Tell me this. 02:55 The Webster 02:57 New World Dictionary defines it is, 02:59 "The process of growing old 03:01 and showing signs of growing old." 03:03 I understand that. Yeah. 03:04 That's kind of an old definition. 03:06 There's new things that we'll talk about today. 03:08 That's an old definition from old people. 03:09 Yeah. 03:11 And there's actually 03:12 there's two different ages we have, 03:13 we have chronological age, it's our birthday years 03:16 and then it's the biological age, 03:18 which is the amount of years 03:20 that we are by based on our lifestyle. 03:22 Yeah. 03:24 And we can actually be younger than we are. 03:26 This is the one that counts. 03:28 That's the one that really counts. 03:29 Well, I'm glad to hear this. That's right. 03:31 Yeah. Hallelujah I say. 03:32 And you can be younger than your chronological years 03:35 by living a healthy lifestyle. 03:37 And so today, we're going to see 03:38 how we can somehow move ourselves 03:42 to a better biological age. 03:46 That's right. 03:47 Is this what we're trying to do? 03:48 The other things we're talking about anti-ageing. 03:50 Lot of people want to know, 03:51 what's the definition of anti-ageing, 03:53 the American Academy of Anti-Ageing Medicine, 03:55 the physicians that are part of this group. 03:56 Who are these people? 03:58 This is a group of medical doctors 04:00 who are interested in seeing 04:01 what we can do to slow down the ageing process, 04:04 and through healthy lifestyle and certain technologies 04:08 to actually reverse the ageing process. 04:09 And these doctors are, you know, 04:11 they're really good, are they? 04:13 They're medical doctors specializing in this field. 04:15 So anti-ageing is to stop slow or delay the aging process. 04:20 Yes. 04:22 And there's things that we can do 04:23 that we can halt it from where we are, 04:26 we can slow it down. 04:27 And actually if you're living a bad life, 04:29 so you can actually reverse the ageing process. 04:30 That's good news, isn't it? Which is very good news. 04:32 Because there's a lot of sickness here in America. 04:34 There is. 04:35 And we've got a big health crisis, 04:37 haven't we? 04:38 We do. It's collapsing. 04:40 That's right. 04:41 And nobody, most politicians don't have the answers. 04:43 They don't. 04:45 They're not the scientists. No, no. 04:46 Okay, tell us about 04:48 the anti-ageing diet recommendations. 04:51 Well, this is what the American Academy 04:54 of Anti-Ageing Medicine 04:55 recommends for a type of diet we should eat to live longer 04:59 and that is to eat a variety of plant foods 05:02 to maintain a healthy weight, to choose a diet low in fat 05:05 and cholesterol, 05:06 to choose a diet with plenty of fruits, 05:08 vegetables, and whole grains, 05:10 and to use sugar, salt, and sodium in moderation. 05:14 We eat too much of those types of foods. 05:16 Now it seems to me from what I've read 05:19 and what I'm listening to you 05:22 that this sort of diet 05:26 is not original. 05:28 This diet is actually written in the most wonderful book 05:32 that the world has ever produced. 05:33 That's the Bible. That's right. 05:35 Is this true? That is. 05:36 And the Bible has a lot to say about health and longevity. 05:39 And we'll talk about that because God, 05:42 our great physician, the great physician, right? 05:44 He knows what's best for us. 05:46 And most folks don't seem to be 05:48 aware of these amazing facts, do they? 05:49 They aren't. A lot of people who... 05:52 They don't study their Bibles and they're not aware 05:54 of these health principles that we find in the Bible. 05:56 And really that's why we've got in America 05:58 this health crisis. 05:59 So much cancer and so much heart disease. 06:02 And what did Jesus say? 06:04 Jesus said, John 10, 06:06 "I am come that they might have life, 06:09 and that they might have it more abundantly." 06:11 That's right. 06:12 Another translation says, 06:14 "They might have it to the full." 06:15 That's right. 06:17 So God doesn't wanna take anything from us. 06:18 He wants to give us something. 06:20 He wants to enrich our lives. 06:22 That's right. 06:23 And He wants us to live a long healthy life 06:26 and so we could serve Him better. 06:28 Yes. 06:29 So talk to me about 06:31 this the early days of the human race? 06:33 Well, you know, the Lord said, you know, we ended up sinning, 06:38 and that's what caused the premature ageing in life. 06:41 We are in a sin cursed world. 06:44 Isn't this true? Yes. 06:45 And the Bible does tell us 06:46 that we have the capabilities to live to be 120 years. 06:50 And what's very interesting about this 06:52 is that even the scientists today, 06:55 forget them. 06:56 They're not necessarily reading the Bible, 06:58 but they have done the calculations 07:00 and figured out what we are capable of living. 07:03 And they have shown that we are capable of living to be 07:06 120 years of age. 07:07 This is great news for me, you see. 07:09 Yeah, that's right. 07:10 So I hope that Carter Report will be here when you're 120. 07:14 So glad you came today. 07:16 Now, we have all the sickness, 07:19 we got all this premature death, 07:21 we got all this cancer, 07:22 all these diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer's, 07:25 everything, 07:26 but you're telling me that this text in the Bible, 07:30 I've read this text before 07:31 but this is sort of hitting me today. 07:33 This text says that a person even in a sin cursed world 07:37 if he follows the health laws of the Bible 07:42 can live to be 120. 07:44 The potential is there to do that, exactly. 07:45 That's what you're saying. And that's right. 07:47 And scientists confirm this today. 07:49 Yeah, tell me more about it, please? 07:51 Well, you know, there are different... 07:53 It's interesting when you look 07:54 at the different cultures of the world. 07:56 That's one thing to look at is 07:58 how do people that live to be 100 years of age or older, 08:01 how do they live? 08:02 And a few years ago, National Geographic 08:05 came out with a special issue called 08:07 The Secrets of Living Longer. 08:09 And they identified what we call Blue Zones. 08:12 They identified populations 08:14 that have extraordinary health and longevity. 08:16 Yeah. 08:18 And they identified three areas of the world, 08:20 Okinawa, Japan, Sardinia, Italy, 08:22 and here in the United States, the Blue Zone of America 08:26 and another one in the world. 08:27 Yeah. Loma Linda, California. 08:29 In spite of the pollution. 08:31 In spite of the pollution. 08:32 Because there's plenty of pollution at Loma Linda. 08:34 There is. 08:36 And people are in this Blue Zone, 08:37 they're living longer. 08:39 That's right. 08:40 Let's talk about some of these Blue Zones. 08:41 And let, we'll start off. We can't do it. 08:43 We don't have time to talk about all of them. 08:44 No. 08:46 But I want to talk about 08:47 these Blue Zone regions of the world. 08:48 And we'll mention a culture of longevity 08:50 where people live very long here. 08:51 That's not because 08:52 they're just feeling blue, is it? 08:54 They actually had a map 08:55 of different parts of the world, 08:57 they had this blue marking pen and circled it. 08:58 And they say, "Hey, let's call that Blue Zone." 09:00 Yeah. 09:01 And that's how it came about. Okay. 09:02 Now since the National Geographic 09:04 came out a few years ago, 09:05 they identified two other ones. 09:06 Okay. 09:08 Ikaria, Greece, and also Nicoya, 09:10 Costa Rica is other longevity centers. 09:13 So these are all the different Blue Zones of the world. 09:15 You got five there, haven't you? 09:16 There's five Blue Zones right now 09:18 that have been identified. 09:19 And these zones where people are living 09:23 extraordinary lives. 09:24 Yeah. 09:25 So what scientists have done is they're taking, 09:27 they're looking at all these Blue Zones. 09:29 Yeah. 09:30 And they came up with these characteristics 09:32 that it seemed to be the things 09:35 that they are all following. 09:36 Now, Doctor, I wanna say a word to my audience. 09:39 Now listen, my dear friends, you better listen to this. 09:43 And we all better get in a Blue Zone. 09:45 This is important, not only for you, 09:48 but for your children and for your grandchildren 09:51 and for your great grandchildren. 09:52 Right, that's exactly right. 09:54 You could maybe, you can make it to 120. 09:55 That's exactly right. 09:57 Now, they found these characteristics 09:59 with all these different Blue Zones, 10:00 these five different countries. 10:02 First of all, no smoking. 10:03 The other thing is importance of family. 10:06 They have a strong family bond. 10:09 Regular exercise. 10:10 They're physically fit. Yeah. 10:12 They have a social engagement, socialization... 10:14 Do you exercise? 10:15 Yeah, I swim a mile every day. You swim a mile every day? 10:17 And I work out at the gym, every day. 10:19 I used to be in competitive swimming. 10:21 So I've swam Alcatraz a couple of years ago actually. 10:24 Not trying to get out. 10:26 No, I was. 10:28 No, I'm glad the sharks weren't chasing me up. 10:29 Yeah, yeah. 10:30 And then social engagement, they are socially involved, 10:33 they've engagement in spirituality and religion. 10:36 So they have faith. So they have faith. 10:38 And a lot of studies are showing that people 10:40 who go to church regularly that they read their Bible... 10:42 Yeah, they live longer. 10:43 I've heard they live longer. 10:45 It stands to reason, you have peace of mind. 10:47 That's exactly right. 10:49 Also, moderate caloric intake, they don't overeat. 10:53 And all these cultures 10:54 have more of a plant-based diet. 10:56 You see, they're semi-vegetarian, 10:58 or vegetarian itself, like in Loma Linda Blue Zone. 11:01 This is quite amazing, isn't it? 11:02 It is. 11:04 And so we could overcome the great health crisis 11:06 in this great land 11:07 of the United States of America, 11:09 if we got smarter. That's right. 11:12 This is a case really of dumbness 11:14 and brainwashing. 11:15 Well, that's why we can learn lessons 11:16 from this Blue Zone. 11:18 Yes, absolutely. 11:19 We can say if they can do it, we can do it too. 11:21 That's right. 11:22 Let's talk about Okinawa. 11:23 Let's take one Blue Zone. Yeah. 11:25 The Okinawa people 11:26 when you look at their lifestyle, 11:27 you find that they eat a low-calorie diet. 11:29 They have a plant-based diet. So they're not overweight. 11:31 They're not overweight. They eats lower calorie. 11:34 They eat unrefined carbohydrates. 11:36 They eat a low in protein. 11:39 What's the refined carbohydrate? 11:41 Well, that's like taking white bread. 11:44 That should be whole wheat bread. 11:45 Eat white bread, you soon will be dead. 11:47 Yeah, the whiter the bread, the sooner you're dead. 11:48 They use, you know, 11:49 more brown rice instead of white rice. 11:51 A lot of the breakfast cereals. 11:53 Yeah. They are refined. 11:55 They are called health cereals, but they'll kill you. 11:58 Well, some of them even though they have whole grains, 11:59 they have lot of sugar too. 12:01 Yeah, ton of sugar. 12:02 And then in Okinawa they have a low sodium diet. 12:05 Yep. Now some other aspects of it. 12:07 Now listen to this. 12:08 They eat 9-17 servings of vegetables daily. 12:11 This is astounding. I mean, this is astounding. 12:14 So they're eating a lot of vegetables, 12:16 7-13 servings of whole grains 12:20 and 2-4 servings of calcium-rich foods 12:23 and that's not dairy products, that's green leafy vegetables. 12:26 And hence they eat seaweed, which has... 12:28 Eat seaweed. Seaweed has... 12:29 Yeah, the Japanese are big into seaweed. 12:31 That's right. Yeah. 12:32 Two to four servings of flavonoid-rich foods 12:34 such as green tea, by the way, 12:36 you can get green tea now, there's been no caffeine, 12:39 and still get those benefits. 12:40 Yeah, yeah. 12:42 They eat soybean-based products with these flavonoids, 12:43 and 2-4 servings of fruit a day. 12:45 So that's a typical diet and when it comes to protein, 12:49 only 10% of their calories are kilojoules. 12:52 Come from protein 12:54 and it's primarily mostly plant proteins. 12:56 They eat infrequent sweets. 12:59 They drink a lot of water and little or no alcohol, 13:02 and they use healthy types of oils, 13:04 not the animal fat type oils or the hydrogenated oils. 13:08 These are smart people. They are. 13:10 They haven't been brainwashed by our television. 13:11 That's right. 13:13 And they're following their culture 13:14 and this is the cultural fad. 13:16 Okay. 13:17 Now another Blue Zone, of course, 13:18 that we mentioned earlier 13:20 here are the Seventh-day Adventist 13:21 they're located in Loma Linda, California. 13:24 Well, that's not far from us. 13:25 That's not far from here, Southern California. 13:27 Yeah, about 100 miles. 13:29 That's right. And the people... 13:30 And Loma Linda, California has a high population 13:33 of Seventh-day Adventist Christians 13:35 or Bible Christians 13:37 that also follow healthy lifestyle habits. 13:40 They're free of some of the confounding factors, 13:43 you know, Adventist is now a medical term 13:46 because they have studied 13:47 the Seventh-day Adventist in their longevity 13:49 and what they call the Adventist Health Study. 13:51 And Seventh-day Adventists 13:53 are nearly smoke free population, 13:54 nearly alcohol free population, 13:56 and many of them follow a vegetarian diet. 14:00 So they're eating a lot of plant foods. 14:01 Yes. 14:03 Now these Seventh-day Adventist people, 14:07 I was told that they are... 14:09 Now this may be wrong but I was told that 14:11 there were a couple of doctors over there at the hospital. 14:15 They're not living now. 14:16 I don't think they are but 14:17 they were still doing heart surgery 14:19 into their 90s. 14:21 Yes, in fact there's one there on the right there. 14:22 That's Dr. Ellsworth Wareham, who lived to be 104. 14:25 Oh, you're with him there. 14:26 Yeah, I'm with him there. 14:28 And he was a good friend. 14:29 I've had him on my radio show before 14:31 and he was doing heart surgery up till 95 years of age 14:35 and then he thought the younger guy should take, 14:37 you know, he wanted to give them some time. 14:39 And he was scaring the patient 14:40 and they asked him how old he was. 14:41 And then Hulda Crooks, 14:43 who is a nutrition researcher lived to be 103. 14:44 I used to sit next to her 14:46 while she's doing nutrition research 14:47 when I was at the School of Public Health at Loma Linda. 14:49 You know, the Seventh-day Adventist population 14:51 that follow this healthy vegetarian lifestyle 14:55 live to be about 10 years longer than 14:57 the average American 14:59 which out does what the Japanese do 15:01 in their longevity. 15:02 So this is amazing. 15:03 Now, Doctor, there's something else 15:05 we should bear in mind I mentioned it before. 15:06 Loma Linda is a very smoggy area. 15:08 It is. 15:09 You know, so if this is true, which it is, it is true, 15:13 it's been there, these are the facts. 15:17 But it proves that you can even 15:19 live a healthy lifestyle in Los Angeles. 15:21 You can. 15:23 You don't have to be in some paradise 15:24 like some of the other ones we'll show up here. 15:26 Yeah, you don't have to go to Hunza Valley. 15:27 That's right. 15:29 But it would be nice to go there. 15:30 And here it is. Oh, wow! 15:31 Look at this. 15:33 Shangri-La of the Himalayas. 15:34 Oh, let's have a look at this. 15:36 Yes, it's beautiful. 15:37 It's magnificent, isn't it? 15:38 It's even... 15:40 It's a high in the Himalayans where it's a paradise, 15:42 it's like a garden of Eden. 15:43 And there's no smog there. 15:45 There is no smog, fresh air. 15:46 And these people in Hunza live a long healthy lifestyle. 15:50 In fact, in the Journal of American Medical Association, 15:53 they have shown that there are people 15:55 that live to be 120 even the 130 years of age. 15:59 Do you believe this? Yes, I do. 16:00 Now hear this, folks. 16:02 We got a great world 16:04 renowned health scientists here today. 16:06 And he's saying that there are people, 16:08 the Hunza's and some of them have lived 130. 16:12 I use to be... Did you say 140? 16:13 Hundred and thirty. Hundred and thirty. 16:15 It's the oldest recorded age, and I used to be vice president 16:18 of the Hunza Research Institute. 16:20 You were? 16:21 Yeah, I was, at one time and my colleague 16:22 went to Hunza to study the people and he wrote a book. 16:24 And George Vandeman went there. 16:26 Pastor George Vandeman, he went there 16:28 and did a three part series of It is Written. 16:30 And these men are all over 100 years of age. 16:33 You see that one there, 16:35 the second one to the left there. 16:36 Yeah. 16:37 He's 106 years old and walked 12 miles every day. 16:40 When you walk in Hunza 16:41 all those hills and everything... 16:43 Yes, it's up and down. It's up and down. 16:44 And you do a lot of walking. 16:46 And their cholesterol is super low. 16:48 They're super healthy, no Alzheimer's... 16:50 And no Big Mac's there? 16:51 And they don't have Big Macs. 16:52 In fact, they follow primarily a vegetarian diet. 16:54 And not too many pizzas? 16:57 They don't have pizzas. 16:58 And not too many processed meats? 16:59 No. 17:01 They don't have too many delis there? 17:02 No, they don't have any. 17:03 In fact, this is what they eat. 17:05 They eat whole grains. Yeah. 17:06 These are list of some of the grains, fruits. 17:08 Apricots is their main staple. 17:11 They eat apricots every day dried and fresh and also... 17:14 And apricots are good for you? They are. 17:16 And they even eat the seed to the apricot 17:18 which may have some anticancer properties. 17:21 How could you eat the seed of the apricot? 17:22 They crack it open and they eat it, 17:24 it's like an almond. 17:25 Goodness me. They have that every day. 17:28 They eat a lot of green leafy vegetables, 17:30 they eat dried beans, peas, nuts, seeds, and garlic. 17:33 And we go on to as we look at the Hunza diet 17:37 and they eat this whole grain chapatti bread. 17:40 There it is over your far right. 17:41 Yeah. 17:42 That's like the bread they eat in India, 17:44 but it's whole wheat. 17:45 But it's good too, taste good. 17:47 It's excellent. 17:48 Has high fiber and good protein. 17:50 Yeah. And it's whole grain. Yeah. 17:51 Now 80% of the vegetables that they eat are eating raw 17:55 and 20% are eating they do lightly steamed 17:58 so they don't overcook their vegetables. 17:59 So they don't cook it to death. 18:01 They don't cook it to death 18:02 like we're doing in the south in the United States. 18:03 Yeah. 18:05 And the only oil they really use is the kernel. 18:07 They make apricot kernel oil. 18:09 It's very perishable, 18:10 but they just have it in moderation. 18:12 They don't overuse oil. 18:14 You know, this is all 18:16 absolutely astounding, isn't it? 18:18 It is. And look at some of it. 18:19 When it comes to animal products, 18:20 it's only 1% of their total calories. 18:23 In fact, they eat meat only 13 times a year. 18:26 They primarily live on a vegetarian diet, 18:28 a little bit of milk and butter from goats and sheeps, 18:31 but that's consumed sparingly. 18:33 So it's mostly a vegetarian diet, 18:35 averaging about three ounces of meat a month. 18:38 We really ought to get smart and not be brainwashed 18:41 by the television 18:43 and all the rest of the stuff that is, 18:45 this stuff that comes on television 18:46 where they promote these bad foods. 18:49 They're not doing it because they like us. 18:51 They're doing it to make money. Oh, they are. 18:53 But we've got a diet here that comes from the Bible. 18:57 And the people who follow that diet 19:00 live up to 130 years of age. 19:02 That's right. It's astounding. 19:03 And this is where you're pointing out, 19:05 this is the uniqueness here with the Loma Linda Blue Zone, 19:09 as you can see on the screen. 19:10 Yes. 19:11 'Cause here you have a metropolitan city. 19:13 Now you can still live a long, 19:15 healthy life even in a modern city 19:17 and not to be up in Hunza. 19:19 No. 19:20 But they, it shows that we can live a healthy long life 19:24 even in modern times. 19:26 And even in a modern city, there's a freeway next to you. 19:29 And that's smoggy because we've been told, 19:31 you know, the smog is bad for you. 19:33 We know that. That is. 19:34 But apparently the good lifestyle 19:37 has the capacity to overcome the smog of Los Angeles. 19:42 And I think a lot of those antioxidants 19:43 and phytochemicals you find in those 19:46 healthy fruits and vegetables help you to overcome 19:49 some of the damage of the smog. 19:51 Let me ask you this. Okay. 19:53 Just as a little revision because that's what we need. 19:56 What are the key healthy lifestyle habits 19:58 we need to follow to live like the healthy centenarians? 20:01 Well, here they are. 20:03 First of all, eat a healthy plant-based diet 20:05 more like the Genesis 1:29 diet. 20:08 The more we get that way, the healthier we are. 20:11 And it's described in Genesis 1. 20:13 That's right. Yeah. 20:14 And then we need to get regular exercise. 20:16 We are too sedentary in our country. 20:19 But these cultures of longevity, 20:20 they get regular exercise. 20:21 Walking, walking using the elliptical. 20:24 Got to do it. That's right. 20:26 Yeah. 20:27 Abstain from harmful things, alcohol, tobacco, 20:29 all those injurious things are 20:31 and including all that junk food that you put. 20:33 I read it only recently that alcohol 20:35 is one of the causes of cancer. 20:36 It is. Yeah. 20:38 And women need to be very concerned about that. 20:40 And then have control stress and spirituality comes in that 20:44 and not taking things too serious. 20:46 Yeah. 20:47 And if you have faith in God, you know, 20:49 everything's gonna work out okay. 20:51 God is in charge. 20:52 Now, as Christians and followers of Christ 20:55 because we're both Christians, 20:58 we're called to take good care of our body temples. 21:01 The Bible uses this expression. 21:03 The body is the temple of God. 21:05 We're told to glorify God with these bodies 21:07 He has given us. 21:08 So we can live healthy and long lives to be a service 21:11 and blessing to mankind during our lifetimes. 21:14 That's right. Talk to me about this? 21:16 Well, exactly what you said 21:18 and the greatest anti-ageing secret of all 21:21 is the Bible says that we can live forever. 21:25 So that's the greatest anti-ageing secret. 21:27 You believe that, do you? 21:29 I do. Yeah. 21:30 I do. I believe it too. 21:31 And there are millions of people in America 21:33 who believe it and around the world. 21:36 They believe it because of this text here. 21:38 Go ahead. Can I read it? 21:40 I have the privilege of reading the greatest text in the Bible. 21:42 I believe that, too. 21:44 Yeah, "For God so loved the world." 21:45 So God is not mad with us. 21:47 God doesn't give us cancer or heart disease. 21:50 Sometimes you get these things even though you having, 21:53 I believe a good diet. 21:54 Yeah. 21:55 But however, the vast majority of disease 21:58 is brought about by practicing 22:01 bad dietary lifestyle. 22:03 That's right. 22:05 Okay, the text, "For God so loved the world 22:07 that He gave His only begotten Son, 22:11 that whoever believes in Him should not," 22:15 better translation, 22:16 "shall not perish but have everlasting life." 22:19 That's the gospel. That's right. 22:21 Everlasting life. And Christ died for us. 22:24 We can live forever. Yeah. 22:25 And if we come to Christ in true faith, 22:27 our sins are forgiven. 22:29 And God gives us everlasting life. 22:32 Wanna say to the audience, you can do that now. 22:36 You can believe in Jesus now. 22:38 You can come in faith to Him now. 22:41 You can get your sins forgiven now, 22:44 and you can be given 22:45 the gift of everlasting life now, today, 22:49 that's the gospel, isn't it? 22:51 What a marvelous text. 22:54 We're told in the scriptures too 22:56 that the wages of sin is death. 22:57 Now, you read it, Doctor. 22:59 "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of life 23:02 is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord," 23:06 Romans 6:23. 23:07 And so one day we've got something 23:09 to look forward to, isn't this true? 23:11 We do. It's life everlasting. 23:14 And living in God's eternal kingdom. 23:16 "God promises the greatest anti-ageing secret of all, 23:20 knowing Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior." 23:23 And if we get to know Him, 23:26 and if we believe in Him, 23:30 then one day 23:31 we're going to wake up in glory. 23:33 And we're going to be 23:36 in a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful place. 23:38 It's going to be like a New Eden. 23:41 It is. Isn't this true? 23:42 It is. This is the gift of God. 23:45 And this is the greatest secret of anti-ageing. 23:50 "Blessed are those who do His commandments, 23:52 that they may have right to the tree of life, 23:55 and may enter in through the gates 23:56 into the city." 23:58 Another translation says 23:59 "Blessed are those who wash their robes." 24:02 We wash our robes in the blood of Christ, 24:05 we will have everlasting life. 24:06 And we will have 24:09 the greatest anti-ageing lifestyle 24:15 that the world has ever seen." 24:16 Yeah. Never come to an end. 24:18 Bible tells us there'll be trees of life, 24:19 "On either side of the river, was there the tree of life 24:23 which bare twelve manners of fruit, 24:25 and yielded her fruit every month, 24:28 and the leaves of the trees 24:30 were for the healing of the nations." 24:32 Doctor, I wanted to thank you with all my heart today 24:35 for being a guest on The Carter Report. 24:37 You've given us some 24:39 wonderful, wonderful information. 24:41 So, Dr. Westerdahl, thank you so much. 24:44 Thank you today too. 24:46 And remember, my friend, heaven starts now. 24:51 You can feel better, you can live longer. 24:56 And if you put your faith 24:57 in our precious Lord Jesus Christ 25:00 and if you come to Him, He will forgive you. 25:04 And He will give you the gift of everlasting life. 25:07 And one day in His Kingdom, 25:11 you will live forever and ever. 25:14 Thank you for joining us today. 25:16 Until next time, may God richly bless you. 25:19 Bye for now. 25:24 In the series, This I Believe, 25:26 Pastor Carter reveals the heart and soul of The Carter Report. 25:31 I believe in Jesus Christ. 25:35 I believe in The Ten Commandments. 25:40 I believe in the true gospel. 25:46 I believe in the last days. 25:51 I believe in the America 25:54 that believes in God. 25:58 I believe in heaven. 26:01 I believe in evangelism. 26:07 This I Believe. 26:11 The seven DVD series This I Believe can be yours 26:14 with a gift of $75 US or $105 Australian. 26:18 Please write to us at the address on the screen 26:21 or visit our website at Cartereport.org. 26:26 I have here today, 26:28 the famous anti-ageing smoothie. 26:32 Dr. John has prepared this with his own hands 26:35 in our studio today. 26:37 It has lots of amazing ingredients. 26:41 What are they? 26:42 Okay, first of all, you got pomegranate juice 26:44 which is rich in antioxidants. 26:45 You have soy milk 26:47 which has the healthy plant-based protein. 26:49 We have blueberries, also great in antioxidants 26:52 and we have soy lecithin, 26:54 every cell membrane has made of lecithin. 26:56 So we've soy lecithin added to it. 26:58 Ground flaxseed with those omega-3 fatty acids 27:01 and also some goji berries 27:03 which is very nutrient rich in antioxidants 27:05 and important essential vitamins and minerals. 27:08 Now what I'm gonna do, 27:09 we're gonna have the ultimate test, okay? 27:11 Okay. 27:13 And I'm just gonna have a little bit of it. 27:14 You may have to hold me down after I've drunk it. 27:15 Okay.
