00:45 Hello and welcome to "Health for a Lifetime"
00:47 I'm your host Don Mackintosh 00:48 and today, we're just delighted to have 00:50 Dr. Mary Ann McNeilus with us. 00:52 Welcome Dr. McNeilus. 00:53 We're glad that you could take time out of your schedule 00:55 And, you've written a new book... 00:58 Well actually, it's not that new... 00:59 It's been out for several years and now is in, I believe, 01:02 12 different languages... Cambodia, Thailand, did you say; 01:06 Laotian, Vietnamese, Romanian, Spanish, 01:11 and several African dialects. 01:13 It's entitled "God's Healing Way" 01:15 And, it has the natural remedies section, 01:19 and then it has also the health laws... 01:22 Actually that's the first section, 01:23 then the natural remedies. 01:24 And then God's healing way, that being the God's power 01:31 in those different aspects, or simple remedies. 01:35 And today you're going to show us a simple remedy, 01:37 and you'll see here we kind of got things set up here 01:39 ...I am feeling SICK, I have a COLD, 01:43 I feel TERRIBLE... 01:45 and what are you going to do for me today? 01:47 I have a headache... I just feel terrible! 01:50 We're going to do the hot foot bath. 01:54 One of the very basic treatments that I feel 01:58 if you know no other hydrotherapy treatment, 02:02 and this was the only one you knew, 02:04 you could treat the greatest 02:06 variety of ailments with this one. 02:09 Okay, so do I need to take off my shoes, 02:11 or anything like that? Yes you will. 02:13 Okay, I'll start doing that, and let's just get ready here. 02:16 So, anybody at home you can take off your shoes, 02:18 that's easy enough to do. 02:21 While Don is taking off his shoes, I want to read to you 02:25 a text from Psalm 33:6, 9 02:30 It says, "By the word of the Lord, were the heavens made, 02:35 and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth 02:39 for He spake and it was done. He commanded and it stood fast" 02:46 If God can speak and have something appear 02:52 before our eyes, certainly his power can be with us 02:56 and attend us when we practice these simple healing remedies. 03:00 Okay, I have this little container here, 03:04 and what do we need to do? 03:06 This container is full of hot water, 03:10 and it's a good idea for us to roll up our sleeves here 03:14 and decide is this water too hot or not hot enough for your feet. 03:20 Well our hands are not a good indicator of hot and cold 03:24 as we talked about in a prior program... Too many calluses 03:29 or whatnot... Not as sensitive. 03:31 Not as sensitive, so you have to use your... 03:33 So we can use our elbow to check and see... 03:36 And if our elbow can stay in the hot water without 03:39 having to be withdrawn quickly, 03:42 it's good enough for his feet. 03:44 So I should put my feet right in there. 03:46 How full do we fill this up? 03:48 We like to have it full enough so that when the feet are in, 03:51 the water comes at least halfway between the 03:56 ankles and the knees. 03:57 It's ideal to have it about mid calf. 04:01 I don't run away from you now... 04:02 I can't get away now, you've got me! We have a captive audience. 04:05 Now what do we do next? 04:06 Now we have his feet in the warm water, 04:10 and he's feeling comfortable. 04:13 It isn't overly hot, or too cool. Okay 04:17 The next thing you can see here, we have draped on the chair 04:20 a blanket... I just cover myself up with this... 04:23 underneath, on the outer cover and a sheet, a flat sheet 04:28 on the inner cover, and so then we will simply bring this around 04:33 his shoulders... 04:35 I'm feeling much better already, 04:37 although I still have that crushing headache. 04:39 You're going to feel a little warm and sweaty... All right 04:42 And of course, when we do the treatment we'll probably 04:45 have people in a comfortable light attire, 04:49 like an undergarment, or a sleeping garment... 04:52 No suit and tie like me... NOT like that. 04:55 But, we will pretend that that's the case. 05:00 We like to cover where the feet are... 05:04 completely cover so that the water will stay warm 05:09 for a reasonable length of time... 05:11 And we'll like it so that in a period of time, 05:16 actually, the individual will start to sweat. 05:19 You know, there were 2 things that I still need to do... 05:23 One is, this towel that is draped here, 05:28 is actually not just for decoration, 05:30 it actually should have been put on the floor 05:34 before this pan of hot water was put here, 05:37 but since we don't actually have hot water in here, 05:39 we can take a little liberty to slip it underneath here 05:43 and later on, you'll see why this is a handy thing to do, 05:48 especially if you have that pail full of water, 05:51 and reasonably heavy. 05:52 The other thing that I like to remind people that you do 05:57 before the treatment begins is to always remember 06:02 to have a word of prayer. 06:05 We pray first to ask the Lord's blessing upon the treatment 06:10 We pray after the treatment to thank Him for helping us 06:15 with the treatment. 06:16 And now, I would like to share with you a little picture 06:21 that I have from the country of Cambodia... 06:23 If we can show that now... 06:26 When we are in the field, or out in the villages, 06:32 I remind the people just as I have reminded you 06:35 that we always... I said if they remember 06:40 nothing else that I tell them, please remember 06:43 to begin the treatment with prayer, 06:45 asking for the Lord's blessings, and to complete the treatment 06:49 with a prayer of thanks... 06:51 Of thanksgiving to him for helping with the treatment. 06:54 That is the faith factor that we don't wait for the result 06:59 ...we pray and ask Him and thank Him for giving 07:03 a good result to our treatment. 07:07 So, you're praying and thanking Him for that, 07:10 but what's the real way this works? 07:12 How does this work physiologically? 07:13 We know that the power of prayer, of course, works 07:16 and nothing else will work without it, 07:18 but how is this treatment working, and what's it doing? 07:21 God has laws or laws of health and laws of physiology 07:26 and we're employing one of the God-given laws 07:29 and that is when we put the feet in hot water, 07:32 the feet often will turn a pink color, 07:35 and the reason for that is that the heat will dilate 07:40 the blood vessels upon the surface of the skin 07:42 and as much as one-third of the blood volume of the body 07:45 then can come to the area of the feet. 07:48 And this will actually decongest the head, 07:54 or anything proximal to the feet... 07:56 and this is why anything from a headache to a backache, 08:00 to a stomachache, to even pelvic cramps can be helped 08:07 with the benefit of a hot foot bath, 08:09 and this is why it is such a versatile treatment, 08:12 and such a wonderful treatment. 08:14 So if you have towels, and you have a bucket, 08:16 if you have hot water, and you have trust and faith in God, 08:18 then this is going to help with 08:20 a LOT of different things... It will 08:21 How long do I sit here, 08:23 and how long do I stay a cocoon... as it were 08:26 Well, an ideal time is about 20 to 30 minutes 08:32 at least for an adult, and for a smaller child from, 08:36 say the age of 3 onward, and you can use it as soon as 08:40 the child can sit still for a period of time, 08:42 it may only be 10 or 15 minutes for a smaller child. 08:46 ...But that's all right, that can be done, 08:48 So anywhere from 10 to 15, possibly 20 minutes for a child, 08:54 but 20 to 30, sometimes even 40 minutes for an adult. 08:58 Okay, so now we've been there 09:00 20 minutes - 30 minutes, and then what do we do? 09:03 Not quite... Okay, what do we do next? 09:04 He's only been in his treatment for about 5 minutes now 09:08 and are you starting to get warm? 09:10 I'm warm... I'm feeling swaddled. 09:13 Well, this is why, in addition to the bucket of hot water, 09:17 you will have another basin here which you will see, 09:20 and this has some ice water in it... Hmmm 09:23 and, not as bad as you think, this is a welcome feel 09:27 and there are a couple of washcloths... 09:29 There may be a small towel, and these are in this ice water 09:35 for a very good reason... 09:36 Because when you start to get warm, and start to get warm 09:38 and start to sweat... ... Put them on my head! 09:39 That's right, we want to keep 09:41 the head cool with these treatments. 09:43 This will minimize any chance of getting headaches, 09:46 and it will also be a comfort factor as well. 09:50 All right, well put it on there! 09:52 All right! Do it up there, put that big one 09:54 on there and let's just... The long ones, 09:56 a lot of times, you can put it right around the neck. 10:00 And this is one thing, you can put the cool water 10:03 right around the neck... 10:04 Don't want to cover my microphone up too much there. 10:07 No, we'll try to leave that out. 10:09 If he sounds muffled, we'll know we have to 10:11 change the towel. Okay... 10:13 And then we just, with a small child, you can actually 10:16 just make a turban, and you can even with an adult, 10:19 take a larger towel and make a turban, put it right around 10:22 the head, or you can wipe the head with a cool towel 10:27 or washcloth during the time of the treatment... 10:31 I never felt better... 10:33 A lot of times, when you start to sweat, you can lose 10:36 as much as a cup of water just through the pores of your skin 10:40 with sweat during a treatment, 10:42 and this is why we like to also have a glass of water, 10:45 and a straw, depending if a person is lying down... 10:49 it's just a little easier to drink with a straw. 10:51 And so, this can be just room temperature water 10:55 and we will give him a sip of water. 10:58 All right, I certainly need one. 10:59 Ummmm... For your mouth is a little dry 11:03 by then... Excellent! Good. 11:05 So, we try to keep comfortable. 11:08 But there's another thing we have to remember too... 11:10 All the time his feet have been in the water, 11:13 it's been 5 or 10 minutes now 11:15 and SO we need to add a little hot water to that bucket. 11:21 Are your feet getting a little cool now? 11:24 They're getting cool... We need some hot water. 11:26 Getting a little bit too comfortable 11:28 Yeah, just add a little water. All righty! 11:29 Well for this, we may do several things... 11:32 Depending on the size of the bucket, 11:34 he can take his feet out of the bucket, 11:36 but if we can move his feet to one side... 11:39 Sure, put some in there... 11:41 We can just move, actually one foot in front of the other 11:44 to one side, and you will notice... Yes indeed 11:48 It's pretty tight quarters, and this is hot water 11:50 This is boiling water! All right 11:53 So, we don't want to burn him, 11:54 and if anything, I'm going to burn myself before I 11:56 burn my patient. 11:58 So I will take my hand, and swish around the water here 12:03 and between my hand, and the edge of the bucket, 12:06 I will carefully and slowly pour in some hot water. 12:09 But what you don't do, is you don't have the person take 12:12 their feet out, if possible. 12:13 You may not have to do it. Right, good. 12:15 So you can just put them to one side, 12:18 but I have to keep in touch with you... 12:19 I don't just dump in the whole bucket, 12:22 our teakettle, but I say, "How does that feel now" 12:27 It feels good, but we have about a minute, 30 left here, 12:29 so what do we to finish this up? 12:31 All right... Since we've got to finish our treatment, 12:35 and we'll assume we've done this several times. Okay 12:37 This is the grand finale to this treatment. 12:40 At the end of the treatment, we have him take his feet 12:44 out of the water... 12:45 Put them right on that towel? NOT quite yet! Almost... 12:48 But just kind of bring your feet up here, 12:50 and put them right on my hand, actually, 12:55 and tip your toes up towards the ceiling, 12:57 toes up towards the ceiling... 12:59 And this is a pitcher of cold water... OHHHH NO! 13:03 OH... but his feet have been nice and hot, 13:04 so then we let him know what we're doing... 13:07 this will be only a few seconds of cool water, 13:10 and he was a very good patient. 13:12 He didn't even kick me, reflexly here... 13:14 And then we put the feet down, 13:16 and we put the feet right on the towel... To close the pores? 13:19 Yes, to close the pores of the skin, 13:22 and can finish the treatment. 13:24 They we dry well between the toes, 13:26 put on a pair of warm socks or slippers. 13:28 If he has gotten very sweaty, then we will simply take a 13:33 towel and we will take out his arms and the legs. 13:38 We will just have him bring his arms straight out here, 13:40 and we'll just... Rub me down! 13:43 Take off the sweat with the cool cloth... I feel better already! 13:46 And then we'll dry it, and we'll do that to 13:48 both arms and legs, and then we'll let him put on a 13:51 clean change of nonsweaty night clothes, 13:55 and go rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour. 14:00 If we don't have time to rest, 14:02 we don't have time for the treatment, so you need to rest 14:04 We're talking to Dr. Mary Ann McNeilus 14:07 I feel much better, and I think you will too if 14:10 you come back and join us in the second half. 14:12 We've got more things to show you. 14:13 We hope that you join us. 14:17 Have you found yourself wishing that you could shed a few pounds 14:20 Have you been on a diet for most of your life, 14:22 but not found anything that will really keep the weight off? 14:26 If you've answered "yes" to any of these questions, 14:28 then we have a solution for you that works! 14:31 Dr. Hans Diehl and Dr. Aileen Ludington 14:34 have written a marvelous booklet called 14:36 "Reversing Obesity Naturally" 14:38 and we'd like to send it to you FREE of charge. 14:41 Here's a medically sound approach successfully used 14:44 by thousands who are able to eat more, 14:46 and lose weight permanently without feeling 14:49 guilty or hungry through lifestyle medicine. 14:52 Dr. Diehl and Dr. Ludington have been featured on 14:54 3ABN, and in this booklet, they present a 14:57 sensible approach to eating, nutrition and lifestyle changes 15:01 that can help you prevent heart disease, diabetes, 15:03 and even cancer. 15:05 Call or write today for your free copy of 15:07 "Reversing Obesity Naturally" 15:08 and you could be on your way to a healthier, happier YOU! 15:12 It's absolutely FREE of charge. 15:14 So call or write today. 15:17 Welcome back! 15:18 As you can tell, I feel much better. 15:20 I'm no longer enshrouded with various cloths, 15:23 and garments, but Dr. McNeilus, thank you 15:25 very much, I feel much better. 15:29 Also, I'm just delighted with your book that has all the 15:31 information about these 15:32 different treatments... "God's Healing Way" 15:34 And so we looked at the hot foot bath that can happen 15:37 in any culture in any country, 15:39 and really has a lot of different treatments... 15:41 But I have something I've got to confess... 15:44 You know what it is... Tell me 15:47 I still sense that I have a sore throat. 15:50 I have a little tickle in my throat, 15:51 and so what can you do to help me? 15:54 I have just the remedy for you! 15:57 Excellent! I thought you might. 15:58 And it is in our little book, "God's Healing Way" 16:01 under the section of the heating compress. 16:04 Heating compress... is this the same thing my mother used 16:06 when I was growing up? It could be! 16:08 All right, let's see what happens. 16:09 Sometimes it's the wool sock... 16:12 Not necessarily the dirty sock, but the wool socks 16:15 around the throat. All right 16:16 The heating compress can be used to a number of body areas 16:21 and is a good adjunct to the hot foot bath, 16:26 or even the hot and cold contrast bath. 16:29 I like to use them often in conjunction with one other 16:32 treatment, because it tends to prolong the effect 16:35 of the treatment that you have just completed, 16:39 and this is the way it works... 16:40 It's more localized than it is... 16:42 It's a more localized effect, so if you have a sore throat... 16:46 a very easy thing to do is to apply the heating compress 16:50 to the throat area, neck area. 16:53 The heating compress consists of 2 parts; 16:56 a moist inner cloth... Does it have to be cotton? 17:01 It can be of any material; in fact, this is simply a washcloth 17:06 But a piece of flannel cloth, or loosely woven cloth, 17:09 any cloth like that will do. 17:12 Actually, it doesn't even have to be moist. 17:14 Occasionally, in very elderly or very young, 17:19 they may not be able to heat up a moist cloth... 17:23 And so just use a medicated or 17:25 dry cloth instead. Put that around the neck... 17:28 But what you do is, first you moisten it in just cool water; 17:32 take the inner cloth, and moisten it in cool water, 17:36 and then wring it out very thoroughly 17:40 so it's not soggy, but it's damp. 17:42 And then you place it around the neck... 17:44 you can go ahead and put that around your neck. 17:46 It will feel cool. Okay 17:49 It usually is good to have it long enough to wrap 17:52 completely around the neck. 17:53 That one doesn't quite, but that's all right. 17:55 And then you take a dry outer cloth that can be a 18:00 piece of wool, or heavy tightly woven blanket material 18:04 that needs to actually be wider than the inner cloth 18:09 because what you want to do is to actually snuggly cover 18:15 completely that moist inner cloth, 18:17 and don't have any of the moisture on the 18:20 moist cloth being seen at all. 18:24 So that it's not exposed to the air... 18:26 And then you apply it very snuggly around, and then we 18:29 can take some safety pins, and pin you. 18:34 My safety pins aren't here, so you will hold it 18:36 for this demonstration. 18:39 And we can leave this on, pinned of course, 18:42 on the outer part for several hours, 18:45 or overnight. 18:47 Now, within about 30 minutes' time, the moist, cool inner 18:53 cloth should be heating up... 18:56 And so it's a good idea within about 1/2 an hour to check. 19:00 If it's a small child that cannot tell you, 19:03 then you need to stick your finger inside, 19:07 and see if that cloth is heating up. 19:09 And when it's heated up, what do you do? 19:11 Then you simply... you know that the treatment 19:13 is going to work, and then you leave it on either for 4 hours, 19:17 several hours, or overnight. 19:20 By the time morning comes, often that moist cloth will be 19:24 DRY as well as warm, and then you can 19:28 simply remove it... so we won't leave you with that on, 19:33 and then you can... Oooo, I feel better already. 19:35 This is nice and warm! Very nice! 19:37 Now what you do... it's heated up already with him 19:39 and then you just take a little bit of cool cloth, 19:42 and you just do a little cool mitten friction, 19:44 just a little cool rub, and a dry off, 19:47 and you have completed that treatment. 19:49 So you close out those pores again... 19:51 Yes. The way that the heating compress works is 19:54 actually the cool cloth again drives the blood more 20:00 inward underneath the tissue part being treated 20:03 But as it heats up, again, the surface of the skin, 20:07 the vessels dilate, drawing the blood out to the 20:10 skin surface, thereby, again decongesting the part 20:16 that is being treated, and allowing a greater 20:19 circulation of the blood in that area. 20:22 This is a mini treatment of the hot and cold contrast 20:26 or the other treatment. Well, I can tell you one thing, 20:28 I have had this treatment before when I was growing up, 20:31 and even now I use it, and it works! 20:33 I have used it MANY times, and it JUST WORKS! 20:39 I'm just going to say... IT WORKS! 20:41 You can trust this! I know that it works. 20:42 And do you pray before this treatment, 20:44 and then afterwards as well, right? 20:45 Oh, I do with every one. 20:47 This was one treatment I can recall earlier in my career 20:51 being plagued with frequent sore throats before a lot of 20:55 my lifestyle changes occurred, and when I learned about 20:58 this simple treatment, I decided I was certainly going to try it. 21:02 Many sore throats are often caused by viruses, 21:06 or things that really doctors cannot adequately treat, 21:09 and I can recall if I felt a scratchy sore throat-feeling 21:13 ...now for the next 7 to 10 days, 21:17 I'm probably going to have to suffer with this thing. 21:19 But this cuts it down... plus probably a lot of 21:21 water too, right? Oh, overnight! 21:23 What about this lemon, should we put some lemon in there 21:25 and garlic... is that what you have that for? 21:26 Well, I'll tell you what that will be for. 21:29 But I will say one final thing on the heating compress... 21:32 It is so simple, that even a doctor can do it. 21:36 Well, we're glad you're with us today, doctor. 21:38 What's the lemon and garlic for? 21:40 I have here one of nature's WONDERFUL natural antibiotics 21:45 In fact, the garlic is found almost everywhere in the world 21:49 that I have been from Romania, to Cambodia, to Laos, 21:54 and most anywhere you will find the garlic. 21:58 Garlic is put by our Creator there for several reasons. 22:01 It is antibacterial... 22:03 You can rub it on stuff and it will help. It will 22:06 ...antiviral, antifungal, and antiparasitic. 22:11 It has at least those distinct properties among 22:16 many others that make it of value. 22:18 I think it lowers your cholesterol too... 22:20 Yes, and blood pressure. 22:21 It has anticancer properties... 22:24 And it keeps those people away from you who you really 22:26 don't know whether or not they like you, right? 22:27 It's wonderful... it's many, many great things. 22:32 So, how are you going to use that today? 22:34 One of the wonderful natural antibiotic teas that almost 22:38 everyone can have in their kitchen... 22:41 if they have a garlic bulb, and a lemon, 22:45 are making garlic-lemon tea. Sounds good! 22:48 And this is especially good for the upper respiratory 22:51 passages and for the lungs. 22:52 And this is a VERY simple thing to make... 22:55 You simply take your kettle, and boil up a quart of water 23:00 Now, I'll just set it on my lap here for demonstration. 23:04 And from your bulb, you can extract anywhere from 23:08 2 to 4 garlic pieces. 23:15 And you just put them in there. Let's do that. 23:18 Good idea here... All right. 23:20 And you take out the 2 to 4 cloves there... 23:24 Is that what you were talking about? Yes 23:25 Now, if you can stand garlic well, go ahead with 4, 23:31 but I'll assume that you're a novice like I am, 23:34 and what you can do with these is either chop them up 23:37 or put them through a garlic press, or mash them. 23:41 Mash them or blend them. 23:43 And, in a little bit of water, and then when you've got your 23:49 water boiling, just put your blended mashed or pressed garlic 23:53 right into here... Okay 23:55 You can add a little pinch of salt... if you want a little 23:59 flavor to it. That's fine. 24:01 And then you put your lemon in there along with it? 24:03 You can, but I don't always do that. 24:05 Then often, after I have the garlic in the boiling water, 24:09 I will simply put the lid on, take it off the heat, 24:12 and let it sit for approximately 20 or 30 minutes, 24:16 or until it cools down enough to drain. 24:19 And then... Ummm, I can smell it already! 24:20 I know you can't smell it where you are, but that smells great! 24:23 You want to put that in there? 24:24 Yes, I'll just put those in there for now 24:26 to free my hands up here. 24:27 That's going to be some really strong garlic there. Yes! 24:30 And then the lemon... 24:31 Then after it's ready to drink, I'll pour myself a cup of tea 24:36 and I'll cut the lemon into quarters, 24:41 half and then half again, and I'll squeeze about 24:44 a quarter of a fresh lemon into my cup of tea, 24:47 or just if it's cleaned off, just drop that whole lemon 24:50 ...the rest of the lemon rind in there. 24:52 Doesn't that make things constrict a bit, the lemon? 24:54 What does it do? Oh, it gives it a wonderful 24:58 flavor, and you have a nice tea that is also 25:02 good for the lungs, and the upper respiratory passages. 25:07 Lemon and garlic have even been written up in 25:09 the medical literature is a great benefit for the lungs. 25:13 Okay, we have a little guy here that has not fallen over there 25:16 ...we're glad... What are we going to do with him? 25:19 Well, often we wonder what to do with babies... 25:22 and sometimes they can get croup and coughs 25:27 and one can make a little heating compress to the chest 25:31 quite easily very much the same way as we did to the throat. 25:37 After you've given the baby a warm bath, 25:40 and the baby is nice and warm and relaxed, 25:42 you can take some cool water, again make a smaller little 25:47 cloth here... I'll make this small enough 25:49 for this baby, and just put right on the bare chest 25:52 the cloth, and then you can put a little bit of plastic 25:57 here just to keep it from moistening anything, 26:02 and then you can put on a wrap with a heavier cloth, 26:07 and pin it in place. Now this is when he has a little 26:09 congestion, or a little croup. ... Croups or flu, a cough 26:14 this type of thing. 26:15 The heating compress to the chest is a wonderful adjunct. 26:19 Will he cry? He seems to not be crying. 26:22 This is quite a painless procedure. Okay 26:25 And I can't say that they cry. 26:29 Gotta be careful that it's not too hot though. 26:30 Well, it's cool water to start with, and within 30 minutes 26:34 it should warm up, and because babies can't tell you if it's 26:36 warming up, in 30 minutes, stick your finger down in there, 26:40 and make sure that it's starting to feel warm. 26:42 Now, garlic tea is also one thing you can give babies. 26:46 I have treated a number of babies with severe 26:48 chest infections in my Amish population; bronchitis, 26:53 pneumonias, asthmas with a little bit of garlic tea. 26:58 Again, it has wonderful properties. 27:00 You can blend it up, and you can put it in a bottle, 27:05 or put it in a dropper to give to the baby... 27:08 along with a heating compress. 27:10 Again, it doesn't matter where you live in the world 27:12 this is going to work, and God can bless that 27:14 especially if you bath these things in prayer... 27:17 is what you're telling us, right? 27:19 That's right! 27:21 Well thank you so much for 27:23 being with us today, Dr. Mary Ann McNeilus 27:25 We're excited about many of the stories you had to share about 27:29 in working and ministering with people around the world... 27:31 But more than that, the fact that no matter where you are 27:34 in the world, you can use simple remedies, 27:37 simple means that anybody can use. 27:38 You don't have to have a lot of money, 27:40 you don't have to have a lot of experience... 27:42 You DO need have one thing, that is trust in God 27:46 before you begin a treatment, after you end that treatment 27:49 and then use really the principles that we find 27:53 in your book, "God's Healing Way" 27:54 We hope that this program has been helpful, 27:56 and that you'll have health as a result... 27:58 that lasts for a lifetime! |
