00:01 Have you ever wondered
00:02 exactly how to prepare healthy food 00:04 that actually tastes good? 00:05 Well, stay tuned while Evito Tezeno 00:07 and yours truly Nyse Collins 00:09 show you just how to do it 00:10 and give you something better, a taste of paradise. 00:30 Welcome to "A Taste of Paradise." 00:32 My name is Evita Tezeno. 00:35 And don't we all love crackers 00:38 and chips and things like that? 00:40 Well, today we're going to make 00:42 a wonderful crunchy flaxseed cracker. 00:46 And I have a special lady accompanying me 00:50 in the studio today. 00:52 Angie, come here. 00:54 Hello, Eveta, thanks for having me today. 00:58 Thank you. 00:59 Thank you for coming. 01:01 I am so honored to be a part of this 01:02 and I tasted some of her foods 01:04 and it is absolutely delicious. 01:06 Well, thank you so much, 01:08 I love live living food. 01:11 And what are we making today? 01:13 We're making flaxseed crackers, 01:15 that's loaded with all kind of good 01:18 and wonderful flavors. 01:21 Oh, I think I tasted this, was it yesterday or today? 01:24 Yeah. 01:25 It was absolutely delicious 01:26 and I am honor to be a part of this. 01:28 So, where do we start, what do you have here? 01:30 No ingredients. 01:31 Okay, the ingredients are: 02:02 Our base of our cracker is flaxseed. 02:05 Now, flaxseed is really good for your heart 02:08 and many other things. 02:09 Your skin, your hair... 02:11 That's why your skin is so beautiful. 02:13 Thank you. 02:15 Your hair too. 02:17 Thank you. Yes. 02:18 Well, and most people, they buy the flaxseed meal, 02:22 that's already grinded up, and that's not good. 02:25 Because flaxseed is high in oil 02:28 and it seems to go rancid very quickly. 02:30 So you want to make sure you buy your flaxseeds 02:33 in the seed form. 02:35 And then grind them up yourself. 02:36 Oh, so this is the seed form? 02:39 This is the seed form. Okay. 02:40 This is, we're using golden and brown flax. 02:44 Oh, I see, I didn't know they're two different types. 02:46 Yeah, there's two different variations. 02:47 Okay. 02:48 And the golden has more nutritional value 02:50 than the brown. 02:52 Really? 02:53 But, so I am using a combination 02:54 of both of them today. 02:56 Okay. Let's do it. 02:57 All right. 02:59 Now what is this you have here? 03:00 This is a Cuisinart food processor. 03:03 It's a food processor. 03:04 It's a food processor. 03:06 Okay. Yeah, and it's a workhorse. 03:09 Can you use a blender? 03:10 No, it has to be a food processor, 03:12 because you want to just chop it up. 03:14 You don't want to blend it. 03:16 You want to retain the vegetables. 03:19 Yes. I see. 03:20 The colors. 03:22 Yeah, yeah. Yeah, okay. 03:23 And what you do, 03:24 you start off by using all of the, 03:27 putting the vegetables in first. 03:28 Oh, okay. 03:30 'Cause you want to... 03:31 Tomatoes in them. Yeah, and the bell peppers. 03:33 And what is this here? 03:34 Cilantro. Fresh cilantro. 03:36 Fresh cilantro. I love cilantro. 03:40 Oh, yes. Yes. 03:42 I love that smell. 03:43 When I eat Spanish food, there's a lot of, 03:45 we use cilantro in it. 03:47 Yes, I love cilantro. Oh, yes. 03:49 And we have our onion. 03:51 All right. 03:52 And of course, 03:53 no recipe is not complete without fresh garlic. 03:56 Oh, that's right. 03:58 And what is this that you use in? 04:00 This is a garlic press. That's right. 04:02 It makes life so much easier. 04:03 Yes. 04:04 You just press the garlic. 04:07 It comes right out. 04:10 Okay, that's really nice. 04:11 It's really... 04:13 You put one clove? 04:14 Just one clove of garlic, that's it. 04:16 All right. 04:17 And then you want to pulse it. 04:21 Oh, okay so that's pulse? 04:23 Yes. Little at a time. 04:24 You just want to pulse it a little bit at a time. 04:26 You just want to, just barely chop up the vegetables. 04:27 Yes. 04:29 And you want to just make sure 04:30 that you collect 04:32 all of the vegetables from sides. 04:33 Okay, 04:35 And then basically now you're adding your oil. 04:39 Oh, what kind of oil is that again? 04:41 Olive oil. Very good. 04:42 Extra virgin olive oil. 04:43 Extra virgin. Yes. 04:45 Now is that the best to get usually? 04:46 That's the best. That's the best. 04:47 I always want to know. 04:49 As that we're not heating it... 04:50 It's good for your heart. 04:52 It's really good for your heart. 04:54 So when you heat it, it's not good. 04:55 Even olive oil at high heats like fry or extra fry, 04:59 it's still really not good for your heart. 05:01 So just doing it in its natural state... 05:04 It's really good for you. 05:06 Okay. 05:07 And this is mineral sea salt. 05:09 If you notice, it's not... 05:10 Mineral? 05:11 Yeah, it's got a color. Little specs of colors. 05:13 Yeah. Yeah. 05:14 And it's not white. No. 05:16 So it still has, it has all its minerals. 05:18 If you buy table salt or just regular general salt, 05:21 it has been bleached. 05:23 And the minerals have been striped. 05:25 Now I buy sea salt... 05:26 Yeah. 05:28 But I haven't seen sea salt like this. 05:29 Yes, this has more flavor in it. 05:32 Oh, where do you find that? 05:35 At the health stores, yeah. 05:37 Okay. 05:39 Yeah, 05:40 and you could order it online as well. 05:43 And what it is called? 05:44 Mineral salt? Mineral sea salt. 05:45 Mineral sea. Make sure it's sea salt. 05:47 Mineral sea salt. Okay. 05:49 And we're gonna put in our nutritional yeast. 05:52 I love my nutritional yeast. 05:53 High in B vitamins. 05:56 High in B vitamins. 05:57 Put it on pop corn. 05:59 Yes, it's yummy on pop corns. 06:01 Yes, so here we go. 06:03 And we pulse this some more. 06:05 Oh, you pulse it again. 06:06 And then the last but not the least, 06:08 we add in all our seeds. 06:15 Oh, my. 06:16 Oh, it smells good. 06:19 And then this is really tough. 06:22 Oh, you're mixing. 06:29 You see, it's like a batter. 06:31 Oh, it's moist. 06:33 Yeah, like a cake batter. 06:34 It's moist, it's like a cake batter. 06:35 Oh, yeah. 06:37 Oh, that's. 06:39 Yes, 06:42 and we just want to make sure 06:43 that we have all of the ingredients integrate it. 06:46 Yes. 06:50 And it's ready. 06:52 And we are using today to kind of, 06:55 we want to say cook this using the dehydrator. 06:58 Oh, now what is the dehydrator? 07:00 I have never used one. 07:02 Yes, what the dehydrator does, 07:04 it draws the moisture out of food. 07:06 Moisture, yes. 07:08 And you can make a crunchy cracker 07:11 with a dehydrator. 07:13 So, it is a low-level heat. 07:17 Like about a 100, it goes up to 155. 07:21 But in living foods, 07:22 you don't want to do anything above 110 degrees. 07:25 Oh, I see. 07:26 So it retains all its nutritional value. 07:28 Oh. Yeah. 07:30 Very good. 07:31 So we're gonna get a sheet. 07:33 Okay. A tray. 07:35 This is a dehydrator? Yes, this is the dehydrator. 07:36 Yes. 07:38 And we gonna get a tray. 07:40 Yes, okay 07:43 and that's with the tray we'll put the... 07:45 You're gonna put, yes. 07:46 The mixture she just made on here. 07:48 I am sorry. Here we go. 07:49 Oh, you know what? 07:51 I forgot the water. Water. 07:52 Oh my, we need that, don't we? 07:55 One of the key ingredients. 07:57 The water. 08:00 I was wondering why this is little dry. 08:09 Now, it's ready. 08:10 Now it's ready. Yeah. 08:12 And see it's... 08:13 Oh my, does look like a cake batter. 08:15 Exactly, 08:16 and what happens is the 08:17 flaxseed has a gelatinous quality. 08:19 And so that's why it got, 08:21 you see it stick together like egg in it or something. 08:24 Yeah. Yes, yes. 08:26 There is no eggs. 08:27 Is no eggs in it, 08:29 and if you're cooking food 08:33 and you want to cook it without any eggs, 08:36 you can use flaxseed as a binder. 08:39 Really? 08:40 Flaxseed will bind. 08:42 It's like an egg substitute. 08:43 That's something to remember. 08:45 Yes. Okay. 08:46 So you want to make sure you remove the blade 08:51 so you won't cut yourself. 08:52 Yes, yes, very good. 08:56 And we want to spoon this out into the tray. 09:01 Now, is this is a special paper? 09:02 Yes, this is called a Teflex sheet. 09:05 And it's a sheet that 09:10 so, it won't stick. 09:11 It has a coating on it and won't stick. 09:13 Now you can use parchment paper. 09:15 Yes. 09:16 If you don't have this, and it works about the same. 09:19 Oh, really? 09:20 Yeah, it works about the same. 09:22 Parchment paper. Yeah. 09:25 You don't want to use wax paper 09:27 because wax paper can't take heat. 09:29 And even though it's not high heat... 09:31 Right. 09:32 But it still might have subject to burn. 09:34 Okay. 09:35 Yeah, so you don't want to use wax paper. 09:37 So you're just spreading. It melts. 09:39 I don't know if the wax paper will melt in there, 09:41 but they advise you not to use wax paper. 09:43 Yeah. 09:45 Yes, it is little stronger than wax. 09:46 Yeah. Yeah. 09:49 And you want to spread this out. 09:50 Yes. 09:54 Okay. 09:55 And because of the miracle of television, 09:57 I have one that I did already. 09:58 All right, let's see that. 10:01 Yeah, this is gonna be really nice, 10:04 it smells good, 10:05 it's gonna taste good, 'cause I tasted it earlier. 10:08 This is one that has been dehydrated overnight. 10:12 Oh. 10:13 And it is... 10:16 You dehydrated overnight? 10:17 Yes, you dehydrate it overnight 10:19 and what you want to do is, 10:21 when you want to turn it... 10:24 Look at that. 10:26 You turn it and it just come right off. 10:27 Peels off. Yes. 10:28 So simple. 10:30 And you want to dehydrate this more 10:31 until it gets crunch. 10:32 I see. 10:34 So, you want to flip it. 10:35 And you want to dehydrate it some more. 10:37 And then... 10:38 Okay. 10:39 After it's been dehydrating for 12 hours. 10:41 For 12 hours, okay. 10:43 Look what you got. 10:44 Oh, look at this. 10:46 A miracle of television. 10:49 You want to try one? 10:50 Yes, I do, let's see. 10:53 Smells good. 10:54 Let's see how it taste? 11:04 I wish you were tasting this with me. 11:07 This is absolutely delicious. 11:08 There is no cracker out there 11:10 that could taste as good as this 11:12 or in the market and this is homemade. 11:15 Home made, and it's raw 11:19 And raw. And raw. 11:21 Oh my. 11:24 Folks, you gotta call in for this recipe. 11:27 This is really good. 11:29 Well, Angie, thank you so much 11:30 for joining me today. 11:31 That's my pleasure. 11:33 God has given you a gift, hasn't he? 11:34 Yes, and it's unbelievable 11:37 how many doors that he has opened up. 11:38 Oh, my. 11:40 And you've been doing this for a while, haven't you? 11:41 Yes, about three years. 11:42 About three years? Yes. 11:44 My, 11:45 and you have a cookbook coming out, don't you? 11:46 I do, the cookbook should be out 11:48 in about maybe three, four months. 11:51 I'm looking forward to this cookbook. 11:53 Now, is it all raw ingredients? 11:55 Yeah, most of them is all raw, 11:57 like nutritional yeast is not raw... 11:59 Right, right. 12:00 And, maple syrup is not raw. Yes. 12:02 So those little ingredients are not raw, 12:05 but everything else is gonna be fresh and fabulous. 12:07 Oh, wow, well... 12:10 Thank you for coming. 12:11 It's my pleasure and God bless you... 12:13 Thank you so much. 12:15 As you minister through God's blessing upon your life 12:17 through on the ministry of love the gift of cooking. 12:21 Yes, 12:22 and this has been Evita Tezeno 12:24 and remember to live life fresh. 12:36 For ladies only. 12:38 What? 12:39 I think I may be in a wrong place today. 12:41 We have a special, 12:42 special presentation for ladies, 12:45 for ladies only. 12:47 Men don't worry, 12:48 you can think hangout here little bit 12:50 and listen a little bit because of course, 12:52 ultimately I am sure there's a lady in your life 12:55 and so today we have a special guest, 12:58 one of our consultants at SanareLife. 13:00 We have Monique Brown, 13:01 Monique how is it going? It's going well. 13:03 Nyse, how is it going? 13:05 Man, it's fantastic, 13:06 good to finally have you here, 13:07 we may cooking up a storm and sharing and teaching 13:10 and now to ladies by popular demand they said, 13:13 "Do something specially for us." 13:15 And so, you know, 13:16 I can't really do something especially for them. 13:18 So I figured, hey, 13:19 what better than to talk to a lady, 13:22 a lady talking to a lady. 13:24 So, what's there's for ladies only, 13:25 should I step out or something, 13:26 what's going on? 13:28 Not quite, Nyse, not quite. 13:29 I'm gonna take an educated guessing, 13:31 and I might be wrong but do you have mother per se. 13:36 Yeah, that's probably why I am here. 13:37 Yeah, and I've been watching the shows, 13:39 you're talking about you grew up 13:40 with your brothers and sisters. 13:42 So you do have a sister? 13:43 Yes, yes, I do, she is a handful though, 13:46 she is a older sister, so anytime I act up, you know, 13:48 she is kind a like gave it. 13:50 Especially, she grew up with us. 13:52 It was four guys in our home and then my one sister. 13:55 So, yeah my mom, my sister, 13:56 aunty, we call her a tanty, 13:59 and, you know, of course, it's quite a few, 14:00 and then you know sisters in church as well. 14:03 But, why for ladies only? 14:05 Why we're focusing only on this here? 14:07 Because we want to focus on the issues 14:09 that are affecting the women today, 14:10 but we want to show them 14:12 how they can use foods right in their own kitchen. 14:14 Foods that are healthy 14:15 and taste good to help with these conditions. 14:17 I think that's powerful 14:19 because sometimes we work, you know, 14:21 ladies are dealing with specific situation 14:24 and elements of that nature. 14:25 And they want to know, 14:26 "Okay what do I need to do for this? 14:28 What I need to do for that?" 14:29 And it's not only what you need to do, 14:31 sometimes we have got to watch out other things 14:33 that we are actually doing. 14:34 So, real quick, if you don't mind me say, Mo, 14:37 you are consultant with SanareLife Consultant, 14:40 that's the company that we work together quite a big. 14:42 You have some history, 14:44 you've done quite a few presentations for ladies only. 14:46 Tell me is there a story or situation 14:49 that had happened that you worked with in the past 14:51 where a lady may have been dealing, 14:52 what are some of the situations there 14:54 that you have experienced? 14:55 Well, actually I did have an opportunity 14:58 to meet with a lady there in the block. 14:59 I'm from New York, as you know, 15:01 and she was having some issues, 15:02 she went to her doctor, 15:04 and I know we're in the kitchen, 15:05 but we have to be honest here. 15:06 She was having some issues with bleeding. 15:08 She didn't know what was going on, 15:09 she went to her doctor, 15:11 didn't know what to do. 15:12 Sat down with her and we sat down, 15:14 we had a consultation, 15:15 we showed her the simple principles of health 15:17 that God has given us. 15:19 She implants it all of things we shared 15:21 and about two months, 15:23 I called her up to do a check up 15:24 'cause you have to follow up with the people you meet with. 15:26 Yes, yes. 15:28 And in that short time 15:29 she balanced 11 blessings 15:31 and I am sure we know what those blessings are, 15:33 you explained it here on the show before. 15:34 And her bleeding stopped. 15:37 Look at that. 15:38 So she implemented some of the simple items. 15:40 She had a little problem with, you know, 15:42 the bleeding maybe endometriosis 15:43 or something of that nature. 15:44 She implemented it she balanced 12, 15:47 12 blessings did you say? 15:48 11 blessings... 11 blessings is it like, 15:49 she lost like 12 pounds, you know, 15:51 what I am talking about. 15:53 And just by following some of the simple tips. 15:54 What are some of the other issues 15:56 that women are dealing with? 15:57 That's 'cause this is for ladies only. 15:58 What are some of the issues 16:00 that you've seen and you worked with? 16:01 So, endometriosis is one, what else, fibroids? 16:05 Well, definitely, 16:06 fibroids is another issue that women face today. 16:08 And also we have to talk about the monthlies, you know. 16:12 Oh, that's it guys, 16:14 I think I need to step out of the kitchen. 16:16 No, you can stay to. 16:17 The menses? 16:18 Yes, I am talking about that time of the month 16:20 where things kind of go crazy. 16:22 You know, Nyse I was little girl 16:24 before you were born. 16:25 Watch it now. 16:26 And I used to watch the show called The Incredible Hulk. 16:28 And when somebody will get him upset 16:30 and angry he'll be like go somewhere 16:31 and he'll like more turns like a green monster. 16:33 And sometimes it kind of feels like that with the ladies. 16:36 Sometimes we just aches and the pains 16:39 and we just start crying for no reason. 16:41 We just want to start, 16:42 we say some things to people and after we say we're like, 16:45 "Did that just come out of my mouth?" 16:48 So what we do, Nyse, is that we have menses, 16:50 and we want to show 16:52 what they can do at home to help with that. 16:53 Okay. 16:54 And we also have the tropical storms. 16:57 You call the tropical storm and, you know, 17:00 that Incredible Hulk thing is actually true. 17:02 My family members, don't get me in trouble, 17:04 don't tell my mom about it, 17:05 I was always wonder 17:07 why my sister was always upset every other month, 17:09 I was like what's up with this, where's the guy. 17:11 Let me get him for you. 17:13 And now I am starting to realize, 17:15 you know, of course, 17:16 there was more to the situation and in the tropical, 17:18 tropical moments, you know, 17:20 this is where my mom, 17:22 one day she is happy 17:23 and then in the next day she is, 17:24 she is hot, 17:26 and next day she is cold I am like, 17:27 "What's going on here, the temperature is the same." 17:29 You know, they call it menopause, 17:31 we call it tropical moments. 17:33 You know, one day you're hot, one day you're cold. 17:35 So, this actually some things 17:36 that they can do for this of course? 17:38 Yes, there are things that we can do for this things 17:41 that we can eat right there 17:42 at home to help with these conditions. 17:44 Well, what would be the some of the items 17:45 that you suggest, 17:47 dealing with the ladies that are helpful. 17:48 I mean, we have a couple, 17:50 there's a million things I am sure. 17:51 But let's just look at two items, 17:52 what is one that they can use at home. 17:54 The first one that I want to speak on today, 17:56 we have it right here, this is our flaxseed, 18:00 also know as linseed. 18:01 Linseed, flaxseed, yes. 18:03 What we have here, this one is already grounded. 18:04 Right some powder form you did it before. 18:06 But when we go to the supermarket, 18:08 we want to get it as a seed. 18:11 As a seed. Right? 18:12 Okay, simple as that. 18:13 Take the extra time when we go home, 18:15 just grind it up in the blender, 18:16 it takes about one or two minutes. 18:18 How is the flaxseed or linseed good for a woman? 18:20 Of course, we have to watch out the things 18:21 that maybe causing a problem. 18:23 So you know, the coffee, 18:24 or the chocolates or the things that, 18:25 that have extra, you know, 18:27 the hormones we will say, you know, 18:29 for maybe milk or cheese or other items that will 18:32 'cause that hormonal situation to go like that. 18:34 But how will this help also? 18:36 Well, for the women who have the menses, 18:38 the monthlies, 18:39 what the flaxseed will do, it has fiber. 18:41 It has the soluble and insoluble fiber. 18:44 So what it will do it helps with the constipation. 18:47 Now some times 18:48 when people don't like talking about, 18:49 but it's real. 18:51 And so when we ease the constipation, 18:52 or easing the conjunction 18:54 that happens there in the abdomen. 18:55 Right, right, okay. 18:57 And it helps to relieve the cramps. 18:58 Okay, this is crucial, 19:00 so we have that to relieve that, 19:02 I also heard that it helps with inflammation, 19:05 so it hinders that as well. 19:07 And then also you set a balance, 19:09 I remember we were talking before. 19:10 Balance in the hormones as well. 19:12 So, man you all better get yourself some linseeds, 19:15 some flaxseed however temperate in all things. 19:18 I remember one lady, 19:19 she found out it was good for constipation. 19:21 She used two tablespoons in the morning, 19:23 two tablespoon in afternoon, 19:25 two tablespoons in the evening. 19:26 Then she call me up a week later, 19:28 you know what she says, 19:29 "Man Nyse, you have anything for diarrhea?" 19:32 I said, "Well just stop using the flaxseed." 19:34 Too much is no good. 19:36 So it helps keep things moving 19:37 but just a little bit, just a little bit. 19:39 But we're in the kitchen, I'm trying to eat here, 19:40 I am talking about constipation, 19:42 diarrhea and stuff like that. 19:43 You have an actually a special recipe for us today. 19:46 And it's one of my favorites, I like it the other way, 19:49 but this is a new way that I definitely will enjoy. 19:52 Well, what's our recipe? 19:53 We're gonna make some what? 19:55 We're gonna make some tofu cheese cake. 19:57 Tofu cheese cake, 19:58 but wait a second everybody is like tofu is bad. 20:01 It causes this, it causes that 20:02 or whatever but actually 20:04 tofu is actually helpful for us. 20:05 Tofu is helpful for us, 20:07 it has something called phytoestrogens. 20:09 But wait a second, 20:11 we're trying to get away from the estrogen. 20:12 No, no, no... 20:14 And now we're adding estrogens, you see because estrogens, 20:16 what I know estrogen you know, 20:17 when the simple cycle, in the female cycle 20:19 it comes in and it start, you know, 20:22 you add on extra little blessings 20:23 for that couple of moments 20:24 and then in last 14 days it goes down. 20:26 And progesterone kicks in and then, 20:27 what we trying to get away from estrogen, 20:29 why we're gonna use something that has estrogen? 20:31 Well, we have to remember it's not a steroid. 20:35 It's not a hormone that's found in the human body. 20:38 But, you know, what's funny, Nyse? 20:39 Is that tofu, 20:40 soy products are not the only things 20:42 that have phytoestrogens. 20:43 What else? We have broccoli. 20:45 Broccoli, so we got to stop eating broccoli. 20:47 No. 20:48 Apples, we got to stop eating it 20:49 'cause they'll have phytoestrogens. 20:51 Hey, if you're gonna throw away that tofu, 20:52 there're other things you may have throw away too. 20:54 Oh my goodness. 20:55 So what we're realizing here today, 20:57 that the phytoestrogen is not the typical estrogen 20:59 that we know of, that this hypers are going, 21:01 the hysteria it's causing is actually good for you. 21:04 It replaces that spot that were a estrogens kicks in 21:07 and causes this bloat of sensation. 21:08 Actually the phytoestrogen does the opposite of it. 21:11 So let's study for ourselves 21:13 and don't go with this whole thing. 21:15 But watch this, I am tired of this estrogen, 21:17 phytoestrogen and all the stuff. 21:18 I want some cheese cake. 21:19 And matter of cake, can we go through this recipe 21:21 and make some food here to eat today... 21:22 Let's go to the recipe, Nyse. 21:23 All right, so, we're gonna go to our first recipe 21:25 and it's real simple. 21:46 Really simple, really easy, 21:47 everybody can do this at home, 21:49 no excuses, no complaints 21:51 that you have to buy cheese cake anymore. 21:53 So, Mo, 21:54 what are we gonna do here? 21:55 Let's just go ahead and what, 21:57 we just add all of this to the blender? 21:58 Yes, we'll add all of this to the blender. 22:00 We already put our tofu in there 22:01 and then we have our honey. 22:04 So, you just put the honey? 22:05 Yeah, so just put our honey in there. 22:06 You don't mind, I am little bit excited, 22:08 so I was gonna... 22:09 Oh, Nyse. 22:10 I'm gonna speed up the process here. 22:12 All right. 22:13 'Cause I am trying to get some cheese cake, 22:14 here we go. 22:16 All right, now this is four tablespoons of oil, 22:17 but the good thing that we can go ahead 22:19 and lower the amount of fat in the recipe. 22:20 Just decrease the oil in half and you can add a banana, 22:23 or an apple sauce, 22:24 whatever type of fruit that you like 22:26 to just to helps to give it moisture. 22:27 All right, we have our salt 22:29 and then we have our cane sugar here. 22:32 And if you only could imagine, 22:34 if you gonna imagine 22:36 how much the sugar was holding tight. 22:39 Make sure you don't have any 22:41 extra moisture in the bowls there. 22:43 If you can only imagine 22:44 how much fat is normally in a regular cheese cake. 22:48 This here you won't have to worry 22:50 or be concerned about, 22:52 so we have that all in tight. 22:53 And then we gonna go ahead and blend it up. 23:08 Then real quick what we have to do is 23:10 as because we are using an extra firm tofu here. 23:13 We're gonna just go ahead and mix that up little bit, uh? 23:15 Yep. 23:16 And get it going, 23:18 if you have a regular blender, 23:19 please try to use, 23:20 like maybe the other one extra soft one 23:23 and you should be good with this. 23:25 So let's run that one more time. 23:27 Okay. 23:29 All right. 23:48 All right, now I don't know if you all can see that, 23:51 but it was getting rolling in there 23:53 and we have some nice, 23:55 what is this? 23:57 Tofu cream or something like that 23:59 or is it a cheese cake. 24:01 It's a nice tofu cheese cake. 24:03 And, you know, what the different type of tofu 24:05 that you use can help with the consistency. 24:07 So if you like your cheese cake nice and thick. 24:11 That's a key, I hope we got this one. 24:13 If you want a nice 24:14 and if you like the smooth type of cheese cake, 24:16 use the soft one, 24:17 if you like the thick cheese cake, 24:19 where yes, I used to buy this one Brooklyn. 24:21 It was just thick and we have to get into, 24:23 but it was delicious. 24:25 Then you go with the extra firm 24:26 and you can get a pie crust. 24:27 We've done pie crust on the program before. 24:31 You can buy one 24:33 or you can actually make one yourself, 24:35 it's really simple and easy, it's probably preferable, 24:37 that you make it and then what do we do here? 24:39 We just pour that on to that pie crust? 24:41 Let's pour on to the pie crust, so you know what, Nyse, 24:43 this is a nice way to get the flaxseed in your diet. 24:45 Go ahead and put the flaxseed in your crust 24:47 while you're making it there. 24:49 Okay, so we have that, we have that going. 24:51 We'll try to get 24:53 all of the other stuff added here 24:55 and it's gonna become nice and thick, 24:56 it's gonna fill up, 24:58 you can probably do the recipe twice 24:59 if you're having friends and family coming over, 25:02 make two pies or something of that nature. 25:04 You take this now and what we do? 25:06 Put this in the oven. 25:07 Yes, we're gonna go ahead 25:08 and we're gonna put that in the oven. 25:10 Put that in the oven.
