06:12 Now, I want you to get your chicken roll,
06:17 and you can use your favorite vegan chicken roll

06:24 any kind that you can get in your area, okay?

06:28 And what you're gonna do, boys and girls,
06:30 is you're going to take it
06:31 and peel it in little pieces like
06:35 you know different size pieces.
