00:01 I want to spend my life.
00:10 Mending broken.
00:15 I want to spend my life.
00:36 I want to spend my life.
00:42 Mending broken.
00:47 I want to spend my life.
01:09 Welcome to a 3ABN Thanksgiving.
01:11 Thank you for joining us today.
01:13 And I'm so happy to be here with our family, our 3ABN
01:17 family, but of course you are too.
01:19 But Yvonne this is one of my favorite, maybe favorite
01:22 holiday.
01:25 Thanksgiving is one of those, it's not like Halloween and all
01:28 those holidays that you can't really enjoy and as a Christian
01:32 support.
01:33 But Thanksgiving I love it.
01:35 I love Thanksgiving too thinking about thanking the
01:37 Lord Jesus Christ for what He's done for us.
01:39 I love Thanksgiving too because you get to be with family, eat
01:43 great food, hang out.
01:44 It's really a great holiday.
01:47 So I love it.
01:48 How about our guest, our family?
01:52 What about our family?
01:53 I love being with our family.
01:55 Tim Parton.
01:59 I've been on television 40 years and we go to churches and
02:02 Tim plays and they're all following him around.
02:07 Seriously Tim, you have an incredible gift and people love
02:11 you.
02:11 They do.
02:11 Yeah, I'm very blessed.
02:12 It's great to be here.
02:13 Great to see you.
02:14 And you both have extended your family since last Thanksgiving.
02:19 We have.
02:22 Praise God for His blessings.
02:23 Yeah, we might put up a picture in a little bit, a couple
02:24 babies in a little bit.
02:25 We might put up some pictures.
02:27 And of course Ryan.
02:28 And Ryan it's great to have you here as always.
02:31 It's a blessing, such a blessing to be here and I love
02:34 Thanksgiving as well.
02:35 Yeah, of course Greg and Jill, you guys while we're kind of
02:40 set around, you're planning everything, you're making sure
02:43 everything gets done.
02:44 We just show up for the program, the folks at home just
02:47 watching it.
02:52 wouldn't be happening right now.
02:54 So thank you for what you do for the cause of God and praise
02:57 the Lord.
02:59 And again we extend a happy Thanksgiving to you at home.
03:03 We're talking about Mr. Denny, you know our family and of
03:05 course you our 3ABN family.
03:07 We so love and appreciate each one of you and like has been
03:11 said already.
03:14 blessings that He gives to us every day.
03:18 I'm just reminded in Psalms it says let the redeemed of the
03:20 Lord say so.
03:22 So to me Thanksgiving is a time where we look at God, look at
03:25 what He's done this past year, look at what He's done in your
03:29 life, look at what He's done in your family, in your church, in
03:33 your community.
03:34 So it's a time where we kind of disconnect or unplug for just a
03:38 moment and we reflect God what have you done in our lives in
03:43 this past year?
03:44 Where do you want me to grow further as a Christian in this
03:48 coming year?
03:49 And then just be thankful.
03:51 Be thankful for your family.
03:53 Be thankful for the friends that God has placed in your
03:57 life.
04:00 matter what it is.
04:02 And we just love you at home.
04:03 You are part of the 3ABN family and thank you for being part of
04:08 that family and love each one of you.
04:10 Love getting to work in ministry together and you too
04:13 sweetie.
04:13 Thank you.
04:14 Oh yeah.
04:14 I love working with you too.
04:16 This is going to be a special program.
04:19 I mean I'm really excited about it today.
04:21 One thing we're just going to set here but Greg and Jill is
04:23 going to be going all over and I think this is a great idea.
04:27 So many people they give, they donate, they support us but
04:30 they really don't see 3ABN kind of on a day to day operation.
04:34 So tell us a little bit about what we're going to be seeing
04:37 the next couple of hours.
04:38 So we're going on a tour and I love that because so many times
04:42 we just feature okay this is what you see on the set and
04:45 that's all you see.
04:47 Or these are the people that you see but you know 3ABN we
04:50 have about a hundred and forty employees here and we're going
04:54 to introduce you to them.
04:57 We're going through pastoral department and marketing and
05:00 call center over at the shop.
05:02 We're going to accounting and production and plan giving and
05:06 trust and so many of the departments and get to talk to
05:09 part of our 3ABN family.
05:11 So we'll be doing that throughout the two hours.
05:14 Alright and of course we'll have interspersed as we're
05:16 making our way around 3ABN.
05:18 You all will be doing segments or so of music so thank you for
05:21 doing that.
05:24 worship the Lord.
05:25 I mean a great way to do it on Thanksgiving Day too.
05:27 I just want to know why you didn't invite us to sing with
05:29 you all.
05:30 We did.
05:33 Don't say that they'll leave.
05:35 I know they both actually do sing and Jill played the piano
05:38 very well.
05:39 But we're going to have to leave though Mr. Daniel to get
05:41 ready for those segments and tours if that's okay and you
05:44 all can do some music.
05:45 Alright sure.
05:46 We'll see you all in a little bit.
05:48 I'm very comfortable on this end.
05:50 Look who I have sitting around me as far as music goes so we
05:54 can't go wrong for as I'm concerned.
05:57 What Jill said is so true.
05:59 We love each other.
06:00 We really do.
06:02 And I always think about C.A.
06:04 Murray he said when he would travel places they would say
06:07 tell us the truth about you know because you guys all look
06:10 like you love each other.
06:11 I mean how's it really going at 3ABN?
06:13 He said no we do.
06:14 We love each other.
06:15 That's right.
06:18 We'll go eat together.
06:19 We do things and they're like really?
06:21 They said no we love it.
06:23 What you see is what you get.
06:24 So anyway so I know you guys are going to take off so we're
06:28 going to sing a little course.
06:30 Sounds good.
06:30 And then we'll try to keep up with you.
06:34 Alright.
06:35 Tim why don't we just do a course and the folks at home
06:38 would know it.
06:40 Thank you Lord for saving my soul.
06:53 Thank you Lord for saving my soul.
07:02 Thank you Lord for making me whole.
07:15 For giving to me.
07:20 Thy great salvation so full and free.
07:32 Thank you Lord for saving my soul.
07:47 Making me whole.
07:55 For giving to me.
08:01 Thy great salvation so full and free.
08:11 What a beautiful song.
08:12 Play a little bit of that for us Tim.
08:51 That's beautiful.
08:52 Ryan we got in a minute or two.
08:54 We're going to join Greg but give us a little word right
08:57 now.
08:58 Thanksgiving and family.
08:59 You know Thanksgiving I know a lot of people.
09:02 Especially within our culture when we think of Thanksgiving
09:04 we think of time to get together and eat right.
09:07 And obviously that's a bonus and we praise the Lord for good
09:09 food and all that he's provided for us.
09:11 But I first think of now that I've gotten older and I've
09:13 grown in the Lord.
09:14 My thought is always you know first of all Lord I'm so
09:17 thankful for you.
09:18 For God's goodness.
09:21 Man where would we be without his sacrifice.
09:23 Where would we be without his love his mercy his compassion.
09:28 Each day we wake up and we breathe another fresh breath of
09:30 air.
09:34 him is such a tremendous blessing.
09:36 And of course secondary to that to be with family.
09:40 We live busy lives right.
09:41 We all have work to do and things you know things we're
09:43 accomplishing throughout the year.
09:45 And sometimes Thanksgiving is the only time of year for many
09:47 families that they get to get together and see each other.
09:49 And so that's what I think of the Lord first.
09:52 Thank you Lord.
09:55 things are third to that secondary to that.
09:58 But it's all a blessing and it's a great time of year.
10:01 Absolutely.
10:05 for your love and your prayers and financial support of 3ABN.
10:08 And we pray for you.
10:10 You write us many of you email us and we're happy to join with
10:13 you and we love you.
10:15 So we appreciate it today.
10:18 No matter what's going on around you we're able to look
10:20 up and very soon in the clouds of glory we can look up and say
10:24 low.
10:25 This is our God.
10:26 He's waiting.
10:26 We've waited for him.
10:27 He's come to save us.
10:29 And I think that's such an incredible thing that right now
10:31 gives us peace.
10:32 We can have joy in the midst of a storm.
10:35 Sometimes as Christians we don't get out of the storms but
10:38 God goes with us through the storms and gives us peace.
10:42 So right now what we're going to do is we're going to follow
10:44 Greg as he goes into one of the studios here.
10:48 Amen.
10:50 I just love the music.
10:51 I'm always encouraged by music.
10:53 I'm excited about this tour.
10:54 We've just left Studio B where the music was sung by Mr. Danny
10:58 and the group there.
10:59 And I'm looking forward to this tour.
11:00 We're heading into what we call Studio A.
11:03 Now Studio A would be really familiar to you because that
11:06 would be where 3ABEN today is recorded.
11:08 They're urban.
11:09 3ABEN cooking.
11:11 Even some music happens right here.
11:12 And let's see what crew is here today.
11:14 We're getting ready to actually start a program here so we'll
11:17 have to kind of hurry through here.
11:18 But I see some camera operators.
11:20 Let's see what they're thankful for today.
11:22 I see Diego.
11:23 Diego you're running camera today.
11:24 What are you thankful for?
11:26 Well I'm really thankful for my wife.
11:28 Amen.
11:30 Amen.
11:31 All right.
11:31 We see Jay here.
11:32 Jay you're running camera.
11:33 How are you today?
11:33 And what are you thankful for?
11:35 I'm thankful that God brought me to this ministry 16 months
11:38 ago and for all my friends and associates here.
11:40 Amen.
11:41 Praise the Lord for that.
11:41 Let's head this way.
11:43 Oh I see.
11:43 I think this is Mrs. Walker.
11:44 She's in watching this program.
11:46 Mrs. Walker how are you?
11:47 You're from North Carolina.
11:48 But what are you thankful for this Thanksgiving?
11:50 I'm thankful for 3ABEN.
11:52 Amen.
11:53 Good to see you.
11:54 All right.
11:55 This is the big camera with like a really long arm.
11:58 Let's see Jason.
11:59 How are you doing running this big jib here?
12:01 What are you thankful for?
12:03 A great place to work.
12:05 Amen.
12:05 We appreciate you Jason.
12:07 Let's see.
12:07 Luis is running camera here.
12:08 Appreciate you Luis.
12:11 over.
12:11 Let's see.
12:14 start this program.
12:16 Let's see.
12:16 Here's CJ.
12:17 Hey CJ.
12:19 What are you thankful for today?
12:20 CJ you're running camera.
12:21 What are you thankful for?
12:22 I'm very thankful for a very merciful and patient God that
12:27 brought me here more than four years ago.
12:28 It's great to work here.
12:30 Amen.
12:30 Yeah.
12:32 Let's see who we've got.
12:34 I see Angela and Ian.
12:36 Watch out.
12:37 We've got to duck our heads.
12:37 Wow.
12:38 Look at that Luis.
12:39 We've got to watch our heads here.
12:42 Hey Ian.
12:42 How are you doing Ian?
12:43 How are you doing Greg?
12:44 Hi Angela.
12:45 Great husband and wife.
12:46 So what are you all thankful for this Thanksgiving season?
12:48 I know for me real simply is I'm really thankful for family,
12:51 but not only that, but that we as a family can be a part of
12:54 this ministry.
12:57 running audio right now.
12:59 So this is just, we're just so thankful that God has brought
13:01 us all together here to work for a ministry as a family.
13:04 Amen.
13:05 Yes.
13:09 Wow.
13:11 Very excited.
13:13 Amen.
13:15 Thank you for what you do for the ministry at 3ABN.
13:17 Thank you.
13:17 Let's see.
13:19 Let's say hi to the Jenks.
13:20 You all are from North Carolina.
13:22 But what are you all thankful for this Thanksgiving season?
13:26 What are we thankful for?
13:29 The Lord Jesus Christ.
13:31 Thankful he's on the throne.
13:33 Praise God we're alive because of his grace.
13:36 Amen.
13:37 That's a huge thing.
13:37 And Jason Bradley here is hosting.
13:40 Jason, what are you thankful for this Thanksgiving season?
13:42 Well, I'm thankful for life, health, family, and delicious
13:47 food.
13:49 And just, you know, being able to spend time with the Lord
13:52 freely, freely.
13:54 So I'm thankful for the freedoms that we have.
13:57 Jason, I'm thinking about your baby.
13:58 Yes.
13:59 Oh, man.
14:00 I'm so thankful for my daughter Brooke.
14:02 She's growing up.
14:03 I mean, these kids grow so fast.
14:06 And you know, Greg, she actually said hello the other
14:10 day in a video.
14:11 I've got proof.
14:13 So people don't think I'm...
14:15 It's absolutely amazing.
14:16 Yeah.
14:17 Thank you all.
14:18 All right.
14:19 All right.
14:20 Now the control room is where all this stuff happens.
14:24 I just appreciate Luis here running camera.
14:26 Henry, thank you so much.
14:27 He's running the lights and Curtis here too.
14:29 Okay.
14:32 Now you see the studio.
14:33 That's what we were just finishing up with right now,
14:35 the tour.
14:38 run the audio.
14:42 fly a plane.
14:45 So this is control room A, where we do the Thursday night
14:48 lives.
14:48 This is where it all takes place.
14:50 Comes right out of here.
14:51 All right.
14:52 We're getting ready to start this program.
14:54 So I'll head over here.
14:54 We got to be kind of quick.
14:55 So all right.
14:57 Pam, how are you?
15:02 directing today.
15:05 All right.
15:06 So you want me to hold it?
15:07 No, you're good.
15:09 This year, I'm thankful for my live family and also to be able
15:14 to start a new family this year.
15:16 That's right.
15:19 Yep, exactly.
15:20 Really excited.
15:21 Oh, yeah, we're excited for you, too.
15:22 And we just talked to your mom and, of course, Ian in there.
15:24 And they're all excited about being grandparents.
15:27 That's great.
15:27 Tierra, how are you?
15:29 Doing good.
15:32 Thanksgiving season.
15:33 Oh, there's so many things, but I did just get married this
15:37 year.
15:40 guided us.
15:41 Very thankful.
15:42 Amen.
15:44 Yes.
15:45 Yeah, I have all these computers.
15:47 Keeping it all straight.
15:48 All right.
15:49 Thank you.
15:50 And Jamie, what are you thankful for this Thanksgiving
15:52 season?
15:55 recording all of the cameras and stuff.
15:57 But what are you thankful for?
15:58 I'm thankful for my husband, for my family and how God has
16:02 provided healing.
16:04 He still works miracles today and that he's just provided for
16:07 us throughout this year.
16:09 Amen.
16:09 No, that's great.
16:10 Fantastic.
16:10 I see LaDonna over there.
16:11 She's busy with how you doing, LaDonna?
16:13 You see her over there.
16:14 All right.
16:15 Yep.
16:16 Thank you for all that you do, LaDonna.
16:18 Jorge, how are you?
16:19 You're the production manager here of 3ABN.
16:21 You have a large production crew to take care of.
16:24 And what a great staff that you have.
16:25 What's something you're thankful for?
16:26 That's right.
16:30 Everybody is being a very important part of this
16:35 production operation.
16:38 It's interesting.
16:40 Every morning we have a devotional and everybody
16:44 expresses themselves and thanks to the Lord.
16:47 And this morning we had a very interesting devotional.
16:51 And so the crew behind the scenes gets fed and gives their
16:58 heart to the Lord.
16:59 That's why that's the secret of the success of this amazing
17:03 crew.
17:03 Amen.
17:04 Yeah, the Lord Jesus Christ.
17:05 And we have another crew because we just left Studio B
17:07 where all the music is.
17:09 So at the end of this whole program today we're going to be
17:12 introduced to them as well.
17:13 So there's a huge staff at 3ABN production.
17:15 I believe Darrell, can you come on out?
17:16 He's running audio today.
17:17 How are you doing, Darrell?
17:18 Good, thanks.
17:19 You're running audio today.
17:20 But what are you thankful for this Thanksgiving season?
17:23 I'm thankful for what Lamentations chapter 3, verses
17:26 22 and 23 says that God's mercies and compassion are
17:30 renewed every morning because of his great faithfulness.
17:33 Amen.
17:33 What a great promise.
17:35 Praise the Lord for that.
17:36 Well, I understand.
17:38 Yes, I understand.
17:39 Okay.
17:39 Yep.
17:42 one of you upstairs.
17:43 So let's go to you, Jill, on the second floor here at 3ABN's
17:46 main building.
17:47 Thank you, Greg.
17:48 As you come out of the production hallway, you come up
17:51 the stairs here.
17:54 And the first office you hit is Aunt Francine, who is our
17:58 general manager of Kids Network.
18:00 And so glad to see you.
18:01 I'm so glad to be here in ministry.
18:05 It's people like you that make all the difference and we want
18:07 to thank you for that this Thanksgiving season.
18:10 And I'm thankful for my family and just hearing the stories
18:13 from all of you and how God is reaching in working in your
18:18 lives.
18:19 But on a spiritual level, I want to say thank you for God's
18:23 word always being true.
18:24 And like it says in Psalms 119 verse 160, it says his
18:28 judgments will last forever.
18:30 So I'm so glad that we find grace in Christ.
18:34 And so thank you for what you're doing in your lives.
18:37 And we appreciate you.
18:39 Amen.
18:39 And we love Francine and Jason.
18:41 And we kind of look alike.
18:42 Some people say we're sisters.
18:43 So she's my sister in Jesus.
18:45 And we have Ginger here on the desk.
18:47 Hi, Ginger.
18:47 Happy Thanksgiving.
18:49 No, no, she's kind of tired right now.
18:51 OK, thank you, Aunt Francine.
18:53 So coming around the corner here, we have always we have to
18:57 have places to eat.
18:58 So we have a kitchen and we have places where people can
19:01 eat.
19:06 This is our graphic department.
19:07 This is our website.
19:08 This is everything that takes place.
19:10 Anything going out of 3ABN print wise or website wise
19:13 would all come out of this department.
19:16 Adam Dean is the manager of the department.
19:18 He works remotely, does an amazing job.
19:20 And we have a couple of our team members here.
19:23 Svieta, so grateful to have them each as part of the team.
19:27 Svieta is Jay's wife.
19:29 Jay downstairs in radio.
19:31 And Janelle, I'm so grateful to have you as part of the team,
19:34 too.
19:35 Thank you.
19:35 And what are you grateful for?
19:37 Actually, I wanted to share a Bible verse from Psalm 107,
19:40 verse 2.
19:44 from the hand of the enemy.
19:46 I'm thankful to be redeemed.
19:48 Amen.
19:53 Thank you so much.
19:54 Your husband works in Pastoral.
19:55 Yes, he does.
19:57 So we'll see him in just a moment because we're coming
19:58 down the hall here.
20:00 But thank you for what you bring to the ministry here.
20:02 We love you guys.
20:05 Also in this department, Minsuk works remotely, but he does an
20:07 incredible job with our web and design and all of that on the
20:12 back end of things, because that's so vitally important.
20:15 Here at 3BN.
20:16 And I would be remiss if I did not mention Bobby Davis, who's
20:21 been here for so many years and worn so many hats.
20:26 Currently, he serves as our editor of a world magazine and
20:29 anything that comes out of here that's written.
20:31 Bobby had something to do with it.
20:33 Coming around the corner is another, can I say, longtime
20:36 member of the family, Dee Hildebrand.
20:38 Yes, you can say long term.
20:40 We love Dee as well.
20:42 And Dee, what are you grateful for today?
20:44 You know, I'm so old now that what I'm grateful for mostly is
20:50 because God is still working on me.
20:52 He's still doing a work in me.
20:54 And there's a lot to do in me.
20:56 So that's what I'm really grateful for that he hasn't
20:58 given up on me.
20:59 And this morning when I was doing my Bible study, one of
21:03 the scriptures I led, you know, the world is in such shape now
21:07 and it's changing so fast.
21:09 So I was just really encouraged.
21:11 In 2nd Timothy, it says in 1st, 1st, 2nd Timothy, 1st chapter 7
21:18 says, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power
21:21 and of love and of a sound mind.
21:24 And when you get to be my age, a sound mind is very important.
21:27 I want to tell everybody happy Thanksgiving though.
21:30 Amen.
21:31 Thank you so much.
21:32 Do you appreciate that?
21:33 Praise the Lord.
21:34 He has not given us a spirit of fear.
21:35 And that goes for you at home as well.
21:38 We're going straight across the hall here.
21:40 Thank you so much, Louise.
21:42 You're doing an incredible job.
21:44 This is our media center.
21:45 So this coordinates everything that takes place production
21:48 wise would come through here.
21:50 Here's Ari, one of our editors.
21:52 Yay.
21:52 Happy Thanksgiving.
21:53 And this is Diana who coordinates this entire
21:56 department.
21:57 Happy Thanksgiving.
21:58 What are you grateful for?
22:01 Well, I'm grateful for my family, of course.
22:04 And I'm also thankful for this job.
22:06 I am here to help spread the word.
22:10 And I don't think there's any other joy that you can have
22:14 from doing that.
22:15 So I am very thankful for this job.
22:17 We're very grateful to have you.
22:18 And her husband's actually running the camera that's on
22:21 the other side.
22:21 So yay.
22:22 Part of the family.
22:23 I love that.
22:24 We're coming around the corner here to another integral part
22:27 of our production team.
22:29 This has to do with everything decor.
22:32 This would be the set.
22:33 This is the design.
22:34 This is everything that takes place.
22:36 This is Robbie D and Lenny and Cesar.
22:38 And these ladies are incredible and everything that you see
22:42 would have their hand and their touch on it.
22:45 And Brother Cesar, of course, does our LED design.
22:47 You know, Rodney Laney is involved in that as well.
22:50 He's, of course, one of our senior directors and editors,
22:53 colorists.
22:53 Does incredible job.
22:55 The two of them collaborate with other networks in the
22:59 creation of those LED walls that we use on so many of our
23:02 sets and do an amazing job.
23:04 Tell me what you all are thankful for today.
23:07 Above all things, I'm thankful for health.
23:12 I'm thankful to be able to work in ministry alongside my
23:15 husband.
23:17 And I'm grateful for the creative team.
23:20 We have a lot of fun.
23:22 Thank you, man.
23:23 We love working with you all.
23:24 Thank you so much.
23:25 Happy Thanksgiving.
23:27 Coming around the corner, we leave some of the editing
23:30 behind and we enter our marketing department.
23:33 Now, marketing is so vitally important here at 3ABN because
23:38 we can proclaim the Gospel.
23:39 Production can put all the programs together, but it means
23:43 nothing if people at home don't watch.
23:45 And in order to raise awareness for 3ABN, these ladies do an
23:50 incredible job.
23:52 Jasmine, I'm going to sit down a minute.
23:53 Jasmine is our marketing manager and Christina is her
23:56 assistant.
23:57 And they're amazing here.
23:59 We just love both of you.
24:00 And Jasmine, what are you grateful for?
24:02 I am grateful for Christina.
24:04 She's a wonderful addition to the department and to 3ABN as a
24:08 whole.
24:09 Amen.
24:10 What about you, Christina?
24:11 Oh, I'm grateful for the gift God gave me this year.
24:15 He gave me my 3ABN family, and I could not be happier.
24:19 And of course, for Ricky and for Jasmine, they've been
24:23 wonderful.
24:24 And just everybody's been wonderful.
24:26 So I thank the Lord for the privilege of working here at
24:30 3ABN.
24:31 We are truly family.
24:32 So thank you all so much.
24:35 Speaking of family, as we come across the hall, it's Ricky's
24:38 office.
24:38 That's right.
24:43 Ricky is our social media manager and works through Dare
24:45 to Dream.
24:48 Wow.
24:50 I'm really grateful that I could work here in the ministry
24:53 at 3ABN.
24:53 But you know what else?
24:55 I get to work with my beautiful wife right across the hall.
24:58 So that's just great.
25:00 That's incredible.
25:01 So coming around the corner, this is Hannah.
25:02 She works with French editing.
25:04 And Hannah, what are you grateful for?
25:06 Bonjour.
25:07 Well, I'm grateful for so many things, but I'll keep it short.
25:11 A couple of years ago, I mentioned that I was grateful
25:13 for my fiancé.
25:15 And guess what?
25:16 This year, we got married back in May and I changed
25:18 apartments.
25:22 God gave me.
25:24 So happy Thanksgiving.
25:26 Yay.
25:27 We love that.
25:28 We're coming now to our...
25:31 Oh, before we get to Pastoral, there's so many offices here.
25:34 I forgot a moment.
25:34 We have a couple more editors.
25:36 This is Darius in the back wave.
25:39 Hey, happy Thanksgiving, Darius.
25:41 And Dr. José de Vallee.
25:43 Happy Thanksgiving.
25:45 They both work for editing here and radio and many different
25:49 departments.
25:50 Darius is one of our editors for Parent Network, does an
25:53 incredible job.
25:55 And Dr. José works in our 3ABN Latino.
25:57 Coming down the stairs here is Pastoral Department.
26:01 If production were the heart of this ministry, because
26:03 everything we do is production, Pastoral is the soul.
26:07 Meaning when you call in, these men and women pray for your
26:11 prayer needs and can connect us to the throne of grace.
26:14 This is Daniel Parent, our assistant manager.
26:16 And happy Thanksgiving.
26:17 Tell us what you're grateful for.
26:19 I am thankful that we have more time to share the gospel.
26:23 Amen.
26:24 And what takes place here in this department?
26:26 Well, the Pastoral Department is like a place where we have a
26:29 point of connection with the viewers for talking with you,
26:33 answering Bible questions, literally leading you to the
26:35 Bible, and praying with you.
26:37 Amen.
26:39 Coming around the corner here is Brother Ron Berg.
26:42 And he works as a volunteer answering the prayer lines.
26:45 And what are you grateful for?
26:47 I'm thankful that the Lord always through the Holy Spirit
26:51 gives me the right words to say when answering the calls.
26:55 When people call in.
26:57 Amen.
27:00 He and his wife Donna are incredible.
27:02 And so grateful for Daniel's children, too, who assist with
27:06 the ministry, too.
27:07 It's a whole family.
27:07 And I love that.
27:08 Thank you, Daniel.
27:10 We're coming now to Pastoral Prison Ministry.
27:12 And these ladies and gentlemen do an amazing job.
27:16 This is Iris.
27:17 Iris, happy Thanksgiving.
27:20 And Celestine.
27:21 You would know Celestine because she sings as well.
27:24 Happy Thanksgiving.
27:25 And we're coming over here.
27:27 Jenny, happy Thanksgiving.
27:29 And she sings, too, actually.
27:30 Happy Thanksgiving.
27:32 And Brother Leon, tell us what you're grateful for and what
27:35 happens here.
27:39 appreciative of the many donors that provide Bibles and other
27:43 literature for us to send to inmates all over the country.
27:46 Amen.
27:47 We're very thankful for that.
27:48 And we praise God for it.
27:50 Amen.
27:53 It's an incredible outreach to go behind bars and reach people
27:58 who need it most.
28:01 Coming now around the corner, this is Joe O'Brien.
28:03 He's been here for many years as part of our 3ABN Pastoral
28:07 Department.
28:08 And what are you thankful for?
28:10 Well, I'm thankful for you folks calling 3ABN's Pastoral
28:14 Department so we can pray with you.
28:17 And God bless you with the outpouring of the latter rain,
28:21 the infilling of the Holy Spirit, and have a wonderful
28:24 Thanksgiving.
28:25 Amen.
28:26 We love you and Nancy.
28:27 Nancy, of course, is over in our Planned Giving Department.
28:30 Coming around the corner here, we have several more offices
28:33 because we want to pray for you.
28:35 And when you call in, we can take those requests.
28:38 Coming in here, I'm going to come to Donald first.
28:40 What are you grateful for?
28:41 I am thankful that God is still mending broken people.
28:44 Amen.
28:45 I'm very thankful.
28:46 Amen.
28:46 I am too.
28:49 And this is Dad, my father-in -law, Pastor Daniel.
28:52 What are you grateful for?
28:54 Well, I'm so thankful for being married for 50 years now.
28:57 Thankful for a beautiful wife and then two great kids, Greg
29:00 and Janelle, and then a wonderful daughter-in-law,
29:04 Jill, and a son-in-law, David, and then a little
29:06 granddaughter, Emma, too.
29:07 So thankful.
29:08 That's good.
29:11 We get to listen to you on the phone, get to pray with you.
29:14 What a privilege.
29:15 So thank you for being part of our family.
29:17 Thank you.
29:18 Love you, Dad.
29:20 Coming around the corner here, this is our oldest volunteer at
29:23 3ABN.
29:25 Pastor Claude Turner is 104 years.
29:29 And yes, he still takes your prayer calls.
29:31 So grateful.
29:32 This is Mitch.
29:33 Happy Thanksgiving, Mitch.
29:34 And this is, of course, Pastor Claude's wife Ann.
29:36 So I'll let you share a quick happy Thanksgiving.
29:39 What you're grateful for.
29:42 I'm grateful for a God-fearing husband and a good God-fearing
29:47 wife to go with it.
29:49 Oh, so precious.
29:51 Thank you both so much.
29:53 Last but not least, we're ending in J.D.
29:57 Quinn's office.
29:58 J.D., of course, is our pastoral department manager.
30:02 And his office is right in here.
30:04 J.D.
30:06 world.
30:10 Well, I know what I'm thankful for and that, first of all, is
30:13 a relationship with the Lord and being able to work in a
30:17 full -time ministry to help make a positive difference in
30:20 people's lives.
30:21 And I'm very, very gratified in that I have a precious wife
30:25 that loves me and I love her.
30:28 Well, we're thankful for many of the same things.
30:31 I just praise God for His righteousness, that He saves us
30:34 by grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.
30:38 I praise God for being married to a godly man.
30:42 And I'm so thankful I also have purpose in my life.
30:46 I get to search the Scriptures and share the truth with you.
30:50 We love you all.
30:52 We hope that you have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
30:55 Remember to return Thanksgiving and praise to the Lord.
31:00 Thank you so much.
31:03 to Danny and Yvonne in the studio with music.
31:06 Amen.
31:07 Thank you, Jill.
31:08 This is going to be a fun day, isn't it?
31:09 It is.
31:10 Going through.
31:14 see today and all the different offices, all the parts of 3A
31:18 Bends we put together, maybe people see a little of this and
31:23 they see production, but maybe they don't see all the offices
31:26 and a lot of the different departments.
31:28 So today we're attempting to do that, but we couldn't do it
31:31 without you, so we want to say once again, thanks to you for
31:35 each and every one of you for your love and your prayers and
31:37 financial support.
31:39 So that word thanks is a cue for you three to do something.
31:42 Right?
31:43 That was a good segue.
31:47 Alright.
32:00 Thanks, thanks, I give you thanks for all you've done.
32:13 I am so blessed, my soul is at rest.
32:19 Oh Lord, I give you thanks.
32:26 Thank you, Lord, for the strength you give.
32:29 Simply carry on.
32:32 Through life's toils and tests, the worst and best, you never
32:36 left me alone.
32:39 You're always right beside me, and you hear me when I pray.
32:44 And since I first began, you've been my dearest friend.
32:48 I give you all the praise.
32:53 Thanks, thanks.
32:56 I give you thanks for all you've done.
33:06 I am so blessed.
33:09 My soul is at rest.
33:12 Oh, Lord, I give you thanks.
33:18 I give you thanks for this moment, and I will continually.
33:25 For each day I live, your praise to give, I'm blessed
33:29 abundantly.
33:32 I can't forget that moment when in my life you made such
33:36 change.
33:37 And since you, spirit, came, have not been the same, I just
33:42 want to give you thanks.
33:46 Thanks, thanks.
33:48 I give you thanks for all you've done.
33:59 I am so blessed.
34:02 My soul is at rest.
34:05 Oh, Lord, I give you thanks.
34:09 Let's take it up.
34:11 Thanks, thanks.
34:15 I give you thanks for all
34:23 you've done.
34:25 I am so blessed.
34:27 My soul is at rest.
34:31 Oh, Lord, I give you thanks.
34:37 Oh, Lord, I give you thanks.
34:51 My soul is at rest, and that's really the way it should be
34:55 with each and every one of us.
34:57 Tim, give us a little bit, talk to us for a minute.
35:00 It's always great to be with you, and I think I say that
35:03 every time because I feel that way, because I do love you,
35:07 Danny.
35:08 Back in 2020, no, no, 2000, when I met you and we...
35:13 That's almost 25 years.
35:15 Right?
35:15 Yeah.
35:16 And that's crazy to me.
35:17 You were just a kid, really.
35:18 You were very young.
35:20 Incredible talent, but you were so young.
35:22 But it was a great, I had heard about you, but you were just a,
35:26 like a mythical character as far as I knew.
35:29 I never had met you.
35:30 And so then whenever I came to the Sound Center and had the
35:32 privilege of working with you in a musical situation, and
35:36 then over the years we've developed a wonderful, a
35:40 playful relationship, and I just love that.
35:45 And yet, I can be serious with you, and you've given me great
35:48 advice, and you've been a great friend to me.
35:50 So I'm thankful for you, and I'm thankful for 3ABN, and
35:55 again, just like Jill was going through, all the things that,
35:59 all the wheels that have to be in motion in a ministry like
36:02 this, that is powerful.
36:05 And those people don't get the air time that you and I get,
36:09 and it doesn't make us, or it doesn't make any of our jobs
36:13 more important.
36:14 We absolutely need each other.
36:17 So I'm grateful that God has provided, He's just very
36:21 faithful to us.
36:22 So do you have something you could sing?
36:24 Well, you know what, I actually, there was a song I
36:29 wrote for the children's, the kids' camp sing-along, and
36:34 there was a theme about when Noah was in the ark, and how
36:38 God provided the safety of the ark, but the song is just
36:45 appropriate for all times, because God's provision is
36:49 constant.
36:56 provides, all my needs He will supply.
37:00 Every moment of my life He is faithful.
37:07 If for God I will live, I can count on Him to give every good
37:14 and perfect gift.
37:15 I'm so grateful that God provides.
37:22 And when I think of the ways He has blessed me all my days, I
37:29 can't help but give Him praise.
37:32 I'm so thankful when His guidance I need.
37:38 I can count on Him to lead, cause He knows what's best for
37:44 me.
37:51 all my needs He has supplied.
37:54 Every moment of my life He's been faithful.
38:00 And if for God I will live, I can count on Him to give every
38:08 good and perfect gift.
38:10 Oh, I'm so grateful that God provides.
38:38 Oh, God provides, God provides all my needs He has supplied.
38:45 Every moment of my life He's been so faithful.
38:51 And if for God I will live, I can count on Him to give every
38:59 good and perfect gift.
39:01 Lord, I'm so grateful
39:07 God provides.
39:09 Amen.
39:10 Beautiful.
39:11 And I love you too, by the way.
39:14 You know, Tim, when you think about how God provides,
39:19 everything that we need He will supply.
39:22 Did you write that song?
39:24 It's wonderful, it's wonderful.
39:26 You know, you, our audience, you might be thinking there are
39:31 things in my life that just aren't the way I want them to
39:36 be.
39:41 according to His riches and glory.
39:44 Through Christ Jesus you will have your needs met.
39:48 Just trust Him and know and be thankful.
39:50 Think about the things that He's done for you throughout
39:53 this whole year.
39:55 Think about how you're still here.
39:58 I mean, so many people around us are going to sleep and we're
40:02 still here.
40:03 We praise God for that.
40:05 There's so many things to be thankful for.
40:08 So we want you to think about the way God has blessed you
40:11 this year and know that there's more to come.
40:15 Just hold on to Him.
40:17 And every day, every day you should preach the Gospel to
40:21 yourself.
40:22 You should think about what God has done, what Jesus has done
40:26 and look at how He gave His life for us that we will have.
40:33 We have eternal life right now in Him.
40:38 So hold on, count your blessings and know that Jesus
40:43 has more for you, more for you than you could ever, ever
40:49 expect.
40:50 He's got great gifts for you.
40:52 Amen.
40:54 He's in accounting.
40:56 Amen.
40:58 Again, just love the music.
41:00 And to me, that's just all a part of Thanksgiving is
41:03 spending time with family and being a part and enjoying music
41:06 together as a family.
41:07 I'm just now entering 3ABN's accounting department.
41:10 This is a really busy place.
41:12 And again, we appreciate the funds that you send to 3ABN.
41:16 I'm here with Jason Bergman, our CFO.
41:18 How are you doing, Jason?
41:19 Happy Thanksgiving to you.
41:20 Good Thanksgiving to you as well.
41:22 Thank you.
41:25 department and you've been here now for a number of years now,
41:28 you and your family, it's like the money comes in and the
41:31 money goes right out.
41:33 I wish you would stay in a little bit more, but it's good
41:35 that it goes out for the right purposes.
41:37 And again, Jason, you know, we appreciate our 3ABN family
41:39 because, I mean, they give sacrificially, you know, and I
41:41 know that you take, of course, your position here very
41:44 seriously, you and your staff.
41:45 So talk to us a little bit about accounting and what the
41:47 Lord's done this past year.
41:48 He's been good to us.
41:49 The Lord has been really good to us.
41:51 You know, He's blessed us every time we had needs, and when we
41:55 needed certain things, the Lord blessed us with the funding.
41:58 And thank you for those contributions because it came
42:01 at the right time for the right purposes.
42:03 You know, that's God's time, and I like that you said that,
42:05 Jason.
42:08 Yeah, so this is Thanksgiving Day, so what's something that's
42:11 on your heart that you're thankful for, Jason?
42:12 Well, thank you for asking.
42:13 You know, there's so many things to be thankful for.
42:16 You know, I think of my wife and my daughter.
42:18 I think of my extended family, and I think of the 3ABN family,
42:23 working with a great administrative team like
42:26 yourself and Jill and Danny.
42:30 You know, it's just, there's lots of joy, but something that
42:34 really speaks to my heart is the joy of forgiveness.
42:38 And when you think of what Jesus has done for us and
42:41 forgave our sins, you know, if you read in Psalms 23, it
42:46 really talks about the joy of forgiveness.
42:48 And when you think of that, you know, you have peace.
42:52 You have freedom.
42:54 And that's really, in this time of life that we live in, having
42:58 freedom and knowing that Jesus forgave our sins and accepting
43:01 that, that He forgave us, is super powerful.
43:04 But I think reciprocating that and forgiving others also gives
43:08 them freedom.
43:09 And I think in a time that we're living now, it's, you
43:12 know, that is a great attribute.
43:14 It gives joy to my heart that Jesus forgave me.
43:17 And we can forgive others as well.
43:19 You know, that's excellent, Jason.
43:20 I like that because sometimes when we don't forgive, that can
43:22 hinder us, you know, in what we can do for the Lord.
43:25 Again, I appreciate you, Jason.
43:26 It's a privilege and really fun to actually work with you,
43:29 Jason.
43:32 And I appreciate your team as well.
43:34 But thank you, Jason.
43:35 Happy Thanksgiving.
43:35 Happy Thanksgiving.
43:37 All right.
43:40 here, another hardworking team.
43:41 So, all right, let's see here.
43:43 Got a great team.
43:44 Thank you, Luis.
43:44 He's walking backwards.
43:46 And I got Ben over here on audio.
43:47 And thank you, Curtis.
43:48 We'll go over here.
43:49 Let's see who we got out here.
43:50 We've got Valera, it looks like.
43:52 Valera, how are you?
43:58 that you're thankful for this time of year, especially
44:00 Thanksgiving Day.
44:01 Well, I'm very thankful for my family and especially my two
44:04 grandchildren.
44:10 brand new baby granddaughter.
44:12 You know, I tell you, family is a real blessing.
44:14 I'm looking right now at your screens here.
44:16 I just love it.
44:16 That's some of your family right there.
44:18 So praise the Lord for family.
44:19 Thank you, Valera.
44:22 Thank you so much.
44:23 All right.
44:24 Let's go around the corner here.
44:25 And let's see.
44:26 We got, oh, I see Lisa.
44:28 She's busy right now.
44:30 Happy Thanksgiving.
44:31 She's on the phones.
44:31 I see Lisa over there.
44:32 OK, I see Fotini.
44:34 Hi, Fotini.
44:35 Happy Thanksgiving.
44:36 Happy Thanksgiving.
44:37 What's something that you're thankful for?
44:39 I am exceptionally thankful and grateful for the prayers of our
44:43 viewership.
44:47 people around the world are praying for you.
44:51 So thank you very much.
44:52 You know, one of the things that you do here at 3ABN,
44:54 again, we mentioned about all the different hats that we wear
44:55 here at 3ABN.
44:57 One is you receive a lot of those letters and donations
44:58 that come in so you get to see those notes from our 3ABN
45:01 family.
45:03 letters.
45:04 They're encouraging.
45:04 Yes, they are.
45:05 Thank you very much.
45:06 Happy Thanksgiving to you, Fotini.
45:08 All right.
45:08 Around the corner, I see David over here.
45:11 Hi, David.
45:14 Happy Thanksgiving.
45:15 That's right.
45:16 David, we appreciate you.
45:17 We've been working together with David for...
45:19 I've been here about 25 years.
45:21 So with David, it's been fun working with him through all
45:23 these years.
45:24 And again, Jason just has a great team here in the
45:26 accounting department.
45:27 I see...
45:27 Yeah, Kelly's here.
45:28 Hi, Kelly.
45:29 Happy Thanksgiving.
45:30 Happy Thanksgiving, Greg.
45:31 So tell us something that you're thankful for on this
45:34 special day.
45:35 I'm thankful for family and friends and especially our 3ABN
45:39 family and viewers.
45:41 Amen.
45:44 able to spend some time with the family of our 3ABN families
45:46 that come in for camp meeting because you and Dee Hilderbrand
45:48 are kind of part of the information center.
45:50 So that's fun to meet everybody.
45:51 Yeah, it's a lot of fun to drive around on the golf carts
45:53 and pick them up and yeah, get to know them.
45:56 Amen.
45:57 Yeah.
45:59 So what we're going to do right now is I believe that Jill is
46:02 at the 3ABN donation center.
46:05 Yes, she is.
46:06 So let's go there right now.
46:08 Thank you, Greg and Jason and our accounting team.
46:11 I'm standing here in our donation center.
46:14 This is where we take your items and we sell them and the
46:18 proceeds go in to support the Lord's work.
46:20 So you can see there's all kinds of items that you, our
46:22 viewers at home, have already donated and these are for sale.
46:27 We can see china.
46:28 We can see silver.
46:29 We can see silverware.
46:31 We have all kinds.
46:32 There's cups.
46:33 There's vases or vase.
46:34 I'm not sure how you pronounce that.
46:36 And over here is Miss Addie.
46:38 She is our donation center manager.
46:41 Bruce and Tammy have been in this department for years and
46:43 now she's recently taken over the reins with the leadership.
46:46 And Happy Thanksgiving, Addie.
46:48 Happy Thanksgiving, Miss Jill.
46:50 Tell me something you're grateful for.
46:53 Well, I am grateful for my heavenly father, his love, his
46:57 mercy, his grace and forgiveness.
46:59 And he also blessed me with a wonderful family.
47:02 My loving husband, my sweet daughter, a very supportive
47:06 mother -in-law, and also a wonderful family in the
47:08 Philippines and United Kingdom.
47:10 That's what I'm thankful for.
47:12 And we're so grateful you're part of the 3ABN family.
47:15 So tell us what happens in the donation center here.
47:19 Well, here we receive the donation, but first it goes to
47:22 the call center for inventory.
47:25 Then they will transfer it over here.
47:27 And then I try to carefully examine each item and assess
47:31 the value of each item.
47:34 And then we sell it on eBay.
47:36 That's wonderful.
47:37 Thank you so much on all those proceeds.
47:39 100% go in to support evangelism here at 3ABN.
47:43 Thank you for what you do for the ministry and the cause of
47:45 God.
47:49 program.
47:50 Thank you, Jill.
47:51 This takes me back a long ways.
47:53 I remember years ago when we first started the donation
47:56 center that I told people, you know, because Fonda Summers had
48:01 said to me the lady that donated the first two acres,
48:04 she said, you know, the Lord said to her, she said, I'd like
48:06 to help those guys, but I don't have any money, I don't have
48:09 anything.
48:13 your hand?
48:13 Like He did to Moses.
48:15 So she said, well, I do have a couple acres of property.
48:19 It's on the back end of, you know, my property, but if it
48:22 would work, well, it turned out, of course, working.
48:24 It was the uplink, and we don't have time to go on all that
48:27 story.
48:28 But it reminded me, so we started donations.
48:30 People would say, you know, I have things I'd like to donate.
48:33 So we'd say, well, some people's junk is another
48:35 person's treasure, right?
48:37 So I remember that we got, I don't know, it's 20-some years
48:40 ago, we got a little electric toaster, and this thing was one
48:45 of the first toasters ever electric, and it was early
48:48 1900s, like when most people didn't even have it, at least
48:51 in my family's world, we didn't have electricity.
48:55 And she said, you know, this was, I think, like my mother's,
48:59 and, you know, this lady was 80s or 90s now, this was my
49:03 mother's, and I didn't know what to do with it.
49:06 It's not, you know, I don't use it, of course, anymore.
49:09 I thought about just throwing it away, and she said, I heard
49:13 your program, and I decided, well, you know what, I'll just
49:16 give it to them, and if it's not worth anything, they can
49:19 just throw it away.
49:20 And when we ended up putting it up, I guess, on eBay, people
49:24 wanted it, they were betting on it all over, and it brought
49:26 quite a bit of money, because it was something old, and yet
49:29 she was literally thinking about throwing it away.
49:32 So the donations, which you have, maybe you say, well,
49:35 that's, I'm going to throw it away, or I, you know, you can
49:38 always contact us here at the Donation Center, and tell us
49:42 what you got, and it can be such a blessing.
49:44 Yes, that's a great idea, really, and we've seen over the
49:47 years, just, again, what you said, some people's trash is
49:51 other people's treasure, so you never know how valuable
49:54 something could be.
49:58 what you have.
49:59 It's a blessing.
50:00 All righty.
50:01 Well, let's do another song.
50:03 Okay, we can do that.
50:10 While the world looks upon me As I struggle along They say I
50:20 have nothing But they are so wrong For in my heart I'm
50:30 rejoicing Oh, how I wish they could see Thank you, Lord For
50:41 your blessings on me There's a roof up above me I've a good
50:54 place to sleep There's food on my table And shoes on my feet
51:07 You gave me your love, Lord, and a fine family.
51:18 Thank you, Lord, for your blessings on me.
51:25 Nice song, isn't it?
51:27 Yeah, it sounds great, too.
51:32 Now I know that I'm not wealthy, and these clothes,
51:40 they're not new.
51:43 I don't have much money, but, Lord, I do, and to me that's
51:54 all that matters, though this world may not agree.
52:01 But thank you, Lord, for your many blessings on me.
52:13 There's a roof up above me.
52:18 I've a good place to sleep.
52:23 There's food on my table and shoes on my feet.
52:32 You gave me your love, Lord, and a fine family.
52:43 Thank you, Lord, for your blessings on me.
52:50 Tag it.
52:54 Thank you, Lord, for your blessings on me.
53:09 All right, speak a blessing, Ryan.
53:10 Speak a blessing.
53:12 Man, you know, the song I'm about to sing is a song I used
53:17 to sing with my family.
53:20 Everywhere we would go and we would travel, this was a part
53:22 of the Day Family concert, and it just became a very, it was a
53:26 simple song, still is a simple song, but a powerful message,
53:29 and it reminds us that, you know, we may be dealing with
53:32 stuff in our life.
53:33 We may have that mountain to climb, you know, those valleys
53:36 we find ourselves in, the trials, the troubles, those
53:39 cloudy days, but, you know, at the end of it all, we really
53:43 think it through.
53:44 We just simply can't complain because God is so good to us.
53:47 So that's the message of the song.
53:49 Listen to it.
53:54 Oh, I have bad days And I have hills to climb Then I have sad
54:08 days And then a weary mind Yet wept
54:22 And I think these things all out All of the good things
54:32 outweigh the bad things, I can't complain.
54:39 And here's why.
54:40 God is so good to me, he is so good to me, more than this
54:56 world could be.
54:59 He's so good to me, his spirit came to me and gave me victory.
55:16 God is so good to me, that I can't complain.
55:31 Well, sometimes the clouds hang low, and I'd like to see them
55:41 go.
55:43 And I ask the question, Lord, why so much pain?
55:55 Oh, but he knows what's best for me, although I cannot see.
56:07 I just say thank you, Lord, because I can't complain.
56:19 God is so good to me, he is so good to me, more than this
56:34 world could be.
56:37 He's so good to me, his spirit came to me and gave me victory.
56:56 My God is so good to me, I can't complain.
57:11 Our God is so good to us, that we can't complain.
57:28 Thank you, Jesus.
57:33 Wow, thank you, that is absolutely...
57:37 Yvonne is over here crying like little babies.
57:40 We're over here, but that's anointing the Holy Spirit.
57:43 Well, I can't believe this hour is just about gone.
57:47 So, don't go away though, we're going to be back in just a moment.
