00:01 Okay, so now... Hey, team makers.
00:02 We have actually finished up this meals in minutes.
00:05 Meals in minutes, not hours, but minutes.
00:07 And so, let's look at what we actually did.
00:09 Without the turning on the oven.
00:11 That's right. So we did the sauteed spinach.
00:14 With the onions and saute, yes.
00:16 And it really came out nice, got nice flavor to it, okay?
00:18 And then we did the Cuban black beans
00:21 with the red and the green peppers
00:24 along with the onions and cumin.
00:26 Very well seasoned cumin.
00:28 And then we did the yellow rice which was really brown rice,
00:31 with little bit of turmeric in it.
00:32 That turned it yellow.
00:33 Which actually turned it yellow, so it goes very,
00:35 very good with that Cuban rice.
00:36 Oh, okay, sure it does.
00:37 And then, of course, our mystery meat item today.
00:40 This is no longer a mystery.
00:42 It was actually the barbecue jackfruit.
00:44 Barbecue jackfruit.
00:45 And it came out really, really nice.
00:47 This is very, very delicious.
00:48 And then on top of that
00:50 we did a no-bake banana pudding.
00:53 Now so this is, I mean, this is the dish right here.
00:57 I mean, this is one dish right here for dessert.
01:00 Okay, this is a dish that feeds four to six people
01:04 of the banana pudding.
01:05 Oh, so that is on to serve this one dish.
01:07 You see it's deeper.
01:08 Yeah, it's down deep and it comes up,
01:09 so you're actually going to be sharing that.
01:11 So this is not a serving size is what you're saying.

01:13 No way Jose is it a serving size, okay?

01:16 So and I like it because the fact that we use that
01:18 once again is silken tofu.
01:20 We use a silken tofu as a part of the equation,
01:23 instead of doing milk we use
01:24 that along with the pudding mix.
01:26 And once again, look out there you'll see a lot of them,
01:28 but different pudding mixes it says
01:29 no high fructose corn syrup in them.
01:31 Okay.
01:32 And that actually makes that a good dish as well.
01:33 Okay. Now so let's sample.
01:36 I'm interested in the jackfruit and...

01:41 Okay, so now we have it ready.
01:43 I kind of figured you want to start with the jackfruit

01:49 And so with the jackfruit,
01:50 you know, I needed to make sure it
01:51 was cooked that everything came out okay, so...

02:22 And it doesn't take, this whole meal, Curtis.
02:24 It didn't take a long time to prepare it.
02:27 And once again, you can start off early
02:29 or you can cut your stuff up ahead of time.
02:31 And a bottom line is that you can fix it,
02:34 it's easy, it's quick,
02:35 and I usually for my banana pudding
02:37 once I've done that.
02:38 I usually put it in the refrigerator,
02:40 let it chill.
02:41 Now let's talk about the pudding mix
02:42 because there are a lot of pudding mixes out there.
02:45 Yep, like I said, you're going to look around
02:47 for your vanilla mixes and your,
02:49 or banana mixes and you're gonna make sure it
02:50 doesn't have any high fructose corn syrup.
02:52 But you know, we try to get away from all those things.
02:55 So they're out there, look around,
02:57 in your regular grocery store you'll see them,
02:59 read those labels and make sure
03:00 if everything is okay.
03:02 Now sometimes you may have to go to a health food store...
03:03 You might have to.
03:04 You have to what Sprouts or Earth Fare
03:06 whole foods or whatever.
03:08 Yeah, there's a lot of them out there, you know?
03:09 Yeah, okay, just have to look around a little bit.
03:11 Look around and see what's going on.
03:12 But the other stuff there, I don't think
03:14 you're gonna have any problem with trying to find.
03:15 Now remember we said jackfruit,
03:17 you got to go to the Oriental market.
03:18 Yeah, Asian market, Oriental as well.
03:19 Asian market in order to be
03:21 able to get that to make the jackfruit
03:22 and everything is ready to go.
03:24 It's all looking good.
