00:21 - Hello and welcome to Jesus for Asia Now. 00:23 I'm Natalie Wood and my husband Jon is here with me. 00:26 Today we want to share with you one of the most amazing 00:29 faith in healing stories we have ever heard. 00:32 In fact, it's so amazing that some will find it hard 00:34 to believe that it actually happened. 00:37 But, we will have the testimony directly from 00:39 our Jesus for Asia bible worker, himself. 00:41 Hello love! 00:42 - Hi darling, how are you? 00:43 - Doing all right. 00:44 - Awesome. 00:45 - Glad we can do this 00:46 story sharing. - Oh, I'm so excited. 00:48 When I heard that story, I'm like man, everybody 00:50 is gonna wanna hear this story 00:51 because it's so encouraging. 00:53 And it shows what faith can do. 00:55 It shows somebody that is exercising faith 00:57 and God is just coming through, it's amazing. 01:00 But, I wasn't the only one there. 01:02 - Yeah, you weren't. 01:03 You had our foreign correspondents, Jonathan and Hannah 01:05 there as well as Sharron and Christina 01:07 who work here in the office with us. 01:09 - Yeah, so we all were sitting around interviewing 01:12 a lot of different bible workers in that area 01:16 and we were, it was a hot day, we had just 01:19 done a bible worker meeting and we were 01:22 interviewing some of the bible workers 01:23 and we were kinda like not really paying 01:26 attention and I heard what this guy was saying. 01:30 And I'm like, whoa. 01:31 We just all sat up and listened. 01:34 Now, most of the bible workers have amazing stories, 01:37 amazing testimonies, but every once in a while 01:40 you hear something that God has done that's really special. 01:43 - Yeah, well and the hard thing is 01:45 they have these amazing stories, but we don't 01:47 speak their language and we don't go and visit 01:49 them very often and so, when we do go and visit 01:52 them then we hear their stories, 01:53 but it's very hard for their stories 01:55 to get translated and sent to us. 01:58 - Yes. 01:59 - Longer than one paragraph, 02:00 many times the stories we get are one 02:01 paragraph and it was, they were healed, 02:05 or they came out of being an alcoholic 02:08 and abusing their family. 02:09 You know, it's a very short picture 02:12 of the story, it doesn't have the details 02:15 or what was really going on. 02:16 - Yeah, and this is kind of a choice 02:17 that we have made because this allows us 02:19 to keep our overhead low. 02:21 We want as much of the donated funds 02:23 to go directly to their salaries as possible 02:26 and when you start developing a whole 02:28 administrative staff network to get those 02:31 stories and bring them back that just adds 02:34 to the cost of doing this work, and so 02:37 when we do go we try to maximize as much as possible 02:40 and interview as many as possible. 02:42 These stories are happening all over India, 02:44 all over Asia, we're just getting 02:47 a little sampling of them. 02:49 - Right. 02:50 - But, that's all we really need-- 02:51 - Right, to encourage us. 02:52 - Oh, my goodness, yeah, when you hear this story 02:54 it's just, how many other stories are like this 02:58 we just haven't heard. 02:59 But, this is a little sampling. 03:01 - Right. 03:02 - To our friends here in America. 03:03 - Right, and we want to get into our story, I think 03:05 because it shows faith, 03:07 and couraging God that we don't see very often. 03:12 - And I've taken his whole testimony and I've 03:15 split it up so that we can stop and discuss 03:18 and point out some things during his testimony. 03:20 - Right, 'cause there's some terms I think 03:22 that need to be defined and different 03:23 things like that, right? - Yes. 03:25 - The other thing we really wanna see 03:27 is the trust in God. 03:28 - And you'll see that in this story. 03:30 - Right. - Yeah. 03:32 (speaking in foreign language) 03:38 - My name is James, 03:39 I'm working in two places, 03:41 Paliyapulior and Karukkampalayam. 03:44 (speaking in foreign language) 03:47 There are so many witnesses, 03:49 like poisonous insect bites 03:52 and some thyroid problems, 03:55 but I'm going to share with you 03:57 one very important witness today. 04:01 (speaking in foreign language) 04:03 One lady, she's a Hindu lady, 04:07 she was a rich lady, 04:09 but her own relatives were so jealous of her. 04:13 So they were doing some kind of bad things against her, 04:18 black magics and things that would be very terrible for her. 04:24 They were trying to do these things to her. 04:26 - Okay, this isn't something that we normally 04:28 hear about in America. 04:30 We don't have neighbors that get upset with you 04:33 so they hire somebody to come and put 04:35 a black magic curse on you that ruins your life. 04:40 - Right. 04:40 (Jon laughs) 04:41 - But, this is something that's rather normal 04:44 in other countries, especially in India. 04:47 I have seen this, in fact there was 04:49 a bible worker, he was actually a pastor 04:51 that we interviewed back in 2004 and I have 04:54 his testimony on one of the shows that we produced, 04:58 called India Face to Face, his pastor Scotia Nassin 05:03 and he became a black magic sorcerer. 05:07 Do you remember that story? 05:08 - Right, before he became a pastor 05:11 he was a black magic sorcerer. 05:12 And yeah, he would go and do these 05:16 spells, they call them, pujas, 05:18 or whatever, they read the Hindu scriptures 05:20 and say certain words, 05:22 and then-- - And send 05:23 a demon into somebody. 05:24 - Right, and they're paralyzed 05:26 or their life is destroyed or they die, even. 05:29 - Yup, yup, and he learned-- - It's real. 05:31 - Yeah, absolutely, and he learned from his 05:34 black magic guru, his teacher, that if you 05:36 wanna do good you have to pray to Jesus Christ. 05:39 - Right. 05:40 - And that's how he became, he started just serving 05:41 just Jesus Christ and the guy tried to tempt his, 05:44 I mean, it was amazing story. 05:45 - Right. 05:47 - So, this is kind of normal over there. 05:49 - Right, well there was that other time 05:51 when the young man that you were asked to pray 05:53 for in India kept getting woken up in the middle 05:56 of the night because he was levitating. 05:58 - Right, he would wake up two feet off the ground. 06:00 - Yeah. 06:01 - Nothing was under him, just a demon's den, 06:04 and the Mom and they knew that this was demon harassment. 06:07 Now, there's people in America that don't believe in demons, 06:11 but I'd be happy to take them to India. 06:14 - It's far too real there. - It is real. 06:16 - It's far too real and even in Thailand 06:18 Gayle Habricam, one of our missionaries, 06:21 has testimonies about the results of sorcerers 06:24 putting spells on people. 06:26 - One guy had a spell put on him and he died 06:30 and he told his wife, when I die, cut me open. 06:34 So they cut him open and they found fish eggs. 06:36 - Yeah, all over inside of him, it's like? 06:38 - Yeah, well, where did that come from? 06:40 - Yeah, weird. 06:41 - So this stuff is real, and we actually, 06:43 which is fine, in the west we are very scientific 06:48 and so we kinda discount this thing, 06:50 but the truth is, you and I, as Christians, 06:53 we serve a spirit, John chapter four, 06:57 "God is a spirit, and they that worship Him 07:00 must worship Him in." 07:01 - Spirit and in truth. 07:02 - Yeah, another story that goes along with that 07:05 is there was a missionary in western Papua, 07:09 Irian Jaya, that when we first went there, 07:12 people were afraid to walk through the jungles, in fact-- 07:15 - Especially at night. 07:17 - Yes, in fact, when he was walking through the jungles 07:20 he always felt this oppressive spirit and one time 07:22 he heard a demon screaming in his ear, 07:25 freaked him out, and so all the jungles were just like 07:28 infested with all these demons. 07:30 But after the planting of the gospel there 07:32 and there was several churches and there was 07:34 believers that were praying, after like 20 years 07:38 of that all the evil spirits were chased out 07:41 and even the unbelievers were able to walk 07:43 through the jungle at night, without fear. 07:46 - Right, so it's amazing what God does, 07:50 when his spirit is invited into places 07:52 and people start believing in him, 07:54 he can open and take the darkness away. 07:57 - Yeah, but this is a spiritual world, 07:59 the unseen is real. 08:01 - It is, it is very real. 08:03 We don't have people in America-- 08:05 - Hiring black magic sorcerers-- 08:07 - Hiring people to put curses on their relatives 08:09 or their neighbors or whatever. 08:11 - At least, not that we know of. 08:12 - Yeah, I mean, it's more on the rare side, 08:14 But over there it's more normal. 08:15 - So, this lady has received a curse 08:18 from her family and it's actually really, 08:20 and you'll see in this next video 08:22 how it's affecting her life. 08:23 - Right, the other thing is that over here 08:26 our country is based on Christian principals. 08:29 The people that founded our country were Christian. 08:32 And so Christ was invited in, his spirit was invited here, 08:38 his angels were invited here. 08:39 And so we are protected in many ways from this 08:42 type of manifestation. 08:44 - Correct. 08:45 - Because of God's protection. 08:47 But over there, the devil has free reign. 08:49 The gods that they're worshiping are evil spirits. 08:52 And so, it's all, yeah, all hell breaks loose, so to speak. 08:58 I don't know what you wanna say. 08:59 - They don't have that protection, 09:00 I mean-- - No, they don't. 09:01 - The devil has free reign on a lot of ways. 09:02 - Right. 09:03 - And so, when we go over there and we go, 09:06 like sometimes I've gone into Hindu temples 09:09 and things like that, I make sure I'm connected with God 09:12 to have that protection. 09:14 One time I went into a temple and I didn't have that, 09:17 I didn't make that conscious connection with the Father. 09:21 And as I left, there was an evil spirit attached to me. 09:25 And I didn't realize it, I just, I had this bad attitude, 09:28 and I was really negative, and I was really 09:32 getting really depressed. - Mean. 09:32 - And mean, cunning to my, 09:34 and then I realized, oh something's going on. 09:37 I asked my friends, please pray for me. 09:40 And I felt like I was under water swimming 09:42 to reach the surface and it's like, can I make it before? 09:45 And then they prayed and the evil spirit was disbursed 09:48 and I had like that peace again. 09:52 So, this stuff's real. 09:53 - It is very real. 09:55 - We have a friend in Cambodia that he's a missionary 09:58 there and when he goes to Angkor Wat he always 10:01 prays for God's protection because when he goes in, 10:03 one time he went in, he didn't pray, he got jumped 10:07 by the evil spirits. 10:08 - It was like a physical manifestation, I mean 10:12 he didn't see it, but it was physical. 10:15 - Yeah, he could feel it. 10:16 - Right. 10:18 - This is real, so we're telling our viewers the story, 10:19 giving a little glimpse behind 10:21 the scenes into the spiritual life. 10:24 Let's continue with his story. 10:27 (speaking in foreign language) 10:29 - [Man] Because of these satanic things, 10:31 she got the disease called elephantiasis. 10:35 - Now this is really serious condition, because, 10:38 and I knew kind of about this because when I was 10:40 really little, my parents, my Dad was a doctor 10:43 and we were missionaries in New Guinea. 10:45 Which is a very tropical area, and I'd heard about 10:49 elephantiasis as a really dreaded disease 10:53 because there's no known cure. 10:54 - Right. 10:55 - And I researched it online even today 10:57 there's no known cure for elephantiasis. 11:00 They can do therapy and they can manage it 11:02 and treat it but they can't cure it. 11:05 - Right, they can kill the parasites that cause it 11:08 but that doesn't take away the effect 11:10 or it doesn't take away the disease itself. 11:12 - And that's how big her leg swelled up to, 11:14 I mean you can wrap it and try to manage the size, 11:17 but you can't get it back down after it's gotten that large. 11:21 - Wow, so she was a sick lady. 11:24 - Very sick. - With no hope. 11:26 - No - No hope of a cure, 11:28 no hope of, wow. 11:30 - Yeah, I mean this is, it's like leprosy. 11:33 It's like a curse of God. 11:35 It wasn't just the swelling either. 11:37 - Right, there's the next clip. 11:38 - [Jon] Okay. 11:39 - Because of this, there was a big hole 11:42 where you finger can fit inside. 11:45 And from that hole, worms used to come 11:48 and a very rotten smell, 11:52 like how a dead body would smell. 11:54 It would smell like that. 11:56 - Wow, how sad. 11:58 - Can you imagine living with that? 12:00 That smell and then, you could put your finger in, 12:03 well, we'll just move on. 12:04 - Yeah, yeah, but having no hope, that's the main thing. 12:09 All right, well let's move on to the next video. 12:12 (speaking foreign language) 12:15 - 10 of our members and myself, 12:17 we were praying in the church, 12:19 and she was sitting at the back. 12:21 She covered her leg so that no one will notice. 12:24 I was watching her as I was giving sermon. 12:27 From the beginning till the end, she was crying. 12:30 After the sermon, I used to pray for all the members 12:33 in the church, and I called this lady to the front. 12:37 (speaking foreign language) 12:44 When I called her, she came to the front. 12:46 She fell down to my feet. 12:49 She started crying, crying, and crying. 12:51 Continually she was crying for 10 minutes. 12:54 She couldn't speak anything. 12:55 I immediately called my wife 12:58 and asked her to ask her what is the problem 13:01 because she could speak anything, she couldn't talk. 13:03 She was crying. 13:05 She told my wife, since your husband is a pastor, 13:08 he should not touch my feet. 13:10 These ugly feet, these sick feet. 13:14 And I called her, don't worry, I'm a pastor, 13:17 I'm here to serve you. 13:19 Don't feel anything bad, please come closer. 13:22 She came and I took coconut oil in my hand, 13:26 prayed for that oil, and applied where the wound was. 13:32 (speaking foreign language) 13:33 I encouraged her, you too have to pray 13:36 to the living God. 13:38 And I was continually praying for this lady, 13:41 and I told her, within a week of time, 13:44 your wounds are going to be completely healed, 13:47 and you're going to come to this same church, 13:49 you're going to give witness, I told her. 13:52 - That is amazing. 13:53 (Jon laughs) 13:55 - Okay, so he was preaching, it was on a Sabbath day 13:57 in the church, there was only 10 people in the congregation 13:59 because this is a newly reopened church, okay? 14:04 And so she comes in, but she's afraid. 14:06 I don't know why she came, I don't know 14:08 what drew her, but, she was desperate. 14:10 - Her friend brought her, or? 14:11 - Something like that, but she sat in the back 14:13 and she hid and she was crying the whole time. 14:16 But, the amazing thing is what this humble 14:19 bible worker told her, he didn't, 14:22 when somebody comes to us for prayer for sickness, 14:25 I mean, what do we normally do? 14:27 - Well, we pray for healing according to the Lord's will 14:30 but we expect that they'll just have to go to the doctor. 14:33 (Jon laughs) 14:33 - Yeah. 14:34 - I mean, we pray for wisdom for the doctors, 14:36 and I do that too, pray for wisdom for the doctors, and. 14:38 - [Jon] Sure. 14:40 - That they'll be healed - It's a valid prayer, but-- 14:41 - According to the Lord's will. 14:43 - But, he took it another step, he didn't just say, 14:44 I'll pray for you, he says, 14:46 Next week you will-- 14:48 - Testify. 14:49 - In this place, in this church on the Sabbath. 14:52 What a statement of faith. 14:54 - Yeah. 14:54 - Amazing. - Wow. 14:56 - That's a whole other level, I mean, 14:58 and you read in the Bible, Jesus would say, 15:01 he wouldn't say, I'll pray for you. 15:03 He would say, stand up. 15:07 He would say, take up your bed and walk. 15:09 And then the disciples did the same thing. 15:11 - Right. 15:12 - So, what happens? 15:14 - Right, well, we do have to warn our viewers 15:15 that there's some weirdness coming, 15:18 so just expect that there will be a little bit weird. 15:23 - Yeah, but there are things that we don't know, 15:24 I mean, we don't know everything about the unseen world. 15:27 - Right. 15:28 - So, let's just see what the outcome is. 15:30 - Okay. - And see what the story is. 15:32 - After praying for her in the church. 15:34 I was continually going to her house, 15:37 visiting her two days and praying with her. 15:40 (speaking foreign language) 15:44 I went to her house. 15:46 The moment I went to her house, 15:48 I could feel that here was evil spirit in her house. 15:52 I just stopped in the front portion. 15:56 I asked her to bring some water. 15:58 Then I prayed and I sprinkled it throughout the house. 16:02 When I came to the middle of the house, 16:04 there was something, like I could feel the heat, 16:08 like standing on fire. 16:12 That was the first experience I had. 16:14 It was very hot, I asked the lady to bring some more water. 16:21 And I sprinkled on it and I prayed earnestly. 16:23 Then I told the lady, you dig this place 16:26 and see what is inside. 16:28 When they dig the place they found there was this coconut 16:32 covered with all these evil things. 16:35 And her hair was there, they tied it, 16:39 and they did some kind of puja to keep this lady sick 16:43 and so that she would not come up in life. 16:46 She would be in poverty all her life long. 16:51 (speaking foreign language) 16:55 After we took that thing out, we burned it. 16:58 When we burned it, it was smelling like a dead body burning. 17:05 After that, two hours I was there in that house. 17:07 I prayed with that lady, prayed earnestly. 17:10 Then I came back home. 17:12 - So, that's a bit weird. 17:13 - Right. 17:14 - But, who are we to say that that's not real? 17:20 - Well, we can't say that, it's real. 17:22 He is sharing the story. 17:23 - Yeah. 17:24 - But, we don't see that kind of thing over here, 17:27 but the devil's just as real here, 17:29 he just manifests in different ways. 17:30 - So, we see his presence manifesting in different 17:33 ways, more attractive, the famous, the rock, 17:38 the beautiful people, they're the ones that 17:42 tend to manifest his spirit. 17:44 - Right, the music, movies, entertainment, 17:47 all that stuff. 17:48 - And you can sense God's presence 17:50 being withdrawn from society. 17:52 - Right, which is what the Bible tells us. 17:55 That the angels have been holding back the winds of strife. 17:58 And I think this manifestation of the evil 18:02 is definitely the winds of strife. 18:03 - But, it's the same spirit, and so 18:07 maintain that connection with Christ on a daily basis, 18:09 even in this country is so vital, 18:12 because what you're seeing here, 18:15 that spirit is what's behind, 18:17 I mean, that's what we are guarding against. 18:19 That's not where we wanna go. 18:21 - That's why the weapons of our warfare are not carnal. 18:23 - [Jon] They're the spiritual weapons. 18:24 - But they're mighty through God. 18:25 - Yes, and that's the prayer. 18:27 - Right, the connection with God that we see 18:30 in this bible worker, I mean, How could 18:32 he sense that that was there? 18:34 Because he was connected with God, 18:36 and so the evil was obvious. 18:38 - Yes. 18:39 - And that's what we need to take away from this too, 18:41 is that if we're connected with God, 18:44 then whatever evil it is, whatever way the evil 18:48 ones are trying to attack us, it's gonna be obvious 18:51 because the connection with God gives us that sense. 18:54 - Right, so the question is now, okay, he's made 18:56 this statement, he's gone and done two days 18:58 of this work in her house and stuff. 19:01 What happens next, what does God do? 19:03 - Okay, here we go. 19:06 (speaking in foreign language) 19:08 - That night, when she was freed from that evil thing, 19:12 she had a dream and she saw a bright man 19:15 coming with many bright people 19:18 and that was the image of Jesus Christ. 19:21 That lady, after she saw the image of Jesus, 19:24 she couldn't stay at home. 19:26 She came that night to my house after the dream. 19:29 She said I saw this in my dream. 19:32 I'm excited, I'm so happy. 19:35 Then the next day, I told her that same night, 19:38 you come and give this witness in the church. 19:41 After this dream her leg was completely healed. 19:46 - Wow. 19:48 - Blow my mind. 19:51 - Right, God did it. 19:53 - Yes. 19:54 - And he appeared to her, Jesus appeared to her in a dream. 19:58 That's just so neat. 19:59 - Yeah, and so it wasn't just the healing from the prayer. 20:02 It was Jesus did more than that, he revealed 20:05 himself to her in that dream. 20:07 - Wow, yeah. 20:07 - And she was so excited. 20:09 She went to brother James house at like 20:12 2:00, 3:00 in the morning and woke him up. 20:15 She was so excited. 20:16 - Yeah, that's really, really awesome. 20:20 - I remember there was one young man, 20:21 we were doing an evangelistic series in '99 20:23 in India, and he came in and after that meeting 20:26 he came to me and says, I really like your speech. 20:28 I'm like, oh, thank you, thank you. 20:30 And then the next day, he came back, he says 20:32 huge peace, huge peace, I want to be Christian 20:34 I want to be, what do I have to do? 20:36 I says, well, you have to be baptized, 20:38 and he says, huge peace, last night I prayed to 20:41 all these different gods, but last night 20:42 I gave my heart to Jesus. 20:43 And he came in huge peace, he was so excited 20:46 about this huge peace and when you've never 20:48 experienced that before in your entire life 20:51 and then it comes in and Jesus hits you 20:52 with that peace, wow. 20:55 - Yeah. 20:56 - Powerful, and that's exactly what happened with this lady. 20:58 - Right, so I wanna know the rest of the story, though, 21:01 I wanna know did she go and testify 21:04 on Sabbath that she was healed? 21:06 - Yes. 21:07 - Also, 'cause that was his statement to faith. 21:10 So, let's see the next part. 21:13 - The next day, as he told her the week before, 21:15 next week you will come and give witness in the church. 21:18 She came on the Sabbath. 21:20 She gave that witness. 21:22 Her wounds were completely healed. 21:25 - Yeah, they said that the, even the hole where 21:27 you could stick your entire finger in, was completely 21:31 healed, just a little scar from where that had been. 21:34 - Yeah. 21:35 - In, immediately, basically. 21:37 - Yes, yes, healed elephantiasis, an incurable disease, 21:41 and healed that wound, all within 21:44 one week, exactly as James had said. 21:48 - Yeah. 21:49 - God's good, God can do anything. 21:51 - Yeah, yeah, it's just, you have to stop 21:55 and think about it, you can't just talk about it. 21:59 - And it was so obvious to her, who had healed her. 22:02 - Right, right, and that's what we 22:05 wanna see next is what was her response. 22:07 - Yes. 22:08 (speaking in foreign language) 22:12 - These people, as a whole family, 22:15 now they have accepted Jesus Christ. 22:17 After this mighty miracle, 22:19 now whatever program there in the church, 22:22 she is the first lady, she is there to do everything, 22:25 and whenever I take some workers 22:29 or some pastors with me, 22:31 she respects them as respecting Jesus Christ. 22:34 She has a high regard for this truth and for this church. 22:38 (speaking in foreign language) 22:44 This lady, in that village, is a living witness now. 22:49 People are looking at her, 22:51 and they are accepting Jesus Christ now. 22:53 Through her, many souls are attending the church now. 22:57 I thank the Lord for this amazing miracle 23:00 God has done in her life. 23:02 (speaking in foreign language) 23:05 Same like this lady, 23:07 I pray that many other ladies also will come 23:10 into the church. 23:11 So kindly pray for me and for that village. 23:15 Thank you so much. 23:17 - That's really neat, that the whole family 23:19 was baptized and then it's going through the community. 23:22 - Yeah. 23:24 - Because they knew she was sick, and they're looking 23:25 at her and they're seeing Jesus. 23:26 - God can do this, what a powerful God. 23:28 - Yeah, God is powerful and he's so loving 23:32 and kind, I mean to appear to her in a dream. 23:36 I know I wish that you could've talked to her 23:38 as well, evidently she wasn't around that day. 23:40 - We were just there for a short time, 23:42 but I definitely wanna go back and learn more about 23:44 what did she see that night when she saw 23:47 him in a dream, it's like, what expression 23:49 did he wear on his face? 23:50 I'm sure it was kind, and loving, 23:53 just totally changed her heart, her idea, 23:57 of the cosmos, who was up there in the universe, 24:00 who was powerful and what his character was like. 24:03 - Yeah. 24:04 - Oh, man, so powerful and so now she is like 24:08 this living witness and her whole family has 24:11 accepted Jesus Christ and many more 24:13 are coming into the church through 24:15 her testimony of who God is. 24:17 - Right, it's really encouraging to us here, 24:20 'cause we may see answers to prayer, ourselves, 24:24 but when we hear stories like this it just shows 24:27 so many aspects of God's character 24:29 and it's so encouraging to us as servants 24:32 of these people. 24:33 We're just providing financial pipeline, basically, 24:38 to get their stipends to them. 24:40 - Yup. 24:41 - And sometimes, we get to encourage them 24:42 like we talked about earlier in the show, 24:44 but it's like, it's so encouraging to me 24:46 to see that God still can do those things 24:50 that he did in the Bible. 24:51 He's still able, it's our faith that is weak, 24:55 and it encourages me to have stronger faith. 24:57 - Yes, absolutely, and also-- 24:59 - Not that we wanna make rash statements, or whatever, 25:01 I would never make a rash statement, 25:04 but if I'm connected to God, 25:06 and God impresses me something. 25:08 I think God impressed James to say, 25:11 Next week you will testify. 25:13 - [Jon] Absolutely. 25:14 - And to be connected with God, 25:16 to have that kind of faith, it's just beautiful. 25:19 - That's amazing, it's amazing. 25:21 And this is what God can do, and this isn't, 25:23 like often times when I see somebody manifest 25:25 faith like that, I kind of feel like, 25:27 well, I must not be much of a believer. 25:30 And that's condemnation, it's comparing my faith 25:34 with their faiths, I don't think that's the right 25:35 response that I naturally give. 25:39 I think a better understanding would be, 25:41 that's what's possible. 25:43 God's no respecter of persons, he'll do that 25:45 for me as much as he'll do that for James. 25:48 And so there's more in my relationship, 25:51 there's more in my experience with Christ that's possible. 25:54 - There's growth opportunities. 25:55 (Jon laughs) 25:56 It's a very good way to put it, 25:57 there's a lot of growth opportunities 25:58 in my faith and to look at this kind of faith, 26:01 to hold this kind of faith up and see, 26:03 and look and contemplate and say, this is what God 26:06 did for him, this is what's possible with God, 26:09 this is the kind of relationship that I could have, 26:12 an understanding that I could have, and faith 26:14 that I could manifest with God, available to me. 26:17 - Right. - You know? 26:19 - And it's not an old thing, this isn't a story 26:22 from the Bible. - This happened just now. 26:23 - Right. 26:24 - Yeah, this is today, and so, God can do this. 26:30 - Right, he can do anything. - So encouraging. 26:31 - Right, well we wanna close 26:33 our show today in a special way. 26:35 Let's have a prayer time, would you 26:36 like to pray for the Bible workers?
