00:44 The Three Angels' Messages. 00:49 Hello friends and welcome to 3ABN Spring Camp Meeting. 00:53 We have been tremendously blessed. Can you all say "Amen" 00:56 to that? Amen! The messages have flowed 01:00 through the speakers and the presenters here at this 01:02 Camp Meeting, and I hope that you've been tuning in 01:04 for each one of those. We have an opportunity now 01:08 to just really focus on what I may refer to as 01:11 the capstone of the message of Revelation: 01:14 from the old earth to the new earth. 01:18 Tonight White Horse Media's speaker/director 01:21 Steven Wohlberg is going to present the message 01:24 The New Heaven and the New Earth. Are you looking forward to that? 01:27 Amen! What a day that's going to be 01:29 when we are transported to our new home: 01:32 the new heaven and the new earth. 01:34 And I know the blessing is going to be tremendous. 01:37 He is a man of God. He is an author; 01:39 he has written many books. His ministry is very prolific. 01:43 And I know that because he is a student of the Word 01:45 you're going to be tremendously blessed. 01:48 He's going to pray just before his message 01:50 but before he comes to speak to us 01:53 we are going to be blessed with a trio. 01:57 And this song I always love when I hear it 02:00 but tonight it's going to be extra special 02:02 because not only is Danny going to sing it 02:04 but Yvonne and Melody are going to bless us 02:07 as Tim Parton is at the piano 02:09 singing the song that exemplifies what we feel 02:12 about this place: Holy Ground. 02:24 As I walked through the door 02:29 I sensed His presence. 02:34 And I knew this was 02:38 the place where love abounds. 02:45 For this is the temple 02:50 Jehovah God 02:55 abides in. 02:58 We are standing 03:02 in His presence 03:06 on holy ground. 03:13 We are standing 03:20 on holy ground 03:26 and I know that there 03:31 are angels 03:34 all around. 03:40 Let us praise - let us praise 03:47 Jesus now... 03:53 we are standing in 03:58 His presence 04:00 on holy ground. 04:09 In His presence 04:12 there is joy 04:14 beyond measure 04:18 and at His feet 04:22 peace of mind 04:25 can still be found. 04:30 If you have a need, 04:34 my God has the answer! 04:41 Just reach out and claim it 04:45 for child, you're standing 04:49 on holy ground. Praise the Lord! 06:44 Amen! Oh, God is good! 06:47 Very good. Isn't God good? 06:50 Amen! It's been an amazing four days! 06:54 I feel like I'm the bookend 06:56 at the end of an incredible Camp Meeting. 06:59 This has really been something! 07:02 As I was thinking about this final talk 07:06 earlier today I thought about Spokane, Washington, 07:11 not far from where I live. Every year 07:14 there is an event in Spokane, Washington, 07:17 called Blooms Day. Anybody heard of Blooms Day? 07:20 Anybody been to Blooms Day? Some of you have. 07:22 And what happens... And my family, we've been going there 07:25 for many years - me and my wife and my kids - 07:29 in May the flowers are blooming and about 50,000 people 07:34 come together and meander through the streets of Spokane 07:39 for about seven miles. 07:41 And it's just a big event for people that live in the area. 07:45 And as you get down right near the end of those seven miles 07:48 finally you turn the last corner. 07:52 And then you go straight ahead and there's a big sign 07:56 that says Finish, and 50,000 people go underneath that sign. 08:01 Everybody that makes it gets a Blooms Day shirt. 08:05 And my family... you know, we're always excited. 08:07 My kids go there; they pass out GLOW tracts 08:10 to people that are standing around the side. 08:12 And I just can't help but think about that final stretch 08:16 and that last road 08:21 heading toward the finish line. 08:25 And my point is, brothers and sisters, 08:28 that we are heading toward the finish line 08:30 of this world's history. Amen! 08:33 I have no doubt about that. 08:35 And I don't know if you're... I think many of you are 08:38 but I don't know about all of you 08:40 but this whole event - this whole Spring Camp Meeting 08:45 at 3ABN focusing on the three angels' messages 08:50 we are fulfilling Bible prophecy. 08:53 I was thinking about that today and the conviction came to me 08:57 that what we're doing here is just as much a fulfillment 09:02 of prophecy as a baby born in Bethlehem. 09:07 Just as much. And the reason why I say that 09:09 is because Revelation chapter 14- 09:13 the last book of the Bible chapter 14- 09:17 predicts in verses 6 to 12 09:21 which we've been reading about this whole event 09:24 that there are going to be three angels that give messages 09:30 all over the world 09:33 right before Jesus Christ returns 09:38 in verse 14. 09:40 And that's what this is all about. 09:42 It's about broadcasting and spreading 09:46 and communicating the three angels' messages. 09:49 We are fulfilling Bible prophecy. 09:52 These messages are going to get louder and louder 09:55 and louder as we get closer and closer to the end. 10:00 Do you believe that? Amen! It's exciting. 10:03 All the different speakers; everything that's been coming 10:06 together that we've been involved in. 10:10 John Lomacang has this little book 10:13 that just came out on the three angels' messages. 10:16 I encourage you to get this book and to share this book. 10:19 I encourage you to promote and to share 10:23 what you've heard this week- end, the DVD that's coming out. 10:27 The music that you've heard about the 3 angels' messages. 10:32 I was talking to Pastor Bohr today, and he mentioned that 10:34 his ministry Secrets Unsealed 10:38 they have a DVD series that goes right though 10:42 the three angels' messages. 10:44 White Horse Media has a brand new book 10:46 that's about to come out in just a few days. 10:50 A little pocket book for sharing. 10:52 It's called God's Final Warning: the Three Angels' Messages. 10:57 And as I just look at all this 10:59 I'm just convicted that God is moving. 11:04 That He is working to communicate His messages 11:08 all around the world... 11:10 and He's doing it right now. 11:12 Prophecy says it in the book of Revelation. 11:15 It's in chapter 14 verses 6 to 12. 11:18 So as I'm, you know, winding up... I'm the last 11:22 speaker here for this Camp Meeting... 11:24 I just want to really stress to you and encourage you 11:29 to be a part in the days ahead 11:33 of spreading the 3 angels' mes- sages in every way that you can. 11:39 And support 3ABN because this whole operation, 11:43 this whole ministry, this whole Spring Camp Meeting, 11:49 the name of this organization: 3 Angels Broadcasting Network. 11:54 It's powerful... it's powerful! 11:58 Prophecy is being fulfilled right in front of our eyes. 12:01 The three angel's messages are unstoppable. 12:04 They cannot... Satan cannot shoot them out of the sky. 12:09 No matter how hard he tries these messages are going to get 12:12 louder and louder and louder until Jesus comes. 12:16 And it's a solemn thought 12:19 to realize that if anybody who's watching 12:24 these broadcasts and listens to this whole event 12:27 and who is exposed to these messages in the days ahead 12:32 if people fight against the three angels' messages 12:38 they really don't know what they're doing. 12:41 It's just like Jesus when He hung on the cross. 12:43 He said: "Father, forgive them 12:45 for they know not what they do. " 12:47 Those who fight these messages are in danger 12:51 of sealing their doom 12:54 because this is the message for the hour 12:57 just like the message of Noah before the flood. 13:02 That's right. Here's a quiz question: 13:03 Do you remember how many floors Noah's ark had? 13:08 Three... that's right. God raised up a man; 13:11 told him to build a boat and to call people in 13:14 to a three-story boat 13:17 before the water came down. 13:19 And God is calling us in these last hours of human history. 13:24 In the home stretch He's calling us to be part 13:28 of the three angels' messages. 13:33 And when the dust settles... As we heard in our last meeting 13:37 when the dust settles everybody is going to be in one 13:41 or the other of two great camps. 13:44 There are only two ultimate destinies that are ahead of us. 13:51 One destiny is found in Revelation chapter 20 13:54 verse 15. 13:58 The last verse of chapter 20 14:02 says: "Whosoever was not found 14:07 written in the Book of Life 14:09 was cast into the lake of fire. " 14:14 And sadly, that's where the majority are going to be. 14:19 But then the next verse 14:21 says: "And I saw a new heaven 14:26 and a new earth for the first heaven and the first earth 14:31 were passed away. " 14:36 And that's what we're going to talk about: 14:38 the good verse, chapter 21 verse 1. 14:42 So let's pray. 14:46 Dear Father in heaven, what an honor 14:49 and a privilege it is for me... 14:52 for little me, weak me... 14:57 to be stand here as part of 15:00 the Three Angels Broadcasting Network at the very conclusion 15:04 of spreading the three angels' messages 15:09 live, on the air, around the world. 15:11 What an honor! What a sacred privilege it is! 15:16 Just like the shepherds who heard the angels sing 15:21 and announced that the baby - THE BABY - 15:25 had been born in Bethlehem 15:28 so we are seeing prophecy fulfilled right in front of us 15:34 that the three angels' messages are here and they are growing 15:39 with a loud voice. 15:41 Lord, please bless as we look at our Bibles 15:44 and look at the future for those who follow God 15:47 and follow Jesus to be in the new heaven 15:51 and the new earth. 15:54 In Jesus' name we pray, Amen. 16:04 John said: "I saw a new heaven 16:09 and a new earth. " 16:13 I've been thinking about this quite a bit 16:15 and I believe that perhaps 16:20 the biggest issue in this world 16:24 that all of us have to face - everybody has to face - 16:27 the issue of issues is whether the Bible 16:32 is really true. 16:35 Whether it's really the Word of God or not. 16:40 I believe that there is evidence 16:45 in the book of Revelation - in the last book of the Bible. 16:48 In fact, it's in the verse that we just read. 16:51 There is evidence that few of us consider 16:54 that really is strong evidence 16:58 that what we just read is really and truly going to happen. 17:03 And the evidence is the first couple words 17:08 where John says 17:11 "And I... " What did he do? Saw. He saw. 17:14 "I saw... " "I saw a new heaven 17:18 and a new earth. " 17:21 In verse 2 he says: "I John 17:25 I saw... I saw the Holy City, 17:29 the New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven. " 17:33 In verse 3 he says: "I heard 17:36 a great voice out of heaven saying: 'Behold, 17:40 the tabernacle of God is with men. ' " 17:43 In verse 5 17:46 at the end of the verse it says: "He said to me 17:49 'Write... write this down 17:51 for these words are true and faithful. ' " 17:54 Verse 10: "He carried me away in the Spirit 17:58 to a great and high mountain and he showed me 18:00 that great City: the holy Jerusalem. " 18:05 In chapter 22 verses 8 and 9 18:10 he says: "I John... I saw these things, 18:15 I heard them. And when I had heard and seen 18:18 I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel 18:20 who showed me these things. 18:22 And then the angel said to me: 'See that you do not do that 18:26 for I am your fellow servant and of your brethren the prophets 18:29 and of them which keep the sayings of this book. 18:32 Worship God. ' " 18:35 Now here's my point. 18:37 The book of Revelation is the last book of the Bible. 18:40 And by the way, did you know what the world's all-time 18:43 best-selling book is ever? 18:46 The Bible. It's the Bible! 18:50 And the last book of the Bible 18:53 is a very deep book: the book of Revelation. 18:57 It is loaded with information. 19:00 It is a masterpiece of literature and symbolism 19:06 and prophecy and history 19:09 and morality and interconnectedness 19:13 with most of the Bible is woven in 19:18 like a literary masterpiece 19:22 into the book of Revelation. 19:25 Where did this come from? 19:28 Was this the product of a man named John 19:33 who wrote the book? 19:36 No! This masterpiece of literature 19:42 that this whole event is based on 19:47 did not originate in the mind of a man named John... 19:53 especially when you read the book and you find 19:57 that John simply says "I saw this. " 20:02 "I heard this. " 20:04 "I was told to write this down. " 20:06 "I fell down before the feet of the angel who showed me 20:10 these... who showed me these things. " 20:15 This book is a revelation; it's a vision. 20:21 It's a miracle! It's a masterpiece that was given 20:28 to a humble man by the name of John. 20:33 And you know, all the speakers that have spoken here 20:36 this whole Camp Meeting - all these powerful messages... 20:40 messages that we've heard, and I've heard them, too - 20:43 you know we're just little people 20:46 just like John 20:49 and we're doing our best to communicate messages 20:53 that come from God. 20:56 Amen! That come from God. 20:58 The book of Revelation is a masterpiece 21:03 and it is the truth. 21:08 ESPECIALLY when you think about the fact that it was written 21:14 by a man who also wrote this. 21:18 Chapter 21 verse 8 at the end of the verse 21:24 says that "All liars shall have their part in the lake 21:30 which burns with fire and brim- stone which is the 2nd death. " 21:34 So you know if John really just made all this stuff up, 21:37 if he was lying, 21:41 you see my point? 21:43 This book of morality 21:47 written by a man who said liars will go into the lake of fire 21:54 this man was not lying. 21:57 He got this information. 22:00 He saw it as God Almighty revealed to him 22:05 what he saw and wrote down in the Bible, the world's 22:10 best-selling book, in the last book of the Bible. 22:17 Isn't that impressive? 22:18 So when you look at the evidence 22:21 this book did not just come from man. 22:25 Back to our main text, Revelation 21:1. 22:29 John says: "And I saw 22:31 a new heaven and a new earth 22:34 for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. 22:38 And there was no more sea. " 22:41 This verse talks about two heavens and two earths. 22:45 The first heaven as it mentions there in the middle of the verse 22:51 is the atmosphere that surrounds our planet. 22:54 That's what we breathe. 22:56 You know, the air that's part of this heaven. 22:58 It's not talking about where the throne of God is 23:01 it's talking about the atmosphere around us. 23:05 And the atmosphere of the first heaven 23:08 in case you haven't noticed is polluted... 23:11 at least a lot of it. 23:12 I grew up in the Los Angeles area 23:15 and you don't have to convince me. 23:18 I've seen a lot of smog in L.A. Many times school was cancelled 23:23 because the air wasn't fit to breathe. 23:26 So they said: "Don't even go out of your house 23:29 because it's just so bad. " 23:31 That's the atmosphere in the first heaven. 23:33 The first earth that it refers to is the earth 23:37 that we're walking on... 23:40 that we walk on. When you leave this Camp Meeting 23:44 you know, when you walk you're walking on the carpet 23:48 which is on top of the earth... the first earth. 23:52 This is an earth where there are earthquakes 23:55 and tornadoes, fires, floods, storms, freeways. 23:59 Fox News and CNN. 24:03 That's the first earth. 24:06 That's the earth that we're familiar with. 24:10 But the Bible says a change is coming. 24:15 John saw a change. 24:22 The Bible says there is an end to the first heaven 24:26 and the first earth that we are familiar with. 24:31 The days of the first heaven and the first earth 24:34 are numbered. 24:36 The clock is ticking. 24:39 We're in the home stretch! 24:41 Amen! The three angels are here! 24:44 Prophecy is being fulfilled right in front of our eyes! 24:47 Amen! Just as surely 24:50 as a baby was born in Bethlehem, 24:53 just as surely as Jesus Christ died on the cross 24:56 and rose from the dead and went to heaven 25:00 and gave us the book of Revelation 25:02 to His servant John who saw it and heard it 25:06 and fell down because he was overwhelmed by what he saw. 25:12 This is all coming. 25:14 God is going to get rid of the first heaven and the first earth 25:17 by fire. 25:19 A parallel text is in II Peter chapter 3. 25:25 Let's just look at that quickly. 25:28 II Peter chapter 3 25:35 verse 10. 25:37 A lot of Christians don't think about this. 25:44 They think about the fire and many Christians 25:48 mistakenly think that the fire that the Bible talks about 25:54 is just down there under the ground. 25:56 When people die they think that they go down. 25:59 But they don't realize that the whole topic of fire 26:02 is much bigger than that. 26:05 II Peter 3:10 the Bible says that 26:09 "The day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night 26:15 in which the heavens... " Which is the first heavens 26:19 you know, from Revelation, it's the atmosphere around us... 26:22 "the heavens shall pass away 26:26 with a great noise 26:30 and the elements shall melt with fervent heat. " 26:37 "And the earth... " That's the first earth... 26:39 "also and the works that are therein 26:43 shall be... " What? "shall be burned up. " 26:46 So all of this that we see - 26:50 even the cameras, everything - 26:54 and I don't think people here at 3ABN will really mind that. 26:57 You know, there is a time when they're happy to leave all this 27:00 behind. Amen! 27:02 It's all going to be burned up. 27:06 Verse 13 says: "Nevertheless, we, according to His promise, 27:11 look for new heavens and a new earth 27:16 wherein dwells righteousness. " 27:22 The new heaven and the new earth is very real. 27:27 It's just as real as the first heaven and the first earth. 27:31 It's just as real as the earth that we walk on. 27:35 It's as real as the air that we breathe. 27:40 It is very, very real 27:44 and God wants us to get ready for the great Day 27:50 of the Lord. And that's what the three angels' messages 27:54 are all about. It's about urging people 27:57 to wake up, to get their priorities straight, 28:02 and to get ready, to get ready, get ready 28:06 for the soon-coming Day of God. Amen! 28:12 The great Day of God. 28:14 Back to Revelation 21 verse 1. 28:19 "And I saw a new heaven 28:24 and a new earth. " Wow! 28:28 Once the fire goes out 28:31 and once the dust settles 28:34 and once it's all over 28:38 God's going to start again. 28:41 And the new heaven and the new earth is going to be 28:45 just like the Garden of Eden. Amen! 28:51 Wow! I tell you... you know. 28:54 That sounds pretty good to me. 28:57 Doesn't that sound good to you? Amen! 28:59 Look at verse 4. 29:01 What's it going to be like in the new heaven 29:03 and in the new earth? 29:04 Verse 4 says: "God shall wipe away 29:08 all tears from their eyes 29:12 and there shall be no more... " What? 29:17 "no more death. " 29:21 Hallelujah! 29:24 About two years ago... a little more than two years ago 29:27 my mother died, 29:28 and it was a very, very painful experience. 29:32 I was with her on her dying bed, 29:37 and I climbed up on the bed 29:40 next to my mother, put my arm around her, 29:44 and lay down with her right on the bed. 29:47 The last thing she ever said was "I love you. " 29:56 And a short time later she died. 30:02 The Bible says in the new earth there will be no more death. 30:07 Doesn't that sound incredible? Amen! 30:11 And it says there'll be: "neither sorrow... 30:15 neither sorrow... " I got a text today 30:20 from a friend who's basically become an adopted 30:26 son in my family. 30:31 He's talking about my dad, 30:33 my 88-year-old father who's in the hospital right now 30:37 in California. He wrote - Marvin wrote - "He's trying 30:42 to move his hands and to take the tube out. 30:46 But they're keeping the tube in; they're keeping him sedated. " 30:50 Talked about prayer. 30:55 "He's strong... " He said my dad is strong 30:58 "as he tries to remove the ventilator. Lots of luck! 31:01 Temperature: normal, 98. 31:03 Breathing: 91-93 on his own. 31:05 Blood pressure: 135/83. 31:08 Heart 84. " 31:09 "Can he take my call? " I wrote back. 31:12 "No, not due to his tube... but he can hear you. 31:16 Call me. " 31:18 "What phone should I use? " 31:19 "My phone. " So I called him. 31:23 Talked to... Well, Marvin said: 31:26 "Your dad can hear you. 31:28 He can't talk but he can hear you. " 31:31 I said: "Dad, I love you 31:34 and I'm preaching tonight 31:37 at 3ABN about the new heavens and the new earth. " 31:40 My dad's a strong believer. 31:42 And I told Marvin... I said: "If you can, 31:44 tune in to 3ABN.org 31:47 and hold the phone next to my dad's ear. " 31:50 And I don't know, dad, if you're listening and watching 31:53 this right now but I love you 31:55 and God has a wonderful heaven in store for you. 31:58 Amen! 32:04 "There will be no more death or sorrow. " 32:08 No more diseases, no more sickness, no more texts about 32:12 relatives in hospitals. No more old age, loneliness. 32:16 No more terrorism; no more child abuse. 32:21 "nor crying... " There won't be any more crying. 32:25 "No more tears... " except maybe tears of joy in heaven. 32:30 God gave us tears for a reason, and maybe we'll be 32:33 having tears of joy up there. 32:36 "Neither shall there be any more pain. " 32:39 No more pain! How does that sound? Amen! 32:44 No more bad backs. 32:46 No more arthritis. 32:48 No more sore feet 32:50 or a thousand other aches and pains. 32:54 And I could give you a long list, right? 32:58 All these things are going to be gone. 33:00 The Bible says: "for the former things... " 33:04 they're going to all pass away! 33:06 These things are all going to be gone. Do you believe it? 33:10 Amen! I REALLY believe it... I do! 33:13 I believe it! 33:15 I believe all these things are going to be gone. 33:18 There is no earthly solution to the problems of this world. 33:26 No solution... whether you like President Trump 33:31 or whether you don't he cannot solve 33:35 these kind of problems. Amen! 33:38 Nobody... nobody can. 33:40 Reminds me of a story that I heard about a man 33:44 who went to his family doctor. 33:47 And he said: "Doc... " he said: "my back hurts. " 33:50 He said: "My head hurts; I can't sleep. 33:53 My heart beats fast a lot; I'm tired all the time. " 33:56 So the doctor ran a bunch of tests. 33:59 The tests came back and he met with the man in his office 34:02 and he said: "Your heart is strong; 34:04 your blood tests are normal. 34:05 I can't see anything wrong with you. " 34:07 And the man said... he said: "But doc, there's gotta be 34:10 something wrong with me. " 34:12 And so the doctor said: "I've got a suggestion. " 34:15 He said: "Around the corner there's a school 34:18 and every Saturday night, " he said "there's a clown that comes 34:21 and performs for the kids. " 34:23 And he said: "I've been there and this clown is very funny. 34:26 And if you... I think you just need to cheer up... 34:28 you need to laugh. 34:31 Don't be so down all the time. " 34:33 He said: "Why don't you go see that clown? " 34:36 And at that point the man talking to the doctor 34:40 he leaned forward and he dropped his glasses down 34:43 and he said: "Doc... " he said: 34:46 "I am that clown. " 34:56 Wow! 35:00 This morning as I was in my hotel in Marion... 35:03 Got up in the morning and went into the little 35:08 cafeteria there where they have a continental breakfast 35:11 and I sat down and I was having breakfast and reading my Bible. 35:14 And I couldn't help but look up and I saw the television 35:17 set right in front of me. And the TV was talking about 35:21 a very well-known chef in New York... 35:25 I believe it was a chef in New York... 35:27 a man that had recently taken his life. 35:30 And they were discussing this on CNN. 35:33 And a statistic came on the screen 35:36 from the CDC that suicide is up 25% in the US. 35:43 That suicide is a big problem. 35:46 And what I saw on the screen it talked about people 35:49 who have public faces - you know, who look happy 35:54 in front of the crowd and in front of the camera 35:58 but they are loaded with private pain... 36:01 private pain. 36:04 And people are taking their lives these days. 36:08 And probably the biggest reason is because they have no hope. 36:12 Their hope has disappeared. 36:15 And with all the problems that they have to deal with 36:18 in this world eventually it just becomes overwhelming 36:22 and they can't handle their problems and they just... 36:25 they decide to just check out and take their lives. 36:31 And I believe one of the reasons for this is because 36:34 of the false doctrine of evolution 36:38 which pseudo-science is trying to convince people of. 36:43 And if you don't believe that there is a God 36:50 then ultimately you have no power to resist the devil. 36:56 Amen! That's right. 36:58 And if you have no power to resist the devil, 37:02 then the forces of evil and darkness and stress 37:08 and strain become too much for some people 37:12 and they take their lives. 37:15 It's a terrible thing. 37:18 Your brain did not evolve from cosmic soup. 37:26 You are far too complicated. 37:29 I was reading another book called Science Discovers God 37:33 by Ariel Roth, and it says that amazingly approximately 40% 37:38 of the scientists in America really do believe in God. 37:42 They're looking at the precision and the orchestration 37:46 and the incredible complexity of the brain and the cell 37:51 and the DNA and they're realizing that we could not... 37:55 it is mathematically impossible... 37:58 that all of this just got here by chance. 38:03 We're not here by chance. 38:05 We're here because of God. Amen! 38:08 We have an Intelligent Designer. 38:11 He made us; He loves us; He's given us... 38:14 He's given us a Bible, which in the course of human history 38:20 is the world's best-selling book. 38:22 He's given us the book of Revelation 38:25 which is the last book of the Bible 38:27 which was communicated to a man who says: "I saw it! " 38:31 "I heard it! I was told to write this down. " 38:35 "I fell down before the feet of the angel 38:39 who showed me these things. " 38:43 And the angel said: "Worship God... worship God. " 38:48 God is the One who can give us hope. 38:52 People need hope today. 38:54 And we can have hope that this book is not 38:58 a cunningly-devised fable. 39:01 This book is true. 39:04 Jesus is true, 39:06 and there will be a new heaven and a new earth. 39:11 And this first heaven and this first earth 39:15 is going to disappear. 39:17 It's going to go away. 39:20 It's going to be gone 39:22 along with all the pain and all the problems. 39:25 Verse 5 says: "He that sat upon the throne... " 39:31 the One who sat on the throne of the universe - 39:35 "He said: 'Behold... ' " 39:39 Which means sit up! Take notice... 39:42 "I make all things new. " 39:47 Hallelujah! 39:50 "And He said to me: 'Write, 39:54 for these words are true and they are faithful. ' " 39:59 What will it be like to live in a new earth? 40:05 Well, let me just give you a quick list. 40:08 No smog; fresh air; 40:12 gorgeous landscaping; 40:16 beautiful flowers, trees, mountains; 40:20 perfect bodies; 40:21 Yeah! Yeah... 40:25 I feel like Shelley Quinn. Shelley, when I heard your talk 40:28 earlier, was it yesterday? Right before my talk... 40:33 She went: "Whoo hoo! " 40:35 Did you catch that? 40:37 She said it twice. 40:38 "Whoo hoo! " Praise the Lord! Amen! 40:44 Perfect bodies clothed in white robes. 40:48 Faces that shine. 40:52 Food that is delicious. 40:58 It says in Isaiah we'll be able to build our own houses. 41:01 We'll be able to plant our own gardens. 41:04 We're going to have a home in the city 41:06 in the New Jerusalem and a home in the country. 41:08 Amen! That sounds great! 41:10 We'll all be involved in country living. 41:18 Not going to have any deer bust into our gardens either! 41:22 I had a garden - pretty good sized garden - 41:25 last spring... it was during the summer. 41:28 They broke right through my gate. 41:31 Ate most of my tomatoes, 41:33 string beans... cleaned me out. 41:36 Won't have that happen in the new earth. 41:38 We're going to have a great social life... 41:41 incredible social life. 41:43 We're going to get to know angels! Amen! 41:48 Angelic beings 41:51 who have been around for a long long long time. 41:53 We're going to get to know Adam, Noah, David, Moses, 41:57 Jonah, Mary. We're going to get to know 42:00 the redeemed of all ages. 42:03 And we've got a lot of time to get acquainted! 42:06 Lots of time. 42:09 We're most likely going to be visiting other planets. 42:14 Worship services in the New Jerusalem are going to be 42:17 incredible! 42:19 Can you imagine a worship service 42:22 in the New Jerusalem? 42:24 Isaiah at the last couple verses in the book of Isaiah 42:27 says: "From one Sabbath to another 42:31 shall all flesh come and worship before Me 42:35 says the Lord. " Amen! So we'll be keeping the Sabbath 42:38 in the new earth. Amen! 42:40 Says that "As the new heavens and the new earth are before Me 42:45 so your seed will remain. " 42:47 And then it says: "From one Sabbath to another 42:50 all flesh will come. " 42:52 We're going to have a big worship service 42:55 inside the New Jerusalem on Sabbath. 42:59 So if we're going to be keeping the Sabbath 43:01 in the kingdom of God, 43:03 this would be a good place to start, don't you think? 43:06 And that's part of what the three angels' messages 43:09 are all about. The three angels' messages 43:12 are about worshiping our Maker, 43:15 who made everything in 6 days and rested on the 7th day 43:20 and who's going to re-make everything. 43:22 The God who gave us the Sabbath 43:25 is the Creator who has the power to make everything new. 43:31 That's part of the Sabbath message. 43:34 And the God who made everything 43:37 in six days and rested on the seventh 43:40 is the same God who became a baby in Bethlehem 43:47 in fulfillment of prophecy. 43:50 Who lived a holy life. 43:52 Who suffered in Gethsemane. 43:55 Who died on a cruel cross 43:57 at the hand of those He came to save. 44:02 Who rose from the dead. 44:04 Who went to heaven. Who gave His servant John 44:09 the book of Revelation. 44:12 Who showed him the new heavens and the new earth 44:18 after the lake of fire. 44:22 Who showed him a world where there was no more death 44:28 or sorrow or suffering or pain. 44:34 Who showed him the Holy City: the New Jerusalem 44:39 coming down from God out of heaven. 44:43 Can you imagine meeting in the New Jerusalem? 44:47 That'll be quite a Camp Meeting! 44:49 Amen! Wow! 44:51 will give special music. 44:59 144,000 choir! 45:06 I used to listen to a song and I still remember the words. 45:10 I haven't heard it for a while. 45:12 But the words say: "I want to go home. 45:16 I want to sing with the angels. 45:19 I want to talk to the prophets. 45:22 I want to live in the land where we'll never grow old. " 45:28 Can you imagine? 45:31 We can't even imagine having a perfect body 45:37 and being with people 45:42 from all ages and knowing - knowing - 45:46 that we are never going to die. 45:51 You know, now in this life we just have to prepare 45:56 for the inevitable. My dad who's in the hospital 45:58 is 88 years old. He knows he's going to die at some point. 46:02 You know, he's accepted that. 46:05 He's a strong believer in Jesus. 46:07 And he says to me, he said: "Steve, 46:09 I just want to finish well. " 46:13 "I want to finish strong. " 46:15 Finish strong. And I've come to the conclusion 46:19 that if time should go on or something were to happen 46:22 to me, go on long enough or something happens to me 46:25 I'm going to die one of these days 46:27 just like everybody else dies. 46:29 And I've decided if I do die I want to die well. 46:33 I want to be among that group 46:35 that Bro. Wintley spoke of the other day. 46:39 Said: "Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord - Amen! 46:44 from this time forth. " And that's the verse right after 46:47 the three angels' messages. 46:50 And it's talking... The context is those 46:53 who die in the message. 46:56 Those who die believing in Jesus: 46:58 their works follow them. They've done their best. 47:01 They've done their part to share the Word of God 47:05 and the three angels' messages. 47:08 That's what 3ABN's all about. 47:10 That's what Secrets Unsealed's all about. 47:12 That's what White Horse Media's all about. 47:14 That's what Amazing Facts is all about. 47:16 There's a whole of of other ministries out there 47:19 that are doing their part 47:21 and preparing messages on the three angels. 47:24 This is going to get bigger and bigger and bigger 47:26 and bigger until the whole earth is lightened with its glory. 47:29 The devil can't stop it. Amen! You know, and we're not perfect. 47:34 I mean, I'm not perfect. Hallelujah! 47:36 The speakers up here aren't perfect. 47:40 3ABN's not perfect. 47:42 You know, we all make mistakes, 47:44 but God can use weak people to fulfill 47:49 His sure word of prophecy. 47:52 Amen! And He's going to do it. 47:53 And He IS doing it. 47:55 And He's doing it right now! 47:58 Amen! Right in front of our eyes. 48:00 Amen! And we're part of it. 48:03 And the end is... the finish line is in sight! 48:07 We're goin' home! 48:09 Amen! It's not going to be long. 48:11 Hallelujah! 48:14 Hallelujah! 48:15 Verse 6... verse 6: "He said to me 48:20 'It is done. ' " These are the words of Jesus. 48:23 "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end 48:26 and I will give to him that is thirsty 48:30 of the fountain of the water of life freely. " 48:34 Whoever you are, whatever you've done, 48:36 however bad you've been, 48:39 Jesus loves you and He's offering you the water of life 48:44 freely... freely. 48:48 He says: "I'm offering it to you as a gift. " 48:52 Jesus wants you... He wants me. 48:56 He wants us all. 48:59 Verse 7 says: "He that overcomes 49:03 shall inherit all things. 49:05 And I will be his God and he shall be My son. " 49:12 Brothers and sisters, we've got some overcoming to do. 49:17 Don't be fooled about that. 49:19 Elder Gallimore talked about that. 49:21 We have some overcoming that we need to do. 49:24 Jesus said it right there. 49:26 "He who overcomes... " What do we need to overcome? 49:31 Verse 8 gives us a list. 49:34 "But the fearful... " Fearful means we're too afraid 49:39 to stand up for what's right. 49:43 "the unbelieving... " which means people in spite of 49:47 all the evidence they persistently refuse 49:53 to believe in the Word of God. 49:57 "the unbelieving, the abominable... " 50:00 There are things that are popular in this generation 50:03 which to God are abominable. 50:07 "murderers... " And I would apply that to the born 50:12 and the unborn. 50:15 "whoremongers... " That's sexual immoralities. 50:19 "sorcerers and idolaters and all the liars: 50:23 they will have their part in the lake which burns with fire 50:27 and brimstone which is the second death. " 50:31 These are things we need to overcome. 50:34 If these things are strangling us, 50:36 we need strength and grace and power and forgiveness 50:40 from Jesus to overcome these things. 50:44 Recently in my back yard an apple tree died 50:47 and I finally cut it down. 50:49 And then just within the last week I saw some new growth 50:55 coming from the root system. 50:57 And I told my kids about that - Seth and Abby - and I said: 51:01 "Can we learn some lessons from that? " 51:03 And Seth said - he's almost 14- he said: "Dad, 51:06 yeah we can learn a lesson that sometimes God has to cut us down 51:09 before some new growth starts. " 51:14 I thought: "Wow! Praise the Lord! My son's teaching me! " 51:20 God wants to cut these things out of our lives. 51:24 You know, these things are wrong. 51:27 They're bad, and He wants to cut them out of us. 51:30 And now's the time for Him to do that. 51:34 As we near to a close 51:37 go back to Revelation 21. 51:40 It's talking about the New Jerusalem. 51:42 You know, I would encourage you to read this chapter. 51:44 If you're struggling with faith, read this chapter 51:47 and read it again and read it again and read it again. 51:49 Just keep reading it... it will build your faith. 51:53 At the end of verse 23 it talks about inside the New Jerusalem. 51:58 It says: "The Lamb is its light. " 52:02 "The Lamb is its light. " 52:07 "The city had no need of the sun nor the moon to shine 52:10 in it for the glory of God did lighten it 52:12 and the Lamb is its light. 52:13 The nations of those who are saved shall walk in the light 52:16 of it. The kings of the earth shall bring their glory 52:18 and honor into it, and the gates of it shall not be shut 52:21 at all by day for there shall be no night there. 52:23 And they shall bring their glory and honor of the nations 52:27 into it, and there shall in no wise enter into it 52:30 anything that defiles, neither whatever works an abomination 52:34 or makes a lie, but they that are written in... " 52:37 Whose book? "In the Lamb's Book of Life. " 52:42 Brothers and sisters, 52:44 the center of heaven and of the new earth 52:48 and of the New Jerusalem is one person, 52:51 and that one person is The Lamb. 52:56 It's the Lord Jesus Christ. 53:00 The Lamb is its light. 53:02 Heaven is not just about going to heaven and floating around 53:06 on a cloud and fat babies playing harps. 53:09 You know, this is not what the Bible describes 53:13 as heaven and the new earth. 53:15 It's a real place with a real city. 53:18 It's a real world with real relationships 53:21 with real angels with a real future 53:24 with real activities with real food. 53:28 With no pain and in the middle of it all 53:33 in the middle of everything the center, the star of the show 53:42 is the Lord Jesus Christ, 53:48 the Lamb who sacrificed Himself 53:52 on a cruel cross for your sins and my sins... 53:59 for the sins of the whole world. 54:03 And the only remaining mark of sin 54:08 in eternity is going to be those nail scars: 54:13 the scars in His hands, scars in His head, 54:16 the scars on His feet. 54:18 And we are all going to bow down 54:21 with joy and we are going to... "Every knee shall bow 54:27 and every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord 54:31 to the glory of God the Father. " 54:37 Jesus is what we have to look forward to. 54:42 And no matter what we're going through right now 54:44 brothers and sisters He can bring us through. 54:48 His grace is sufficient for us. 54:52 For you! His power is made perfect 54:56 in your weakness. Realize you're weak. 54:59 Let the Lord cut you down if He has to. 55:02 Get on your knees; give your life to Jesus 55:05 and say: "Lord, I trust in You. 55:06 Get me out of here. " 55:08 "Get me out of here. " 55:11 And Jesus can do it... He can do it! 55:15 He brought me through a terrible crisis last summer 55:18 and I know He's with me now and He'll be with me to the end. 55:23 Amen! And He'll be with you. 55:24 When my son Seth was about three years old 55:27 we had just moved out of California into the north Idaho 55:30 area and one day I was pulling him on a little sled 55:36 through the streets where there was snow everywhere 55:38 and there were big piles from the snow plow. 55:41 And Seth was just a little guy and he looked at the big pile 55:46 of snow on the side of the road from the snow plow 55:48 and he said: "Daddy, 55:50 if I were to fall... " Maybe he was four... 55:52 "If I were to fall into that snow and go down, " 55:55 he said, "you would just leave me, right? " 55:59 And I said: "No, Seth, I wouldn't leave you. 56:02 I would dig you out. " 56:04 And he said: "Daddy, what if you didn't have a shovel? " 56:10 And without a thought - I don't know why kids 56:13 say some things - without a thought I said: 56:15 "Seth, if I didn't have a shovel, 56:18 I would dig you out with my bare hands 56:22 because I love you. " "I love you! " 56:25 And brothers and sisters, that's what Jesus did. 56:29 He came down from heaven 56:31 and with His own hands nailed to a cross 56:36 He dug us out. 56:38 He paid for our sins with His own blood. 56:43 And He's going to dig us out of this world 56:47 and He's going to get us to a new heaven and a new earth 56:50 where it's going to be more fantastic, more fabulous, 56:53 more amazing than anything we can ever even possibly imagine. 56:59 So on this last night of Camp Meeting 57:02 I want to encourage you: don't give up. 57:06 We're in the home stretch. 57:08 The three angels' messages are here! 57:11 Amen! Prophecy is being fulfilled. 57:14 Jesus is coming. 57:16 God's going to get rid of sin. 57:19 He's going to create a perfect world 57:21 and He wants you and He wants me 57:25 to be there and to be with Him forever and ever and ever. 57:31 Amen! |
