00:18 I like healthy foods that tastes so good.
00:23 I like to eat good food.
00:25 What you say now?
00:26 I like to eat good food.
00:30 I like to eat good food.
00:34 Welcome to Creative Cooking.
00:37 We're so excited for today's program
00:39 but I hope it's not too corny
00:41 because we're going to make popcorn.
00:44 We're also going to make
00:45 some delicious sweet strawberry drops
00:49 and then we're going to juice it.
00:53 What are we juicing today?
00:54 We're going to juice Bahama Mama
00:58 delicious tropical smoothie.
01:01 We also have to wear it. What are we wearing?
01:05 Strawberry honey facial mask. Strawberry mask.
01:07 Oh, boy, so we have a lot in store for you today.
01:12 Yes, we do.
01:13 Stay with us as we start popping some popcorn.
01:17 All right. That's right.
01:19 Everybody loves popcorn. Yes.
01:20 Now in our home, we grew up eating popcorn almost every...
01:24 Sisters, look who just popped on.
01:27 You know, I heard you guys singing a song
01:30 that you like to eat good food.
01:31 That's all right. I love to eat good food.
01:33 Oh, you came to the right place.
01:35 And I always know when you're cooking.
01:36 All right now. Come on and have fun.
01:38 I'm right on time, right? Yes, you are.
01:39 Right on time. Popping right on time.
01:43 So today we're eating popcorn.
01:45 And we all love popcorn. Yes, we do.
01:47 We grew up eating popcorn seasoned, very flavored,
01:51 in fact when I go to whole foods,
01:53 it's amazing to see the food that we ate
01:56 and nobody knew about sold in the stores.
01:59 So they would take the popcorn
02:01 and we would take the popcorn rather
02:02 and drizzle olive oil over it.
02:05 Seed things. Parsley.
02:07 Yeast flakes over it. Onion powder.
02:09 Cheesy flavor
02:11 and then we would devour it altogether literally.
02:14 I would make my own plate, they would devour it.
02:17 So today's popcorn has a twist. That's right.
02:19 It's not salty, it's going to be sweet,
02:22 kind of, like crunch and munch.
02:24 Do you like crunch and munch taste?
02:25 I love crunch and munch. All right.
02:26 So you guys do a little homemade popcorn.
02:28 That's right.
02:30 You're gonna crunch and you're gonna munch it.
02:31 That's it, I take the bag, I pop it in,
02:35 I would press those, I press the numbers...
02:37 Oh, press the one and you go. I'm good to go.
02:39 But this is, you're about to introduce me
02:41 to something new. All right.
02:43 All right, so if all this popping going on
02:45 it's make me pop up a big appetite,
02:47 so let's get ingredients going so we can show
02:49 how to make this wonderful delicious
02:52 caramel maple syrup popcorn.
02:54 Okay. All right.
02:55 Ingredients are:
03:09 And then we'll get started guys.
03:11 Let's go. Lovely, lovely.
03:13 All right, Jay, can you help us just turn on the burner here?
03:16 The second one, yeah
03:17 and then you can pop the margarine,
03:19 the earth balance vegan put it in the...
03:22 Turn down just a little bit.
03:23 Just on a very low fire there. I'll try, okay.
03:27 All right. Okay.
03:29 That's right, man, and there you start.
03:31 Well, rubber spatula. That's right.
03:34 All right.
03:35 So we're gonna let that melt a little bit.
03:38 Okay, and eventually we'll add the maple syrup.
03:42 Now while he's, while we're allowing that to melt...
03:46 So just turn it down, just a little down.
03:47 Let's talk about this popcorn.
03:49 This popcorn is non-GMO or GMO free.
03:55 Growing up, we did not have to worry about
03:59 GMO free popcorn.
04:01 Popcorn was regular.
04:03 But today we're a lot more conscious
04:05 and we realize what's happening in the world,
04:07 so we try to buy everything organic
04:09 or GMO free.
04:11 That's what it's possible, yeah.
04:12 So Taisha and Jen, tell us a story about popcorn
04:17 and what's the difference?
04:19 Well, I remember, you know, popcorn in our house, guys,
04:22 was serious business, serious business.
04:26 We come in with big I mean, big...
04:28 Jason, I'm going to say this, big bags, okay?
04:30 Now you told me about your little bag of popcorn
04:33 that you pop into microwave,
04:34 we'll know that's for beginners and starters.
04:36 Oh.
04:38 We are professional popcorn eaters.
04:39 Brown bag from the grocery store.
04:40 A big brown bag from the grocery store,
04:42 you know, like...
04:43 Seasoned out with some yeast flakes.
04:45 And you pop your popcorn and throw it in there
04:48 and season it up with...
04:49 Sea salt, olive oil. That's right.
04:50 And then your olive oil.
04:52 Sounds like you got it down to science.
04:53 Oh, it's a science.
04:55 The microwave does it for you but we shake the bag.
04:57 Shake, shake, shake.
04:58 And then we sit down and we deport in the bowl
05:01 and we just feast on popcorn.
05:02 It was delicious.
05:04 And popcorn is an excellent source of fiber.
05:07 That's right. Guilt-free fiber.
05:09 That's right. So if you ever want to...
05:10 You have the munchies and the crunchies then,
05:14 you know, you want to sit down with some great popcorn.
05:17 And GMO stands for genetic modified.
05:20 That's right. Okay.
05:22 So you don't want anything genetically modified because...
05:25 We wanna see all natural.
05:27 When it goes in your body,
05:28 it starts to move things around...
05:30 That's right.
05:31 You know, mess with the genetic,
05:32 the G to get set and forth.
05:34 And that's the sad thing is like
05:35 you can't even eat vegetables.
05:37 You can't eat vegetables, you can't eat vegetarian,
05:39 I mean, you can't eat hardly anything
05:41 because everything has GMOs absolutely.
05:44 Sorry, Jay, we're gonna pour some maple syrup in
05:45 but you're absolutely right about
05:47 that, Jason, we can't...
05:48 It's like can we just grow it
05:50 I mean, we might as well start growing
05:52 if you're afraid to go anywhere now.
05:54 You're gonna have to search very hard
05:56 for those non-GMO seeds.
05:58 That's right. That's true as well.
06:00 But you know what, thank God for grace.
06:02 Amen.
06:03 Before we bow our head to eat, we ask for grace, right?
06:05 Amen. And ask God to bless the food.
06:08 So just stir it a little bit. Okay.
06:10 There you go, fling there.
06:11 Maybe you should use the whiskers.
06:13 See I'll help with this part
06:16 and I'll definitely help with the eating.
06:18 But when you guys get to the dishes, I'm popping up.
06:21 I'm popping up.
06:22 Oh, come on, Jay, you got to stay around
06:24 and do the dishes as well.
06:25 We need you to pop in for the wins.
06:27 Okay. All right.
06:29 So, guys, we're making a sweet tree.
06:31 This is called caramel popcorn
06:34 and we're going to use this mixture
06:37 of the vegan butter mixed with maple syrup.
06:40 So eventually add or drizzle rather over our popcorn.
06:43 We're gonna add some salt. So let's try doing that...
06:45 And we throw some salt in that to balance out the taste.
06:49 And then we have to bring it up to a boil,
06:50 so let's turn the fire just a little bit
06:52 and we'll use the whisker this time
06:53 since the fire is higher.
06:56 Here we go.
06:59 You just mix it, mix it, mix it around.
07:02 And while you're mixing that try not to eat the popcorn
07:05 'cause it's very... That's very tempting.
07:06 Yeah, I notice you guys are over there guarding the bowl.
07:09 No doubt.
07:10 Listen, I don't know what bowl they're guarding
07:12 'cause since we're popping...
07:14 Those are popping up inside because this is my bowl.
07:17 All right.
07:20 Hey, this is your bowl, Kim.
07:22 That is right. I'm sorry, we can share.
07:26 All right, so it looks like it's,
07:28 now it's starting to come together
07:30 and you wanted to just come to a nice boil there.
07:34 And then it would start to get brown
07:36 and it'll start to caramelize.
07:38 And when it begins to caramelize,
07:40 it almost burn,
07:42 that's when you take it off the heat.
07:43 So it's coming together.
07:45 It's coming together and it smells wonderful.
07:46 So why don't we make some popcorn here?
07:47 Go ahead. Little bit.
07:49 Yeah, go and share that. You can use your hands.
07:50 That's okay.
07:53 Just a little bit. Okay, that's good.
07:56 You put it in the bowl.
07:57 So when you do this at home you're going to,
08:00 you can split the bowl in half
08:01 because when you drizzle the maple syrup concoction on,
08:05 you don't want it to be too full
08:07 because you want it to be nice and even, okay.
08:09 You wanna get a nice even coating
08:11 and then you take the next bowl
08:13 and you'll drizzle it a little bit.
08:14 All right, turn it aside. All right, yeah.
08:16 Wonderful. Oh, careful.
08:19 Whoa! Whoa!
08:20 Careful. All right.
08:22 And that's how accident happens in the kitchen, you see.
08:24 That's right but it's okay.
08:25 And that's why I say not to do in the kitchen.
08:27 Let me get a little thing here, yeah.
08:30 But this is good. We can save this.
08:32 Okay. We'll just move that on.
08:34 There you go. Turn the fire.
08:36 We're just so excited, we're just popping
08:38 all over the place our popcorn,
08:39 we're so anxious to get started.
08:41 Popcorn is popping and we ain't stopping.
08:44 All right, Jay. Jay is on a roll.
08:48 You know, accidents happen at home.
08:49 That's right. Thank you.
08:51 All right, so now we're gonna drizzle that on.
08:54 All right, you just take a little spoon
08:57 and we just drizzle it all in the corn.
08:58 Let's just get the tray.
09:00 And as you drizzle,
09:01 you're shaking it up a little bit.
09:03 I just wanna pour this whole thing...
09:05 No, it's not so good. Let it going.
09:07 It takes time, we have to.
09:09 And you mix it up.
09:11 Mix it with one hand, try not to let the popcorn
09:13 just escape and get out but, you know, they're so good
09:15 you just eat it when they're formed.
09:18 And that's just the idea, it's very simple.
09:19 That's the second rule. The second rule.
09:22 It's just very simple, very easy,
09:24 you put your oven on 350
09:27 and you want to preheat your oven.
09:29 Okay, I think that's good for this set here.
09:32 And then you kind of just put your hands in there,
09:33 mix it around to try to get a nice
09:35 even coating on the popcorn.
09:37 You don't want to pour it in even though
09:38 that is tempting, Jay,
09:40 because it will make it too soggy,
09:42 your popcorn to kind of go into the weight of the mixture,
09:44 so you want to kind of like drizzle it a little bit,
09:46 you know. Okay.
09:48 And then you just give it a mix and then you just pour it
09:51 on your nonstick pan
09:53 and it's, your oven is already preheated at 350,
09:56 you just spread it on now,
09:59 and then you pop it in the oven.
10:00 And it smells good. Oh, that's wonderful.
10:01 And it smells good as I pop it in my mouth.
10:03 Now this is a very quick and easy snack
10:06 that you can give to your children for lunch
10:08 or just for the brunch.
10:10 Go, got it. Oh, yeah.
10:13 I think you just popped in your mouth.
10:14 That's what I did.
10:16 This is the seven-second rule
10:18 but I'll pop it in the oven for you.
10:21 It's good before it's to baked so I might give it a try.
10:23 And it's very easy to make with your children.
10:25 In fact, we make it with our children at home
10:27 and they love to eat it so...
10:28 Oh, yeah. I believe that.
10:30 They just get their hands in and get.
10:31 So let's pop this in our mouth,
10:33 all of our mouths, how about that?
10:34 I'm looking forward to that one.
10:36 This is for you, Jason. Thank you, thank you.
10:37 And put that pot to the side, Jason,
10:38 let that go, there you go.
10:40 Yeah, I'm gonna set this over here.
10:41 I like to eat good food that tastes so good.
10:45 I like to eat good food. Popcorn.
10:50 That's good. That's good.
10:52 This is good.
10:53 Hmm. Hmm.
10:56 Good. I tell you, wait a second.
11:00 How about you, Jason, share with me.
11:01 We're gonna try this. Come on, we're all family, Jay.
11:04 You eat it too slow, Jay.
11:07 All right. All right.
11:09 We have to savor the flavor. Savor the flavor.
11:11 And you too have to savor the flavor, it's delicious.
11:15 And now let's move on to our
11:17 delicious mouthwatering strawberry drops.
11:21 Could you read the directions please, Jen?
11:23 Sure.
11:41 Sounds delicious. Delicious.
11:44 It is indeed...
11:46 Mouthwatering. Delicious
11:49 So, Jay, come on over here. Yeah, come on over here.
11:51 All right, we'll switch. We wanna keep you busy.
11:53 Wonderful to see a man working in the kitchen
11:56 and working out the mechanics and just cutting and chopping,
11:59 so here we go. Let's go.
12:01 We're going to start with our strawberries.
12:03 So let's take a strawberry. All right.
12:06 Yummy, I feel like eating a strawberry.
12:08 And then you can take that knife and just follow.
12:11 We're going to start by cutting off
12:13 the ends of the strawberry,
12:15 just very, very gently with the hands, okay.
12:20 And we're using this tool, it's a melon scooper or...
12:26 Melon scooper. A melon scooper.
12:29 And we're taking the smaller ends of it
12:30 because it's a strawberry and we're just going
12:31 to scoop out the middle of the strawberry.
12:35 See how simple and easy that is.
12:40 That's out. It popped right out.
12:42 Then you can eat the middle.
12:44 There you go. Okay, so you can try that.
12:47 All right, let's see how simple and easy it is.
12:53 Nice and easy.
12:54 I'm scooping out the whole strawberry.
12:56 Do the other way here, there you go.
12:59 Doing a good job, Jay, doing good,
13:02 you are a pro with this.
13:03 You showed that you have done this before.
13:04 All right, there you go. Well, you know, we'll try.
13:06 So we'll just put that in there.
13:08 Just the excess and now you can eat it
13:09 if you want or else you can put in there,
13:11 this is the track.
13:12 And we'll put this in our little plate.
13:16 All right. And after we...
13:17 Okay so... I'll do this for you.
13:20 And you can go and tell Jay how to make.
13:21 In the mean time, let's make the filling.
13:23 Okay. The filling is delicious.
13:25 So take that top off
13:26 and we're just going to throw in the blender,
13:28 the cream cheese is a cream cheese.
13:29 I love it.
13:31 Here is the spatula, you can take it out.
13:32 I love it.
13:33 And these are great desserts that you can make
13:35 with your children at home.
13:36 A lot of times we like to make these around the holidays,
13:39 you know, it's nice red and festive.
13:41 You can make them, you know, appetizers,
13:44 popping just, or just a great way
13:47 to have a sweet treat at any time.
13:50 Now we're putting in our confectioner sugar.
13:52 Now confectioner sugar is not something
13:54 that we would eat every day, this is really a treat...
13:58 This confectioner sugar is made out of organic cane.
14:03 They take the cane and they grind it down
14:08 until it's a white powder.
14:10 And so you just throw it in there
14:12 so we sweeten it with that.
14:14 And then we add our blends of vanilla extract
14:19 and almond extract.
14:21 There you go. Very simple.
14:23 Very simple. Okay.
14:25 And what's next? Okay, we're just gonna mix it.
14:28 Okay, then we're gonna put a little
14:30 something else in there.
14:32 It's very simple. Raise it up.
14:33 Okay, so just turn it on right here.
14:40 Okay, we'll mix it up a little bit, the top.
14:44 So we just scrape the sides and so that...
14:46 It got in there. There we go.
14:49 All right, so we're just gonna,
14:51 so it flow a little bit better and you will see.
14:54 I know we're not getting it up but they'll see it later.
14:56 Just put your hand over it. Yeah. All right.
14:58 Put your hand right over there and I'll start.
15:00 There you go.
15:07 There you go. Mixed in.
15:09 Okay.
15:10 So swipe the sides again, and swipe it down.
15:14 Okay, so it's very firm and we're going to just put
15:17 some of it into the bowl.
15:23 So at home you can use a plastic
15:25 or you can use a special utensil to get...
15:32 All right. There you go.
15:35 To drop the filling into the strawberry,
15:38 we'll just use a spoon for practicality right here,
15:40 to let you know how simple it is.
15:42 You don't have to go and buy anything.
15:43 Yeah, you don't have to buy any special piping,
15:45 pie fillers.
15:47 This is something you can do at home with your spoons.
15:48 You got to learn to improvise. That's right.
15:51 They should improvise.
15:52 That is the life of any true chef, right?
15:54 'Cause at any time your gadgets can default or break out, like,
16:01 my children at home, lot of times
16:03 I'm looking around the kitchen for my spatula
16:06 or I'm looking for like everything,
16:08 you know, and I go in my son's room
16:10 and it's like under his bed
16:12 or it's with his toys in a shoe box, like,
16:14 what are you doing Sammy
16:16 with mommy spatula and my whisker.
16:19 Oh, mom, I'm playing all kind of disparitism, soldiers and...
16:23 Creative minds.
16:24 So it's great, you know, listen
16:26 don't spend a whole lot of money on toys...
16:28 Because you buy it, they sit there,
16:30 your kids and they're gonna take your spatulas.
16:32 They're gonna take your shoe boxes,
16:34 they're gonna take... Take the pots and the pans.
16:36 Pots and the pans. And they have fun.
16:38 That's right.
16:39 So Jason has done a great job here
16:40 dropping the filling that's white snowy filling.
16:43 So at home we call this snow cones,
16:46 we call it our snow cones because the kids,
16:48 it reminds them of ice cream.
16:50 The strawberry is the cone... All right.
16:51 And you have the filling that looks like ice cream.
16:53 So what do we fizzle on top?
16:55 So now we're going to just add here...
16:56 You can drop this into the processor.
16:59 What are we adding?
17:00 These are carob chips and carob chips
17:01 are great alternative to chocolate.
17:05 So here we go, let's whiz.
17:14 Okay.
17:19 I can't wait to try this. I'm ready to eat it.
17:22 You won't be disappointed, you won't be.
17:24 That's fine. That's okay.
17:26 I'm already salivating like, it's good to going.
17:28 Just drop it in here. Thank you.
17:30 I had a feeling that little thing
17:32 will say my day has been going.
17:34 That's all right.
17:36 You're doing a great job, Jason.
17:39 All right, ready to kitchen so...
17:40 Sprinkle it on.
17:41 Just take your finger, just sprinkle it on lightly.
17:45 There you go. Nice topping.
17:48 That's a nice accent
17:50 to the strawberry and the confection.
17:52 It's delicious. It looks great.
17:53 Cheese filling.
17:55 I think I might eat all of that.
17:58 I don't think you'll make it out of this kitchen.
18:05 Okay, this is great. This is great. Let's try it.
18:07 And then you pop it in your refrigerator
18:09 and you let it chill for about 20 minutes
18:12 so you can eat it like this
18:13 but if you want a nice little...
18:14 It's really good cold.
18:16 All right, so we're going to try.
18:17 All right, ladies and gentlemen...
18:19 I think we should. Let's dig in.
18:20 All right.
18:23 All right. And there you go, dessert.
18:33 I'm coming over to all.
18:37 That's good.
18:40 Jay, you did well.
18:41 Good job, Jason. Thank you, thank you.
18:43 Thank you for coming into our kitchen today.
18:44 My pleasure.
18:45 Come any time, we love to have you again.
18:47 Absolutely, you know, I know when you're cooking.
18:49 All right. I will smell it.
18:50 I see you ladies later. All right. See you later.
18:52 Bye-bye. All right, Jay.
18:59 The ingredients for our Bahama Mama tropical smoothie:
19:30 That sounds delicious.
19:34 Oh, boy, laying on the beach,
19:37 Bahama Mama looking at the waves...
19:39 Oh, I'm sorry. I see it now.
19:41 I'm reminiscing, almost 18 years now.
19:44 Okay. I honeymooned in the Bahamas.
19:47 Oh, that's true, yes. Yeah.
19:49 That is so true.
19:51 It feels like yesterday but it was
19:52 such a wonderful vacation, just a wonderful time away,
19:55 wonderful honeymoon and I loved the Bahamas.
19:58 Oh, wow.
20:00 And all of these delicious fresh fruit
20:02 that we have here strawberries and pineapple
20:06 and all the coconut milk,
20:08 so this smoothie just brings back memories.
20:11 Well, you give me good memories.
20:12 All right. It's all good.
20:14 Okay. So let's get this started.
20:16 Especially after 18 years. Oh, wow.
20:19 But let's start our smoothie. Let's throw in some water.
20:24 Get all water and you can add some coconut milk in.
20:26 What is our base?
20:28 Add some coconut milk and let's just pour it all in
20:30 because with this one we just put some flax seed.
20:33 And while we're talking about flax seed,
20:34 flax seed is an excellent seed
20:37 that we put it in the smoothie already.
20:38 But it's filled with just wonderful nutrients
20:42 that is great for the colon
20:44 and we call it the colon sweeper.
20:45 That's right.
20:46 So anytime you feel like you just,
20:48 you know, need some help, you can just add flax seed,
20:51 you can add it to your yogurts, to your cereals...
20:54 Smoothies. Sprinkle on your salads.
20:56 Your smoothies, and you're all good.
20:58 That's right. All right.
21:00 So we're gonna add some coconut right now.
21:02 Coconut flakes.
21:03 We still have our dates to put in.
21:05 Our dates. Our natural sweetener.
21:08 We're actually...
21:10 Everything is natural sweetened...
21:11 With all this wonderful fruits.
21:13 Let's put in some banana and we have pineapples,
21:17 frozen pineapple, splash, splash.
21:20 All right. Okay.
21:22 We're now into the tropics, splash.
21:24 We should call it the Bahamas Mama splash.
21:28 And our carob chips.
21:29 And that gives us a nice sweet. Let's get it all in there.
21:33 Yeah, our nice sweet chocolate alternative.
21:38 So it's almost like a chocolate shake
21:42 but it's a carob shake.
21:44 We cover that up and give it a nice whiz.
22:10 So we blend that just a little longer
22:12 to make sure that the carob
22:15 gets grinded up and blend it nicely.
22:23 Okay, that should be good.
22:24 And while Jen is pouring our shake,
22:26 if you want to just shake the shake up a little bit
22:28 and make it a little more healthier,
22:31 you can add greens such as collards, kales,
22:34 our super foods or spirulina powder,
22:38 wheat grass anything with chlorophyll
22:40 to just give you that extra energy boost.
22:43 Okay, so let's get that...
22:46 Oh, that smells deep.
22:49 And we have to try Bahama Mama because this...
22:51 There we go. Sweet Bahama Mama.
22:53 It's nice and tasty.
23:00 Delicious.
23:01 Bahamas, take me away
23:03 I feel like I'm back on the island.
23:07 Anytime you having a day
23:09 where maybe it's snowing outside
23:11 or it's cold, take one of these
23:13 and just let your mind go at ease.
23:15 That's right. They will sweep you out also.
23:18 And now that we have juiced it, we will now wear it.
23:29 So now that we've shown you how we could eat it,
23:33 juice it, now Kim's going to wear it.
23:37 And our wear for today
23:39 is a wonderful strawberry honey masque.
23:42 Jen, can you please read the instructions?
23:48 Let's get started. That simple?
23:50 That simple. Very simple, ladies and gents.
23:52 Delicious strawberries.
23:54 Strawberries are high in vitamin C, okay.
23:57 Strawberries also anti-inflammatory
24:00 part of that family the ruby reds family.
24:04 When you have strawberries in your house
24:06 you can just take them.
24:09 Make sure they're nice and warm.
24:11 You want the strawberries that are not too hard
24:13 because you're gonna have to smash them
24:15 into a nice fine little pulp, little paste.
24:18 Like a little paste. Yeah.
24:20 You just smash it with your fork
24:22 just like it smells wonderful.
24:24 Wow, it's so amazing how things that we can use
24:28 on the outside of our body,
24:31 foods are actually are good for the inside of the body.
24:35 And then we're going to just paste it just like that
24:38 and then we're gonna add a drizzle of honey.
24:42 And honey is great, that's good, Jill.
24:45 That's good. Okay.
24:47 Honey is great because honey back in the olden days
24:50 was used for bacteria.
24:53 Did you know that?
24:55 If somebody had an open wound,
24:56 they would pour honey into the wound.
24:59 So imagine what it will do to your face.
25:02 So this mass right here acts as a nice exfoliator actually
25:07 because when you think of the berry,
25:09 I'm gonna hold this berry up, I don't know if you can see it
25:11 but you know, it kind of has like
25:13 a little fur balls a little bit,
25:15 and sometimes I don't want to say that
25:17 it's gonna prick you but I know
25:18 if you've ever seen like, it looks like you can scrub,
25:20 right, like it's porous.
25:22 So when we kind of mash it down and it's a natural exfoliator
25:26 for the skin and the honey just exudes
25:30 and whatever bacteria we have going on,
25:32 on the skin it just takes it right off.
25:34 Isn't that wonderful? Wow, it's so amazing.
25:36 So now we're gonna cape up,
25:37 we're gonna cape up our wonderful model
25:39 who has agreed to be our model today.
25:42 She is the strawberry one for today.
25:44 And we're gonna clip her here back...
25:46 And I want you to know viewers...
25:47 That this is real,
25:49 all of these wear it recipes are tried and true.
25:52 If you ever show up at Kim's house unannounced,
25:56 you don't know what she's coming
25:57 to the door looking like.
25:59 She can look like molasses, she can have oatmeal,
26:01 I mean, just be prepared. That's true.
26:02 So all of us let her know you're coming first.
26:05 Okay, we have to do this really quickly.
26:06 Let's get this on.
26:08 We'll try. Here we go.
26:13 Oh, the aroma, it smells very, very good.
26:18 I feel like eating it.
26:20 But you're wearing it right now.
26:22 That's right, we're wearing it right now, not eating.
26:24 Okay.
26:25 It's good to know that we can eat this too.
26:27 We can eat the food in our kitchen
26:29 and we can juice it and we can wear it.
26:31 That's right.
26:32 And you're wearing the strawberry, girl.
26:34 All right. Looking good.
26:35 Looking good, we gonna call you strawberry girl from now on.
26:38 So once you get that on, you kind of,
26:41 you know, just let it air dry
26:43 and you can make it as thick as you want
26:45 or as thin as you want.
26:47 Or you don't want it to eat
26:48 'cause it's kind of going down a nose
26:49 but you can make it and then when you put it on
26:52 and the honey is gonna kind of help it stick as well.
26:54 You just let it air dry and you walk around
26:56 where it gives you a nice ruby red, all right.
27:00 So today we've shown you how to eat it,
27:04 juice it and now wear it.
27:06 Now we're going to go over all the wonderful foods
27:09 that we've shown delicious caramel mouthwatering popcorn,
27:13 the wonderful strawberries and the Bahama Mama juice.
27:16 We're so glad that you could join us this time
27:19 because we love to eat good food.
27:22 I like healthy food that tastes so good,
27:26 I like to eat good food.
27:28 What you say now.
27:30 I like to eat good food.
27:34 I like to eat good food.
27:39 So along, join us next time.
27:41 Bye.
