 Amen. Amen.
13:15 Oh, and I'm so glad that
13:18 Jesus made all of us special
13:22 and in His image.
13:25 You know, boys and girls,
13:27 we should always try to be like Jesus.
13:30 Oh, Mr. Rooster says
13:33 that's all the time we have for now.
13:35 Bye-bye.
13:44 Worship bells are sweet
13:47 Calling us to meet
13:49 With our best friend Jesus
13:53 Come and worship here
13:55 Jesus will be near
13:56 Smiling when he sees us
14:04 Worship bells are sweet
14:07 Calling us to meet
14:08 With our best friend Jesus
14:13 Come and worship here
14:15 Jesus will be near
14:16 Smiling when he sees us
