00:01 Look at all this
00:02 beautiful, delicious, nutritious looking food.
00:06 What do we have here? Yes. Okay.
00:08 Well, today we started with the tofu soup
00:11 which was plenty of vegetables,
00:14 nice chunks of tofu, and bean thread noodles.
00:19 And then we went to the barbecued tofu ribs
00:25 where we did the marinated tofu,
00:28 got it all kind of crisped up.
00:29 And then doused it in barbecue sauce
00:31 and baked it all together.
00:33 So we'll have really rich flavor there
00:35 and then we ended with the eggless egg salad
00:38 with our secret ingredient black salt.
00:41 Yes. That gave it that eggy flavor.
00:43 And then we used it to make sushi or nori rolls with salad.
00:49 So that was kind of our lineup for today.
00:50 Yeah.
00:52 Well, we've got a wide variety
00:53 like you said you have to vary...
00:55 You want to break up the monotony.
00:57 You don't want to eat the same old, same old
00:59 and you want to have the rainbow
01:01 in terms of vegetables, not diced and all that stuff.
01:05 That's right. That's right.
01:06 But yeah, sometimes the vegetables.
01:08 And if you thought you never would like tofu,
01:10 I really would challenge you to try some of these recipes.
01:12 It's a different way and you might find
01:14 that one of these really does suit you.
01:16 Yes. Now the barbecue ribs, that was the super firm?
01:21 Yes. Super firm, okay.
01:22 That was the super firm. And the soup was what kind?
01:25 Also super. Super firm?
01:27 Yeah. Okay.
01:28 And the eggless egg salad was extra firm.
01:32 That's right. But you know what?
01:34 It doesn't really matter
01:36 because you could make all of these with the extra firm.
01:38 Okay. So yeah, whatever you can get.
01:41 You just got to get in the kitchen and experiment.
01:43 That's right.
01:45 Don't let something like that stop you.
01:46 Absolutely.

01:52 what things to have in the pantry.
