And again, 00:56 I think about God's family being together in heaven. 00:58 To me, that's like a little for taste of that is and that ye 01:01 praise the Lord. But to see your face to face is 01:25 so much better. And so that's why we love daddy and those of 01:29 you at home. This is Doctor Bart 01:44 Brock, associate professor at at Colorado Christian 01:47 University. We just had the opportunity and privilege to 01:50 meet you just recently. And you have a tremendous testimony. 01:55 Tell us how you first heard about 3ABN. 01:58 >> Listen, it's my privilege to be here. And I'm so glad to see 02:02 you shall receive power because it was the power of 3 ABN that 02:08 really connected with me. Real quickly out. Tell the 02:12 story. So about 5 years ago, I was widowed. And, you know, 02:17 it's always the husband that goes for. So as a huge shock 02:22 for me. And it was unexpected and I went through a long 02:26 period. I guess you could say depression 02:29 and I was doing some work. That was very important. 02:33 But that depression set in and I knew I had to have a way to 02:37 get through that. So we know the word, of course, is the 02:40 first thing to go to. But sometimes you need a little 02:43 help of word from somebody else. And so I knew they're 02:47 going to sing a bit rich in Lady Love. I had known them for 02:50 a number years and I started to search and what do I find? 02:54 But so many times their own 3 ABN and solve again to see 02:59 them. And the beauty is, as I was telling Mister Danny, 03:03 the 03:04 I want to and aspect to. So you can see it live. But you 03:08 can also see it on demand. And so I'm probably like 1000 03:13 views on every video that I have, probably the one that did 03:17 it. But I would hear them over and over again and see 03:21 particularly those music programs. There were so 03:25 powerful that I'm glad you start with music, because I 03:28 think it just touches the heart. It touched mine. And as 03:32 we talk about power, that's the power of the Holy Spirit. 03:36 >> This is this is a Doctor Rock's first time in an ad 03:41 Venice meeting. Yes, the owner of the never been have been as 03:47 charity event, but he came all the way from Florida. He found 03:51 it. We were going to be here. He said now you said that if 03:54 you don't mind saying it publicly, but you basically 03:57 didn't want to live. So what was your prayer when you and 03:59 pray that? No, yes, as you said that. 04:02 >> Depression doesn't begin to touch it every night. I prayed 04:07 Lord, don't let me wake up for a year and a half every night. 04:12 Don't let me wake up because the pain was so bad. So that's 04:17 again. Why talk about it was 3 ABN that I could turn on and 04:23 here that in the morning and get through another day and now 04:26 I still pray the same thing at the night. Yeah, but eventually 04:30 one day I woke up and said, you know, I want to live. 04:33 >> That's right. All right. All right. Or praise the lard 04:36 that incredible. We love hearing those testimonies but 04:40 getting to meet. That's why having needs to be and is going 04:43 to be for an eternity. It's going to take us an attorney to 04:46 meet everybody. You know, that that uh, by helping or 04:49 supporting or witness to or they witness to us and then 04:53 sitting with Jesus and I mean, it's going to be within a to 04:57 eternity because we have a great time. No more sickness, 05:00 no more pay, no more depression. Exactly. It is that 05:04 more death and all of that, some of you experience that. 05:07 I mean, we have, you know, some of you been through it recently 05:10 and it's it's tough. And but 05:14 thank the Lord for all of you. Thank you for your love and 05:17 prayers and support of 3 ABN because we continue to get on 05:20 the air reaching people that, you know, might never 05:25 hear about Jesus from somebody else. But we get to story after 05:29 story. They call say call Greg, you get emails, you get 05:33 letters. We all do. And we've had many people who've said 05:37 some said they had guns to their head ready, too ready to 05:40 kill themselves. One person said they didn't want his 05:43 neighbors to here. So we turned the TV on and just turned it so 05:46 loud to cover the gunshot. Now to Carter is on and said 05:50 friend Jesus loves you. He died for you. Made a plan. He put 05:53 the literally gunned down called the 3 been prayer line. 05:57 I think his brother, Dan Z that prayed with him and we've seen 06:00 that over and over and over. But we're so thankful that God 06:04 has done a great it. Marvelous were wife Janay. Love. Love the 06:10 Lord. 06:11 >> Yes, yes. About the blessing that the Lord has given. 06:13 No, yes. In March after 5 years remarried, I never could have 06:19 thought that would happen. My dad 11:00 came and family from a family of 14 originally. And so one 11:05 got Combs service mother died early. So 12 kids. So there's a 11:08 lot of aunts and uncles and I have something like 40 some-odd 11:12 first cousins on the show side. And then of course, I have 11:16 several brother. So there's 4 boys and my sister, Tammy. 11:20 So there's quite a few Shelton's running around here. 11:23 And but the most of us like music and enjoy music. But 11:27 Jerry Land, we've got a little time. I want to give a little 11:30 bit of your stories. Some heard it last and heard part of it. 11:33 But we have something new we're going to and it's a song Angels 11:37 in the room. If you haven't heard Jerry Lynn story, when 11:39 just going to be the quick version, we only have a few 11:42 minutes. But just one of the most incredible stories I've 11:45 ever heard and why it's worth repeating. And she has a brand 11:49 new book is published by who? Yeah. That looks and 11:53 distributed by Simon and Schuster. Iman Schuster's 11:55 distributing it. You have some with you here. I do and can't 11:58 meeting. It's incredible. Of course it's angels in a room 12:01 and she wrote with Jaron Davis. Anybody know who Jaron Davis. 12:06 He wrote Holy Ground. Anybody ever hear Holy ground. 12:09 As I walked through the door, you heard the Gerrans an 12:12 incredible songwriter. So you've got with Sharon and 12:15 through 12:17 my nephew, Rick, Rick Shelton and a win. And so he provided a 12:21 lot of music. And so together, you all put together this new 12:24 product, a new song. It's incredible. And jurors in the 12:27 room to give us a little bit of your story. 12:30 [MUSIC] 12:32 >> My husband, Jason and I struggled with infertility for 12:36 close to 10 years and the last 5 of those years we tried every 12:40 option possible. We looked into foster care. We looked into 12:44 adoption. We have a heart for adoption, but it was so 12:48 expensive at the time it was cost prohibitive for us. 12:52 So we just kept praying. And we had hundreds of people 12:54 praying, 12:57 prayed over every aspect of our infertility journey and ask for 13:01 God to guide us. And so we worked with several doctors 13:06 during this time. I started in fertility medicine and try 13:11 different infertility treatments and one after the 13:14 other just kept failing. 13:17 And we finally came to the last possible treatment that I was 13:23 told that I could try physically and that's called 13:26 the IVF process in vitro fertilization. 13:29 But again, it is all so expensive 13:33 that it was literally the last chance that I had at this 13:36 point. We had been trying for 9 years. I was 36 years old. 13:40 I've been told by another doctor that I really needed a 13:44 hysterectomy and it was just devastating to me. 13:48 So he wanted to try IVF and it was so expensive. And I felt 13:53 like I was at just across the road, a fork in the road, 13:56 not knowing which way to go. 13:59 I knew that if we adopted, I would have a precious baby. 14:05 If we tried IVF, 14:07 we don't know if it will work and I could only afford one 14:10 treatment. 14:11 And so I prayed God, please. I prayed like never before. 14:15 God, please. I need specific direction. Please show me which 14:19 route I need to go. If you want to place a baby in my arms 14:22 through the wonderful world of adoption, that's what I want. 14:25 If you want me to be able to carry a baby, then that's what 14:27 I want. But please show me what I need to do specifically. 14:31 So there's no confusion. And that was my prayer. 14:34 And within a week or 2, I was reading in scripture. I'm in my 14:39 Bible at night, like I often do before I go to bed and I was 14:43 trying to get back to the scriptures. I was reading the 14:45 previous night. So I was just looking for my for the 14:48 bookmark. 14:49 But instead the Bible literally fell open 14:54 to Isaiah 54 14:57 saying barren woman, 15:00 you have never conceived 15:04 shout for Joy. 15:08 You have never experienced childbirth, prepare your tents 15:12 and other words. Get ready. Yeah, prepare. It's going to 15:15 happen. And so I knew that I was supposed to go the IVF 15:19 route. 15:21 So as we came into this last procedure, the embryo transfer, 15:29 I was with my doctor and he said the procedure went well. 15:32 And he also was a man a face. And he said, you know, I've 15:36 done now all that I can do. That's medically possible. 15:40 The rest is left to a higher power. I have placed the embryo 15:44 in your womb, but I cannot make that embryo attach that's left 15:48 to a higher power. And if it's going to attach it will attach 15:51 within 12 to 36 hours. So my instructions were to go home 15:56 and to rest for 36 hours 15:58 and to take a pregnancy test in 10 days to see if it will work. 16:03 So I went home prepared to I was so excited to get to rest 16:07 for 10 days. I was thrilled. And so I go home. And and Jason 16:12 made me some dinner and we had dinner and we watch the news 16:16 and we went to bed. 16:18 I woke up the next morning 16:20 and I found Jason still laying in bed with me 16:25 and I looked over at him and he was looking at the ceiling and 16:28 he had 16:29 tears just streaming down his face. 16:32 And I looked at him and concern, of course, and said 16:35 they what's wrong? Are you OK? 16:37 He looked at me and I can tell these were not just years. 16:41 He had his eyes were swollen. 16:43 He had been weeping has said, Babe, are you okay? What's 16:46 wrong? And he said 16:48 I'm okay, 16:49 but I got to tell you something. And I said, OK, 16:53 and he said, are you going to think I'm crazy? 16:56 And I said, well, I don't think so. 17:00 He said Bay, 17:02 it worked. 17:03 You're pregnant. 17:06 And I said, what do you mean? It worked? I'm pregnant. 17:09 I set out. We were just told yesterday by the doctor that 17:13 there's no way to know this for 10 more days if it worked or 17:16 not. And he said, oh, it worked. 17:20 And I said, well, how do you know this? And I knew we had so 17:23 many people. I'm praying. And we were claiming that we 17:27 were praising God in advance for this. So I wasn't 17:31 surprised. I said, well, do you mean that God confirmed it for 17:34 you last night in a dream or something like, how do you know 17:37 this? And he asked me one more time. Are you sure 17:40 you're not going to think that? I'm crazy. And I said, of 17:43 course not babe. Tell me. 17:45 And he said Bay, there were angels in our room last night. 17:51 And I said what? 17:54 And he went on to tell me the incredible story 17:57 that when he was awakened in the middle of the night, 18:00 he saw 3 angels at the foot of our bed 18:04 and he immediately fell to the side of the bed and began 18:07 worshipping God because he knew exactly what was happening. 18:11 He knew they were angels. He knew why they were there 18:14 that God was answering our prayer and he began to worship 18:17 God and to thank him and he said God, thank you so much. 18:21 I can't believe you're doing this for us 18:24 and he was immediately corrected by the Angels and the 18:28 Angel said, no, 18:30 this is not just happening for you. 18:33 What you're seeing is how he does it every time 18:38 for every one of us. 18:41 And what's so beautiful about this experience 18:44 is that we have, you know, as Christians, we know we were 18:47 created by God, 18:49 but this experience and the IVF process shows us an actual time 18:53 frame. We were waiting during that 12 to 6.36 hour period as 18:58 as it is said medically to see if the embryos would attach. 19:03 But think of the Somme U.S. description. You knit me 19:06 together and my mother's womb. I am fearfully and wonderfully 19:11 made and we Jason got to see a glimpse of this happening and 19:16 what's so beautiful and the reason for the book, the reason 19:18 for the song, it's not just to tell about our miracle. It is a 19:21 miracle for all of us. It is a reminder to all of us that we 19:25 have a creator 19:26 and what special about this is for those who have been told 19:31 all of their life, 19:32 maybe because of the circumstances of of their 19:35 conception, you are an accident. 19:39 God had nothing to do with you. 19:42 You are unplanned Ewan wanted. And I'm here to tell you 19:46 that that is the biggest lie of the enemy of our so 19:50 Jesus looked down. God look down the creator of the 19:53 universe 19:55 and he saw an opportunity to place a soul 19:59 and in our sleep vessel, 20:01 regardless of your circumstances of your 20:03 conception 20:05 and he formed you, he created you. You have a purpose. 20:10 And there are angels in every room, right? 20:14 >> And he looked up. He looked up. Jason looked up to the sky. 20:18 What are the sea? 20:19 >> He saw a 4th flight. 20:22 >> Like an angel. And I said, did you hear the number of 20:25 angel she said was in the room to 3 inches ever hear that term 20:30 before? And the Bible to revelation 18 says in the 4th 20:34 Angel helped to 3 near it was lightning with the glory of 20:38 God. 20:39 As for those of us who are seven-day avenues, Christians 20:43 who study revelation, we understand that the first 20:48 annual says fear of God and give glory to him for the ire 20:52 of his judgment is come right. Worship him who created have 20:55 unearthed through this experience, Jerry Lan and 20:58 Jason. That's exactly what they're doing. We may get up 21:02 and preach this preach that. But their testimony is no 21:06 Ferrer. God give glory to him. He's the creator. No life 21:10 without God, period. So for every human being ever born for 21:15 every human being ever born, 21:18 it's God that doesn't absolutely maybe uses through 21:21 the Angels like here. 3 angels in the room. So you wrote the 21:25 book. Yes, Angels interim tells a story. Much more detail. 21:30 Incredible story. And then you tell us about the song. 21:35 >> Yes, so I sat down with Sharon Davis and we wanted to 21:40 try to capture the story 21:43 and the first verse talks about what happened to Jason and I 21:47 and that experience. And the second verse is for all that 21:51 this is not just happening for us, that they're angels in 21:53 every room. I says help us to see 31:26 you for the God of love that you are. People want to say all 31:30 these terrible things. There is no god or your daughter's 31:33 Georgian people forever. You got to help us to see you 31:36 as you are. God is love you. Our love and your love is 31:40 amazing. We thank you for that.
