00:01 Have you ever wondered
00:02 exactly how to prepare healthy food 00:04 that actually tastes good? 00:06 Well, stay tuned while Evita Tezeno 00:08 and yours truly Nyse Collins show you just how to do it 00:11 and give you something better, 00:12 A Taste of Paradise. 00:30 Welcome to A Taste of Paradise. 00:32 My name is Evita Tezeno. 00:35 We're doing raw food, you always are wondering 00:38 what should I have for breakfast? 00:41 I don't want to do pancakes, that's not raw. 00:47 Let's see, 00:49 I can do granola. 00:52 Evita, granola is not raw. 00:55 Yes, but we can make it raw, 00:58 we can dehydrate it 00:59 and you can still have that crunchiness of granola 01:03 and the flavors that will burst in your mouth, 01:06 so today, we're going to do 01:09 cherry vanilla granola, 01:11 but first, we're going to do an almond milk, 01:13 so you don't have to eat your cereal with milk 01:18 or orange juice, 01:20 but you can have a rich delicious almond milk 01:25 to go with your cereal. 01:28 So the almond milk recipe goes like this: 01:47 Today, we're going to use a high powered blender 01:50 because we want to blend up the liquids really well, 01:54 so we're starting off with one cup of almonds 01:58 that have been soaked overnight. 02:01 Nuts tend to have inhibitors for digestion, 02:04 so it's better to soak your nuts overnight 02:07 and drain the water off and rise it up, 02:09 so you can digest them properly. 02:12 So we're starting off 02:14 with the one cup of almonds in the blender 02:18 and three cups of water, 02:22 and this can be purified water 02:24 as I like to use purified water 02:28 than using the water out of the hydrant. 02:33 And this is a tablespoon of coconut oil. 02:43 And these are two medjool dates, 02:46 and these dates are softer 02:49 and sweeter of all the dates that are out there 02:51 and I really love them. 02:53 I call them nature's candy. 02:57 And again our Himalayan salt. 03:03 And we're going to blend. 03:20 So after it has been blended thoroughly, 03:24 you want to use a strainer. 03:28 So this is like a mesh bag, 03:31 you can buy it over the Internet 03:33 or you can make one. 03:36 If you are crafty 03:38 and you pour the milk inside the bag, 03:43 and what you're doing is you're straining the pulp 03:47 out of the milk 03:50 so it'll be pulp free. 03:56 Now you can leave it 03:58 and if you want that extra fiber 04:00 but it will not be just, it won't be like milk. 04:07 So you just keep squeezing it 04:11 until you got all the liquid out of the almond pulp. 04:16 Now you can either discard the almond pulp that's inside, 04:20 but I like to keep it and I make cookies 04:23 and crackers with this pulp. 04:30 So for the next recipe 04:31 we're going to do the cherry vanilla granola 04:35 and the ingredients are: 05:03 So we're going to chop our almonds first. 05:09 Just a brief chop, 05:12 not pulverize it to it as grainy 05:16 but you just want to chop it 05:18 so you have a little chunkiness. 05:31 So I pulsed it several times. 05:36 So we have our buckwheat, and buckwheat is a grain, 05:40 and it's gluten free. 05:41 So if you're suffering from celiac disease, 05:47 or you can't have gluten, 05:50 this is a good grain to use 05:54 in place of many other of the grains like wheat. 06:02 So we're going to add our, our chopped almonds. 06:09 And almonds are high in calcium, 06:12 very good for you. 06:13 They're considered the queen of the nuts. 06:17 And we have our cherries 06:18 and these are sugar free cherries. 06:20 These are sugar free tart cherries, 06:23 that have been soaked overnight, 06:24 and we have our vanilla extract, 06:30 and be sure to read the labels when you're buying vanilla 06:33 because a lot of the vanilla has alcohol in it, 06:36 and we want to use alcohol free vanilla. 06:40 And we have our cardamom and our coriander. 06:44 And the reason why I use these two together 06:47 because it resembles cinnamon, 06:50 and I don't use cinnamon in my recipes 06:52 because cinnamon has an irritating effect 06:55 on the stomach, 06:57 so I use these milder 07:01 ingredients in my food when I'm making desserts. 07:07 And then we have honey. 07:09 And you can use any sweetener of your choice, 07:13 agave or maple syrup, 07:17 but make sure that you use not a... 07:20 any sugar like refined sugar. 07:23 You know, it's not raw, 07:24 so you want to use 07:27 something that is less processed 07:30 and then we have the salt. 07:33 You want to stir this up thoroughly, 07:38 and this smells so good, the cardamom, 07:42 the cardamom and the coriander 07:44 makes this smell so delicious. 07:49 And believe it or not, you can eat this like this. 07:53 You can, this is almost like a porridge, 07:55 you can blend it, 07:58 not process it in your food processor 08:00 a little bit to break it up, 08:02 or you can eat it like this, 08:04 but what we're going to do 08:05 is we're going to dehydrate this 08:09 overnight. 08:12 So we have our trusty dehydrator again. 08:18 And we have out Teflex sheet on the dehydrator, sheet, 08:24 and we just pour this 08:26 out on the dehydrator sheet and smooth it out. 08:37 And dehydrate it overnight 08:40 or until it gets the consistency that you like, 08:45 either really dried and crunchy 08:47 or just a little, a little crunchy, 08:50 it just depends on your taste. 08:57 So we're going to put this in the dehydrator. 09:07 And because of the miracle of television, 09:09 we have a bowl of granola that we have dehydrated, 09:15 and our almond milk. 09:20 This is a breakfast fit for a king 09:23 or a queen. 09:25 This has been Evita Tezeno 09:28 with A Taste of Paradise. 09:30 And remember, to live life fresh. 09:41 White bright and yes, tight. 09:43 What are we talking about? 09:44 I notice a lot of things that could be white 09:46 and bright and tight, 09:47 but we are talking about our teeth. 09:49 Yes, these, all of these however many numbers you have, 09:52 some have extra, some have less, 09:53 unfortunately you know 09:54 what had happened there possibly, 09:57 but the key is how to take care of our teeth 10:00 because you only have it. 10:02 I know we have that first set growing up 10:04 and then, you know, you get that little change 10:05 going on in the second set. 10:07 Some people even said, "I have a third set." 10:09 I don't know where that one came from, 10:10 probably that's the one you take in and out. 10:12 But this one here today, 10:14 we want to keep what we do have 10:16 and we want to take care of it the way the Lord intended, 10:18 so we want them to be white, bright and tight. 10:21 Why tight? 10:23 Because a lot of times people spend thousands 10:24 and some who knows maybe even millions of dollars 10:27 to take care of their teeth, 10:29 you know, in Hollywood and different places, 10:31 everybody want to have a bright smile, 10:33 and they have this treatment and that treatment. 10:35 I mean, you can list them and it just doesn't stop 10:38 of how many things people are doing 10:40 to take care of these. 10:41 I hope mine, mine is a little suspect 10:43 so pray for me. 10:44 But today we're going to learn how to take care of it 10:47 and also the little things that you can do, 10:50 we'll give you a little taste of paradise 10:52 in our toothpaste, 10:53 so we invited back by popular demand 10:56 one of my buddies and partners in work, 10:58 his name is none other than Rico Hill. 11:00 Rico Hill, welcome, how are you today? 11:02 I'm doing good, brother. How're you doing, man? 11:04 Good to be back here again. 11:05 Rico, the executive director of the Beehive Ministry 11:09 and so he's back to teach us 11:10 some of the simple natural remedies now. 11:12 Natural remedies. 11:13 Natural remedies but also in the kitchen 11:15 what we can do to take care of that. 11:17 How's the ministry been going so far? 11:19 The ministry is wonderful, God is blessing. 11:20 Amen, amen, amen, Thanks for asking. 11:22 so it's definitely good news. 11:24 Now today, we're talking about white bright and tight 11:26 what, what, what, what does this have to do 11:28 with anything in general? 11:30 I think you already said it, you talked about white, bright, 11:33 we're talking about our teeth 11:35 probably it's like our calling card, 11:37 it's our business card, 11:38 the first thing people see is our smile, right? 11:40 Come on now. 11:41 So we want to make sure that when we smile, 11:42 we're giving them a smile that's white and bright 11:45 and hopefully as tight and not, you know, as you put it. 11:49 Suspect, yeah? Exactly. 11:51 It's questionable may have to do investigation 11:54 what's going on in there 11:55 so, and, you know, how it is sometimes we, 11:58 we eat food and then after we're like, 12:00 you know, checking it all out. 12:02 Evita made this phenomenal granola 12:04 and you know the thing about granola here, 12:05 it tastes good, it's good, 12:07 you got to have good teeth of course, 12:08 to make sure you take care of it 12:10 but it's always something extra, 12:12 you know, all those nuts 12:13 and oats is always sticking up in here somewhere. 12:16 So what is a good thing that we can do, 12:19 of course, brush our teeth 12:20 to make sure it's clear and clean, 12:23 but also when we look at toothpaste, 12:25 toothpaste it has quite a few extra ingredients 12:28 and who knows even maybe chemicals 12:31 or different items like that. 12:32 Why are we going to learn today how to make our own toothpaste? 12:35 Well, it's a couple of reasons. 12:38 Number one, you know, as you mentioned 12:41 all of the different types of ingredients 12:44 that you find in your standard toothpaste, 12:47 you know, many of the things you cannot pronounce, 12:51 many of the things that are really kind of toxic, 12:53 you know, I'm always leery of the fact 12:55 that when you read it, 12:56 it says, "If swallowed contact the poison," 13:01 Mercy, mercy. 13:03 you know, what I'm talking about? 13:04 We may need to take a little look at that then. 13:05 Yeah, so it's kind of curious to me that, 13:09 you know, and we're so inundated 13:11 with all the different types of toothpaste, 13:13 we won't mention them here, 13:15 but many of them have a lot of things in them 13:16 that you don't necessarily want to swallow, 13:18 have in your mouth. 13:19 And let's face it, 13:21 when you're brushing your teeth, 13:22 you swallow sometimes, right? 13:24 So we want to be careful 13:25 and then the second reason is, 13:26 you know, we just had a huge hurricane in New York, 13:30 Hurricane Sandy, right? Okay. 13:32 And what they found was that 13:35 many of the things on the grocery store shelves 13:37 were just depleted, they were gone, 13:38 you couldn't get your basic necessities, 13:41 what are you going to do? 13:43 So we want to show you what you can do 13:44 when there's nothing on a grocery store shelves. 13:46 What, what can we do? 13:48 And you can keep it white, and bright, and tight. 13:49 White, bright and tight. 13:51 So get your pens and papers ready 13:52 because you may, there may be a natural disaster 13:54 that's going to happen somewhere 13:56 and you may be out of that toothbrush 13:58 or toothpaste or something of that nature, 14:00 and we're going to share with you some simple things 14:02 that you can do at home for yourself 14:04 and here it is White, Bright and Tight!! 14:07 Homemade Toothpaste, all you need is: 14:27 That's all you need to make this? 14:28 That's all you need. 14:30 Man, I thought this thing was some high tech. 14:32 You know, what I mean, you need a big factory, 14:34 you know, you need chemists and scientists 14:36 to put this thing all together. 14:37 That's all you need, four simple ingredients. 14:40 And matter of fact you can all... 14:41 you gonna say something, I'll get bashed up. 14:43 I was going to say that, you know, 14:44 anything that we show in terms of natural remedies, 14:46 we always want to keep it simple. 14:47 We keep it simple. 14:48 Simplicity is the key, 14:50 so whatever it is we want to make sure 14:51 there's something that is accessible, 14:53 something that you can do, 14:54 something that is easy for you to do. 14:55 Excellent, excellent, and matter of fact, 14:57 you can even alter it the way you want. 15:00 You can add your own flavor on to it and enjoy it. 15:05 He said wintergreen, peppermint, spearmint, 15:08 I mean, you could even probably even drop some ginger, 15:10 you have ginger toothpaste, 15:12 you know what I mean, who knows, 15:13 but double-check that, I didn't recommend that. 15:15 And there are so many different things 15:17 that you can do, 15:19 and you can do it yourself at home, 15:21 stop wasting money or like me sometimes 15:24 when I go to the dentist, I get these little ones here, 15:26 I try to take like 20 or 30 of them, 15:28 those days are over now that I can make my own, 15:31 my own toothpaste. 15:32 You know, I try to take a whole bunch, 15:33 so I don't have to buy toothpaste again. 15:35 And I'm always asking, always give it to me, 15:37 but I actually like the small ones 15:38 for traveling and stuff, 15:39 because they're always taking in a big, 15:41 the big ones if you forget at the airport, 15:42 they always take those away from you. 15:43 So now you can go ahead and do it yourself. 15:46 So let's look at how we're going to put this simple, 15:50 simple recipe, recipe, remedy, I don't known... 15:55 It's both, it's a recipe... 15:56 A toiletry... 15:58 It's a recipe and a remedy, and you know what? 15:59 It's really simple because, 16:01 you know, I'm reminded of when grandma used to tell us, 16:04 you know, you just go brush your teeth 16:05 with some baking soda, right? 16:07 Wow! 16:08 And we couldn't stand it 16:10 because it was so powdery and so forth, 16:11 but we're going to try to give it 16:13 more of a paste kind of feel 16:14 because that's what we're used to, right? 16:15 But we still use this sodium bicarbonate, right? 16:19 And you've got some thoughts about, 16:20 you understand the whole thing with sodium bicarbonate. 16:22 I mean, we all know it is the baking soda, 16:24 so this is like the Arm and Hammer one that... 16:27 Exactly, exactly. 16:28 You know there're different brands, 16:30 many different brands or whatever then we take this, 16:31 we put in a fridge, 16:33 but also sodium bicarbonate 16:34 many times you find as in many recipes 16:37 or in many things that you buy from the store. 16:39 Now this here alters your pH balance there. 16:43 And so, yeah, we were talking, 16:46 you know, in many other shows about how things can be acidic, 16:49 let's say vinegar 16:51 or different spices of whatever, 16:54 but this now will make it the total opposite 16:56 because it's sodium bicarbonate. 16:57 So if you ever noticed 16:59 if you don't use any of these additives 17:00 or whatever like that, 17:02 and you ever try like drink something 17:03 even put it in water now to add flavor 17:06 but what it does to the system, it throws it off, 17:08 because it's adding another base there. 17:09 Exactly. 17:11 And so beware, 17:12 you can use it on the outside or temporary here, 17:14 but also try your best to avoid of the internal use as well, 17:19 so we have the baking soda, 17:20 so doesn't only have to hang out in a fridge, 17:22 it can hang out in a plate or bowl as well and what... 17:26 To make a toothpaste. To make a toothpaste. 17:28 What else we're going to add here? 17:29 We're going to add also hydrogen peroxide 17:32 as we mentioned before... 17:33 Hydrogen peroxide, a little bubbly thing, 17:35 you remember you got those cuts and stuff like that. 17:36 That's right, it is something that will, 17:39 there's no real finer cleaner of the teeth 17:42 when you combine sodium bicarbonate 17:45 or baking soda 17:47 and your hydrogen peroxide so... 17:50 So you have those two going there... 17:51 So now we've got these two together 17:52 they're perfectly harmless 17:54 as long as you're just brushing your teeth with it, 17:55 you're not drinking it, 17:57 little slips down the throat is not going to kill you, 18:00 you know, this is natural... 18:03 I'll read that what says here, 18:04 "Warning: when using this product do not, 18:07 do not apply for sensitivity, 18:09 people have sensitivity for longer than four weeks 18:11 or less recommended by a dentist, 18:12 stop and ask your dentist keep out of children reach." 18:15 Why do you try to keep this? 18:16 Now, the things that 18:18 they normally keep out of children reach 18:19 are the things under the kitchen, 18:21 Exactly. 18:22 you know, chemicals and all of those items. 18:24 Keep out of children reach, why? 18:26 Because children are always doing what? 18:27 Put it everything in their mouth 18:29 so the reason why they're trying to keep 18:31 this out of children's reach here 18:33 is because if they ingest too much, 18:36 what is that key ingredient as it says, 18:37 "Active ingredient fluoride." 18:40 Fluoride now what does fluoride do? 18:42 Now I'm hearing good things and bad things, 18:44 what's happening there. 18:45 You know we have to be balanced on it, 18:46 but what you find is that fluoride is, 18:50 it can be toxic to the system. 18:53 I know they're putting in a lot of times in our water 18:55 and so forth, and the dentist will tell you 18:58 to use fluorite for your teeth. 18:59 Now it will actually 19:01 help to keep your teeth nice and white. 19:03 Right, and protects it. 19:05 And protects it from cavity and so forth, 19:07 so there's nothing wrong with that, 19:08 but the problem is if you are ingesting it, 19:11 then you are ingesting 19:13 something that could be toxic to the system. 19:15 Well, you know, I was watching this item, 19:17 I forgot where it is, I had to pull it up, 19:19 I think it was somewhere in overseas 19:22 and they were showing individuals 19:23 who have access, they have like there, 19:26 because they're in a mining area or something, 19:28 their water has like a super high amount of fluoride 19:31 and as a result here they're like 19:33 their teeth is just like 19:34 'cause they have too much of it... 19:35 Too much of it. 19:37 So they were like missing their teeth, 19:38 they almost had no teeth, they said, the teeth becomes... 19:39 So it was wearing down you now. 19:41 Was wearing out, 19:42 they said it makes it even softer 19:44 and it was just, 19:45 so a little bit is helpful for protection 19:47 but too much, look what it says here, 19:48 I got to read this to you and then we'll finish this up. 19:50 It says, "Keep out of children reach, 19:51 if more than used 19:54 for brushing is accidentally swallowed 19:57 get medical help or contact the poison control center." 20:00 What? "Right away." 20:03 That means don't delay, don't wake up tomorrow, 20:05 call the same day, right? 20:07 So what does that mean to us? Oh, my goodness. 20:09 Now, I'm in big trouble or my friends in big trouble. 20:11 I remember back in university, this is a long time ago, 20:13 before you were around. 20:15 I don't think you were round back then. 20:16 No, I was not. 20:18 You know, you, you go hang out with your friends 20:19 and you get on a little date, 20:20 you want to make sure your breath is smelling good. 20:22 We used to take some of this, put it in, you know, 20:25 but also sometimes, 20:26 I'm putting out my business on the streets here, 20:29 we would swallow it. 20:30 Lord, thank you in my ignorance he didn't winked, I mean, 20:34 he went looking like this. 20:36 He covered you. 20:37 Man, I could have been dead right now, 20:39 we used to take it, oh, my goodness. 20:40 You would swallow it? 20:42 Yeah, you know, because we want to long term fresh breath, 20:45 we were just like look if it's good here, 20:46 we might as well put it down there 20:47 but that was actually a dangerous thing to do. 20:50 Oh, my goodness, but let's look at something 20:51 that shall help you. 20:53 Things we do without knowledge. 20:54 So we mix those up. What's the next step here? 20:56 Okay, so we see then that we have the hydrogen peroxide 21:00 which is antiseptic, 21:02 basically it will kill any of the bacteria 21:04 this in the mouth and so forth. 21:05 We get that as we've been sleeping at night, 21:07 that's what gives us the bad breath primarily. 21:10 But then we want to add something 21:11 that's called activated charcoal. 21:14 Now activated charcoal 21:15 is one of the most adsorbing things 21:18 on the planet. 21:19 Wait, wait absorb. No, no, notice I said ad, A-D. 21:23 So we're gonna ad... 21:25 It's adsorbing, that means it takes whatever is in it, 21:28 it adds it into its own molecular structure. 21:31 So it pulls it in. It pulls it in, right? 21:33 There is absorbing like 21:36 when you use a cloth or paper towel 21:37 but this adds it to itself... 21:40 And makes it a part. 21:41 Makes it a part up and even makes it stronger, 21:43 so it's going to... When I poured in here, 21:45 it's going to adsorb everything this in here 21:48 and when you put it on your teeth, 21:50 this actually will not only be antiseptic 21:53 but it also will whiten it. 21:54 It sounds crazy because we're talking about 21:57 something that's obviously black. 21:58 Black, yeah, this is... 22:00 But we got white teeth. 22:02 How you gonna put something black on your teeth 22:04 to make it whiter. 22:05 I mean do we need some faith up in here? 22:07 It's in faith, you cannot make an analogy. 22:10 It's still like how do you take, 22:12 how do you take robs 22:14 and wash them in blood 22:16 and they become whiter than snow. 22:17 Oh, mercy, mercy. Now you're preaching up here. 22:20 I thought we were doing toothpaste, 22:21 this man breaking out in sermon. 22:22 But you know, we got to bring in the gospel, right? 22:24 So what we're going to do 22:25 is this is actually going to take it, make it black 22:28 but yet it's going to make your teeth white. 22:30 Whiter than a snow, so let's add... 22:32 It's just a faith. 22:33 Faith of a mustard seed 22:35 or some toothpaste is what we gonna need up there. 22:36 Look at that. 22:37 And also you mentioned something about 22:39 that adsorbent property, 22:41 this is why a lot of people go all the way, 22:43 if I can say overboard with this activated charcoal. 22:45 Yes, it's good for you 22:47 but you must use it for its intended purpose. 22:50 You know, some people, they find out 22:52 its good for this or that, 22:53 so they jump in all over it, they're drinking charcoal, 22:56 they are bathing in charcoal. 22:57 They're putting it on every problem. 22:59 And a matter of fact 23:00 there is a precaution or contraindication 23:02 if a person is taking medicine 23:04 or different types of drugs or whatever. 23:07 I'm talking about medical drugs. 23:08 Legal drugs. 23:10 Yeah, the legal ones, I know this stuff is becoming, 23:12 they add an extra herbs to the legal 23:15 if ya'll know what I'm talking about, 23:17 but this here would adsorb to that 23:19 and it would hit, it would, it would not, 23:21 I want to say stifle 23:22 but it would diminish the properties of the drug 23:24 and effect that is supposed to have. 23:26 So if you take a high blood pressure medication, 23:28 let's say for example and you take that 23:30 along with the high blood pressure medication, 23:32 it's going to stop that blood pressure medication 23:34 from doing its job, 23:35 and this could cause a problem at the same time. 23:38 So what we want you to do 23:39 is follow your doctor's instructions 23:41 of course. 23:43 Now, the Lord has given natural remedies, 23:44 but let's take care of our body 23:45 so our blood pressure naturally could be where it needs to be, 23:48 so we don't have to worry about the drugs or medication. 23:51 But if your doctor put you on it, 23:52 make sure you do it. 23:53 In emergency however, 23:55 remember how I was talking about this here, 23:56 make sure you contact your physician or something 23:58 in emergency purposes. 24:00 Let's say a child swallows too much toothpaste, 24:02 can we probably use mix up the charcoal, 24:05 activated charcoal, 24:06 have them drink it, will it stifle that? 24:08 Yes, yes, in fact, Nyse, 24:10 when you have taken some type of substance into the system, 24:14 some type of poison 24:15 when you are rushed to the hospital, 24:17 the first thing that they're going to give you 24:18 to pump your stomach is activated charcoal 24:21 because it will go in and it will absorb 24:23 or adsorb the poisons into itself 24:26 leaving you completely free from it, 24:28 and then it will just pass through your system. 24:30 So something that actually takes place 24:33 by way of procedure at the hospital 24:35 is the same thing that you can do at home. 24:37 Now, we're not saying that 24:38 you don't go to the hospital, right? 24:39 Yeah, you know how people, you know, 24:41 they'll take that to the next level, 24:42 say, no hospital and let just use charcoal 24:45 which we're trying to help us to find out what, 24:47 a nice balance there. 24:48 A nice balance. 24:49 And instead at the critical time, 24:51 the golden time between emergency, 24:52 or life or death sometimes 24:54 the time that the ambulance comes to get us, you know. 24:56 And so make sure you study to show yourself approved, 24:59 and look God has given some simple natural items, 25:02 so make sure you keep some activated charcoal around. 25:04 So we mix all of this black stuff up, 25:06 trying to make white teeth. 25:07 I mean, and look... 25:09 Oh, oh, the hydrogen peroxide is doing its thing, 25:11 it's bubbling, check that out. 25:12 It's doing its thing it seems. 25:14 That's the battle between 25:15 the hydrogen peroxide and the charcoal. 25:18 This is serious battle going on here, 25:20 and I hope this battle between that peroxide and the charcoal 25:23 is happening in the mouth to make the teeth bright, 25:26 white and...? And tight. 25:28 Now here's a little point of clarification 25:30 even though we're using some activated charcoal powder 25:34 and different things that 25:35 you can use that's in your house. 25:37 Even with this one you still don't want to ingest. 25:39 You remember with the regular toothpaste and stuff, 25:41 we said, don't ingest it 25:43 because it may cause other problems as we see here, 25:45 and the same principle is here because, 25:47 you know, hydrogen peroxide there, 25:49 it's astringent, it's a cleaner, 25:50 and so what you want to do, you don't want, 25:52 you still want to brush your teeth, 25:54 let that black stuff turn the stuff white 25:58 and then you still want to wash them off properly 25:59 and put it out. 26:01 Now, that's just that, doesn't it? 26:02 I mean, it doesn't have any, any, any, 26:04 any flavor or something? 26:06 You wanna have some flavor, right? 26:07 So what we have here is a little wintergreen, 26:08 little peppermint, I like peppermint. 26:10 You can do spearmint, right? Okay. 26:11 You just give a... 26:13 Whoa, you got a little extra in there, that's all right, 26:15 this is special, man, so what we do look at him, 26:17 I'm going to have the spearmint one now. 26:20 This is super duper spearmint here. 26:24 This is powerful. 26:25 You know, a lot of times they add extra flavor, 26:27 extra punch and stuff, and so what you want to do, 26:29 you do it however you see fit, a drop or as we see Rico, 26:33 he likes a couple of tablespoons. 26:34 No problem, no problem. 26:36 So what we want to do now 26:38 is still some of y'all want to add bubblegum flavor. 26:41 I know, I know people like, 26:42 what about bubble gum on these items? 26:43 You, you can do that, however don't be chewing it, 26:46 don't be swallowing it, and then it should be ready, 26:49 so look at this nice thick consistency. 26:51 White, bright, tight... 26:52 And it smells good. 26:53 And it smells up the whole room. 26:56 So what are we doing here real quick? 26:57 Okay, so here's our final product right here, 26:59 and what you see here is a container right, 27:02 that you can get from a Dollar store, 27:03 you can get from Wal-Mart like 27:05 50 cents to 99 cents something like that, 27:06 and it gives you the feel of having the toothpaste 27:11 in a toothpaste container, which makes it efficient. 27:12 So watch this, you dropped my little travel one here, 27:15 all right, 'cause I'm about to go, 27:16 my time is running out here. 27:18 I got to hit the road 27:19 but you just added on to the tooth. 27:21 Boom! 27:23 I don't know about you all. 27:25 Well, I'm going to give it a try. 27:26 This is super spearmint, peppermint, 27:29 something, something flavor, 27:31 and all you have to do is just take this 27:32 brush your teeth with it and then what? 27:35 Spit it out. Spit it out, wash it out. 27:38 Don't spit it out, wash it out, 27:39 we've got to be proper here, all right. 27:40 And so here it is, look, this simple, 27:43 if y'all can check this out, 27:44 simple, simple toothpaste that you can make at home, 27:47 all natural, you don't have to waste your money. 27:50 What we are going to do is just keep it 27:53 white, bright and tight. 27:55 Here it is. |
