00:31 You know, throughout the Bible, there are so many promises
00:34 that can bring peace, that can bring comfort, 00:37 that can bring encouragement. 00:39 And today, we're praying about God's promises. 00:43 One of my favorite passages is found in John 14:1-3, 00:47 Jesus says, "Let not your heart be troubled, 00:50 you believe in God, believe also in me. 00:53 In my Father's house are many mansions, 00:56 if it were not so, I would have told you. 00:58 I go to prepare a place for you. 01:00 And if I go and prepare a place for you, 01:02 I will come again and receive you to Myself, 01:05 that where I am there, you may be also." 01:10 What a wonderful promise that is to know 01:12 that Jesus went to prepare a place for us, 01:15 and He is coming again and He's coming to receive us 01:18 and to take us home. 01:20 We'll be able to spend eternity with Him 01:22 to finally see our Savior 01:23 and Lord Jesus Christ face to face. 01:26 I don't know about you, but I have plenty of questions 01:30 and a whole bunch of praise 01:31 that I wanna give our Lord and Savior. 01:33 And I just want to praise Him for eternity. 01:35 So I'm looking forward to that wonderful day 01:37 when He comes back to receive us to Him. 01:40 And so I stand on that promises, that promise, 01:43 and many of the other promises in the Word of God. 01:47 Standing on the promises of Christ, my King 01:53 Through eternal ages let his praises ring 01:57 Glory in the highest, I will shout and sing 02:02 Standing on the promises of God 02:07 Standing, standing 02:12 Standing on the promises of God, my Savior 02:18 Standing, standing 02:24 I'm standing 02:26 on the promises of God 02:34 Dear heavenly Father, I just wanna thank You for... 02:38 the precious promises that are found in Your Word. 02:42 Lord, I'm so thankful that Jesus paid it all 02:46 on the cross for our sins. 02:49 Thank You for caring about us enough and loving us enough 02:53 to prepare a place for us to come back and to receive us 02:57 and want to spend eternity with us. 03:01 I'm just blown away by that because I'm just like, 03:04 who are we, Father, 03:06 that You would want to spend eternity with us. 03:09 But You're so gracious, You're so kind, 03:11 You're so merciful, 03:12 and You love us with an everlasting love. 03:15 And so, Father, I just wanna thank You for the love 03:18 that You've bestowed upon us. 03:19 I wanna thank You for Jesus 03:22 and I wanna thank You for Your kindness, 03:24 Your mercy and Your grace. 03:26 Thank you, Father, in Jesus' name we pray. 03:30 Amen 03:36 Heavenly Father, thank You for Your promises. 03:40 Lord, You've scattered them all throughout Your Word. 03:43 We find them as we search for hope, 03:46 strength, encouragement, love. 03:49 As we look we find that You promise 03:52 to never leave us nor forsake us. 03:55 You promise us a future and hope. 03:58 Lord, in these uncertain times, 04:00 help us to cling to Your promises, 04:02 to search Your Word for them daily, 04:05 to write them on the walls of our hearts 04:08 and to share them with others. 04:10 Oh, Lord, how we need you. 04:12 Amen. 04:19 Standing on the promises that cannot fail 04:25 When the howling storms of doubt and fear assail 04:31 By the living Word of God 04:33 I shall prevail 04:36 For I'm standing on the promises of God 04:43 Standing, standing 04:48 Standing on the promises of God, my Savior 04:53 Standing, standing 04:59 I'm standing on the promises of God 05:05 And I like this verse. 05:06 Standing on the promises of Christ, the Lord 05:11 I'm bound to him eternally by love's strong cord 05:16 I'm overcoming daily with the Spirit's sword 05:22 For I'm standing on 05:24 The promises of God 05:32 Lord and creator of the heavens and the earth, 05:35 the one who holds the stars in His hands 05:37 and guides them on their path. 05:40 Who makes everything happen in its time and in its season, 05:44 Lord, Your creation demonstrates Your faithfulness. 05:47 You are unchanging 05:49 just as the promises You have made Your people. 05:52 And I thank You, Lord, that You will 05:53 carry out Your promises 05:55 and You will watch over Your people. 05:57 And, Lord, You will be glorified 05:58 as a result of such. 06:00 So, Lord, I thank You for Your promises. 06:02 I thank You for Your faithfulness 06:03 and, Lord, all that You're doing. 06:05 And even though we may not understand it, Lord, 06:07 we can hold tight. 06:09 And hold strong, Lord, to the promises You've made, 06:11 for You are God. 06:13 And just as You hold the heavens 06:14 and the earth together 06:16 and the stars and all their courses, 06:18 Lord, You are faithful to Your promises. 06:20 And so, Lord, we thank You for Your love. 06:22 We thank You, Lord, for how You watch out for us 06:24 and how You protect us. 06:26 And, Lord, I just ask You to be glorified in all its done 06:29 and help us, Lord, to see 06:30 Your hand working as only You can. 06:34 So thank You again, Lord. 06:35 And we ask that You'd be praised 06:37 and You'd receive glory. 06:38 In this name of Christ, we ask these things. 06:47 Dear God. 06:48 God, I know that in Your Word, 06:50 You made a lot of promises to those who read it. 06:54 You promised that You would stand by us, 06:57 that You would keep us safe, that You would help us 07:01 through hard times when the world caves in, 07:05 when things go wrong, 07:07 we lose. 07:09 God, You promised that You'd be with us. 07:12 You promised in Your Word that You love us. 07:16 And that You'll teach us how to love others. 07:20 You promised that one day we'll get to be with You. 07:25 You promised that one day You'd come back 07:28 and that all the wrong would be made right one day, God. 07:32 I know for me personally, all I've seen is truth. 07:37 God, You are who You say You are. 07:40 It's pretty evident. 07:42 I just want to say thank You. 07:45 From me, from everyone, listening. 07:48 God, thank You for just being God, 07:52 for being truthful, for loving us 07:56 when others don't love us, 07:58 when we ourselves don't love us. 08:03 God, You sent Your Son. 08:04 You gave everything for people who didn't deserve it. 08:10 And You promised us that one day, 08:13 all of this pain would end. 08:15 God, If we just follow You, we just live a life of love. 08:20 We learn to follow You 08:22 and love You and You will teach us. 08:25 God, thank You for being with us through hard times. 08:30 Even if we couldn't tell that You were there, 08:33 You were... 08:35 'cause when we look back on it, God, 08:37 we'll be able to see You. 08:39 So thank You for helping us now 08:42 and for helping us in the future. 08:45 Thank You for promising to never leave us, 08:48 loving us and forgiving us. 08:51 God, guide us in our day to day lives. 08:56 Even when we stumble, pick us up, we're only human. 09:02 We need You, God. 09:04 Thank You so much for Your love, for Your grace, 09:09 and salvation through Jesus that You gave us 09:12 even though You didn't have to. 09:15 Thank You for all of those promises 09:17 You made in Your Word. 09:19 Thank You for standing by what You said. 09:22 We love You, God... 09:24 in Your name, amen 09:32 Father, I am thinking of what David told Solomon 09:36 that he should be strong and of good courage 09:39 because the Lord God would be with him 09:41 that You would not leave nor forsake him 09:44 while he was in the service of the house of the Lord, 09:47 Father, we claim this same promise 09:50 not to leave us or forsake us 09:52 as we work in Your service, 09:54 lifting up Jesus in our lives 09:56 that all men will be drawn upward to You. 09:59 Our only real peace and our only real hope 10:03 and to someday enter into eternal life with You. 10:06 Amen. 10:11 Jeremiah 29:11 is such a wonderful verse. 10:15 Thank You for this promise. 10:18 For I know the plans I have for You says the Lord, 10:21 they are plans for good and not for disaster, 10:25 to give You a future and a hope. 10:29 And I love Matthew 11:28-29. 10:32 Thank You, Father... 10:36 He says, "Come to Me 10:37 all you who are weary and burdened 10:39 that I will give you rest. 10:42 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, 10:44 for I am gentle and humble in heart, 10:47 and you will find rest for your souls." 10:51 Thank You, Lord Jesus, 10:53 for the rest that we have in You. 10:59 In Philippians 4:19 and this same God 11:02 who takes care of me will supply all your needs 11:05 from His glorious riches, 11:08 which have been given to us in Christ Jesus. 11:12 Praise the Lord for His wonderful promises. 11:17 Father, there are viewers who are watching, 11:19 who are crying out to You in need of... 11:25 the promise, a word from You. 11:29 Those who are asking for deliverance. 11:31 This one says, "My neighbor is trying to harm me, 11:35 trying to frame me for a crime to get my house. 11:40 Please pray that God's will be done 11:42 and for God's justice to prevail. 11:47 Father God, I pray that You would... 11:50 be a hedge of protection 11:53 around this person, Lord. 11:57 Lord, grant justice and peace... 12:02 for those who are dealing with alcohol 12:04 and drug related... 12:09 problems. 12:12 A viewer says, "Please pray for a friend 12:14 going through a downward spiral with alcohol. 12:18 Pray that they will call out for assistance 12:20 from God for grace. 12:23 Father God, I pray that You would release 12:25 the bondage of alcohol in this person's life. 12:30 Lord, give them deliverance and freedom 12:35 that Christ died for. 12:37 Give them the willpower, 12:38 the strength to resist temptation. 12:43 Father, thank You for Your promises. 12:48 For those who are praying for healing from cancer. 12:54 As a viewer writes in... 12:57 for this one who has a son with congested heart problem. 13:00 Oh God, I ask in Jesus' name 13:03 that You would please just deliver them 13:06 from their illnesses, Oh God. 13:09 Heal, oh God, as only You can. 13:12 We thank You, Lord, that You are able to heal. 13:14 You are able to deliver. 13:18 We thank You for Your promises. 13:20 We love You, God. 13:23 We know that nothing can separate us from Your love. 13:29 And we are standing Yes, we're standing
