00:31 When I hear words like bravery, determination,
00:35 endurance, fortitude, tenacity, 00:38 I think of Joshua 1:6-9 00:41 wonderful passages in the Word of God. 00:43 And here the Lord is talking to Joshua. 00:46 Joshua is facing some obstacles in his life 00:49 and in his leadership of the children of Israel. 00:51 Starting with verse 6, 00:53 "Be strong and of good courage, 00:55 for unto this people 00:57 shall thou divide for an inheritance 00:59 the land which I swore unto their fathers 01:01 to give them. 01:02 Only be thou strong and very courageous, 01:04 that thou may observe 01:06 to do according to all the law 01:08 which Moses My servant commanded thee, 01:10 turn not 01:12 from it to the right hand or to the left, 01:14 that thou may prosper wherever you go." 01:17 Verse 8 says, 01:18 "This Book of the Law 01:20 shall not depart out of your mouth, 01:21 but you shall meditate in it day and night, 01:24 that you may observe to do 01:25 according to all that is written there in. 01:28 For then you shall make your way prosperous, 01:30 and you shall have good success." 01:34 Verse 9, a very famous passage in the Word of God. 01:37 It says, 01:38 "Have not I commanded you? 01:39 Be strong and of good courage, 01:41 be not afraid, 01:43 neither be dismayed for the Lord 01:45 your God is with you wherever you go." 01:48 Incredible passages in the Word of God, 01:50 whatever you are facing in your life, 01:52 it may be a major obstacle, you may feel dismayed, 01:55 but God in verse 9 says, 01:58 "Have not I commanded you? 02:00 Be strong, 02:01 be of good courage, be not afraid, 02:04 neither be dismayed." 02:05 And why is that? 02:07 Well, for the Lord your God is with you. 02:09 That's why, so whatever you may be afraid of, 02:12 whatever may be dismaying you, just be of good courage. 02:16 God is with you. 02:28 Are you weary Are you heavy hearted? 02:35 Just tell it to Jesus 02:38 Tell it to Jesus 02:41 Are you grieving over joys departed? 02:48 Tell it to Jesus alone 02:55 Tell it to Jesus Tell it to Jesus 03:01 He is a Friend that's well known 03:08 You've no other such a friend or brother 03:15 So tell it to Jesus 03:18 Alone 03:25 Do the tears flow down your cheeks 03:30 Unbidden? 03:32 Tell it to Jesus Tell it to Jesus 03:39 Have you sinned that to men's eyes are hidden? 03:45 Tell it to Jesus alone 03:52 Tell it to Jesus Just tell it to Jesus 03:59 He is a Friend that's well known 04:05 You've no other such a friend or brother 04:12 So just tell it to Jesus 04:16 Alone 04:19 Oh, Lord, please touch our world. 04:22 Please fill us with Your hope and Your light 04:26 and give us strength to endure life situations 04:29 and to find blessings and lessons in each step. 04:33 Please give us the endurance to continue ahead. 04:36 Protect us from this horrific Coronavirus. 04:40 Father, give us courage and strength 04:42 when we are weak. 04:43 And dear God, fill us with love when we feel so forsaken. 04:48 Open our hearts for wisdom that will give us courage. 04:52 And may we turn our hearts to You 04:54 in this time of turmoil. 04:57 Father, fill us with Your heavenly love. 05:00 In You, we can today walk in power, 05:04 purpose, and peace of Jesus, 05:07 in Your loving name. 05:09 Amen. 05:15 Dear, Lord, thank You for courage. 05:18 Thank You for the courage to speak to my neighbors, 05:22 to my friends, 05:23 and to all those that I interact with every day 05:26 about You. 05:27 Lord, thank You for the courage 05:29 that You bestow upon all Your believers, 05:31 that with Your courage, 05:33 we can spread Your gospel to all the world. 05:36 Lord, I ask that You 05:38 continue to empower me with Your courage, 05:41 that I may live my life in a way that reflects You 05:45 in a way that allows me to stand up for You 05:49 and speak Your name to all those 05:52 that I interact with, no matter the cost. 05:55 Thank You, Lord. Amen. 06:01 Do you fear the gathering clouds of sorrow? 06:07 Just tell it to Jesus 06:11 Won't you tell it to Jesus 06:15 Are you anxious what shall be tomorrow? 06:21 Tell it to Jesus 06:24 Alone 06:28 And are you troubled at the thought of dying? 06:35 Tell it to Jesus 06:39 Tell it to Jesus 06:43 For Christ's coming kingdom 06:47 Are you sighing? 06:51 Tell it to Jesus 06:53 Alone 06:57 Tell it to Jesus Tell it to Jesus 07:04 He is a Friend 07:06 That's well known 07:12 You've no other 07:15 Such a friend or brother 07:20 So tell it to Jesus 07:24 Alone 07:31 I come to You to praise Your name 07:33 and to thank You for life 07:35 and Your love for each one of us. 07:38 I also ask that You give us 07:40 the courage we need for this day. 07:43 There are so many passages in the Bible 07:45 that encourages to be strong and good courage. 07:49 So I wanted to ask you to please empower us 07:53 with the courage that comes from You. 07:56 The courage that enables us to overcome the enemy straps 08:01 for this day. 08:02 I asked that this blessings of good courage 08:06 be granted to everyone that is listening now 08:10 that they may be filled with Your Holy Spirit 08:14 and give us the peace that passes all understanding. 08:19 I ask this in the name of Your Son Jesus Christ. 08:24 Amen. 08:30 Your heavenly Father, 08:32 I want to thank You so much for giving us Your Word 08:36 because in it, 08:37 Your command is to be of good courage, 08:39 not to be afraid because you all are with us 08:44 wherever we go. 08:46 As we face this time of uncertainty, 08:48 let us be courageous and shine Your light, 08:51 no matter the adversity we're going through 08:54 because You have promised to be with us always. 08:58 In the name of Jesus'. Amen. 09:05 Good morning, Father. 09:07 We want to praise You for Your love and Your mercy 09:10 and Your goodness that You give us each day. 09:13 We lift Your name up high 09:16 as You deserve all the praise. 09:19 Father, we ask for courage this day. 09:23 May You grant us the courage that You given David, 09:27 just before battle. 09:30 Father as we battle the unseen. 09:33 We ask that You give us that courage 09:36 to always look to You and to serve You. 09:40 Thank You, Father, for Your love 09:41 and Your mercy again, 09:43 and we praise You in the name of Jesus. 09:46 Amen. 09:52 Ephesians 6:13 says, 09:54 "Therefore take up the whole armor of God, 09:57 that you may be able to withstand 09:59 in the evil day, 10:00 and having done all, to stand firm." 10:05 Father, I thank You that You equip us with armor, 10:09 that spiritual armor that we can be bold, 10:13 we can be courageous 10:16 because we know we are in Your army, 10:17 we are Your soldiers. 10:20 We are fighting with Your power. 10:26 Father, there are many needs 10:27 that are represented by our viewers. 10:34 The two-year-old in Panama, 10:35 who has been complaining about strong pain in his head, 10:40 is now hospitalized. 10:43 Oh, God, I asked that You will reach down 10:45 and heal this toddler. 10:47 Be with the parents. 10:52 Father, for the one who says 10:54 we need the Lord 10:55 to help us solve our marriage problems. 10:58 We're attending counseling 11:00 and working with physicians for addiction problems. 11:05 We believe all things are possible 11:07 through Jesus Christ our Lord. 11:09 Oh, Father, I pray that You will meet this couple 11:12 in their need. 11:14 Reach out and touch their faith, 11:16 their belief that You are able to mend 11:19 and to deliver. 11:24 Lord, meet that need. 11:25 Father, for healing for 11:28 says, my dad's lungs and eyesight are really bad. 11:32 Please pray for my dad. 11:34 Lord, we lift up this, Father. 11:37 We ask God that You would grant him the healing 11:39 that he needs in his eyes and in his lungs. 11:45 And another one needs deliverance. 11:47 I am in need of prayer for deliverance for myself 11:51 and healing for my daughter who has fibroids. 11:56 Father God, 11:58 You are the healer of our minds. 12:00 You are the healer of our hearts. 12:04 You are our deliverer. 12:07 You give us courage. 12:13 We are nothing without You. 12:18 So, Father, I just ask in Jesus' name 12:20 that you would meet these needs 12:24 according to Your will, 12:27 and Your riches and glory. 12:32 We thank You, Father. 12:35 We thank You for hearing our prayer. 12:38 Thank You that we can walk in courage and in boldness. 12:45 Just tell it to Jesus 12:49 Tell it to Jesus 12:51 He is a friend 12:54 That's well known 12:58 You've no other such a friend or brother 13:04 So tell it to Jesus alone 13:10 I've heard it said that we are the sum total 13:12 of the five people 13:14 whom we spend the most time with. 13:16 If you want to be more kind, and more loving, 13:20 and more wise, more courageous, 13:23 spend time in the Word of God, 13:25 praying for those attributes. 13:27 Thank you for taking time to Pause to Pray. 13:31 God bless you. 13:40 Please send us your prayer request 13:43 or become a part of our Prayer Warrior Team. 13:45 For more information, please visit 3abn.tv/prayer 13:49 or call for prayer at 618-627-4651 extension 1. 13:55 And thank you for being a part of the worldwide 3ABN family. |
