That was so beautiful. 07:04 - Tim, wasn't that Chopin? - Yes it was. 07:06 I've never lyrics put to that song before. 07:10 - And how appropriate. - Yeah, it's beautiful. 07:12 I always wanted to play classical music as a child. 07:15 You know, country music was my dad's favorite, 07:18 and so he was my influence. 07:19 So we listened to what he wanted to listen to in the house. 07:22 So, Chopin, that's a stretch for me. 07:25 But I love playing that, and love those lyrics. 07:28 It tells the story. 07:29 ~ So beautiful, so beautiful. 07:31 You know, Tim, a lot of people, I'm sure, have watched you 07:34 over the years on 3ABN. 07:36 Because you've just, you're part of our family here. 07:39 And we have to kind of be careful, because we assume 07:43 that everybody know you because you've been on for so long. 07:45 But some people don't know who you are, or how you grew up, 07:49 or anything, so let's just give them a little background. 07:52 Where did you grow up? 07:53 I was born and raised in Kansas City, 07:55 north Kansas City, Missouri. 07:57 And I was born into a singing family. 07:59 My mother prayed for a piano player, actually. 08:02 Because they didn't, my dad played the guitar, 08:05 but didn't have a pianist. 08:06 So she prayed for a piano player. 08:08 So I was kind of doomed, you could say, 08:12 because you can't outrun a mother's prayer. 08:14 ~ That's right, that's right. 08:15 So honestly, no, it was a... 08:16 I'm very blessed to play the piano by ear. 08:19 I had all those years growing up to play, 08:22 and have continued to play professionally. 08:25 And just have been very blessed. 08:27 God has opened many doors. 08:28 And being a part of the 3ABN family has been 08:31 just wonderful to be able to, not only play 08:35 here in the United States, but internationally, 08:38 to be able to go around the world. 08:40 ~ We've gone to Russia. 08:41 We've just gone to all these different places. 08:43 What a blessing it is. 08:44 So when you were growing up, Tim, 08:46 you grew up in a musical family, just play a little something 08:50 of how you used to play. 08:52 Your first song, can you remember your first song? 08:55 ~ I don't remember that. 08:57 I really don't. 08:59 My dad would always say that I play as well now 09:04 as I used to play then. 09:05 But I think he's way partial. 09:07 Or he was hard of hearing maybe. 09:09 But, no I don't remember how I played. 09:13 But I remember when I was 14, that my parents bought me a 09:19 little baby grand piano. 09:22 And you know when you get a new toothbrush, 09:25 how clean your teeth feel. 09:28 That's maybe not a great analogy. 09:30 But I remember advancing amazingly because I had this 09:35 great instrument to practice on. 09:37 So that was a great memory of seeing like a milestone 09:41 or watermark of where I can go back 09:43 and say, "Hey, I know that..." 09:45 So I always encourage people to get the best instrument 09:49 that you can practice on. 09:51 - So, you know... ~ I think that's a good point. 09:53 ~ Because sometimes you get rinky-dink instruments 09:56 and the child won't really progress. 09:58 ~ You know, and today if I play on something that 10:00 is out of tune, I get so discouraged because I feel like, 10:04 "Uugh, I don't sound good." 10:06 And it's the instruments fault, you know. 10:07 It's nice to have the instrument to blame it on. 10:09 We all want that. 10:11 ~ But yeah, it's always nice to have a great instrument. 10:15 What would you say would be one of your 10:17 favorite Christmas memories? 10:19 When you think about Christmas growing up, 10:22 what would you say is one of your favorites? 10:24 ~ My mom was a seamstress. 10:26 And so, every Christmas when I was a child, 10:29 up to, my goodness, middle school, actually like into 10:33 the ninth grade, there was at Christmas time, 10:36 she would have made a big box through the year, 10:39 she would have made clothes for me. 10:42 And my older sister as well. 10:45 And so we would have this big box of homemade clothes. 10:50 And so, you know, as I got into, as I grew up 10:54 a little older there and almost in the ninth grade, 10:58 I noticed the other kids weren't wearing 11:02 the same thing I was wearing. 11:04 And you know, you're trying to get cool. 11:07 And I was probably a little late actually, trying to get cool. 11:10 But I've been a late bloomer all my life. 11:11 And so, I asked mom, "Could you just maybe get some 501 Levi's? 11:17 That would be something I would rather have." 11:20 You know, and I didn't know what I was saying. 11:23 Well I knew what I was saying, but I didn't realize 11:26 that when I came down that Christmas and saw 11:28 just this little package. 11:30 There was no more big box. 11:31 Which meant there was no more... 11:34 Well, there was the love, because she loved me enough 11:37 to buy those Levi's. 11:40 But I think back, you know, many years later, 11:43 I've thought, "Wow, I sure would love to have a box of 11:47 homemade clothes," you know. 11:49 Because there's just something about the love 11:50 that you realize went into those. 11:53 And, yeah. 11:54 So I'd say that's a great memory. 11:58 But basically, just to never take advantage, 12:01 or take for granted, rather, the gifts. 12:07 And you know what? I like to associate that with our Father. 12:10 Sometimes we take advantage, or take for granted, 12:13 the gift that He gave in His Son. 12:15 ~ So true. What a great analogy. 12:17 We do take Him for granted sometimes. 12:19 Tim, there's so much going on in the world right now, 12:22 and we do need peace. 12:24 You just sang about peace, but I wish you'd do one more 12:27 song about peace for us. 12:28 ~ I would love to. - Great, thank you. 12:30 - A Little Peace on Earth. ~ Yes, amen. 12:48 Lately, I've been praying for a little peace on earth. 12:55 The kind the angels sang about the starry night of Jesus birth. 13:02 And don't it seem like lately this old world is going wild, 13:09 and we could all sure use a taste of mercy mild. 13:15 So I'm praying for all it's worth 13:21 for a little peace on earth. 13:27 It's hard to imagine a silent night 13:34 in a busy world that never seems to sleep. 13:41 But then I close my eyes and think of Bethlehem's Child, 13:48 then I realize just what we really need. 13:55 Lately I've been praying for a little peace on earth. 14:02 The kind the angels sang about the starry night of Jesus birth. 14:09 And don't it seem like lately this old world is going wild, 14:17 and we could all use a taste of mercy mild. 14:22 So I'm praying for all it's worth 14:28 for a little peace on earth. 14:34 I hear a church bell ringing in the distance, 14:40 and faith wells up in me like a child. 14:47 I bow my head and ask the Lord, "This Christmas, 14:54 could You help us get along for just a while?" 15:16 Lately, I've been praying for a little peace on earth. 15:23 The kind the angels sang about the starry night of Jesus birth. 15:31 And don't it seem like lately this old world is going wild, 15:39 and we could all sure use a taste of mercy mild. 15:45 So I'm praying for all it's worth, 15:53 yeah I'm praying for all it's worth 15:59 for a little peace on earth. 16:18 That was so beautiful, Tim. Thank you. 16:20 That's what we need. 16:22 We need even just a little bit of peace. 16:25 And who is the peace giver? 16:27 You know, I think about Isaiah 9:6 16:31 which says, "For unto us a Child is born, 16:34 unto us, a Son is given, 16:36 and the government shall be upon His shoulder. 16:39 And His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, 16:43 the mighty God, the everlasting Father, 16:46 the Prince of Peace." 16:48 He is the Prince of Peace. 16:49 And that's what we want to share with you today. 16:51 To make sure that you know that Jesus is the giver of peace. 16:55 So you might be going through something really hard 16:58 in your life right now, and you need peace. 17:01 Look to Jesus. 17:03 He's going to give you that peace. 17:06 Right now we're going to hear from Denise Barclay, 17:09 who is going to sing, Who Would Imagine a King. 17:14 Jesus is King of kings and Lord of lords. 17:18 Thank you, Denise. 17:35 Mommies and daddies always believe 17:43 that their little angels are special indeed. 17:51 And you could grow up to be anything; 18:01 but who would imagine a King? 18:14 A shepherd or teacher is what you could be, 18:21 or maybe a fisherman out on the sea, 18:30 or maybe a carpenter building things; 18:39 but who would imagine a King? 18:49 It was so clear when the wisemen arrived 18:57 and the angels were singing Your name 19:05 that the world would be different cause You were alive. 19:13 That's what heaven stood still to proclaim. 19:25 One day an angel said quietly 19:33 that soon he would bring something special to me. 19:42 And of all those wonderful gifts he could bring, 19:53 who would imagine, 19:59 who could imagine, 20:06 who would imagine a King? 20:17 My King. 20:21 My King. 20:51 At this table everyone is welcome. 20:59 At this table, everyone is seen. 21:06 At this table, everybody matters. 21:12 No one falls between. 21:18 At this table you can say whatever. 21:24 At this table, you can speak your mind. 21:32 At this table everything's forgiven. 21:38 There's enough for everyone. 21:47 So come as you are. 21:54 Remember that the door is always open. 22:01 Yes, come as you are. 22:09 The perfect gift that you could bring is your heart. 22:17 So come, come as you are. 22:31 At this table there will be no judgment. 22:38 At this table mercy has a seat. 22:45 At this table we're all sons and daughters. 22:51 There's no place I'd rather be. 22:59 So come as you are. 23:06 Remember that the door is always open. 23:13 Yes, come as you are. 23:20 The perfect gift that you could bring is your heart. 23:27 So come, come as you are. 23:40 Come as you are. 23:52 At this table everyone is welcome. 23:59 At this table, everybody cares. 24:07 At this table, everybody matters. 24:14 So come, pull up a chair. 24:26 Amen, that's so beautiful. 24:27 Denise, come and sit with me. 24:29 How beautiful. 24:32 At His table? At this table? 24:35 At this table. 24:37 To me, that message is so relevant. 24:42 You know, whosoever will, let him come. 24:45 Let him come. 24:47 A lot of folks might not know this, but you've been 24:50 on 3ABN for years. 24:52 And you've been on Dare to Dream before. 24:54 ~ We are so happy to have you back. 24:57 Thank you. It's so good to be here. 24:58 Tell us a bit about that song. 25:01 What is its significance to you? 25:04 Well, when I heard this song, I immediately felt drawn to it. 25:08 And the words, the lyrics, spoke to me because, 25:11 you know, it painted a picture of Christmas time 25:16 when most families come together. 25:18 No matter what happened during the year, 25:21 you know, people come together again. 25:23 Whether it's your family of origin or your extended family, 25:27 you know, friends, neighbors, church members, you know. 25:32 And even strangers, people who we may not know, 25:35 but are in need of shelter, 25:38 in need of just someone to spend time with. 25:41 The whole concept of just taking care of family and being there. 25:45 And it doesn't matter who you are, what color you are, 25:48 your religious belief, your background, 25:51 you're welcome at the table. 25:53 ~ Yes, yes, that's so beautiful. 25:55 Tell us a little bit about your background. 25:57 Where are you from? Where do you live now? 26:00 Did you grow up in a Christian home? 26:02 Give us a little bit of insight into your background. 26:06 Well, I claim two islands; Trinidad and Tobago, 26:10 as well as St. Thomas Virgin Islands. 26:11 I was born in Trinidad, my parents are from there, 26:14 and then I was raised on the island of St. Thomas. 26:18 And I love home, I love home. 26:22 My family, my parents are Seventh-day Adventist 26:27 and I was raised in the church. 26:29 And I was raised around a lot of music, 26:33 a lot of people who I admired in the church, 26:37 and just even little things. 26:41 I remember the organist at the church, Celeste. 26:44 She's actually still playing. 26:47 But she would even do a little thing with her foot 26:49 when she was playing on the organ. 26:51 And I would go home and, I did not have a piano at the time, 26:54 but I would just kind of mimic everything that she was doing, 26:56 because I think God had planted in me that seed, that desire 27:01 to do music for His glory. 27:04 ~ When did you start playing? 27:05 Well, I would say I was about six or seven. 27:10 And we didn't have an instrument at the time, 27:12 So I would go and find any little spot that I could 27:15 pretend I was playing, and then finally my parents said, 27:18 "Okay, enough," and they got me an instrument. 27:21 And so, I was able to, you know, take lessons and spend time 27:27 in the church with groups and choirs. 27:29 And I guess God just kind of groomed me 27:32 through those opportunities throughout my years. 27:35 That's great. So you started playing around six or seven? 27:39 Yes, I would say around seven. 27:42 And when did you know that you could sing? 27:45 Well, I don't know if it was when I knew I could sing. 27:48 It was just something we did at church. 27:51 And I was always, I always loved group singing. 27:55 So I gravitated towards friends, family, 27:58 where we could do harmony. 28:00 I loved harmony. 28:01 So I would sing in little groups. 28:03 And then as I got older, choirs. 28:06 And then as I got a little older and moved into college, 28:12 what have you, I really got involved with choirs 28:16 and small groups. 28:20 I really liked being in the background a lot. 28:23 And so when I started to do more solo singing, I was so nervous. 28:27 I remember they had to do a quick prayer over me 28:30 because I was afraid to step out. 28:32 I was usually behind the scenes, whether it was playing or just 28:36 even directing, my back was to the congregation. 28:38 But then as I started more solo ministry, 28:41 it was a little terrifying at first. 28:43 But you know, God has been with me. 28:44 ~ Yes, yes, for sure. 28:46 And you brought your husband here with you this time. 28:49 ~ I did. - What a blessing. 28:50 Tell us a little bit about David, David Thompson. 28:53 Well, David and I met, again, through ministry, 28:57 as God would have it. 28:58 The short version is that he is just a wonderful support. 29:05 He is a database administrator. 29:08 And so, that technical side of him has served... 29:12 I call it our ministry well. 29:15 Because, you know, when we go to minister, whether to a small 29:20 church, or doing a concert, even here, 29:23 his feedback, his expertise, and his support 29:29 means a lot to me. 29:30 So things like, you know, the mic, is it set right, 29:33 you know, is there balance, or what have you, 29:36 so it's been a blessing. 29:38 - You guys are a team. - We are. 29:40 And that, that is great. 29:42 Tell us a little bit about the song that you're 29:44 getting ready to sing now. 29:46 Give us a little insight into that. 29:49 So one of the things I love to do is combine hymns 29:54 with more popular songs. 29:57 Contemporary. 29:58 And so, this is just little medley of, 30:02 O Come All Ye Faithful. 30:04 The idea that, you know, music is a gift. 30:07 And Christmas time, you know, we do a lot of carols, we sing, 30:11 exchange gifts, we celebrate. 30:14 But at the end of the day, it's really all about Christ. 30:18 It's all about You, Jesus. 30:19 And I believe my assignment has been to share my gift, 30:25 to bring joy, to bring hope and courage and comfort to others. 30:29 And so, that's what the song pretty much says. 30:34 Well, we look forward to hearing it. 30:35 - Thank you so much. ~ Thank you, Yvonne. 30:39 O come let us adore Him, 30:47 O come let us adore Him, 30:54 O come let us adore Him, 31:04 Christ the Lord. 31:24 When the music fades and all is stripped away, 31:32 and I simply come 31:39 longing just to bring something that's of worth 31:46 that will bless your heart, 31:53 I'll bring you more than a song. 31:57 For a song in itself is not what You have required of me, Lord. 32:06 You search much deeper within, through the way things appear. 32:14 You're looking into my heart. 32:22 I'm coming back to the heart of worship. 32:29 And it's all about You, it's all about You, Jesus. 32:37 I'm sorry, Lord, for the thing I've made it, 32:43 when it's all about You, it's all about You, Jesus. 32:59 King of endless worth, no one could express 33:06 how much You deserve. 33:14 Though I'm weak and poor, all I have is Yours. 33:21 Every single breath. 33:27 I'll bring you more than a song. 33:32 For a song in itself is not what You have required of me, Lord. 33:42 You search much deeper within, through the way things appear. 33:49 You're looking into my heart. 33:57 I'm coming back to the heart of worship. 34:04 And it's all about You, it's all about You, Jesus. 34:12 I'm sorry, Lord, for the thing I've made it, 34:19 when it's all about You, it's all about You, Jesus. 34:34 I'm coming back to the heart of worship. 34:41 And it's all about You, it's all about You, Jesus. 34:49 I'm sorry, Lord, for the thing I've made it, 34:56 when it's all about You, it's all about You. 35:05 It's all about You. 35:08 It's all about You, Jesus. 35:46 That was so beautiful. 35:48 Thank you so much. 35:50 I'm coming back to this heart of worship. 35:53 Because it's all about You, it's all about You, Jesus. 35:56 That's what we're here for. 35:58 That's why we're here. 35:59 To lift up the name of Jesus Christ. 36:02 Because He has done so much on our behalf. 36:07 You might not know what Jesus has done, but Jesus came 36:13 and lived, He entered in, God Himself entered into 36:18 His own creation and became a man 36:22 and lived a perfect sinless life so that His righteousness 36:27 could be attributed to us. 36:30 He became sin for us that we might be the righteousness 36:35 of God in Him. 36:37 What a beautiful thing. 36:39 What a beautiful thing. 36:41 We don't deserve it, but He doesn't treat us like that. 36:43 And guess what? 36:45 It's all about Him. 36:47 So with that, we have to go and tell what Jesus has done. 36:51 We have to spread it everywhere. 36:53 We have to go and tell it on the mountain. 36:57 Like Pastor Ryan Johnson is going to share with us now. 37:01 And Tim. 37:15 O when I was a sinner, 37:22 I prayed both night and day. 37:27 I asked the Lord to help me, 37:33 and He showed me the way. 37:40 Go tell it on the mountain, over the hills and everywhere, 37:49 go tell it on the mountain that Jesus Christ is born. 37:58 Twas in a lowly manger 38:04 that Jesus Christ was born. 38:09 The Lord sent down an angel 38:13 on that bright glorious morn. 38:21 Go tell it on the mountain, over the hills and everywhere, 38:30 go tell it on the mountain that Jesus Christ is born. 38:40 Now He made me a watchman 38:46 upon the city walls. 38:52 And if I am a Christian, 38:57 I am the least of all. 39:06 Go tell it on the mountain, over the hills and everywhere, 39:15 go tell it on the mountain that Jesus Christ is born. 39:23 Go tell it on the mountain, over the hills and everywhere, 39:31 go tell it on the mountain 39:37 that Jesus Christ is born. 40:04 What Child is this who laid to rest 40:13 on Mary's lap is sleeping, 40:21 whom angels greet with anthems sweet 40:29 while shepherds watch are keeping? 40:38 Imagine if you were the baby, 40:43 a little, tiny, tiny baby, 40:48 with little hands and little feet, 40:53 and great big eyes. 40:58 Now what if this was your baby? 41:04 And you were hoping that maybe 41:09 he wouldn't grow into a man 41:13 destined to die. 41:20 A thousand worlds between His throne 41:28 and the manger He now calls His own. 41:36 To loose our bonds and set us free, 41:43 the Babe, the Son of Mary. 41:52 This, this is Christ the King 41:59 whom shepherds guard and angels sing. 42:07 Haste, haste to bring Him laud, 42:14 the Babe, the Son of Mary. 42:28 But thorn would pierce Him, nail would pierce Him, 42:38 spear would pierce this Baby. 42:46 We'd hang Him high and watch Him die; 42:54 the Babe, the Son of Mary. 43:01 O this, this was Christ our King 43:09 who we murdered on, we murdered on that wicked thing. 43:18 Lord, Lord forgive us, Lord; 43:27 the Babe, 43:30 the Son of Mary. 44:04 Amen, amen. 44:06 That was beautiful. 44:08 Where did that arrangement come from? 44:10 That's not the traditional, What Child is This? 44:13 No ma'am. And praise the Lord. 44:16 We were just thinking about Mary, and the things that 44:20 she had been told prophetically. 44:22 She's the one, of course, that taught Jesus at her knee. 44:25 So she had studied Isaiah. 44:27 "And a sword shall pierce thine own soul also." 44:30 "...thine own heart also." 44:31 And what must it have been like for her putting everything 44:35 she had into this little Boy. 44:37 And just in the back of her mind, just praying that He 44:40 wouldn't grow up to be the sacrifice, you know. 44:44 Not that she fully understood. 44:45 But you know, just what must that have been like. 44:48 ~ Yes, yes. 44:49 You know, Pastor Johnson, we have had you on Dare to Dream, 44:54 you are the host of Imperative Life Lessons, 44:57 and I'd never heard you sing before. 44:59 I have to tell our audience, is he not a blessing? 45:03 ~ God is good. - Praise the Lord. 45:04 Thank you for the opportunity. 45:06 Oh, absolutely. Praise the Lord. 45:07 So Jason told me, well first of all my aunt told me that 45:11 you could sing, but I hadn't heard you. 45:12 Then Jason told me that you sing. 45:15 And I heard you, and I'm like, whoa, we haven't even 45:17 had him on 3ABN yet. 45:19 Praise God. Yes ma'am. 45:21 ~ We are really, really thankful and happy that you came 45:24 to bless us with the music. 45:27 ~ It's kind of been, you know, my little dream to sing 45:30 alongside you, and maybe we can do some of that later, probably. 45:34 Later on, praise the Lord, we're going to get to sing together. 45:37 Which will be a blessing for me. 45:39 So give us a little bit of your background. 45:41 Because people see you on Dare to Dream and 3ABN, 45:45 but they might not know who you are. 45:47 And you've had a very interesting past. 45:50 Give us a little bit of background about you. 45:52 ~ Yes ma'am. 45:54 One of the main things, and I don't talk about this a lot, 45:57 as you know, is that I have a background in medicine. 45:59 The Lord called me into the ministry. 46:01 But it was very soon after we accepted that call, 46:05 my lovely wife Vanessa, whom you know, 46:08 and I, the devil got busy. 46:11 And the primary thing to know about me, 46:15 by God's grace, is that I am a man who is standing up, 46:19 literally, because of the prayers of his mama, 46:22 and because of the prayers of the congregation. 46:25 The devil attacked my health, and stuff. 46:27 And so, I am one of those preachers who knows that 46:31 God answers prayer. 46:33 Give us a little bit of insight, if you would, 46:36 about your health challenges. 46:38 Certainly. 46:39 We've talked about this before, I have not only type 1 diabetes, 46:45 And that's an Auto-immune disease. 46:47 Auto-immune diseases love hanging out in packs. 46:50 So I also have rheumatoid arthritis. 46:52 And I remember one time you had come to Las Vegas 46:55 to support something we were doing, 46:56 and it was just setting in then. 46:59 And you grabbed me and my little brother, 47:01 we didn't know what was going on, we had a special prayer. 47:04 It almost took me out. 47:06 - Can I tell a little something? ~ Please. 47:09 You know, Christmas time is a joyous time. 47:13 But it is also for many people a difficult time. 47:16 You know, they see everybody walking around happy and stuff. 47:19 The things they're dealing with, the pressures and stuff, 47:21 it can really bear down heavily. 47:23 I told a testimony here some time ago about a preacher 47:27 who, in the middle of his sermon while it was raining, 47:30 prayed that the Lord would stop the rain. 47:33 And the Lord stopped it. I was sitting there and saw it. 47:35 I was like, "I need the Lord to stop the rain in my life." 47:37 But I was afraid to pray bold prayers like that. 47:41 I would always say, "Lord, heal me, help me," 47:43 and then kind of couch it with, "But, you know, whatever it is 47:46 You want, Lord, we will accept." 47:48 I was on the mountain just two weeks ago 47:51 with our church, and I was preaching, 47:54 and the rain came down, oh my goodness, my lady, 47:56 and the floods came up. 47:58 And my wife gave me the eye. 47:59 She was like, "Husband, you need to pray a bold prayer. 48:03 Now is the time." 48:04 Well, I stood up front and I prayed the prayer, 48:07 "Lord, hold the rain till after the service." 48:09 And it rained harder. 48:11 ~ But don't you know, I sat down. 48:13 And as soon as I sat down, the rain began to stop. 48:17 And when the foolish preacher stood up to preach, 48:20 birds were tweeting and the sun came out. 48:22 And I found out, listen to me, if you are hurting 48:27 during this season, the Lord can stop the rain. 48:30 But be not afraid to pray a bold prayer. 48:33 Bold prayers are prayed for me, lady. 48:35 Don't get me preaching. Every time... 48:37 ~ Oh come on, come on. We love it. 48:39 ~ That's why I am here, yes ma'am. 48:41 ~ Yes, yes, we love it. 48:42 So you're saying that no matter what you've gone through, 48:46 God has answered your prayers, first of all. 48:49 - Because you're still standing. ~ Still up, yes ma'am. 48:51 And this prayer, last week you prayed a bold prayer. 48:55 ~ I did. And I was scared. 48:56 But the Lord came through, for His name's sake. 48:58 ~ Amen, amen. 48:59 Isn't it interesting how sometimes we do 49:03 get a little bit timid about asking for big things from God? 49:07 Because He might say no. 49:09 And then you're like, oh I asked for something and didn't get it. 49:12 So give us 20 seconds of a final thought. 49:16 Well, this next song that is coming up 49:19 is called, Some Children See Him. 49:22 And it talks about how different children of different cultures 49:25 and different walks of life see Christ. 49:27 It is not a limitation of the person and how they see Him. 49:32 It is a song about the maximum way in which Christ 49:37 can be with us. 49:39 No matter who you are, no matter what you're going through, 49:43 we can see Christ, and He is here with us. 49:46 - Yes ma'am. ~ That's so beautiful. 49:47 Some See Him, right? Some See Him. 49:51 ~ Some Children See Him. - Some Children See Him. 49:53 We look forward to hearing that. Thank you so much. 50:10 Some children see Him lily white, 50:18 the Baby Jesus born this night. 50:26 Some children see Him lily white, 50:34 with tresses soft and fair. 50:43 Some children see Him bronzed and brown, 50:50 the Lord of heaven to earth come down. 50:57 Some children see Him bronzed and brown, 51:05 with dark and heavy hair. 51:24 Some children see Him almond-eyed, 51:30 this Savior whom we kneel beside. 51:36 Some children see Him almond-eyed, 51:43 with skin of golden hue. 51:51 Some children see Him dark as they, 51:58 sweet Mary's Son to whom we pray. 52:05 Some children see Him dark as they, 52:13 and oh they love Him too. 52:30 The children in each different place 52:37 will see the Baby Jesus' face 52:43 like theirs, but bright with heavenly grace, 52:49 and filled with holy light. 52:56 O lay aside each earthly thing, 53:05 and with thine heart as offering 53:12 come worship now the infant King. 53:20 'Tis love that's born tonight. 53:36 It's love that's born tonight. 53:50 Is born tonight. 54:01 What a beautiful song. 54:03 You know, it's interesting how we all see Jesus 54:06 the way we see Him, and relate Him to us and our cultures. 54:10 But the main thing is, we know that He loves us 54:13 and we love Him. 54:14 So let's all sing one last song. 54:17 Let's get together and sing a song here. 54:19 Thank you so much for joining us. 54:21 We are just so grateful that you took the time out 54:24 to be with us tonight. 54:26 We want you to join along, sing along with us on this song. 54:30 This is up and happy. 54:31 We're going to go out with this song. 54:33 Thank you to all of you too. 54:34 What a blessing you are. Thank you. 54:42 Jesus, Jesus, oh what a wonderful Child. 54:50 Jesus, Jesus, so lowly, meek, and mild. 54:58 New life, new hope, new joy He brings; 55:03 won't you listen to the angels sing? 55:08 Glory, glory glory to the newborn King. 55:15 One more time. 55:16 Jesus, Jesus, oh what a wonderful Child. 55:25 Jesus, Jesus, so lowly, meek, and mild. 55:33 New life, new hope, new joy He brings; 55:38 won't you listen to the angels sing? 55:42 Glory, glory glory to the newborn King. 55:51 He was herald by the angels, born in a lowly manger. 56:01 The virgin Mary was His mother, 56:05 and Joseph was His earthly father. 56:09 Three wisemen came from afar, 56:14 they were guided by a shining star, 56:18 to see King Jesus where He lay in a manger filled with hay. 56:27 Jesus, Jesus, oh what a wonderful Child. 56:36 Jesus, Jesus, so lowly, meek, and mild. 56:44 New life, new hope, new joy He brings; 56:49 won't you listen to the angels sing? 56:53 Glory, glory glory to the newborn King. 57:02 Glory, glory glory 57:10 to the newborn King. |
