00:01 Hello! Praise the Lord and welcome to
00:04 From Sickness To Health. I'm your host Rico Hill; 00:07 I'm the co-host guy Sickness. That's me! 00:10 Today we have a very exciting program for you. 00:14 It's so exciting it's my favorite topic. 00:16 Can I tell them what it is? Can I? Can I tell them? 00:18 Go ahead. Today's topic is hypertension 00:21 or high blood pressure. I'm so excited! 00:24 I have never seen you so excited about a program before. 00:27 What is up with this? I mean, I get the whole 00:29 making people sick thing, but what's with the over-the-top 00:32 enthusiasm? I'm Sickness, right? 00:34 Right... right. Think of me as an assassin. 00:38 Every assassin has his favorite mysterious way of carrying out 00:43 assassinations... and this is mine. 00:46 I sneak up on you; hence the term "the silent killer. " 00:51 And what's with the voice? 00:53 The health assassin. 00:56 Well, guess what I am. What? 00:58 The host of a health program. 01:01 And I'm going to start it right now. Roll it! 01:03 Wait... wait! I worked on the voice all day long. Oh! 01:41 Thank you for joining us here in the studio of 01:44 From Sickness To Health. 01:46 And we are still excited about the program we're going to 01:49 share with you today. We're going to be talking about 01:51 high blood pressure. Maybe you have encountered 01:54 the silent assassin... the silent health assassin... 01:59 with high blood pressure or hypertension. 02:02 Before we get started and introduce our guests 02:04 I want to say hello to our... there he is... 02:09 our silent assassin himself: Sickness. 02:12 Hello. He's remote somewhere 02:15 causing problems for someone, so we'll get back to him 02:18 in just a moment. But let's go and let's meet our 02:21 guests today. We've got with us once again 02:23 Dr. Yvonne Lewis, who is a naturopathic doctor 02:26 and also the general manager of this network. 02:29 And we're so happy that you're here to give us wisdom. 02:32 Ah, it's so great to be with you. Thank you. 02:35 Same here. Dr. Thomas Jackson is here with us once again from 02:39 Meet Ministry who is a doctor of natural health sciences. 02:43 And we're thankful that you're here again. Ah, I've been 02:46 enjoying myself here once again. I'm glad you're here. 02:50 And let's say hello to Dr. Camille Clark, who is 02:54 a doctor and she is specializing in internal medicine... 02:59 medical doctor. Thank you so much for being with us. 03:01 Thanks for having me; it's always a pleasure. 03:03 We're going to talk about high blood pressure today. 03:05 Yes we are. Yeah. And a lot of people 03:08 I believe it's 1/3 of Americans - one out of three - 03:12 are suffering from high blood pressure. 03:15 African-Americans? Even more than the rest of the population. 03:20 That's right. And most are medicated - um-hmm - 03:25 in some form or fashion to deal with their high blood pressure. 03:28 Is that correct? Um-hmm. That's true. If they know they have it. 03:30 If they know they have it! We want to get into 03:33 how do you know you have it? 03:35 What does it look like? What are the dangers 03:37 of high blood pressure? And in a lot of ways 03:40 it's a precursor to a whole lot of other diseases. 03:42 It can affect what? Affect your kidneys. Affect your heart. 03:46 Diabetes. And in a lot of ways you will find the root cause - 03:51 I know you like this word - the root cause is found in 03:54 something very common amongst a lot of people. 03:57 Is that right? Um-hmm. That's right. 03:59 So... But here's something that's going to really blow 04:01 your mind: children. That's right. They just did a study... 04:05 um-hmm... They just did a study. Eleven thousand young people 04:08 8 to 17 years old and they saw that high blood pressure is 04:12 up 39%. 39%. 04:15 Now I can imagine... I've got kids. Some of us have kids here. 04:18 Can you imagine your 8, 9, 10-year-old having 04:21 high blood pressure? You're seeing this, are you? 04:23 Well I deal with adults, so I'm not seeing the children 04:26 but definitely before when I was working with them we did see it. 04:29 You did see that? Yeah. So this is a phenomenon. 04:31 So before we get into this and start breaking it down 04:34 let's see the perspective that Sickness may have on this 04:37 and get us going. Thank you Rico. 04:42 Look at this guy. Look how unsuspecting he is. 04:47 Now let's check out his refrigerator, shall we? 04:55 Let's see what he's got in the "fridge. " 04:58 Oh-ho, yes! My man knows fried chicken, 05:03 French fries. Looks like he's going to fry this. 05:08 Ooh! Fried bananas. 05:10 Um-hmm. Looks like he's going to fry some grilled cheese. 05:14 Oh, this is good stuff. 05:16 If you'll notice the theme here: everything's fried. 05:22 You know, Rico, it's foods like these with lots of salt 05:26 and sugar and fat that make him a prime candidate, 05:31 you know, along with a little lack of exercise and alcohol, 05:34 for the assassin. 05:38 Ha, ha, ha, ha... You see, it's a myth. People 05:42 think you have to be overweight to experience hypertension 05:47 but you don't have to be. 05:50 You just sit here on the couch like this guy 05:54 like everything's OK and then BOOM! 05:58 stroke, heart attack, the silent killer. 06:02 People never see it coming. It's like the bullet 06:05 of an assassin. Where did it come from? 06:07 Well we know the truth. It came from the kitchen 06:11 and marinated on the couch. 06:13 Back to you Rico. 06:17 Well that's interesting. 06:19 The silent killer. Like the assassin's bullet. 06:22 Where does it come from? That's the question for us today. 06:25 Where is it coming from? Where is this hypertension, 06:29 high blood pressure coming from 06:31 that's affecting so many Americans? 06:33 You know, before I'd like to deal with the word silent. 06:39 It is given a nickname called "the silent killer. " 06:41 I use a spiritual parallel about the coming of Christ. 06:46 It says in Revelation 1:7 "all eyes shall see Him. " 06:49 He's not coming silent. 06:52 And another places says He's going to come as a thief 06:54 in the night. But that doesn't mean that 06:56 His coming is not visible... would not be seen. 06:59 The reason He comes as a thief in the night is because people 07:00 are not reading the signs of His coming. Ooh... 07:03 And so high blood pressure to me - just my experience - 07:06 is not a silent killer. It's that we don't understand 07:10 the signs that indicate it's going to kill us. 07:13 Dr. Lewis... what are some of the signs? 07:16 What are some of the signs of high blood pressure? 07:19 One of the things is that you don't really know 07:22 that you have it. It is truly silent. I mean, you don't 07:26 you have it, but you can have lightheadedness; 07:29 you can have fatigue. You can just be like really... 07:34 have like some malaise or... or 07:37 you don't have any of that and you're just going on with 07:41 your regular activities and you don't know it. 07:44 So you can, of course, find out. And you NEED to find out. 07:48 Just by having a regular little test done 07:52 you can find out if you have hypertension. 07:54 Umm. Now Dr. Clark, you are in the hospital - um-hmm - 07:58 and what are you seeing? Very common... it's very common. 08:03 And as both of these doctors mentioned, a lot of times 08:06 you can be feeling well just like your normal self 08:08 and then your blood pressure is checked and it's through 08:11 the roof. So it's really important, 1, to be aware 08:15 of what's going on in your body because even though you're 08:17 feeling fine it will have an effect on you. 08:20 And when that effect accumulates, that's when you 08:23 start seeing what we call end organ damage. 08:26 So there are a lot of different organs... end organ damage. 08:30 End organ damage. And we're talking about 08:33 liver, kidneys, pancreas. Absolutely... that's right. 08:36 Your brain, your eyes. Um-hmm. Kidney as you mentioned before. 08:40 Those are very important. So the cumulative effect 08:45 of these high pressures and what it's doing to your vessels, 08:49 to your vasculature, to your organs 08:51 eventually manifests itself. 08:54 Though you're feeling fine for a moment 08:56 there can be this event that drastically changes your life 08:59 if not closing it. Um-hmm. 09:01 And the reason I mentioned the science, you know, a text tells 09:04 me here in the book of Psalms 119 verse 70: 09:07 it says: "The heart is as fat as grease. " 09:11 When I said signs, that means... let's take obesity. 09:15 So if you're overweight, that to me is a sign. That's a sign. 09:18 You're feeling OK and you're walking around but you're 09:20 overweight. We wrote a book called, you know, Silencing 09:23 the Silent Killer. And I deal with seven signs there. 09:26 So not the fact that we can be feeling good, but there's... our 09:29 lifestyle indicates that we're setting ourselves up 09:32 for a heart attack... high blood pressure. 09:33 I'm obese... therefore, what about my salt intake? 09:37 I'm looking at my lifestyle as a mirror. The Bible says 09:40 you know in Romans chapter 3 verse 20 09:42 without the law there is no knowledge of sin. 09:46 Again, just using a parallel. So we educate people 09:49 in regards to lifestyle principles. 09:51 We can look into the mirror of the law 09:52 and measure our lifestyle: whether the lifestyle 09:56 is setting us up for the silent killer. 10:00 You get what I'm saying? So if I find myself overweight, 10:02 I mean, as a doctor... anybody knows... overweight 10:05 is a predisposition for that. 10:07 Um-hmm. So if I'm overweight, that's a sign. 10:10 I look in a mirror - that's a sign for me - to tell me 10:13 that I am definitely predisposed. Maybe even 10:16 walking up steps. I go up one flight of stairs 10:18 and I've got to stop and I've got to do this - that's right - 10:20 that's a sign maybe. And the fact is I go back to my diet. 10:23 The fact is there are certain foods that predispose me 10:26 to that. You know, the salt intake, the sugar, 10:28 the fried foods. So I measure and say: "Am I 10:30 addicted? Do I eat a lot of fried foods? " 10:32 You know, like he said, people end up having a heart attack 10:35 not because it sneaked up on them suddenly. 10:40 It's that their lifestyle had already predisposed them 10:42 to that. Mmm. So what I do is help people to understand 10:47 the lifestyle they are living could be indicators of 10:51 for them having a stroke. So we want to inform people 10:54 that they should absolutely look at the signs that might 10:58 be manifested in their lives. That's right! So I found... 11:02 we found... a video - a little animation - that shows 11:06 really very specifically that we are truly a nation under 11:09 pressure. Under pressure. Under pressure. 11:11 But we want to look at what that pressure is. 11:13 What is happening in the body? 11:14 You mentioned your blood vessels. You said the vessels 11:18 or your vascular system. There is something that is 11:22 taking place there when you are under pressure 11:24 with hypertension. Let's take a look at that video and let's 11:27 see if we can get some more perspective. 11:36 It's a beautiful Fall evening. 11:38 The sun is setting. 11:40 The dog finally stopped barking. 11:44 Life is good... but inside there's trouble brewing 11:50 and Emma has no idea. Although she feels fine 11:54 like her father Emma is one of the 67 million adults 11:58 in the US with high blood pressure or hypertension. 12:01 Just like her radiator that's on the fritz 12:04 Emma's heart is working overtime to get the job done. 12:08 Let's have a look. The heart is the pump in our bodies 12:12 delivering blood to the entire system through a set of pipes 12:16 or blood vessels of all sizes. 12:18 Smoking, high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, 12:23 physical inactivity, family history, and increased age 12:26 all contribute to these blood vessels - or our pipes - 12:29 becoming less elastic. The more blood our heart has to pump 12:33 through stiff, narrowing arteries 12:35 the higher our blood pressure. 12:37 When the force of the blood against our artery walls is 12:40 too high, life-threating health problems can result. 12:43 Problems like kidney disease, heart disease, 12:46 stroke... even heart attack. 12:49 Can Emma get her pressure down before it's too late? 12:53 Now that really puts it into perspective, doesn't it? 12:55 It does! Did you see that? You see that it's like these 12:58 pipes gave the analogy of the furnace. These things were 13:02 happening unbeknownst to her. Now she was in this video... 13:07 Notice they were African-American, yeah? 13:10 Because it affects us more commonly. Right. But she was 13:13 a slender woman. Um-hmm. But you talked about the signs. 13:18 We talked about whether it's silent or not, and it kind of 13:21 set up in the animation there that everything seemed idyllic. 13:26 Um-hmm. It was a suburban area; everything seemed fine... 13:30 but brewing underneath - that's right - was this killer. Now, 13:35 but it brought out something else. 13:37 High cholesterol. Um-hmm. A sign. Inactivity: a sign. 13:42 We saw even in the clip with Sickness when he went in 13:46 there and the man sitting on the couch just watching TV, 13:51 channel surfing and just eating. Sign... but that's a sign. 13:55 Those are indicators. Let's talk about that. 13:58 There's this book by Dr. Barbara Dixon 14:03 and it's good help for African-Americans. 14:06 What's the name of that book? Good Health for African- 14:07 Americans. OK. And in it she talks about 14:09 ten controllable risk factors 14:12 that if you manage these you can avoid disease. 14:18 They are obesity, salt, 14:22 drinking - which is alcohol, 14:26 drug use, fat in the diet, 14:28 a lack of physical exercise, 14:30 stress, untreated high blood pressure, 14:33 and uncontrolled diabetes. 14:35 These are some of the risk factors that are controllable. 14:39 If we control them, we can avoid disease. 14:43 So these are some of the things that we were talking about 14:46 here. If we can look at what we're doing and make some 14:50 changes in our diet we can make a difference. 14:53 We can manage the hypertension. That's right. 14:55 I like that because you're agreeing now with the points 14:58 that Dr. Jackson made that it's about the signs. 15:02 That's right. This is not so much... sometimes it's a 15:05 misnomer - right - when we say it's a silent killer. 15:08 Yes, when people aren't paying attention to the signs. 15:11 That's the key. That's why education is so important. 15:15 Because the fact is we need - as you know - 15:19 you know, "My people are des- troyed for lack of knowledge. " 15:22 Yes. Especially within the urban community - um-hmm - 15:25 you find there's very little education in regards to how 15:29 the body functions. Yes. You know, the importance of it. 15:32 And every organ. So I think you know that needs to be emphasized 15:35 greatly within the whole educational scheme of health. 15:39 That we understand these factors, then we can prevent it. 15:43 Why? Because now we can make some intelligent changes. 15:46 How to make these changes? Just simple exercise. 15:49 OK... let's stop being spec- tators. Let's be participators. 15:52 You hear what I'm saying? And so these are just things 15:55 that we see that's happening that we just need more educate, 15:58 educate, educate... rather than medicate. 16:01 Rather than medicate. That's right. 16:03 You know, I think that we have put the silent assassin... 16:07 he's quiet now. 16:11 We're gonna empty his guns. We have emptied his guns. 16:14 He has no comment, nothing to say. So all right then. 16:18 I think that we are making some points that might 16:21 be of benefit to people who are thinking as Sickness is thinking 16:26 that, you know, it's a silent killer. 16:28 And so it's going to happen. And it's just going to happen. 16:30 And if I take a drug for it for the rest of my life 16:33 hey... everything's fine. Now we're talking! 16:36 Rico, on that point I'd like to say something. 16:38 I guess he's not too silent, is he? 16:41 Your point is? Yeah, my point is many Americans - 16:45 I think that statistic that you said was 1 in 3 Americans - 16:49 have high blood pressure. 16:51 And for something that common which is almost everyone 16:54 they make drugs for that. So hey, leave the people alone. 16:58 They're perfectly happy. 17:00 Are people happy? Yeah. Really, are people happy when 17:04 they have to take a medication? A drug for this, a drug 17:07 for that? Does that bring happiness? 17:08 It's not that. Any medications are assessed that we really want 17:13 to get to the root causes, and that's why I really loved 17:15 those 10 points that you brought out because 17:18 it shows us things that we can do and stop doing 17:21 so that we don't have to be dependent on those medications 17:24 for the rest of our lives. So I mean simple things like 17:26 obesity or diet. Salt is a big thing and it's hidden. 17:30 So many times we think: "Oh, I'm not adding any salt 17:34 to my meal. " But you're eating from a can. 17:37 If you would read the label you would see how much sodium 17:40 that's in there, and obviously that is affecting. 17:43 The other thing that she mentioned is sometimes we take 17:45 over-the-counter medications. Yeah. Maybe if you have a cold 17:49 and you take some Sudafed or something like that 17:51 that can also raise your blood pressure. Why? 17:53 It's just the effect that it has on the vascular system 17:57 and the constriction. I won't go into too much detail, 18:00 it may be a little big overwhelming, but it can 18:02 definitely cause elevation of your blood pressure. 18:04 Sometimes if people are using any illicit substances or drugs 18:09 they may not realize that it's having an effect 18:11 on their blood pressure but it actually is. 18:14 And then obviously if you're overweight and not active... 18:17 These are some of the natural things that we can do 18:20 so that we don't have to be dependent on drugs... 18:23 'cause they do have their side effects. 18:24 There are two things I want to make sure we cover before we run 18:27 out of time. And that's... One of them is salt. 18:29 Because you mentioned salt and salt has come up 18:30 and people will be told: "You've gotta get rid of the salt. " 18:35 But I think we need to be very clear: what type of salt 18:39 are we talking about? Because I've seen some salts 18:41 that are really depleted of minerals like your table salt, 18:45 your ground salts. That's the one that's high in sodium 18:48 chloride, right? But then there are other types of salts 18:52 that are high in minerals. Because we're made up of salt 18:56 just like the water that's on the earth, right? 18:59 We're made up of salt. In fact, someone comes into the hospital 19:03 emergency room. Sometimes they're just kind of listless 19:06 and they need something... a boost. They give 19:08 them a saline, right? A saline drip. So... 19:11 so that kind of gets things to be stabilized. 19:14 So there's room for salt. So what's a good salt? 19:19 What are we talking about here? 19:20 I mean, should we just? If you're hypertensive, 19:23 should you just get rid of salt altogether? 19:25 Well I think every body is different. 19:28 So you have to really make sure that your body 19:31 can handle salt. Some... You know, again, yes 19:35 we're talking sodium chloride we should definitely not deal with. 19:39 But Himalayan salt is one kind of salt, but... 19:43 Celtic salt... that's a good one. But you want to make sure 19:46 that you are not salt sensitive because every body is different. 19:51 OK. One thing that we need to know, too, is that there 19:54 is sodium in celery, and one prescription is 3 celery sticks 19:59 a day can help with hypertension. That's true. 20:02 So if you eat three stalks of celery a day 20:05 you can help your hypertension 20:07 because of the sodium in the celery. 20:10 So it is a good celery. That's right. And with in the celery 20:13 we have a good potassium/sodium balance. Right. 20:17 That's important. Because you've got your intercellular 20:20 and extracellular. You know, potassium in and sodium out. 20:23 So when you have potassium because one of the indicators 20:27 that I've found with hyper- tension is a potassium problem 20:30 too. Sodium is high... potassium. 20:32 And then we end up with a diuretic. Then we flush the 20:35 potassium then we've got to take potassium pills. 20:38 And so if we can get the food the way God put it together... 20:41 Remember... Goes back to food. Goes back to food. 20:43 What God has put together let no man tear asunder. 20:45 So everything is chemically balanced within that celery. 20:49 Um-hmm. And just to add to that, I think the proportion 20:52 is something that we also need to bear in mind as well. 20:54 In North America we just get too much salt. 20:57 Way too much salt. 20:59 And as you were mentioning, there's natural salt in a lot of 21:02 the foods that we eat. In our vegetables, and they're in the 21:05 right proportion. So even though you may have your Celtic salt, 21:08 your Hawaiian and all these great... don't go overboard 21:10 with it. Moderation even in that. Right. 21:13 Because there is a lot of added salt just in so many things 21:16 that we eat on a regular basis. 21:18 So especially for us as African-Americans 21:21 especially if you have high blood pressure - that's right - 21:23 you really want to take that extra effort to cut back on 21:27 salt. And guess what? Your taste buds will re-adjust. 21:29 That's right. I agree 100% with that. 21:31 They re-adjust in two weeks. I mean, it may seem bland 21:34 but you'd be surprised. Taste buds can always change. 21:37 But then there's other ways to make food taste good 21:40 without. Lemon. That's right. So there's other alternatives 21:44 that God has given us because, you know, He wants us 21:47 to enjoy the food. But at the same time, 21:49 we don't want to be eating like if we're going to be 21:54 deadly good. 21:57 So we can take ownership. 22:00 See, the key to being healthy people would say requires 22:03 effort. Anything requires effort. 22:04 It's what you value. Do you value your health, you see. 22:08 You've gotta take ownership; you've gotta take responsibility 22:11 and don't believe that there's nothing you can do. 22:15 Yeah. And Dr. Jackson the flip side is that 22:18 when you do have that devastating effect, 22:20 when you do have a heart attack, when you do have a stroke 22:23 it changes your life forever. So when we have to balance: 22:28 OK, what's easier? Not enjoying this food 22:32 or not being able to walk - or talk - or take care of your 22:36 grandkids because you've had this life-altering effect 22:40 you know, it really is no comparison. That's' right. 22:45 That's a good thought. Prevention is something 22:46 that we should really value. 22:48 I think we're giving people some hope here. 22:51 We're giving the people some hope when you think about. 22:54 Let's take a scenario: I'm a person. I'm sitting at home. 22:58 I'm hearing all this information. I'm trying to 23:00 assimilate it. And you know, I spend a lot of time in this 23:04 particular place where I'm listening to this whole program: 23:07 on the couch. And I'm a little overweight 23:11 and I do enjoy, you know, my fried foods. 23:15 Let's talk about how... the practical steps that they could 23:19 take right now to really begin to turn the situation around. 23:22 OK... one is: if you're sitting and watching television 23:26 on the couch, every time there's a commercial 23:29 get up. And do what? Move around. 23:31 You can go to the refrigerator and get some more fried foods? 23:35 Go get some water. Get some water, do some jumping jacks, 23:40 but move around. That way you're signaling to your body 23:43 that hey, you've gotta do something. You're not just 23:47 going to go into fat-storage mode. 23:49 So: get up, do something. Every time there's a commercial 23:52 through the commercial - that means if you're watching... 23:55 You know, we don't have commercials on Dare to Dream 23:56 and you need to be watching Dare to Dream. 23:58 But you can every few minutes actually get up, do something. 24:03 Do some movement and jump around then sit back down. 24:06 You don't have to do it - that's practical - for an hour 24:08 at a time. It's bite-sized little things like that that can 24:12 begin to make a difference. Metabolism slows down when 24:14 we're seated and sedentary, right? Exactly; exactly. 24:16 We gain weight and all that. And get up and get some water. 24:20 Get some water like Dr. Jackson said. 24:22 Instead of going for that cup of coffee. 24:23 Let's get outside. How about some fresh air? Yes, go outside. 24:25 I mean fresh air between those little breaks there. 24:29 Stick your head, feet, body, out of the door. 24:32 I've heard you call it something like an oxygen cocktail. 24:35 Oxygen cocktail. Oh I love it. Taking in some good fresh air. 24:37 And you know what? If you live in the city, too, 24:39 and you cannot go right outside if you have a terrace 24:43 stand out on the terrace... get a little sunshine. 24:45 Six minutes of sunshine on a six-inch patch of skin 24:48 will give you the vitamin D that you need for the day. 24:50 These kind of things we can do easily. 24:53 And they will help to regulate your blood pressure. 24:56 It will help. Get outside; get some fresh air. 24:59 Get up off of the couch; drink plenty of water 25:01 and you can begin to see your situation turn around. 25:04 These things that we have shared today, and I thank 25:06 my distinguished guests for sharing this information 25:10 for you to be healthier. So go be healthy 25:13 and come back and see us the next time 25:16 on From Sickness To Health. 25:21 Today we saw that we are a nation under pressure: 25:25 high blood pressure. 25:27 While this is a chronic lifestyle disease 25:29 that leads to more serious illnesses 25:32 it is something that can be avoided and even reduced 25:35 or reversed by making adjustments in our lifestyle 25:39 including exercise and avoiding high-fat and high-salt food 25:43 but increasing fruits and vegetables in the diet. 25:48 Look... it's true: hypertension is preventable 25:51 in most cases... but Americans don't care. 25:55 We salt everything... we fry everything. 25:57 We salt and fry everything like it's going out of style. 26:00 Do you think a program like this is going to change that? No. 26:03 Look, if we help one person... just one... 26:05 this program has been worth it. 26:07 Good luck with that. 26:09 Look, the Word says in Exodus 15:26 26:14 "If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of 26:16 the Lord thy God and will do that which is right 26:20 in His sight and will give ear to His commandments 26:24 and keep all His statutes 26:27 I will put none of these diseases upon thee 26:31 which I brought upon the Egyptians. 26:33 For I am the Lord that healeth thee. " 26:37 So with all the hypertension out there, people can't hear 26:41 His voice or give ear to His statutes. 26:44 That's why Sickness is in the land! 26:46 Look friends, why would you listen to the voice 26:49 of an assassin who only wants to get rid of you silently? 26:55 True health - spiritual and physical - comes from listening 26:58 to the voice of God. That's His Word and His truth. 27:02 His truth endures forever. 27:04 He will do as He said and heal us 27:07 from all of our diseases if we follow His precepts 27:11 and adhere to His Word. 27:13 Let's bring back His Word and hide it in our hearts 27:17 and get rid of the silent killer hypertension 27:20 and the assassin. Well, that's our program for today. 27:25 Remember, III John 2 says: "Beloved, 27:28 I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper 27:32 and be in health. " I'm Rico Hill; 27:35 I'm Sickness.
