04:24 I have the special privilege of being able 04:26 to introduce you to two dear friends of 04:29 mine that I met six years ago in the 04:31 Czechoslovakia. The first person here 04:34 I want to introduce to you is Audrey Balderstone. 04:38 Her husband David are here from England, 04:42 but what makes her so special is the fact that 04:44 she is the president of ASI Europe, 04:47 and she's been involved and she has been the 04:50 catalyst in the growing ASI Europe from eight 04:53 chapters, now they have ten chapters 04:56 and she has been very influential in 04:58 the growth of ASI Europe and has the passion 05:01 of sharing Christ in her market place in Europe, 05:05 and our dear friend Radim Passer, 05:08 who is from Czechoslovakia. 05:09 I had the privilege of meeting him and going 05:12 to his business. He is one of the largest real 05:15 estate developers in the country of Czechoslovakia 05:19 and what makes Radim so special is not that 05:21 he is a developer, not to give you ASI family 05:24 in idea of what he does as he builds high rise 05:27 office buildings. He just told me they just 05:30 completed a transaction over a quarter of a 05:33 billion dollars just a couple of weeks ago. 05:36 But what makes Radim so special is not that, 05:40 when I went to his office building first time, 05:42 first floor is a health food store where 05:45 he is involving the community and reaching 05:47 out into the community but then I went up into 05:50 his office building on the top floor and 05:52 I saw the layout of his design of his new office 05:55 complex and what he is most impressed 05:58 with was a fact that in the center of his office 06:01 complex is in the very heart of Prague 06:04 is a church. Amen. The most important thing 06:10 that I want you to remember about Radim 06:12 is not that he is a real estate developer, 06:15 it's a fact that he is a man that loves Jesus 06:18 and has a passion for sharing Christ 06:22 and seeing his soon return. 06:24 Radim and Audrey, welcome to ASI. Thank you. 06:36 Good morning everyone. 06:37 But before we get stated I forgot, 06:40 before we get started I want to pray with you. 06:44 Our Heavenly Father, please be with Audrey 06:47 and Radim as they spread your word, 06:50 open their hearts and minds of the people that 06:52 will hear your voice and that they will be blessed 06:55 and that they will use your word, 06:58 their words to inspire them to share Christ 07:01 in their market place and to their part to 07:04 hasten your soon return. We ask in thy name, 07:07 amen. Amen. Thank you. 07:11 Good morning again, you know when I stand 07:14 with these two men I always feel that 07:17 they are gentle giants. Now you may say that 07:20 anyone will be a giant next to me. 07:23 But they're giants, this is not only in 07:25 their stature but in their towering commitment 07:29 and faith in Jesus Christ. 07:32 Radim's drive and steely determination 07:35 are tempered by his humility and by his 07:39 deep faith in Jesus and the way in which 07:43 he lives his life. As you've heard Radim 07:45 is here to share his story and his testimony 07:49 with us this morning but we, 07:51 before we begin the story, 07:52 Radim can you tell us just 07:54 a little bit about yourself? 07:57 Welcome ASI. I am 43 years old boy. 08:04 I'm from Czech Republic, Prague. 08:07 My wife's name is Anna and we have 08:10 6 years old boy and in my company is working 08:14 about 40 people. Thanks to blessing of God, 08:19 we've build more than 10 percent new office 08:21 building in Prague in last 15 years. 08:25 And in a non-profit sector we have 08:28 civil organization Maranatha are working 08:31 about 20 people. Good. That's wonderful. 08:34 Now you haven't been a Christian for very long, 08:37 Radim, have you? And it was a great trauma 08:40 in your life that brought you to Christ. 08:43 Are you able to share a little bit of that with us? 08:48 In 1998, after a long time to wait our first 08:54 son was born. His name was Max. 08:58 But after 6 weeks we got to know he is 09:01 seriously sick. He's got a tumor in his brain 09:05 and when he was two months old he died. 09:09 It was really terrible time for us. 09:12 And during the time that Max was ill you 09:14 had began to pray for the first time in your life. 09:17 Is that right? Yes. I started to pray 09:22 during his illness and when I got to know 09:26 he's died. First sentence what I told to my wife 09:32 was I will not pray anymore, but in my 09:36 mind I knew I don't mean it seriously 09:41 because if we lose our new relationship with God 09:46 we will lose everything. So you did begin to pray 09:49 and you began to study the Bible as well, 09:51 didn't you? I started to put a lot of 09:55 logical questions. I was not able from the 09:58 beginning to understand the Bible. 10:00 I asked what is after death. 10:05 I've got to know that the immortality of the 10:08 soul is not biblical teaching and one 10:12 of my question was about the prophets 10:15 because I knew that the Bible was written 10:18 by prophets, but I couldn't understand 10:21 that during 2000 years wouldn't be any other 10:25 significant prophets with some significant 10:29 message for this Lord and therefore, 10:33 I came to name Ellen White and we 10:36 started to read her book alongside with Bible, 10:40 and we started to understand Bible. 10:42 And by this time in 1998, something else 10:46 happened which was mementos in your life. 10:49 Our mercy God has for us prepared ideal timing, 10:56 that time was late 98 from Andrews University 11:03 by Dwight Nelson. We attended with my wife 11:06 all 27 lectures and during the late 98 11:09 we decided to became Seventh-day Adventist. 11:12 So that, it was wonderful but you didn't, 11:14 you weren't baptized right way, 11:16 were you Radim? We wanted before our 11:19 baptism to get deep relationship with God 11:25 to right way understand every single 11:28 Seventh-day Adventist teaching about the Bible 11:31 and that's why we postponed our baptism 11:33 but in September '99 we were baptized. 11:37 That was wonderful. That meant a 11:39 tremendous change in your lifestyle, 11:41 didn't it Radim? Yes, if you accept it, 11:46 Lord Jesus Christ in your life everything 11:48 has changed. My priorities changed completely. 11:53 Lord Jesus will become on first place in my life 11:58 and I have good start to build the 12:03 relationship with my Savior. 12:06 And building this relationship with Jesus 12:09 and changing your lifestyle, what impacted 12:12 did that have on your business partners 12:14 and those with whom you worked for instance. 12:16 If you accepted Jesus in your life you are 12:19 full of faith. So I spoke about my new faith 12:24 with my business partners, with my 12:27 employees and very often happen to me 12:31 for instance by business launch 12:34 the second on our shared sentences 12:37 we started to talk about God. 12:40 And what was the reaction of people 12:43 who knew that you used to have a very 12:46 different lifestyle? Because people 12:49 knew what happened in our lives, 12:52 nobody was surprised by it. 12:56 People accepted my new faith, 13:00 but I think just time should show if it's just 13:05 something what should support us for, 13:09 if it's something which is really permanent. 13:13 Yeah, so they thought it might have been 13:15 a crutch initially but it became your 13:17 permanent support. Yes. Now you've 13:20 written all of these down in your first 13:23 book, Radim, haven't you? What was the 13:25 purpose of writing that book? 13:30 I felt a few years that God wants me 13:35 to write about my story. 13:39 I would like to say in my biography that 13:45 I am not the main important person, 13:47 the most important person is Lord Jesus 13:50 Christ and what He did in my life. 13:55 Before I started I pray the book should help 14:02 at least one single person to come to 14:05 Lord Jesus Christ. It was my desire. 14:08 And did that happen? Was it fulfilled? 14:11 Thank God, yes, because what is 14:13 the price of one single person saved for 14:17 eternity, yeah, in the Matthew 16:26 14:21 we can read that what will be benefit for the 14:24 men who although got the whole world 14:27 but he lose his eternal life. Yes. 14:30 So for instance last convention of ASI, 14:36 Czechoslovakia in November last year 14:38 I've got the same question in small group 14:42 of people and I answered the way what I told, 14:46 to desire of the one single person 14:49 to come to Lord Jesus Christ and one young 14:52 lady told me so I am the result because 14:55 I'm here because of your book. Yeah. 14:57 And I've got hundreds and hundreds written 15:03 responses which make really encouragement to me. 15:07 That's wonderful. In our church I've met during 15:12 last few weeks two person who told me 15:16 they started to attend the church because 15:18 they've read the book, so I am very, 15:20 I am very grateful to God for it. 15:22 God has really blessed and you're having an 15:25 ongoing dialogue with somebody else who 15:27 read your book, aren't you Radim? 15:29 About 15 months ago, the highest Roman 15:35 Catholic Priest in our country who is the 15:37 cardinal wrote me, wrote me a letter. 15:41 He would like to meet with you because 15:42 he read the book. So we've met about 15:47 5 times for 2-3 hours meetings. 15:51 In last two meetings he started to study 15:54 together Bible and he told me. 16:07 He told me you shouldn't expect 16:10 anything wrong from me. 16:12 I was just impressed by grace of God of 16:15 your life, so it's very nice talks about Bible, 16:20 about how Lord Jesus can change life of the people 16:26 who would allow him. Yes. 16:28 And this cardinal knew another priest in Moldova, 16:33 didn't he? Yeah, it was nice feedback for me 16:37 about 10 days ago, he called me and he was 16:40 on some Bishop conference in Moldova 16:43 and he told me there was some Bishop 16:46 who was seriously sick and he met some 16:50 Seventh-day Adventist people and they 16:54 advised him how to change his lifestyle 16:57 to be healthy. He did it, he lost 15 kilograms 17:01 and he was healed. And this cardinal told, 17:07 I know also some Seventh-day Adventist 17:10 from Czech Republic. They had some vegetarian 17:12 restaurant and it was a real nice feedback. 17:16 So the influence is going wide. 17:19 Now you've just finished your second book, 17:22 Radim and I've read it almost in one sitting 17:25 and in there you tell that, we know, 17:28 when a person gives their life to Christ then 17:31 the devil is going to attack that person 17:34 even more than ever and the police came 17:37 to see you one day and they had a surprising 17:40 announcement for you. What was it? 17:42 It was 3 years ago, I've got information 17:46 that some people ordered my killing. 17:49 And so there was a contract. 17:52 It was completely new situation in my life. 17:55 I was never faced something risk and 17:59 my blood pressure goes just came, 18:02 stayed the same and my soul came to God, 18:07 I didn't feel in my heart any despite, any hate, 18:10 so I don't want to say it was easy time, 18:14 it wasn't but on the other hand I am totally 18:17 relay on my God and it was good at the end. 18:21 Where as most of us would be terribly 18:25 frightened and I think you felt calm, 18:28 although it's was a dreadful time you knew 18:30 the God would work things hard 18:33 according to His will. Yes. 18:36 Now, you've had a very eventful life 18:39 so far in these few years since you 18:41 became a Christian and last year 18:44 we had a wonderful time in Dallas with the 18:47 ASI family and after you left there at the 18:51 end of August something else traumatic happened? 18:54 Can you tell us about that, Radim? 18:56 It was the 20 and 29 August last year, 19:00 we came that day with my family from Vienna 19:05 to our house and that evening I came for some 19:10 medicament for my wife to Prague and back. 19:14 You were driving on your own, yes, 19:16 you left the family at home. Yes. 19:18 I was alone in my car. It was the Roadster 19:22 without roof. And when I was on my way back 19:28 it came to accident. I was not in comatose, 19:33 I was not in comma but I don't remember 19:35 exactly what happened. You weren't in a coma 19:38 after the accident but you can't remember any 19:41 details and you were driving a car that had 19:45 no roof. Yes, exactly and it was very nice route, 19:51 easy situation I just would like to pass small, 19:54 small track and probably I've got 19:57 in some left-hand curve some slight and 20:02 I went with my car to do crash barrier on 20:07 the left side there was about 5 meter, 20:09 5 meter down and between the crash 20:14 barrier and route was a narrow line of the 20:18 grass and my left wheels came to the grass 20:22 and after about 30 meters car turns 90 20:26 degrees left and try to went to down under the 20:31 crash barrier and the car went under the 20:36 crash barrier, the front window went 20:39 little bit down. I've got something to my, 20:45 to my forehead and the security system 20:50 of the car recognized there is the accident 20:54 so some steel extension went up behind the seats 21:00 and the car stand above the hill down. 21:08 We saw just now the photograph of the car 21:12 and you can imagine that anyone seeing 21:16 that car would think that the person inside 21:18 would never get alive. Now you don't remember 21:22 this but you were told on how you reacted? 21:25 You didn't go unconscious. I really don't remember 21:29 what happened but according to witnesses 21:33 I opened door, some people helped me out 21:37 of the car. I was blooding from my head, 21:41 I gave the phone number one lady to my wife. 21:46 She called her, she told her, 21:48 I had a serious accident, I am from the block. 21:51 I took the phone, I told my wife how I love you, 21:55 how I love my son. She thought it's my 21:59 final words to say hello, but thanks God, 22:03 I was delivered to the hospital and just in the 22:10 hospital I remember first thought after accident. 22:14 Now this is your thought after the accident, 22:17 what was it? It was some really silent voice 22:22 who told me the devil wanted to kill you. 22:27 So you heard this voice in your head saying 22:30 that the devil had wanted to kill you. 22:32 Yes. And then. Then came in the next second, 22:35 came the second, second sentence and 22:39 it was told to me but I am much more 22:43 powerful than him. Amen. 22:54 Truly it was a miracle and you were lying 22:56 in your hospital bed, your wife came to 22:59 see you then. Then came my wife and 23:01 told me God have still some work for you, 23:06 because what doctors and policemen told to me; 23:10 it was a medical you will stay alive you have 23:14 still your head on the right place. 23:18 Yes. Yes, I mean really with an accident like 23:23 that your head should have been severed 23:25 but all you have is a scar to remind you. 23:28 I had a fracture over the skull. 23:31 Yes, skull. Also some bleeding through the 23:35 brain doctor thinks got everything went 23:37 well but it was the big risk I have to go for 23:41 some surgery of my head because there 23:45 was some communication between exterior 23:48 and interior in the brain. 23:50 So there was pressure building up 23:52 neurological pressure. It was not too painful 23:54 about I felt big pressure in my brain, 23:58 in my heart. Yes, the doctors were advising 24:01 you to have an operation, weren't they? 24:03 Yeah, I told them I will pray for it, 24:06 because I have God who can healed me 24:09 and my wife and some people advised me 24:15 according to James 5th chapter to have 24:22 the prayer by sick person bed. Yes. 24:26 I spent the whole night through prayers to God 24:32 and I agreed with this and two weeks after 24:37 the accident this worship happened in our home. 24:41 You were anointed in your own home. 24:43 Yes, and second day I was woke up 24:48 and the pressure in my brain was 24:53 gone and never came again. 25:05 We tend to forget that sometimes, 25:07 we tend to forget that God is working very 25:10 close even now as long as we have the faith in Him. 25:13 Now it doesn't always work. The people who are 25:17 anointed recover but you knew that even 25:22 if God didn't chose to heal you, you would 25:24 still trust Him, didn't you? Yes, I would like 25:29 to express that all of I say that when I can to 25:34 see in the mirror or I know who should 25:39 I be grateful because I can see this scar of my 25:43 forehead and also few days or one week after 25:49 the worship in our home I was on the CT for the 25:54 checking everything and through the operation 26:00 and through the surgery. So you had a CT scan. 26:03 They confirmed me that everything 26:05 was healed. That's wonderful. 26:07 Now, that must have had tremendous impact 26:11 on your friends and family and the church members. 26:14 It had a real impacted on one church member, 26:17 didn't it? Yes, Sometimes we feel in our country, 26:25 we don't use the James 5 chapter too often 26:30 and one lady was seriously sick by the cancer. 26:34 The doctors told her there is no chance 26:38 to be healed. She has no hope to be healed 26:45 and I spoke with her about this and she at 26:49 the end agreed with this worship for her 26:54 and she was healed as well. 26:58 So there were two miraculous healings 27:01 out of this one attempt by the devil to take 27:05 the life of one of God's children. 27:08 Now Radim, I know that everything you do 27:12 and everything you say, you want it only to 27:15 bring glory to God and this testimony is one 27:18 that is doing that and your book is doing 27:22 that as well. Now in your business you've been 27:25 giving lots of awards for your business 27:28 and personally and I know that as you 27:33 accept these you always give glory to God. 27:36 How do you do that and when you are given 27:40 an award what's your first, your first words 27:44 when you accept? I would like this also 27:49 to informative book, the book was translated 27:53 to English. Yes, so you can read all of that 27:57 you on the Maranatha stand, yeah. 28:00 And of course the relationship with Jesus 28:06 is the most important what could happen 28:10 in my life. I think I always telling the 28:18 people it was the best decision in my life, 28:21 because if I have Jesus I have everything. 28:24 If I don't have Jesus I have nothing. 28:25 So you are at these big prestigious awards with 28:29 many captains of industry there and 28:32 do you actually say that you are receiving 28:35 this award because Jesus blesses your life. 28:39 I have, thanks God I have lot of opportunities 28:43 to share my faith with other people, 28:45 and I have two chance to speak with top managers 28:53 of our country and we can speak about Jesus 28:57 what He did in my life and what He can do 29:00 for everybody. Yes. I know you met Bill Gates 29:05 some time ago, were you able to share with him? 29:09 I was just one of the fifty persons in our 29:12 country who was on the meeting, 29:13 so it wasn't possible. I was very stuck 29:17 when I first met Radim and I took a brochure 29:22 from his office and right there on the front page 29:26 of his brochure he says that his business 29:30 is dedicated to God and it is God who blesses it. 29:34 Now Radim was also the President of the 29:39 Czech and Slovak Chapter of ASI, Europe 29:43 and as such we work very closely together. 29:46 Radim has made the Czech chapter one of 29:50 the most successful in ASI, Europe. 29:54 We are very grateful to him. 29:56 You started up, what you call a civic. 30:00 Civic organization, say organization Maranatha 30:05 and you've had terrific success with that tell us 30:08 a little bit about it, Radim. I've got some 30:13 contract in my heart with God, when I believe 30:17 in Jesus and I decided accept of tithes to some 30:23 percentage level of my income to support 30:25 of his Lord. So you pay your tithe first 30:29 and then you've promised. 30:30 And God really blessed our work and after some 30:33 years it was not possible to manage everything 30:37 through our commercial campaigning. 30:39 So that's why we established civil 30:41 organization, non-profit organization, 30:43 Maranatha, with the main purpose to support 30:47 our mission and evangelistic projects 30:49 and we are doing lot of activities. 30:53 Now I know the writings of Ellen G. White 30:57 have been a great inspiration in your life 30:59 and you've wanted to share that with 31:02 other people. What have you done about that? 31:05 I spoke very often about books of 31:10 Ellen White also in my books because it really 31:13 influenced me and we also according agreement 31:18 with church, published thousands and 31:22 thousands Ellen White books and deliver it 31:25 to all the bookstores in Czech Republic. 31:28 Yeah, and how many, how many did they use to sell? 31:34 Just one, just one significant change 31:41 in our charge during, we've according 31:46 statistic during two years sold about 12,000 31:50 books of Ellen White in our country. 31:52 And when we do this new printed version 31:58 which was cheaper, during two months 32:03 we sold 6,000. That's wonderful, isn't it? 32:07 As well as sharing Christ you really, really 32:10 do share Christ in your market place. 32:13 Every single day you have opportunity 32:16 to speak to somebody, don't you? 32:18 Oh, yes, I have once a week, we are doing Bible 32:25 study in our campaigning, also in Maranatha 32:29 and in our houses we are doing health lecturers 32:32 and spiritual lecturers Bible studies. 32:36 And you've opened a vegetarian restaurant 32:38 as well. A few months ago we opened a 32:41 vegetarian restaurant in the project, 32:44 the business park called BB Centrum, 32:47 where it's working now 9,000 people, 32:50 especially young people in our country where 32:53 is maybe two sets of the people like non-believers 32:58 and it can be some way how to reach the people. 33:04 The restaurant was opened three months ago 33:09 and everyday it's full. People who couldn't 33:14 imagine any single, any single meal without meat. 33:18 Now coming there nearly everyday. Wonderful. 33:22 Now some years ago Radim, I am just gonna 33:25 of the subject little bit. Some years ago when 33:28 I was in America I brought my husband 33:30 a T-shirt which says; behind every successful 33:33 man is an exhausted woman. 33:39 Now I know that you have a wonderful wife 33:42 who has been on this journey with you, 33:45 Jana, and not only have you and Jana 33:49 and your son embraced the love of Jesus Christ 33:54 but your whole family just by the whole family 33:57 have become Adventists, haven't they? 33:59 Yes, from my wife part of family everybody 34:04 accepted Jesus and were baptized, 34:06 from my father, my family was Roman Catholic, 34:12 my father died four years ago. 34:15 About short time before he died he accepted 34:20 also our message about Sabbath and He's got 34:24 according to James five chapter, also prayer 34:27 by sick person. Yes. So we have the hope 34:31 he will be also and think of the Heaven. 34:34 And that was a wonderful experience 34:36 by his bedside when he was anointed, wasn't it? 34:39 Sorry. It was a wonderful experience 34:41 for you to see your father anointed and 34:44 receive Jesus Christ, and as you are saying 34:50 Jana has all her family are Seventh-day Adventists, 34:56 aren't they? And we give praising glory to 34:58 God for that. Is there another story that 35:01 you would like to share with the people here 35:05 or some advice that you would give to people 35:07 who maybe or not in big business 35:10 or in little business about how they should 35:13 conduct, how we all should conduct our lives? 35:16 So I understood, I am a business man, 35:24 of course, it's necessary to pay 35:26 the tithes but I think that it's a very 35:30 important to understand that everybody what 35:32 we have it's just temporary, temporary 35:35 gifts from God. Yes. We are just, 35:38 we are just manager, not owner so it's a 35:43 very important and I pray to God to give me 35:47 wisdom to be useful in his work. 35:51 Now in November you're gonna have 35:53 the Czech convention, what do you hope to 35:58 achieve through ASI in Czech and Slovak Republics? 36:04 We are very glad that Czech and Slovak's ASI 36:09 is working. We will have from 2004 and the said 36:15 convention this year and we supported last year 36:19 about 20 project in our country and still more 36:22 and more people are coming to this convention 36:25 so we hope that gospel in our country of Jonas 36:32 will be a really spread to the people. 36:35 Yeah. And we know from all that you've 36:38 told us Radim that the devil puts obstacles 36:44 in your way. How do you deal with that? 36:48 Are you ever discouraged? I think it's a very, very 36:53 important take it to you mind this because 36:58 if you would like anything for God 37:00 you will be always touched by His attacks 37:05 but we have much more Savior. 37:07 It's very much more powerful Savior. 37:10 It's important to rely on God, to rely on Jesus 37:16 because he can help us anytime to go through 37:21 the obstacles, to go through the trials. 37:23 And my favorite verse it's First Corinthians 37:27 10:13 where is I written about it and according 37:33 to how I could meet my Lord Jesus I can 37:41 understand that His love to any person 37:45 it's much higher than it's our ability to love. 37:49 Yeah. His ideas about us, about our nearest 37:53 closet person are much higher than ours. 37:57 And such a God is possible to trust your 38:01 whole heart. I can trust such a God much more 38:06 than myself. And this has giving you the ability, 38:09 I know from reading your book. 38:11 It's given you the ability to forgive 38:14 those who have done things against you, 38:16 hasn't it? It's also just gifts of God because 38:21 if I can compare my like non-believer person 38:27 and now I would like non-believer definitely 38:31 not act like now. Yeah, so it's again 38:36 just grace of God, nothing else. 38:38 Right, early on in your business, 38:41 you started the business with two other people 38:44 and was it two or three other people 38:46 and at one time you almost lost your business, 38:50 didn't you? Yes, it was in 1999, 38:54 it wasn't also easy time but it was after a year, 39:00 it was one year after our conversion, 39:03 it was one year also after losing our first 39:07 son that time I don't have company, 39:10 I don't have any child with my wife 39:13 but we totally rely on God and two weeks 39:18 after our baptism my company was back. 39:21 It was back, and what happened just before you, 39:26 you almost lost your company, 39:27 you lost your child, thinks look very black 39:31 but now you have a son who is 6 years old, 39:34 yes, a lovely boy Radim, Jr. 39:36 And tell us what happened in your 39:39 business just before you came to this convention? 39:42 Just the day when I depart Prague to this 39:47 convention in Louisville, we finalize the biggest 39:51 deal in our company history and thanks to 39:54 God blessing, lets say our profit was doubled 39:59 when we compare our first economics numbers 40:05 two years ago. So I am really grateful also 40:09 to God for his blessing in our commercial work. 40:13 And so from, a time when it seemed that 40:17 things were, just couldn't just be blacker, 40:21 God has brought you to this point and you have 40:24 great joy in your Savior, don't you? 40:27 Yes, I like many person in this, 40:33 I will say everybody in this convention center, 40:38 I am looking forward for Kingdom of God. 40:41 Yes. And when we sing our theme song 40:44 we have this hope, I know that we share the hope 40:49 that Radim has, that he will see his son again, 40:52 he will see his Savior and all of us here in 40:56 the ASI family would like to thank you Radim 40:59 for sharing your testimony with us, 41:01 for giving us hope in Jesus Christ and in 41:06 reminding us that our God is a powerful God. 41:11 The devil is nothing to Him. Amen. 46:27 Truly our God does care and what a marvelous 46:32 testimony we have just heard of how great 46:36 our God is, and what he can do for the biggest 46:42 and the smallest of His children here on earth. 46:47 Just before we go to our prayer time I would 46:50 like to bring to your attention of a few things 46:53 that God has brought to my attention this morning. 46:59 I believe that our God would like for us to 47:03 confess to Him what our great needs are 47:08 and to repent of our evil ways, 47:16 and to bring praise and honor and glory to Him 47:22 in our lives. But you know He can only do 47:25 that if we allow Him to clean us up inside 47:30 and out and then to fill us with His sweet spirit. 47:37 And this morning I would like to confess that 47:41 I've had other Gods. It might have been in time, 47:47 it might have been in the talents that he has 47:49 given me or my home or my spouse or my 47:54 children or my precious grand children, 48:00 or even in the profession, you know, 48:03 we can have all kinds of Gods that take us 48:07 the way from our God, our Heavenly Father 48:14 and I believe as I studied over the churches, 48:19 the seven churches of Revelation and 48:22 we are that first we lost our first love 48:27 and we allow thoughts, teachings and doctrines 48:31 to come in or ways of worship that really 48:36 don't honor our God. Are we lukewarm, 48:43 all we increase in goods, you know God 48:47 is so good to His earthy family, so very good 48:54 and we have almost gone to the place 48:56 where we need nothing, at least in our country 49:01 you know, do we not know that we are wretched 49:05 and miserable, poor, blind and naked. 49:08 Do you know it's so easy to forget those things. 49:13 But this morning I believe that God is 49:18 standing at our heart door and He is knocking 49:22 and He says if anyone of you will just listen 49:27 and open your heart I will come in. 49:32 This morning we want to pray that we'll 49:34 have ears to hear and hearts that will 49:37 open up to Him. And just before we go to our 49:41 needs and to pray and I am going to invite 49:43 you I know it's not comfortable for some 49:46 of you to kneel but if you can and would 49:49 like you are welcome to kneel with me. 49:52 I would like to read Jeremiah 29:11-13; 49:58 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, 50:03 saith the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, 50:08 to give you an expected end. 50:11 God had an expected end for Radim. 50:15 God has an expected end for each one us, 50:19 His children here on earth. 50:21 Then shall ye call upon me and ye shall go 50:25 and pray unto me, and I 50:27 will harken unto you. 50:29 And ye shall seek me and find me when 50:33 ye shall search for me, with all your hearts. 50:36 Let's kneel and search God this 50:38 morning with all our hearts. 50:41 His promised that He will give 50:44 us what we ask in his name, believing. |
