00:02 male announcer: This presentation is brought to you
00:03 by the friends of the Amazing Facts Ministry. 00:06 male announcer: Coming to you from New York City at the 00:09 historic Manhattan Center, with your host Doug Batchelor. 00:13 Join this exciting journey of discovery, as we learn the truth 00:17 about Bible Prophecy. 00:19 Explore the timeless wisdom of God's Word and see how it 00:23 relates to our lives today. 00:25 Stay tuned. 00:27 Your Amazing Facts adventure begins now. 00:31 Doug Batchelor: Hello, friends, welcome back to 00:33 Prophecy Odyssey. 00:34 In our previous episode, we learned that Bible baptism 00:38 symbolizes the cleansing from sin in a person's life and the 00:42 new birth. 00:43 Today we're going to continue our eye opening study of 00:46 baptism, and we're going to examine how Jesus, who's our 00:49 example, was baptized and that his baptism identifies with his 00:54 death, burial, and resurrection. 00:57 Remember, if you'd like to deepen your Bible learning 01:00 experience, then check out the Prophecy Odyssey Bible lessons 01:04 and our free offer. 01:05 We'll tell you more about how to get those resources later in 01:08 the program. 01:09 So for now, thank you for watching and God bless, as you 01:13 continue your Prophecy Odyssey adventure. 01:16 Doug: So a friend was telling me that in Northern California, he 01:20 was baptizing, and this Spanish gentleman came to him and he 01:23 said, "I need to get baptized. 01:26 I've lived a pretty wicked life", and so he got baptized in 01:31 a lake and the family was on the shore, big family watching. 01:34 He went out a ways into the water where it was deep enough 01:36 for him to get baptized and just before he got baptized, he said, 01:39 "Pastor, I need you to do me a favor." 01:41 He says, "I've just been out there living for the devil." 01:44 He said, "When you baptize me, hold me under for a minute." 01:49 He said, "Don't worry," he says, "You know, I swim, I can hold my 01:52 breath a long time." 01:53 He says, "I just want to have a little prayer while I'm under 01:56 the water," and of course, no one in the family knew this was 01:59 going to happen. 02:04 So he said, "Yes, when I'm done praying, I'll give your hand a 02:07 little squeeze," and he said, "You bring me up." 02:10 And so, Pastor, you know, he says, "In the name of the 02:13 Father, Son and Holy Spirit." 02:15 He put him under. 02:20 And the family on the shore, they're like going--I don't 02:27 mean to belittle the importance, but, you know, life 02:29 is interesting. 02:31 Angels laugh, I think sometimes. Amen. 02:33 And then he got done, he squeezed his hand, he brought 02:35 him back up again. 02:37 But he knew, he understood that when a baby is born--you ever 02:42 been at a birth where they're trying to get the baby to 02:45 breathe, and they take that first breath, and it's a sign, 02:50 and that baby cries and breathes, and everyone's going, 02:53 "Praise God." 02:54 New life, they're breathing on their own and so it represents 02:58 the death of the old person and the birth of a new person, so 03:04 it's like not only a resurrection, it's like the new 03:07 birth, being born again. 03:10 Number 8, how important is baptism biblically? 03:15 Now I touched on this, but let's look at some of the verses. 03:18 These are the words of Jesus. 03:19 John chapter 3 verse 5, Christ said: "Unless one is born of the 03:25 water and of the Spirit, he--" what? 03:29 "--CANNOT enter the kingdom of heaven." 03:32 How many want to enter the kingdom of heaven? 03:35 Now you need to be born of the Spirit. 03:38 And a lot of pastors will go out and they'll baptize people, 03:40 they'll come back and someone will say, "How many 03:42 were baptized?" 03:43 They don't ever say how many were born of the Spirit. 03:46 But you need more, both. 03:47 Now, being born of the water is talking about water baptism. 03:52 There are some churches that say that means when a woman is 03:55 pregnant and the water breaks, you're born of the water. 03:59 And they say that's born of the water, but you also--that would 04:02 be, why would Jesus say that? 04:03 The whole context of this is in John the Baptist and 04:06 baptizing people. 04:08 I mean, let me see, how many of you out there were born of 04:12 a woman? 04:15 Just checking. 04:16 These days, you know, there's a lot of stuff going on that I 04:19 don't understand, but I mean in the old school everybody's born 04:24 of a woman, so why would Jesus say, "Unless you're born of a 04:27 woman and born of the spirit," well, the first part's 04:29 easy, right? 04:31 He's not talking about born of the woman, he's saying, "Unless 04:33 you're born of the water baptism, you get to choose to be 04:37 baptized and born of the Spirit." 04:41 God chooses when to pour out the spirit unless you have both. 04:45 Now, let me explain this: some people are baptized with the 04:48 Holy Spirit before water baptism. 04:52 Have you read Acts chapter 10? 04:55 Cornelius and his family, Peter's preaching, and the Holy 04:58 Spirit falls upon their Italian soldiers and his servants and 05:03 their Gentiles. 05:04 Holy Spirit falls on them, and Peter says, "Wow, you're getting 05:07 ahead of the game. 05:08 You should also be baptized in water." 05:12 Jesus is baptized by the Holy Spirit and water at the 05:14 same time. 05:16 The apostles are baptized by John the Baptist, but they're 05:19 not baptized by the Holy Spirit until Pentecost. 05:23 So God chooses when that's going to happen, but you want your 05:28 heart to be open to that. 05:30 And one more thing about the baptism of the Spirit, or maybe 05:33 two more things. 05:35 The Holy Spirit comes in different degrees. 05:38 You all have the Holy Spirit right now, or you wouldn't 05:41 be here. 05:43 The Holy Spirit convicts the sinners of their sin. 05:47 The Holy Spirit works in your heart to guide you, but there's 05:51 a special filling of the Holy Spirit that comes, and God, when 05:56 you decide to live the Christian life, you need extra power. 05:59 Because you're in enemy territory, right? 06:01 God's not going to give weapons to his enemies. 06:03 He gives weapons to his allies. 06:06 And so once you commit your life to the Lord, He promises a 06:08 special filling of the Spirit and God gives more of the 06:12 Spirit, when you need more help. 06:15 Some of you saying, "I don't know how I'm going to make it 06:17 through the last days, I don't have enough faith." 06:19 Well, you don't need it yet, but when you get there, He'll give 06:21 it to you. 06:22 Amen. 06:23 Jesus says "Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof." 06:27 And so, God, where sin abounds, grace abounds. 06:31 God will give you more as you need more. 06:33 Why did He pour out the Holy Spirit at Pentecost? 06:36 Because Jesus said, "I want you to go to the world." 06:38 They needed a baptism of the Holy Spirit in a special way. 06:42 All right. 06:43 Little another. 06:45 I told you one verse, here's another one. 06:46 How important is it? 06:47 Mark chapter 16:16. 06:49 Jesus speaking here. 06:50 "He who believes and is baptized will be SAVED; but he who does 06:55 not believe will be condemned." 06:57 All right, number nine. 06:59 What blessed ceremony can be compared to baptism? 07:04 The Bible says, "For as many of you--" this is Galatians 3:27, 07:09 "--for as many of you as were baptized into Christ have PUT 07:14 ON Christ." 07:15 The Bible often compares it to a marriage where a bride puts on 07:22 her wedding garment. 07:23 Now this is a perfect analogy, and let me explain why. 07:27 Sometimes a person will come to me and they say, "Pastor Doug. 07:30 You know, I'm really struggling with smoking right now, but I 07:34 think if you could baptize me, I could quit." 07:37 And I go, "No, no, no. 07:39 God will give you the Holy Spirit to quit before." 07:43 They came to John the Baptist. 07:44 They said, "What do we need to do?" 07:46 He said, "Bring forth fruits, meat for repentance, and then 07:49 I'll baptize you." 07:51 Repentance and turning away from sin happens first. 07:55 What would you think? 07:57 This is a question especially for the ladies, because they get 07:58 it right away. 08:01 If a guy you're dating, so when you're not married, he comes to 08:03 you and says, "I love you and I'd like to marry you, and I 08:07 think, if you would marry me, I could stop dating the 08:09 other girls." 08:13 How many of you would accept that proposal? 08:15 Oh, you're crazy. 08:17 You got to stop dating them first, so you stop dating the 08:20 devil before you get baptized. 08:23 God will break the chains and set you free. 08:25 You repent, you turn from your sins and then you come and you 08:29 get baptized. 08:30 Amen. 08:31 And then I meet people and they say, "You know, I read about 08:35 baptism, it's clearly biblical. 08:37 I'm not so sure that I want to follow Jesus, but, you know, I 08:41 think if you'd baptize me, I would love him," and that's kind 08:46 of like a guy coming to a girl and saying, "You know, I don't 08:50 really love you yet, but if we get married, I think it 08:52 would happen." 08:54 As though the wedding ceremony is going to make the difference, 08:58 the baptism ceremony is not going to make you love Jesus. 09:02 Now I have seen people come out of the water after baptism, and 09:04 they are smiling from ear to ear and jumping up and down because 09:08 their faith, they know their sins are washed away, they know 09:11 they have eternal life. 09:12 They definitely feel something because of their faith, not 09:17 because of the water. 09:19 See, and so it's like marriage; marriage is a covenant. 09:24 And when two people get married, they have special rights. 09:27 You might hold hands and hug and kiss a little, don't do 09:29 too much. 09:31 Or you know Mother Nature will get you carried away. 09:35 These days, let's face it, friends, the morals are not 09:38 the same. 09:40 It used to be like, you know, on television, Lucy and Desi slept 09:43 in their separate beds. 09:45 I mean, things were different. 09:48 Now sex is like shaking hands on television. 09:51 And so Christ said, "In the last days, love would grow cold." 09:56 But it used to be that you didn't have certain rights until 09:59 you had the covenant and you had the ceremony and it was 10:02 often public. 10:04 Baptisms, now I've been to countries where if you get 10:07 baptized in public, you're killed. 10:10 I've been to countries where they need to do it with some 10:12 secrecy or you just--they execute you. 10:16 But in most cases, you want your wedding to be public. 10:21 Ladies, what would you think? 10:23 If a guy came to you and said, "You know, I love you and I'd 10:27 like to marry you, but do we have to tell everybody 10:29 about this?" 10:32 Wouldn't that be a dubious proposal? 10:34 You'd say, "Aren't you wanting to tell everybody?" 10:37 Karen got upset with me because I invited everybody to 10:39 our wedding. 10:40 She said, "You know, we got to pay for that." 10:44 I was so excited. 10:45 I said, "Hey y'all, come on." 10:49 I went to all my evangelistic meetings and invited everybody 10:51 to our wedding. 10:53 We had a big wedding. 10:55 It was expensive too. 10:58 So, you know, but you want people to know because you love 11:01 someone, right? 11:03 Number ten. 11:04 What command did Jesus give to His people just before He 11:08 ascended to heaven? 11:09 Was it a priority? 11:11 Jesus said, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, 11:16 BAPTIZING them in the name of the Father, the Son and the 11:21 Holy Spirit." 11:22 How important is baptism to Jesus? 11:25 The last words of Christ, as he ascends to heaven, he says, "Go, 11:28 teach, baptize." 11:29 By the way. 11:31 Do you have to know everything before you get baptized? 11:34 You'll never be ready. 11:37 Because you need to know everything about a person before 11:39 you get married? 11:41 But you ought to know something, right? 11:44 There's a risk, you know, some people wait until they 11:46 know everything. 11:48 They never propose, and girls say, "Look, we've been dating 11:49 six years. 11:50 Either you get with it or we're- I'm out of here," right? 11:53 I mean, at some point you got to say--and he's going, "But I'm 11:55 waiting to get to know you a little better." 11:57 No, you know, how long does that take? 11:59 So, there's going be a time where you kind of know, but you 12:03 don't want to be like, you know, Dennis Rodman gets married in 12:05 Las Vegas and he looks at the person and said, "Now, who 12:07 are you? 12:08 Oh, we got married last night." 12:10 Those weddings don't do very good, right? 12:14 And so you need to know the fundamental teachings of the 12:16 Bible because Jesus said, "Go make disciples, baptizing them, 12:22 teaching them to observe all things that I've commanded you." 12:25 So there's teaching after also; we keep coming to church, we 12:28 keep learning. 12:29 Amen. 12:30 How many learned some things about your spouse after you 12:32 got married? 12:33 How many were surprised? 12:38 I still say things--Karen said, "I didn't know that." 12:43 Number 11. 12:44 What biblical qualifications should precede baptism? 12:48 So what are the things you need to know before baptism? 12:52 Well, here's a list. 12:54 You want to understand the teachings of Jesus. 12:56 Now, wait, wait, you know, probably at this point I ought 13:00 to say something. 13:01 There's a lot of dear Christian people out there that confuse 13:05 baby dedication with baptism. 13:09 And they baptize babies. 13:12 Jesus was dedicated as a baby, but He was baptized by his 13:18 choice as an adult. 13:21 When we look at this list, I want you to tell me if a baby is 13:24 able to make these decisions and might even have the two that 13:29 will appear up here and you'll be able to help figure that out. 13:33 All right, first of all, A, you need to understand the teachings 13:38 of Jesus. 13:40 Can--where's the baby? 13:41 Over here. 13:43 Can a baby understand the teachings of Jesus? 13:46 No. 13:48 That means these are foundational teachings. 13:50 Mark chapter 16 says, "You must believe." 13:53 Can you believe the teachings of Jesus if you're a baby? 13:57 No. 13:58 Jesus got baptized at 30. 14:00 Of course, He understood the fundamentals of the 14:02 Jewish faith. 14:03 You need to repent of your sins. 14:05 Does the baby have sins to repent of? 14:08 No, baby can't repent of sins. 14:11 Answer D, you must be willing to confess your sins to God. 14:16 Repent and confess. 14:17 Does a baby confess their sins? 14:20 No. 14:21 Answer E: you must believe with all of your heart 14:23 those teachings. 14:25 Can a baby believe with all their heart? 14:28 No, and you must accept Christ as your personal savior and 14:32 desire to experience a new birth. 14:34 Well, baby's just been born. 14:35 He hasn't gotten used to the first birth, let alone a 14:38 second birth. 14:40 You know somebody said once: "Unless you're born twice--no-- 14:47 yeah, unless you're born twice, you'll die twice." 14:51 You need a physical birth and you need the spiritual birth, 14:54 otherwise, you have the second death, right? 14:56 If you're only born once, you die twice. 15:01 So you don't want to have the second death. 15:04 If you don't want the second death, you need to be 15:06 born twice. 15:08 All right, let's get on with question number 12. 15:11 Where did all these counterfeit forms of baptism originate? 15:16 So again, I'm not trying to criticize; some of you were 15:19 baptized as babies, and your parents meant well and it was 15:21 probably a lovely spiritual experience, but it biblically 15:26 it's not baptism, it's a dedication; is that clear? 15:30 Jesus as a baby was dedicated, and especially with baby boys, 15:33 they would often be circumcised and they were dedicated and 15:37 sometimes there was a sacrifice that went along with that and 15:40 the mother would go through a cleansing when she brought the 15:42 baby boy and another, a different time period for a baby 15:45 girl, but that's when they got their names and it was a 15:48 special occasion. 15:49 But it's not baptism. 15:51 Where did these other forms come from? 15:54 "For laying aside the commandment of God, you hold the 15:58 TRADITION," the what? 16:01 They're man-made traditions. 16:02 Jesus said, people are putting aside God's commandments to 16:05 follow traditions. 16:07 Mark 7:8: "And in VAIN--" you know what vain means? 16:11 It's a waste. 16:12 "In VAIN they worship Me teaching as doctrines." 16:15 They say, oh, it's a doctrine, but it's nothing more than 16:18 the what? 16:19 The commandments of men, man-made commandments. 16:22 God does not want us to go by man-made commandments, but to 16:25 follow the "thus sayeth the Lord" in His Word. 16:28 Now just a little history in case you're interested in. 16:31 How many have heard of the Tower of Pisa? 16:33 In Italy, a leaning tower, right there in the courtyard by the 16:37 tower of Pisa is a church that is built for the sole purpose 16:40 of baptism. 16:41 The middle of the church is a large baptistry. 16:44 It dates back to 1300 AD. 16:47 Even in the Catholic Church, they baptized by immersion for 16:52 over 1000 years, but gradually over time they said, "Well, it's 16:57 a symbol, and these people are sick and they can't 16:59 get baptized. 17:00 So what we'll do, we will dip this sheet in water. 17:02 We'll pray over the water, call it holy water, and we'll wrap 17:05 them up in a sheet." 17:07 Or then they said, 'Well, since the water's just a symbol," they 17:09 started using less and less of it. 17:12 Sometimes monarchs would go through baptism and they'd say, 17:14 "I'm not getting immersed in front of everyone, that's not 17:16 dignified," and they said, "Well, it's just a symbol, we'll 17:19 pour a little on you, then we'll pour a little less, then we'll 17:23 just sprinkle," and over it happens slowly, like a lot of 17:27 compromise in the church. 17:29 And gradually the church drifted away from the example of Jesus 17:32 and the Commandments of God started following 17:35 man-made traditions. 17:38 But the Bible is very clear: if you want to be a Bible 17:40 Christian, and granted, sometimes baptisms may not look 17:46 dignified when a person's wet. 17:48 You know what I do if I baptize a couple, husband and wife. 17:52 I always baptize the man first for a couple of reasons. 17:55 One, technically he's the priest of the family. 17:58 For the other reason, the woman does not want to stand there in 18:00 the water with wet hair. 18:03 And so she can get out a little quicker that way. 18:07 But births are not always dignified either. 18:10 Have you ever seen that? 18:13 A little bit of screaming, blood, and pain and so, but it's 18:17 a new birth, baptism. 18:19 Number 13. 18:20 Doesn't baptism of the Holy Spirit replace baptism 18:23 by immersion? 18:25 No, we need both baptisms. 18:28 The Bible says, Acts chapter 2, "Repent, and let every one of 18:32 you be BAPTIZED in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the 18:35 remission of sin." 18:36 How many want their sins forgiven? 18:39 And you'll receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 18:42 You need both: born of the water, born of the spirit, you 18:46 know, back in the days of Noah our world was baptized in water. 18:51 And when Jesus comes again, it will be baptized in fire. 18:55 Water baptism, fire baptism. 18:57 Children of Israel came out of Egypt. 18:59 They went through the Red Sea. 19:02 John Paul tells us 1 Corinthians chapter 10: "Baptized in the 19:05 water through the sea." 19:07 Holy Spirit came down in the pillar of fire on the nation of 19:11 Israel, baptized in the fire. 19:13 Then he led them into the promised land. 19:14 They needed the water baptism. 19:16 They needed the spirit baptism. 19:18 We need both baptisms, friends. 19:19 Amen. 19:21 Number 14. 19:23 Is rebaptism ever appropriate? 19:27 Yes it is. 19:28 Now you have to go to Acts 19 and you'll read a passage here. 19:32 This gives you one example. 19:34 Paul is meeting with 12 Ephesian believers. 19:37 They heard about John the Baptist. 19:39 They were baptized by John, baptism by immersion. 19:42 They left town. 19:44 They had no internet or news back then. 19:46 They'd not heard about the Ministry of Jesus. 19:48 Paul is up there preaching to them about Christ and his death 19:51 and his resurrection and all that means. 19:54 And he said, "Did you receive the Holy Spirit when 19:57 you believed?" 19:58 They said to him, we've not so much as heard whether there is a 20:01 Holy Spirit. 20:02 They've not heard about Pentecost. 20:04 He said to them, into what then were you baptized? 20:07 They said, into John's baptism, John the Baptist, and Paul said, 20:11 "John indeed baptized with a baptism of repentance, saying 20:14 that the people should believe on Him who would come after him, 20:17 that is on Christ Jesus. 20:19 When they HEARD this, they were--" what? 20:22 Baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus, baptized in that, so they 20:27 were rebaptized. 20:29 Now, there's three reasons to be rebaptized. 20:33 One is if you are not baptized biblically, maybe you were 20:35 baptized as a baby, we've learned that's not really 20:38 immersion, biblical baptism. 20:40 You should be baptized as Jesus was. 20:42 Amen. 20:43 You want to follow Christ, and you may have been following the 20:46 Lord all your life and you didn't know. 20:49 Then there's people who maybe they were baptized but they 20:53 divorced themselves by the Lord. 20:55 That doesn't mean they sinned, and you just you do communion 20:58 service to take care of the little things, but they turned 21:01 from God, they stopped going to church for years, they lived for 21:04 the world. 21:05 They've publicly disgraced the Lord. 21:07 They may need to be rebaptized. 21:10 If you divorce the Lord, you need to be remarried. 21:13 Third reason is you come into a whole new understanding of the 21:17 truth like these 12 Ephesian believers I just talked about, 21:20 and you want to get a new-- you've learned all the truth, 21:24 these things, things you didn't know and, and you want to have a 21:27 new beginning. 21:29 I was baptized twice. 21:32 I was living up in the cave. 21:34 And I'd go days without seeing anybody. 21:39 And some hikers came by. 21:41 They sat to rest there by my cave, which was by, right by the 21:43 water, had a big pool and a waterfall, beautiful place, out 21:47 there in the desert mountains, and they said, "Are you 21:51 a Christian?" 21:52 I said, "Well, it just so happens I've been reading the 21:54 Bible and I asked Jesus into my heart and I this had just 21:57 happened," and they said, "Were you baptized?" 21:59 I said, well, no, I hadn't really taken that all in yet, 22:03 and they gave me a quick Bible study and said you need to 22:05 get baptized. 22:07 I said, okay. 22:09 And so they went, took me out on the water, which by the way was 22:12 from Milford snow, and they baptized me by immersion, and 22:17 I'll tell you, I came up out of the water. 22:18 I felt born again. 22:22 And then they hiked off, they didn't teach me and they--I 22:25 said, "Praise God." 22:26 "We baptized another person, they were some Baptist 22:28 Christians" and they left me, and I said, "Wow. 22:31 I got to go celebrate." 22:33 I went to town. 22:34 I found my friends, we got some beer, we celebrated my baptism. 22:38 Smoked a little pot. 22:41 I was in jail before the sun went down. 22:46 And I was in jail witnessing to people about Jesus. 22:50 And they hadn't taught me very carefully before, so later an 22:55 old pastor, he studied with me and I was rebaptized and 23:01 it stuck. 23:02 And I quit my smoking and my drinking and all that before 23:06 that, and I've never done it since. 23:09 So there it is appropriate, and the Bible says, let me read the 23:13 question again. 23:14 Is baptism--question 15 --connected with joining 23:16 the church? 23:18 Absolutely. 23:19 Those who gladly received his word were baptized that day and 23:24 3000 were added to them, praising God and having favor 23:29 with all the people, and the Lord added to the church daily 23:32 those who were being saved. 23:35 Ladies, what would you think of a guy that said, "I love you. 23:38 And I've stopped dating the other girls and I want to marry 23:41 you, and we'll do it publicly. 23:44 But do we have to live together?" 23:48 Why would you want to join the body of Christ and not be part 23:51 of the body? 23:53 You say, 'Well, there's hypocrites in the church." 23:55 "Yes, friends, and there's always room for one more." 23:58 So don't stop going to church. 24:02 That's where we learn to love each other, amen. 24:05 "You were called into one BODY." 24:07 A lamb out there in the woods by itself, the wolf will get it. 24:10 We need to be part of the family. 24:12 1 Corinthians 12:13: "For by one Spirit we are baptized into 24:17 ONE body." 24:18 Amen. 24:20 If we refuse baptism, whose counsel am I refusing? 24:25 But the Pharisees and the lawyers rejected the will of God 24:30 for themselves, not having been baptized by him. 24:34 John the Baptist. 24:36 Friends, baptism is very important. 24:39 Doug: Friends, I hope you've been blessed by today's message, 24:42 but really the reason we do this is so that people might know 24:45 Christ, you know, information is not going to save us. 24:49 It's a relationship with Jesus, the one who died on the cross 24:52 for your sins. 24:53 You must personally accept Him. 24:55 And that's the most important thing and why we do 24:57 these programs. 24:58 If you've not asked Him into your heart before, then I'd 25:01 encourage you to do it right now. 25:02 His arms are open wide, just come to Him 25:05 as you are and ask Him. 25:07 Doug: Hi friends, I trust you are being blessed by what 25:10 you're watching. 25:11 If you want to be doubly blessed, then you're going to 25:13 want to get the Prophecy Odyssey study guides that go along with 25:16 these presentations. 25:18 There's 15 study guides. 25:19 They're beautifully illustrated, and they will greatly enhance 25:22 your Bible comprehension. 25:24 So if you'd like to get them, simply follow the instructions 25:27 that you see on the screen. 25:28 You will be glad you did. 25:30 ♪♪♪ 25:39 male announcer: Have you always wanted to be a Bible 25:41 expert, but never knew where to start?
