14:30 I'm from Lincoln, Nebraska. 14:31 Okay. Amen. 14:32 And now I'm Chattanooga, Tennessee, 14:35 minister music at a church I'm in. 14:36 Is that what drives you to Chattanooga? 14:37 That is what brought me to Chattanooga. 14:39 The pastor at the time moved me down there 14:41 to be their minister of music. 14:43 And what's the name of the church? 14:44 Orchard Park Seventh-day Adventist. 14:46 Orchard Park. 14:47 So I'll be looking for you when I'm in Chattanooga. 14:48 Yes, yeah. 14:50 Because I love you can worship with us. 14:51 You come down to Chattanooga, you can sing there. 14:53 Is that an invite? That is an invite, definitely. 14:54 I received it. I received it. 14:55 So you've been married how many years? 14:57 Ten years, going onto 11 in August. 14:59 I applaud you. Thank you. 15:01 I applaud you because in this day and age 15:03 10 years is like 50 years. 15:05 It's God's blessing on us, that's all it is. 15:08 So how do you make the marriage work 15:11 and the family life work? 15:13 How do you balance it all with your music ministry? 15:15 Basically my wife loves music, 15:18 so that helps 100 percent of it. 15:21 If she didn't like what I do then it would be tough. 15:23 Right. 15:24 But since she likes 15:25 what I do and believes in my ministry, 15:27 one of the first people to believe in my ministry 15:29 and then on top of it she loves music and loves God. 15:32 It's really easy. It's really not hard. 15:33 If I go some place they usually come with me, 15:36 unless it's like super far away or she has to work, 15:39 then she will stay at home with our new baby. 15:42 Ah, how old? Seven months old. 15:44 Seven months, congratulations. 15:46 What's her name? I know it's a girl. 15:47 Her name is Olivia. Yeah. 15:48 Oh, beautiful, beautiful. 15:50 You know, it takes a supportive wife 15:52 and you sound like you have a very supportive wife, 15:55 I hope you do. I do. I do. 15:56 I think my wife and your wife 15:57 should probably teach a class on being married to, 16:00 you know, Christian artists or whatever 16:03 because it takes a special kind of person, 16:05 it really does. 16:06 It really does. It definitely does. 16:08 So in your preparation to minister, 16:11 is there something that you routinely do? 16:13 Oh, yeah, definitely. 16:15 You got to study, study, study and then first, 16:19 I mean, before you study 16:20 you have to study with your family. 16:22 Right. 16:23 And then you study individually and then you go out and pray. 16:27 I pray always before I sing and after I sing 16:31 because I don't want to take it too lightly with me 16:34 doing music ministries. 16:35 Its not just music, its music ministry. 16:37 So... 16:38 That's exactly what it is. 16:40 And with that said, it is music ministry, 16:43 that's what it's about for my dear friend here 16:45 and I know that you will see that 16:47 and you receive that 16:48 when you hear his music ministry, 16:50 you will be blessed. 16:52 Enjoy. 17:22 A thief lay dying on a cross 17:29 And he knew all along That he had done wrong 17:38 And that for his sin, He must die 17:47 Then he turned And he saw the Christ 17:53 With His blood flowing down 17:58 He knew he had found the One 18:04 Who could save his soul 18:08 So, he cried, remember me 18:12 When You come Into Your kingdom, Oh, Lord 18:18 Remember me When You talk to Your Father 18:25 And tell Him That I know I've not been 18:30 All He wants me to be 18:34 But in mercy now, I plead 18:41 Lord, please, remember me 18:50 Ooh 19:00 Jesus said, 19:02 Have no fear, Son, 19:07 You shall be with Me eternally 19:16 It is for you that I died 19:23 Now I know 19:25 Christ lives again 19:31 And He stands all alone before 19:36 The white throne 19:38 With His own righteous life He covers mine 19:45 So now I cry, remember me, 19:48 When You come Into Your kingdom Oh, Lord 19:55 Remember me When You talk to Your Father 20:02 And tell Him that I know 20:05 I've not been All He want me to be 20:11 But in mercy now, I plead 20:18 Lord, please, remember me 20:27 Remember me when You come 20:32 Into Your kingdom, Oh, Lord 20:36 Remember me When You talk to Your Father 20:43 And tell Him that I know 20:46 I've not been All He wants me to be 20:52 But in mercy now, I plead 20:58 Lord, in mercy now, 21:04 I plead 21:06 Lord, remember me, 21:09 In mercy now, I plead 21:14 Lord, please, remember me 21:37 Those of you that are out there watching, 21:40 I hope you're in need of a Savior, I am. 21:43 These words to this next song 21:46 should help you throughout your day to day. 21:49 It just says, "Let not your heart be troubled, 21:51 if you believe in God, you also believe in me 21:55 for I've come to set you free. 21:57 Won't you always be my child?" 21:59 Those are assuring words from Christ. 22:33 It was on the cross 22:40 That my Savior died 22:47 He was crucified 22:53 For all of my sin 23:02 But He rose one morning, 23:09 At the break of dawn 23:15 But before He took His throne 23:20 He spoke 23:21 These words to all 23:27 Let not your hearts be troubled 23:37 You believe in God 23:41 So why not believe in Me 23:48 For I was set you free 23:55 Just say 23:57 That you will always be 24:03 My child 24:10 My child 24:28 I'm so glad I know 24:35 That Jesus loves me so 24:41 I could embed 24:44 The pain of My guilt 24:50 And of my shame 24:57 And now I'll see that day 25:03 If I'll only save Him 25:10 Right here he got 25:13 Spared haven't since 25:18 So let not your hearts 25:27 Be troubled 25:32 You believe in God 25:36 Why not believe in Me 25:42 For I'll set you free 25:50 Just say That you will always be 25:57 My child 26:03 Let not your hearts 26:10 Be troubled 26:15 I will come again 26:19 To take you back 26:23 With me till the turnover 26:32 Just say That you will always be 26:39 Just say that you will always be 26:47 Just say That you will always be 26:54 My child 27:07 You will always be My child 27:15 Yes, you will 27:17 Yes, you will 27:21 Yes, you will 27:23 You will always be My child 27:39 Magnify Him 27:45 Duawne, I was so blessed by this program. 27:46 Yes. 27:48 We always have great ministers here 27:49 on Magnify Him. 27:50 We do and that's the operative word, minister. 27:52 Ministers. 27:54 The Holmes Sisters and Lyndon just ministered to our souls. 27:57 And until we see you next time, 27:58 remember to put Christ first in all things 28:01 and Magnify Him. |
