00:02 we're having a fun time in the kitchen.
00:04 We have Seth and Abby from Idaho,

00:08 What is on the menu today, guys?
00:11 Aromatic tofu and vegetable curry
00:13 with cilantro quinoa.
00:15 And for dessert,
00:16 we have strawberry almond smoothies.
00:18 Mm-hmm, yum.
00:20 This is gonna be so good.
00:22 Okay. So we got everything.
00:24 So throw the tofu into the pan as well.
00:26 Which pan? This pan.
00:27 Into other pan, yup.
00:29 And, Abby, if you can see if you can open this can here.
00:32 So it's some coconut milk that we're gonna add.
00:34 If you can use this can here,
00:36 so basically we'll press down
00:37 and hold that tight and turn that.
00:41 Lovely, see if you can turn it, yeah, lovely,
00:43 keep your hold tight.

00:49 Is this enough tofu or some more you want it?

00:53 The tofu is very delicate so just stir it,
00:55 so you don't want to break it up,
00:57 you just want to slightly stir it like this,
00:58 okay.
00:59 And this tofu is normally a very plain thing,
01:02 will soak up all those wonderful flavors.

01:14 It goes with whatever it's cooked with.
01:16 Exactly, tofu does take on the flavor,
01:17 so it's a great thing to absorb flavors.
01:20 There we have the coconut milk.

01:22 Getting around there, I think we gonna open.
01:24 So it's a bit, it hasn't been shaken properly.
01:27 Let's give it a bit of stir.
01:29 I can, do you want me to stir? That's done.
01:31 So you can pour it in the pot now.

01:36 I mean, obviously put some color in here.
01:37 We're gonna add the...
01:39 All of it? All of it? All of it. Yup.
01:41 Put it all in. It's coconut milk.
01:43 Pour it all in.
01:44 And give it a good stir.
01:46 And we're going to also add the sugar snap,
01:47 sugar snap peas, try one of these.

02:03 So we're just gonna cut them in half and put them.

02:07 So we're gonna just lightly cook them,
02:08 just to put them in there like that.

02:12 It's great, so keep stirring.

02:15 Now, we need to get started on the smoothie,
02:17 we're running out of time.
02:18 So we're gonna make this lovely strawberry smoothie.
02:21 So we've got some strawberries here in the freezer.
02:24 Is curry more like a dressing than a sauce,
02:28 or more like a sauce?
02:29 It's more kind of a curry, yeah.

02:33 So we're gonna add two cups of strawberries.
02:35 Frozen strawberries. Look at that.
02:37 You like strawberries? Yeah.
02:38 They're looking pretty good.

02:41 Oh, just throw them in.
02:42 See if you can give it a go. See if you can eat that.

02:47 And we're also gonna add some almond butter.
02:48 Have you guys tried almond butter before?
02:50 No. I've tried peanut butter.
02:52 Three tablespoons of almond butter.
02:53 That's a really nice flavor.
02:54 That's gonna make this smoothie bit more sweeter than normal.
02:57 And we're gonna add a banana.
02:59 Frozen fruit is really good. It is.
03:01 So can you unwrap that banana and put it in the blender?
03:04 We get some almond milk.
03:06 As you can see we're multitasking,
03:08 we got the sweet potatoes, we got the quinoa,
03:11 we got the curry going, we got the smoothie.
03:13 We're doing four things at one time, guys.
03:15 Like it's four of us.
03:17 So putting in a cup and a half of almond milk.
03:20 How's that banana coming?
03:21 Wonderful.
03:23 We'll take off the end bit there.
03:24 We'll put it in.
03:26 And we are going to add a little bit of honey,
03:27 just to sweeten it.
03:29 Do you guys like honey? I can, it's a good thing.
03:31 It's quite hard, isn't it?
03:32 They're rock solid.
03:33 And we're gonna blend that.
03:35 So, Abby, if you can push the go button,
03:36 push the high button there.
03:38 Oops, I better plug it in first.
03:39 Which one? The one that says high.
03:41 This one? Yup.

04:25 This looks really good.
04:27 I'm gonna try some. It's gonna come out.

04:32 So what we're gonna do is we're gonna add some cilantro
04:33 to garnish it
04:35 and the quinoa is cooked now,
04:36 we're gonna add some cilantro and oil and so.
04:38 That looks really good.

04:40 And the smoothie in glasses and we are finished our meal
