I think that's a great thing. 01:15 This is exciting because plant based nutrition is simple, 01:20 practical, and healthy. 01:23 That's right. 01:24 And I'm feeling kind of hmm... 01:26 I'm feeling kind of peachy today. 01:28 Really, peachy? How're you feeling? 01:30 I feel peachy and creamy. 01:33 How're you feeling, Jan? I don't know, I feel lemony. 01:35 Lemony? 01:37 Well, today is a peachy day 01:40 because we are having 01:41 Taisha's crustless southern peaches. 01:47 Yummy. Peach cobbler. 01:49 I tell you, I'm getting hungry with that. 01:50 It's peach cobbler. It's dessert day, guys. 01:54 It's dessert. 01:55 And whenever you think of peaches, you just... 01:58 I don't know, you just get excited, 01:59 you know, like... 02:00 I love peaches, they're nice and sweet, 02:02 and plump, and whoa! 02:03 I like peaches. 02:05 Yeah, yeah, and whenever somebody acts as you sometimes, 02:08 the fruit that always comes like, 02:09 what kind of mood are you in? 02:10 They don't say, "Well, I'm in an apple mood. 02:12 I'm in a banana mood." 02:14 They say, "I'm in a peachy mood." 02:16 You kind of get excited when you see, 02:18 when you say peachy. 02:22 Well, probably on the peachy, peach topic, 02:25 I have a couple of jokes for you. 02:27 That's Tai and her jokes. 02:29 All right, here we go, here we go. 02:31 It better be good. All right. 02:32 Relax, calm down. 02:34 You're sharing them now, 02:35 so make sure they're really good. 02:36 All right. Okay. Okay, okay. 02:38 Here we go. All right, you guys ready? 02:40 All right. See if you can get it. 02:41 All right, the patient said, 02:43 "Doctor, there's a peach growing 02:45 out of my head." 02:47 What do you think the doctor said? 02:50 I don't know, you tell me. 02:53 That's easy, "Let me put some cream on it." 02:56 Oh, Tai, okay. 02:59 Get little better than that. 03:02 Okay, okay, another one, another one. 03:04 Okay. 03:05 All right, come on, 03:07 but you're all still laughing I must have done right. 03:08 Look who's cracking us up, okay. 03:09 That wasn't funny though. 03:11 Did you hear the joke about the peach? 03:14 No, tell us, that's what 03:15 we're waiting to hear, a good one. 03:16 Come on tell me. It's a joke? 03:18 No, guess it. 03:19 Oh, the joke. It was pitiful. 03:25 Okay. I love it. 03:26 They're getting little better. 03:28 All right, one more, one more 03:29 and then we'll move on to the ingredients, right? 03:31 One more, one more, all right, one more, okay. 03:33 Make this really good. All right. 03:35 Strike one, two, three, strike, I'll give you one more. 03:38 All right, you guys ready? Okay, here we go. 03:40 What do you call a man 03:43 that cannot stop eating peaches? 03:46 Come on, you guys have to get this one. 03:48 A peachy man. 03:50 No, no, Jan, we always say this is Jude because, 03:52 you know, when you come to our house, 03:54 you know, Jude is like, 03:56 you know this is his plate, it overflows so. 03:59 Okay, I don't know of Jude. All right. 04:01 Okay, Jude is in this. You call him a bottomless pit. 04:09 Girl, you peached that up. 04:13 All right, let's move onto our ingredients. 04:15 Okay, Jan. All right, okay. 04:17 That was funny, I'm still laughing. 04:21 Okay, ingredients, Kim. 04:22 That was really, really, peachy. 04:24 Okay. 04:25 Ingredients for the Peach Cobbler: 04:50 The peach filling: 04:59 And then you sprinkle 05:01 some cinnamon on top of the cup and that sounds great. 05:03 All right. 05:04 That sounds easy because, 05:06 you know, we like to eat good food. 05:07 That's right. We like it nice and easy. 05:09 So I'm gonna slide on over to the middle. 05:10 Okay. 05:12 And let's just turn this burner on, 05:14 it's the second one right here. 05:15 All right. Okay. 05:17 And we're gonna get our... 05:19 Put it inside, just put it on medium 05:20 'cause we want it to melt, 05:22 and actually you can place it in your pan, 05:25 whatever pan you're cooking it in 05:26 and you can just melt the butter in the oven or, 05:28 you know, you can do it in the pan. 05:29 One step in the oven and take it out, 05:31 that's it if you can remember it. 05:32 But anyhow, we're gonna start with our peaches, 05:35 and we'll just put a dash of the cinnamon, Kim, please. 05:39 And then we'll sprinkle that around and, Jan, 05:41 while we're doing that, 05:42 you're going to turn to our sifter 05:45 and we'll just sift all the dry ingredients 05:47 except the sugar and the milk. 05:48 Okay, so how do we sift this? How do we? 05:50 Now usually, you just pour it in there 05:52 and then you should kind of give it a shake. 05:54 Shake it around. 05:55 You're gonna put everything in there 05:56 so it's nice and even. 05:58 All right. All right. 05:59 So, I mean, you know, 06:00 I like this recipe because it's nice and easy 06:06 and it's just like comfort food. 06:08 Sometimes, you know, 06:10 you wanna eat something that just, 06:13 it's so good and it's still just satisfying, 06:17 that sweet tooth craving that you have, you know. 06:20 And I know that when you make cobblers, 06:22 you can make the crust cobbler with the pastry, 06:26 that's the traditional one. 06:27 And then this one is a crustless cobbler. 06:29 Even though it has a crust, you're not actually like, 06:32 you know, pushing, 06:33 this is like kind of easy, quick on the go. 06:35 You know, listen, oh, I'm having a sweet tooth, 06:38 you know, something quick. 06:39 Don't have to use a rolling pin and everything. 06:41 All I do is take maybe a little bit of flour, 06:43 throw it on my face, 06:44 and make it look like I did something 06:45 but all I did was sift. 06:47 Okay, Jan, you get the point now, 06:49 get the point, you get the point. 06:51 But all you did was throw it in and sift it, that's was it. 06:52 Okay, so that was a quick sift. 06:54 Easy enough. Nice and easy. 06:55 So then now we add our cane 06:57 and then you just give it a little... 06:58 Okay, whisk it around. 07:00 Okay, this is... 07:01 All right. 07:02 Now we're gonna take that and we're gonna pour it 07:04 in our pie dish. 07:06 You can use a pie or you can use a rectangle 07:08 and we're just gonna pour it in. 07:10 Slowly mixing the cane sugar. 07:11 And then make sure 07:12 that your oven is preheated to 350. 07:15 Turn the fire off, please? 07:17 All right. Okay. 07:19 Let's mix nice in there. Nicely mix. 07:21 Nice and then we're gonna give our peaches a nice mix here. 07:23 And then now we're gonna add the milk 07:26 to the dry ingredients 07:27 and then we're gonna slowly stir, okay. 07:30 You take over that whisk from me. 07:34 Just you bring it around and you stir it up. 07:37 So I'd say like three fourths to one cup 07:40 depending on how creamy or how thick you want it. 07:45 For a thicker crust, 07:46 you know, denser you just use three-fourth, 07:49 and if you just wanted a little thinner, 07:51 you just put it, I mean, it's just something to it, 07:54 when you put it in with the peaches 07:57 and everything comes together in that oven 07:59 and the smell of the aromas going together, 08:01 it just does something to you. 08:03 All right, that looks about right. 08:04 That looks good. 08:05 So then we take this batter 08:07 and we pour it right over vegan earth balance. 08:12 Wow. All right. 08:15 So we can get about two, two pies, 08:17 yeah, you kind of get the idea in this one. 08:20 But you usually use like a 9x13 rectangular pan 08:24 to kind of get it all along. 08:25 Then you just place your peaches on top. 08:26 Just like that? Just like that. 08:30 Well, I can't wait to eat it. 08:32 It's kind of like a fun quick recipe 08:33 to make with your kids, you know. 08:35 You guys ready 08:36 for another knock-knock peach joke? 08:38 Come on, guys, be a good sport. 08:39 I don't know the last one was pretty funny, 08:41 so they were getting better. 08:42 All right, all right, I got to come to it. 08:44 All right. 08:45 Before you pop this in the oven, 08:46 can you pop it in the oven? 08:48 It's preheated while we're talking about it, okay. 08:49 Oven on 350, we pop it in the oven 08:52 and while we're waiting for that to bake, 08:54 I've a couple of jokes for you. 08:55 Okay. Come on, guys. 08:56 Bring it on, let's go. Here we go. 08:59 You guys ready? You guys ready? All right. 09:00 Here we go. 09:02 Make it good, Tai. 09:03 All right, all right, here we go. 09:05 You guys should know this one. All right. 09:07 Where do the kids from the 90s like to hang out? 09:11 Kids from the 90s? Yes. 09:13 Hmm, I don't know. Excuse me. 09:18 Come on, come on, information. 09:19 The kids from the 90s. Boom. 09:27 All right, come on, 09:28 that was a funny one, a peach pit? 09:30 That was not funny. 09:32 No more jokes, no more peach jokes. 09:34 That was corny. That one was corny. 09:36 All right. That one was corny. 09:37 But this one is cute. This one is sweet. 09:40 Okay. This one is sweet. 09:41 Last chance. All right. 09:43 Did you hear about the fruit 09:45 that gave people a warm fuzzy feeling all over? 09:50 I guess it was a peach. Yeah. 09:53 You guys got it. I got that one. 09:56 It's so funny because you know, growing up, 09:59 we grew up in Bronx, New York. 10:01 And about the time where we grew up, 10:03 it was a, you know, 10:04 everyone had names like a nickname 10:07 and, Jan, your nickname was peaches. 10:09 That was my nickname. Yeah, I was peaches. 10:19 Yeah, even, you know, we went to Pine Forge Academy. 10:20 That's right, Pine Forge Academy, 10:21 my sweater said peaches on the back. 10:25 I wasn't a fruit but I was lady blue. 10:27 Oh, boy, okay, lady blue. I was lady blue. 10:30 And, Kim, what was your nickname? 10:33 I was just Kimberly. 10:35 Fabulous Kimberly. 10:36 And now she's the fabulous Kim. 10:39 Anyway, okay, just one more guys. 10:41 One more? Come on, one more. 10:42 Okay, that's it, make it good. Last one. 10:45 Why did the nectarine have a hair transplant? 10:49 Okay, Taisha. The nectarine? 10:51 Why, Taisha? It's in the family. 10:52 Tell us, just tell us. 10:53 Because they wanted to be a peach. 10:58 Okay. 10:59 That was the last one, right? That one was funny, okay. 11:04 I got a little story later, 11:05 I have a little peach story later. 11:07 That was a good one. That was a good one. 11:08 I think I'm smelling that wonderful aroma. 11:11 I think I'm smelling it also. 11:13 Now it's time to just dig in and taste. 11:16 Taste time. 11:18 This is the best time, taste time. 11:19 We have, this is what it looks like 11:21 and before it goes in actually 11:23 you can sprinkle your cinnamon on it, 11:25 or you can sprinkle it right on top 11:27 before you place your ice cream. 11:28 And we have some ice creams. 11:30 We gonna top it off with that all. 11:31 Finish up some ice cream. 11:34 Peaches, and cream, and ice cream go together. 11:37 Peaches, and cream, and ice cream. 11:39 All right. Thank you. 11:40 All right. Here we go. All right. 11:42 So we just grab a little piece. 11:44 Everybody just get a little piece. 11:45 That doesn't look like a little piece to me, Taisha? 11:48 Just a little taste. 11:49 I don't know if you can get, already you have, Jan. 11:51 All right, got some, Kim. 11:52 So peaches, or you can add cream to this, 11:55 you can add like a cashew cream. 11:57 Yeah, cashew drizzle or. Looking at. 11:59 Yeah, whipped cream. Some frozen bananas. 12:00 Okay. We're talking this right now. 12:02 Can we just eat? Okay. 12:03 All right. 12:04 All right, all right, here we go. 12:06 All right, here we go. 12:07 Get some cream. All right. 12:12 Sorry, would you guys show up. Hmm. 12:15 The peaches. That's good. 12:17 Really the... 12:19 And this is a coconut flavored vanilla ice cream. 12:22 It is to die for, delicious. 12:23 It's a vegan coconut ice cream, it's so delicious, so good. 12:26 We just have to eat it all. 12:29 But, viewers... 12:31 Yummy. I wish you could taste this. 12:32 But you can. 12:34 But try it at home, it's quick and easy. 12:35 That's right. I want some more. 12:38 So today in our episode of peaches and ice cream, 12:42 our crustless cobbler. 12:44 So look at me, I just can't even, 12:46 like it stick into my tongue, just can't get it out. 12:49 The crustless cobbler, so delicious, 12:52 wonderful and easy to make. 12:55 I just want to leave a great story with you. 12:58 Tai... Really. Yes? 13:00 Just one story. A story? 13:01 Is it a peachy story? 13:03 The children were lined up 13:04 in the cafeteria at the church school. 13:07 At the head of the table was a large tray of peaches. 13:11 The teacher posted a sign saying, 13:13 "Take only one peach, God is watching." 13:15 You know, like how we always tell our children, 13:18 "God is watching." 13:19 God wants us to be obedient. 13:21 We ought to be obedient to our mothers and fathers, 13:22 that's the commandment, right? 13:24 That's right, "Jesus is always watching." 13:25 And we always say, 13:26 God is always watching when I'm not around. 13:28 So the teacher up this sign saying, 13:30 "God is watching." 13:32 So down at the other end of the table 13:34 was a large pile of oatmeal cookies. 13:37 So one child whispered over to the other and said, 13:40 "Hey, take as many cookies as you want, 13:44 God is watching the peaches." 13:48 Okay, Taisha, that was a good one. 13:50 Oh, God. Come on, come on. 13:52 You got to give it up on that one, that's cute. 13:53 Oh, Tai, we give it up. 13:56 For our eating section, we had a fabulous, wonderful, 14:01 crustless, so full southern peach cobbler. 14:06 So now that we've eaten it... 14:08 And we're going to finish it. Oh, yeah. 14:10 Now, we're going to show you how to juice it. 14:18 It's time to juice it. All right. 14:22 Now before we start with our juices segment, 14:25 why are we wearing these shirts? 14:27 One, two, three sisters, many have asked, 14:31 and I'm so happy to say, I am Jan, sister number three, 14:36 I'm the baby, they're older than me. 14:39 I am Taisha, sister number two. 14:42 I'm in the middle so I can go either way, 14:45 I could be the oldest, or I can be the youngest. 14:48 No, I'm the youngest. 14:52 And I am Kimberly, 14:53 sister number one, I'm the boss. 14:55 She's mommy number two. She's the boss. 14:58 Can you imagine, we are married with children, 15:01 but she still thinks 15:03 she's like our mom like, seriously now, it's serious. 15:05 Jan, do this, Taisha, do that. Yes, Kim. 15:10 Yes, mommy. Okay, okay. Enough of that. 15:13 This is what we're here for. 15:14 Let's get our smoothie going. All right. 15:17 Today, let's read our recipe for now. 15:20 We have strawberry banana pineapple milkshake. 15:24 Yes, that sounds good. 15:43 I can't wait. Let's get this going. 15:45 This sounds like a good milkshake. 15:48 You know, it's good to have all of the grapefruit 15:51 and the lemon and the kale... 15:53 And the kale and the Swiss chard, 15:54 and the garlic and all of those things 15:57 that can heal us. 15:58 Once in a while 16:00 we just like to have a plain old milkshake... 16:03 That's right. Special milkshake. 16:05 A vegan, delicious milkshake. Delightful. 16:09 And you know what? 16:11 We're using the cashew milk 16:12 that we've made before and we've shown... 16:14 Homemade cashew milk. That's right. 16:16 So this is really a treat. This is really a treat. 16:19 So let's get started. Let's first put in our liquid. 16:24 All right. Okay. 16:25 So let's put our water... 16:29 And our homemade cashew milk. All right. 16:33 The cashew is just so nice and creamy. 16:35 Look at that nice and creamy and smooth texture. 16:39 And we'll just put in our strawberry, 16:41 our frozen strawberries and we have... 16:44 Full of vitamins and banana. 16:47 Banana, pineapples. Pineapple full of bromelain. 16:51 So still healthy. It's still healthy. 16:53 Even though it's a milkshake. 16:54 That's right. This glass of color. 16:57 We still have pure maple syrup. That's right. 17:00 Nice sweetener. A little vanilla. 17:01 But if you don't want to use maple syrup, 17:03 you can use dates, 17:04 or you know what, you can use figs. 17:06 Dates, figs. Dates, figs, yeah. 17:08 Dates, figs. Agave. 17:10 No, I'm serious, you can use dates, 17:11 you can use figs. 17:13 The figs might make just a little bit thicker 17:15 but it's a sweetener and it's great, 17:16 so it's just an alternative 17:18 for those who don't want to use maple syrup. 17:19 And stevia is also another great alternative for... 17:23 Those who are having sugar situations, 17:26 it lowers the glycemic index of your sugar, 17:28 so stevia is actually great. 17:29 Sometimes it has a little bitter taste 17:30 but, you know, it's good. 17:32 After taste. 17:33 And then we'll put in our chunk ice, 17:35 just to give it that smoothie gritty texture. 17:38 All right. 17:40 And we're gonna whiz it on up. Give it a nice, right. 17:42 Let's go ladies. 17:43 Make sure the top is nice and firm, Jan. 17:45 Yeah. 17:46 Okay. All right. It's on there. 17:48 Muscles, okay. 18:05 Okay. All right. 18:07 Are you ready? Yes, we are ready. 18:08 Look at that color. 18:10 Oh, that looks so, it's like a creamy strawberry. 18:13 That's right, takes over the color of everything but... 18:15 Watch that pour out nice and easy. 18:16 Oh, the smell, it smell so good. 18:19 Okay. Hmm. 18:21 Sister number two, and sister number one. 18:25 Alrighty. Right. Here we go, guys. 18:28 Thank you. Okay. 18:30 All right. 18:31 We'll toast for your good health. 18:33 Cheers. To health. Yeah. 18:35 Oops. 18:42 Very good. 18:44 Delicious, refreshing, soothing. 18:48 It's like a crispy crisp, you know, just... 18:51 And the ice is just nice and cool and it's delicious. 18:57 And it's still very healthy. 18:58 Yeah, and so very healthy, isn't that good to know? 19:01 Yeah, still guiltless milkshake. 19:05 That's right. 19:07 A lot of the milkshakes that we're drinking today 19:10 that people drink contain 19:12 a lot of hormones due to the milk. 19:16 Or preservatives. 19:17 Preservatives or different things, 19:19 high fructose corn syrup and, you know, 19:23 this is just another alternative to the milkshake, 19:27 you know, you can have smoothies 19:28 because I know 19:30 people love smoothies just quick easy. 19:32 And this is also a great way to get your fruits. 19:37 That's right. 19:39 You know, because a lot of times, 19:40 you know, the recommended daily serving 19:41 of the fruits and vegetables. 19:43 You know, your sulking now, 19:45 "How am I going to get in my strawberries. 19:48 I mean, we can eat it, don't get me wrong, 19:50 you can sit there and eat it all 19:51 but, you know, when you're on the go 19:53 and you have kids and family, 19:55 you're in a rush. 19:57 Sometimes or even just want to kick back, 19:59 you want something 20:00 where you could just throw it all together and just... 20:02 Throw it in, whiz it up. 20:03 You know, you've had your serving for the day. 20:05 So here's to guiltless, 20:07 guilt free, milkshakes. 20:12 All right. 20:14 So now that we've juiced it ladies, 20:17 we've eaten it. 20:18 That's right. With the wonderful peach crisp, 20:22 you know, we're having a party time here, guys. 20:23 Peachy. 20:25 Come on, you guys got to give it me. 20:26 Oh, I hope you don't have 20:28 another joke coming up, it would be backfire. 20:30 Let me see, do I have another joke. 20:31 No, you don't. No, no more jokes. 20:34 Okay, okay, all right. Okay, okay. 20:36 Now that we've eaten it. Yes, we have. 20:38 And we've had a wonderful milkshake, juicing it. 20:42 Juicing it. She's right. 20:43 We are now going to wear it. 20:52 We're going to wear it. 20:55 Actually, we're not wearing it today. 20:57 Oh, no. It's not me. 21:00 Are you wearing it? Not me. 21:02 Well, today, 21:03 we have a special model Marylyn. 21:08 Come on down, Marylyn. 21:16 Sit here. Have a seat. 21:18 You are our next victim. 21:22 Now, we got something special for you. 21:26 Well, I'm just gonna put this. 21:27 Welcome. Thank you. 21:29 Thank you so much today for volunteering today. 21:31 Thank you. I feel pampered. 21:33 You will feel more pampered in a few minutes. 21:37 We're going to take care of your face. 21:39 Can we remove your glasses? Yes, sure. 21:42 You have such beautiful skin. Thank you. 21:44 Do you have a special care regime 21:46 or skin care regiment? 21:48 No. Oh, that's fine. 21:49 It's just natural beauty. 21:51 Well, the wear it we have today is a fresh lemon toner. 21:56 And what we're using today is one lemon. 22:00 That's it. That's it. 22:01 The ingredients, one lemon, freshly squeezed. 22:05 All right. So let's begin. Okay. 22:08 All right. So do you like lemon? 22:10 I do. I love lemon. 22:12 Okay. Do you cook with lemons? 22:13 Sometimes, yes. Do you juice with lemons? 22:16 I do. Oh, yes, I do. Do you wear lemons? 22:18 I don't wear lemons. You're gonna wear one today. 22:20 I think you're gonna wear one today. 22:22 So here we go, we're just gonna cut the lemon 22:25 and, Jan, would you please? 22:26 Kim, you can take the other side, 22:28 there's two sides to the face so. 22:30 We gonna share that lemon. Okay. 22:33 You know, just some... 22:34 We just want to share with you some 22:36 very great important characteristics of lemon 22:40 wearing it on your skin. 22:43 Ladies, begin. Okay. 22:45 So we're just going to rub the lemon. 22:46 Lemon, some important characteristics of lemon. 22:49 Lemon is a smooth toner. Lemon is full of vitamin C, 22:55 and it has great properties that just tightens the skin. 23:00 So as you place the lemon on your face, 23:03 you just begin to feel it nice. 23:04 What are you feeling, Marylyn? 23:06 I feel so smooth and refreshing. 23:09 Feel little refreshing like a toner. 23:11 Sometimes a tingly feeling. 23:12 Now you want to make sure 23:14 that you're applying it to clean face. 23:16 Some of the things that lemon does for the body 23:18 is it alkalines the body, okay. 23:23 And it helps restore the balance, 23:25 the pH balance to the body. 23:27 Now that's just amazing 23:28 because lemon is usually known to be acidic, right? 23:31 That's right. 23:32 But our God is so amazing 23:34 when it comes together in the body 23:36 because, you know, nothing can live 23:38 like disease can't live in an alkaline body. 23:41 So if the body is too acidic and you bring in the acid 23:47 it has a property that's released in it 23:49 that alkalines the blood. 23:51 Isn't that amazing? 23:53 God is so amazing. I'll tell you. 23:55 And it's so full of iron, magnesium, fiber like, 24:00 you know, when we do the lemon zest, 24:02 we put a whole lemon 24:03 in our smoothie also that the pulp, 24:05 that's fiber as well. 24:06 You know, and guess what? 24:08 I called it L cube, you know what that stands for? 24:12 You tell us, Tai. The liver loves lemon. 24:18 No, seriously, lemon stimulates the liver. 24:21 Okay, so the liver it's, 24:23 you know, everything passes through the liver, 24:25 just kind of to keep it simple, 24:26 to clean the body and what it does, 24:29 it helps removes and gets it going and moving, 24:31 you know, we're so with all the toxins 24:33 and things in the air 24:35 and around that we eat or whatever. 24:36 We really beat up on the poor liver, 24:37 the poor liver has such a job, but grab a lemon, guys... 24:42 Grab a lemon. 24:43 But right now we're focusing on our beautiful, 24:45 you have such a pretty smile. 24:46 Thank you. She sure does. 24:49 And one more thing it also... 24:50 When we drink it 24:52 because we're talking about eating it, 24:54 juicing it, and wearing it. 24:55 This is our wear it segment, 24:57 but we're trying to bring it all together here. 24:59 When we ingest the lemon, 25:01 it increases the peristaltic movement 25:04 in our bowels. 25:06 Look at that. Okay. 25:07 So, you know, it just helps things flow along 25:11 trying to just keep it nice and... 25:13 Helps things flow through the colons, you know. 25:16 And so the movement that our colon makes to kind 25:19 of digest the food, 25:21 that's the peristaltic movement. 25:23 The movement. Okay. 25:24 And it increases that movement. So do we have the lemon? 25:27 I think we need a little more on her forehead. 25:30 Touched up, right there. All right. 25:33 So where are you from, Marylyn? I'm from Colorado. 25:36 Wow. You're from Colorado? 25:38 Yes. It's cold in Colorado. 25:40 Sometimes, yes. I heard it's beautiful though. 25:44 It's very beautiful. Where people go and ski. 25:47 What are some of the things to do out there? 25:48 I've never been there but I plan to go. 25:50 Hiking. Hiking, a lot of hiking. 25:51 So a lot of outdoor? A lot of outdoor. 25:54 Even though it snows, 25:55 it melts right away and you can get back outside. 25:58 Oh, look at that. 25:59 You learn something new, 26:01 that's, because when I think of Colorado, 26:03 I think of skiing, I mean, you know, I don't know. 26:04 Like I'm from New York and people tell me 26:07 when they think of New York, 26:08 they think of the concrete jungle, 26:11 Wall Street, you know, money. 26:13 That's right. 26:15 Or crime, I mean... 26:17 No, I mean, you know, or shopping... 26:18 The city that never sleeps. The city that never sleeps. 26:21 That's right. 26:22 And, you know, New Yorkers are so obnoxious 26:24 because wherever we go it's like, 26:26 "Well, why is the store open?" 26:28 It's 12 o'clock at night. 26:31 But anyway it was such a pleasure. 26:34 Well, thank you. Thank you so much. 26:35 I enjoyed that, thank you. 26:37 And wearing our wonderful facial toner. 26:41 Yes. Thank you. 26:42 So how do you feel? Because I know it's dry. 26:43 Feels good. Yes. 26:45 Do you feel your skin tightening? 26:46 I do and I feel a little bit of a tingle. 26:48 Wow. That's the cleansing factor. 26:51 The tickling factor. That's right. 26:52 That's when you know it's working, 26:53 you wanna make sure... 26:55 And to remove that, 26:56 you just take a warm cloth and just wipe your face down 26:59 and then you just put whatever moisturizer 27:01 you put on after, 27:02 even a light coconut oil, and just go. 27:04 Go on with your day. Okay. That's good. 27:06 So we've eaten our wonderful peach cobbler, 27:11 and we have some delicious coconut bliss ice cream 27:14 to go with it. 27:15 We've had our milkshake. Delicious. 27:18 Delicious milkshake strawberry, banana, 27:22 and our tingling sensation toner. 27:25 That's all for today. 27:26 Thank you so much, Marylyn. You're welcome. 27:28 Do you like good food? I do, I love good food. 27:31 I like healthy food, 27:33 That tastes so good 27:35 I like to eat good food 27:38 What you say now? 27:39 I like to eat good food 27:43 I like to eat good food 27:48 Bye-Bye. 27:49 Bye. |
