15:19 three cups of finely chopped pecans.

15:27 So you need three cups of the finely chopped pecans
15:30 and put that in on top of your oats, okay?

15:39 'cause sometimes I forget if I've done two or three,

17:56 and scoop your veggie burger into your mixture.
