00:02 Proverbs 11:1 states that "A false balance is an abomination
00:07 to the Lord but a just weight is His delight. " 00:11 Jesus Himself confirms this in speaking to the Pharisees 00:15 when He says in Luke 11:42: 00:18 "But woe unto you Pharisees for ye tithe mint and rue 00:22 and all manner of herbs and pass over judgment 00:25 and the love of God. These ought ye to have done 00:28 and not to leave the other undone. " 00:32 A balanced life is important to God. 00:35 Hello friends, and welcome to From Sickness To Health. 00:38 I'm your host Rico Hill and this is our co-host Sickness. 00:44 Man, I've got to give it to you. I love that text about 00:47 the Pharisees. You like that? Wow! That's awesome because 00:51 you usually don't agree with much... certainly not 00:54 the scriptures. But man... my friends the Pharisees. 00:58 Those people were some of the sickest people I've ever 01:01 heard of. Wait a minute, what do you mean? 01:03 I mean, think about it: they thought they were balanced 01:06 but in reality they were the most unbalanced 01:10 people on the earth. That leads to sickness 01:12 and some serious ills. I still don't quite get it. 01:16 OK... let me explain. When people are off balance 01:20 whether it be in diet, family, work, 01:24 even religion it can lead to some bad things. 01:28 I mean, it's like people are in this car going down a hill 01:32 with no brakes and they don't even know 01:35 they're in a car. Whoo! That is profound! 01:40 Thank you. Wow! So for instance with you, 01:44 would you consider yourself a balanced individual? 01:47 Do I look unbalanced? 01:52 Well our program today is on living a balanced life. 01:56 Stick around. Roll it! 01:59 Do you think I'm unbalanced? 02:03 I am one of the most balanced people I know! 02:47 Thank you for joining us here in the studio of 02:49 From Sickness To Health. 02:51 We are going to be talking about a topic that I'm sure 02:53 you're going to enjoy because we want to see you 02:57 have balance. We want to talk about balance today. 03:01 Well, let's turn to one of the most balance people I know 03:06 according to him. It's Sickness. Let's say hello to him. 03:10 Hey hey! Hey I'm down here at the fitness center. 03:13 You'd be proud of me. I'm trying to live a balanced life 03:15 donating my time here at the club for some 03:19 Start Smoking seminars. 03:21 Did you say start smoking? 03:22 Oh yeah! It's going to be a great day! 03:24 All right... OK. We'll talk to you some more. 03:26 I know you're going to be heading to a laboratory 03:28 and we'll talk to you remotely there. 03:30 Well let's introduce our distinguished guests today. 03:33 It's again couples day here at From Sickness To Health. 03:37 We can't find any sickness in that, can we? That's right! 03:40 Dr. Thomas Jackson is with us. He is a doctor of 03:43 natural health sciences. 03:45 He's here with his lovely wife who is a doctor of nutritional 03:48 sciences. And they are a team in health. Amen? 03:53 Welcome to the program. Thank you very much. 03:55 Glad you're here. And we're not going to stop there. 03:57 We also have joining us once again on the program 04:00 these individuals: Reidland Bredy and his lovely wife 04:03 Sherry-Lynne Bredy. And they are together a health team also. 04:06 He's a physical therapist; she is an occupational therapist. 04:10 So we like to come from different angles. 04:11 Welcome to the program. Thank you very much, Rico. 04:14 Now... we're going to talk about balance. 04:15 You all look pretty balanced to me! 04:17 Aah... looks might be deceiving. Yeah... about that? 04:23 We've got balanced couples, but what's going on internally? 04:27 Balanced couples? 'Cause I looked here and I see 04:29 balanced couples, and that seems good to me. 04:32 That feels right for this topic. That's right... yeah! 04:34 So before we get into it - and we're going to talk about, 04:37 you know, our own personal struggle to stay balanced. 04:40 Because in ministry and in health work 04:42 there's a lot of work to do. Is that right? 04:44 That's right... that's correct. There's a lot of requirements 04:48 and just commitment and just pulling on your time. 04:51 People are constantly calling you; 04:52 you're dealing with people who are sick. 04:54 It can really really just drive you into the ground 04:59 if you're not careful. Amen! So we want to talk about it 05:02 'cause everyone struggles with this. That's right. 05:04 But before we get into our discussion - and it's going to 05:06 be a lively one - let's check in with Sickness. 05:08 I think he's in a laboratory somewhere. 05:10 Sickness, where are you? 05:12 Hi Rico! I'm here with my trusty lab assistant, 05:16 my good friend Wilber... whom I just met. 05:18 And today we've been studying, both Wallace and I, 05:21 the word fallacy. Perhaps you haven't heard of it before. 05:24 A fallacy is a false notion... 05:27 a belief that is misleading or unsound. 05:31 Now in our discussion on balance 05:34 I think we've been a little unbalanced. 05:37 You see, according to your logic we have to have something 05:40 over here with something over here 05:43 to keep it balanced. You know, like light and dark. 05:46 Hot and cold. Yin and yang. You know what I'm talking about. 05:49 In the universe there are laws of balance 05:52 and today we are going to demonstrate this. 05:56 OK... me and my friend Walter. Now Walter looks like 06:00 a pretty balanced individual. Are you pretty balanced, Walter? 06:03 Yes, I do pride myself on being a very balanced individual. 06:07 OK! Now you probably eat stuff like this. Oh yes! 06:11 You see, these are so good and they help... Excellent. 06:14 Now we're going to become balanced, and with balance... 06:17 Do you smoke? Well no, you see smoking is... Now you do! 06:21 You see, it's all about balance. 06:23 Do you eat sugar? Well no! You're going to need some sugar 06:27 to give you a little energy in life. 06:28 Now looking at you I would ask: where do you get your protein? 06:32 You get it from red meat. That's where you get it. 06:36 Now life sometimes needs to be enjoyed and that's where you're 06:39 gonna want some ice cream. 06:41 And for those parties of your life you're going to need 06:44 some alcohol. Stay balanced. 06:46 And hey, how about... Ooh... you cannot start your day 06:50 without a nice, hot cup of coffee! 06:53 There you are. Wow! 06:57 Look at this balanced individual... Wilfred. 07:02 Whoo! I can almost see a tear in your eye 07:06 from all of that balance. 07:08 Wow! This is wonderful. Clearly my friend Larry and I 07:12 are very balanced. Back to you, Rico. 07:18 Well, Sickness, I don't know if you've made your point 07:20 but you've made somebody unhappy there. 07:23 Now is this the kind of balance we're talking about? 07:26 I don't know. Let's turn to our panel 07:28 and let's talk about this. Balance: what are we talking 07:31 about when we talk about balance? God is a God of 07:33 balance - that's right - and He wants us to be balanced. 07:36 When we look at so many different things... 07:38 The body needs to be a certain way and there's balances. 07:41 There's something we call homeostasis, right? 07:44 That's when the body is in balance and it is healthy. 07:48 And usually we find that this type of homeostasis 07:52 is when the body is more alkaline. Yes. 07:55 But there is a balance. Some foods are alkaline, 07:57 some are acidic... and you have to have the right balance. 08:00 We can't get into the details of that, but it's an example 08:03 of what we're talking about. Um-hmm. That's right. 08:04 There's work/life balance. 08:06 How do you manage your time? How do you remain 08:10 temperate in all things? 08:12 Now we've covered that in another program 08:14 as it pertained to like wine and things like that. 08:17 But now we're talking about how do we get temperate 08:20 in just how we live our lives? 08:22 Would you say that? That's a good question. 08:25 Are we temperate? Are we balanced? 08:28 We're striving for it. 08:31 Busy lives! Busy lives, yes. We're still a work in progress. 08:34 OK... yes it is! At least in the case of my wife and I 08:39 I'll give a very basic simple example. 08:42 Probably about 3 or 4 or 5 years ago - 08:46 let's say 5 years ago at the most - I really started 08:48 getting into golf. And my wife can attest to this because 08:51 I was living, breathing, eating, sleeping golf. 08:56 You were... imbalanced. Yeah! 08:58 Oh, but you didn't think so. I didn't think so! 09:01 I want to get better at this; I want to keep this up. 09:03 And, of course... How many days a week were you playing? 09:06 Oh... How many days a week was he playing? 09:10 Too many! Too many. 09:12 So... yeah, let's just go through that. OK. 09:15 It was a hefty investment. 09:18 So anyways, she would tell me that, of course, I'm spending 09:23 too much time on the golf... And I'm: "No, I want to get 09:25 better. I want to be better at this and blah, blah, blah. " 09:28 All the excuses I could come up with. 09:30 And over the course of time I started to realize that 09:33 it too precedence over my relationship with my wife, 09:37 with Sherry. And something... Finally I opened my eyes 09:41 and I realized that and started taking strides to 09:44 not be so focused on golf... golf only. Um-hmm. 09:49 In addition, work pressure started getting in, so I wasn't 09:52 able to get out as much. And that actually helped me 09:54 too. Now golf is something I enjoy once in a while. 09:58 I still think about it, but it's not as obsessive 10:01 as... Yeah, he's gotten better. Thank you. 10:04 Amen! How about the Jacksons over here? 10:07 Now you have to know that the Jacksons... they are a very busy 10:11 ministry couple. They are holding down 10:14 a little ministry... a big ministry really... 10:17 that's doing gospel medical missionary training. 10:20 It's a school down there in Huntingdon, Tennessee, 10:22 and they travel the world around giving seminars, presentations, 10:26 and also bringing in health guests, right? That's right. 10:29 So talk to us about that. How do you have balance? 10:33 One of the things, too, especially when you're 10:34 mentioning ministry, the greatest challenge is that 10:37 when you're in ministry seeing the impact that you're having 10:41 on people's lives: that drives you. 10:45 It does. It drives you. It's a good thing. 10:48 And this is where the great challenge comes in our lives. 10:51 That we... and as probably in your life... as we see people 10:55 connecting with the gospel, receiving these precious truths, 10:59 etc. and accepting Jesus Christ you just go for it. 11:03 Now my challenge is: I carry over from an athletic type of 11:08 disposition of competitiveness and drive. 11:14 My wife is sort of different... she's steady. 11:16 But I was trained to operate on adrenaline. 11:20 And so when I became a Christian I had a passion for the work 11:25 but I was operating not on this athletic adrenaline 11:28 but I was operating on spiritual adrenaline. 11:30 And so to make a long story short, it's been a year today 11:34 that in my close to 40 years of ministry... Those who know me 11:38 I've never been really physically sick. 11:42 Common cold, etc. every now and then. Every now and then. 11:45 I mean nothing serious, you know. But last year about this 11:49 time I dropped from 185 down to almost 150. 11:54 Heart palpitations. Now that's important to understand 11:58 because you're a 6' 6" indi- vidual. I'm 6' 6". I always said 12:01 "I'm 6' 6". I can carry about 180 on my slim frame. " 12:04 Sometimes 185. But I dropped... which I don't have that much 12:07 to drop you see. Heart palpitations. 12:11 We find: loose bowels, dry mouth, 12:16 nervousness, anxiety and etc. 12:19 And that was not a gradual drop. That was like one day he was 12:24 his normal weight; next day we could feel here 12:28 and you could just feel the bones. You could see the ribs. 12:30 The face sucked in and etc. And my wife had to massage me 12:34 before I go to sleep. And we're out of the country 12:37 and I'm giving meetings. I'm holding on to the rostrum 12:41 while I'm teaching. And as people continue to bombard me 12:44 you know, there's a demand. Every time you go out 12:46 and you bless people more doors open. 12:48 So you cannot say no doing a good thing. 12:52 Rico, I'd like to comment on that if I could. 12:54 Um-hmm. Sickness. Sickness... right. 12:57 OK. I just want to encourage Dr. Jackson: 13:01 don't give up. You can't say no to people. 13:04 I mean, here's my motto: Push life to the limit. 13:08 Keep going, going, going until you're sick 13:10 and then the hospital or your own bed will allow you to relax 13:14 or hey, maybe you'll die. But hey! 13:16 You guys are OK with that, right? 13:18 Now we're going to completely disregard what he said. 13:21 You know, he tricked us. I thought he was going somewhere 13:25 positive but he said "get on your death bed. " 13:27 That's right. That's when we had to tune him out, right? 13:29 And not only do we... "Just keep pushing. " 13:31 You have to tune him out as well. 13:33 Keep pushing till you're on your death bed. 13:34 And a lot of people do that, though. They drive. 13:37 Sounds like you had something like adrenal fatigue. 13:40 That's right. Make a long story short 13:41 I discovered that my adrenal glands were exhausted... 13:45 was becoming exhausted. That affected my thyroid. 13:49 That produced hyper thyroidism. 13:52 Never experienced that in my life. Um-hmm. Never! 13:55 And so... Hypo? Hyper! Not hypo. 13:59 Over active, and the weight loss and all the other symptoms 14:04 that I was experiencing. 14:06 And just to cut this short, I will share with you probably 14:12 my experience about a computer I had. 14:15 It malfunctioned. God brought me back to this. 14:17 It malfunctioned, so I connected with the technician. 14:20 And we are in the country, in the woods. 14:23 And as I connected with the technician 14:26 he told me to push a button. 14:27 And I tried to explain to him what's going on. 14:30 He said: "Push a button; take your hands off the computer. " 14:32 So I took my hands off the computer. 14:34 So the cursor was moving, so now he's controlling my 14:36 computer, as some of us might know out there in the audience. 14:39 And so he eventually fixed my computer. 14:42 So I asked the technician. I said: "You know, let me ask 14:44 you a question. " I assumed that he was probably maybe 14:48 in another city which is 35 miles from us - Jackson - 14:52 'cause we're in the woods. I said: "Where are you located? " 14:55 He said: "I'm in the Philippines. " 14:56 Wow! So he was controlling my computer in the Philippines. 15:00 Now when I finished that, God downloaded... I believe 15:03 the Spirit of God spoke to me. He said: "You know, let me give 15:05 you a lesson here. " And He was preparing me 15:08 for this experience. He said: "As you connected 15:10 with that technician, that's what I want you to do with Me. " 15:13 And He says: "Now, I want you also as the technician told you 15:17 take your hands off your ministry 15:20 and off your life and I will fix it. " 15:22 Wow! And so one of the things that goes together with balance 15:26 is that we want to be in control - 15:28 um-hmm - and that everything is priorities. 15:30 And so when you're doing a good thing that every time someone 15:34 asks for you to come you jump on an airplane. 15:36 Eighty percent of our lives on an airplane. 15:38 We have a wonderful team... but it's on the airplane. 15:41 And as you know, Rico, not only giving these presentations 15:44 but you're talking about counseling people, 15:46 you're talking about coaching. Um-hmm. 15:48 I mean, that's draining. We're talking about 38 years. 15:51 So here's my final point. See, in Galatians chapter 6 15:54 verses 7 and 8 the Bible says you reap what you sow. 15:58 OK? That's a principle. However, the reaping is not 16:01 immediately. That's the second thing. 16:04 And the third thing is that the reaping is greater 16:08 than the sowing. Than the sowing. Um-hmm. 16:09 So I've been sowing intemperance in my work ethics. 16:13 Doing a good thing and then it affected me 16:17 to the point I almost lost my life. 16:19 I sit here on this program by God's grace 16:22 because I took my hands off the ministry. 16:26 I set priorities and as I was sharing here, my sister here, 16:31 that priorities... this is where faith's gotta come in. 16:35 I've got to trust God with the things that He's given me 16:38 and don't believe that I have to be doing everything. 16:41 Like nobody else can do it. That's right. 16:43 Then I understand what is God's will. 16:45 And the fact is, if I let this go something else is not 16:49 going to happen. But God said it's not 16:52 any man's way to direct his steps - um-hmm - 16:54 for the end thereof is death. 16:56 So God said: "Let Me direct your steps. " 16:59 So I have three priorities in my life. 17:02 God is my first priority. 17:04 Be sure that I'm in His will. My second priority 17:07 is the family. The third priority is work. 17:10 That's the priorities. Got to have your priorities straight. 17:12 Exactly. I know you have some points 17:15 and then you may even want to comment on that 17:16 because you were going through it with him. 17:18 But let's see how... let's see how this particular newsclip 17:23 shows us the same thing that he's talking about. 17:25 People not really able to juggle their life, their work 17:29 and life balance. Let's take a look. 17:33 Striking a balance between work and family 17:35 is a work in progress for Julie Lester. 17:38 I'm going to have to actually go and pick up my kids. 17:40 Juggling her full-time job the mother of two 17:43 sometimes wishes she could spend more time at home 17:46 with her young children. How was school? 17:48 But Julie says for her and her husband David 17:51 financially it's just not doable in Washington, D.C. 17:55 The cost of living every- where seems to be going up 17:57 and people's salaries are not necessarily coinciding with 18:01 that rise. So it's driving more 18:04 people into the workforce. 18:06 The Lesters are part of a growing tend. 18:08 A new Pew Research Center poll found rapid changes 18:12 in the last few years. In 2007, 21% of working mothers 18:17 wanted to work full time. 18:18 Now it's jumped to 37%, 18:21 researchers say due in large part to the recession 18:25 and financial insecurity. 18:27 The women who were the most likely to say they wanted 18:29 to work full time were some of the most economically 18:32 vulnerable. The survey also found 18:34 workplace priorities are different for men and women. 18:37 Men value the high-paying jobs 18:40 while a flexible schedule ranks higher for women. 18:43 But finding that flexible schedule may be more difficult. 18:47 We hear from the newsclip and also from the testimony that 18:51 Dr. Jackson just shared with us 18:53 you've gotta have priorities. 18:55 Priority #1 is relationship with yourself and God. 18:59 Allowing Him to take full control 19:01 and to be the driver. That's right. 19:04 Number two: family. 19:06 You saw here in the clip that it was important for this woman 19:09 that she care for her family. 19:11 But sometimes we have that even before God. 19:15 That's right. And that will cause some major issues. 19:18 And third: then comes the work. Then comes the work. 19:22 That's the balance. That's a wonderful perspective 19:25 on how to balance this thing out. 19:27 Now when he was going through this, how were you doing? 19:30 I was mentally fatigued. 19:34 I was stressed, I was stressed because 19:38 I saw him losing. 19:42 I thought I was getting ready to be a widow. 19:45 Wow! It was that serious? It was serious. 19:47 Wow! But I prayed and asked God to give me strength 19:52 to be able to do what needed to be done. 19:55 Because, see, I saw what was getting ready to happen 19:59 to us there, and I said: "Let's go home. " 20:02 He said: "No, we have all these souls here 20:05 and we've gotta do it! " He's to drive. 20:07 And I said: "Let's go. " 20:11 Because I would rather have him than all of those other souls 20:15 because I know if he's gone then it's going to be 20:18 a different story. Umm. 20:19 Who will be out there impacting the world 20:21 in the way that you do? Somebody else will. 20:24 There was a point that God revealed to me. He says that, 20:27 you know, "You're going to rob Me of My glory. " 20:32 And then He gave me some examples of other 20:35 servants of His that went prematurely to their grave. 20:39 He reminded me of those individuals. 20:42 And the fact is is that at the expense of losing your soul 20:46 trying to help others... So we've got to have a balance. 20:50 Do we stop ministry? No. But we have to bring in balance. 20:52 So today I say: "Thank you, Lord! 20:56 Therefore, I'm not in control... You're in control. " Sure. 20:59 So every demand, every request doesn't mean I have to respond. 21:03 The apostle Paul... there were times the Holy Spirit had to 21:05 tell Paul. Said: "No... you don't go there. " 21:08 So God has to download. That's where that trust 21:11 relationship comes in. God has to be the governing 21:13 and driving force in our lives, and we've got to trust. 21:16 We've been having memory texts. God said, you know: "I will keep 21:19 My saints' feet from being taken. 21:22 I will be your confidence. I will preserve the path 21:27 for My children. " And so the Word of God 21:29 has become real in my life and I know that He's in control. 21:32 Amen... amen. So... have you had any situation 21:35 like this ever? Of course! 21:38 Now, now, I want to throw this to you all 21:41 because, you know, a principle that is played out in the Word 21:45 of God says that: "God is not a respecter of persons. " 21:48 He's not a respecter of persons. In other words, 21:51 He will deal with everyone the same. That's right! 21:54 The rain falls on the just and the unjust - that's right - 21:56 right? So He doesn't look at the person who's in ministry 22:01 or in the health work and say: "Well you're doin' My work 22:05 so therefore you're excluded or you're exempt from this law - 22:10 that's right - of balance, right? That's correct. 22:13 So talk to me. As healthcare providers, as a physical 22:16 therapist, an occupational therapist, what have you found 22:20 in your work that makes this principle true? 22:24 Well there is a lot of balance, especially with our kind of 22:27 patients we see all the time. We need emotional and physical 22:33 and mental balance when we're at work. 22:36 And sometimes, at least with my population of people 22:40 who are neurologically impaired, they suck the life out of me 22:43 because there's so much cogni- tive involvement that there is. 22:46 So by the time I get home and we're trying to do things 22:49 or work in a ministry I'm already wasted. 22:52 Yes. I'm already wasted. And when you say wasted 22:54 you mean that you're just tired. I'm dying! 22:57 All my energy is just gone, and it does affect the relationship. 23:01 It affects the relationship for family and for the people 23:04 that we are ministering outside of work 23:06 besides the ones inside of work. 23:08 See, what is happens is that... What Reidland I have done is 23:11 really focus on what you said: basing God first. 23:14 We have worship first; we spend time with God first. 23:17 We memorize scripture together. Yes. 23:20 So what we do is, you know, we cast all our burdens 23:25 upon Him, and He will take care of us so that we can take care 23:28 of others. Oh, that's beautiful! Beautiful point. 23:31 Very important. Casting our cares upon Him 23:34 so that we can take care of others. 23:36 I like that... I like that. That is something to take 23:38 to the bank. What Reidland said is that one thing we have done 23:40 is that we started with some friends of ours an "I Recite 23:43 Group" which is a Bible memorization group. 23:45 And we meet up once a month and we recite. We memorize 23:49 throughout that month different passages. 23:51 And that has become a huge foundation for us 23:54 to keep us solid on the Word and trusting God 23:58 so that we can continue the work that He has given us. 24:01 Wonderful! Now, we just have a few moments left 24:04 but... Healthy now? You're back? What? 90%? 95%? 24:08 I would say 98. 98... that's a good number! 24:12 That's a good number. You're 98% better. 24:15 She's happy hubby is home 24:18 and about to take off maybe the rest of the year, I don't know. 24:21 Happy spouse? Happy house! 24:24 That's right. You're not playing golf as much. 24:27 Praying in the morning together. 24:29 Now Sickness set us up. He said that you've got some 24:33 good things over here you've gotta have some bad things. 24:35 That's not the kind of balance we're talking about. 24:37 That's right. We're talking a balance of all good things 24:41 but being able to hold them in balance. 24:43 Because who ultimately holds it in balance? God does! 24:46 'Cause we put Him first. And when He's put first 24:49 He will help you balance out your family. 24:51 He will help you balance out your work load 24:53 and how to balance those things between family and work. 24:57 All those things are very very difficult. 24:59 You've heard the testimony of our wonderful couple here 25:02 and they have shared how they've had their struggles. 25:05 So that means that none of us are exempt. 25:08 None of us are immune to having to struggle. 25:11 BUT... when we put God first - Amen - When we allow Him 25:15 to drive and we take our hands "off the plow" - come on - 25:18 He'll do it for us. Amen! We'll see you next time. 25:21 May God bless you. 25:24 In the 40th chapter of Isaiah the Bible rhetorically asks 25:27 these questions: "Who has measured the waters in 25:30 the hollow of His hand? Or with the breadth of His hand 25:34 marked off the heavens? 25:36 Who has held the dust of the earth in a basket 25:40 or weighed the mountains on a scales and the hills 25:44 in a balance? " You know, the Lord truly is a God 25:48 of balance. In giving man his diet 25:52 He gave a balanced meal plan with foods that were both acid 25:57 and alkaline. In relationships He prescribed 26:00 the balanced formula for happiness between a man 26:03 and a woman. Even in a perfect garden 26:07 man received a perfect balance directive to enjoy 26:13 his surroundings while also working to dress 26:16 and keep that garden. 26:18 God is a God of balance! 26:21 Today I have to admit I've learned something. 26:24 Wow! What'd you learn? 26:25 I learned that YOU don't think I'm very balanced. 26:32 Well... that's our program for today. 26:34 Oh no, no you don't. 26:35 You're going to answer me this right here and now. 26:38 Why don't you think I'm balanced? 26:40 Is it because of my high-acid meat diet? 26:43 The fact that I love to put processed foods in everything 26:45 I eat? Or that's really all I eat. 26:47 Is it all the sugar or because my therapist 26:50 thinks I have a one-track mind about sickness? 26:53 What is it that makes you think I'm unbalanced? 26:56 You know what? You're right. 26:58 You should know what I think so I think I should tell you. 27:01 Thank you. OK... you remember you were talking 27:05 earlier about that whole... that analogy of the 27:07 car that was going down the hill without brakes 27:10 and the people didn't know they were in a car? 27:13 Oh yes! Well that was brilliant. Remember that? 27:15 Yes. That was not only a brilliant analogy 27:18 but it was a brilliant assessment. 27:21 It was so accurate! Thank you. 27:24 So there you go... that's what I think. 27:26 Thank you. Well that's our program for today. 27:29 Remember III John 2: "Beloved, I wish above all 27:32 things that thou mayest prosper and be in health. " 27:34 I'm Rico Hill. Maranatha. 27:37 And I'm the very balanced Sickness 27:40 speeding down a hill in a car with no brakes, baby. |
