00:27 Greetings and welcome to Focus on God's Word.
00:30 My name is Danny Milenkov, and I am blessed to be with you 00:34 in this final message in this series on Noah. 00:38 Noah, Another Storm is Coming. 00:40 This is part six, 00:42 and we have been journeying through the story of Noah 00:45 in the Book of Genesis. 00:47 And we have been thoroughly blessed 00:49 to be partaking of this extremely important. 00:52 And should I say extremely relevant message 00:56 for those who are preparing for the soon return of Jesus. 00:59 So from wherever you are watching, 01:00 I'm going to give you a big warm welcome, 01:02 and I'll pray that you will be richly blessed 01:05 as we open God's Word together 01:06 and meditate on this beautiful message. 01:08 Those who are here in the 3ABN studio 01:11 here in Lake Macquarie, 01:13 beautiful New South Wales here in Australia, 01:15 I wanna also gave you a big warm welcome, 01:17 and it's great to have you. 01:19 It's great to have people who are smiling 01:20 and happy to be here. 01:22 And I praise the Lord for that. 01:24 Home at last. 01:26 Home at last, I love that sign 01:29 that as you're exiting the international departures 01:32 there at Sydney airport greets you, 01:35 good day, welcome home. 01:38 I just love that sign as I make my way out 01:43 of the Sydney International Terminal. 01:46 Why is that? 01:47 Because wherever I have been in the world 01:50 and I've been blessed to be in many countries, 01:52 I've had the privilege of journey 01:54 through Africa and the Middle East, 01:56 and Europe and North America, the Pacific Islands. 02:00 I have been thoroughly blessed in my work to go many places, 02:05 but there is no place like what? 02:08 No place like home, no place like Australia. 02:11 And every time, every time I touched down in Australia 02:16 and every time I see that sign, good day, welcome home. 02:20 I say, thank you, Jesus that I was born 02:24 and I'm a citizen of Australia 02:27 that in the words of my father, 02:31 he nicknamed a land flowing with milk and honey. 02:34 Now some of you are from New Zealand 02:35 who are watching this and you're thinking, what, 02:37 what about New Zealand? 02:39 We're God's own country. 02:40 Surely that is the best nation on the planet. 02:43 And I can speak from experience, 02:45 I've lived in New Zealand for six years, six years. 02:48 That was six of some of the most blessed years 02:52 of my life. 02:53 And I would live in New Zealand for the rest of my life. 02:57 The people there are beautiful. 02:58 They're just friendly. 02:59 And if the truth be told in my humble opinion, 03:02 New Zealanders, Kiwis as we like to call them 03:05 are friendlier than Australians. 03:07 Can you believe that? 03:08 I know it's impossible, impossible to fathom, 03:11 but I found that they were friendlier than our lot here. 03:17 So why don't you live in New Zealand then, Danny? 03:20 Thank you. Good question. 03:21 Thank you for asking. 03:23 It's because of the... 03:24 It's because of their hopeless beaches, 03:27 it's their freezing cold weather 03:30 and ultimately being so far away from my family 03:33 here in Australia. 03:35 So after six years 03:36 we made the journey back to Australia, 03:38 but they were blessed years living in New Zealand 03:41 during that time. 03:43 Now, right now, right now, 03:46 as we speak, there are people, Australians 03:50 who are desperately trying to get home. 03:51 Isn't that right? 03:52 They're desperately trying to get home. 03:55 We know what took place when COVID began 03:58 to just sweep through our nation, 04:01 sweep through the world like a tsunami 04:03 and the fear associated with that. 04:05 The government put out an urgent call 04:07 to all Australians. 04:08 And there were about a million Australians 04:10 living overseas 04:12 when COVID first broke out and they are invited 04:15 by the Australian government to do what? 04:17 To make their way back home, to come back home. 04:20 And many took on board 04:22 that opportunity to come back home. 04:25 But there were some that decided to stay 04:26 and maybe wait for a better day and so on and so forth. 04:30 And as the COVID situation is escalating 04:32 and especially in some parts of the world, 04:35 we thank God for the way 04:37 it's been held in check here in Australia. 04:39 We praise the Lord for that 04:41 for our government leaders and so forth. 04:43 But there are people trying to scramble back home now, 04:45 and they're finding it really difficult. 04:47 They're finding it a challenge. 04:52 Home at last. 04:54 Why this series, Danny? 04:56 Why this series on Noah? 04:59 That's because Jesus said, 05:01 "As it was in the days of Noah, 05:03 so it will be before I return." 05:06 We're looking at a story from 4,500 years ago, 05:09 that has so much significance to us today. 05:13 Before we pray 05:15 and open up God's Word together, 05:17 let us remind one another of the three key points 05:21 that come out of the Noah story. 05:23 Firstly, we discover that the Noah story 05:27 clearly identifies earth's final generation. 05:31 Secondly, 05:33 the story of Noah enables us to know and understand 05:36 how we can be ready when the Son of man returns. 05:38 And thirdly, 05:40 and may I suggest most important of all, 05:42 it provides instruction on how we can prepare others 05:46 for Jesus' soon return. 05:48 The story of Noah, is it important? 05:50 What do you think? 05:52 Absolutely. 05:53 Those four chapters in Genesis, 05:57 those first 11 chapters in Genesis 06:00 spanned 2000 years of human history. 06:03 And in four of those chapters, 06:05 we have the story of Noah in great detail. 06:08 Now, why does God go to such great length 06:11 to give us such great detail in the story of Noah 06:14 in those four chapters? 06:15 It's because Jesus wants to prepare, 06:18 especially those who are living at the climax of human history, 06:22 when a stupendous crisis, 06:24 when a storm such as that, 06:26 such as what you and I cannot even begin to imagine 06:28 will break forth on this world. 06:30 God wants to give us assurance. 06:32 He wants to give us His promises 06:35 that He will be with us through the final storm 06:40 that will usher in the coming of Jesus, 06:42 just as He was with Noah and his family 06:45 during the storm that he found himself in. 06:48 So before we open up God's Holy Word, 06:50 once again, what do we need to do, my friends? 06:52 We need to pray. 06:54 So let's do that right now. Let's pray. 06:55 Father in heaven, 06:56 we're about to open up Your Holy Word 06:58 one final time in this story of Noah. 07:02 Father, we've only really scratched the surface. 07:04 There is so much more to unpack from this incredible story 07:09 that You have given to us in Your Holy Word, 07:12 inspired by Your Holy Spirit. 07:15 So, Father, as Your Holy Spirit 07:18 inspired the authors of Scripture, 07:21 in particular, Moses 07:23 who penned the words in the story of Noah. 07:27 So too, we ask and pray that Your Holy Spirit 07:30 will impress upon us beautiful truths. 07:33 Truths that are lifesaving, eternally lifesaving, 07:37 not only for us, but for those who are near and dear to us, 07:41 our neighbors, our friends, our entire community, 07:45 who we want to reach with this final message of Your love 07:48 to prepare them for Your soon return, 07:51 for we pray this in Jesus' name. 07:53 Amen. Amen. 07:55 Amen. 07:57 Well, just a quick summary 07:58 before we plunge into this story 08:02 where we have been thus far, 08:03 and if you haven't had an opportunity 08:05 to watch any of the previous messages, 08:08 the previous five messages, I'd encourage you to do that 08:11 in order to be able to understand more broadly 08:16 the story of Noah 08:17 and the important implications 08:20 and relevance for our day to day. 08:22 But what we've discovered in the very first verse 08:25 there in Genesis Chapter 6, the Bible says, 08:27 "There was a great population explosion taking place 08:31 on planet earth during the days of Noah." 08:33 People were living for almost a thousand years 08:35 during that time. 08:36 So you can imagine, 08:38 ladies, how many children you could have 08:39 in almost 1000 years? 08:41 Could you imagine? 08:42 You probably don't want to imagine that, 08:44 do you, Linda, you're shaking your head. 08:45 You don't want to imagine having that many children, 08:49 but not only were they having children, 08:50 but the Bible says because of this mingling 08:53 of truth and error, 08:55 this mingling of the righteous line of Seth 09:00 with the unrighteous line of Cain, 09:02 this comingling that came together 09:05 the Bible says. 09:07 The earth was corrupt. 09:09 It was filled with violence. 09:10 There was wickedness 09:11 and that's all that was in the heart 09:14 and the mind of man was just evil continually. 09:18 And the Bible says that God was grieved in His heart. 09:22 He was sorry that He had created human beings. 09:25 I looked at that word grieved and that word sorry. 09:28 And it literally means that God's heart was breaking. 09:32 God's heart was breaking at the sin, the perversion, 09:37 the lawlessness, the immorality, 09:39 the violence, the wickedness, 09:41 everything that was taking place, 09:43 corruption. 09:45 We discovered that that word corrupt 09:47 that appears a number of times, 09:50 three times in the account 09:51 is describing injustice that is taking place. 09:55 It describes the inability 09:58 to distinguish between the holy and the unholy. 10:04 And so the Bible says God had no other choice, 10:08 but to eradicate this sin virus, this cancer 10:13 that had almost overtaken the entire human population 10:17 and God left it to the very last moment 10:21 when God only had literally one witness left, 10:25 one witness left in all the earth. 10:28 Yes, there were those that were faithful to God 10:31 as we discovered like Methuselah, 10:33 who lived for the longest period of time 10:35 for 969 years. 10:37 And his name was a prophecy. 10:38 When he dies, it shall come to pass. 10:41 The flood happened the year that Methuselah died. 10:44 He was a righteous and a godly man. 10:46 We have Lamech, the father of Noah 10:50 who died five years before the flood. 10:52 He too was a righteous man. 10:53 And there were others that were righteous 10:55 and godly men and women who died before the flood. 10:58 But when the flood came, there was only one man 11:03 who by God's grace 11:04 and through the power of the Holy Spirit 11:06 instructed and encouraged and invited his wife 11:11 and his boys and their wives, 11:14 eight people in all to join him on the ark 11:16 with all the animals. 11:17 God left it to the very last moment. 11:20 And the Bible says in Genesis 7:23, 11:26 as we pick up the story there. 11:28 "Only Noah and those who were with him 11:32 in the ark remained alive." 11:34 Noah was a remnant. 11:35 Noah was a remnant. 11:37 And in our previous message, we discovered 11:39 that God will have a remnant at the end of time as well, 11:43 as He did with Noah and his family. 11:47 Well, how did they remain alive? 11:49 Was it through Noah's incredible engineering skills 11:54 and this boat that he built 11:56 that enabled them to remain alive 11:58 and to be saved through the storm? 12:00 No, notice the heart of the story 12:04 one last time, 12:05 let's be reminded the very center, 12:07 the very bull's eye of the story of Noah 12:09 is Genesis 8:1 where we read. 12:13 "Then God remembered Noah, 12:14 and every living thing and all the animals 12:17 that were with him in the ark. 12:18 And God made a wind to pass over the earth, 12:21 and the waters subsided." 12:23 God remembered Noah. 12:26 He remembered Noah. 12:28 And let me suggest to you that 12:31 "God remembered Noah and his family. 12:34 He delivered them safely through the storm 12:37 to the other side." 12:39 He delivered them safely through the storm 12:42 to the other side. 12:43 The Lord shut him in, the Bible says. 12:46 He shut him in. 12:47 He enclosed him. 12:48 He wrapped him in His arms of protection 12:51 and in His arms of love, 12:52 and Noah was safe and secure in the hands of God. 12:55 Amen? 12:57 And the storm came, and the storm left 13:01 and Noah made it through to the other side. 13:04 Now you may be thinking, 13:05 well, that's all good and well, Danny, 13:07 for Noah and his family. 13:08 God protect them, 13:10 God saved them through the storm. 13:13 What about me? 13:14 What about me living in the third millennium? 13:17 When this world is falling apart, 13:20 every which way you look, will God save me? 13:25 Will God save my family 13:26 if they too put their faith and trust in God? 13:30 Will God preserve us? 13:31 Will God see us through to the other side? 13:35 I was thinking of calling this message, 13:37 the other side, getting to the other side, 13:40 home at last. 13:43 Notice what Jesus said in Matthew 24:37. 13:45 Let's be reminded of His words once again. 13:48 Jesus said, 13:49 "But as the days of Noah were, 13:51 so also will the coming of the Son of Man be." 13:56 And in Luke Chapter 17, Jesus also adds, 13:59 "As it was in the days of Lot, 14:02 so it will be when I return." 14:05 Did God save Noah and his family? 14:08 Yes, indeed. 14:10 Did God save Lot and his family? 14:13 Yes, indeed. 14:14 God preserved Noah, God preserved Lot, 14:18 and God will preserve you. 14:20 God will deliver you. 14:21 He will keep you safe. 14:24 So the question is, 14:25 is there really another storm coming? 14:30 Is there really another storm coming? 14:34 Let's go to the words of Jesus for that answer. 14:36 In Luke 21, 14:38 Jesus unpacks signs concerning His return. 14:43 And at the conclusion of those signs, 14:46 Jesus describes our world 14:48 just before He returns. 14:52 During the days of Noah, 14:54 this world was destroyed by a worldwide flood. 15:00 After Jesus has returned, the Bible says 15:03 and taken those who remained alive. 15:06 And He saves those like Noah and his family, 15:09 like Lot and his family 15:12 just as in the days of Lot and Sodom and Gomorrah 15:15 when God rained fire and brimstone down from heaven, 15:17 so to this world at the end of time. 15:20 Before God makes the new heaven and the new earth, 15:22 this world will be overwhelmed 15:26 and this world will be flooded with a flood of water, 15:29 or with a flood of fire. 15:31 Not of water, but a flood of fire. 15:34 Now, before that, during earth's final crisis, 15:38 notice what we read in Luke 21. 15:41 Luke 21:25-26. 15:46 Luke 21:25-26. 15:52 And this is what it says, words of Jesus. 15:55 "And there will be signs in the sun, 15:57 in the moon, and in the stars, 15:59 and on the earth distress of nation or nations, 16:03 with perplexity, the seas and the waves roaring, 16:06 men's hearts failing them from fear 16:09 and the expectation of those things 16:11 which are coming on the earth, 16:13 for the powers of the heavens will be shaken." 16:15 Wow! 16:16 What a description of what life will be like 16:20 immediately prior to the coming of Jesus. 16:25 Do we find ourselves living in a time 16:29 where we are having 16:31 more and more distress of nations? 16:35 Is there more and more distress of nations? 16:39 Tick. 16:41 What about perplexity? 16:43 Are world leaders today perplexed 16:48 and not sure and completely at a loss 16:51 to know how to deal with the Titanic problems 16:54 that this world faces? 16:55 Yes or no? Absolutely. 16:57 Like at no other time in human history, 17:00 the nations of the earth, 17:01 the leaders of the earth are perplexed. 17:06 Perplexed, look that word up in the dictionary. 17:09 And you'll see that it's describing life 17:12 in a 21st century, life in the third millennium. 17:15 Tick to perplexity. 17:18 And then finally Jesus says, 17:19 men's hearts failing them from fear 17:23 and the expectation of those things 17:25 that are coming up on the earth. 17:26 Are we living in an age of fear? 17:29 Are people afraid today? 17:30 Do you know someone who is afraid? 17:32 Have you possibly experienced emotions of fear? 17:35 We all do. 17:37 We all do. 17:39 Tick, Jesus is describing life in our day. 17:43 Now what's so significant about what Jesus has said? 17:46 We go to the words of Jesus in Matthew 24. 17:48 In Matthew 24, 17:50 Jesus there also gives signs concerning His coming. 17:54 Luke 21 is the parallel passage to Matthew 24. 17:57 We've also got the signs of Jesus' coming in, 17:59 Mark Chapter 13, 18:01 all three gospels share on the signs of Jesus' coming. 18:05 Notice what Jesus had to say in Matthew 24:8, 18:08 as He speaks of the signs of His coming. 18:10 He says, "All these are the beginning of," what? 18:14 "Sorrows." 18:15 Now that word there sorrows that Jesus uses 18:19 is the word labor pains or contractions. 18:23 Now, I don't know too much about labor pains 18:26 from a personal point of view. 18:28 I've been there to see my wife deliver 18:34 our two precious children by God's grace. 18:38 And I was there in person to watch what took place. 18:43 And I discovered 18:44 something that I had known only through theory, 18:48 but now I discovered in person 18:52 that those labor pains as the baby's birth draws near, 18:57 they intensify in frequency 19:00 and severity. 19:03 Isn't that true? 19:04 Isn't that true? 19:06 So what Jesus is saying in the signs of the times. 19:10 Yes, these things have always been with us. 19:13 There has always been perplexity. 19:15 There has always been distress. 19:17 There has always been fear. 19:19 Yes, yes, yes. 19:20 But before I return just like those labor pains, 19:24 they're going to increase 19:26 with the intensity, 19:28 frequency and intensity. 19:31 So what do we have to do? 19:32 What are we to do as we see this world falling apart 19:36 more and more? 19:37 As we see more and more fear and perplexity, 19:41 and anxiety and distress, what are we to do? 19:44 Let's keep reading. 19:45 Jesus here tells us 19:47 what we are to do during this time 19:48 when all the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 19:51 Verse 27, then, notice, 19:54 during this time in earth's history, 19:56 "Then they will see the Son of Man 19:59 coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 20:02 Now when these things begin to happen," do what? 20:07 Look up, lift up your heads, 20:09 because your redemption draws near." 20:12 Jesus is saying, 20:13 "When you see this world falling apart that it seems, 20:17 don't look at yourself, don't look around, 20:20 you don't look at other people, but instead do what? 20:23 Look up because your redemption is drawing near. 20:26 I'm at the door. 20:27 I'm about to come. 20:29 And, my friends, I've said this before, and I'll say it again. 20:33 And I just want to share that with you 20:34 out there wherever you're watching from, 20:37 as I watch what's going on 20:41 in our world right now. 20:44 And as I compare 20:45 what's going on in the world right now 20:48 with what Jesus said, 20:49 I am coming under increasing conviction 20:53 day by day, each passing day, 20:56 that we are indeed on the verge 20:59 of the stupendous crisis that we have just read about 21:03 that Jesus warned us about 21:05 will come on the entire planet. 21:09 And there is only safety to be found in Jesus Christ. 21:13 Only safety to be found in Jesus Christ. 21:16 Just like in Noah's day, 21:17 there was only safety to be found in the ark, 21:20 so too at the end of time, there will only be safety 21:24 to be found in Jesus Christ. 21:28 A beautiful insight on what God's people can expect 21:33 during the time of trouble. 21:35 This time from that apocalyptic classic 21:38 written by Ellen White, 21:39 The Great Controversy. 21:41 At the end of her book, 21:43 she shares this statement that I came across 21:45 and I thought I have to share this with you. 21:47 Notice what she writes. 21:49 "The time of trouble 21:51 is a fearful ordeal for God's people, 21:55 but it is the time for every true believer 21:57 to look up," 21:59 using the words of Jesus that we've just read, 22:01 "and by faith 22:02 he may see the bow of promise encircling him." 22:06 Wow! 22:08 So when we see all these things taking place, 22:11 we had to do what? 22:13 We had to do look up. 22:15 And just as we discovered in our previous message, 22:19 there is a rainbow that encircles God's throne. 22:22 There is a rainbow that encircles Jesus Christ, 22:26 who sits on the throne. 22:27 So too we have read 22:29 from these words of inspiration, 22:31 that God will encircle all of His believing children 22:35 with what? 22:36 A rainbow. 22:38 A rainbow. 22:39 And as someone pointed out to me 22:41 after the previous message, 22:42 how many colors are there in the rainbow? 22:45 Seven, there are seven colors in God's rainbow. 22:50 The rainbow encircles, 22:56 embraces, 22:58 and it's a symbol of protection 23:01 and loving embrace, perfect loving embrace. 23:04 The number seven is the number of perfection. 23:07 God's perfect love 23:10 through the symbol of the rainbow 23:12 will wrap around each and every believing child of His. 23:18 Isn't that beautiful? 23:20 So we have nothing to be afraid of. 23:21 So let me, let me make this statement. 23:24 As the trouble increases in this world, 23:28 our trust in God also increases. 23:31 Amen? 23:33 God's promises to His end time Noah generation 23:36 during the time of trouble are precious 23:41 and they are beautifully articulated in all of Scripture 23:44 and especially in the Book of Daniel. 23:46 I love Daniel 12:1 notice here 23:50 what Daniel writes. 23:52 At that time, he's speaking of the time of trouble, 23:57 at the very end of time on the eve of Jesus coming. 24:00 When the seven last plagues are about to be poured out 24:04 or during the seven last plagues. 24:06 At that time, writes Daniel, Michael, 24:09 that's another name for Jesus Christ. 24:11 "Michael shall stand up, the great prince 24:14 who stands watch over the sons of your people, 24:16 and there shall be a time of trouble, 24:18 such as never was since there was a nation, 24:21 even to that time. 24:22 And at that time, your people shall be what? 24:25 Shall be delivered, 24:27 everyone who is found written in the book. 24:31 In our previous message 24:33 entitled, will God remember you? 24:37 If you haven't seen that message, 24:39 I think it was the second part in this six part Noah series, 24:42 I'd encourage you to watch that. 24:43 We discovered that God will deliver. 24:46 God remembers His people and God will see them 24:50 through to the other side. 24:51 And here we are told that Michael will stand up, 24:53 Jesus Christ Himself will stand up 24:56 and He will deliver His faithful end time people, 24:59 just like He delivered Noah and his family, 25:02 just like God delivered Lot, so too, 25:06 He will deliver you and He will deliver me 25:08 if we put our faith and trust in Him also. 25:13 So let's ask another question. 25:15 How close are we to the final end time storm 25:20 and deliverance? 25:21 How close are we 25:23 to what we just read from Jesus? 25:26 This time of perplexity, this time of fear, 25:29 such as the world has never 25:30 before experienced or witnessed. 25:32 How close are we? 25:34 Well, Jesus said 25:37 concerning the day of His coming. 25:39 "But of that day and hour, no one knows, 25:42 not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only." 25:45 So can we know 25:46 when that day will come exactly? 25:49 No, we can't. 25:50 No, we can't. 25:51 But Jesus balances up this statement 25:54 of not knowing the exact day or hour 25:57 with another statement in the same chapter, 25:59 Matthew 24, the signs of Jesus coming chapter 26:01 with these words, verses 32 and 33. 26:03 Jesus says, 26:05 "Now learn this parable from the fig tree: 26:08 When its branch has already become tender 26:10 and puts forth leaves, 26:11 you know that summer is near." 26:14 He goes on. 26:15 "So you also, when you see all these things, 26:18 know that it is near even at the," what? 26:22 "Even at the doors." 26:25 Even at the doors. 26:28 So is the coming of Jesus near even at the doors? 26:33 As I pointed out earlier, 26:35 I really do believe in all my heart, 26:38 that the things that are taking place around us, 26:40 that we can see and hear 26:43 and are experiencing is telling us 26:46 that the coming of Jesus is indeed near 26:49 even at the doors, even at the doors. 26:52 In Matthew 25:6, Jesus shared a powerful... 26:57 Well in Matthew 25, 26:58 Jesus shared a powerful parable, 27:00 the parable of the 10 virgins, 27:02 a parable designed to prepare 27:06 those who are waiting for the bridegroom, 27:07 Jesus Christ for His coming. 27:10 This parable of preparation 27:14 has this key scripture 27:18 found in the midst of it that Jesus gives 27:21 concerning His coming. 27:23 It says in Matthew 25:6, Jesus speaking, he says, 27:27 "And at midnight," at what time? 27:30 "At midnight a cry was heard: 27:33 'Behold, the bridegroom is coming, 27:35 go out to meet him!'" 27:37 At what time in earth's history is the cry heard? 27:42 The bridegroom is coming, go out to meet Him at midnight. 27:45 Why midnight? 27:47 Well, midnight is a symbol or a metaphor 27:51 that Scripture uses for the darkest time 27:54 of the night or the darkest time in human history. 27:57 And we are now entering that time. 28:01 I find it fascinating that this midnight metaphor 28:06 has been taken from the scriptures. 28:08 And today is being used by a group of scientists 28:13 who have developed what has become known 28:15 as the doomsday clock. 28:18 The doomsday clock first initiated in 1947, 28:23 shortly after World War II, 28:25 a group of eminent scientists well-renowned 28:29 and well-respected in their field, 28:30 came together 28:32 and they put together this metaphor 28:33 called the doomsday clock. 28:36 These doomsday clock is a metaphor 28:39 to help humanity understand how close we may be 28:43 because of our actions to midnight, 28:45 which is the end of the world according to these scientists. 28:48 Now, in case you're wondering who these scientists are, 28:51 you can look them up on Google 28:54 and you can just Google doomsday clock. 28:55 And you'll discover that 28:57 there's a dozen or so Nobel laureates 29:00 amongst these scientists. 29:02 So these are kind of the who's who 29:03 of the scientific world. 29:05 And based on what's happening in the world, 29:08 they move the minute hand either closer to midnight 29:13 and dooms day or further away. 29:18 This was their statement in 2021, 29:22 their Doomsday Clock Statement. 29:24 This is the headline. 29:26 "This is your COVID wake-up call: 29:29 It is 100 seconds to midnight." 29:32 Wow! 29:34 We're no longer minutes to midnight. 29:35 We are now seconds to midnight. 29:38 Notice this doomsday clock 29:40 as it has been moved up and down 29:42 during the years from its inception in 1947. 29:45 You can see where the doomsday clock 29:47 first began in 1947, 29:49 about seven minutes to midnight. 29:52 And it's been going down and up and down 29:56 during that period of time until we get to 1991. 29:59 Until we get to 1991, and from 1991, 30:03 it's heading in only one direction. 30:04 And what direction is that? 30:06 That's down, that's south. 30:08 And that is where our world has been heading 30:11 in the past three decades or so. 30:14 We have been heading south. 30:17 The doomsday clock back in 2018 30:21 was brought down to two minutes to midnight. 30:23 It was two minutes to midnight at a previous time. 30:26 That was the lowest. 30:28 Then it was two minutes to midnight 30:29 again the following year. 30:31 Every January, they update the doomsday clock. 30:34 And then in 2021 and 2020, they said, 30:39 "It's no longer two minutes midnight, 30:40 now it's 100 seconds to midnight." 30:44 We are getting very, very close to that midnight hour. 30:48 And Jesus said, 30:49 "When you see all these things, look up 30:51 because your redemption is drawing near." 30:54 After having observed what is taking place, 30:57 this is the conclusion I have come to. 31:00 The COVID-19 pandemic 31:04 has clearly revealed 31:05 the fault lines that have existed 31:07 beneath the surface of our world. 31:10 Our world has been steadily deteriorating. 31:12 The pandemic has been instrumental 31:14 in simply bringing to light 31:16 how fractured and broken our planet is. 31:19 That's been my observation. 31:23 I'm going to take a look at some of these labor pains 31:25 that Jesus spoke of these end time labor pains. 31:29 We don't have time to unpack each and every one. 31:31 I just kind of list them for you. 31:33 These end time labor pains that have been 31:35 intensifying in frequency and intensity, 31:38 natural disasters, pandemics, 31:40 do we need to say anything about pandemics? 31:43 Wars and rumors of wars, economic uncertainty, 31:46 social and moral disintegration, 31:49 which we've looked at. 31:50 Prophetic religious developments, 31:52 well, we could spend a whole hour 31:54 or two on just that. 31:57 And those who are deceived into a false sense of security. 32:01 This is what we have taking place right now. 32:04 And it is growing exponentially. 32:07 The train is speeding up more and more and more. 32:11 We see all these things taking place 32:13 and we are like someone said to me, 32:16 after one of the presentations, 32:17 we are like that frog. 32:19 We're like that frog. 32:20 You put the frog in cold water, 32:24 and you turn up the heat on that frog little by little, 32:28 and what's going to happen to that frog? 32:31 It's gonna boil to death. 32:33 Whereas if you take that frog from cold water 32:36 and you put it immediately into boiling water, 32:38 what's the frog gonna do? 32:40 It's gonna jump out. 32:42 But when you turn up the heat 32:43 little by little by, little by little, 32:46 the frog gets comfortable and nice and warm 32:52 and nice and warmer. 32:54 And until it, it's a bit like, 32:56 it's a bit like those who suffer 32:59 when they're in the cold and what's that called? 33:01 Hypothermia. 33:02 Hypothermia. 33:04 I've never suffered from hypothermia, 33:05 but they tell me that 33:07 those who are experiencing hypothermia, 33:10 which as we know is deadly, 33:12 they experience a beautiful warmth. 33:17 And unless they snap out of that warmth, 33:20 that they eventually go to sleep in 33:22 and lose consciousness. 33:23 And then ultimately die from, they will die. 33:28 Feeling warm and fuzzy and cuddly 33:30 is not necessarily always a good sign. 33:35 And sadly Jesus described in Luke 21, 33:38 a world that was focused on the here and now, 33:42 here for a good time and not a long time. 33:44 Notice what we read in Luke 21:34-36. 33:48 Jesus says, 33:50 "But take heed to yourselves, 33:51 lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, 33:54 drunkenness, and the cares of this life, 33:57 and that Day come on you," what? 33:59 "Unexpectedly." 34:01 He goes on, 34:02 "For it will come as a snare 34:04 on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth. 34:08 Watch therefore, and pray always 34:10 that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things 34:13 that will come to pass, 34:14 and to stand before the Son of Man." 34:16 What did Jesus say? 34:18 He said, watch, watch, because just before I come, 34:23 they will be eating and drinking and marrying 34:26 and giving in marriage, and buying and selling, 34:29 and planting and building 34:31 according to the words of Jesus 34:33 continued the days of Noah and the days of Lot, 34:37 and it will come upon them what? 34:39 Unexpectedly. 34:41 Unexpectedly, 34:43 We need to be careful 34:45 that we are not deceived. 34:48 How did sin enter this world? 34:50 Through deception. 34:52 The one whose name is the devil, 34:56 who is a deceiver, a destroyer. 35:00 The world had sin come into it through deception, 35:06 and the final attack will be on deception. 35:08 And the only way to remain undeceived, my dear friends, 35:11 is to spend time in this book, 35:14 spend time in this book called the Bible. 35:17 As someone once pointed out 35:19 Bible, that stands for 35:20 Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth. 35:24 These are the basic instructions 35:25 that God has given us. 35:27 I want to encourage you more time in the Holy Word, 35:30 less time with Hollywood, 35:32 and someone should have said amen. 35:34 Yeah. 35:35 Spend more time with your face in God's book 35:39 and maybe a little less time on Facebook. 35:42 Have you heard of Facebook? 35:44 Anyone here, anyone out there heard of Facebook? 35:48 The enemy doesn't care 35:49 how he keeps us away from God's Word, 35:52 how he keeps us away from Christ, 35:54 how he keeps us from preparing 35:58 for what is coming upon the world 36:00 as an overwhelming surprise. 36:02 The enemy doesn't care 36:03 how he does that as long as he does. 36:08 Let us not be deceived. 36:10 We don't need to be deceived. 36:12 Jesus spent so much time in the signs of the times 36:16 focusing on deception, don't be deceived. 36:18 Don't be deceived over and over again. 36:20 Jesus says don't be deceived. 36:25 The Apostle Paul speaks of watching and waiting 36:28 for the coming of Jesus. 36:30 In 1 Thessalonians 5:1-6, he writes these words 36:35 to the believers in Thessalonica 36:37 which are words that we need to heed today. 36:40 "But concerning the times and the seasons, 36:41 brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. 36:45 For you yourselves know perfectly 36:47 that the day of the Lord so comes as a," what? 36:51 "A thief in the night." 36:52 Unexpectedly, he goes on. 36:53 "For when they say," what? 36:56 "Peace and safety." 36:58 Wow. 36:59 Are our government, 37:00 world leaders today calling for peace and safety? 37:05 Are they saying, we need to act 37:08 in order that they may be peace and safety? 37:10 Is everyone seeking a world 37:13 that will go back to some kind of normal? 37:16 Are we talking about a new normal? 37:17 Yes, we are. 37:18 But we're talking about normal still. 37:20 We want things to go back to normal. 37:21 We want peace and safety. 37:23 That's the time we're living in right now. 37:25 A time when they're crying out peace and safety. 37:28 He goes on, "Then sudden," what? 37:31 "Destruction comes upon them as," what? 37:34 "Labor pains," there's that metaphor, 37:36 that analogy that Jesus used, 37:38 "upon a pregnant woman and they shall not escape." 37:41 And he goes on, 37:42 "But you, brethren, are not in darkness, 37:44 so that this Day," 37:46 speaking of the second coming, 37:47 "should overtake you as a thief. 37:50 You are all sons of light and sons of the day. 37:52 We are not of the night nor of darkness." 37:55 And he finishes off by saying, 37:56 "Therefore let us not," do what? 37:59 "Sleep as others do, but let us," what? 38:02 "Watch, watch, watch." 38:05 Jesus over and over again says, watch, watch, watch. 38:10 The Apostle Paul says watch. 38:13 And the final time the word watch 38:16 appears in the New Testament. 38:17 It appears almost two dozen times that word 38:20 is in the Book of Revelation. 38:21 The last time the word watch appears 38:24 and notice who is speaking that word? 38:26 It is Jesus Himself. 38:27 Revelation 16:15, Jesus speaking and He says, 38:32 "Behold, I am coming as a," what? 38:34 "As a thief." There's that metaphor again. 38:37 "Blessed is he who," does what? 38:39 "Watches and keeps his garments, 38:41 lest he walk naked and they see his shame." 38:44 What does Jesus say? 38:46 He says, "Watch." 38:47 And it's fascinating that Jesus here 38:50 uses the language of Revelation Chapter 3, 38:55 the language that Jesus shares 38:57 with His church of Laodicea, the final church 39:00 before Jesus comes that is lukewarm, 39:02 that is neither hot nor cold, but is lukewarm. 39:06 And Jesus says, 39:08 I'm giving you My robes of righteousness 39:13 that may cover your nakedness and your filthy shame. 39:16 And here Jesus says, 39:18 put on My robe so that you may not walk naked. 39:22 This is especially a message to Laodicea. 39:26 A final message from Jesus to watch. 39:29 And if you are part of Laodicea, 39:31 if you are living in God's final end time church, 39:35 my dear friend, this is a message for you, 39:37 this is a message for me. 39:39 This is a message for the whole world. 39:41 But we need to take heed 39:43 to the words of Jesus, watch, watch, watch. 39:45 Jesus also speaks of labor pains. 39:49 We read them in Paul's, in Paul's writings, 39:52 labor pains, labor pains. 39:53 They come upon you what? 39:55 Unexpectedly. 39:56 A woman knows that she's pregnant. 39:57 She knows that she's going to give birth some day, 40:00 but does she knows exactly the moment 40:03 when the waters will break and she will enter into labor? 40:05 No, she doesn't. 40:06 She's got no idea when that's going to happen. 40:08 That happens suddenly, unexpectedly, 40:11 but as every mother or expectant mother knows 40:17 the pain is followed by the what? 40:20 The joy. 40:23 The storm is followed by the deliverance. 40:27 That's why we call it delivering a baby. 40:31 Well, that's why I call it that. 40:33 Have a look at what Jesus said. 40:35 Have a look at what Jesus said in John Chapter 16. 40:38 Beautiful promise, beautiful promise. 40:40 He shares this with His disciples. 40:42 John 16:20-22. 40:46 He's speaking to His disciples on the night 40:48 before His crucifixion. 40:50 "Most assuredly, I say to you that you will weep and lament, 40:53 but the world will rejoice and you will be sorrowful, 40:56 but your sorrow will be turned to," what? 40:58 "Into joy." 40:59 He goes on, 41:01 "A woman, when she is in labor, 41:03 has sorrow because her hour has come, 41:05 but as soon as she has given birth to the child, 41:08 she no longer remembers the anguish, 41:11 for joy that a human being has been born into the world." 41:14 And he finishes off with, 41:16 "Therefore, you now have sorrow," 41:19 but I will do what? 41:21 "I will see you again and your heart will rejoice, 41:23 and your joy no one will take from you." 41:27 Were these words fulfilled? 41:30 Yes. 41:31 Did Jesus rise from the dead? Yes. 41:34 Were the disciples filled with sorrow and grief 41:38 when they saw their Lord and Savior, 41:40 the one who they put their faith and trust 41:42 and when they saw Him crucified? 41:44 Yes. 41:45 But did their sorrow turned to joy? 41:48 Yes. 41:49 Will those who experience a time of trouble 41:51 such as the world has never known 41:53 before, who are God's end time people, 41:57 who are harassed and mocked, and scoffed 42:00 and persecuted 42:02 according to the Book of Revelation 42:03 by the world 42:04 for their faithfulness to Jesus Christ 42:06 and His commandments? 42:08 Will they, those oppressed, 42:11 persecuted children of God 42:14 who have experienced a great sorrow 42:16 such as we cannot even begin to imagine now, 42:20 will they who experienced that at the end of time 42:22 also experienced the great joy when Jesus comes? 42:26 Yes, yes, yes. 42:30 We don't need to be afraid. 42:32 We do not need to be afraid of the coming storm. 42:36 Those that put their faith and trust in Jesus 42:39 can rest assured 42:41 in His loving nail scarred hands 42:45 that have promised, 42:46 I'll never leave you nor forsake you, 42:48 I'll be with you always even to the end of time. 42:52 These words that Jesus shared with His disciples 42:55 on the eve of His own storm, 42:58 beyond what we can comprehend for us today. 43:03 Further on in John 16, 43:06 Jesus shared these words with His disciples 43:09 concerning His own experience 43:11 and what awaited Him. 43:13 John 16:32-33, Jesus said, 43:15 "Indeed, the hour is coming, 43:17 yes, has now come that you will be scattered, 43:21 each to his own, and will leave Me alone. 43:23 And yet I am not alone," why? 43:26 "Because the Father is with Me. 43:28 These things I've spoken to you that in Me you may have," what? 43:32 "Peace. 43:33 In the world you will have tribulation, 43:35 but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world." 43:40 I have overcome the world. 43:41 Jesus here shares with us two realities. 43:46 Number one, in the world you will have what? 43:49 Tribulations. 43:51 Is that news to anyone here? 43:53 No. 43:55 But he says reality number two, 43:57 look up because in Me, in Me, you'll have peace. 44:03 Peace in the storms of life, peace in the coming storm. 44:07 If you have the Prince of Peace in your boat, 44:10 you can smile at the storm. 44:12 You can smile at the storm, no matter what comes your way, 44:15 no matter what comes my way, 44:17 with Jesus in my vessel I can smile at the storm 44:22 because we are sailing home. 44:24 Amen? 44:25 We are almost home. 44:27 And what will home look like? 44:29 Well, Jesus told us 44:30 He's going to prepare a home for us. 44:32 Let's take a look at John Chapter 14, 44:35 where Jesus gives this beautiful promise 44:37 of the other side. 44:39 John 14:1-3 these beloved words from Jesus. 44:42 Again on the eve of His crucifixion, 44:45 He shares with His disciples and all of us. 44:47 "Let not your hearts be troubled, 44:48 you believe in God, believe also in Me. 44:51 In my Father's house are," 44:52 how many mansions? 44:54 "Many mansions, if it were not so, 44:56 I would have told you. 44:57 I go to prepare a place for you. 44:59 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will do," what? 45:03 "I will come again and receive you to Myself, 45:06 that where I am there, you may be also." 45:10 Good news, Jesus is coming back soon. 45:14 Not I might come, not I may come, 45:17 but I will come again to take you 45:20 that you may be with Me 45:21 so that where I am, you may also be. 45:25 Jesus talked and described His second coming 45:29 in Matthew 24:30-31. 45:33 He shared that when He comes, 45:35 there will only be two groups, only two groups. 45:37 Just like in Noah's day, there were two groups. 45:39 When Jesus comes, there will only be two groups. 45:41 And here are the words of Jesus. 45:44 "Then the sign of the Son of Man 45:45 will appear in heaven, 45:47 and then all the tribes of the earth will," do what? 45:50 "They will mourn, and they will see 45:51 the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven 45:53 with power and great glory. 45:55 And He will send His angels 45:57 with a great sound of a trumpet, 45:58 and they will gather together His elect 46:01 from the four winds, 46:02 from one end of heaven to the other." 46:04 When Jesus comes, there will only be two groups. 46:09 One group will mourn. 46:11 The other group 46:13 are described as the elect. 46:17 This is what the group 46:19 who will mourn, those who are lost will say. 46:22 We have the words of what they will say 46:24 from the Book of Revelation 46:26 when they see Jesus coming in the clouds of heaven. 46:30 John the Revelator describes their response 46:32 when they see Jesus come. 46:35 "Then the sky receded as a scroll 46:37 when it is rolled up, 46:38 and every mountain and island was moved out of its place." 46:41 He goes on in verse 15 of Revelation Chapter 6, 46:43 "And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, 46:46 the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man 46:49 hid themselves in the caves 46:51 and in the rocks of the mountains 46:53 and said to the mountains and the rocks," 46:55 notice what they cry out, 46:57 "Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him 47:00 who sits on the throne 47:02 and from the wrath of the Lamb! 47:04 For the great day of His wrath has come, 47:07 and who is able to stand?" 47:09 Hide us. 47:11 Hide us. 47:14 Who is able to stand I ask. 47:16 And in the following verses in Chapter 7, 47:19 as we discovered in our previous message. 47:21 Those who are able to stand 47:22 are those who are sealed by God. 47:25 Those who have been shut in by God 47:28 and His mercy and His love, 47:29 just like Noah was shut in by God 47:32 when the storm came, 47:34 they will be able to stand 47:35 because they have stood for Christ, 47:37 they have stood by Christ, and they have stood for God 47:42 and His principles of love in His Word. 47:44 But there'll be another group, another group. 47:46 When they see Jesus come, 47:48 they will not cry for the rocks to fall on them, 47:52 but they will cry out something altogether opposite. 47:55 Notice what Isaiah describes in Isaiah 25:9. 48:00 "And it will be said in that day," 48:01 speaking of the coming of Jesus, behold, 48:04 this is what the elect will cry out. 48:06 "Behold, this is our God, we have waited for Him, 48:10 and He will do," what? 48:11 "He will save us. 48:12 This is the Lord, we have waited for Him, 48:16 we will be glad and rejoice in His salvation." 48:20 Two groups at the end of time, one group will mourn. 48:24 The other group will do what? 48:26 They'll rejoice. 48:28 They'll rejoice. 48:30 Jesus will have something to say to both groups. 48:36 Notice to those that mourn, those who are lost, 48:40 the sad and tragic words 48:42 that Jesus will share with them on that day. 48:45 Matthew records the words of Jesus 48:48 in verse 7, 7:23, 48:51 Jesus will say these most sad words 48:54 that have ever been uttered by Jesus Christ. 48:57 "I never knew you, depart from Me, 49:00 you who practice lawlessness!" 49:02 I never knew you. I never knew you. 49:07 But to the saved, to the elect, this is what Jesus will say. 49:12 Once again, Matthew records the words of Jesus 49:15 in Matthew 25:34, 49:18 where Jesus will say to them, those that have looked up 49:20 and said, behold, this is our God. 49:22 He has come to save us. 49:24 Jesus will say to them, the elect 49:26 "Come, you blessed of My Father, 49:29 inherit the kingdom prepared for you 49:32 from the foundation of the world." 49:34 Jesus is coming back. 49:37 He's coming back. 49:38 He is coming back, and He's coming back soon. 49:41 And He wants you and me, He wants all of us, 49:44 He wants you out there who are watching 49:46 wherever you may be watching from 49:47 to be ready, to be prepared, 49:49 to be part of His new world that He will create. 49:54 And we have a description of the new world 49:56 that Jesus will create 49:58 when sin has been vanquished forever more. 50:01 John the Revelator describes 50:05 what this new world will look like 50:07 and what will be the experience of those 50:10 that inhabit the new world, In Revelation 21:1-5. 50:14 We read these words. John writes. 50:16 "Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, 50:18 for the first heaven 50:20 and the first earth had passed away. 50:21 Also there was no more sea. 50:24 Then I, John, 50:25 saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, 50:27 coming down out of heaven from God, 50:29 prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 50:32 And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, 50:34 'Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, 50:37 and He will dwell with them, 50:38 and they shall be His people." 50:40 God Himself will be with them. 50:43 "And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes, 50:45 there shall be no more death, no sorrow, nor crying. 50:48 There shall be no more pain, 50:50 for the former things have passed away." 50:51 And he concludes with these words. 50:53 "Then He who sat on the throne, said, 50:55 'Behold, I make all things new.' 50:58 And he said to me, 51:00 'Write for these words are true and faithful.'" 51:04 My dear friend, 51:06 you and I can put our faith and trust 51:08 in the words that we have just read, why? 51:11 That's, because these words have been uttered by the one 51:14 who is faithful and true, and that is God Himself. 51:18 There is a new day coming 51:19 where there'll be no more sin, sorrow and suffering, 51:23 no more disease, death and destruction, 51:26 no more, no more 51:28 on this new earth that God has created. 51:31 And on this new earth in Revelation 22:3-4, 51:35 that is the promise that God gives to us 51:38 of what we will experience. 51:40 This is beyond belief, beyond even imagination. 51:44 "And there shall be no more curse, 51:47 but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, 51:50 and His servants shall serve Him. 51:53 They shall see His face, 51:55 and His name shall be on their foreheads." 51:58 Wow. 51:59 They shall see His face, 52:02 and their names and His name I should say, 52:07 shall be on their foreheads. 52:08 His character will be written on their foreheads. 52:13 The final invitation that scripture gives 52:17 in Revelation 22:17 52:19 is surely for all of us, surely for us all. 52:23 "And the Spirit and the bride say, 'Come!' 52:25 And let him who hears say, 'Come!' 52:27 And let him who thirsts come. 52:29 Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely." 52:33 Come, come, come, God wants you come. 52:37 God wants you to be part of His kingdom 52:41 of everlasting love 52:43 where there will be no more curse, 52:44 no more sin, no more pain, no more suffering. 52:48 It matters not where you have been, 52:51 what you have done. 52:54 It matters that you come right now, 52:56 right now, right now. 52:59 I wanna take you finally to an experience 53:02 that I had with this lady by the name of Jayne. 53:06 There's Jayne in the center of that photo, she is... 53:09 I've got the privilege of baptizing Jayne. 53:12 And by her side is her friend, a great friend of hers 53:17 by the name of Liz 53:18 who studied the Bible with her. 53:21 Now, Jayne was brought up 53:24 with the teachings of God's Word. 53:26 She was brought up with God's love. 53:28 She was adopted into a family, into a Christian family, 53:31 into a Seventh-day Adventist Christian home, 53:33 a loving home where she was taught all 53:35 about Jesus and His love. 53:37 However, due to circumstances that ensued in her life 53:42 during her teenage years and further on, 53:45 and as well as just, just, you know, getting distracted. 53:49 You know what it's like. 53:50 You get easily distracted and discouraged. 53:56 They're the two primary attacks that the enemy uses 54:00 there in his toolbox, distraction and discouragement. 54:03 He loves to use both, one at a time 54:06 or preferably both at the same time. 54:09 And she walked away from God. 54:11 She walked away from God. 54:13 But then shortly before her 50th birthday, 54:16 she was diagnosed with cancer. 54:19 And during that dark time in her life, 54:23 when she was far away from God, she turned to Jesus Christ. 54:29 She turned to the invitation of come, come, come. 54:34 Her friend Liz studied the Bible with her 54:37 and introduced her to Jesus. 54:40 And I had the privilege 54:42 on February 20, 2016 on a Sabbath afternoon 54:48 of baptizing Jayne. 54:51 She gave her heart to the Lord. 54:54 Look at the smile on her face. 54:56 Look at the joy on her face. 54:59 She no longer feared death. 55:02 She no longer feared. 55:03 Why? 55:04 Because now she'd given her heart 55:06 and life to Jesus Christ. 55:08 She'd given her life to the one who says, 55:10 fear not, do not be afraid. 55:12 I am the resurrection and the life, 55:16 he who believes in Me, 55:17 though he may die, yet he shall live. 55:22 Before Jayne passed away, 55:25 she gave me something very special 55:28 that I have kept 55:29 and will keep until Jesus comes. 55:31 She made this beautiful crochet cross for me, 55:36 Pastor Danny, she put on there. 55:39 I said, Jayne, "Why are you giving me this Jayne?" 55:41 She says, 55:42 "I want you to always remember that 55:45 I gave my heart to Jesus Christ. 55:47 I received His sacrifice on my behalf. 55:51 And I want you never to forget that 55:53 not only what I experienced, 55:55 but what you need to cling to each and every day." 55:58 My dear friends, as Jesus' coming draws near, 56:01 we need to cling to the cross of Jesus Christ more and more. 56:05 That is our only hope. 56:07 At her baptism on that Saturday afternoon, 56:10 she shared her testimony 56:12 and these were her words that she shared. 56:16 Her title, Hope, Peace, and Prayer, 56:17 A Story of Redemption. 56:19 She Writes, 56:20 "If you haven't invited Jesus into your own life as yet, 56:23 I can highly recommend the experience." 56:25 And that's her smiley. 56:26 "It is my belief that our time here on earth 56:28 is very short indeed 56:29 and that Jesus will soon return, 56:31 just as He has promised, 56:33 to claim His believers 56:34 and destroy Satan and sin forever more. 56:37 How I long to see that day, she writes. 56:40 I pray that we will all be ready 56:43 to go home with Him." 56:45 Oh, what beautiful words, what beautiful words, 56:49 Jesus is coming back soon. 56:52 And in the words of Jayne, 56:53 He wants all of us to be with Him forever more. 56:57 He's coming back. 56:58 He's coming back. 57:00 He is soon to return. 57:01 I can just hear the trumpet being prepared to sound. 57:06 Jesus is coming back. 57:08 He's coming back. 57:09 You want to be part of His kingdom? 57:11 Do you want to be ready when Jesus comes? 57:13 If you do, why don't you just raise your hand and say, 57:15 Lord, I want to be ready. 57:16 I want to be ready. I want to be ready. 57:19 Let's pray together. 57:20 Father in heaven, we thank You. 57:21 We thank You for Your promise that You're coming back soon, 57:24 and we can't wait for that day when we'll be home at last, 57:29 we pray this in Jesus' precious name, 57:32 and everybody said, amen, and amen, and amen. |
