00:26 I like to eat good food
00:28 What you say now?
00:30 I like to eat good food I like to eat good food
00:39 Welcome to Creative Cooking with THS,
00:43 The Holmes Sisters.
00:45 I'm Kimberly. I'm Taisha.
00:47 And I'm Jane.
00:49 We love creative cooking.
00:53 It's basically using plant based nutrition
00:56 to transform our lives.
00:58 We all can benefit from adding more veggies, fruits,
01:02 nuts, and grains to our diet.
01:05 Is that true? Right.
01:07 Can we benefit? We sure can benefit.
01:08 And this is so exciting
01:10 because plant based nutrition is simple, practical...
01:15 And it's healthy.
01:16 Very healthy. Most of all it's healthy.
01:18 Very healthy.
01:20 You know, as sisters,
01:22 we've been singing for a long time?
01:24 Yes, we have.
01:25 And when we were a lot younger,
01:27 you know, maybe a couple of years ago, you know.
01:29 Oh, yes, of course. Only we were living together.
01:32 You know we cooked together,
01:33 you know, so I mean just being in ministry
01:36 as far as singing and just sharing with the world
01:39 the message of God's love.
01:41 And now being able to spread God's creativity
01:45 in cooking His wonderful food to just feed the bodies
01:50 that He has given us, which are the temple of God.
01:54 That's right. It's such an awesome thing.
01:55 That's what it is. It's a great thing.
01:57 And it's so much fun to just come together as sisters
02:00 and to cook, and to sing, and just to have fun.
02:02 Yes. Yeah.
02:04 You know, family is such a wonderful thing.
02:05 We love families. Yeah.
02:06 We really love families.
02:08 We love just following other families
02:11 and we love sisters.
02:12 And we know a group of sisters that sings just like we do.
02:16 And they've been singing for years.
02:18 Just like we have been singing. That's right.
02:20 And it's just great.
02:21 I mean, we love families who sing and just,
02:25 who just are just together
02:27 because we're all a part of God's big family.
02:31 But it's something just special about
02:33 sisters, brothers in Brooklyn.
02:35 And singing sisters. And singing sisters as well.
02:37 Oh, boy, that's right. But you know what?
02:39 The recipe that we're gonna share with you today
02:42 is from a sister.
02:43 That's right. Karima.
02:45 Karima, that's right.
02:46 And she shared a delicious quinoa salad.
02:50 Yes, she did.
02:51 And we're gonna have fun chopping up
02:52 all these vegetables and tasting
02:55 and sharing with you our viewer this delicious salad.
02:59 Let's read the recipe.
03:00 Well, the recipe we have today is called
03:03 Karima's Quinoa Sesame Ginger Salad.
03:10 The recipe is:
04:05 Okay, ladies, let's start and get to chopping.
04:07 Let's start chopping.
04:09 We have garlic here in front of us,
04:11 and we have some peppers,
04:13 Jane, you can start with these peppers over here.
04:15 Okay, some nice peppers. Cabbage.
04:16 We have some red cabbage, Taisha, you can chop off
04:18 the red cabbage over here.
04:20 We have our carrots that's already slayed,
04:22 it's chopped up
04:24 and we have edamame beans which will be added later.
04:26 I'm going to get the fire going over here on our quinoa...
04:28 Thank you, Taisha. That's already cooking.
04:29 So these are just some sweet red peppers.
04:32 And red peppers are filled of vitamin C
04:36 and it's high in vitamin C
04:38 and just very tasty to eat as a snack or on your salad.
04:42 Yes, we're chopping up our...
04:44 Now you can chop this by hand or you can use a knife
04:48 just to kind of thinly slice just like I'm doing by hand,
04:53 or you can chop it in the food processor,
04:55 just whiz it up, whichever, you know, you'd like to do.
04:59 This is nice and better for chopping.
05:03 And what are you cutting up there, Kim?
05:04 So I'm chopping up few garlic so just chop up the garlic.
05:10 Garlic has a nice aroma.
05:12 And it gives it a great flavor.
05:15 Well, let's tell them about the quinoa grain
05:17 and how powerful it is, Kim.
05:19 So if you look right here, we have quinoa
05:23 and quinoa comes in two colors,
05:26 in red and more of off whitish white color.
05:32 Quinoa is a very, very popular gluten free grain today.
05:36 And it's delicious and very high in protein.
05:40 Many people use it in salad,
05:42 I use it to cook in my cereals with my children,
05:45 they love the quinoa cereal.
05:47 It's pretty good as rice also.
05:48 Yes, and it's also good as... Replacement.
05:51 As a rice replacement.
05:54 One thing I love about the quinoa
05:56 is that it's quick and easy to cook.
06:00 Two cups of water, one cup of quinoa,
06:03 20 minutes later, voila, you have your quinoa.
06:05 So do you boil the water first
06:06 or you just put the quinoa in the water while you...
06:09 Well, technically you can boil the water first
06:12 and let it get hot and then throw in the quinoa
06:15 but I just throw everything together
06:16 and it all comes out the same.
06:18 Okay, so once it comes to a boil
06:20 you can kind of turn it down and let it simmer.
06:22 So once it comes to a boil, yes.
06:24 That's right. You'll let it simmer.
06:27 You've already precooked.
06:29 Our quinoa is simmering right now.
06:30 That's right. Thank you, Taisha.
06:31 The ones that we've already precooked.
06:33 Jane, can you pass me that spatula over there,
06:34 the mixer so I can check the quinoa over here.
06:37 We've already started cooking the quinoa
06:38 and if you can see, it's already starting to go
06:42 from the hard core seeds,
06:44 don't know if we can get it closer,
06:45 there we are,
06:47 and it's just starting to fluff up very nicely.
06:50 Oh, it smells nice. Has a nutty flavor to it.
06:56 And these peppers are pretty much chopped up.
07:00 Do we need all of them or just a little bit, how many?
07:02 Yes, depend on the peppers.
07:03 We can just throw it in this bowl right here.
07:06 Everything that you chopped just throw it right in here.
07:08 You know, one thing I love about this recipe,
07:10 I mean, it's like a confetti salad.
07:14 Doesn't it look, I mean,
07:15 it's just full of popping colors
07:17 and, you know, that's the creativity of,
07:19 I mean, God loves colors.
07:21 I mean, we all come in different colors,
07:24 flowers come in different colors.
07:25 That's right. Our food comes in...
07:27 You know, I mean, how colorful foods.
07:29 You know, I just think God just enjoys celebrating,
07:32 he likes to party, and when we party
07:34 it's very festive
07:35 and that's what it feels like today.
07:37 So we're having a festive meal, right?
07:38 We're having a festive green party.
07:42 Okay.
07:43 So I'll just throw edamame beans in here
07:45 and the quinoa should be just about done.
07:48 Jane, are you done with those peppers?
07:50 We can throw that in here.
07:51 How is that, Kim, what do you think,
07:53 need to pour more water?
07:54 No, that's perfect. It's perfect, all right.
07:55 Jane, if you would just add the sesame seeds
07:57 and throw in our carrots.
08:02 Now we have a sauce that goes with it.
08:04 It's the sesame ginger sauce. But how do we make that sauce?
08:07 We have to chop up the ginger, slice it very thinly.
08:13 Okay. Let's Jane, let's...
08:14 Let me peel it a little bit.
08:16 And I'll chop up some more garlic here.
08:18 So we're gonna make the sauce in this bowl here
08:20 and we're gonna put the honey, the sesame oil.
08:26 Kim, point to the sesame oil. This is the sesame oil.
08:29 The honey, and the sesame seeds go in that and the ginger.
08:32 So let's get the ginger in there,
08:33 slice it up a little bit.
08:35 And this sauce gives this wonderful quinoa salad
08:38 an Asian flavor.
08:40 It just takes the party to another level.
08:42 Yes, yes. Okay.
08:44 It takes it to another level, right?
08:45 And then we want to let inside also.
08:48 Yeah, you put it and then whisk it around.
08:50 Let me have that whisk, Tai.
08:54 Just throw it around.
08:57 Okay. So what is this now?
08:59 This is our sesame oil sauce.
09:02 We've got to wait for our ginger.
09:03 Okay.
09:05 That ginger smell so good.
09:06 Slice it up really fine. All right.
09:11 And, you know, quinoa is a very popular
09:13 gluten free grain that's packed with protein.
09:17 I think they, don't they call this the power grain
09:19 or the super... It's a super grain.
09:21 Actually this grain is fed to horses.
09:24 That's right.
09:27 Can you imagine how beautiful and big the horses are
09:31 and this is what they're eating.
09:32 Quinoa is packed with so many amino acids
09:36 and just protein and things that the...
09:38 Can you imagine if you get the horses
09:40 and the stallions doing, imagine what we'll be doing?
09:42 That's right. I can't wait to eat this.
09:43 I mean, it's really going to take
09:45 the party to another level.
09:46 That's right.
09:48 The amino acids, the body needs the complete amino acids
09:52 and it has all nine of the amino acids.
09:54 The quinoa? Yes, the quinoa.
09:55 Wow. That's great.
09:56 Can you imagine no wonder it's great for horse.
10:00 Can I add this garlic? Wow.
10:02 Okay. Just put this right here...
10:03 Can you smell it? Whoa! That so smells good.
10:07 I smell it and let's add the garlic.
10:10 Okay, here we go. Mix that in.
10:14 And then do we pour our grain now?
10:16 Oh, let's stir this up a little bit and then we'll...
10:19 Mix up the grain so it gets all the...
10:24 Okay, now do we pour all the grain in
10:26 or do we take that at a time?
10:27 Thank you. Okay.
10:30 And because it's... Look at how beautiful that is.
10:32 Warm. It smells so good.
10:35 The flavors will just blend together.
10:43 Smells really great. Yeah.
10:45 Should we add the salt now? Look at how beautiful that is.
10:47 Isn't that gorgeous? Yes, add a dash of salt, Jane.
10:51 So add a dash of salt. That is beautiful.
10:53 You know, they say you eat with your eyes.
10:56 I mean, well, that can mean two things.
10:58 You can eat with your eyes like anything
11:00 that's out there that looks good
11:02 but when you eat with color,
11:04 how beautiful it is and when it's good food,
11:08 what a creative way to take dry grains filled with,
11:13 I mean, all, what, eight amino acids that you said?
11:16 Nine amino acids. Nine amino acids.
11:19 Packed with protein and I mean so much more.
11:22 And mix it up with the red peppers
11:24 and all the peppers that has the great vitamins.
11:26 Yeah, filled will all the vitamin E and A.
11:29 Can you imagine...
11:30 I'm sure it tastes as good as it looks.
11:33 As good as it looks and smells with that sauce.
11:36 Whoa! This is great.
11:39 All right, so you've mixed it up
11:41 and after you completely mix it up,
11:44 you can eat it straight out of the bowl,
11:46 you know, plate it or you can just save it for later
11:48 and put it in the fridge and have it cold.
11:50 So it can be a warm salad or can be a cool salad.
11:53 That's right.
11:54 And we have one that's plated really creatively.
11:56 Look up, we have one and it's just nicely plated.
11:59 Isn't that beautiful? Red cabbage.
12:00 Isn't that... What a creative idea.
12:02 Red cabbage, all the creative things
12:04 that we can do.
12:05 We can even decorate food with food.
12:07 I am ready to dig in
12:09 because it smells good, and it looks good.
12:11 And see how the Lord is good. Amen.
12:14 Hallelujah. Sounds like a song coming on.
12:17 All right now.
12:18 All right, makes me want to shout.
12:22 There you've got some. Let us see.
12:24 All right, dig along in.
12:26 Now this wonderful quinoa salad is also filled
12:31 with a wonderful green bean that we called edamame.
12:35 It's considered the super vegetable
12:37 because it's the only vegetable that also contains
12:42 all nine, ladies, all nine amino acids
12:46 that the body needs just like the quinoa.
12:48 Where is that in here? Let's see.
12:53 This little green bean is power pack.
12:58 Wow.
12:59 So you mean to tell me that it's more powerful
13:01 than the green beans like the sweet peas.
13:04 Well, yes, it sounds that way.
13:05 Yeah, I just taste them, they're powerful.
13:07 Yeah, that's right.
13:08 Also you can buy this been
13:12 all year round, it's good to know.
13:13 It's good. Because it's frozen.
13:15 You find it in your frozen section
13:17 at the grocery store
13:19 and so you can have it anytime you want.
13:21 Yeah, and how you can eat it.
13:22 If you want to eat it, you can pop it in salads,
13:24 or you can steam it, they come in pods,
13:27 or they come de-shelled outside of the pods.
13:29 If you get them in the pods,
13:31 what you can do is just boil some water,
13:34 add a little sea salt
13:35 or if you don't want sea salt...
13:36 Bit of olive oil.
13:39 Open up the pods and just go for it.
13:41 Just pop it right in your mouth and you'll be filled with...
13:44 Well, I'm popping it right out of sight.
13:46 Edamame is one of my favorite foods.
13:48 I want some power.
13:49 So let's see how it all tastes together.
13:50 Come on.
13:52 Okay, let's see.
13:58 Good. This is good.
14:00 Mm-mm, good.
14:03 Wow. Thank you so much, Karima.
14:06 Girl not only can you sing, you and your sisters virtually,
14:09 but you guys, I mean, you can cook.
14:10 Girl, this is delicious. Wow.
14:12 This is good. This is good.
14:18 Wow.
14:19 Another creative thing that you can do with this salad,
14:24 place it in a wrap.
14:26 Yeah, you're right. That's a great idea.
14:27 You know or you can sprinkle it, sprinkle it,
14:29 sorry as a topping.
14:31 Adding it to regular green salads or chips,
14:35 I mean, there's so many amazing wonderful things
14:37 that you can do with this salad.
14:39 Let's get a pretty shot of this salad.
14:44 I don't know if they can see it.
14:45 All right. So this is what it looks like.
14:49 Delicious.
14:51 I can taste the ginger and ginger is so good.
14:55 It's a very Asiatic plant with the ginger sesame
14:59 and the honey put together.
15:01 Yeah.
15:02 So we're eating it, ladies. We're eating it.
15:04 Now that we've eaten it...
15:06 It's time to juice it.
15:13 It's time to juice it.
15:16 Juice it. Juice it!
15:23 Yeah, we did.
15:25 Our very berry breakfast smoothie.
15:29 You know, breakfast time
15:31 is a wonderful time in our home.
15:34 You know, in most homes everyone loves,
15:36 well, actually not everyone loves breakfast.
15:38 I know a lot of people say,
15:39 "I'd rather do without it, you know."
15:41 But it's such an important part of the day.
15:43 I mean, our bodies just like your car runs on fuel,
15:47 our bodies run on fuel.
15:49 You know, so to kind of wake up and don't eat,
15:52 I don't think that's such a good idea.
15:54 You know, so... You'd breakdown halfway.
15:56 Not even halfway.
15:58 Yeah, or eventually, because you know
16:00 our bodies are so resilient,
16:02 for a long time you'll be cruising.
16:04 You know what, because there's usually
16:06 some reserve in the tank, come on now.
16:08 Some reserve in the tank even when they don't eat.
16:11 So this reserve in the bodies, you know...
16:14 Did you know that
16:17 if you're lacking like in magnesium somewhere,
16:20 or in protein somewhere, vitamin C somewhere,
16:24 or vitamin D in the bones, the body will take it
16:27 from another part of the body,
16:30 another area, you know, off the reserves.
16:33 And guess what?
16:34 After the body begins to do that for a long time,
16:38 just like the car...
16:40 That's right. Eventually slows down.
16:42 Then the body. That's right.
16:44 How much more are we,
16:46 who are made by God the creator of this earth?
16:48 I mean, you know, He spoke things,
16:50 God spoke things into existence.
16:52 You better preach us.
16:53 He spoke and the world came into...
16:55 Preacher Tai is in the house.
16:56 Let there be light and there was light.
16:58 Oh, God.
17:00 And then He said, "Let there be animals
17:02 and there were animals."
17:04 He said, "The sun, the moon, the stars
17:07 and then the firmament."
17:09 Preach it. Okay, heaven.
17:11 Wait, when it came to man, when it came to you and I,
17:15 our Creator, the Lord, the maker of the universe,
17:21 He got down on His hands and knees and He took time.
17:25 That's right. Hallelujah.
17:26 He could have spoke and said, "Let there be man."
17:29 But He made us.
17:31 We are fearfully and wonderfully made.
17:35 Praise God.
17:36 So when we think about this body,
17:38 this temple that we live in,
17:40 let's not, you know, count it like
17:42 you know some piece of junk or something.
17:43 And take it for granted. That's right.
17:45 Because even though we're fearfully
17:46 and wonderfully made like I said,
17:48 reserve eventually will break down
17:51 with all type of degenerative disease
17:54 such as diabetes and all the blood pressure.
17:58 Just different things that, you know, and I mean,
18:01 we just want to...
18:03 Just want to start our breakfast
18:05 with some smoothie.
18:06 We'll start our day off with fruit packed,
18:10 somebody pass the autumn plate.
18:12 I need a hands on first, you just preached a sermon.
18:16 Jane, read the recipe. You just preached a sermon.
18:18 Read the recipe. All right.
18:19 Read the recipe.
18:21 One cup of frozen unsweetened strawberries...
18:23 All right now. Here's the song.
18:25 A half a cup of frozen raspber...
18:27 Okay, I'll behave myself.
18:50 Good.
18:53 All right, let's get on. Let's begin our smoothie.
18:55 All right, I didn't see anybody press confidently yet.
19:00 Let's see. What are gonna see.
19:02 Just take everything like we said quick and easy.
19:05 All right.
19:07 You start your day off, a lot of people are on the go,
19:09 a lot of families, not everyone can sit down
19:11 and, you know, have breakfast.
19:13 So what a quick way to get in a lot of your fruits
19:16 and your dates and some seeds, some flax seeds here,
19:20 go ahead just put everything on it
19:22 and then ginger.
19:25 So that's gonna be the nice... Spice of life.
19:27 Spicy, right. That's nice twist.
19:28 You know, you can add some spices
19:30 in your smoothie sometimes, you know.
19:32 Pour in the flax seed in there.
19:35 We got to keep the colon moving, you know.
19:37 You can actually have it with some water.
19:39 If you've washed it, you can have it
19:41 with the skin on it or you can just peel the skin
19:44 or whatever you're choosing.
19:46 All right, throw the ginger in there.
19:47 Can't do without our lemon.
19:50 Our lemon zinger. That's right.
19:52 Okay. All right.
19:53 Pour that in and then you whiz that on.
19:55 Don't forget the red, girl.
19:58 Every last drop. Okay.
19:59 Okay. Okay, there we go.
20:02 All right. All right.
20:04 So let's give that a nice blend.
20:33 Now that looks nice and red. Wow.
20:35 That looks delicious. A taste of the tropics.
20:41 Here you go guys, get me some glasses,
20:44 we can pour that right on there.
20:46 Start our day off.
20:49 Okay, I love the color.
20:52 And, you know, some people
20:53 when they drink their smoothies,
20:55 I've never really tried it but I've spoken to people
20:57 I don't know maybe you tried it, Kim.
20:59 What? They put oatmeal.
21:02 Have you ever tried like oatmeal
21:03 in your smoothie because...
21:05 Yeah, I've heard of that also.
21:07 Cooked or raw. Yeah, yeah.
21:09 So can you tell us about that?
21:11 Like you add it cooked, you throw some cinnamon in,
21:13 does it become like a oatmeal?
21:15 Well, I prefer whatever is left
21:17 from our morning cereal with the children,
21:19 I just take the leftovers
21:21 and I add it right into the blender
21:25 and it becomes creamy and smoothie like milk
21:30 and then we just add a fruit and voila.
21:33 So it's like a cereal in that.
21:34 That's a complete breakfast cereal.
21:35 Cereal in the jar. Right.
21:37 Cereal in the jar.
21:40 I see well.
21:42 I would love to see how it looks.
21:43 All right let's try this tropical smoothie.
21:51 Very refreshing. Very, very delicious.
21:54 Wow that's oomph.
21:55 As you taste the zing of the lemon...
21:57 I just got the ginger. Ginger, I guess you do.
21:59 The ginger and the lemon together.
22:01 I'm glad you guys can talk because I'm enjoying this.
22:07 All right. One more.
22:10 Wow.
22:11 So, Jane, I know you guy start your day with a smoothies,
22:15 is there any extra thing or you might add to it
22:18 or something different that...
22:20 Well, usually we'll have the lemon and the garlic,
22:24 that's so good.
22:25 You know, if I hear some sniffles going around,
22:27 throw in the garlic, throw in some ginger
22:30 but usually it's lemon, grapefruit
22:31 and then any kind of fruit that I have laying around.
22:33 And I always sneak in some green.
22:36 A green leaf, collard green, or kale
22:39 and I sneak in the greens and we get our vitamins.
22:41 And sometimes you can throw in some protein powder.
22:44 Protein powder is another thing
22:46 that many people add to their smoothies.
22:48 That's true.
22:49 What about like a tofu, like a chocolate?
22:52 I haven't gone that far.
22:54 I mean actually you can add anything to your smoothie.
22:57 I don't know.
22:59 Whatever your heart desires, whatever works for you.
23:01 As long as it's healthy and doing the body good.
23:06 Well, we've had so much fun eating it, juicing it,
23:13 now it's time to wear it.
23:22 It's time to wear it.
23:25 And our wear it model today is none other than Janeth!
23:31 All right. I volunteer today.
23:32 I don't mind. Oh, I bet you did...
23:34 Because it's nothing but a wonderful cucumber!
23:38 So all you need for the mask today is one cucumber.
23:42 A slice of cucumber, that's it.
23:44 Kim, can you tell us why we would want
23:46 to use a cucumber mask or...
23:48 'Cause I love to eat cucumbers and I love to wear cucumbers.
23:54 And juice it.
23:55 And let me tell you why
23:57 we eat it, juice it and wear it.
24:01 The cucumber is often used
24:03 for dark circles under the eyes.
24:07 The ascorbic acid and caffeic acid in cucumbers
24:12 brings down the water retention in our eyes.
24:15 Wow. That's right. God is truly amazing.
24:18 So you mean to tell me that this cucumber reduces
24:20 the swelling and puffiness that we have around our eyes.
24:23 Indeed, yes, it does. Wow.
24:25 Did you know that the cucumber
24:27 is also filled with water like...
24:29 You ever been into like a cucumber kind of like...
24:32 You see the water just sprouts up.
24:34 Oh, wait but this is the wear it section.
24:36 This is the wear it section, so I'm so sorry.
24:37 No eating right now. No eating.
24:39 Okay, just wear it. We gonna put that on the side.
24:40 So let's get back to our model here today.
24:45 Jane, do you ever wake up with like puffy dark circles.
24:49 Not you, Jane, absolutely not.
24:51 If I have to be truthful and just to be honest,
24:56 I'm sure I have dark circles,
24:58 I'm sure I have puffy eyes, I have children, you know.
25:01 I mean, it just happens. I don't get sleep.
25:05 Two kids, home school mom, you know, it's so funny.
25:10 Everyone thinks that when you're home schooling,
25:12 you're just, you're just home all day,
25:15 you know, sleeping late in your PJs.
25:18 Not at all. Not at all.
25:20 In fact Jane's children are on the roll,
25:24 not just on the roll, high on it.
25:26 Can't you tell by the bags under my eyes
25:28 that I'm not sleeping.
25:29 Well, girl that is beautiful. I think you wear that nicely.
25:36 Kind of goes with my jacket.
25:38 Can I use this to rub on my skin?
25:39 I heard that you can also. That's right, Jane.
25:41 Let's just rub it on her skin a little bit.
25:43 When you rub the cucumber on the skin,
25:45 it adds moisture to the skin.
25:47 Yes, the skin loves
25:49 the cooling effect of the cucumber.
25:52 There's also a skin toning effect
25:54 that will make your skin appear youthful and glowing.
25:58 That's right, Jane.
25:59 Youthful, oh, I like to look youthful.
26:00 And you can also juice the cucumber
26:02 which it adds a little,
26:03 it has little diuretic action going on.
26:06 It reduces, since it reduces the water in the eyes
26:08 it can reduce water in the body as well.
26:09 Am I glowing?
26:11 Yes, Jane, you're glowing. You're glowing.
26:12 Now we have to remember to keep the cucumbers on
26:15 for at least 15 to 20 minutes if not longer depending on
26:19 how deep or how puffy the bags are.
26:23 So this is just another way, another way to wear it.
26:31 I love it.
26:33 They're like glasses.
26:36 Jane, maybe you can use them as glasses.
26:38 Maybe that would be another way to wear it.
26:42 You wear glasses, right? I tell you.
26:44 I can see clearly through the cucumber.
26:48 We had such a wonderful time.
26:51 You know, just showing you
26:52 how to eat God's amazing wonderful food
26:56 this beautiful, beautiful salad that we had.
26:59 The Fiesta feisty salad,
27:01 the quinoa, Karima's quinoa salad.
27:04 It was delicious.
27:05 Then we had our tropical smoothie
27:08 in our juice it segment, with the ginger,
27:11 and that lemon zinger in there.
27:14 Oh, that lemon is delicious.
27:16 And then now we have the cucumbers that we can wear.
27:23 We can eat it.
27:25 We can juice it. And we can wear it.
27:29 Oh, that's good food.
27:31 I like healthy food
27:33 That tastes so good
27:35 I like to eat good food
27:38 What you say now?
27:39 I like to eat good food I like to eat good food
27:48 So long.
27:49 Until next time, God bless.
