My first time here. 05:36 And 05:37 I really enjoy 05:39 the time we had here and looking forward to meeting more 05:43 of you. 05:44 Get right into God's word 05:46 that kind of a no nonsense type, a preacher. So we don't 05:51 get right into this. Let me 05:53 just open up. My notes were going to be given the job Bible 05:57 and we're going to get right into this. Let me read the 06:00 scripture that I was given to preach on tonight. 06:04 It is Mike attempt to 7 06:08 and verse 8, 06:09 Mike attempt to 7 06:12 and verse 8. And you'll just want to turn your Bible to the 06:14 book of Mike and leave it there because we're going to bounce 06:17 around in a little bit as well. 06:19 So Mike, a chap to 7 06:22 starting at verse 8. I'll read your hearing. 06:25 Bible says rejoice not against me. 06:29 Mine enemy. 06:31 When I fall, 06:33 I show 06:35 arise. 06:36 When I sit in darkness, 06:39 the Lord shall be a light. 06:42 And to me 06:45 a message 06:47 tonight based on Michael 7 is entitled 06:51 when I fail. 06:54 When I feel the laughter of mine enemies, 06:58 let's pray. Father God, we thank you for this opportunity 07:00 to study a word. 07:03 Lord. I ask once again that you make me just the nail upon the 07:06 wall, a rusty, sorry, nail board. 07:11 But upon that May Lord, I ask that you hang a portrait of 07:16 Jesus Christ. 07:18 Let Eric Walsh not be seen or heard tonight. Instead, father, 07:22 let us hear word from the throne of grace. 07:25 This is our prayer in Jesus is precious and holy name. 07:31 The church say amen 07:33 an amen. 07:34 So we're going to come from the book of Micah, 07:38 Michael, like most of the Old Testament prophets 07:41 stood and looked 07:43 out into the future. 07:46 Michael was looking at what was about to be a cataclysmic shift 07:53 in the normal order of his row. 07:56 Micah comes before Jeremiah and Ezekiel in Daniel. 08:02 >> But in many ways, it's Micah. If you read the book 08:04 carefully, who begins to actually give you give the 08:09 Israel, it's great warning and Judah, it's great warning as to 08:13 what is going to happen and why 08:16 Micah is a poor, a prophet. He he comes from a farm land, 08:21 a small, a townie. He's not a very complicated guy. He's a no 08:25 nonsense type of prophet who calls it like these. 08:31 And because of that, he goes through some things and any 08:35 rights. His book to match. 08:40 You can see the end of the earthly kingdom of Israel. 08:44 He warns the people of the conditions that they are in. 08:48 But as you look carefully at this book, one of the things 08:51 you come away with is that Michael is not simply writing 08:55 to the Judah of his day. 08:57 He's not simply writing to the Israel of his day. I want to 09:01 submit to you as we go into this study that Michael is 09:05 writing to us. 09:08 And I will show you that as we unpacked this thing, not only 09:12 is Micah writing to the last generation that will be on 09:15 Earth. Mike is also a warning us of what is to come while he 09:21 is preparing us to stand strong. 09:27 This is a book most Passover and pick up maybe 2 verses out 09:32 of. I want to submit to you tonight that when we major in 09:35 mind the profits we often get major lessons. 09:41 Micah 78 is literally my favorite versed in the whole 09:45 Bible have a few of them. But it's one of the favorite 09:47 ones. 09:49 And I'll tell you why, because I went through what this verse 09:53 is talking about and was able to come out the other side. 10:00 You see when I was in the pit when I was on every news 10:03 station in Los Angeles were not when we're talking about me on 10:07 CNN. When all of these things were happening, there was 10:10 certain Bible verses certain passages that allowed me to see 10:14 that God was on my side, Michael 7 and various 8 is one 10:19 of those passages. 10:22 But you can understand his verse 10:25 in a vacuum, 10:27 unique context to understand the text. 10:31 So I want to start at Mike a 7 and verse one 10:35 and I want to read what is that Mike was talking. I want to set 10:38 the state and I'm going to go through and show you how what, 10:42 how the parallels from what Michael is talking about. 10:45 Then to our day today, Mike, to 7 in verse one says Woe is me 10:51 for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits as 10:55 the great meetings of the vintage, 10:57 there is no cluster to eat my soul desired. The first ripe 11:02 fruit. Now common Terrace, se 11:06 that this is in some ways an allegorical speech of Zion of 11:11 Israel, of Judah, of of the People of God as they are 11:14 supposed to be 11:16 that when you look at Zion and Israel in the day, it is as if 11:21 someone has gone through and done the harvesting process and 11:25 you come afterwards looking for a piece of fruit 11:30 and as you come, there's nothing left and what is the 11:33 fruit it is? The fruit of the spirit is the fruit that 11:35 produces righteousness as a as as this wall is given is 11:39 because among the people of God, none of the righteous are 11:44 left. 11:48 The good man is Paris out of the earth. Listen to what it 11:51 says here. And there is not a pride among men. They all lie 11:56 in. Wait for blood. They hunt every man, his brother with a 12:00 net 12:01 sound familiar 12:03 first 3 12:04 that they may do evil with both hands. Earnestly 12:09 the prince asked and the judge asked for a reward and the 12:12 great man, the others he's missed Chivas desire. So they 12:17 wrap it up. 12:19 Mica says and remember 12:21 to be clear, Michael did not write this book 12:25 to the Pagan nations. 12:27 He wrote this to the Church of his day 12:32 risk for says this. 12:35 The best of them is as a Brier. 12:38 The most upright is sharper than a foreign hedge the Day of 12:42 thy watchman. And that visitation cometh 12:45 now shall be there. 12:48 Perplexity 12:51 trustee, not in a friend. 12:54 Put you not confidence in a guide. Watch this. 12:57 Keep the doors of your mouth from her that lies in your 13:02 b****. 13:05 The warning to the people of God 13:08 is listen. If you are one of those left after this hard, 13:12 this is taking place after the fruit of right. Just pulls it 13:15 out of the remnant have been stripped from the vineyard. 13:18 If you are one of them, you best not trust a soul. 13:23 Not even the one line on your list 13:31 for 6 13:33 for the sun does honors the father. 13:36 The daughter rises up against her mother, the daughter in law 13:40 against their mother in law. And then you've got this, 13:42 this this this part of Earth and I love it, says here it 13:45 says a man's enemies, the men of his own house. 13:52 Have you heard that before? Matthew Chapter 10, 13:55 Jesus says the same thing. 13:57 Why did Jesus and Jesus speaks to that as what is going to 13:59 happen in a time of trouble related to what would happen 14:03 before the fall of Jerusalem in ad 70 14:07 Mica says it in conjunction to what will happen in just a few 14:11 generations in the fall of Jerusalem under the hand of 14:14 nebuchadnezzar up for by the babylonians. Let me submit 14:18 something to you. They as they both said it then because if 14:21 you don't mind what they sit and learn, then u of succumb to 14:25 what will happen now fall on boring to turn on those who 14:29 have decided to live for God. 14:33 But someone I was going through my thing. It was challenging. 14:38 I learned that people will flip like coins. 14:45 I can talk about some of this. I thought talk about the parts 14:47 that were most public maybe last year, some of the privates 14:49 to visit my testimony. But again, the versus my favorite 14:52 verse because of what happened to me. 14:54 I remember when the when the when the article came out in 14:58 the Pasadena Star newspaper 15:02 from our own denomination, 15:06 that's at this man does not speak for us. 15:10 They said this man is not a day 15:14 and basically they said, listen, do whatever you at 15:17 least is the way I read it. 15:19 Yeah, I mean, let me clarify first perspective is often 15:24 reality 15:25 to the one having the perspective. But to me, it was 15:28 listen. Do you want to walk with him? Just don't attach a 15:32 stun gun? 15:36 I'll never forget 15:39 as all of the things began to unfold, how painful it was. 15:43 And I remember my numbers. I don't say this when I give 15:45 the testimony, but but I'll say it here. 15:49 I remember being brought to the White Memorial Seven-day 15:52 Adventist Church, 15:55 the pastor, the conference with were brought in 15:59 Europe's into the nomination of brought it. 16:02 And I remember him saying, listen, you know, tell your 16:04 side of storm be able to explain the past what happened. 16:06 And I wasn't given a chance to speak. 16:09 In fact, someone came and be rated me publicly. 16:14 I mean, it was it was one of the most painful experiences 16:18 I've ever had. 16:21 What was most shocking to me was that there were some of the 16:25 brethren who want to 16:28 it was as if they had. 16:29 >> Wanda Santa Claus of a lot. 16:34 >> Curry at Christmas. 16:36 They were so happy that my demise, 16:42 some of them said you're only getting 16:45 what you deserve. 16:53 I want to submit to you 16:57 that we do not. We will. We will not simply are not the 17:01 truth. This the source twice as we're already going through it. 17:04 We will not simply go through a shaking. 17:08 It is more than that. 17:10 We will go through 17:12 a process 17:13 was someone who we thought were friends will become our 17:17 enemies. 17:20 And the reason that that is so powerful is because if your 17:23 faith is not properly anchored in Galt, 17:27 you will not be able to stand 17:31 because there's nothing quite like 17:34 the ridicule of those who once stood for you. 17:41 So Mica says it like this because Micah experience this. 17:46 He went through this with some of the false profits. Just like 17:48 paranoid 17:49 Micah, 7 17:50 for 7 says 17:52 therefore, I will look unto the Lord. I will wait for the God 17:56 of my Salvation. My God will hear me. 18:02 Michael's point before we get to the main verse that we're 18:04 going to discuss, Michael's point is you cannot trust. 18:10 Let me guess I'm one of things that happened after that 18:12 incident. And that article came out. I said, if you ever listen 18:15 to my testimony for brother called me and the brother said, 18:18 Listen, Doctor Walsh, 18:20 after what the church did to you. He said I'm not going to 18:23 pay my tides anymore. 18:26 I said brother, you know, you're in pain. Nobody. No time 18:28 in 20 years. 18:32 I said, listen, I do. I do use me is no excuse not to give God 18:37 a belongs to him. 18:41 You know, you've got enough time right now to build the 18:43 church from scratch it, too. A J 18:48 so has called us to listen. Rather, I'm not going back to 18:51 church after what they did. I'm done with them. I set up 18:54 not down with that. 18:56 This is God's remnant charge. 18:59 This is the old ship of Zion. 19:01 Just it's going to get some stuff is going to rock in Rio 19:04 at times. The one who fit that bill might make some bad 19:09 decisions. But it doesn't change what both 19:15 their focus home ministry is beating up on church, 19:20 Satan's work. 19:28 But at the same time, our trust 19:31 isn't in organizations. It's in God. 19:36 That's why he says there for a while. Look on to the Lord. 19:39 I will wait for the God of my Salvation. 19:42 Mike, this confidence is found in the last part of that. 19:45 First. He says God will 19:51 no doubt the question, you know, sort of great message on 19:55 faith. He stood in faith, 19:58 God's going to hear me. 20:02 And before that reason, we understand 20:04 that this is a last day message. Before we go to verse 20:07 8, I want you to get that. This message is a last a 20:10 message. I can show you that this is a lasting message. 20:13 If you go to Micah Chapter one 20:15 and you started verse to Michael One starting at verse 20:18 2, 20:19 just look back and look at Michael one of his 2. Here's 20:21 what the Bible says. Michael, want to says 20:23 here. All you people, Harkin Earth and all that there it is 20:29 and let the Lord God be witness against you, 20:32 the Lord from his holy temple. 20:34 For behold, here's this is what we look at what he's talking 20:37 about here for behold, the law comes forth out of his place 20:43 and we'll come down and tread up on the high places of the 20:49 earth 20:50 and the mountains shopping Moulton and him and the valleys 20:55 shall be classed as lax before the fire and the waters that up 20:59 or down a steep place. 21:04 Micah makes it clear 21:06 the real anticipation isn't the simple deliverance of the 21:09 nation of Israel, the preparation for when God, 21:13 he says the more from his holy temple where they're going to 21:15 come from his holy temple and where they're going to come out 21:18 of this place. Where is that place? I believe that this can 21:22 also apply to price in the most holy place right now. 21:27 He's going to come out of his place to put the revelations as 21:30 he's going to come out and he's going to get on a white horse 21:32 is going to take off his priestly role and put on his 21:35 kingly rope and a sword is going to come out of his way 21:39 out. 21:42 Heaven is going to be emptied out. This is a preparation for 21:45 this for the second coming of our Lord. 21:50 So is the last day of it 21:52 last message. Look at this note, I'm going to show how 21:55 Micah hits the topics that are relevant to us. Today. 21:59 He talks about false prophecy. 22:02 Look at Mike. A chapter 3 verse 5. 22:06 Mike attempted to his little book and powerful Micah chapter 22:08 3 verse 5. 22:10 Here's what he says. Michael, 3 and verse 5 says this. 22:14 That's a little more concerning the profits that make my people 22:18 are that bite with their teeth and cry. 22:23 And you have put if not into their miles. They even and and 22:28 he that put is not into their mouths. They even prepare war 22:32 against him. 22:35 The false prophets 22:37 make my people. 22:41 Now we've we have time we go to book a revelation that we talk 22:44 about the 3 unclean spirits that come out of the mouth of 22:47 the dragging the false prophet and the beast that go out like 22:50 frogs, the s p's, these these these these these spirits that 22:55 go out and deceive. And here's what. Here's what a kicker. 22:58 Isn't all of that as you look at it up, all of the 3 of them, 23:02 I tied back to 23:04 false doctrine 23:06 and spiritualism. 23:08 I want to submit to you that when you look at what's going 23:11 on today, Michaels pointing it out. Why will you not be able 23:14 to trust? Why will you have that whole past part, Mike, 23:17 the 7, 1, before we get to verse 8, why does it happen 23:21 because of all the people who come after us, the Bible says 23:24 we believe that by persecuting us they are doing God's work. 23:30 All will you be convinced that you're doing God's work when 23:33 you what you're doing is antithetical to what God, 23:36 what have you do? It is because the spirit that is working in 23:40 you is not the spirit of God, but the spirit of devils. 23:47 Did you know that some of the mega churches in this country? 23:49 I'm not actually 23:51 this on the surface. They come across like a very Christian. 23:55 But if you just careful, listen, one of the signs of 23:58 who's really controlled in some of those churches. Listen to 24:01 the sermons and ask yourself how many times they actually 24:05 read a passage of scripture. 24:09 Don't get mad at me. 24:14 One of the things that happened in the false promise, there 24:16 will be people who teach a prosperity gospel. 24:19 We just I was shocked. I was that a large advantage to vent 24:24 and a friend. Someone I know a friend of mine was preaching 24:27 and the actually preach the sermon. He said speak. He said, 24:31 if you want to Mercedes-Benz, he said, go to the 24:33 Mercedes-Benz dealership and speak to the call. 24:39 He said if you want to house, go to the neighborhood where 24:42 the houses you walk and speak to the house. 24:46 They've been coming for miles and effortlessness. 24:53 There's a prosperity gospel. 24:55 Let me tell you what is tied up and see. There's this idea 24:58 that was the same was deep. It is the same. 25:03 False feel a lot. You doctrine 25:06 was permissive for Micah, Jeremiah and even among the 25:11 disciples before they were converted. The idea that there 25:14 must be a kingdom on Earth now 25:18 U.S. foreign policy and I know I've worked in the government, 25:21 U.S. foreign policy is in part based on his false doctrine 25:25 that Israel must be restored to its to the defendant Kingdom in 25:30 order for Jesus to return, 25:33 when Donald Trump moved the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to 25:38 Jerusalem, 25:39 people in this country cheered and shouted 25:42 Temple is going to be built. 25:45 This is a false doctrine that's falls prophesy that lays all 25:49 and time of it right away. They laid it in my cause. 25:52 They just like they did for gym. I told him I there's no 25:55 way God would do what you're saying. 25:58 He's got to have a house. 26:00 But Jesus turned over the tables and Matthew Chapter, 26:03 23, the disciples were shocked when he left unsaid. I leave 26:07 your house and do you. That's the limit, 26:10 Bob. The glory has departed 26:14 and yet fo today, don't believe Jesus. When he said 26:19 he left it 26:20 desolate 26:24 and time. 26:25 And because of that, folks are going to be looking to the 26:28 Earth for the N says rather than looking to the kingdom. 26:32 That is heavenly and internal. 26:36 The second one. Another great any time. A issue that Michael 26:39 brings up Micah chapter 2 and verse 11. It's as if a man 26:43 walking in the spirit. I'm walking in the spirit 26:47 and fall. So do lie saying 26:50 I will prophesied onto the of wine and strong drink. He saw 26:54 even be the prophet of this people. 26:58 There's this verse that says there are people walking or 27:01 online and they will. They will prophesied of wine and strong 27:05 drink 27:06 and that that is the type of mindset that people will 27:09 choose. 27:11 How is this coming to pass? And it is I'm I'm I'm a medical 27:14 doctor. And I'm telling you some of the stuff I'm seeing is 27:17 crazy. 27:18 The massive legalization of marijuana 27:22 is one of the signs of the end. 27:27 I mean, he's I don't mean that from a political standpoint 27:30 because you could argue politics all day. What I'm 27:33 saying is there is a massive experiment being done on the 27:36 minds of Americans 27:38 that you can smoke marijuana. That is literally 10 times more 27:42 potent than the marijuana. Bob Dylan and Bob Marley 27:45 smoked. 27:47 So we are laughing. It wasn't all about Bob Marley. Bob 27:49 Dylan's will messed up 27:54 10 times that with 3% THC tetrahydrocannabinol in back. 27:57 Then it's 30% now so potent that you can be driving on the 28:01 highway 28:03 in your car, with the windows up in the win with the heat on 28:05 and drive past the color, the smoke and it has on the highway 28:09 at 65 70 miles an hour. You smell weed 28:15 if they can. Palm permeated the walls and glass and of the 28:20 doors and glass of cars and cross highway lane. What is it 28:24 doing to people's brains? 28:29 And here's what I'm going. I want to listen carefully to 28:32 what we're talking about. What they're talking about with 28:34 Sanjay Gupta start this whole special marijuana. What he what 28:38 he was pushing was as Matt Medical marijuana. Listen, 28:41 this is what has been going on for ever. They did it with 28:43 cigarettes. They did it with sugar. They've done it with 28:46 everything. They tell you what I think is good for you. 28:48 And they they lined the poison is good for you to get you to 28:51 get into it. 28:54 >> I thought I might. You know, I you know, we must talk to 28:57 show you the slide. The when is a 4 out of 5 doctors recommend 29:00 camel cigarettes. We're anxiety. 29:04 >> Watch this. Saying he's taking it up a notch 29:08 to something called psychedelics. 29:11 You're going to begin to hear them talking about how they can 29:13 open up your mind and change things. And what is actually 29:16 happening church is that they're setting people up. 29:19 Micah talked about this way back then, if the connection 29:22 between mind altering substances and spiritual 29:26 involvement, 29:29 some of you I know are familiar with Jamaican Rastafarian is 29:32 address the global phenomena now. But one reason the Dredd 29:36 says that they smoked weed is because it brings them closer 29:38 to God. 29:43 He's not are gone back to remember why I was that I was 29:47 at Bob Marley's House by a family friend about my family 29:50 and all that his house and I was talking to one of his 29:53 other. One of his brothers are one of the drugs they were 29:55 trying to explain to me why some smoke. We must listen. 29:57 If you can show me from the Bible, why is this moai said I 30:00 can show you from the Bible. It says will we? 30:04 He said he flipped his Bible to the book of Exodus those drugs 30:07 back. He said, you know, see inaudible to Exodus 30:13 as Moses approach the burning Bush. 30:22 Sam, get to talk to God. 30:26 Listen. Church 30:28 people are so void of God 30:31 got of his soul effectively removed from our society. 30:35 People have no longer have purpose that they are willing 30:38 to use what they think is a spiritual accelerant 30:43 to get to know the spiritual world. 30:46 But what I don't understand is in the warnings, the spread of 30:49 promise to give about hypnosis. What we're finding out is that, 30:52 in fact, what they're exposing themselves to 30:55 chemical, 30:57 if not Cajuns. 30:59 And the reason when you got a liquor store, they say spirits 31:02 sold here. 31:03 It's because when you begin to tamper with your sobriety, 31:09 when you remove the protective layer, the enemy can grab hold 31:12 of your brain and watch this. The Bible does not say that 31:17 your brain just to be opened. It does not say that your mind 31:20 is to be released. In fact, Concetta says God is going to 31:23 put a C on your mind. 31:28 Police in 7, 1, to 3 says you're going to get a seal 31:31 right here in your forehead. Why? Because this is the 33% of 31:35 the brain. It's frontal lobe is what makes us human. What makes 31:39 us able to worship is what gives us the ability to have a 31:42 carrot top. 31:44 What we've learned is that the chemicals in these things, 31:47 especially alcohol and marijuana, literally a race. 31:50 The governor just system in the brain got was the one that 31:54 caused you to be constrained. So we're really sit you 31:57 release. You can't control yourself. The Bible says that 32:00 it is the love of Christ 32:02 that constrain the U.S.. 32:05 I believe that the front a little like the most holy place 32:09 in your body temple. 32:10 And if you let this stuff in there, you go far away from God 32:15 because you let everything but his Showtime and glory on the 32:18 Holy Spirit. In 32:23 the 3rd one, looking at last a things as sexual son. 32:28 Michael says this Micah 6, 5, 2, 8, says This 32:33 O my people. Remember 32:35 how that bay looking of more consultant and what bill this 32:39 bail. I'm the son of your answered him from should onto 32:42 deal Gao that Ye may know the righteousness of the Lord. 32:48 If you remember that story, but he's referring Michael referred 32:50 to here. This is one 32:53 Balan came and told bay like how to take the protection from 32:57 God's people. 32:59 And just in numbers chapter. 23, it says that there was no 33:02 perversion in Israel. 33:05 2 chapters later. 33:07 God is almost done with them. It is this in there on the 33:10 precipice of the promised land that causes them not to enter 33:13 the promised land and instead they wonderful 40 years. 33:17 You know what did that sexual sin? 33:22 My cause warning them. 33:23 Let me show you how big this thing gets. Let me finish 33:25 reading this. I will show you how big this thing get verse 6 33:28 wherewith. So I come before the Lord and bow myself before the 33:32 the high God. So I come before him with burnt offerings with 33:35 calves a year old will the Lord to please with thousands of 33:39 rams with 10 thousands of rivers of oil. So I give my 33:42 firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the 33:45 scent of my soul. 33:48 Then he says 33:50 you have shown you, oh, man, what is good 33:53 and what the lord require of thee 33:56 3 things but to do justly 33:58 and to love mercy 34:00 and to walk 34:01 homely with thy God. I that most people reversed 8 in all 34:06 by itself. It's great. You go to on the Christian bookstore, 34:10 the up plaques with adverse on it understand that that first 34:13 is in the context of verse 5, which is speaking a primarily a 34:18 warning around the sexual sin, the calls Israel to have to 34:22 wander for 40 years. 34:27 So in other words, the anti pieces to sexual sent at least 34:31 in one way is to do justice, love mercy and probably the 34:35 part that really gets it in the last word says walk 34:38 humbly with your God. You see pride 34:43 is where sexual sin lives. 34:47 That's where we live. 34:49 Michael begins to warn about sexual sin. He says, listen, 34:52 if you want to write, you need to walk humbly, not in PRI 34:57 now. Watch this. 34:58 No, I think I'm telling you to look at these acute chapter 16. 35:01 I just read it, but I don't have a lot of time as a coach 35:03 at 16. 49 50 Ezekiel 16. 49 50 says this. Behold, 35:09 this was the iniquity of thy sister S****. 35:13 What was the son of Saddam? Watch this number one. 35:19 That's the Bible says 35:22 fullness of bread. An abundance of idleness was in her and her 35:26 daughters. Neither did she strengthen the hand of the 35:28 point of need. That is the condition of America 35:35 full list of red abundance of idleness. 35:38 Neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and the needy. 35:42 That's why first 50 says they were haughty. They were 35:45 applicant and committed abomination before me God. 35:48 So therefore I took them away as I saw 35:56 sexual son. 35:58 You see what happens and sexual saying is that there is a 36:00 natural release of do for me the same thing, cocaine 36:02 releases, the highest natural level is during intimacy. 36:06 And so it's really stand so that it can get you high so 36:09 people can become addicted to it. But it's also an adrenaline 36:12 rush 36:13 and as a whole bunch of excitement, in fact, it in 36:16 essence, it is a way to impact the cake. Naturally. This is 36:20 why God reserved that for inside the institution of 36:24 marriage. So that when the bond between husband and wife of 36:27 form in the presence of don't coming in the presence of 36:29 pheromones in the presence of all the adrenaline that's 36:32 released in the presence of the binding hormone oxytocin, 36:35 that marriages, they looked into each other's eyes on the 36:38 night of their honeymoon short after they were they would pond 36:41 not just in a legal matrimony, they would physically become 36:47 one flesh. 36:49 So now what society tells our young people to bounce around 36:53 and sleep with everything that moves spent all the time you 36:56 walk. In a note, Elmo do literally peeling back the 37:00 sensibilities of this generation. 37:08 Mike is warning 37:10 the last days 37:11 that is going to be 37:13 a serious problem when the other ones he talks about is 37:17 the destruction of the poor. 37:19 Much of that an easy kill 16 as well. I won't get into that 37:21 one. Skip it. But I want to tell you that this society that 37:26 allows people to suffer, 37:29 it's a good thing about poverty is people want to admit it. 37:32 But 37:33 we we we have literally designed our society have some 37:36 of its poverty 37:38 because we have 37:39 belittled the nuclear family. 37:44 If you destroy the family, 37:47 it is one of the surest ways to allow people to actually have 37:53 time to get into that tonight. The de the destruction of the 37:55 family, the ignoring the poor. All of that is a part of what 38:00 Mike is talking about. So much to 7 for 7. Again. 38:05 Now we can get the first 8 of them make more sense. 38:06 Therefore, I will look unto the Lord. 38:10 I will wait for the God of my Salvation. 38:13 My God will hear me. 38:16 So after he said, listen, you've got to care for the 38:18 people turn on. You don't trust the person in your b****. 38:21 All the things that Michael says. He says my God will hear 38:23 me and he gets the reverse of the night. 38:27 He says rejoice not against me. 38:32 Mine enemy. 38:34 When ice fall. I shall arise. When I sit in darkness, 38:39 the Lord shall be 38:42 a light 38:43 on to me. 38:45 Let me tell you something. When I when this verse really 38:48 came to mean something to me, 38:51 I was just going through so much 38:56 state of Georgia 38:57 after everything happened to me in Pasadena off time to get 38:59 into the details of 39:01 I just have to skip the part here. But what the state of 39:04 Georgia has landed at JFK or LaGuardia to speak for 39:09 for youth federation. 39:12 I had I was. 39:14 >> Pressure to give up my job in Pasadena because of my 39:17 sermons that have been found by some of the students have been 39:20 asked to speak at a college for the commencement. They were 39:23 upset that the guy was invited was disinvited to the came 39:26 after me. 39:28 I was pressured to give up that that job job. I was what did 39:32 well at love. 39:35 I've already started applying for the job to the state of 39:37 Georgia had already offered me a job. And I said, look how God 39:40 works. I can run from the blue state that a red state. Maybe 39:43 I'll be safe. 39:48 Remember what the Bible says your trust can be in people. 39:52 Well, political parties 39:55 don't trust anybody. We trust the Lord. God 39:58 I landed at JFK on the water was in New York. I love that. 40:01 Everyone out in New York I landed and the state of Georgia 40:04 left a message on my phone. What I was flying telling me 40:08 that I was no longer hired for that job. 40:12 They didn't give a reason on the fall. 40:15 They're like we're sorry, Doctor Walsh, you can work 40:17 here. But whatever they said, they thought they hung up the 40:20 phone, but they didn't. 40:23 And I could hear them laughing and mocking me 40:27 in the background. 40:30 When I finally got to my religious liberty attorneys 40:34 and I played them that tape, that voice messages should say 40:39 they high-fived. 40:43 So that was very painful message. I'm not sure why 40:45 you're celebrating it. 40:48 They said because 40:50 every case we taking his first Liberty Institute out of 40:52 Dallas, Texas, they said every case we take 40:55 Dodd shows us up front that piece of evidence that ensures 40:59 us we shores us, we will win the case. 41:04 It was literally the laughter of my enemies 41:10 that allowed me to take 41:13 to that fight. 41:16 It hurts. I can't even tell you how painful it was. At times 41:20 it would take a week for me to just explain the amount of pain 41:24 I experienced how much loss I went through. 41:28 But somebody sent me this verse. 41:31 Someone texted me his first and I read the versed. 41:34 >> And I remember in that moment I got to have faith in 41:38 God that allows me to stand. Even when my enemy begins to 41:43 mock me. 41:48 If the world loves you, you're doing something wrong. 41:54 The while that sets you, it is because your Christianity is 41:58 not on full display. I know that it's not about the 42:01 situation just yet, but that day is coming. 42:05 Jeremiah said, listen, if you can't keep up with the footman, 42:09 how are you going to run with the horses? 42:14 UK list? We've got folks now can keep the 7th 42:17 every weekday the ops fall in the ditch. 42:24 It doesn't. 42:26 Well, not every 7th. 42:29 I got to be in a store picking up something. It was if right 42:33 now 42:34 keeping the Sabbath is just an off a tree. Every thing 42:37 you think when your livelihood is on the line, when your life 42:41 is in jeopardy, when your freedom is at risk, you think 42:44 all of a sudden you will stop going to the storm picking up 42:48 panels on the Sabbath. 42:56 Let me tell you something. This is a message of great 42:58 hope. He says rejoice not against me. That's the tax for 43:02 tonight. All my Nana me when I fall, 43:05 I shall arise. When I sit and obvious the Lord shall be 43:09 allowed to be. Let me take some. You know, I learned 43:12 God allows us. He allowed me. He sent me into that darkness 43:17 and it allowed me. He said, you know why? Because I needed to 43:21 see his light. 43:24 I was too caught up in career because I wasn't in a sudden 43:27 the whole thing it was worked out even to do on Eric Walsh. 43:30 And so God allowed me to go through some stuff so that at 43:33 the end of it, I would be a better mouthpiece for him. 43:37 I would be more secure in him. He allowed the path to the 43:40 fiery furnace because I learned a lesson you do not get to meet 43:44 Jesus. If you can figure out a way to not step into the fiery 43:47 furnace, 43:50 he only made them in the fight. 43:53 Yeah, full. They do everything to stay out of that fight. 43:59 Look at what he says. I'm not. I look at how Micah makes this 44:02 thing that Michael 7 versus 9 says this. I will be and the 44:06 indignation of the Lord 44:09 because I have sinned against him until he plead my cause. 44:15 The execute judgment for me. He will bring the 4th to the 44:19 light and I sell behold, he's right. Just as Michael said, 44:22 listen, whatever it is, Israel that we've got to go through. 44:25 We are the ones who said we just love it. 44:30 Thanks to outbid the indignation of the Lord 44:34 until he plead my cause. Watch this. Even the 44:36 investigative judgment isn't he says any execute judgment for 44:42 me. 44:43 Did you get that folks are free to the judgment it was going 44:46 on? It's an adjustment is an investigative judgment. As for 44:49 the righteous 44:50 when Jesus returns as little I'd come and I and my reward is 44:54 what it's with me for us to be have to go through and execute 44:59 judgment to determine who gets a whole lot more. 45:03 The trials somebody needs to hit the child that you're going 45:07 through right now is God line you up for your reward. 45:16 Listen to what is 70 in his Bible commentary says listen to 45:18 this. 45:19 It says on his verse that says I will beat this is the 45:22 language of the truly penitent. 45:25 The allies is that is only hope is in God. He asks for no 45:29 mitigation of punishment. He knows that whatever God does 45:34 will be for he's good. 45:37 Did you get that? 45:41 God was working on? 45:43 And when I get the testimony full test, that has a listen. 45:47 Got a lot of that trial to go through for me to go through 45:49 that trial. 45:51 So the trial could go through me. 45:55 The problem I've learned and I say this all the time that when 45:57 I get that test, whether the problem isn't the trial, 46:00 the problem is that the storm, there's a song we all used to 46:03 seeing in it back in envy and and why Biden would kids JV. 46:08 So we all remember that, too. 46:10 There's always things that with Jesus in the vessel, you can 46:14 smile at the score. 46:16 Did you get that? That's a lesson they gave us the 46:18 children of many of us forget as adults. The problem is that 46:21 the storm, 46:22 it's whether or not you've got Jesus and universal 46:26 because of Jesus is in your heart. Out of the storm comes. 46:30 The disciples were afraid when the storm came in. They want to 46:32 but didn't understand the ship actually couldn't sink. If 46:35 Jesus was in it. 46:38 I came to tell your ship 46:41 cannot sink. If Christ, isn't it 46:44 even death? 46:46 But a power nap for the Christian. 46:53 Their little spread of prophecy says 46:55 We are to grow daily in spiritual loveliness. 46:58 This is from God's amazing Grace Bay, 302. We are to grow 47:02 daily in spiritual loveliness. We shall fail often in our 47:05 efforts to copy the divine pattern we saw often have to 47:08 bow down to weep at the feet of Jesus because of our 47:11 shortcomings and mistakes. But we ought not to be 47:14 discouraged. 47:16 We ought to pray more fervently, believe more fully 47:19 and try again with more steadfast this to grow into the 47:22 likeness of our Lord. As we as we distrust power, we should 47:28 trust the power of our redeemer and ready to praise the God. 47:32 Who is the health of countenance and our God 47:42 distrust self. 47:45 She says by the holding we are to become changed. 47:51 >> That's what the song is funny. I want my wife to say 47:54 before that little the songs he was saying 47:56 the past along came the saying Turn Your Eyes upon Jesus. 48:01 >> Look for in his wonderful face. Why is that so important 48:05 to see if you only spend your time looking at your past, 48:09 looking at your failures, looking at all the mistakes you 48:11 made, if that's what you spend your time doing, that's what 48:14 will become like. 48:16 Satan wants to remind you of your past. He wants to be your 48:20 adversary and do that because the more you focus on what 48:22 you've done wrong, the more you become like what you did wrong. 48:27 It is not until you turn your eyes upon Jesus and the full in 48:30 his wonderful face that the things of Earth will grow 48:33 strains, lead him in the light of his glory and grace. As you 48:37 look at price, 48:40 you become like Christ 48:43 and openness and spend that time in the world and caught 48:46 reading the hospitals starting the book that is are they just 48:50 come to know Jesus for yourself completely. The more you study 48:54 him, the more you want to be like him, the more Holy Spirit 48:57 will give you out 49:00 to be like him. 49:04 She says it is by faith in the son of God. That transformation 49:09 takes place in the character and the child of RAF becomes 49:13 the child of God. 49:20 Look at Jesus 49:25 because he's getting people ready for the second coming. 49:27 Michael to 12 13 says this. I will surely assemble Jacob, 49:30 all of the I will show the gathered, the remnant of 49:33 Israel, the remnant. I would put them together as the sheep 49:37 of Gaza as the flock in the midst of their full Micah to 49:40 12. They shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of 49:44 men. The breakers come up before them and they have 49:47 broken up and have passed through the gate and I've gone 49:50 out by it. Watch this, Dana says and there shall pass 49:53 before them. And the Lord on the head of the there is a 49:57 right that is being assembled 50:03 last a group of people 50:05 will face the time of trouble 50:08 characters being perfected 50:11 so powerful that Michael 5, 2, was where he prophesies of 50:14 Jesus is coming in because I'm looking to Michael 5, 2, 50:17 but vowed that limit for that of old. All be little among the 50:20 thousands of Jews do not yet out of D shout. He come forth. 50:24 And to me, that is to be ruler in Israel was going forth, 50:27 have been from all from everlasting first for any still 50:30 stand and feet in the strength of the Lord and the majesty of 50:33 the name of the Lord, our God. And they set a buy for now. 50:36 He shall be great it onto the ends of the earth. This is 50:39 probably telling you that Jesus is going to come the first time 50:42 and he's coming back the second time. And he's coming back for 50:45 you. And I, 50:51 Michael for one, Michael for one says this. But in the last 50:55 days, it shall come to pass. The latest book about the 50:57 little book Tell me about the last days. But in the last days 51:00 to come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the 51:03 Lord shall be established in the top of the mountains and it 51:07 shall be exalted above the hills and people shuffle onto 51:10 it. And many naturel. So many nations have come and say come 51:13 and let's go up to the mountain of the Lord and to the House of 51:16 the God of Jacob and he will teach us of his ways and you 51:20 walk in his past for the loss of 4th of sine, the word of the 51:23 Lord from Jerusalem. This is like the loud cry. 51:29 We'll be prepared to give a loud cry. A time is coming when 51:32 the nations of the world are going to come. And right now it 51:35 may seem impossible for to. I remember when we thought it 51:39 would we would never see the Soviet Union a vandalized. 51:45 >> We're going to see things happen to get the gospel to 51:48 spread around the world. And we are to be participants 51:51 with Christ in that work. 51:54 That's why we're going to trial now. 52:00 Michael, 7, 52:02 18 52:04 says this 52:06 Micah 7 verse 18, 52:09 who was a God like onto the 52:12 but pardons iniquity 52:15 passes by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage 52:19 that you could not. 52:21 He's going to pass by the transgression 52:24 of his remnant. 52:26 You see that book of works. 52:29 >> It's going to those sins. We're going to be blot out the 52:31 seams on the page that says everyone is much the whole lot 52:34 of pages. 52:37 But guess what, if I'm in Christ Jesus, his blood were 52:39 blacked out. 52:41 Those sayings, 52:44 I stand before him in judgment. And my live plays on the giant 52:48 screen and the screen when it comes time to show my son will 52:52 go by 52:55 my father. I have come by this season with my love. I paid the 53:00 price for his iniquity. 53:07 >> He says he would retain if not his anger foot ever. 53:11 Why does he not retain his ankle forever? Because he 53:14 delights 53:18 first 19. 53:20 He will turn again. 53:21 He will have compassion upon us. He will subdue our 53:24 iniquities and I will cast all these sins into the depths of 53:30 the sea. 53:31 You know what I like about that? First one just Senate 53:33 cast into the depths of the sea man has been to the moon. 53:36 A man has landed stuff on Mars. Man has never been to the very 53:39 bottom of the ocean. 53:42 Your son has been taken cast into the depths of the sea. 53:45 And guess what? You do not need to go in by deep sea diving 53:48 gear 53:50 and go looking for it. If God is for getting it, you have 53:53 permission to forget it as well. 53:59 The cast arsons in the sea of forgetfulness 54:03 as the Bible commentary on this. Is this 54:05 the key verse I want to leave you is that the park in that 54:07 verse one says he will subdue our iniquities. This is the 54:11 process of sanctification iniquity is repetitive habitual 54:15 types and he says he will subdue it. That means 54:18 character. But that means habits will be shaking off a 54:21 lot of folks a, you know, you can't preach perfectionism, 54:23 but you know what you have. You must treat perfection of 54:26 character. 54:28 Moses made mistakes almost all the way up to the end of his 54:31 life. But his character was right with God. It was perfect. 54:34 We got so much so that Michael, the Archangel Jude tells us 54:37 Jesus himself goes back and retrieve his body from his 54:41 grave. 54:44 So do our iniquities is really the cooties, which it had been 54:47 missing from the Bible commentary over numbers 19, 54:50 Israel's iniquities, which that it had been Micah sad. Lot to 54:53 expose would be freely forgiven, 54:56 though here not particularly pointed out pardon was only on 55:00 the bases, a thorough repentance and reformation. 55:05 The discipline of the captivity was designed to affect such a 55:09 spiritual revival. This was not achieved on a national scale. 55:13 And so the Gloria's promises with which Michael closes, 55:16 his prophecies were never realized by the nation of 55:19 Israel and never will be in the way that anything. 55:22 Here's what it says. Individuals, of course, 55:24 experience the saving grace of God and obtain the pardon here 55:28 promised 55:29 the blessings may also be claimed 55:32 by the Christian, 55:34 isn't that the Bible commentary says to the merits of the grace 55:38 of Christ, his sins maybe perfectly forgiven. 55:43 If he endorsed till the end, his sins will never be 55:47 mentioned against him again. 55:51 Should he end up hospice eyes and be lost? 55:54 His sons will face him 55:57 on the judgment day. 56:00 Let me tell you something church. It was a night 56:04 when I had to flee this country 56:07 and I went to the little island of Guam to be a missionary. 56:14 One of the Friday night's the the the the missionaries are 56:16 having worship an eye 56:18 was I didn't and I stay home. And just the worst by myself. 56:21 I got my trot him to give the testimony through prayer, 56:25 praise and the songs. Those are the 3 p's of my deliverance. 56:30 I stay back and I was reading and I began to pray 56:34 and I was Matic. Got us a little bit of a last look at 56:36 how much I have to give up. Look at all the people used to 56:38 respect me. I was Matic.
