I was free. 09:41 Not a substitute. As I said a few days ago 09:43 nothing happens outside of God's plan. 09:46 God had a plan for 3ABN and He chose you. 09:49 And we are blessed 35 years later to see that God is still 09:52 going and this gospel is going to the world. 09:55 Praise God! When we had the board meeting 11:01 this morning I felt like I was in the presence of God. 11:04 So there is something special. 11:06 Thompsonville is maybe a dot on the map 11:09 but we know that God is here. 11:12 And I know I feel His presence. Amen! Thank you. 11:16 All right. Brother Greg. 11:18 We have Camp Meeting... We look forward to Camp Meeting. 11:20 It's a wonderful time because you are our family. 11:23 And we have it highlighted on our calendar 11:25 with a highlighter as a positive note. 11:28 Yes, Camp Meeting is a lot of work but it's a blessing 11:30 to meet each one of you. You're part of our family. 11:32 I want to say thank you to the crew 11:34 that worked so hard. You see all these rocks? 11:36 They worked at least 5, 6, 7 weeks. 11:39 They were carving all these rocks; 11:40 they were spray painting them. 11:43 We didn't buy these from Hollywood. They actually worked 11:45 very hard on all of these. And you're going to see 11:47 some other sets some of the other nights. 11:49 But this is to give the feel of maybe what the children 11:53 of Israel... what it was like at Mt. Sinai. 11:55 And as I was listening to Mr. Danny sing 11:57 We Are Standing On Holy Ground 11:59 I think about the children of Israel. They were camped outside 12:02 of Mt. Sinai. But then I think about 3ABN. 12:05 It's not holy ground because we make it holy 12:08 because Jesus Christ is the One that makes it holy. 12:10 So again, this is mentioned many times. 12:13 We thank you for your finan- cial support for the ministry 12:15 of 3ABN because it's reaching souls and lives for eternity. 12:18 It's a blessing to see each one of your smiling faces. 12:22 Smile. We're so glad to be here with each one of you. 12:25 I love Camp Meeting! What a privilege to spend time 12:28 with each one of you and what a privilege to open up 12:30 God's Word and to be refreshed spiritually. 12:34 And that's why we come to Camp Meeting 12:36 is for that anointing from the Holy Spirit. 12:38 There's a special couple that has been an integral part 12:41 of the ministry of 3ABN for 11 years. 12:45 They're standing right beside me. 12:47 I'm speaking of Brian Hamilton who has been our CFO 12:51 for the past 11 years and his wife Diane. 12:54 Brian just retired a couple of weeks ago. 12:59 Thank you. And this is a plaque from the family here at 3ABN. 13:05 Wow! Brian is a man of God. 13:08 He has great wisdom and insight. 13:12 He has a passion for those who are oppressed, 13:15 those who are bound in prison. 13:17 He helped launch our prison ministry here. 13:20 This plaque says: "With our deepest appreciation 13:22 Three Angels Broadcasting Network 13:24 honors Brian Hamilton. 13:26 In deep appreciation for your eleven years 13:29 of faithful financial service to the Lord 13:32 and to this ministry as Chief Financial Officer. 13:36 And for your heartfelt service to those who are bound 13:38 and oppressed in prison. 13:40 "If the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed. " 13:44 And Brian and Diane have dedicated their lives 13:47 to helping set people free. 13:49 This is for you and the flowers for Diane. 13:51 Diane has done a wonderful job here. 14:01 Wow! I guess... you surprised me. 14:04 This was not expected at all 14:07 but thank you. It's been a blessing to serve. 14:10 And we're not done serving. 14:11 We're still on the board and we're just going to take 14:15 a Sabbatical for a short time. 14:17 So this is one of my first stress-free Camp Meetings. 14:23 OK. Yes. 16:12 Then in between I won't announce the other singers. 16:14 You'll know them, I believe, as they come out. 16:16 But we have little promos in between 16:19 that we're going to be playing. 16:20 So what are you going to sing for us tonight? 16:22 It's a medley of... a Jesus medley. 16:28 So recently I have been blessed 16:30 and privileged to be able to study 16:34 some of the names of God. 16:36 And it's so interesting because you find out 16:39 a lot about God's character through His different names. 16:44 Like Jehovah Rapha - my healer - 16:47 or Jehovah Jireh - my provider - 16:50 or El Shaddai or El Roi 16:56 or Jehovah Nissi. 16:58 All of these names are some of the names of God 17:02 but one of the sweetest names 17:04 is Yeshua... Jesus. 17:07 Jesus... what a beautiful name that is! 17:40 What a beautiful name it is, 17:45 what a beautiful name it is: 17:49 the name of Jesus Christ 17:54 my King. 17:56 What a beautiful name it is! 18:00 Nothing compares to this. 18:04 What a beautiful name it is: 18:07 the name of Jesus... 18:13 Jesus. 18:19 Jesus, 18:22 Jesus - sing with me - 18:25 Jesus... 18:29 there's something 18:32 about that name! 18:39 Oh, Master, 18:43 Savior, 18:45 Jesus... 18:49 like the fragrance 18:52 after the rain. 18:59 Jesus, 19:02 Jesus, 19:04 oh Jesus... 19:09 let all heaven 19:12 and earth proclaim: 19:19 kings and kingdoms 19:24 may all pass away 19:28 but there's something 19:32 about 19:34 that name! 19:45 All hail the power of Jesus' name, 19:50 let angels prostrate fall. 19:55 Bring forth the royal diadem 20:00 and crown Him 20:03 Lord of all... 20:08 bring forth the royal 20:11 diadem 20:13 and crown Him 20:16 Lord of all. 20:23 Let every kindred 20:26 every tribe 20:27 on this terrestrial ball 20:32 to Him all majesty ascribe 20:37 and crown Him 20:40 Lord of all... 20:44 to Him all majesty ascribe 20:49 and crown Him 20:51 Lord of all. 21:02 All hail the power of Jesus' name, 21:07 let angels prostrate fall. 21:12 Bring forth the royal diadem 21:17 and crown Him 21:20 Lord of all... 21:26 bring forth the royal diadem 21:32 and crown Him Lord... 21:37 and crown Him Lord... 21:42 and crown Him 21:45 Lord of 21:49 all! 22:00 Amen! 22:04 Yvonne, what do the Ten Command- ments mean to you personally? 22:06 You know, when I was younger, Danny, 22:09 it just felt like the Ten Commandments were 22:13 restrictive. OK. But it's really a hedge of protection. 22:19 You know, the idea of the law of liberty. 22:22 The Ten Commandments are really protective. 22:25 They protect us from harm. 22:27 And they're so comprehensive. Yes. You know, when you think 22:31 about how ten rules can just cover basically everything. 22:37 So it's really... To me it's a beautiful thing. 22:40 The law of God is protective. All right. I'm thankful for 22:44 the law of God because it is indeed as you said 22:46 a law of love and a law of liberty. 22:49 It's amazing to me that God first wrote the 10 Commandments, 22:53 gave them to Moses, with His own fingers 22:56 on the tables of stone. 22:57 And now they're written in our hearts and in our minds. 23:00 Yes. And I'm always amazed that people for some reason 23:03 try to do away with the law of God 23:06 when they are a transcript of God's own character. 23:09 Um-hmm. Can you imagine that? 23:10 So God is love, so when we look at the Ten Commandments 23:13 it's the love of God. And so He gave it to us for a reason. 23:17 That's right. To live healthy, happy, long lives on this earth 23:21 and direct us to life everlasting. 23:24 That's right. And when you do... it kind of... 23:27 It is that mirror, you know, so you can say 23:29 "How am I doing? " Well: "Am I coveting? " 23:32 "Oh, wow! I saw this and I really wanted it. " 23:34 It just lets you know where you are. 23:37 It is a law of love. 23:39 It is. And again, a law of liberty. 23:41 I didn't understand that. I'm like you: when I was younger 23:44 I said: "Oh boy, I have to do this; I can't do that. " Yes! 23:46 Yes. But when you understand God and His love for fallen man 23:50 it gives you freedom. That's right. 23:53 So you know what? I don't have to try to earn my way 23:56 to heaven... because I can't. 23:58 Salvation cannot be bought. It is a free gift - 24:02 um-hmm - from our Creator God. 27:52 Amen! 27:54 I got to know God when I was 39. 27:57 This happened when Pastor John Carter 27:59 and 3ABN came to my city Nizhny Novgorod 28:02 and I started attending the first ever evangelistic program 28:06 there. And it was the first time when 28:10 I heard about the law of God when I realized what it is. 28:13 And I thought: "Oh, no! I won't agree with that. 28:17 I'll live like everyone else. 28:19 I am a good person. 28:21 Nevertheless I don't keep quite a bit from that law 28:25 and it doesn't mean that I'm bad. " 28:28 So I was resisting that law. 28:31 And then, you know, through Pastor Carter's program 28:35 the Lord's love started penetrating my heart. 28:40 And then He started convicting me of my sin. 28:43 And He would say: "Julia, this is wrong to do it. " 28:47 And I would say: "No... it's OK. " 28:49 He would say: "Julia, this is a sin. " 28:52 And I would say: "No. " 28:53 And then, you know, a moment came that was 28:56 the moment of my conversion 28:57 when I just said: "Yes, Lord, it is a sin and I agree. 29:02 You are right and I am wrong. 29:04 I don't want to keep being this way any longer. " 29:07 And then what happened: He put the law - His law - 29:11 into my heart. And you know, the desire for sin 29:15 was gone. It was not pleasurable any more. 29:19 It was something that I never wanted since then. 29:24 And I want to say that the law of God 29:28 written on the tables of our heart 29:31 is the law of liberty from sin. 29:44 Redeemed! How I love to proclaim it! 29:49 Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb. 29:53 Redeemed through His infinite mercy... 29:57 His child and forever I am. 30:01 Redeemed! Redeemed! 30:05 Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb. 30:10 Redeemed through His infinite mercy... 30:14 His child and forever I am. 30:20 Redeemed and so happy in Jesus... 30:24 no language my rapture can tell. 30:28 I know that the light of His presence 30:32 with me doth continually dwell. 30:36 Redeemed! Redeemed! 30:40 Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb. 30:45 Redeemed through His infinite mercy... 30:49 His child and forever I am. 30:55 I think of my blessed Redeemer, 30:59 I think of Him all the day long. 31:03 I sing for I cannot be silent... 31:07 His love is the theme of my song! 31:11 I said love is the theme of my song... 31:15 oh, His love is the theme of 31:19 my song! 31:24 Redeemed! Redeemed! 31:28 Redeemed by the blood of the Lamb. 31:32 Redeemed through His infinite mercy... 31:36 His child and forever I am... 31:40 His child and forever I am... 31:44 oh, His child 31:46 and forever 31:48 I am! 31:57 Amen! 32:00 I grew up in a New Testament church, 32:02 and I was taught that the Ten Commandments were nailed 32:04 to the cross. Of course, we kept 9 of those 10. 32:09 Sadly, the only one that we ignored 32:11 was the one that God said to remember: 32:13 His holy Sabbath. And remember? At 50 years old 32:16 God led me in a deep study of the sanctuary 32:20 and His covenant of righteousness by faith. 32:23 And I learned that the Ten Commandments 32:26 are 10 promises of what living in covenant relationship 32:30 with God is like. They are the Bill of Rights of His government 32:35 and the heart of the new covenant as well as the old. 32:39 They guarantee God's rights as our Creator 32:41 and our rights - really - as His covenant community. 32:46 Once I realized this truth 32:48 I began celebrating His holy Sabbath day. 32:52 The day that God says that this is a sign 32:55 He is the One who sanctifies us. 32:57 And He changed my Christian experience 33:00 to one of total dependence upon Him. 33:03 You know, the thing that I like about the Ten Commandments, 33:06 Shelley, is that it reflects God's character. 33:08 It helps me recognize the moral standards 33:11 that He wants me to live by. 33:12 I know that Jesus came to exalt the law. 33:16 And what He taught about living in the spirit of the law 33:19 makes me recognize just how much I need Him. 33:22 God is so good that He gives me parameters 33:25 for living in relationship with Him. 33:27 And I thank Him daily for empowering me 33:30 by the aid of the Holy Spirit 33:32 to walk according to His will. Amen. Amen. 33:49 In the beginning 33:54 of time 33:56 He was the Creator. 34:04 Into existence 34:08 He spoke 34:10 the heavenly blue. 34:18 And with one mighty swoop 34:22 of His hand 34:25 He threw out the stars... 34:28 He knew where they'd land. 34:32 So if you think 34:35 you're just drifting along 34:39 then I have good news! 34:46 And if He hung the moon, 34:53 I know He will help you. 35:00 And if He holds 35:02 the sparrow in flight, 35:08 He'll hold you too. 35:15 Consider 35:17 the lilies of the field, 35:22 how much more He loves you. 35:29 In the beginning of time, 35:32 you were on His mind 35:36 when He hung the moon. 35:44 Now you may feel like 35:49 the world weighs hard on your shoulders. 35:57 And even your closest friend 36:03 in life 36:05 is pulling away. 36:12 Though you have tried so hard 36:17 and lost 36:19 there is still hope. 36:22 Look to the cross: 36:26 there you will see 36:29 just how much the Savior really loves you 36:35 today! 36:40 And if He hung the moon, 36:47 I know He will help you. 36:54 And if He holds 36:57 the sparrow in flight, 37:02 He'll hold you too. 37:09 Consider the lilies of 37:14 the field... 37:16 how much more He loves you. 37:23 In the beginning of time 37:26 you were on His mind 37:31 when He hung the moon... 37:37 In the beginning of time 37:41 you were on His mind 37:48 when He hung the moon... 37:56 He hung the moon. 38:06 Amen! 38:09 I have to be honest with you: 38:11 at first I viewed the Ten Commandments as a burden. 38:14 Of course, this was when I was out of the church. 38:17 But then as I began to really get to know Christ 38:21 and develop a personal relationship with Him 38:24 I began to view the Ten Commandments 38:28 as such a blessing. 38:30 I started to imagine a world 38:32 where people honored their mother and father. 38:36 I started to imagine a world where nobody stole anything. 38:41 Nobody killed anybody. 38:43 Nobody committed adultery; nobody bore false witness; 38:47 nobody lied. 38:48 Imagine a world like that. 38:50 And I started to realize that God wants to protect us 38:56 from the painful results that sin brings. 39:01 He loves us so much that 39:03 He sent His only begotten Son to die for us on the cross. 39:07 And so as I look at the Ten Commandments 39:10 I'm just blown away by how much God loves us, 39:14 how much He wants to see us happy, 39:17 and how much He wants to spend eternity with us. 39:21 I now view the Ten Commandments as such a wonderful blessing - 39:26 a transcript of God's character - 39:28 and I see His love for me. 39:57 Teach me, God, to be true. 40:03 Teach me how to grow, 40:09 to be kind and gentle. 40:15 Teach me how to obey... 40:21 to be good 40:26 and be faithful. 40:32 Show me the way... 40:35 show me Your pathway 40:38 to follow You 40:42 and change my life completely. 40:48 Be willing to do 40:51 everything I can! 40:56 Oh, Jesus, teach me how 41:01 to forgive 41:06 and oh, Jesus, teach me how 41:12 to forget 41:15 all the things I should leave behind. 41:19 Give me peace of mind. 41:25 Though everything will pass away 41:30 emptiness replaced by love. 41:56 I trust You; I adore you 42:01 with all my heart. 42:06 To be with You in the realm of heaven 42:12 never to depart! 42:17 Open my eyes, 42:20 open my heart 42:22 teach me today. 42:28 Make me holy, 42:30 make me faithful, 42:33 show me the way. 42:44 Oo-oo-oo-oo 42:49 oo-oo-oo-oo-oo 42:52 show me the way... 43:13 Teach me, God, to be true. 43:20 Teach me how... 43:23 show me the way. 43:30 Amen! 43:36 Amen. I'm blessed already. 43:49 I'm sitting back and I get to hear all of this. 43:51 God has blessed 3ABN with a lot of talent, hasn't He? 43:55 And what I love about it is all the folk give honor 43:58 and glory and praise to the Lord. 44:00 Nobody back here is talking about themselves. 44:02 We're all giving... I listen to the singers, 44:05 the speakers. Everybody's interested in one thing: 44:08 that's to take the talent God has given them 44:10 and give it to a lost and dying world. 44:13 Yvonne and I wanted to talk to you for just a few minutes. 44:16 And I wanted to... Again, I say this and I don't 44:19 just say it without meaning it. It's from the heart. 44:22 I want to thank you for your love and your prayers 44:24 and financial support. I have noticed something. 44:26 Over the years there's times that it seems like there's 44:29 real heavy attacks on 3ABN. Sometimes not as much. 44:35 But here's what we notice: 44:37 when we have Camp Meetings on the three angels' messages 44:40 what happens? Attack! Devil gets angry, doesn't he? 44:44 The devil gets angry and attacks. 44:45 You have Camp Meeting on the Ten Commandments 44:49 and the devil gets angry. That's right. 44:51 Have you ever noticed that in your own life? 44:53 When you're really doing something for Jesus 44:57 and you're really committed 44:59 that's when it seems like the devil wants to hit you 45:01 the worst, right? 45:03 But you know what? The beauty of this is 45:06 that... I'm with you... I'm with you... 45:08 Hang in there... that's right. 45:10 We're there. I like people talk back to me. 45:12 OK? OK. But we've noticed 45:17 that every time we really focus 45:20 on evangelism, doing something really special, 45:22 the devil... He's got a head like a young turnip. 45:26 My dad used to say: "Boy, you've got a head 45:27 like a young turnip. " The devil never learns 45:29 he's a defeated foe, right? 45:32 And we serve a God who is greater than the devil. 45:35 "Greater is He that is in us 45:37 than he that is in the world. " 45:39 And so what I want to let you know 45:42 though there's lots of things and lots of opposition 45:45 we're... we can't say we're upset about it. 45:48 Because what Pastor Odle used to say: "You know, 45:52 if you're not butting heads with the devil 45:54 you must be running along beside him. " 45:56 So we don't want to do that, right? 45:58 We'd rather be butting heads with the devil. 46:00 So we're blessed! 46:02 And if I could do anything I wanted to do 46:04 in this whole world, Yvonne - 46:06 and you know this - 46:08 anything I could do in this whole world 46:10 I'd be right here doing just what I'm doing right now. 46:13 After 34... November will be 35 years. 46:15 Isn't that amazing? 46:17 Thirty-five years, and I'm al- ways amazed when I go somewhere 46:20 and these men about 6'3" or 6'4", have big deep voices 46:25 say: "Brother Danny, I really love 3ABN. 46:28 I've been watching you since I was a baby. " 46:31 And all of a sudden it hits me how old I am 46:34 and how long 3ABN has been in existence. 46:38 But I'm so thankful for each and every one of you. 46:42 See, 3ABN is not about individuals. 46:45 And that's the thing: people come and people go. 46:47 Right? People come and people go. 46:50 3ABN is about getting a message to the world. 46:53 Jill gave us a little talk this morning 46:56 and she listed several things. 46:58 And what is 3ABN, and our vision is to continue 47:02 to take an undiluted three angels' messages - 47:05 one that would counteract the counterfeit - 47:08 into all the world. 47:09 And that's why God blesses. Even when we mess up 47:12 individually God continues to bless 47:16 the ministry of 3ABN. 47:18 We can repent; God forgives us from that... 47:20 whatever it is that we're doing. And you in your life 47:22 He's willing to forgive you whatever if you're really sorry. 47:26 And God will use you to do great and mighty, marvelous 47:29 things when you come in the name of the Lord. 47:31 And so I think it's an incredible blessing of God 47:35 that all of these years after a board meeting today 47:38 Carmelita said she felt like she was standing on holy ground. 47:42 You realize, and this is amazing: if you could be 47:44 sitting where we sit every day 47:46 and in the EXCOM meetings that we have, and we're looking 47:50 at the millions and millions of dollars it takes 47:52 every year to continue to grow this ministry 47:55 into all the world and that we can sit here today 47:59 and say "We have no long-term debt. " 48:01 We have no long-term debt where we're paying interest on 48:04 loans. Isn't that amazing? After all these years! 48:07 It's a miracle... it really is. And we always see God's hand 48:12 moving in this ministry. This ministry is bigger 48:14 than any one person. That's why it's not called 48:16 Danny Shelton Ministries. 48:18 This is Three Angels Broadcasting Network. 48:21 And God's hand has been on this ministry from its inception. 48:25 That's why He keeps blessing 48:27 and blessing and blessing. 48:29 That's why you're here. 48:30 That's why so many people 48:31 who watch 3ABN will just walk into a church 48:35 ready to be baptized. 48:36 Because they have seen the gospel being presented to them 48:41 and they go into churches ready... ready for baptism. 48:45 This ministry is bigger than any one person. 48:48 This is God's ministry. 48:49 And every day we see His hand working in this ministry. 48:54 It's not our ministry... it's God's ministry. 48:56 That's right. And it's your ministry 48:58 because without you we have no ministry. That's right. 49:00 We couldn't do anything. My dad used to say: 49:03 "I'm so poor I couldn't feed a sick chicken. " 49:05 Now some of you are not farmers. 49:07 You may... Don't dwell on that too long. 49:10 Don't worry about it. It just meant you were kind of poor. 49:13 So we couldn't feed a lot of chickens, and then 49:15 he would explain to me: "Son, a sick chicken... 49:18 chickens don't each much and sick ones eat even less. 49:20 I couldn't even afford one of those. " 49:22 So without you all we couldn't do what we're doing. 49:25 But I'm amazed that time and time again 49:28 just when we need a miracle... 49:31 a financial miracle, any kind... 49:33 just when we need it, it happens. 49:35 Yes. There's times there's no money in the bank. 49:37 We talked about it at board meeting. 49:38 I remember we were going on faith so much - 49:41 several years ago - that we got to the end 49:45 of the month... We got to our satellite time 49:48 our transponder bill was $250,000 or more a month 49:53 and we needed $90,000 to pay our satellite fees 49:58 and we had to have by like, whatever day. 50:00 Say on a Thursday. 50:02 A week or two in advance the money wasn't there in the mail. 50:05 So I remember saying to Mollie... 50:07 I went in to do a program. The mail wasn't there yet. 50:10 I said: "When I come out I want you to show me 50:13 where that money came from. 50:14 I have no doubt that God is going to supply this $90,000. " 50:18 'Cause if we don't when the satellites out 50:20 we're off the air... we're black. 50:22 So I said: "There's no nothing, no signal. 50:26 But I know God has got the money 50:28 and we can still wire it this afternoon. " It was the very day 50:31 we had to have it. So I came out of the program. 50:34 I expected Mollie Sue to be jumping up and down. 50:37 And there she is. Mollie, raise your hand. 50:39 I expected Mollie Sue to be jumping up and down 50:42 and say: "Guess what? We got 90 some thousand. " 50:44 I looked at her, I said: "Mollie, did the Lord give us 50:48 some money? " Or "How much did He give us? " 50:50 is what I think I said. 50:51 And she said: "Well, we didn't get that much. " 50:53 And I'm like: "What? " 50:55 She said: "No... we didn't really. " 50:56 And I said: "He's always supplied every need. " 50:59 I don't know if there was $10,000 or something. 51:02 Wasn't a lot... but I knew we needed $90,000. 51:05 It just hit me, you know: "What is going on here? 51:09 Couldn't be God... has to be something. " 51:11 So as we're talking I looked on her desk. 51:14 And anything that says personal, if you write to me that Danny 51:17 Shelton personal it'll go... I open it. 51:20 So I saw a certified letter there 51:22 and I said: "What's that, Mollie? " 51:23 She said: "Oh, that's just a personal letter for you. " 51:26 And I said: "Well let me open it. " 51:28 I opened it up with my hand up. 51:30 There was a check in it for $90,000 51:33 Amen! that someone had sent to us. 51:37 Now we had time by faith to get that money 51:40 and say: "Look, we're going to wire it or we'll send it to you 51:43 overnight. You'll have it whatever... " I don't know 51:45 the exact arrangements. But we have seen that 51:48 time and time and time again. 51:51 And it lets us know that God is on the throne. 51:54 He's still leading. When He says to "Go ye 51:57 into all the world" He will provide every need. 51:59 That's right. But He does it through each and every one 52:02 of you. And so I'm going to ask you this year 52:05 in the midst of a lot of attacks that's on 3ABN 52:08 by different people, different individuals, 52:10 we expect that. Because when you're doing something 52:14 and you're exposing Satan to the world 52:17 people aren't going to like it. 52:18 And many of those are within the church... not just without. 52:21 But you know what? God's business is taking the gospel 52:24 to the world. He made it our business. 52:26 Said: "Go ye into all the world" and He will supply every need 52:29 if we're faithful to the commission that He gave 52:32 each and every one of us as Christians and in particular 52:35 as Seventh-day Adventist Christians 52:37 to get the three angels' messages to the world. 52:40 So I'm excited. I can tell you this: 52:42 in all the years - the 30-some years - 52:44 I don't think I've ever been more excited 52:46 to be a part of a ministry than I am today. 52:49 And I'm telling you that with my hand up. 52:51 Yvonne can tell you. And I don't know if I'm dumb 52:54 or what, but I don't lose any sleep over stuff, do I? 52:56 You really don't. You would know that better than anybody. 52:59 It's really amazing... he really doesn't. 53:02 The Lord's given him peace and he just goes to sleep. 53:04 And he doesn't... I might be a little bit concerned 53:07 but he just... he just goes on to sleep! 53:10 No. 'cause I learned a long time ago 53:12 it's God's ministry and it's not all about me. 53:15 When I'm gone... I had, it's been almost eleven months ago 53:19 now, 10-/2 months ago, I had open heart surgery. 53:21 And so when that happened - a quadruple bypass - 53:25 when literally they were getting ready to take me into 53:29 surgery I kept waiting for... where is that shot that's 53:32 supposed to make you have the "don't cares? " 53:34 I didn't get that one. 53:35 And so the anticipation of it. But as I laid there 53:39 I realized what a peace I had. 53:41 And I said: "You know what? " To myself I'm... 'cause there's 53:44 a lot of family and friends were around. 53:46 But I said: "I win either way. " 53:48 "If I die, the first face I'll see is Jesus 53:51 and it'll just seem like a moment. " 53:53 "If I live, I'm back to the family, friends, 3ABN. " 53:58 But I had a peace about 3ABN. 54:00 I wasn't worried what's going to happen 54:02 because it's not built on me. 54:04 It's built on so many people here. 54:07 It's built on God, but He has hand-picked so many people 54:10 like Greg and Jill Morikone, that's come. 54:13 Young folk that's here... you've seen them for years. 54:15 Great leaders. Jason Bergmann, our new CFO. 54:19 I mean... Jason Bradley... all of these 54:21 people coming in that have a burden for the ministry. 54:25 They love people, they love souls; they love the message. 54:27 So when I went there I said: "You know what? 54:30 Either way I win. " And I was so thankful. 54:33 In your own life I want you to know that you can have peace 54:38 that passeth all understanding. 54:39 I don't care what's going on in your life today 54:42 give it to Jesus. 54:43 You give it to Jesus He'll take that from you. 54:46 He'll take that load from you. 54:48 He'll take that weight off your shoulders. 54:50 You'll find yourself whistling a tune 54:52 that's going to be a good tune. 54:54 Something like Jesus loves me, this I know 54:56 for the Bible tells me so. 54:58 So praise God it's not about our feelings. 55:00 It's to realize that we're all sinners saved by grace. 55:04 That's right. And we have an opportunity today 55:07 that we know the message that God has... 55:10 When Jesus was hanging on the cross we were on His mind. 55:13 Amen. So He could see each and every one of us 55:16 would have the opportunity 55:17 to be a part of ministries that are taking the gospel 55:21 into all the world. We don't have time to talk about 55:23 the literally thousands of people around the world 55:26 that are finding Jesus, being baptized. 55:28 Anybody here come to the Lord or baptized in church 55:31 because of 3ABN? All right, here's some hands right here. 55:35 Thank you. Anybody know anybody in your church? 55:38 Anybody in your church walked in because of the ministry? 55:41 Here's hands going up. 55:42 So praise the Lord! 55:44 And I'm just... Again, I'm so thankful. 55:46 And Camp Meeting is a special time. 55:48 It is a special time... it's a great time 55:50 because, again, our spirits get refreshed. 55:53 We hear different perspectives on the Word. 55:55 The Ten Commandments. I mean, what a blessing it is 55:58 to hear about God's law of love and liberty. 56:01 So we're going to be learning new things. 56:03 And all of us are learning, so it's such a blessing. 56:06 Oh yeah, I almost forgot. 56:08 The Ten Commandments Twice Removed books: 56:11 praise the Lord for people who put in money, donate 56:14 for those books. Those of you that want to take some home 56:17 take 100, 200, 500. 56:19 If you promise to pass them out, they're free. 56:22 Doesn't cost you anything. 56:23 You take them, but when you do 56:25 we want you to be able to pass them out to your friends, 56:27 your neighbors, your enemies... 56:29 everybody around. Get your churches involved. 56:31 And so we appreciate you doing that. 56:34 So they're here. Several million have been out 56:44 and we've seen... several years ago I think, 56:46 Shelley, was it something like 35 or 40 Sunday pastors 56:50 had converted to the seventh-day Sabbath 56:53 just from reading the books... which is amazing. 56:55 In fact, we're going to have one here Sabbath morning 56:58 that he and his entire church made a conversion. 57:02 We'll let him give his own testimony. 57:04 But I'm excited as you can tell. 57:06 God is on the throne, and having Spring Camp Meeting 57:09 is amazing.
