00:31 Is there anything more comforting
00:32 than knowing that God's love for us 00:34 is greater than any obstacle we're facing? 00:37 When I'm uncomfortable with life situations 00:40 and I feel like everyone is against me, 00:42 I trust in God's love to comfort me. 00:45 Romans 8:37-39 tells us, 00:48 "Yet in all these things 00:49 we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 00:52 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, 00:55 nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present 00:59 nor things to come, nor height nor depth, 01:02 nor any other created thing, 01:03 shall be able to separate us from the love of God 01:06 which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." 01:10 The Bible points to many ways that God offers great comfort. 01:14 Psalm 27:13-14 says, 01:17 "I remain confident of this. 01:19 I will see the goodness of the Lord 01:21 in the land of the living. 01:23 Wait for the Lord, be strong and take heart 01:26 and wait for the Lord." 01:28 In John 16:33, Jesus said, 01:30 "I have told you these things 01:32 so that in Me, you may have peace, 01:34 in this world you will have trouble, 01:37 but take heart I have overcome the world." 01:40 Paul wrote in Romans 8:28, a verse we all know, 01:43 "And we know that in all things, 01:45 God works for the good of those who love Him, 01:48 who have been called according to His purpose." 01:52 Today, if you need comfort, take your need to God, 01:57 and let Him handle it. 02:06 Father, we come before You, thanking You, God, 02:09 that there is nothing in this world 02:12 or even beyond this world 02:15 that can separate us from Your love. 02:18 Lord, what a comfort it is to know that we are not alone, 02:23 that You are with us 02:24 and that You are more than able to provide for our every need. 02:30 Lord, thank You for Your love, which is always there for us. 02:35 In the name of Jesus, I pray. 02:37 Amen. 02:41 Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your love 02:44 because during this difficult time 02:46 You are with us, 02:48 but there's so many people that have lost loved one. 02:53 I ask You to be with them, to give them comfort, 02:56 to know that You are with them. 02:59 Not only the people that lost their family, 03:01 but also people that lost their job 03:04 and other things during these difficult times. 03:08 And I thank You, Lord, 03:10 because we know that You are with them 03:13 and with us, 03:15 we pray that You continue being with us. 03:18 In Jesus I pray, amen. 03:24 My Father, 03:25 what a wonderful comfort You give to each heart 03:28 that longs for You. 03:29 How precious the gift of Your Son 03:32 who comfort the broken heart, 03:33 and the lonely, and the sick 03:36 while He walked on this earth. 03:38 Thank You for the gift of the Holy Spirit. 03:40 The one that Jesus calls the comforter, 03:43 we feel His presence every day. 03:46 Lord, there are many 03:47 who have lost their loved ones recently. 03:49 Please comfort them with Your love 03:51 and show them Your tender mercy. 03:54 Thank You, Father, for Your promise 03:55 in Jeremiah 31:13, that says that 03:58 You will turn our mourning into joy. 04:01 Thank you. In Jesus name, amen. 04:09 Days are filled With sorrow and care 04:16 Hearts are lonely and rare 04:23 Burdens are lifted at Calvary 04:29 Jesus is very near 04:35 Burdens are lifted at Calvary 04:41 Calvary, Calvary 04:47 Burdens are lifted at Calvary 04:54 Jesus us is very near 05:04 So cast your care On Jesus today 05:10 Leave your worry and fear 05:17 Burdens are lifted 05:21 At Calvary 05:24 Jesus is very near 05:39 Dear Father in heaven, Lord, 05:41 I ask that You be with each one right now 05:44 that needs comfort in their lives. 05:46 The sadness and the loneliness and, 05:50 Father, I ask that You embrace them right now, 05:54 let them fill Your hands 05:56 and Your love wrapped around them. 05:58 Let them understand that Your love is everlasting 06:02 and that You love them so much. 06:04 Father, I ask right now 06:07 that You just smile upon them 06:09 and let them see 06:11 in a little flower and a little tree, in leaves, 06:15 in anything that you want to use 06:16 in a kitten or other animal, 06:19 show them that Your comfort is there 06:21 and that You will never leave them 06:23 or forsake them. 06:24 In Jesus' precious name, amen 06:29 Precious Father, You are the God of all comfort, 06:32 but we live in an uncomfortable world. 06:35 With all of our creature comforts, 06:36 we still face deep pain and hurt 06:39 that only You can take us through. 06:41 Your Word offers the real comfort food, 06:44 reminding us to cast our care upon You, 06:47 to leave our burdens with You, 06:49 to trust and depend on You for everything. 06:53 God wrap Your loving arms around those 06:55 who are in dire need of Your comfort 06:58 and stir us Your children to be loving and kind 07:02 to the discomforted, 07:04 showing them the love and compassion of Christ 07:07 without judging or using unnecessary words, 07:10 but with simple acts of kindness and understanding. 07:14 Thank You, Father, for Your comfort. 07:19 Dear Heavenly Father, 07:21 when you were with the disciples in the boat, 07:24 they thought that there were perishing in that storm 07:27 and that You didn't care. 07:29 Please, Lord, in the most trying situations 07:33 that we'll go through now 07:35 dwell in us by Your Holy Spirit, 07:37 so that we don't let the threatening circumstances 07:41 absorb all of our being depressed and discourage us. 07:46 Please teach us to gain comfort 07:48 even in the circumstances that seem the worst 07:52 by knowing that You are with us in all of them, 07:55 very, very close with all the power and might 08:00 that the universe only knows off. 08:03 Give us comfort while trusting You 08:05 that what You lead us through is the best for our lives 08:09 and the lives of the others here on this earth 08:13 and for the salvation in the eternity. 08:16 In your precious name we pray, amen. 08:24 Troubled soul, The savior can see 08:31 Every heartache and tear 08:38 The burdens are lifted 08:42 At Calvary 08:46 Jesus is very near 08:58 Lord, I want to 09:02 send up a prayer 09:06 for friends who need comforting. 09:13 Father, for friends who need healing, 09:20 who have experienced 09:21 or are going through the terrible virus. 09:28 Lord, those who are in the hospital on ventilators, 09:32 God, I pray in Jesus' name that You would grant healing. 09:38 Grant them comfort, Lord. 09:42 Father, there are those who are facing legal issues. 09:49 Those who are facing 09:51 the process of filing for bankruptcy, 09:57 those who are inundated with legal costs. 10:02 Lord, I pray for financial comfort for them. 10:13 And there are those who are being tormented 10:17 with demonic torment. 10:20 God, I pray for their deliverance. 10:25 Lord, draw near to them. 10:27 Draw them near to You. 10:33 Father, for those who need salvation, 10:36 Lord, the world is full of unsaved souls. 10:41 They need You. We need You. 10:47 Father, I thank You 10:49 for those who have put themselves in harm's 10:53 way to protect us. 10:56 Policemen and firemen, 11:01 first responders, Lord, 11:04 You have put a boldness in those people 11:09 to serve us, to serve their communities. 11:11 And I thank You for them. 11:13 And I just pray a hedge of protection around them, 11:15 Lord, that You would provide comfort 11:20 from dangerous work. 11:24 I pray that You would grant wisdom and knowledge 11:27 and power to fight evil. 11:34 Lord, I pray for the families of those 11:37 who give their very life. 11:47 Lord, I pray for those who are watching it 11:51 are frustrated by an undiagnosed health issue. 11:56 Lord, not knowing what is wrong 11:59 is so discouraging. 12:03 Lord, I pray that You would give doctors wisdom 12:05 and knowledge. 12:10 More than anything I pray that You would help us 12:12 to simply trust You for healing. 12:17 We thank You that You are the healer. 12:19 You are the great comforter, the God of all comfort. 12:28 I pray for those 12:29 who are enduring the troubles of chemotherapy 12:34 and radiation and other medical issues, 12:41 and in an effort to fix the problems, 12:45 there are some side effects. 12:46 God, I pray that You would comfort those people. 12:54 Father, help us to pray for one another. 13:01 May we lift each other up 13:02 and may we be concerned 13:05 about what's going on in each other's lives. 13:09 May we take it all to You 13:12 because we know that burdens are lifted at Calvary. 13:17 We know that You care for us. 13:21 We know that You have our best in mind. 13:28 Burdens are lifted 13:32 At Calvary 13:35 At Calvary, 13:39 Calvary 13:42 Jesus is very, very near 13:51 Please send us your prayer request 13:54 or become a part of our Prayer Warrior Team. 13:56 For more information, please visit 3abn.tv/prayer 14:00 or call for prayer at 618-627-4651 extension 1. 14:06 And thank you for being a part of the worldwide 3ABN family. |
