00:31 We bid you good evening and welcome to our final service
00:36 for this really wonderful and spectacular Sabbath day. 00:40 When we go home this night, we will sleep well, 00:45 because it has been a long day. 00:46 But it has been a good day. 00:49 I wanna take this opportunity to thank my crew. 00:53 All of these lights and all of these things 00:54 that are hanging and suspended from the ceiling, 00:57 they had to put up and do all of that work 01:01 and one of our volunteer has actually slipped off 01:03 a ladder the other day, but he is quite well 01:06 and we praise the Lord for that. 01:08 I always think that vespers is a nice way 01:11 to begin and to end the Sabbath. 01:13 And we know that there are those who had to leave and had to go, 01:16 but it is nice that a good number of you stayed 01:20 to sort of just put this little bow 01:21 around the end of the Sabbath and to say, 01:23 thank you Lord for really what to me 01:25 has been a very blessed and spiritual Sabbath day. 01:28 Thank you for opening your hearts to us 01:32 as we've come back to New York for many of us 01:34 and some for the first time and others have been here before. 01:37 But it has been a blessing for us to be with you this day 01:41 and this is a fitting end to the day. 01:43 I'm gonna ask Pastor Daniel Zabaleta 01:46 to come and join me. 01:47 Now he's the pastor of the Yonkers 01:49 and the Wingdale Seventh Day Adventist churches 01:52 and I want him just to open up with prayer for us, 01:56 if he will, Pastor Zabaleta. 01:59 Let us stand as we pray. 02:05 Our gracious, loving, Father, 02:07 we thank you so much for the way 02:08 You have shown Your love and concern for us. 02:11 We thank You for the little shower of rain 02:13 that cooled the day. 02:15 We thank You for the presenters, 02:17 thy servants and the special music to Your honor and glory, 02:20 and tonight as we have thy servant Pastor Earl Knight, 02:25 that his presentation will be 02:28 under the influence of the Holy Spirit 02:30 and that we will be blessed and leave this place 02:33 thanking you and praising thy holy name. 02:36 So thank you once again for Your concern 02:38 and love for each and every one of us. 02:40 In Jesus' name we pray, amen. 02:43 Amen. Please be seated. 02:46 You know, I wanted to share a quick story. 02:48 Pastor Wellington came to me before and he says, 02:51 "You know, it's predicted to have 02:52 a really bad storm come through here today." 02:55 And I was standing there with our President, Jim Gilley 02:59 and Michael Yonken who is our mic wrangler 03:02 and we said, "You know, that's not gonna happen. 03:04 One, we don't want it to happen 03:07 and two, the Lord told us it's not gonna happen." 03:09 And I said, "We're gonna get a little rain 03:11 but no storm is coming through here today." 03:14 And true prophet, it hasn't come. 03:17 We have seen times at 3ABN 03:19 where we're getting ready to do a live broadcast 03:21 and a hurricane was coming towards 3ABN. 03:23 We watched on the weather map as the hurricane parted, 03:27 went around 3ABN and reformed on the other side. 03:31 It has happened not once but many times 03:33 and many people have seen it. 03:35 Storms make a left turn and go away from 3ABN, 03:38 part like the Red Sea, go around 3ABN and God protects us. 03:43 So we knew that, that storm was not gonna come here today, 03:46 and praise God it did not come. 03:48 We didn't lose broadcast and we had a very-- 03:50 just enough rain to sort of get the dust down, 03:52 cool down the temperature a little bit, 03:54 but not to disturb anything 03:56 and sorry not to hurt our Sabbath. 03:58 I'm going to ask Miss Jean Brown to come and join me now. 04:02 She is going to be singing a really beautiful song, 04:05 "I'm Bound for That City." 04:07 After she shall have sung, the next voice you'll hear 04:11 will be that of our president, Dr. G. Earl Knight, 04:13 the president of the Greater New York Conference. 04:15 He will bring us the message. 04:17 Then we've got Reggie and Ladye to come back, 04:20 Danny Shelton's gonna have a few words 04:22 and just sort of bind off the hour 04:23 and then you're gonna hear at the end of this hour, 04:26 a very great song by Reggie and Ladye, 04:28 "I've Just Seen Jesus," 04:29 and I'm ready to hear that even myself. 04:31 So Jean Brown is going to sing 04:33 and then our president, our friend, Dr. G. Earl Knight 04:36 and then we'll move on to the rest of the program. 05:01 There's a city of light's 05:07 Where there cometh no night 05:12 For the sun never sets in the sky, oh no 05:22 And in the Bible we are told 05:27 That its streets are pure gold 05:32 And a cool gentle river runs nearby 05:42 I'm bound for that city 05:45 God's holy white city 05:50 Oh, yes, I am I'll never turn back 05:55 To this world anymore 06:03 No matter how rough may be the way 06:08 No matter how oft I stop to pray 06:13 I'm bound for that city 06:16 On that evergreen shore 06:24 Little children will play 06:30 And our hearts will be made glad 06:35 As we stroll through the city 06:41 Of pure gold 06:46 No more dying up there 06:53 No more burdens to bear 06:58 For nobody will be feeble or old 07:08 I'm bound for that city 07:11 God's holy white city 07:16 Oh, yes, I am I'll never turn back 07:22 To this world anymore 07:29 No matter how rough may be the way 07:34 No matter how oft I stop to pray 07:39 I'm bound for that city 07:42 On that evergreen shore 07:51 Heaven will surely be worth it all 08:01 Worth all the sorrows that we here befall 08:10 For after this life 08:16 With all its strife 08:21 Heaven will surely be worth it all 08:31 No matter how rough may be the way 08:36 No matter how oft I stop to pray 08:41 I'm bound for that city 08:44 On that evergreen shore 08:51 I'm bound for that city 08:54 On that evergreen shore 09:15 Can somebody say, amen, again? Amen. 09:18 Thank you so much Jean, for that wonderful song. 09:22 You know, Jean and I have had many years 09:25 singing and preaching together and we give God thanks. 09:28 I want to thank 3ABN and its team 09:31 and all those who have made this day such a blessed day. 09:36 And, you know, the Lord has also placed His aberbate, 09:41 His blessing on it. 09:43 Because we thought we were gonna have a storm, 09:47 it's only the storm of the Holy Spirit. Amen. 09:52 Turn your Bibles with me to the Book of Acts. 09:56 It's Acts Chapter 1 and verse 8. Acts Chapter 1 and verse 8. 10:03 Permit me to read in your hearing, 10:06 "But ye shall receive power 10:10 when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. 10:14 And you shall be witnesses to me in Jerusalem and in all Judea, 10:21 and Samaria and to the end of the earth. 10:27 "My message tonight is the empowered church." 10:32 Let us pray. Our loving Lord, 10:37 we thank you so much for your presence in this place today. 10:41 We thank you for using so many people 10:45 and exalting Your wonderful name in preaching and in singing 10:49 and in various presentations. 10:52 Now, Lord, as I open your divine book, 10:56 we ask for Your anointing and let Your name 10:59 and Your name only be glorified. 11:02 This is my prayer in Jesus' name, let everybody say amen. 11:09 Today we hear a lot of talk about empowerment. 11:14 Empowerment in the workplace, 11:17 empowerment in our educational institution. 11:21 Empowerment has become a buzz word. 11:26 But surely, there needs to be empowerment in the church. 11:33 And long time ago, before Jesus left this earth, 11:39 He made a promise to His disciples. 11:42 He said to them, "You shall receive power." Amen. 11:48 In fact, you remember that great text, 11:53 the great commission text, He said "Go ye therefore, 11:57 and make disciples of all nations. 12:04 Teaching them, baptizing them, leading them, 12:09 and having them make disciples themselves." 12:14 But He said, "You can't do it by yourself. 12:19 You need the power of the Holy Ghost." Amen? Amen. 12:24 You cannot do it by yourself. 12:26 You remember the state of the disciples, 12:30 how they--many of them turned their backs 12:32 on Jesus at the cross? 12:36 You remember how some of them cursed. 12:39 Because they thought that this Messiah, 12:42 that they were waiting for, now He was dead. 12:44 What are we gonna do? 12:47 Not very long, when they realized 12:51 that He was not just dead, 12:54 but He was resurrected on the third day. 12:57 And He came back from that grave 13:01 and He went back to His Father 13:02 and His Father gave Him that power, 13:07 placed Him on His right hand, 13:09 and so He came back to the disciples, 13:11 He said all power, 13:14 "All power is given to me in heaven and on earth. 13:21 Go ye, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, 13:28 baptizing them in the name of the Father, 13:31 and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. 13:34 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever, 13:37 I have commanded you and lo, 13:40 I am with you alway, even till the end of the age." 13:46 In other words, the same Jesus, 13:50 who was with the disciples back then 2,000 years ago, 13:54 He is still with us today. Amen. 13:58 As a conference, we are called upon 14:05 to preach this everlasting gospel to a dying world. 14:11 We are called upon to focus our attention 14:14 on metropolitan New York, 14:17 where we have about 20,000--20 million people. 14:21 And there are people from every nation in this great city. 14:26 Every tongue, they are here and we too are called upon 14:31 to preach the everlasting gospel. 14:34 We have a mandate 14:37 as the disciples had 2,000 years ago. 14:41 We also feel incapable of accomplishing the task 14:45 that is before us. 14:47 But I'm here tonight to remind us 14:50 that we do not come in our own power, 14:53 we do not come in our own strength. 14:55 We come in the power of the almighty God. 15:00 Jesus said to His disciples, 15:03 "All power, all the authority 15:08 of heaven and earth reside in me." 15:13 With this power, He told them to go and make disciples. 15:20 When I was doing Greek class, 15:23 they told me that 15:25 that sentence was written in the intensive mode. 15:30 It was not just a mere "go." 15:34 It was a command. "Go and make disciples." 15:39 He was calling upon all of us, every man and every woman, 15:44 every boy and every girl, every single one of us 15:47 who have accepted Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, 15:51 we have a responsibility. Yes. 15:55 We have the responsibility 15:58 to go and share this gospel of Jesus Christ with somebody. 16:04 To be a disciple means you're a follower. 16:07 You're a follower of Jesus Christ. 16:10 And as a part of the qualification 16:13 of discipleship, is that, not only should 16:17 you respond to the call of God, 16:19 but you have the responsibility to go and tell somebody else, 16:24 tell somebody else of the experience 16:26 you have had or you are having with Jesus. Amen. 16:31 No wonder Jesus said we must be a witness. 16:34 You cannot be a witness except 16:36 you have experienced the situation. 16:40 No wonder Jesus says, "Abide with me 16:43 and I will abide with you." 16:47 And when we are connected to Him, 16:50 we bear witness to those around us, 16:53 beginning with our families and with our friends. 16:57 We bear witness to our neighbors 17:00 because we have built a relationship with them. 17:03 We bear witness to those who are on our jobs, 17:06 or out there where we come in contact. 17:09 We have a sacred responsibility 17:12 to bear witness for Jesus Christ. 17:17 But why do we need this power? 17:21 You may recall that even when the disciples were with Jesus, 17:26 they were unable to cast out demon. 17:29 They were more interested in the position 17:33 that they would be given in the new kingdom. 17:37 They were focusing on themselves rather than focusing on God. 17:43 And unfortunately, many of us 17:45 find ourselves in the same position. 17:48 I want to be in this position 17:50 or I want to be in that position. 17:53 But there's no greater position 17:56 than to sit at the feet of Jesus Christ. Amen. 18:00 That's the message that Christ was seeking to give them. 18:04 Be connected with me. 18:06 When you're connected with me, 18:08 the power that I have, you will also have it. 18:12 You know, Jesus told His disciples, 18:18 that the same--in fact He said greater work, 18:22 Dr. Kuma, greater work than you have seen me do, 18:27 you will do it. 18:31 But there's no way we can accomplish that task 18:34 without being empowered by the Holy Ghost. 18:39 Absolutely no way, and so we go back 18:41 to our main text in Acts 1:8. 18:44 "You shall receive power. 18:49 You shall receive power 18:51 when the Holy Spirit is come upon you." 18:56 What type of power? 18:59 It was a power, the ability to do the will of God. 19:05 It was the strength, 19:07 the ability to accomplish the task 19:11 that God has given to you. 19:13 The word power here is from the Greek word "Dunamis." 19:18 Dunamis is where the English word came from, dynamite. 19:22 And I remember growing up as a boy 19:24 and they would be blasting stones 19:27 and they would put dynamite there. 19:29 And with the dynamite it would create a loud blast 19:34 and the stone would break. 19:36 Well, God said, "I'm gonna give you 19:38 the power of the Holy Ghost." 19:41 It's a greater power than any dynamite that you can think of. 19:45 It's the power to accomplish a task 19:48 that God has given to us. Amen. 19:51 Dr. Santos I remember as a boy, 19:54 I used to stutter very much. 19:57 I couldn't speak much and Sister Angelia, 20:01 you know, I wouldn't even be able 20:02 to stand up in class and read. 20:04 And they used to like to do that. 20:05 Every afternoon, you go back to school, you had to read. 20:08 But I would be afraid to go back in the afternoon. 20:12 Why? Because they're gonna ask me to read. 20:15 And I would have to stand up in public 20:17 and read and I couldn't do that. 20:19 It was a fearful thing. 20:21 But, you know, I recognized 20:24 that God called me to preach His word. Amen 20:27 And I went to Him, and I said, "Lord" 20:30 you have called me to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. 20:33 And I believe you have done that. 20:36 So since you have called me, Brother Jack, 20:40 I want you to bring healing on my tongue." Amen. 20:44 I want you to bring healing on my tongue, 20:46 so that I can preach His gospel to people around the world. 20:51 I prayed that prayer when I was in college, 20:54 far over 30 years ago. 20:56 And thank God, today, 20:58 I've had the opportunity to preach this gospel in Europe. 21:03 I've had this opportunity to preach this gospel in Africa, 21:07 Johannesburg, Zimbabwe, and Botswana. 21:11 I've had the opportunity to preach this gospel 21:13 around the Caribbean, and thank God, 21:15 He brought healing on my tongue. 21:17 Yeah. Amen. Praise God. 21:21 He has left just a little bit to keep me humble, 21:27 to remind me that without His power, 21:30 I will not be able to preach His gospel. 21:35 He said, "You shall receive power. 21:37 You shall receive the ability 21:41 to do what I have asked you to do." 21:45 My brothers and my sisters, 21:47 there's a greater work before us. 21:50 There's a greater work before this conference. 21:53 But Christ has said to us, Christ has said to us, 21:57 "He will never leave us. He will never forsake us." 22:04 Could the apostles accomplish these things 22:07 that Christ asked them to accomplish on their own? 22:11 The answer is no. 22:13 They needed divine power. 22:15 In fact, they needed a transformation of their lives. 22:19 They needed a new vision of what God wanted them to do. 22:26 Back in the Old Testament, in Joel 2:28 and 29, 22:32 "The word of God came to that prophet saying, 22:35 and it shall come to pass afterward, 22:38 that I will pour out my spirit on all flesh. 22:42 All flesh, your sons, your daughters, shall prophesy. 22:47 Your old men shall dream dreams. 22:50 Your young men shall see visions 22:52 and also on my menservant, on my maidservant, 22:57 I will pour out my spirit in those days." Amen, amen. 23:03 There are many who seek to marginalize some people 23:09 from preaching the word of God. 23:12 There are some who say, 23:14 "If you are a female, you cannot be used by God 23:19 in a prophet way, in a leadership way, 23:21 in preaching the word of God." 23:23 Absolutely not. Amen. 23:25 My Bible tells me that God promised 23:28 to pour out His Spirit on all flesh. 23:32 Men and women, boys and girls. 23:35 My God is able to use whomsoever He will. 23:39 Yeah. If God was able to use a donkey, 23:44 God can use anybody. Yeah. 23:47 If God wants to use a dog, God can use a dog. 23:51 God can use whomever 23:53 He chooses to preach this everlasting gospel. 23:58 My brothers and my sisters, He told his disciples 24:07 "Don't leave Jerusalem until ye receive this power." 24:15 He says, "Be there" and for 10 days, 24:19 for 10 days, the apostles and those disciples 24:22 assembled in the upper room. 24:26 Acts of the Apostles, pages 36 and 37, 24:30 Ellen White gave us a vision of the scene, 24:36 because they were there, praying. 24:39 They were agonizing, they were recalling the days 24:43 that they had spent with Jesus Christ. 24:47 She said, as the disciples waited 24:49 for the fulfillment of the promise, 24:51 they humbled their hearts in repentance 24:55 and they confessed their unbelief. 24:57 They called to remember the word 25:00 that Christ had spoken to them before His death. 25:03 They understood more fully their meaning. 25:08 But there were some requirements. 25:10 They had to humble their hearts. 25:13 They had to confess their sins one to the other. 25:17 They had to seek fellowship one with the other. 25:22 But the scripture said, 25:23 when they came together in one accord, 25:28 in one accord after 10 days together in one place, 25:35 when they came together, 25:38 the Holy Spirit came in copious showers. 25:42 You know, Greater New York Conference 25:44 is a great conference. 25:46 We are made up of people from many nations. 25:50 Every Sabbath, about 15 different language groups 25:55 are meeting in this great conference. 25:57 We have people from over 30 26:00 or maybe 50 nations in this territory. 26:04 There's much more for us to do because in this great city, 26:08 we have people from over 600 nations. 26:12 We have a lot to do. 26:14 But one of the greatest experience is to see people 26:18 from every language, from every tongue, 26:22 from every people coming together, 26:25 and praying and agonizing. 26:28 People from every race, coming together, 26:32 praying, and agonizing. 26:35 My God is a God who breaks down walls. 26:38 He does not build up walls, 26:40 He does not build separation 26:42 because all of God's children were made by God. 26:48 We're all God's children. 26:51 He says, when we come together, 26:53 as those apostles and disciples, they came together, 26:57 the Bible said, the Holy Ghost came down in copious showers. 27:04 And He filled the house where they were sitting. 27:08 And the gift of tongue was given to them 27:11 that they would be empowered, 27:13 they would be enabled to preach the gospel 27:16 to those who were then in the city but prepare them 27:20 to preach the gospel to the then known world. 27:26 Greater New York has a privilege of having people 27:31 who can speak many languages. 27:33 Amen? Amen. I'm pleased of that. 27:36 We can speak many languages, 27:39 so we have the ability to share this gospel 27:43 to people from many nations. 27:49 Peter preached. What a day that was for him. 27:53 That same Peter who was cursing, 27:57 that same Peter who forsook his Lord. 28:01 Now that he had received the power of the Holy Ghost, 28:05 he realized, yes, I need to stand 28:08 and speak for my master. 28:11 When he preached that day, that one day, 28:14 the Bible said, 3,000 souls were baptized on that day. 28:22 There were other days that several were baptized, 28:26 not only Peter preached, 28:29 others bore witness of what God was doing in their lives. 28:35 Peter was so transformed, he was so transformed, 28:40 Brother Trevor, that even his shadow, 28:44 when they came into his presence 28:46 brought healing to people. 28:50 When God equips you, when God empowers you, 28:55 things that you thought 28:57 you would have never been able to accomplish 29:00 will be accomplished in the name of Jesus Christ. 29:07 God is able, my friends. 29:10 God is able. The Bible said, 29:14 daily, daily souls were added 29:20 to the church of God. 29:23 We too are in need of the self same power, 29:27 like the apostles of old. 29:30 We have this divine mandate as well. 29:35 The power that was with the early church 29:39 is available to us, today. 29:42 God has never withdrawn His spirit from the earth. 29:47 He's still here today. 29:50 But we must pray for it. 29:53 We must ask for it. We must prepare for it. 29:58 And we will receive it, 30:02 because God has promised it to us, 30:05 and so we will receive it. 30:09 New York Thirteen will only be a byword 30:14 if we fail to receive the Holy Spirit in our lives. 30:19 The Holy Spirit's power that is available for us 30:23 to accomplish the awesome task that is set before us. 30:28 If we are going to reach the people of this great city, 30:32 we will need to be possessed 30:35 with the power of the Holy Spirit. 30:39 You know, John, John the revelator, 30:44 in John Chapter 5, 30:46 I spent some time with my good friend Herman Kuma 30:50 discussing this passage. 30:53 But in John Chapter 5, it's a very interesting passage 30:57 The Bible said, "And I saw in the right hand of Him 31:04 who sat on the throne, a scroll written. 31:10 Written inside and on the backside, 31:14 sealed with the seven seals. 31:17 Then I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, 31:21 who is worthy to open the scroll and to loose the seal? 31:28 No one in heaven or on the earth or under the earth 31:33 was able to open the scroll or to look at it. 31:38 So I wept. "The angel wept." 31:42 Because no one was found worthy to open 31:45 and read the scroll or look at it. 31:48 But one of the elders said to me, 'do not weep. 31:52 Behold the lamb of the tribe of Judah, 31:55 the root of David has prevailed to open the scroll 32:00 and to loose its seven seals.' 32:03 And I look, and behold, in the midst of the throne 32:08 and of the four living creatures, 32:13 and in the midst of the elders stood a lamb 32:16 as though it had been slain, 32:19 having seven horns and seven eyes 32:22 which are the seven spirits of God 32:25 sent out into all the earth. 32:30 The seven spirit of God sent out in all the earth. 32:38 This was referring specifically to the Holy Spirit 32:45 that God had sent into the world. 32:48 That God has sent to make us empowered. 32:53 That we can preach the everlasting gospel 32:56 to every kindred, every tongue and every people. 33:02 Jesus, having gone back to His Father, 33:07 He earned the right to open the scroll. 33:11 He earned the right to open the seal 33:16 and to give us this authority, 33:19 the privilege to be co-laborers with heavenly powers. 33:30 The perfect number seven, 33:33 seven spirits, the perfect number. 33:38 That spirit, my friends, is available to us. 33:44 He is worthy because He gained the victory over the devil. 33:52 When the devil thought he had Him in a tomb, 33:56 when he thought he finally 33:58 not only killed Him on the cross, 34:00 but he had Him in the tomb, 34:03 one thing the devil did not realize 34:07 that Sunday morning was coming. 34:10 Sunday morning was coming. 34:13 The Father dispatched a retinue of angels. 34:18 They came with such speed that had they not back up 34:23 when they approached the earth, somebody said, 34:25 they would have gone right through the earth. 34:29 But they came with such power, when they hit the earth, 34:32 the earth trembled and the stone rolled away 34:36 and Jesus came from that grave. 34:40 Up from the grave He arose, 34:42 as the mighty conqueror over His foes, 34:46 He arose, my friend, 34:49 gave us the legitimacy today to be called laborers with Him. 34:54 Now we can share this gospel of Jesus Christ 34:58 with our friends, with our neighbors. 35:01 My God is worthy to receive honor, 35:06 and power and praise, 35:09 for He has gained the victory over the devil. 35:16 We don't have to fear the devil. 35:19 I know he comes at us and he tries to discourage us, 35:25 he tries to tell us 35:27 this New York Thirteen business will not work. 35:32 At the conference we'll decided 35:34 we're gonna spread the literature, 35:38 the great controversy, the small version. 35:41 We want to give out 35:43 at least a million copies of that in this city. 35:47 Yes, you and me and others were the doing that, 35:52 somebody said it can't work, 35:54 we're they going to get the money from? 35:57 I don't worry about the money because my Father is rich. 36:04 Is rich. He owns the gold and the silver and the diamonds. 36:10 My God, if he commissions us, he will provide for us. 36:20 As I said this morning, as a confront 36:24 we're going to be trying raise one million dollars. 36:28 Before us Shawn Boonstra went through the door, 36:32 gone back to Washington D.C, 36:33 he said to me pastor don't worry I'll help you. 36:38 I'll help you to do that. 36:40 I know we're living in a very static economy. 36:44 I know, it's difficult for some of us 36:46 to even be paying our mortgage, even our rent. 36:52 But my God owns the wealth of the world in his Hands. 36:57 He will not give us a mission 36:59 as New York thirteen Sister Net Neily, 37:02 if he will not give us the money to do it. 37:06 I have faith. I have confidence that God will provide for us. 37:14 As a church, as the people, 37:17 we must have faith and confidence in God. 37:23 We must join with the angles and say, yes. 37:27 He is worthy. The lamb that was slain. 37:32 What a story it is. What a story it is. 37:36 No wonder when John the Baptist was by the river, 37:39 John 1:9 and saw him coming, 37:43 he said, look here comes the Lamb of God, 37:49 which takes away the sins of the world. 37:54 My friends, he has come. 37:58 He is here, through the power of the spirit of God. 38:02 And he is coming again. 38:07 No wonder he said let not 38:08 your heart be troubled. John 14:1 to 3. 38:12 You believe in God? Believe also in me. 38:15 In my Father's house I want-- oh, I love the one that says, 38:21 plenty good rooms, plenty good rooms in my Father's kingdom. 38:28 I have a mansion prepared for me up there in yonder. 38:35 I wanna be there, I wanna be there. 38:39 You and I have this opportunity of preaching this gospel, 38:44 the everlasting gospel according to Revelation Chapter 14. 38:48 The everlasting gospel to every kindred, 38:52 to every tongue, to every people. 38:55 We have that privilege, 38:57 but we don't have to do it by ourselves. 38:59 Not in our own power. He that is worthy. 39:03 The lamb that was slain. 39:05 He that is worthy of honor and praise. 39:08 The song said, worthy. Worthy is the lamb. 39:15 Worthy, worthy is the lamb. 39:19 Worthy, worthy is the lamb that was slain. 39:25 The church say, glory, hallelujah, 39:30 glory, hallelujah, glory, hallelujah. 39:36 The lamb, the lamb, the lamb was slain. 39:42 And He's coming again. He's coming again. 39:46 So let not your heart be troubled. 39:48 For he believeth in God, he says, believe also in me. 39:53 He is coming again. 39:54 He has prepared a place for you and me. 39:59 It would be sad when Jesus come and if you didn't have a story. 40:03 We all must have a story to tell. 40:07 May God bless us for He's worthy to receive honor 40:10 and praise and glory it belongs to Him. 40:14 May God bless each and every one of you. 40:23 Amen. We're still having church, aren't we? Yes. 40:26 Wow. All right. 40:28 Well, what a blessing, thank you so much pastor. 40:31 I'm gonna invite Reggie and Lady and Yvonne to come out 40:36 and sing and tell us a little about the song you gonna do? 40:41 And then--again this is kind of the spur of the moment 40:43 thanks put you guys on the spot. 40:45 And it is the spur of the moment that you gonna sing it with us. 40:48 Oh, I am. Yes. 40:50 You got three parts, you got three parts. 40:52 We're going to make it four. Come on over. 40:54 We need a base singer. 40:55 Is it okay to have a base singer with us? Yes. 40:57 I don't see Wintley Phipps around here. 41:01 Oh, Wintley's not here, we have you. 41:03 So you can come and sing with us. 41:04 Oh, well, I will try anything once right. 41:06 Long as it's good and healthy. What, tell us about this song? 41:10 Well, this is just a sweet little song 41:11 that we were thinking one day about 41:14 all the hard times that people we're going through 41:17 and like we were trying this morning choosing joy 41:19 and just being grateful for the things that we do have. 41:22 There are some hard times people are going through 41:24 but there's always some thing that, 41:26 you know, we can be so grateful for and thankful for 41:29 and so we-I started thinking about 41:31 one of the things that I'm grateful for. 41:33 I've got my great friends, I've got a family all the things 41:37 and so I just--We, Reggie and I wrote this song 41:39 and we just like for you to think about 41:40 the things in your life right now, 41:41 that you can thank the Lord for. 41:43 Come on, Danny.
