00:38 Hello and welcome to Behold the Lamb Presents.
00:41 I am Chris Shelton 00:42 and I want to thank you for joining us today. 00:44 This message today is number 13 00:46 out of 25 Bible studies 00:48 that correlate with this Bible Study guide that is entitled 00:52 "Sharing God's love makes you happier, 00:54 what the Bible says." 00:56 And I don't know about you but I don't know anyone 00:58 that doesn't wanna be happier in this life. 01:01 This study guide was prepared by Brother Richard Bland 01:04 of the United Prison Ministries, 01:06 and these lessons make wonderful outreach tools 01:09 that any of us may use in doctor's offices 01:12 or our favorite restaurant, 01:13 or simply by giving them away personally 01:16 as gifts to our friends and our family. 01:19 Today, I brought out this display case 01:21 just to show you how easy it is to do this. 01:24 All you have to do is order your lessons, 01:27 get our little display case. 01:29 This one says, "Please take one. 01:31 They're free." 01:32 And then just see every so often 01:34 that it's filled up and ready to go. 01:37 At the end of today's message, 01:38 we'll be giving our contact information. 01:40 You may call or write us 01:42 and find out how to order these lesson studies 01:44 so you may do the same. 01:46 Now lesson number 13, 01:48 and the guide that we are going to talk about today 01:50 is entitled, "Hope in times of trouble." 01:54 If you are alive, 01:55 if you're breathing on this planet, 01:57 this planet that has fallen into sin 02:00 in every despicable nature that you can think of, 02:04 then you desire hope in your family and your life. 02:07 Times of trouble, 02:09 they come to us in many varied forms, 02:11 loss of life, illness, divorce, loss of birth, finances, 02:16 loss of homes due to... 02:18 Look at all the natural disasters. 02:20 And on and on the stories of trouble 02:23 take their unwanted shapes 02:25 in each and every one of our lives. 02:27 But praise God for a book that He has given us. 02:31 The very book that He has chosen 02:33 to speak to us through, 02:35 that indeed gives us hope for the present 02:38 and encouragement for our tomorrows, 02:40 and that being the Bible. 02:43 And in the Bible is where we will look today 02:46 for the promises, the power 02:48 that we can claim for our very own, 02:50 but before we join Pastor Kenny Shelton 02:52 for today's message, 02:54 let's visit 3ABN and be blessed by a song that is entitled, 02:58 "Here's One" by our dear friend Kendol Bacchus. 06:34 Thank you for joining us once again 06:36 at Behold the Lamb Ministries. 06:37 We do appreciate you. 06:39 We want you to know that from week to week. 06:41 You know, from day to day, we have programmings on the air 06:44 that we realize that you folks are praying 06:46 and you're supporting, 06:47 and we appreciate that so very much. 06:49 We pray that Behold the Lamb 06:50 can be a blessing to you and yours. 06:52 So continue to pray for us, 06:54 continue to ask the Lord what you can do 06:56 that we can continue to get this message out to the world 06:59 'cause we believe that's where it needs to go 07:01 is to the world, 07:02 and that so Jesus can come. 07:04 And I know that your goal and objective, 07:05 that's ours here at the ministry. 07:07 One purpose in mind, get the message out 07:09 so that Jesus can come. 07:11 Again, we're thankful for you. 07:13 Always before we get into the Word, 07:14 we're going to be talking about, 07:15 as you heard my wife already talked about it, 07:17 hope in time of trouble. 07:19 You know, we're living in that time, 07:21 the time of trouble, there is hope. 07:23 And praise God, 07:24 we're going to be searching Scripture to find that hope. 07:26 And we pray to be an encouragement to you. 07:28 But as usual, before we begin the message, 07:30 we pray. 07:31 I'm going to kneel, let's pray together, shall we? 07:36 Loving Father in heaven, again, 07:37 we thank You for the privilege we have 07:39 to present Your Word today. 07:41 We need the power of Thy Holy Spirit. 07:43 We need understanding of Scripture. 07:45 We need to understand what You have for us. 07:47 So we pray that Your Holy Spirit 07:48 will take full possession of each of our hearts 07:50 and our lives. 07:52 And, Lord, as the message go forward 07:53 that will penetrate every ear, every mind, every heart, 07:56 decisions will be made now, now for eternity. 07:59 And I thank You and, Lord, 08:00 what You're going to do in advance 08:02 as we take our hands off of it, 08:03 and we let the Holy Spirit do the leading and guiding, 08:06 in Jesus' name, amen. 08:09 Again if you have your Bibles, 08:10 and it's always good to have your Bibles, 08:12 I say time and time again that you just can't trust, 08:16 you know, without looking and studying for yourself 08:19 what some preacher might say from the pulpit. 08:21 We have to study to show ourselves approved unto God. 08:24 And so we're going to be looking today 08:26 "Hope in time of trouble." 08:28 We're going to turn into a real familiar passage of scripture 08:31 found in the Book of Daniel 12:1. 08:34 Since we're talking about hope in time of trouble, 08:37 I thought it would be good that if we would just establish 08:40 just a little bit that there is trouble in the land 08:43 and there will continue to be trouble 08:46 and it's going to get worse and worse. 08:48 And so therefore, we establish there is trouble sometimes 08:51 and that we need something outside of ourselves 08:53 to help us through this time. 08:56 The most familiar passage of scripture, Daniel 12:1. 09:01 You've read it over and over, 09:02 and I pray that you've been studying it. 09:04 It says, "At that time shall Michael stand up, 09:07 the great prince which standeth for the children." 09:11 Now notice this. 09:12 What does he stand for? 09:13 Remember when he stands up, he's ready to do what? 09:16 He's ready to do something. 09:17 He's seated, he stands up, he's ready to do what? 09:20 He's ready to help the believers. 09:21 He's ready to help deliver us. Notice this. 09:25 "There shall be a time of trouble..." 09:27 Notice that, focus in. 09:29 "There shall be a time of trouble, 09:30 such as never was since there was," what? 09:34 "A nation even to the same time, 09:37 and at that time, Thy people, "who, whose people? 09:40 God's people. 09:41 "God's people shall be delivered." 09:43 I love that word, just underline it quickly. 09:46 I'm not going to go into it any more than just say this, 09:48 "All of God's people will be delivered." 09:51 The outcome of the Great Controversy is sure. 09:55 The outcome is sure. 09:57 God's people will prevail, Christ will prevail. 10:00 And notice, but your name must be found, where at? 10:03 Written in the book. 10:06 Notice, it's talking about 10:07 the book of life here to Daniel 7, 10:10 just jot it down, Daniel 7:10, 10:12 talks about the book, the book of life. 10:14 Revelation 20:15 talks about the book of life. 10:19 Revelation 22:19, 10:21 just a couple of verses to let you know 10:22 that there is such a thing as written in the book of life. 10:26 Remember your name, my name, 10:28 every person's name must be written 10:31 in the Lamb's book of life. 10:34 It didn't say, and I'll be careful with this. 10:36 It didn't say in the church book. 10:38 It said the Lamb's, 10:40 did you get it, the Lamb's book of life, 10:42 if heaven is going to be our home. 10:44 Certainly nice to be able to belong to church 10:46 and certainly nice to have brothers and sisters 10:48 that we can study the Word of God with, 10:51 and sometimes just have a roll call. 10:52 But it's more than that 10:54 when it comes to the Lamb's book of life. 10:56 God is sending, brothers and sisters, 10:58 think about this. 10:59 God is sending more light. 11:02 He's sending more evidence that His coming is near. 11:06 He is sending all this light to let us know that 11:08 probation is soon to close. 11:10 And we realize, part of that is what's happening 11:12 in the world today. 11:14 You remember, we're talking about fire and flood, 11:16 and famine, and pestilence, all of these things. 11:18 We're talking about tornadoes, we're talking about flooding, 11:21 we're talking about disasters by land, and sea, and air. 11:25 All of these things foretell what? 11:27 The coming of Jesus Christ is near. 11:30 You just can't miss it. 11:32 If anybody's missing that, what's wrong? 11:33 How can we miss 11:35 what's going on in the world today 11:37 that tells us, 11:38 "This is a sign that Jesus is coming." 11:42 When you talk about just a fire quickly, 11:44 the fires in California, 11:46 you know, you look at one place in there, 11:48 it says it's the worst, right? 11:50 That it's what? That ever been in that area. 11:53 Every time something happens, it says, 11:55 "This is the worst, this is the worst." 11:58 All that signs of the time reveal that, 12:01 you know, in this world that we live in that soon 12:05 that God's cup is going to be filled up. 12:07 See, I think it's running over a little bit. 12:09 Are you getting it? I want you... 12:10 You realize that God has a cup? Come on, church. 12:13 God has a cup. 12:15 You realize, if you look in Revelation Chapter 17, 12:19 you follow the false church, right? 12:21 Babylon has what? 12:22 What does she have in her hand? She has also a cup. 12:26 Now she copied that. 12:28 She got that because God says, "I have a cup in my hand. 12:31 And one of these days my cup is going to be filled." 12:34 We would say something like this, 12:36 you know, you can only push me so far. 12:39 Be careful with it. 12:40 That's it, "And then something's going to happen." 12:42 God said, "I've got a cup and when that cup is full..." 12:44 Okay, you don't believe that? 12:46 Somebody said I don't believe it. 12:47 Well, let's turn to the book, shall we? 12:48 Turn in the Book of Psalms. 12:50 Psalms Chapter 75, that's right, 12:52 Psalms Chapter 75 brings it out real clear here. 12:57 Verse 8, Psalms Chapter what? 75:8. 13:01 Notice these bold words, notice them. 13:05 "For in the hand of the Lord..." 13:07 Where am I at? Psalms, where? 13:09 Seventy five, verse what? Eight. 13:11 Okay, you got to stay there. 13:13 "For in the hand of the Lord there is a cup. 13:16 For in the hand of the Lord, there is," what? 13:18 "A cup, and the wine is red. 13:21 It is full of mixture, he poureth it out of the same, 13:27 but the dregs thereof, 13:28 all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out 13:31 and drink them." 13:33 What can that possibly mean? 13:35 Notice, in the hand of the Lord there is a, what? 13:38 A cup. 13:39 And notice it, the wine here. 13:42 Notice, the wine in this cup, 13:44 well, if you study it out, it says what is in this cup, 13:47 it's actually in a bubbling, fizzling state. 13:51 It's red hot. 13:53 Somebody's not getting it. 13:56 God said, "I'm red hot." 13:59 It will be different than our red hot, 14:01 but remember that that means what? 14:02 He has limits. 14:04 And He says that's going to be it. 14:06 Notice that wine, because we know 14:08 wine in the Bible is talking about it here 14:10 is that it says it's red. 14:12 Did you get that? 14:13 Red here means translated there in the Hebrew is, 14:16 it's troubled and it's boiling. 14:19 The cup in God's hand filled up with his wrath, 14:22 wrath is bubbling right now, it's troubled, it's hot. 14:26 Something's getting ready to happen, notice that. 14:30 And it says, "Right now," 14:31 it says, "the same shall be poured out." 14:33 Notice this, "But the dregs of all the wicked of the earth 14:38 shall wring them out." 14:40 Think about this, "And drink them." 14:44 And when you look at this, it says the cup. 14:46 The cup is here for the mixing purposes. 14:49 Things of this world, 14:51 things that are going God said not to do, 14:52 they're being mixed. 14:54 And God's getting ready to pour this thing out. 14:56 It's boiling over right now. So there is a time of trouble. 14:59 We need some hope in time of trouble. 15:01 We need some help right now. 15:04 And if you don't call on God right now, 15:05 you're not going to get that help. 15:07 You're not going to have the experience that you need. 15:09 I won't have that experience. 15:11 It's interesting with the dregs you think about. 15:14 God said, "The wicked must drink this cup 15:18 and they have to drink it all." 15:20 And notice, they're in the dredges of it. 15:22 That is simply the solid matter 15:25 that sinks to the bottom in the liquid. 15:28 And that usually is not very good 15:31 if you'll notice that. 15:32 It's not good at all. 15:34 It's the worthless product that sinks down. 15:37 But God said, "The wicked is gonna drink it all. 15:40 When I pour it out, they're gonna drink it all." 15:42 So this tells beyond a shadow of a doubt 15:45 just talking a little bit about this 15:46 that God has a cup, 15:48 there's a time of trouble, and it's coming on this world, 15:50 and it's already started in my opinion, 15:53 it's already started. 15:56 Now we can talk about the cup if you want to more, 15:58 we don't have time. 15:59 Revelation 14:10, it still talks about the cup, 16:03 talking about the third angel's message 16:06 and receiving the mark of the beast, 16:08 and it's talking about the wine of wrath, 16:10 the cup God has with the wine of wrath in it. 16:13 So establish beyond a shadow of a doubt here. 16:16 Judgments of God are falling in the land. 16:19 This, in my opinion, is a wake-up call. 16:22 This is a wake-up call. 16:24 How long will we sleep as a people 16:26 when we know these things? 16:29 You not gonna help, but get a little emotional about it 16:31 when you think about it because we sit, and we listen, 16:34 and we hear, and we study, and we know these things, 16:37 yet we do nothing about it. 16:40 This is a wake-up call every time you turn on the TV 16:43 or the radio and you hear things that are exploding, 16:45 things that are burning up, 16:47 people that are dying in the land, 16:48 people shooting people. 16:50 No reason, they can't find reason. 16:51 Their mind is blown because they can't figure out 16:55 why a young man might walk someplace in 16:57 and just start shooting people right and left. 16:59 They think there has to be a reason. 17:00 The devil has taken over the mind. 17:04 Because they have used those minds 17:06 for things that are not good, they poisoned themself. 17:10 By beholding, they become changed. 17:13 We have to be so careful. 17:15 These warnings then are just simply just signs. 17:18 You know, if we choose and say we choose light, 17:22 God's going to help us through this time of trouble. 17:24 There's going to be help for us. 17:26 But if we choose darkness, darkness will come 17:28 and we're going to reap the results of our choices. 17:33 None of us want to make the choice of darkness, do we? 17:35 None of us want to say, "Oh, I accept that." 17:37 Do we realize we're talking about real things? 17:40 And I want to encourage you, 17:42 there is hope in time of trouble. 17:43 Yes, there's a dark picture over here that's painted 17:46 that says all of these things are going to happen, 17:48 and they will happen. 17:50 We need help. 17:52 Lord, have mercy, we need help. 17:54 I need help every day of my life. 17:57 This timeframe has certainly arrived, 18:00 and it's going to get worse and worse. 18:02 God just tells us right here... 18:04 You know, just, you know, 18:06 if we don't put a stop to it right now, 18:08 it's going to mushroom so quickly, 18:10 that we're gonna be overwhelmingly surprised 18:14 how fast these issues take place. 18:16 There is still, I believe, work to be done. 18:19 I still believe God's holding back the winds of strife 18:21 until He sealed His servants in their forehead, 18:24 but how long will He hold them back. 18:26 How long do you hold Him back in Sodom and Gomorrah? 18:28 Is somebody still with me? 18:30 How long do you hold Him back 18:31 at the time of Noah and the flood? 18:33 Look at all the disasters. 18:34 There was a time, 18:36 and I believe we've entered that time. 18:37 God help us to see that today rather to sit idly by 18:42 and do nothing. 18:43 He warns us in Isaiah Chapter 26. 18:47 See, this is real. 18:48 If something's real, 18:49 it's going to come across as real. 18:51 You're gonna feel it in your heart today, 18:53 because the Holy Spirit is going to say, 18:55 "This is real, this is real." 18:57 Isaiah 26:21 says, 19:00 "Behold the Lord cometh out of His place 19:03 to punish the inhabitants of the earth." 19:07 What does He punish them for? For their iniquity. 19:10 "The earth also shall be disclose her blood, 19:12 and shall no more cover her slain." 19:15 Interesting. 19:17 "Soon, soon, we'll know. 19:19 Nine Testimonies, 228, 19:21 "Soon there will be trouble all over the world." 19:24 Did you get it? 19:25 Soon there's going to be trouble. 19:27 How long? Where all... 19:28 Isn't that what seems like to you 19:30 when every paper you see, 19:31 everybody in every country is what? 19:33 There's something going on. 19:36 This has to tell you something. 19:39 And so all I'm talking about this 19:40 is not to elevate all the trouble is going on. 19:43 We have enough of that. 19:44 But I'm telling, as we elevate the trouble, 19:46 we need somebody 19:47 that can take care of that trouble. 19:49 This is what this is about. 19:50 "Soon there's gonna be trouble all over the world." 19:54 And the last sentence on that, it simply says, notice this, 19:57 "It becomes everyone to seek 20:00 to know God and don't delay." 20:04 It's for our own good. 20:06 I'm not just speaking about the world today, 20:08 I'm speaking about the church. 20:10 I'm just talking about those who should know better, 20:12 we should all know better. 20:15 But one step out of time 20:16 would seem like we're going down, not up. 20:18 We're to be marching. 20:20 Our orders are to march onward and forward and upward. 20:22 Now we're marching downward, a step at a time. 20:26 Do you remember the Jewish nation? 20:29 God sent them warning after warning after warning, 20:32 and what did they do. 20:34 They rejected all of the warnings, 20:36 they killed the prophets. 20:38 Oh, my, murder... 20:39 Think about refusing what God has said. 20:43 Yeah, that part of our message is come out 20:46 and certainly to be separate. 20:49 How about the time that we know of the flood, Noah's world? 20:52 Bible said Noah's time in Genesis 6:5, 20:56 "That their minds were on," what? 20:58 "Evil all the time." 21:01 Continue, if this is not in the newspaper for today, 21:04 I'm not standing here. 21:07 Men's mind are on evil continually today. 21:10 You can hardly get a civil conversation. 21:12 You can get a godly conversation 21:15 hardly any more out of anybody, 21:17 they want to talk about something that's dirty. 21:19 Some of you are not gonna get it. 21:21 It's true, it's true. 21:24 They don't want to talk about God. 21:25 They won't talk about the mess of this world. 21:27 This is our day, this is in our day. 21:31 See if this statement, I'll read you statement. 21:33 If this statement doesn't match, 21:36 if it doesn't match, 21:37 what's going on today among us right now, 21:41 I'm gonna have a closing prayer and sit down and be quiet. 21:47 If this doesn't match, I'm gonna do it. 21:48 Somebody is gonna have to tell me, 21:50 and then you're going to have to challenge me, 21:51 and I like a good challenge. 21:54 Are you ready for it? 21:58 That's how sure I am that it fits. 22:01 This is found in the Manuscript 24 in 1891. 22:05 Man, this was written in 1891. 22:07 And notice how it fits like a pair of glove. 22:11 Notice this. 22:12 It says, "They worshipped selfish indulgences," 22:16 talking about the people how they were. 22:19 "They worship selfish indulgences 22:22 eating, and drinking, and merry-making." 22:27 Notice this one, 22:28 "They resorted to acts of violence and crime," 22:32 check it, "if their desires and passions 22:36 were interfered with." 22:38 What do you see happening today? 22:40 If they think that their desires 22:42 and their passions 22:43 and what they want to see take place, what do they do? 22:46 They resort to crime and violence. 22:50 That's exactly what they do. 22:52 Notice, they resort to what? 22:53 Crime and violence, 22:55 if their desires and passions weren't interfered with." 22:59 Notice also in this, 23:01 the majority this time was opposed to the truth. 23:05 Do you say today 23:06 that the majority of the world is opposed to truth? 23:10 Yeah, that shouldn't be hard for us at all. 23:12 The majority of the world is, what? 23:15 Is opposed to truth. 23:16 Majority of God's people are opposed to the truth. 23:21 Because the majority of the people 23:22 as the Sunday law is passed, what's going to happen? 23:25 They leave the church. 23:27 I mean let's just put it out the way that it is, 23:28 not the way it should be. 23:29 Why? 23:31 Because what we're talking about here, 23:32 they do not have a hand in the hand of God. 23:36 They're relying upon everything else in the world. 23:41 At the end of that article, it says here, notice, 23:44 "The land was filled with violence," ooh, 23:47 "and war, and crime, and murder was the order of the day. 23:54 Just so will it be before Christ's second coming." 23:59 That's not hard to understand, is it? 24:01 No. 24:02 Just before the second coming of Jesus, 24:04 violence every day, that's all you can hear. 24:06 You can't hear good news in the media. 24:09 Violence, and crime, and murder and not just single murder, 24:13 even that's horrible enough, it's by the dozens anymore, 24:16 as many as you can get. 24:20 But notice the three things. 24:21 And, oh, Lord, have mercy with the time. 24:25 Notice the three things which seems almost harmless. 24:28 They were eating, and what? 24:30 Drinking, and making merry 24:36 like a lot of social things. 24:38 Are you still with me? 24:41 I jotted these down, Lord, have mercy on me all the time. 24:45 I thought this was just interesting. 24:47 And maybe it won't be to you but it was to me 24:49 because of the foolishness that's in the land, 24:52 because of all the things that devil has rustle up 24:55 to keep us busy till the probation passes by, 25:00 because we're eating, and drinking, and foolishness. 25:02 Every time you turn around, 25:03 there's a holiday or some kind of a day, 25:06 some kind of something to be kept. 25:08 And I didn't even go into the holidays 25:10 that we count as governmental holiday, blah, blah, blah. 25:13 Left out a lot of good things on there, 25:15 but I just looked at some of that. 25:16 And maybe not all of them is foolish to you, 25:18 but there's just some foolish things here, 25:21 saying this means exactly what it says it means here. 25:24 Notice this, 25:25 if you look at some of the things 25:27 on the calendar 25:28 that's supposed to occupy our mind 25:30 and our hearts right now, 25:31 when we're close to probation. 25:34 Think about in January, 25:35 just a couple of one or two on each month. 25:37 Are you still with me? 25:40 In January, there's the thing... 25:42 If you're a bird lover, you just forgive me anyway, 25:44 it says National Bird Day. 25:50 And there is another day in January that says 25:53 it's Houseplant Day. 25:56 These are on their calendar, Houseplant Day. 26:00 Well, it's nice to have plants in your house, 26:03 but man, do we have to have it as a day on there 26:05 where we're supposed to take off work, 26:07 supposed to throw a party? 26:10 February, there's this thing called Groundhog Day. 26:15 And then I looked on the calendar, 26:16 my eyes got big, 26:17 and I had to go through dictionary, 26:19 Brother Josh, I didn't know what it meant. 26:20 I felt little bit foolish. 26:23 But you might feel foolish. 26:25 It says Hoodie-Hoo Day. 26:29 Some of you're not with me. I just might as well close it. 26:32 Hoodie-Hoo Day. 26:33 H-O-O-D-I-E H-O-O, Hoodie-Hoo Day. 26:38 I said, "What in the world is Hoodie-Hoo Day?" 26:41 And I thought I shouldn't even get up and say it, 26:43 because I'm not sure what that means. 26:45 So I looked it up and it says it's simply, 26:48 you know, it's just... 26:51 These are people who go outside in the month of February. 26:55 They're sick and tired of winter, right? 26:57 And so toward the end of February, 27:00 they go outside about noon, 27:02 and they raise their hands up toward heaven and say, 27:05 "Hoodie-Doo, Hoodie-Hoo." 27:09 Hoodie-Hoo Day, 27:13 that's what they chant when they go out there, 27:16 because they had the winter blast. 27:19 I'm just saying, "What is this world?" 27:20 Bible has talked about this kind of foolishness. 27:23 I'll go on. It's all right. 27:25 March, you have this thing and you call it what you want. 27:27 And a lot of people have good intentions. 27:29 They have Earth Day. 27:32 I'll leave Mitcham Palm Sunday for John's account. 27:37 April, they have this Tatten Day or Tatting Day. 27:41 I didn't' t know what that was. What do you mean Tatting Day? 27:45 What does that mean? 27:48 That means Lace Day. 27:49 They have a Lace Day, 27:52 and it just talks about women, 27:53 they get together, and they take string, 27:55 and they tie knots and things in it. 27:58 What is it? 28:00 And then they have another day 28:02 they want you to recognize is Walk to Work Day. 28:05 Some of us done that for years, come on, now. 28:10 In May, they have a day they want you to take time, 28:12 I guess, have a party, they call it Star Wars Day. 28:17 In June, this Juneteenth Day. 28:20 I don't even know what it was, I didn't even wanna look it up. 28:23 In July, they have Bikini Day. 28:27 They have Hot Dog Day, they have Hammock Day. 28:32 Well, they all sound well, 28:34 you know, the Hammock Day sound pretty good to me, 28:36 like getting a hammock. 28:37 But I'm saying, the time that we live in, 28:40 August Watermelon Day, S'mores Day, 28:43 Marshmallow Toasting Day, these are on your calendar. 28:50 You see what the day that we're living in, 28:52 this is foolishness. 28:54 This is not talking about all the other holidays. 28:56 You see, that the world will come to the point 28:58 where it's having more holidays than it is workdays. 29:00 Are you still with me? 29:02 This is what it's all about. 29:06 Of course, they have Grandparents Day in September. 29:08 I know Peace Day. 29:10 October, this is a World Smile Day. 29:13 So in October, you have to smile every day 29:14 even if you don't feel like it. 29:17 Then you had this bad thing, most people don't want to do. 29:19 You got Boss's Day. 29:21 Who wants to give tribute to the boss! 29:24 And then it's got a day on that they put Sweetest Day. 29:27 Sweetest day of what? 29:29 Sweetest Day. 29:31 I'm just not with it, I guess. 29:32 November, they have All Souls day. 29:35 Care giving day, 29:37 and a Great American Smokeout, and Black Friday, 29:41 this is all in November not counting the other holidays 29:43 that we keep in. 29:46 December, Poinsettia Day. 29:51 Well, Boxing Day, and the last one. 29:55 This might just fit all of it together, 29:57 National Fruitcake day. 30:00 I'll leave it at that. 30:01 Some of you're not going to ever get it. 30:05 See, it brings a chuckle but this is things 30:07 that people have got serious about enough 30:09 that it gets on a calendar. 30:10 Are you still with me? 30:12 They're supposed to take special note 30:14 of these kinds of things 30:16 when we're right at the end of earth's history. 30:18 I can see the enemy in all of this stuff. 30:20 We need to get rid of all that stuff 30:22 and not pay it any mind. 30:25 You remember when the Jews were dispersed from Jerusalem, 30:29 you know, they were sent out among them. 30:32 Among those who were sent out, there were a lot of faithful, 30:35 there were a lot of faithful. 30:36 Praise God for that. 30:39 Faithful who was sad, 30:41 faithful who were reprimanding 30:45 those backsliders of God's people. 30:48 They tried to warn them, but they wouldn't listen. 30:52 And because they wouldn't listen, 30:53 the judgment came, 30:55 and they know the Jews Israel went into captivity. 31:00 But notice this here, 31:01 the innocent had to suffer with the guilty. 31:06 Did you get it? 31:08 The innocent suffered with the guilty 31:11 as it rains on the just and the unjust alike. 31:15 So sometime if you're in the group, 31:19 and the group is going the wrong direction, 31:23 you might have to suffer. 31:26 And if you know it's going the wrong direction, 31:28 we're challenged by the Word of God 31:29 to come apart and be separate 31:31 and touch not the unclean thing, 31:32 then you wouldn't have to suffer. 31:34 But because you stay in that thing, 31:37 the judgments fall. 31:39 But God is good. 31:41 God gives strength, God gives courage for day, 31:43 He gives hope in time of trouble. 31:45 Psalms 46, quickly verse 10, 31:48 I like this and someone even alluded to it today. 31:52 You know, you quoted this many times, 31:54 Psalms 46:10 says, 31:55 "Be still, and know," what? 31:58 "Be still, and know that I am God. 32:00 I will be exalted among the heathen," right? 32:04 Oh, wow. 32:05 "I will be exalted in the earth." 32:08 God is simply telling us here in this verse, 32:11 He's telling me, I don't know if He's telling you or not. 32:13 He's telling sometime, 32:14 "Kenny, be hush, be quite, be still 32:18 and know that I'm God, 32:20 be still so you can hear my voice." 32:22 If you're talking all the time, 32:23 you don't hear the voice of God. 32:25 You're trying to instruct God, you're doing the wrong thing, 32:27 let God instruct us. 32:31 He says, "Be still, hush, and listen, I am God." 32:35 Many times we're talking when we should be listening, 32:38 we know that. 32:40 We become too busy with some things, 32:44 too busy to listen. 32:46 And sometimes when we're too busy to listen, 32:48 we're not prepared when the divine call, 32:50 listen, when the divine calls our life into action. 32:54 We're busy doing other things, we miss the divine calling 32:57 because we're too busy doing other things, 32:59 we might wanna do rather than what God has asked us to do. 33:02 Let me ask, what did Enoch do? 33:04 Who was Enoch? Was he a man of God? 33:06 Was he translated without seeing death? 33:08 Notice what he did in this world 33:10 that we're talking about today. 33:12 Remember, it's not just, 33:13 "Oh, we'll read these promises right quick 33:14 and this is what God's going to do." 33:16 How wonderful they are and we claim them. 33:18 But we have to realize 33:19 what the enemy is trying to do right here. 33:21 We have to do our part too. 33:23 We have to do our part sometime in separation. 33:26 Notice what Enoch did. 33:30 We call him in the Bible, we call righteous Enoch, 33:32 you remember? 33:35 He was distressed 33:37 over the increasing sinfulness of man 33:40 when he walked this earth, the wickedness, the ungodly. 33:45 It came to the point to where he just said, 33:47 he would not daily associate with those of the world. 33:52 Did you get it? 33:54 Here was a man who... 33:55 It must have been what he was doing was right 33:57 because he was translated. 33:58 So in order to be translated to be where God wants us to be, 34:01 there was days on end 34:03 that he would not associate with the world 34:05 or anything in the world, 34:06 because he was afraid 34:07 that he would lose his reverence for God. 34:10 See, have we lost our reverence for God? 34:12 We've lost it for the pastors most of the time, 34:15 we've lost it for the elders, we've lost it for the deacons. 34:19 All of a sudden, we had a church school over here, 34:21 the older people can call me what they want, 34:23 but if a young person comes and calls me Kenny, 34:25 they're not gonna get an answer from me. 34:27 They have to learn, they have to be taught, 34:30 when they call you a deacon, 34:31 elder, or somebody in the church, 34:33 they can say Brother Kenny or Pastor Kenny. 34:35 I will answer. 34:38 Somebody's not gonna get that. 34:41 See, we've lost it 34:43 because we're not teaching our young people. 34:46 These are men and women 34:47 that God has in the church for a reason. 34:50 The God is either leading them or He's not. 34:52 And if God's leading, they deserve the respect. 34:56 If God's leading, I used to follow them. 35:00 "Be still and know that I am God." 35:02 Don't get too busy. 35:07 Maybe we should be a little more like Enoch 35:11 that we're willing to do whatever it takes. 35:13 Desire of Ages, 363, says this, "We must individually..." 35:18 See a lot of time we like to lump ourselves together, 35:20 say, "Boys, as a church, we're all going to go." 35:22 Wouldn't that be nice if every one of us here 35:26 jump on that cloud together in that, right? 35:28 But notice, "We must individually hear Him 35:31 speaking to our heart." 35:33 Here it comes, if you want help in time of trouble, 35:36 you need some encouragement, you need some strength, 35:38 you're going through a miserable time here on earth. 35:42 And you need something to change. 35:44 "When every other voice is hushed, 35:47 in quietness we wait before Him, 35:50 the silence of the soul 35:52 makes more distinct the voice of God. 35:56 Here alone can the true rest be found. 35:59 This is the effectual preparation for all 36:03 who labor for God." 36:05 I think that's beautiful. 36:06 We must hear the voice of God speak. " 36:08 As long as you hear the voice of God, 36:10 you hear the voice as it were through whatever it might be. 36:13 I don't hear it, how come?" 36:14 Maybe we're doing the wrong thing, 36:16 maybe we're too busy, 36:17 maybe we're making too much noise. 36:19 It's when it's quiet. 36:21 It's when you're in that steady time with God, 36:24 when you're in that prayer time with God, 36:26 when you and Him alone, when it is just quiet time 36:29 is time you can hear Him speaking to you. 36:33 When you go out on that walk by yourself and it's quiet, 36:37 your heart begins to meditate, you begin to think, 36:39 God begins to speak, 36:41 He begins to impress you with certain things. 36:43 Be careful, they're not just things 36:45 that we might want or maybe things 36:47 that we think we should be doing. 36:48 But God will make it clear to us. 36:51 Is there hope today? 36:54 It sounds like there's a preparation. 36:55 It sounds like he's going to be with you. 36:57 In that time of trouble, 36:58 He said, "I'm going to stand up for you." 37:01 Beautiful book that I like, the Great Controversy, 37:03 page 622 tells us this. 37:05 It says, "The time of trouble, such as never was, 37:08 is soon to open upon us, and we shall need," 37:11 notice this, "we shall need," what? 37:13 "We shall need an experience which we do not now possess 37:18 and which many are too indolent." 37:20 Or many are too lazy, many are too idle, 37:24 many are trying to avoid doing something. 37:26 Did you get that? "To obtain." 37:29 And then it goes on, it says, "It is often this case 37:32 that trouble is greater in," what? 37:34 "In anticipation than in reality, 37:37 this is not true of the crisis before us. 37:41 The most vivid," the most what? 37:44 "Vivid presentation," notice this, 37:46 "cannot reach the magnitude of the ordeal." 37:49 If you sound like, if I sound urgent today, 37:51 this is why, did you get this? 37:54 You can't even think how bad, 37:56 you can't even muster it up in your mind 37:57 how bad it's going to get before Jesus comes. 38:01 "It is the time of trial, 38:03 every soul must stand for himself before God." 38:07 You're not gonna stand as a duo, or trio, or quartet, 38:10 or as a church family. 38:12 Did you get it? 38:13 You're going to have to stand by yourself. 38:15 How is it that you can stand by yourself before God today? 38:19 Can you stand as it were with Jesus beside you 38:22 and stand for God? 38:24 The test will come on everyone 38:26 like there's no one else on this planet. 38:28 That's how close scrutiny there's going to be. 38:30 And there would be, you see, if somehow it could be reversed 38:34 and it sure enough cannot be. 38:36 But before someone else makes it into heaven, 38:37 God's gonna make sure they're gonna be all right. 38:41 He's gonna make sure. 38:43 Ezekiel 14:20, the Bible said... 38:47 Smart people say, "Well, you know, 38:48 I'm going to the church, 38:50 I think the church will help save me, 38:51 the preacher is going to help save me, everybody..." 38:53 Salvation is between you and God. 38:55 It's that simple. 38:56 It says, "Though Noah, and Daniel, 38:58 and Job were in the land, 39:00 as I live, saith the Lord God, they shall deliver," what? 39:03 "Neither son nor daughter, 39:06 they shall but deliver their own souls 39:08 by their righteousness." 39:11 No one else can help you, Brother Levi. 39:13 There's nobody can help you. 39:14 Nobody can help me, as it were, only Jesus, only Jesus. 39:18 We have to rely upon Jesus. 39:19 There's good news. 39:20 You remember Jacob in the Word of God? 39:23 He prevailed because he was persevering. 39:26 Jacob did what? 39:28 He prevailed against God because he was persevering 39:31 and because he was determined. 39:33 Two things a Christian needs, we need to be persevering, 39:37 and we need to be, what? 39:38 Determined by the grace of God, 39:40 determined that His promises are sure, 39:42 stay in there when this is like 39:44 maybe I shouldn't stay in there. 39:45 Stay in there whenever things are going against you. 39:47 Stay in there when the family's turning against you. 39:50 Stay in there when you don't have the finances to do 39:52 what you think you need to have to do with. 39:53 Are you still with me? 39:55 Stay in there, be persevering, 39:58 lay hold of God's promises. 40:01 This is exactly what Jacob did. 40:03 Whenever things seem bleak, 40:04 he laid hold of the promises of God. 40:07 And know what? He was earnest and persevering. 40:11 If we are as earnest and persevering as Jacob, 40:14 we will succeed the way he succeeded. 40:16 See, that's beautiful. 40:18 You say, "Well, that was Jacob of old." 40:19 No, that's you. 40:20 That's me. 40:23 If we persevere and we have that determination 40:26 based on the promises of God, we shall prevail as Jacob did. 40:31 He prevailed with God and with man. 40:33 Man, this is what it's all about today. 40:35 I need that experience. 40:36 God, help me to have that kind... 40:38 Man, listen to this powerful statement 40:40 and promise of God, 40:42 one of the familiar ones 40:43 that people read all the time, but you know what? 40:44 It's still good. 40:46 Every time I read it, I want to get richer. 40:48 Every time I read it, 40:50 I want to have more power in my life 40:51 because it means so much. 40:53 Jeremiah 29:11 to 13, listen to this. 40:58 What? 41:00 Do we think God loves us? 41:01 Sometime we question that, but notice, 41:03 "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you." 41:05 God's saying today, 41:07 "I know what I think towards you." 41:09 Isn't that wonderful to know that His thoughts are good 41:11 when it comes to you? 41:13 Regardless of what you're doing or where you're at, 41:14 His thoughts are good towards you. 41:17 He wants to do good for you, 41:19 "Saith the Lord, thoughts of peace." 41:21 This is what the Bible said. 41:23 God's got thoughts of peace for us today. 41:26 "And not of evil, to give you an expected end." 41:31 And that seems to turn around 41:32 to simply say an end of expectations. 41:36 God wants to give us an end of expectations. 41:38 We're expecting something great, 41:40 something good because God said, 41:41 "I'm thinking good towards you, Kenny. 41:43 You may not be a very good boy right now, 41:45 but I'm thinking good towards you. 41:46 I'm not gonna think evil to you. 41:48 I want to help you. 41:49 I'm gonna help you." 41:50 Verse 12 said, "Then shall you call upon me, 41:53 and ye shall go and pray unto Me 41:55 and I will hearken unto your voice." 41:57 Who are we, Sister Beverly, 41:59 who are we that God should listen to us? 42:03 Who are we that we should get the ear of God Almighty 42:06 to listen to our voice? 42:08 When really we're none good, no, not one. 42:11 We should be struck out of existence, 42:13 but because of the grace and the mercy of God, 42:16 how wonderful that is, 42:17 when you call He says Sister Mary, 42:19 "I'm going to hear you, I'm going to answer, " 42:21 but you've got a call, 42:22 but you've got those conditions to that, 42:24 you can't just call, and lay back, and do nothing. 42:26 Verse 13 says, "And ye shall," notice it, "you shall seek me. 42:32 When you seek me and then you shall," what? 42:34 "Find me, when ye search for me with all your heart." 42:39 Half-hearted Christians not going to make it, 42:41 three-quartered heart Christians 42:42 not going to make it. 42:44 The Bible said, "When you search for Me 42:45 with all your heart," 42:47 Man, what a test, 42:48 what an easy question that would be. 42:49 It's God, are we searching for You 42:51 with all of our heart. 42:54 Am I putting everything out on the line? 42:57 Am I willing to give up anything and everything 43:00 that might keep me out of the kingdom? 43:02 See, we're not searching for Him with all of our heart 43:05 if we're not willing to give up everything that separates us. 43:09 Oh, Lord, have mercy on us. 43:12 Lord, help me to search with you 43:13 for with all of my heart. 43:17 There will be some people who say, 43:18 "Well, how do I know that God... 43:20 How do I really know that God loves me?" 43:22 Now the person who's been studying for a while, 43:24 you wouldn't ask that question surely. 43:25 But a lot of people do. 43:26 "I don't know that God really loves me. 43:28 How could it really be answered that He loves me?" 43:30 Oh, He gave His only Son to die on Calvary for you, 43:35 if it had only been you. 43:36 This reveals the Father's love that He has for each one of us. 43:40 He has a heart of love for the human family, 43:43 isn't that beautiful? 43:44 Think about it, He has a nothing 43:46 but a heart of love for us, 43:48 even though we're wayward, even though we're rebellious, 43:51 even though we're out in a world in sin, 43:52 God has a love for us that He wants to draw us in, 43:56 reveals the Father's heart. 43:59 I mean, what more could He give? 44:01 What more could He possibly do? 44:03 And I'll go out on a limb 44:05 and say there was more that He did. 44:07 There's nothing more than the life of Jesus Christ. 44:10 But I'm simply saying, He didn't stop at that. 44:12 God want to make sure, "Oh, here it is. 44:13 This is the life, this is the blood, 44:15 accept this, He did more." 44:17 He spared nothing for my redemption, 44:19 He spared nothing, He emptied all of heaven. 44:22 Man, that's good news, that's hope in time of trouble. 44:25 This, we can cling too. 44:28 He withheld no truth 44:30 that is essential to my salvation. 44:32 He could have withheld it, 44:33 He could have make it mysterious. 44:35 We read the Bible mystery sometime, we go... 44:39 Without the Holy Spirit, no, it is a mystery, 44:40 we can't understand it. 44:42 But God does not put anything in His Word that He, what? 44:45 Will not encourage us and enlighten us with that. 44:48 Isn't that wonderful to know? 44:50 He withheld no truth. 44:52 Gift after gift after gift was bestowed upon me, 44:58 is bestowed upon each one of you 44:59 who are going through a mess. 45:00 "Nobody loves me, God doesn't love me 45:03 because everything's going haywire. 45:05 Everything's going against me, 45:07 everything I go to do 45:09 falls apart." 45:12 Every once in a while, I'm tempted to say 45:14 it's all falling apart. 45:15 And God right quickly reminds me, 45:17 "It's not falling apart. 45:18 You're the one who's falling apart. 45:20 I never fall apart. 45:23 Come a little closer to me 45:24 and I'm gonna fix this for you." 45:26 That's what God's asking of us to do. 45:29 All of heaven, it was just simply to seek 45:31 and save that which is lost, all of heaven. 45:35 Brother John, all of heaven wants you there. 45:39 All of heaven is seeking to save that which was lost. 45:42 That was me. 45:45 Can you think about the billions, 45:46 and trillions, and quadrillions, 45:48 whatever it might be? 45:50 Everyone is worried about your salvation 45:52 and wants you there. 45:54 Man, that's good news. 45:59 Think of the grace, and the mercy, and the favor, 46:03 and the infinite power that's promised to us, 46:06 the Holy Spirit that will equip us, 46:10 give us power and victory in our life. 46:12 And it's all given that we might 46:14 experience Christ more, 46:16 this is what we need in the time of trouble. 46:20 And through all of this grace, and favor, and mercy, 46:23 and Holy Spirit, and love, and infinite power, 46:27 God simply coming to us to say, 46:29 "Kenny, can you now realize that God so loved the world?" 46:34 God so loved the world. 46:36 Oh, if I ask today, 46:38 "What's your attitude toward Christ?" 46:43 You might answer different 46:44 if He's by yourself in a closet. 46:46 But sometime if we're asked that, 46:48 point blank, 46:49 "What is your attitude toward Christ?" 46:50 We might give a little different answer 46:52 than what really is in our heart. 46:53 We don't wanna be humiliated, we don't wanna be embarrassed 46:56 because we've been 46:57 supposedly walking with God for years. 47:01 If you make that decision for Christ, 47:03 I can promise you this, 47:05 if you make that decision for Christ, 47:07 you haven't made it but you make it 47:08 with Christ right now, 47:09 the day is going to come that is gonna prove 47:12 which side you're standing on. 47:14 You have to make that decision for Christ. 47:17 And it's over here, you stand with Christ. 47:19 If you don't make that decision, 47:20 you stand by the side of the enemy. 47:24 And remember, when that happens, 47:26 just say, "Well, you know, God doesn't want me there. 47:28 And oh, I'll tell you, the church family turned on me, 47:30 and everybody did this right here." 47:34 Every person passes judgment on themselves. 47:40 Let it soak in. 47:42 Every person passes judgment on himself 47:46 when he's confronted with Christ, 47:48 he has to make a decision and it's one way or the other. 47:52 That's pretty heavy duty. 47:54 We pass sentence on ourselves. 47:55 I want the good sense, right? 47:57 Heaven. 47:59 Ooh, glory. 48:02 The day when all hearts will be revealed. 48:05 Certainly Romans 8:28, we can't read it all. 48:08 We won't even be able to get through it. 48:09 I wish we could because it talks 48:11 about pre-destination. 48:13 It talks about foreknowledge. 48:14 And I'll go as quickly as I can. 48:16 Romans 8 mark out 28 through 31. 48:21 I better read it 48:23 because some of us not got it, it's gonna be brutal. 48:26 Okay, Romans 8, this is what we really, 48:27 this is... 48:29 Many people are chosen to travel on a slippery slope 48:35 when they read these verses, 48:37 and their theology is all tangled up and mixed up. 48:41 Please don't let it come to that point. 48:43 Romans 8:28 says, 48:45 "And we know all things," do what? 48:46 We talk about it. 48:48 "All things work together for," what? 48:50 "To good to them that," what? 48:52 "Everything is not working good to me." 48:54 You do? Do you love God? 48:56 He said, if you love me, they do. 48:57 That's what it says here, 48:59 regardless if it's going well for you or not. 49:01 "To them who are called according to his purpose. 49:04 For whom he did," what? 49:05 "Foreknow, he also did predestinate 49:08 to conform to the," what? 49:10 "The image of his son, 49:12 that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. 49:14 Moreover whom he did predestinate, 49:17 them he also called, 49:18 whom He called them He also," what? 49:21 "Justified, and whom He justified, 49:23 He also glorified." 49:24 Come on. 49:26 "What shall we say then to these things? 49:28 If God be for us, who can be against us?" 49:31 That's beautiful, hope in the time of trouble. 49:33 Notice this thing right here. 49:35 Eight things if I can get through them 49:36 in four minutes and some odd. 49:37 Notice right. 49:39 Eight things in this passage of scripture here 49:40 that we need to know. 49:42 Number one, God works all things 49:43 for His ultimate good, long term. 49:46 Are you with me? Long term. 49:48 Number two, our love for God 49:50 is a response to His love for us. 49:54 Love must come first from God 49:57 because God would, what? 50:00 He first loved us, isn't that right? 50:02 That's what the Bible talks about. 50:03 The Holy Spirit helps us to return that love to Him. 50:07 1 John 4:19 talks about, "He first loved us." 50:11 Number three, 50:13 God is always working for our good." 50:15 Is that true? 50:16 Yes, it is, always working for our good. 50:18 Number four, God's eternal purpose. 50:20 Ephesians 3:11, get it down, 50:23 "Our God's eternal purpose for me and for you," 50:25 Ephesians 3:11, "is to save sinners by grace." 50:29 Did you get it? Save sinners by what? 50:31 Grace. Yeah. 50:32 Read 2 Timothy 1:9, that's what it says. 50:34 Five, God's purpose includes 50:37 all stages in the process of salvation, all of them. 50:41 Number six, God knows all things beforehand. 50:44 Hebrews 4:13, 50:47 example, He knew the fall of Satan beforehand, 50:49 He knew about the fall of man so on, 50:51 and provisions was made at that point and before that, 50:54 to meet the condition of this fallen world of man. 50:57 Think about it. 50:59 God knew beforehand, didn't He? 51:01 Before the foundations of the world, 51:02 read Isaiah 46:10. 51:05 Number seven, events prophesied, 51:07 think about it. 51:08 Events prophesied or foretold do not take place 51:12 because they are foreseen. 51:15 They are foreseen because they will take place. 51:19 Oh, that's heavy duty. 51:20 Somebody is not going to get it. 51:22 Prophesied or foretold, right, we're talking about, 51:24 do not take place because they are foreseen. 51:28 People say "Well, they're foreseen." 51:30 They are foreseen because they will take place 51:33 because God says they will take place. 51:36 Foreknowledge, what does that mean? 51:37 It has no influence on the outcome. 51:40 God has foreknowledge in everything, 51:41 but that does not affect the outcome. 51:44 Predestinate, determine, mark off, 51:48 God foresaw every man, woman, and child. 51:50 Notice this, and He had a desire for, what? 51:53 For all people to be saved. 51:56 He had no other purpose to save mankind 51:58 and repopulate heaven. 52:00 1 Timothy 2:4, 52:01 "God will have all men to be," what? 52:04 Say, 1 Timothy 2:4, I'm moving fast. 52:06 Write it down, 1 Timothy 2:4, 52:10 "He wants all men to be saved, 52:11 and come to the knowledge of the truth. 52:14 Not willing that any should perish," 52:16 2 Peter 3:9, 52:18 "Not willing that any should perish, 52:19 but all should come to," what? 52:21 "Repentance." 52:23 So we must know 52:24 through this passage of scripture 52:25 that we realize beyond a shadow of doubt, 52:27 salvation is offered, what? 52:29 It's freely to all, 52:30 but not all accept this free gift. 52:34 Matthew 24:14 says, "Many are called, but," what? 52:37 "Few are chosen." 52:38 Nowhere, my, brothers and sisters, 52:39 in Scripture does God predestinate some to be saved 52:42 and others to be lost 52:44 regardless of their own choices. 52:47 Did you get it? 52:49 First is the call, if obeyed you're justified. 52:52 Second, we talked about sanctification 52:53 is living a life of Christ. 52:55 Third is what? 52:57 Glorification formed in the image of God. 53:00 This is God's plan for us, my brothers and sisters, 53:02 hope in time of trouble. 53:04 Bible said, it's gonna wax worse and worse 53:06 until the coming of the Lord. 53:08 I will say today, "Will the Lord forget you 53:11 in this time of trouble that's coming upon the world? 53:14 Will God forget you?" 53:15 Did He forget Noah at the time of the flood? 53:17 No. 53:19 Did He forget, if you talk about Joseph 53:20 when he's in captivity? No. 53:22 Did He forget about Elijah 53:23 when he was attacked by everything and anything 53:25 and in just killing Jezebel? 53:27 No, He didn't. 53:28 Did God forget Jeremiah when he was in prison? 53:31 Absolutely not. 53:32 Did God forget the three Hebrews 53:33 when they were in a fiery furnace? 53:35 Absolutely not. 53:36 Regardless of your troubles today, 53:39 there's help for you. 53:40 God points us simply to Him. 53:43 He has the answers. 53:44 There is hope in time of trouble. 53:48 The Bible is clear. Let's pray, shall we? 53:52 Merciful Father, in heaven, 53:53 again we thank you for Your precious Word. 53:55 We pray that Your Holy Spirit will help 53:57 to illuminate these truths that we may hear them, 53:58 we may accept them today 54:00 regardless of what we're going through 54:01 and be ready for Your coming. 54:02 In Jesus' name we pray and for His sake, amen. 54:06 Again, we appreciate so very much 54:08 each and every one of you. 54:09 And we want to invite you to continue to pray 54:11 for Behold the Lamb Ministries. 54:13 Thank you for your support.
