00:02 Now share with us the food that we just prepared,
00:04 the picnic food that we just made.
00:06 Well, we started out making a taco seasoning
00:10 that we used in our southwest chickenless style salad,
00:14 which we made a sandwich with.
00:15 Yeah.
00:16 And then we had our cilantro, citrus cilantro slaw.
00:19 Yes.
00:21 We had our amazing stuffed eggz.
00:24 We had our tofuna macaroni salad
00:27 and we finished with our tropical chia delight.
00:30 Oh, Carin, everything you made is absolutely delicious.
00:35 And what is it simple, nutritious and delicious.
00:40 And that's what I like about you
00:41 and the food that you make.
00:43 And it is just, I just want you to go
00:46 and get her cookbook.
00:47 I got one and I think I'm going to make everything
00:50 in that book
00:51 because from what I tasted here,
00:54 the food was, it was more than delicious.

01:13 and a health message to help people transition

01:19 You know, we don't go from zero to a hundred.
01:22 What we need to do is we need to get there
01:24 and transition one at a time.
01:25 And this is a way to take foods that we're comfortable with,
01:29 that resonate with our heart and be able to,
01:32 to replace them
01:33 with things that are tasty and delicious,
01:35 and that we can say, wow,
01:37 I could have that as a substitute.
01:39 So I hope that that's what we accomplished
01:41 with some of the recipes here today.
