All right. 00:27 This is another good one, 00:28 another good one, another good one. 00:30 Now let's go with McKay's chicken-style seasoning. 00:32 I won't act as though, 00:34 there may be people watching this 00:36 for the first time. 00:38 And that usually happens with people, 00:39 we get calls all the time. 00:41 I just now watching your program 00:42 for the very first time. 00:43 So McKay's chicken-style seasoning. 00:47 I thought this was a vegetarian 3ABN. 00:50 So let's talk about that first. 00:51 Chicken-style seasoning is not chicken at all. 00:54 So it's not a chicken. 00:55 It's almost like, do you remember 00:57 of the bouillon cubes 00:58 we used to get like one bouillon cube, 01:00 or chicken bouillon cube, 01:01 or beef bouillon cube and you add it. 01:02 One cup of water to one bouillon cube 01:04 and you got that the broth. 01:07 Okay, well, this is chicken-style seasoning, 01:08 it just mimics that, 01:10 it is not chicken at all in it 01:11 and a beef does not have beef in it all. 01:13 And it is available in the grocery store 01:15 now as well. 01:16 And then we got soy margarine. Soy margarine. 01:18 Soy margarine, 01:19 these are on the market also as well. 01:20 As while we're talking about that, 01:22 I'm gonna go ahead and I want to start putting 01:23 the margarine in. 01:24 Now in the soy bacon bits. And yeah. 01:26 Again that's a regular grocery stores 01:28 now in a health food. 01:30 This is a very good... 01:31 Matter of fact wherever you see, 01:32 the regular bacon in a package 01:35 then right next that you'll see an imitation. 01:37 An imitation one is soy. 01:38 Okay. All right. 01:40 It will say not real bacon. 01:43 Yeah, it will say the word imitation, I think. 01:45 It will say imitation. 01:46 Yeah, imitation bacon bits or something like that. 01:48 Yes, yes. 01:49 So and it gets so there's no cholesterol, 01:51 it's not high in sodium that we normally get 01:54 in a regular bacon again, yeah. 01:56 That's it. 01:57 So what we gonna do is we gonna go ahead on 01:59 and get the onions in. 02:00 Now these string beans come from our garden? 02:03 No, they did not. 02:04 I was gonna do those but because of that... 02:06 That's right, you did plant... 02:08 I did green beans 02:09 but I didn't get as much of a full. 02:11 I think that the reason for that 02:12 is because I discovered that I had the green beans 02:16 behind the tomato plants. 02:17 And the tomato plants grew so tall, 02:19 they shaded the... 02:21 Yeah, tomato plants about 8 feet tall now. 02:23 I'm serious, serious, serious, serious. 02:25 Yeah, I remember that. 02:26 So with that in mind, 02:27 I'm gonna turn this up a little bit more. 02:29 Okay. Okay. 02:30 So we can get that going and so therefore... 02:32 Well, we do have plenty of tomatoes and cucumbers. 02:34 Yes, we do. 02:35 I'm gonna now, I will also put in the garlic as well. 02:38 And you know what is a nice garlicky flavors. 02:42 If you love garlic, you will love this recipe. 02:45 This is a new twist for those who wanna, 02:48 you know, eat a string beans 02:49 and just have a little bit of salt and butter 02:52 and that's about it, salt and butter. 02:53 And so this is gonna be interesting 02:56 because you have McKay's chicken-top seasoning, 02:58 the bacon bits, and the garlic, 03:02 the minced garlic there, 03:03 so it has a good flavor than just a regular butter and salt. 03:07 That's right. And that's it. 03:09 And you see it sauteing 03:10 and now what we're gonna do 03:11 is we gonna go ahead and put in the green beans. 03:13 Okay. 03:15 Excellent. 03:17 You did wonderful job, Honey.
