00:00 >> Hello and thank you
00:02 for joining us on 00:03 It Is Written Canada. 00:05 A few years back, explorer and 00:06 journalist, Dan Buettner, 00:08 wrote an article for National 00:10 Geographic in which he spoke 00:12 about Marge Jetton, a nurse 00:16 from Loma Linda, California, 00:17 who, at the age of 104, was 00:20 still lifting weights, riding 00:23 a stationary bike six to eight 00:25 miles a day for six days a 00:27 week, and driving her own car 00:30 and pumping her own gas. 00:32 >> Marge was very active and 00:34 she had a clear sense of her 00:35 purpose in life. 00:38 She said that she found her 00:39 purpose by focusing on 00:41 helping others. 00:43 Marge had a strong sense of 00:45 community and she loved to 00:47 volunteer to help others. 00:49 >> According to Buettner, one 00:52 of the characteristics of the 00:54 longest- and healthiest-living 00:56 people in the world, is that 00:58 they have a clear sense of 01:00 their purpose in life 01:03 and a vocabulary for 01:05 articulating that purpose. 01:07 He cited how scientists had 01:08 found that just having a clear 01:10 sense of purpose adds at least 01:13 another seven years 01:14 of life expectancy. 01:16 >> May I ask you 01:17 a personal question? 01:19 Do you know your 01:21 purpose in life? 01:24 When you do know your purpose, 01:26 you feel confident with a 01:28 strong sense of direction. 01:30 >> The Bible says, 01:43 >> According to this passage, 01:45 you were created for one 01:47 purpose: to do good deeds, 01:50 acts of kindness, which will 01:51 bless others. 01:54 Research shows that people are 01:56 happiest and healthiest when 01:58 they are helping others. 02:00 >> This is your purpose 02:03 and it is how you were 02:04 designed to live. 02:07 Today on It Is Written Canada 02:08 you will meet Bob and 02:10 Christina Martin, immigrants 02:11 to Canada from Bulgaria, who 02:14 found their purpose in helping 02:16 others by starting an online 02:18 radio ministry, despite the 02:20 fact that they knew nothing 02:22 about how to set up an online 02:25 radio station. 02:27 >> So in a moment we will 02:28 visit with Bob and Christina 02:30 to find out why and how they 02:32 were able to start this online 02:34 ministry which is now listened 02:37 to by thousands of people 02:38 around the world. 02:42 ♪♪ 03:26 >> Welcome again to 03:28 It Is Written Canada. 03:29 We are on location here in 03:30 Calgary, Alberta with Bob and 03:32 Christina Martin who came as 03:35 immigrants to Canada from 03:37 Bulgaria and in 2008, Bob had 03:42 the idea with Christina of 03:44 opening up an online radio 03:47 ministry, despite the fact 03:48 that they didn't know how to 03:49 set up such a ministry. 03:51 They started in their basement 03:54 and they learned all that they 03:55 could and Bob was struggling 03:57 because he didn't even 03:58 speak English. 04:01 >> Christina and Bob, welcome 04:03 to It Is Written Canada. 04:06 [CHRISTINA] Thank you for 04:06 having us on the program. 04:08 >> So your online program is 04:11 called Radio Bible Light and 04:13 it broadcasts Christian 04:15 messages and music 24/7, 04:18 in English, Bulgarian, 04:21 Spanish, and you've even had 04:24 some programs in Chinese. 04:27 So can you take us back and 04:29 let us know what motivated you 04:32 to start this online ministry? 04:34 >> My love for the radio 04:36 started twenty-five years 04:37 before I was born because my 04:40 mom, when she was a young 04:42 girl, she liked to listen to 04:45 Christian radio from Ecuador 04:47 and they offered free Bibles 04:50 and she requested, but in this 04:52 time when my grandfather 04:54 understood what she did, he 04:57 started to worry because at 04:59 this time in Bulgaria we have 05:01 communism government, it's not 05:02 allowed to have a Bible. 05:04 And he expected to have 05:06 problems when the Bible came 05:09 in Bulgaria, but two months 05:11 later when the Bible came, 05:15 nothing happened. 05:16 Bible is coming, bringing 05:18 Bible, that's the first Bible 05:20 for my mom and she's so happy, 05:23 this is my [Bulgarian surname] 05:26 from Mom's side. 05:28 But from my Father's side, we 05:30 have another amazing story. 05:34 In Ukraine, when communism, 05:39 1960, 1970, the government 05:43 invited pastors from all areas 05:46 to come for a conference, but 05:48 this "conference" is not 05:49 really a conference because 05:52 when pastors go inside, they 05:54 lock the door and said, "OK," 05:57 "only one way to go out:" 05:59 "you leave your Bibles here" 06:01 "and never go preaching" 06:02 "again." 06:04 They left all the Bibles 06:05 there, but don't stop 06:07 preaching. 06:09 My father hears this story and 06:13 organized to send Russian 06:19 Bibles to Ukraine and he used 06:23 his friend who has a 06:25 military submarine and sent 06:29 lots of Russian Bibles to 06:30 Odesa, from Varna to Odesa. 06:33 Because it's military, at the 06:35 border, nobody checks what 06:36 they bring, what they have and 06:38 they put lots of Bibles from 06:39 Bulgaria, Russian Bibles from 06:41 Bulgaria to the Ukraine. 06:43 And after, when everything is 06:45 done, these pastors who 06:47 received the Russian Bibles in 06:49 Ukraine, they send like 06:51 appreciation, my father, big 06:53 radio, Ural-5, that's my 06:56 first love. 06:58 This radio we can enjoy every 07:00 night, we listened to 07:02 different Christian radio 07:04 stations around the world. 07:05 And that's what I grew up 07:07 with, this big radio, Russian 07:08 radio, Ural-5. 07:10 >> And then you started as a 07:13 teenager, using a transmission 07:16 to your neighbourhood. 07:18 >> Yes, when I was a teenager, 07:21 I had the dream to help my 07:24 friends who live around me to 07:27 share my-- what I believe. 07:30 Because it's communism, 07:32 I cannot invite them in the 07:34 church, our church, but I have 07:36 a passion to share my belief. 07:40 And I lived in Varna, that's 07:44 the big city, with many 07:46 residential, high-level 07:47 buildings, like 07:49 19-floor buildings. 07:51 And what I do when I go home 07:55 from church, I have a small 07:57 cassette recorder, I put it in 08:00 front of the pastor when he's 08:01 preaching, I'm recording. 08:03 When I go home, I go to the 08:05 roof and my father bought for 08:08 me a small transmitter and 08:12 what I do, I play the 08:14 cassette, what I have 08:16 recorded, put the transmitter, 08:19 put antenna, and share what we 08:22 have in the church. 08:24 But before this happens, I go 08:26 around to everyone's building 08:28 and put a small label on the 08:29 door, "on this time and this" 08:31 "day we have this topic." 08:34 And people go and watch it and 08:37 see, "Oh, FM, yeah," 08:38 "frequency, OK," and I make 08:40 this for a long time and I 08:43 feel happy when somebody who 08:45 knows me says, "Hey, Bob," 08:47 "you know, I listen on the" 08:48 "radio some story, like what" 08:50 "you believe." 08:52 I am so happy, I think I reach 08:54 the sky. 08:56 And this is my first step in 08:58 the radio. 08:59 >> M-hmm, and then you came to 09:02 the United States. 09:04 Do you wanna share with us 09:05 about that? 09:06 >> Ah, yes, that's an amazing 09:09 moment in my life because on 09:11 September 11, when I came in 09:14 2001 in New York City, and 09:16 September 11 is a very strong 09:21 moment in my life because in 09:23 the morning of September 11, I 09:25 read Psalm 91. 09:28 I know this verse very well, 09:30 but this morning this message 09:33 goes exactly inside my brain. 09:36 I remember and go outside 09:39 looking for work and I see 09:42 lots of fire departments going 09:44 around, people talking about 09:45 something, I don't know what 09:48 happened because they're 09:49 talking only English, nobody 09:51 speaks Bulgarian around me and 09:54 I go-- I have to go to Wall 09:57 Street in Manhattan. 09:59 I have not lots of money, I 10:01 have money, but not too much 10:04 and I think if I spend it, one 10:06 dollar for subway to go to 10:08 Manhattan, if I'm working 10:10 today, it's good, because I 10:11 will take it, but if I don't 10:14 find work, I lose one dollar, 10:16 that means I'm walking 10:17 on the bridge. 10:18 And I go to Williamsburg 10:20 Bridge and I'm walking and I 10:22 see one big building, I don't 10:25 know what kind of building 10:26 this is, but one big building 10:28 is on fire and after a few 10:30 minutes, I find it's another 10:32 building on fire, too. 10:33 I say, "What's going on in" 10:35 "New York?" 10:37 And I'm walking, and I see 10:41 people jumping from the 10:43 windows and I say, "What is" 10:44 "going on here?" 10:45 And after a few minutes, I see 10:48 the building is dropping down, 10:49 full down, all down, 10:51 bum-bum-bum, like dominoes. 10:52 I say, "What, I have to call" 10:54 "Christina, maybe this will" 10:56 "be going in the news." 10:58 >> He was there around, but he 11:00 didn't know what's happening 11:02 at the moment and I was at 11:04 home, like with my daughter, 11:06 and I usually don't watch news 11:09 and people start ringing on 11:10 the phone and the phone was 11:12 like crazy, 11:13 "How is Bob doing? Is he OK?" 11:15 "He's OK, like, he's looking" 11:17 "for a job, he will be fine." 11:19 And they said, "No, you" 11:21 "didn't like hear on the" 11:22 "news? Like, turn on your TV." 11:25 And, like, I turned on the TV 11:26 and I saw what's happening and 11:28 he called and I told him 11:30 what's happening around him. 11:32 >> Yeah, she explained 11:33 what I see. 11:34 (laughs) 11:35 And this time was important 11:38 for me because in this moment 11:40 I understand if take a train 11:42 to go there, and this time I 11:44 have to be in a metro station 11:45 and this building falls down 11:47 and I will stay there forever. 11:50 But God gave me a chance, I'm 11:52 walking and He keeps my life, 11:54 He gave me an opportunity to 11:58 do something and I understand, 12:00 if God helped me to survive in 12:02 this situation, maybe I have 12:05 some mission in this life. 12:09 And that's what I start 12:11 thinking, what I have to do. 12:14 >> And then we realized that 12:16 New York is not the place for 12:18 our family to live, it's not 12:20 the best place, like-- 12:22 And we decided to immigrate to 12:24 Canada and a couple years 12:26 later, we came to Canada, 12:28 straight to Calgary, and we 12:30 started our life as a family 12:32 here in 2005, yeah. 12:35 >> And, Bob, you don't speak 12:38 English, so was that a problem 12:40 for you? 12:41 >> No, not problem for me, 12:42 problem for people around me. 12:44 (laughter) 12:45 >> So in our church back in 12:47 Bulgaria, he was an elder, he 12:50 was an evangelistic meetings 12:52 organizer, he was a member of 12:54 the Union, had a house that 12:56 was publishing books and 12:58 magazines and so he was 13:00 extremely active. 13:01 And coming to Calgary, without 13:05 knowing any language, he felt 13:08 frustrated, depressed, lonely, 13:11 that he cannot do anything 13:14 about God, like, he felt 13:16 strange doing nothing. 13:19 >> But I'm blessed in this 13:20 time because I know God 13:22 understands Bulgarian language 13:24 and I start to pray. 13:25 I pray because I feel I have 13:28 to do something, I want to do 13:30 something, but I don't know 13:31 what I can do because all the 13:34 people around me speak only 13:36 English and I pray, "God show" 13:38 "me what I have to do, what" 13:40 "I have to do, I want to do" 13:41 "something, but I really" 13:43 "don't have any idea." 13:45 And one morning, I hear a 13:47 voice: "Radio, radio, radio," 13:51 three times. 13:53 I said, "Uh oh, what happened?" 13:54 "See you, Christina sleeping," 13:56 "nobody in the room," but I 13:58 hear this voice. 13:59 I say, "Oh, that's my answer." 14:02 "Yes, we got it!" 14:03 "We have to do radio." 14:05 And next step, I have no idea 14:08 how to do radio, internet 14:09 radio, no idea. 14:11 I Google it and I have lots of 14:13 pages on how we have to do 14:16 internet radio. 14:18 >> So running an online radio 14:20 ministry can be expensive, how 14:22 did you afford that, how did 14:24 you get the funding to make it 14:25 happen then keep it going? 14:28 >> We never ask people to help 14:30 us with money, never. 14:32 If we need to buy something, 14:34 we just pray and God provided 14:36 people in an amazing way. 14:39 >> So on Friday, like when he 14:42 usually broadcasts, he's all 14:44 day in the church, he's like 14:46 from 8:00 to 8:00 here and I 14:48 am at home, cooking, preparing 14:50 for the Sabbath when he comes, 14:51 like I ask him, like, 14:53 "How was it? How did it go?" 14:55 And he came, like, very grumpy 14:56 and he said, "The computer" 14:58 "broke, we couldn't broadcast," 15:00 "the pastor from UK couldn't" 15:01 "preach." 15:03 And so he told me and he said, 15:06 "OK, we'll figure out" 15:08 "something, so don't" 15:09 "worry now." 15:10 And the pastor shared with his 15:13 church, London in the UK, and 15:16 they prayed, they prayed for 15:18 the problem, we prayed here 15:19 in Canada. 15:20 And on Monday, he got a call 15:22 from a member of our church, 15:25 "Hey, how are you doing?" 15:27 "You know, I wanna meet you" 15:29 "in front of the store," and 15:30 he mentioned the store like 15:32 for technical equipment and... 15:35 And Bob was very surprised and 15:37 he said, "OK, I'll meet" 15:38 "you there!" 15:40 And he said, like, "Do you" 15:41 "need anything for the radio?" 15:42 He said, "I need a computer." 15:44 He said, "Oh, how much" 15:46 "is that?" 15:47 So they figured out the price 15:49 and he says, "Oh, I wasn't" 15:50 "prepared, I need to talk to" 15:52 "my wife." 15:53 So they spoke on the phone and 15:55 Bob was worried, he said, 15:56 "You know, don't forget if" 15:57 "that's like it will be a" 15:58 "problem for your family..." 16:00 and he said, "No, no!" 16:02 "We're just discussing that" 16:03 "maybe we should buy a" 16:04 "warranty because it's very" 16:05 "expensive." 16:07 So he bought the computer, 16:09 Bob got it on Wednesday... 16:11 [BOB] Wednesday, yes. 16:12 ...and on Friday he was 16:13 broadcasting. 16:14 [BOB] Again. 16:15 >> He shared with the church 16:17 that prayed and they were like 16:20 amazed and in two weeks after 16:23 that, we saw the same member 16:26 in the church and Bob asked 16:27 him, "Why did you call me" 16:29 "this Monday?" 16:30 He said, "Oh, I was thinking" 16:31 "a long time ago, but, you" 16:33 "know, never have time and" 16:34 "I remember now." 16:36 And then Bob told him the 16:37 story and he started crying. 16:39 "How come God can use people" 16:42 "like-- a person like me?" 16:44 "Like, I don't understand." 16:46 >> One more story. 16:48 Sunday, I'm driving on the 16:50 highway and my-- the phone's 16:51 ringing, I think, 16:52 "Maybe pick up, maybe not" 16:54 "yet," but I open it and 16:55 start talking. 16:56 One gentleman from the U.S., I 16:58 never-- I know him, but maybe 17:01 last 15 years we've never 17:02 talked, he came and said, 17:04 "Hey, I want to help you with" 17:06 "radio, do you-- what do you" 17:07 "need for radio?" 17:09 And he said, "Just send me a" 17:10 "list of what you need," 17:12 "doesn't matter how much it" 17:13 "costs, I want to buy for you" 17:15 "something good brand," 17:16 "not cheap-cheap." 17:18 I give him a list and after 17:20 two weeks I have all the 17:21 equipment that I have 17:22 right now. 17:23 [MIKE] So tell us about-- how 17:25 did you get the studio? 17:27 >> I asked the board, church 17:29 board for some teeny room to 17:32 set up a studio here 17:34 and they give me. 17:38 We start with only one 17:40 microphone and two computers. 17:43 But that's what I want to 17:44 share with you, it's my lovely 17:46 verse from the Bible, that's 17:48 Acts 13:35 that says, 18:01 Right now after 13 years, we 18:04 have Bulgarian language, 18:06 Spanish, Russian, we talk in 18:08 Spanish, and we-- right now we 18:11 have eight computers and we 18:14 have lots of programs. 18:15 We have Health Life, we have a 18:18 special broadcast in Bible 18:20 archeologics, we have study 18:24 Bibles every Friday. 18:26 In September, we will start a 18:28 new program, new time, and 18:31 that will be to prepare people 18:33 for baptism. 18:35 Right now we're streaming 18:37 eight pages on Facebook, one 18:39 on YouTube, we're streaming 18:41 24/7 Christian message and 18:43 Christian music. 18:44 We have lots of blessings, we 18:46 have lots of people who listen 18:48 around the world. 18:50 We have one time, but that's-- 18:52 I remember, 40,000 viewers. 18:54 That's amazing for us from 18:56 this small room. 18:57 We reach lots of people. 19:00 >> Bob Martin is a very 19:01 skilled person. 19:03 He-- his passion is radio and 19:05 TV ministry, he's skilled with 19:09 technology and so he used that 19:11 to set up Radio Bible Light 19:13 and then he transferred that 19:14 knowledge into setting up our 19:16 livestream ministry in the 19:17 church and now he's leading 19:19 out in that ministry as well. 19:20 We have been blessed with this 19:21 ministry, we have used the 19:23 technology to reach the 19:24 farthest corners of the earth. 19:27 Many young people and older 19:29 people have gotten involved in 19:31 this ministry and probably 19:32 they wouldn't have gotten 19:34 involved in any other ministry 19:35 in the church otherwise 19:37 because it was easy for them 19:38 to get involved. 19:39 Bob was very welcoming and he 19:41 was looking for many, many 19:42 people to get involved 19:43 in ministry. 19:45 Young adults, young people, 19:46 have been interviewing others, 19:48 have been hosting different 19:50 programs and this way a lot of 19:52 people have been involved in 19:53 this ministry. 19:54 Bob and his ministry, Radio 19:56 Bible Light, have been a 19:57 tremendous blessing to our 19:59 church and we thank him from 20:01 the bottom of our heart. 20:04 >> We are talking to Bob and 20:06 Christina Martin who have 20:08 started an online radio 20:11 ministry from their basement 20:13 of their house and then they 20:14 moved to the basement of the 20:16 church and they have a studio 20:17 there from which they 20:18 broadcast the power of God's 20:21 love to save. 20:23 >> So, Christina and Bob, can 20:25 you tell us how you get people 20:27 to help you? 20:28 >> It is amazing how the Holy 20:31 Spirit can move people to help 20:33 because we usually don't ask 20:36 people, we just pray and 20:39 people come to us. 20:41 So there was one story when we 20:43 asked a lady for an interview 20:45 and she said, "No, no," 20:46 "I don't like cameras or" 20:48 "whatever," and then she 20:50 called in ten minutes and 20:51 said, "You know, I'm so sorry" 20:52 "that, like, I kind of cut" 20:54 "you off, but I can help you" 20:56 "find people." 20:57 Since then, she, like, three 20:59 years in a row, she's finding 21:01 every Friday, a person for an 21:03 interview, telling testimonies 21:05 and personal stories of 21:06 their faith. 21:08 There's another story, like 21:10 Joy from our church, who came 21:13 and, especially in this time, 21:15 she made a series, like a 21:18 course for mental wellness, 21:21 helping people in depression, 21:23 which was very important for 21:25 many people. 21:26 And other churches liked it, 21:28 they even broadcast it as 21:29 well, even went to Toronto, 21:32 I think. 21:33 So people come when they're 21:35 needed and moved by the 21:37 Holy Spirit. 21:38 >> So you're broadcasting 21:40 throughout the world and there 21:41 are people-- tell us some of 21:43 the stories of people you've 21:44 reached. 21:45 >> Oh, there's so many 21:46 amazing stories. 21:48 A lady from Bulgaria who went 21:50 to work in Italy and she was 21:51 lonely and searching on the 21:53 internet, she found the radio, 21:55 so she started listening. 21:58 She listened for two years, 21:59 our program with our pastors 22:02 and shared everything with her 22:04 pastor from her church because 22:06 this lady was from a different 22:07 denomination. 22:08 And after two years, she 22:11 called you... 22:13 >> Yeah, she called me and 22:14 asked me, "Can I have the" 22:16 "contact number for this" 22:17 "pastor because I have" 22:19 "a question." 22:21 >> I'm going back to Bulgaria 22:23 and next Sabbath, like, she 22:24 was at the church, and she 22:26 said, "Hello, Pastor," and he 22:27 said, "Do I know you?" 22:29 She said, "No, you don't know" 22:30 "me, but I know you because" 22:31 "I've been studying the Bible" 22:33 "with you for two years." 22:35 And the pastor said, 22:36 "Can I help you?" 22:38 The lady answered that, 22:40 "You know, everything I've" 22:41 "been sharing with my pastor," 22:43 "he's been sharing with the" 22:44 "church and now he has a huge" 22:47 "problem: he doesn't know how" 22:48 "to tell the congregation" 22:50 "that they're moving the" 22:51 "worship from Sunday" 22:53 "to Saturday, can you come" 22:55 "and help, please?" 22:57 >> This lady lived two blocks 22:59 away from our church, 23:01 Adventist Church. 23:03 She had to go to Italy to 23:04 listen to our program to go 23:06 back to Bulgaria and find our 23:08 church for two blocks, 23:10 that's-- 23:11 >> So it took a pastor 23:13 preaching in Bulgaria... 23:14 >> Yes. 23:15 >> ...radio broadcasting in 23:16 Canada to reach a lady in 23:17 Italy and to convert a church 23:19 in Bulgaria. 23:21 [BOB] I want to say one more 23:22 story, one mom from New York 23:23 called me and said, "Hey," 23:25 "can you send a Bible for my" 23:27 "daughter, she's in Bulgaria" 23:28 "right now." 23:29 "She grew up in church, but" 23:30 "something happened, she's" 23:32 "far away right now, can you" 23:33 "send a Bible because she" 23:34 "likes to read the Bible." 23:36 We send it. 23:38 After a few months, this young 23:41 lady with her husband, baptized 23:45 in church and she calls me and 23:48 says, "How can I help you" 23:49 "to-- more people have this" 23:52 "option to receive the" 23:53 "Bible in their home." 23:55 >> Now she's sponsoring, like, 23:56 Bibles, so we send to 23:57 other people. 23:58 >> Those are fantastic stories. 24:01 The Holy Spirit was obviously 24:03 working through you and you 24:04 were obedient to His call and 24:06 He worked through you and that 24:08 dream and you just started a 24:10 radio station and that was 24:11 just so wonderful. 24:12 But the names, "Bob" and 24:14 "Christina Martin," those are 24:15 not Bulgarian names and 24:17 someone might be listening 24:18 right now and thinking to 24:19 themselves, "How did you get" 24:20 "the name 'Bob and Christina" 24:22 "Martin?'" 24:23 >> My original name is Bozhidar, 24:27 that means "God present." 24:30 But when I say "Bozhidar," here 24:32 nobody can say correctly my 24:35 name and I go to registry, 24:37 I say, "I want to change my" 24:38 "name, something short," 24:39 "everybody will know what is" 24:41 "this, no surprise," and I go 24:43 to registry, I said, 24:44 "Can I change my name?" 24:45 She said, "Yes." 24:46 "What is your new name?" 24:47 I say, "Bob." 24:48 "Well...'Bob?'" 24:50 And they ask me, 24:51 "Your original name..." 24:53 "Yes, I want 'Bob' because 'Bob" 24:54 "is easy to spell, I cannot" 24:56 "spell my original name." 24:57 "'Bob' this way B-O-B and this" 24:59 "way B-O-B, it's easy." 25:01 And she says, "OK, what is" 25:02 "the last name?" 25:03 I say, "I don't have a last" 25:04 "name, what is some popular" 25:06 "person in Canada with 'M?'" 25:08 "Oh, Bob Martin, that is the" 25:09 "singer, everybody knows him." 25:11 "OK, nobody ask me for" 25:11 "spelling?" 25:12 "Nobody." 25:13 "OK, that's my new name," 25:14 "'Bob Martin.'" 25:16 >> And so, Christina, 25:18 you took the last name of 25:19 "Martin," too? 25:20 >> I didn't want it-- 25:22 originally I didn't want to 25:23 change my name, but it 25:24 happened that we have 25:25 different families so we're 25:27 not-- names so we're not 25:28 family anymore so I had to 25:30 change my family name. 25:32 Since I was changing my family 25:34 name, I decided to change my 25:35 first name as well because I 25:37 had been having a lot of 25:38 trouble, like my original name 25:40 is "Hristina" with "H" and 25:43 everybody is pointing to me, 25:44 "Oh, you forgot 'C,' oh, you" 25:46 "spelled wrong your name." 25:48 So I really got tired and just 25:50 added "C" so it's now 25:52 "Christina Martin" as well, 25:54 so... 25:55 Life is unbelievable. 25:58 >> Christina and Bob, 25:59 unfortunately we have run out 26:01 of time and come to the end of 26:02 our program, but before we 26:04 end, Bob, I wonder if you 26:05 could please pray for us and 26:07 if you could pray in your 26:09 mother tongue and pray for us 26:11 in Bulgarian, please. 26:12 >> For sure. 26:14 [praying in Bulgarian] 26:36 [ALL] Amen. 26:38 >> And thank you so much, Bob 26:40 and Christina, for coming and 26:42 sharing from your hearts about 26:44 your ministry through Radio 26:45 Bible Light and how God has 26:47 been blessing you and blessing 26:48 us as well. 26:50 >> Thank you for having us. 26:51 >> Thank you. 26:52 >> It's been an amazing 26:52 experience. 26:56 >> Friends, I was so inspired 26:58 by Bob and Christina's faith 27:00 in God to provide so that 27:02 Radio Bible Light can is written, man shall not" 28:24 "live by bread alone, but by" 28:25 "every word that proceeds" 28:27 "out of the mouth of God." 28:31 >> A lady who found us on the 28:32 internet invited her 28:34 neighbours, they start 28:37 watching every Friday and they 28:39 start keeping the Sabbath 28:40 without knowing anything about 28:42 Adventism or pastors or 28:44 churches or anything. 28:46 And later on, like, we 28:48 contacted and we connected 28:49 them with a local pastor. 28:52 So people are, like, 28:53 transformed by what they hear 28:55 and they start believing. |
