00:21 - Hello and welcome to Jesus for Asia Now. 00:24 I'm Natalie Wood and today we've got special guests 00:26 Mike and Michelle Cordes with us. 00:28 And they work in Mindanao in the Philippines. 00:32 They have a project called GoBeDo. 00:34 It's one of the ones that people can donate to 00:37 through Jesus for Asia and we're very humbled 00:39 to be able to support the amazing work 00:41 that God is doing through them over there. 00:44 Welcome to the show Mike and Michelle. 00:45 - Thank you. - Thank you. 00:47 - So glad to have you here. 00:48 We just wanna start off because I know 00:50 that there's a lot the talk about with the ministry 00:53 but we also wanna know where has God brought you from 00:57 because I know that there's a lot of history 01:01 and how you came together to do ministry, 01:04 is kind of an amazing story. 01:07 So, how did you get to know each other? 01:09 - It is a long story. 01:12 If we can try to condense it a little bit, 01:14 circumstances led us both to Adventist Singles. 01:17 We were both seeking God's will in our life, 01:20 we were both tired of making mistakes 01:22 and we wanted nothing but God in control. 01:27 That was really it. 01:28 We just couldn't afford to make mistakes in our life 01:31 at this point and we had made commitments, 01:34 both of us, to serve God more fully. 01:38 Something that clicked in us that we just were 01:41 ready for that next step 01:43 and we were both on Adventist Singles. 01:47 And I think for over a year I was on Adventist Singles. 01:51 How long were you on it? 01:52 - Maybe two years. 01:55 - Two years. 01:57 And we were so incompatible, we found out later, 01:59 that we never saw each other during this time. 02:02 - So the system never showed you each other 02:05 as an option. 02:06 - No, we were never. 02:08 Well, it did one day. 02:11 She said-- 02:12 - Yeah, somebody dropped a note and say hi. 02:16 Oh okay, and I said hi too because you know-- 02:21 - And I thought it was her that initiated it 02:24 because it was a popup saying that somebody wanted 02:27 to talk to me. 02:29 And as I said we found out later we weren't compatible 02:32 and we never saw each other before 02:34 but all of a sudden now, we're popping up. 02:36 I had a ticket to Asia, never been on an airplane before. 02:41 Circumstances had led me over there. 02:44 And I had no passport, but there was a cheap ticket. 02:50 I had no tour guide. 02:52 I was frightened to death. 02:53 And- - Wow. 02:55 - I saw that Michelle was connected to family in the church 03:00 in the conference at union levels 03:02 and so I felt pretty confident in asking her 03:04 if she knew of somebody that could show me around. 03:07 That's kind of how it started. 03:09 - Okay. 03:10 So then, but you asked her something. 03:14 - I did. - That really 03:14 threw her for a loop. 03:15 What was that that you asked her? 03:17 - I asked her if she would like to, me to call her 03:20 after we got off the chatting. 03:23 Can I, ask her, can I call you and pray with you? 03:26 - And it made me nervous. 03:28 - Why would that make you nervous? 03:30 - Because it's one of the indicators that I had been asking 03:32 from God, if a man would call and pray, 03:36 then, you know, that's one of the indicators. 03:40 - [Natalie] Are you supposed to go with him? 03:42 - Yeah, that's the man that God has given me. 03:46 - Wow. 03:48 - I can't imagine in two years that no man ever said, 03:51 you know, "Can we pray?" 03:53 I just can't imagine it. 03:54 - On Adventist Singles. 03:56 - Yeah, yeah. 03:56 - Wow. 03:58 - So she began to act differently. 04:00 I remember that and yet I was starting to like her. 04:05 I'm actually, I smile and she seemed to have 04:09 a real passion for mission work. 04:11 Neither one of us had ever done missions 04:14 but we both had a desire to do missions. 04:17 We had both seen missionaries, heard the stories, 04:20 and we had a desire to have a significant other 04:23 in our lives that was mission-minded. 04:26 - So you're seeking that kind of relationship. 04:30 - Yeah. - From God. 04:32 Okay, so then you were coming over to the Philippines, 04:36 but you don't have a passport. 04:38 How's this gonna work? 04:39 - Yeah, that's what we were wondering. 04:41 She was starting to tell me about the indicators 04:43 that were happening and that maybe I needed 04:46 to do the same and I had never done that before, 04:49 you know, but being that I didn't have a passport, 04:53 I said give me a little ideas of what, 04:55 of how I should do this. 04:56 - Yeah, what should I do. 04:58 - She said, sometimes God says yes, sometimes no 05:00 and sometimes maybe. 05:01 I'm thinking okay, no passport. 05:04 If you can give me my passport by a certain date 05:07 then maybe that's a yes, we'll be married. 05:11 If it doesn't come in by that date, maybe it's a maybe, 05:16 and if it doesn't come in at all, 05:18 by the time my ticket comes, because we're coming up 05:21 on the date, then that's a no. 05:23 So that's what I did and I got on my knees 05:25 and I claimed the song, "It is Well with my Soul". 05:28 - Surrender? 05:29 - Full surrender. 05:31 So I was excited, here comes the day that was coming 05:35 to see whether I was gonna be married or not. 05:38 And I went to the mailbox, I came back without a passport. 05:43 - It wasn't there. 05:45 - It wasn't there. 05:46 I got on my knees and I said, "Thank you, Lord, anyway." 05:49 I said, "Maybe it's a no but there's still a maybe." 05:53 And no sooner did I get off my knees 05:58 than I felt the phone rang and I got a call 06:00 from the passport agency saying they were sorry 06:03 for the delay and for all the trouble but my passport 06:06 had been approved. 06:07 - Wow. 06:08 - I was blown away. 06:09 I was beginning to feel like I had no control over my life. 06:13 Something was happening that I didn't understand. 06:17 And I called Michelle and told her that it looked like 06:21 we might be getting married. 06:24 - Were you happy? 06:25 - No, I wasn't happy. 06:28 I was more and more nervous and it was like I don't know 06:34 what's going on because it just happened so quickly. 06:38 - [Natalie] So fast. - So fast. 06:40 - Well I know you mentioned to us off camera 06:42 that both of you were looking for somebody 06:44 that didn't have any baggage. 06:46 - Well I understand, she had two daughters 06:49 and she was worried about them being able to eat 06:53 and what kind of father figure they might have 06:55 and it's understandable. 06:58 - It is. 07:00 Okay, so you had the passport and the ticket was there, 07:05 so what happened next? 07:06 - So next, her dad asks me to speak a sermon 07:10 and you know, he wanted a good hour plus sermon 07:14 and I had never preached before. 07:16 So huge anxiety, never been on an airplane, 07:20 just a couple of weeks for the trip to happen. 07:24 So all the elders and the pastor are giving me 07:28 ideas and sermons, here's a sermon, here's a sermon, 07:30 this is what they need, you know, 07:32 that kind of thing and I knew 07:34 the Lord was asking me to trust Him in this journey 07:39 and to seek Him for His words. 07:42 So, with that in mind, I was about ready to board 07:47 the plane and no sermon. 07:50 And then I got a call from my dad saying 07:52 that he had lost his password to his email, 07:55 and I said what's your email dad and he told me 07:57 it was something with GoBeDo in it 07:59 and this GoBeDo just jumped in my face. 08:02 - Now GoBeDo, can you explain that real briefly? 08:05 In the middle of your topic. 08:06 - Sure, sure no problem. 08:08 The gospel commissioned to go and share the gospel, 08:12 to disciple others into Jesus, to be like Jesus, 08:17 so that we can reflect His character 08:19 and show people who He is. 08:23 And then to put into action, to do, whatever, 08:26 wherever, and whatever He asks of you, 08:28 wherever you are and to do that. 08:32 So that's basically, that was the format for the sermon. 08:36 So I'm excited and I get on the plane 08:38 and I've got my Bible in my hand and I'm going through it 08:40 and I get a 17 minute sermon so far. 08:44 - So you're like reading it to yourself 08:47 and you're timing it? 08:48 - Yeah, timing it and I got 16 hours on an airplane 08:50 through this trip and so it's not working. 08:53 So I'm, so I go back to work and praying, 08:56 "Lord, You gotta give me more than this, please, 08:58 "like I really need You so bad." 09:00 And ended up with something in the 20s, 20 minutes, 23, 09:05 27 minute plus and no matter how many times I practiced it, 09:09 that was it. 09:10 Now, my wife, I knew she-- 09:19 I just figured they all spoke English too, I didn't know. 09:23 So I get there and I realize they speak another language 09:26 and I'm really stressed and I get in the church 09:30 and I get a translator, her mother translates. 09:33 And of course this sermon goes over an hour. 09:36 God had it figured out all along. 09:39 He knew what He was doing. 09:40 - Wow, wow, so your father was content then, or? 09:43 - I don't know because, probably not, 09:47 because he asked for an indicator. 09:49 - What was that? 09:50 - That is the, about the license thing. 09:53 - The license, oh yeah. 09:55 So what happened was there was a typhoon in the country 10:00 and there was no air travel, no boat travel. 10:06 And we had only a few days to get the license, so we- 10:08 - A marriage license. 10:09 - Yeah, a marriage license and we had to get 10:10 to the middle of the country in Cebu 10:13 and we're in the south, in Mindanao 10:15 and the storm was heavy. 10:17 So it was getting to the end of the storm 10:19 but still, there was no travel. 10:22 And I remember we had asked the travel agency, 10:25 so let us know if there was something available 10:27 and the day before the license, we needed the license, 10:31 they called us and said there was a small ferry going over 10:34 so we went over to the whole night on rough waters 10:38 and we got to the US Embassy, or the Philippines 10:40 Consulate's office. 10:43 - Wow, and then the next thing happened. 10:45 - It's closed. - It's closed. 10:47 They said, the US Consulate's office is closed. 10:51 It's a US holiday. 10:52 - Oh wow. 10:54 - So I'm like, I don't understand what's going on. 10:58 I'm starting to really like this girl. 11:01 - And yet it seems like it keeps being no. 11:05 - Yes, no, yes, no. 11:06 - You're kind of going no- - Yeah, and so we're- 11:09 - [Natalie] What are you doing? 11:10 - We're walking away, we're walking away. 11:11 We turned around and walked away. 11:12 And it wasn't no more than five steps away 11:14 and I felt a tap on my shoulder. 11:17 Turn around, go ask them, where is the office? 11:20 Let's see it with our own eyes. 11:22 And we did, I said, "Let's go Michelle, 11:24 "let's go down and look at it." 11:25 "Why? They're closed," she said. 11:27 No let's go, I wanna see it and we went down 11:30 and it was really closed. 11:32 - wow. 11:33 - So I sat on the ground, I'm like, I don't get it, Lord. 11:37 I don't really, am I not really hearing you, 11:40 are we just joking around? 11:43 What's going on here? 11:44 I mean there were so many things going on in our minds. 11:48 She was happy. 11:50 - Why were you happy? 11:51 - I just had a relief, you know, 11:53 you're not really getting married yet. 11:55 - Yeah, so as we were sitting there, 11:58 going through these emotions, some people came up 12:01 and said, "What are you doing?" 12:01 And we tell them our situation. 12:04 They said that the Catholic holidays were coming up, 12:06 that whole week would be closed, the offices would be closed 12:09 but they were the US Consulates, consular, 12:12 and that they would take care of our issue, 12:15 our permit and so they helped us with our paperwork. 12:19 The US Embassy opened on a closed holiday. 12:22 Amazing, so I'm back on that yes. 12:25 - God said yes, here we go. 12:28 And you are? 12:29 - Nervous and not happy. 12:32 - So when you went back to your family's home? 12:35 - And we had to turn in the license to the local register 12:38 and the local register said no, can't be, it takes 21 days. 12:42 You have to have marriage counseling, 12:43 you have to, another 21 days. 12:45 You have to have marriage counseling, 12:46 you have to have a pastor who's willing to marry you. 12:50 And they said no. 12:51 So we were out the office again, out with a no. 12:56 And then what happened? 12:57 - Somebody chased us outside the office- 12:59 - A government worker? - And said 13:01 if you can really talk to one of the pastors 13:04 that would really be okay to do the ceremony, 13:08 and then the paperwork, just put it in the date 13:12 when the permit was being approved, 13:18 then we would allow you guys to get married. 13:21 - So we went through marriage counseling, 13:23 which was also a miracle because it was supposed 13:26 to be scheduled and they were able to get us in. 13:29 And everything fell back into place again. 13:32 - Wow. 13:33 - So I asked my uncle, because he's a pastor 13:35 and he said, "Oh, no problem." 13:38 So it happened, my dream wedding day. 13:41 I'm supposed to be happy but you know, 13:44 the devil was talking to me to running away. 13:47 I wanted to run away from him, 13:49 like I'm nothing to this marriage. 13:52 But God used one of my aunties and she said, 13:56 "The devil sees that you will be happy in the future 14:01 "and he wants that not to happen. 14:04 "So if you really wanna run away from this marriage 14:06 "that you told me is really God's will, 14:10 "you might regret in the future, you might find somebody 14:13 "that is not really from God and the result 14:15 "is not really," so with that advice I just, like okay, 14:21 so I really have to do this. 14:24 So we got married. 14:26 - Wow. - Yeah. 14:29 - Going back, we had helped a 1000 Missionary Movement 14:34 with a project. 14:35 We had found a bible worker willing to go up into, 14:38 it wasn't in the mountains very far, but it was still 14:40 far enough up that it was like unknown territory 14:43 for the church and we were, his name was Dudes. 14:48 And Dudes helped the two missionary girls 14:51 that were, one was from Korea, one was from the Philippines, 14:54 we helped to establish that church there with them. 14:57 - You had that, it did start 14:59 with the faith camp that you attended. 15:01 - It did, I had already gone to two faith camps 15:04 and so this missionary idea was just burning in me. 15:07 It was really burning in me and so- 15:09 - I remember the second faith camp you had- 15:11 - I was doing the PA work for the- 15:13 - And you stood up and you claimed your inheritance. 15:16 - Oh, yeah, I did. 15:19 - The theme of faith camp that year 15:20 was claim your inheritance, going off the text in the Bible 15:23 that talk about our seed shall inherit the Gentiles 15:26 and I will give you the heathen for your inheritance 15:29 and so you claimed- 15:30 - Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread. 15:32 I was excited, but as much as I felt this burning 15:37 coming on me, I said, "Lord, I'm a pretty dense guy, 15:42 "if You're really talking to me, 15:43 "You're gonna have to hit me with a bigger stick." 15:45 And those were really my exact words. 15:47 And for the next three months, God spoke loud and clear. 15:50 Matthew 6:33 came at me from every single direction. 15:54 It just like, I couldn't escape it. 15:56 And like Luke 14, I was saying, but Lord, 16:00 and I have to bring my wife here, 16:01 this is gonna be a huge expense, but Lord, 16:04 you know, I've got this and I've got that, 16:07 and He just kept reminding me, seek ye first 16:09 the kingdom of God and His righteousness 16:11 and all these things will be added unto you. 16:14 Your way of thinking, as an American, 16:16 is you get your skills, you get a job, 16:19 you eight to five, nine to five, whatever, 16:22 you build your retirement up and life is good, right? 16:28 - And then, yeah. 16:30 - And so this idea of seek ye first the kingdom of God, 16:36 and trust everything with Him, and He's calling me 16:37 to do missionary work in the Philippines, 16:38 when I'm supposed to be bring a wife to America, 16:42 doesn't make any sense to me. 16:43 It just doesn't make any sense, I love America. 16:46 It was hot and sticky over there. 16:48 It was loud, it was not agreeable with me. 16:52 But I remember after three months, 16:55 I really cried like a baby, I gave in to the Lord 16:57 and said, "You know, I'm gonna stop running like Jonah, 17:00 "I'm really gonna listen to your voice." 17:02 And I was excited because I got on the phone with Michelle, 17:06 and I said, "Honey, what do you think 17:07 "about doing missionary work in the mountains in Mindanao? 17:11 And she said- 17:12 - Oh, we're gonna die. 17:14 We're really gonna die. 17:16 That's what I was thinking. 17:18 - Yeah. 17:18 - Why did you have that thought? 17:20 - It's because the mountains, we live in the coast area, 17:24 coastal area and we don't really go to the mountains 17:28 because for us, it's just, there's a lot of 17:31 the people there have a different mentality 17:35 and they're very, they have different laws. 17:41 The tribal people have a different law, so- 17:43 - And it was an ongoing insurgency. 17:45 There were- - That's what it was. 17:47 - Between the communists and the government. 17:50 It's been going on, I think, since the 1960s, right? 17:52 - I don't know, it's quite a long time. 17:55 - Yeah. - Wow. 17:56 So there was real danger there? 17:57 - Yeah. 17:58 - Wow. 18:00 So he told you this and you said, "We're gonna die," 18:02 and then- 18:02 - I said I'm not really into it. 18:03 - And then we started researching the books, 18:06 "Christian Service", and "Welfare Ministry" and other books. 18:10 Seeking the Lord, how are we gonna do this? 18:13 And praying and what happened next was 18:19 the circumstances came, we said, "Okay, Lord, 18:22 "we're not putting stipulations on you anymore. 18:25 "We're ready to go." 18:27 And as soon as we were ready to go 18:29 without the stipulations, a kind and generous woman 18:33 who we had given our last bit of money to, the year before, 18:37 for dog food and other needs that she had, 18:40 because she was on hard times, had come on better times. 18:43 - She didn't ask for it. 18:44 She didn't ask for it. 18:45 - She didn't ask for the money- 18:46 - We just saw- - We saw her need 18:47 and we gave our last bit of money for her. 18:50 And the following year she did the same for us. 18:53 And we had figured out, we found a piece of land, 18:55 we knew what we were gonna need to begin 18:57 the ministry as a, in an area, 19:01 and she gave us a huge cheque. 19:04 Over $70 thousand. 19:06 - Wow. 19:08 - And, you know, we were granted one motorcycle 19:14 and then another motorcycle as we were faithful, 19:16 God enlarged, we got off the coast, we got in the mountains. 19:21 We were by concept able to establish a church 19:25 and then another church and then another church 19:27 and then another church. 19:28 And God continued to bless us. 19:31 Then three schools later, I mean it just kept 19:36 getting bigger and bigger and what we thought 19:37 was just gonna be a vision trip, to go over and see 19:40 you know, spend a short-term mission trip, 19:43 turned into a full-blown ministry. 19:45 - Wow, wow. 19:46 - Yeah, it was amazing. - That's amazing. 19:49 So once you said yes, then He just-- 19:53 - Once we submitted, yeah. 19:55 - That a lot of things happen. 19:58 - Circumstance happened where were wanted to live 20:00 in wood houses, and we almost went to jail. 20:04 We thought we were following the proper procedures 20:07 and we showed up for a, at the wood to start building 20:11 the house and all the government officials were there 20:14 and the chief of the people that we went to 20:16 to actually thought we were following protocol 20:19 to cut the wood for us, and we were taken downtown 20:22 for investigation. 20:23 I was threatened to be blacklisted 20:25 and thrown out of the country. 20:27 - Basically, we were being betrayed. 20:29 The people that sold the wood to us, 20:32 they were the ones that reported us. 20:35 So it was like the devil doesn't want us there. 20:38 - And we weren't doing it purposely, 20:39 we really thought we were following proper protocol. 20:43 So we were forced to build wood and cement, 20:46 I mean cement and steal houses in the beginning. 20:49 And, which, looking back now, you know- 20:53 - It's a blessing. 20:55 - It was a blessing because we started hearing gunfire 20:58 around the area and hundreds of people had been dying 21:02 around us within a, within a probably a seven 21:05 or eight mile area, we were right in the middle of a war. 21:09 And we didn't know. 21:11 Our first house we were living in there were 14 of us 21:13 living in this 14 by 10 house. 21:16 It was just small logs, with bamboo sheeting around it 21:21 and at night time, we'd hear these rubber boots come up, 21:24 (squishing) 21:26 and they would breathe next to the building 21:29 and we would tap each other. 21:31 - [Natalie] Pray. - Pray. 21:34 We knew at that point that we were in the thick of it 21:38 and we needed to be right with God. 21:40 If ever we were gonna accomplish and stay alive in this, 21:44 this situation, we were gonna need to search our hearts 21:46 and be right with God. 21:48 - Wow, what a way to start ministry. 21:50 - Yeah, it was a real boot camp. 21:53 - Baptism by fire. 21:54 - It was, yeah. - Wow. 21:57 So, how, in your mission work, I know that you're busy 22:03 all the time- - yeah. 22:04 - And you've got a lot going on, 22:05 how do you protect your marriage, 22:08 how do you protect your family? 22:09 Because if you've got 14 people living with you, 22:12 or whatever it is that at the time, 22:14 I know it goes up and down sometimes for you. 22:16 - We've had as many as 50. 22:18 - Yeah, but how do you, how do you work things 22:21 so that you stay that connection with each other? 22:24 - When you take and look outside of yourself, 22:27 it's easy not to see your own problems, not to see you 22:31 and see your spouse's faults. 22:34 You know, when you're serving others, you need each other. 22:38 You need each other and you're dependent on each other 22:40 for advice and for prayer and for that comfort, you know? 22:46 We all need that so that was important. 22:50 God knew what he was doing, for sure. 22:52 - Yeah, well we've seen a friend of ours share 22:55 that like in their mission field, 22:58 out of six families or something like that, 23:01 four of them ended up getting divorced. 23:04 And so it's like we've seen the tension 23:08 because of the devil's attacks on the marriage 23:11 and upon the family and it's a good thing 23:14 that you've learned that you have to be connected to God 23:18 and to each other and be humble. 23:20 There's a lot of attacks, I know 23:22 that everybody has challenges. 23:25 - Our kids suffer for the, for a lot of years. 23:28 We took them to the mission field early 23:31 and, you know, sibling rivalry and sibling fights, 23:35 you know, and with the people we were working for, 23:38 it's just not acceptable. 23:39 So we had to stop leaving them, stop bringing them- 23:43 - And so you left them with grandparents, or? 23:46 - With grandparents and with other missionaries. 23:49 It was with grandma for a couple of years 23:53 and so it was hard on our family. 23:54 We neglected our kids and so we spent 23:57 the last couple of years reclaiming them. 24:00 And it's worked out really good. 24:03 - God is good. 24:05 - You know when, the Bible says to raise up your kids 24:08 in the morning, and the afternoon and the evening, 24:11 always talking about the Lord and His goodness, 24:13 and we did that, we never neglected to do that. 24:16 So we may have neglected time and listening, 24:19 like we should have, but I think we caught it in time 24:23 and we're proud of what's becoming of our kids. 24:27 - Wow, praise the Lord. 24:28 - [Mike] Yeah. - God is so gracious. 24:30 - Yeah, even when we don't deserve it. 24:34 - Yeah, so what is the plan now for your ministry? 24:39 Where are you headed? 24:40 What's the big burden right now? 24:43 - Things are changing quick in the country. 24:46 There's not anybody who's reading up on the country 24:49 and Mindanao is, things are happening. 24:53 Radio, and I was working in radio before I started missions 24:57 and now the Lord's bringing it back. 24:59 And we are in a location where we can reach 25:05 over a million people- - Wow. 25:07 - Not only people but communist rebels, locals, 25:14 coastal, Islamic- 25:18 - So a variety of people. 25:20 - A variety of people so we just found out, 25:24 last night, that it looks like we will 25:25 be going under franchise and we've been assigned 25:28 our frequencies and everything. 25:30 So we're excited. 25:31 We've got a problem with our present location. 25:35 Tourism is overtaking the front of the property 25:37 and we see a need to move up, higher, 25:40 and out of the way of tourism. 25:43 - So you've got to put your antennae 25:45 up on the top of the hill? 25:46 - Yeah, we've gotta, we've got a mountain behind us 25:49 and we've been praying for that mountain. 25:52 The Lord says, right- - Go forward. 25:55 - If you add faith, you can what? 25:57 Move mountains. 25:58 - Move mountains, yes. - I don't wanna move it, 25:59 I just wanna possess it, so that we can possess 26:02 the people that it can reach. 26:03 - Wow. 26:04 - So that's our next goal, we need to rebuild 26:06 the mission post, it's rotting. 26:09 We live at 4000 feet in the clouds. 26:12 Humidity is 99% and it's already getting tired. 26:17 - Lots of molds. 26:19 - Mold and it's not safe anymore. 26:22 We need to rebuild. 26:23 - Okay. 26:24 - And so we're looking at all of our options 26:26 and we need to build some roads and bring 26:28 some electricity lines up top and so it's a big task 26:31 and we know that in our own, in our own estimation 26:34 we'll never really get this done. 26:36 But we know that what God has done in the past, 26:38 has been a miracle and we know that God 26:39 will perform what He wants us to do. 26:42 Whether that's His plan, we'll see. 26:44 - Yeah, wow, I just wanna thank you both 26:47 for coming here today and sharing your stories with us. 26:50 - Oh, we wanna thank you too and we had a blast 26:53 at faith camp and it's been just great 26:54 to see everybody again. 26:56 - Yeah, and praise the Lord for the opportunities 26:58 to share what God is doing. 27:01 - You know, Jesus is coming soon. 27:02 And we wanna be ready. - [Natalie] Yeah. 27:06 - But more than that, we want others to be ready too. 27:09 - [Natalie] Yeah, praise the Lord. 27:10 Thank you for sharing. 27:11 - Thank you. - Thank you. 27:13 - I would like to invite you to pray for Mike and Michelle 27:16 and their ministry there in the Philippines. 27:19 They are in a place of real danger but God is big 27:22 and God's angels are there and He encamps around 27:25 those that fear him and He delivers them. 27:28 They have many more stories that they have not 27:29 been able to share today, stories where God 27:32 has obviously protected them very obviously 27:35 from clear and present danger. 27:38 You know, if the Lord is impressing you to be a part 27:41 of this ministry through financial offerings as well, 27:45 you can send your tax-deductible love gift 27:47 to Jesus for Asia, P.O.
