00:01 Have you ever wondered exactly how to prepare healthy food
00:03 that actually tastes good?
00:05 Well, stay tuned while Evita Tezeno
00:07 and yours truly, Nyse Collins, show you just how to do it
00:10 and give you something better, A Taste of Paradise.
00:30 Welcome to A Taste of Paradise. My name is Evita Tezeno.
00:34 And who loves sweets?
00:37 I do.
00:39 I love cheesecake,
00:41 and cookies, and pralines,
00:46 because I am a Louisiana girl,
00:49 but I have a sweetheart with me today,
00:55 it's my best friend Tiffanie.
00:57 Hi, how are you doing? Hi.
01:00 And what are we making today?
01:02 We are making a sweet cheesecake
01:06 and it's a mango cheesecake.
01:08 That sounds divine.
01:09 Yes, mango is my favorite fruit.
01:11 Yes, delicious. I love mango.
01:14 I enjoyed mangoes when I went to the Bahamas.
01:15 Yes, yes.
01:18 So we're gonna start off with the crust today.
01:19 Okay.
01:21 And it's gonna have a carob, almond, and pecan crust.
01:25 Okay. Yes.
01:26 So I'm gonna read the recipe. Excellent.
01:28 The ingredients are...
01:44 So this is what we're gonna start off with is...
01:47 A blender?
01:48 We're gonna use the food processor today.
01:49 Okay, food processor, pardon me.
01:51 Yes.
01:53 And what I've done is I have soaked these nuts.
01:56 Okay.
01:58 And then I dehydrate them,
01:59 because I like to soak my nuts
02:00 to get off the enzyme inhibitors.
02:04 Okay.
02:05 Yeah, and it helps to digest them better.
02:07 Okay. Yeah.
02:08 Now, are these crunchy?
02:10 These are crunchy. Yeah.
02:13 So we're gonna do with the pecans.
02:15 Carob.
02:17 Carob powder, instead of chocolate.
02:20 Great alternative. Salt.
02:23 And this is the vanilla extract
02:25 that does not have any alcohol in it.
02:26 Okay.
02:28 Yeah, be sure to read the labels.
02:29 Now, why not alcohol?
02:32 Well, we don't wanna do alcohol,
02:34 so this is the pure state of the vanilla
02:37 and it's not mixed with anything else,
02:39 and sometimes they have glycerin
02:41 and other additives in the vanilla extract.
02:44 Thank you.
02:45 So we want to put the dates in.
02:50 Are these medjool dates? Yes.
02:52 Nature's candy.
02:56 Thank you.
02:57 And...
03:07 Until really fine? Yeah.
03:17 So this recipe is enough to make two cheesecakes.
03:22 Okay, crusts?
03:24 Yes, I always like to make a little extra
03:28 because you never know when you have a friend,
03:31 a family member to come over
03:33 and you need to make an extra cheesecake.
03:35 Certainly. Yes.
03:36 They might want to take one home.
03:38 Yes.
03:39 So I'm gonna take a little bit of the...
03:42 Cocoa butter?
03:44 Cocoa butter, could you move those things
03:45 out of the way for me?
03:47 Sure. Thank you.
03:52 So I'm gonna take a little bit of the coconut oil
03:55 and I am going to kind of grease the...
04:01 Our springform pan...
04:03 Okay.
04:04 Around, so it comes out very easy.
04:07 The base as well as the lid.
04:09 Yes, all around,
04:11 'cause we want a smooth transition
04:14 when we take it out.
04:15 The release. Yes.
04:17 Great. Okay.
04:18 I know that's always a problem sometimes.
04:20 Yeah, 'cause we don't want it to break or get sticky.
04:22 Correct.
04:25 Let's take some of this and we flatten it down.
04:30 And depending on how thick you want your crust,
04:32 you can make it thin or thick at the bottom.
04:37 Just pat.
04:38 Just pat it down.
04:44 It smells great.
04:48 Okay.
04:49 Now we're gonna read the recipe for the filling,
04:52 the mango filling.
04:56 The ingredients are...
05:41 So this is what we're gonna do,
05:43 we're going to put
05:45 little pieces of mango down first.
05:48 Okay.
05:50 So we'll have that little fresh bite
05:51 at the bottom.
05:53 Oh, that's going to be excellent.
05:54 Yes, so we're just gonna take a couple of slices,
05:58 and just put at the bottom.
06:01 Now you've mentioned orange juice,
06:04 is that fresh squeezed orange juice?
06:06 Fresh squeezed orange juice.
06:12 Yes, so let's start with the filling.
06:14 Okay.
06:15 And here, we're gonna start with the liquids first.
06:17 Okay.
06:19 So this is the orange juice,
06:23 our lemon juice,
06:27 and our vanilla,
06:35 and this is our coconut nectar.
06:38 Coconut nectar.
06:40 It is just like agave or maple syrup,
06:43 but it's less processed.
06:44 Okay. Yeah.
06:46 You wanna use the little spatula
06:48 to clean that up?
06:50 Certainly.
06:51 Thank you.
06:53 It's very thick.
06:54 Yeah, it's real thick and it's sweet.
06:56 It's really nice.
07:01 Is that good enough? Yeah, that's good.
07:05 And we have our cashews that have, oops!
07:07 That's been soaked overnight.
07:09 Okay.
07:16 Our coconut oil.
07:21 And all of this goes into this?
07:22 Yeah, all of it and it's slightly melted,
07:25 so it'll blend real easy.
07:27 Okay, great.
07:30 We're gonna do a pinch of salt to balance the flavors.
07:36 And then, this is our lecithin.
07:38 There's different types of lecithin on the market,
07:40 we're using soy lecithin,
07:42 but they also have sunflower seed lecithin,
07:45 and this is emulsifier.
07:46 It makes it creamy. Yes.
07:50 Okay. So let's blend this.
07:52 You have another ingredient.
07:54 Oh, we have to put the mangoes in,
07:56 but let's blend this first
07:57 and then we'll put the mangoes in.
07:58 Okay.
08:00 Secured? Mm-hm.
08:17 Okay, let's put the mangoes in.
08:19 Sure thing.
08:23 It smells wonderful.
08:25 And it tastes divine.
08:27 I made this while I was doing a cooking trip in Canada.
08:34 Okay.
08:35 And the people that I was entertaining,
08:38 they loved it, they just loved it,
08:40 and they brought all their friends over,
08:42 and they devoured the whole cheesecake
08:44 in one sitting.
08:45 I can imagine. So it's really, really good.
08:47 Ready? So, yeah, let's go.
09:07 Okay. Okay.
09:09 So you wanna make sure that it's very smooth.
09:11 Looks that way.
09:14 I'll stir it up a little bit more
09:17 and make sure that it's all smooth.
09:19 Yes, it is.
09:24 And you pour it.
09:32 Look how nice that looks. Beautiful.
09:38 Cheesecake rock.
09:40 You see...
09:42 On a plant-based and raw diet, you don't have to be deprived.
09:45 No compromise.
09:47 And what I like to do is take a little bit of the nectar
09:53 and just drizzle it around.
09:55 Okay, for the decorative effect?
09:57 Uh-huh.
09:59 Fabulous.
10:00 And then I take a skewer and then I make swirls.
10:05 Oh, for the swirl effect. Yes.
10:08 Nothing lacking. Nothing lacking.
10:12 Beautiful. Look at that, real simple.
10:15 Yes.
10:16 Take this.
10:20 Now I made one earlier today.
10:25 Okay. You know, put this back.
10:33 Beautiful.
10:35 Yes, mango cheesecake.
10:38 Now, Evita, this doesn't go in the oven.
10:40 No, because it's raw.
10:41 You could put it in the freezer
10:43 if you want it to quickly firm up
10:46 or you could put in the refrigerator overnight.
10:48 Overnight.
10:50 Yes, yes, and it will be firm
10:52 and it tastes almost like ice cream.
10:54 It has the kind of, the same texture.
10:56 Consistency. The consistency of ice cream.
10:58 Okay. Yes.
11:00 Well, it looks delicious and I'm sure it is,
11:02 it's also nutritious.
11:04 Yes.
11:05 And will you join me for a slice?
11:07 I certainly will.
11:08 Yes, and this has been another great program
11:11 and another great recipe with my bestie,
11:14 and remember, to live life fresh.
11:23 Welcome back to TOP, Taste of Paradise.
11:27 And you're gonna enjoy this session, why?
11:29 Because this is,
11:31 I would probably say for the ladies,
11:32 but for the men as well,
11:34 because we're gonna do something really, really cool,
11:36 we're gonna do as we've done before,
11:38 recipes that you can probably eat and apply,
11:41 but I like to call it, So Fresh and So Clean,
11:44 how to have beauty on the inside
11:46 but most importantly,
11:47 on the inside but also on the outside.
11:50 So I brought our special guest back,
11:54 you've seen her before
11:56 or you'll see her in the future,
11:59 one of my favorites,
12:00 because a lot of the audiences write
12:03 and they ask questions and they happen to be children,
12:06 and did you know children also want to have
12:09 beautiful healthy skin or young adults as well?
12:12 So here it is, I introduce you for our,
12:14 So Fresh and So Clean,
12:16 our special guest Nori.
12:19 What's going on, Nori? Good.
12:21 Man, she's not even looking at me, she's like,
12:22 "Hey, I've done my hair, everything is okay."
12:26 You're doing all right? Yeah.
12:27 Good, good, well, welcome, and I'm so glad
12:30 that you can be here to help us out and stuff,
12:32 I see you got your stuff all lined up or whatever,
12:34 where are you from, Nori?
12:36 I'm from here, Thompsonville.
12:37 All right, so Thompsonville, originally from the...
12:39 Chicago area. From Chi town, watch it now.
12:42 You know, I'm from Brooklyn,
12:43 this is Chi town Chicago and stuff,
12:45 from the area and stuff...
12:46 How old are you? Ten.
12:48 Who? Ten.
12:50 Ten?
12:51 Now, you know, Nori, we're only supposed
12:52 to have people of a certain age on the show.
12:56 She's like, "Yeah, and your point is..."
12:58 Good.
12:59 Well, welcome, anyway, and this is good
13:00 because Nori is 10 and she is cooking up a storm,
13:03 she's doing special things for us.
13:05 Now, Nori, what do you want to do
13:06 as you continue through school and finish school,
13:09 what are some of the things you want to do?
13:10 Be a medical missionary. A who?
13:12 A medical missionary. A medical missionary?
13:16 That's what I'm talking about, girl.
13:18 She want to join the team,
13:19 so Nori likes medical missionary team,
13:21 and, yes, if your children want to do
13:23 the work of the Lord full-time, what do you say?
13:26 You say, yes, praise the Lord, as a medical missionary.
13:30 Where do you want to go as a medical missionary?
13:31 To Africa and India.
13:33 Africa and India, well, you know,
13:35 we need some help here in the States too,
13:37 so don't go too far,
13:38 everybody's doing missionary work everywhere else,
13:40 I need it, we need it, but that's good,
13:42 so you want to help people as a medical missionary,
13:44 what do you want to do?
13:46 Share better medicines
13:47 and help them have a better diet.
13:48 Wow!
13:50 Natural medicines, better diet,
13:51 you're doing lot of education then.
13:54 You know, at SanareLife, that's what we do,
13:55 we teach people, we encourage them,
13:57 and we educate them, so we sign you up now?
14:01 She's like, "Hey, hey, don't get,
14:02 not to soon, brother, not to soon."
14:04 Well, that is good,
14:05 I'm really inspired that you want to do
14:07 the Lord's work full-time, amen.
14:10 You know, 'cause nothing wrong with doing something else,
14:12 but a lot of people want to do other things
14:13 but why don't we give the best to the Lord, when?
14:17 Now. Now.
14:18 While we're young and strong, not when I'm retired,
14:21 I'm gonna do the Lord's work, do it now.
14:23 So what do you have lined up for us?
14:25 What are we gonna do today?
14:26 Recipes that you can eat and apply,
14:27 so fresh and so what?
14:29 Clean. So clean.
14:30 What are we gonna do? What about the clean?
14:32 We're gonna make strawberry facials.
14:34 Strawberry facials?
14:37 No, strawberries, you eat.
14:39 You know, like, I mean, they may get on your face,
14:41 like right in this area here, but we're gonna make a facial?
14:44 Yup. Wow!
14:45 But what are strawberries good for?
14:48 To help fight against free radicals.
14:50 Fight against free radicals
14:51 and they're also good for the tongue
14:53 because they taste good, yeah?
14:56 So very, very nice,
14:57 so we're gonna make a facial out of strawberries?
14:59 Mm-hm. Well, tell us how to do it?
15:00 How do we do a strawberry facial,
15:02 so fresh and so clean?
15:04 Here it is.
15:15 Okay, excellent, you all heard the recipe from who?
15:18 Nori herself.
15:20 All you need is these simple ingredients
15:22 and you can enjoy it.
15:23 So, Nori, watch this
15:24 'cause I know strawberries go here
15:26 but I didn't know they go here.
15:28 What do we do?
15:29 Guide us through the steps here.
15:30 First, we're gonna smash up the strawberries.
15:33 So we're gonna smash up the strawberries.
15:35 All right, so let me just push that right there, hold that,
15:38 so you're gonna smash it,
15:40 I guess you get a smasher or something.
15:42 No, I usually wanna eat those,
15:45 as you showed us in that strawberry cream
15:48 or something like that,
15:49 we can put this on top of a waffle.
15:53 She's like, "No, brother, did you not hear me?"
15:55 All right, so you're gonna crush them.
15:58 Yeah.
16:00 Man, those are some good strawberries
16:02 but at least you can smell it, so that's the good thing.
16:04 So you crushed them.
16:06 Does it have to get to a certain,
16:07 is this fine and is that good enough?
16:09 Yeah, you don't have that all of them.
16:11 Okay.
16:13 Why, why, why not?
16:14 I mean, you just...
16:16 Because when you mix it, it's gonna all go together.
16:18 Okay, so when you mix the strawberries together,
16:21 it's gonna all come together.
16:22 What else are you gonna do here?
16:23 We're gonna pour our honey in here.
16:25 Okay.
16:27 So we're gonna add some honey to that
16:29 and you mentioned warm honey earlier,
16:31 why is that?
16:32 Because it could be hard to get out so...
16:34 Yeah, yeah, you know, sometimes, you can tell,
16:37 like if you have a really good honey,
16:39 like the raw honeys and stuff, they are like straight,
16:41 like from the honeycomb,
16:43 so you may need to warm it up a little bit as well,
16:46 but if you can't get all of it out, no problem.
16:49 What do we do with this, Nori?
16:51 We just...
16:52 Amen, amen.
16:54 That's the only facial I know of honey,
16:56 it gets all on my face when I'm licking it up.
16:59 Do you enjoy honey? Do you like honey?
17:01 Yeah, what do you do with honey?
17:02 What do you use honey for sometimes as well?
17:04 Cereals or waffles, I guess.
17:08 Waffles and cereals and all that good stuff,
17:10 so you can use the honey, you don't have to use
17:12 the regular syrup from the store
17:14 because it has a lot of what in it?
17:15 Sugar. A lot of sugar.
17:16 Do you know, a long time ago, see my mom,
17:19 she had a bunch of kids and she couldn't afford them,
17:22 you know what I mean?
17:23 And so we had to make syrup from scratch, you know,
17:26 what did we do for our syrup?
17:28 We took that big block of butter
17:31 that they used to give us for free,
17:32 you know, sometimes.
17:33 You see, Nori don't know all this stuff
17:35 because she's rich, all right,
17:36 but we used to get this real big block of...
17:39 Did I say, honey?
17:40 No, butter, butter, right?
17:42 This big block of butter
17:43 and we used to just melt it down
17:45 and what do we add a lot of...?
17:46 Sugar, and we used to mix it up,
17:48 and mix it up until it melts,
17:50 and then we made our own homemade syrup.
17:54 But I wish we had some honey instead,
17:56 that would have been nice too, but honey is very good.
17:59 So what do we do now?
18:00 We're gonna put our organic yogurt.
18:02 Organic yogurt,
18:03 now it's a special type of yogurt,
18:05 it's non-dairy yogurt, is it...
18:06 Yeah, you can buy that too. Greek yogurt.
18:08 Can we use any yogurt for it? Yeah, it's good.
18:12 So any yogurt as you know, these are good.
18:15 And why the yogurt?
18:17 'Cause it has a little natural, what?
18:19 Bacteria and stuff like that.
18:22 So we have the strawberries, which are high in what?
18:24 To fight against what? Free radicals.
18:26 Free radicals because they're high in antioxidants.
18:30 So, man, do we have free radicals on our skin
18:32 or something like that maybe?
18:34 Cancer on your skin. Ew.
18:36 All right, so that's why we're gonna do that.
18:38 Then we have the natural bacteria
18:40 that's found in the, what?
18:43 In the yogurt, yeah,
18:45 to help us with the cleansing and then you add the honey.
18:48 And what are we gonna do now? Mix it.
18:51 Sister, are you sure this is the facial?
18:54 Yeah.
18:55 'Cause it looks like some other stuff.
18:56 What else does this look like?
18:58 It looks like we're about to make
18:59 some strawberry ice cream or what else?
19:06 Some toppings or something like that,
19:08 so that's the strawberry, what?
19:11 Facial.
19:12 Okay, this is good stuff here.
19:14 And that's it? Yeah.
19:16 So like you're sure,
19:17 I don't just like eat this or...
19:19 Oh, it is edible.
19:20 It is...
19:22 That's right, because this is recipes
19:23 you can eat and also, what?
19:25 Apply.
19:27 Now if I could,
19:28 could I blend this up maybe or...
19:30 Yeah, a little to make it...
19:31 It might work, fine,
19:33 it might work a little bit good too
19:34 and you can put this on your skin as well.
19:35 So you apply this to the skin? Mm-hm.
19:38 How long?
19:39 Ten to fifteen minutes.
19:40 Ten to fifteen minutes, you put this on your skin,
19:43 we're gonna have to try this, girl.
19:44 I mean, like, she's coming here and sharing this stuff
19:46 and not showing us how to do it.
19:48 And that's just one recipe that we can eat and apply.
19:51 What is another recipe that you've come up
19:53 or that you have here that you can do for the face?
19:57 Cucumber, a cucumber facial. Cucumber facial.
20:01 Ya'll heard it here, cucumber facial.
20:03 You have the ingredients for that?
20:04 Yeah.
20:06 All right, so here it is,
20:07 a cucumber mint facial, I guess,
20:09 or something like that.
20:10 And what are the ingredients?
20:19 Okay, and, and...
20:21 That's it. That's it?
20:23 Man, your recipes are so cool because, why?
20:26 They're so simple and easy. Yeah.
20:28 And then, so what are we gonna do?
20:30 We have the aloe vera gel here.
20:31 We're gonna put the strawberry facial
20:33 to the side.
20:34 And then what else?
20:36 We got cucumber. Cucumber.
20:37 What else?
20:39 And our aloe vera gel, and our mint leaves.
20:41 Our mint leaves. You mean this one here?
20:46 Oh, you already picked them.
20:47 Well, this one, so you can pick mint from the, what?
20:50 The mint plant.
20:52 From the mint plant, you can also have this
20:53 in your garden as well,
20:55 who knew that mint or the mint plant
20:58 is very good for the skin?
21:01 Now tell me a little bit about the cucumber.
21:04 But before we do that,
21:05 what do we have to do with this recipe?
21:07 Blend it. Blend it, so all right.
21:09 Let me grab this blender real quick.
21:13 So we're gonna blend all of these items up
21:15 and then what else?
21:17 We're going to mix it here and then there you go.
21:20 Okay, so how much of the aloe vera gel
21:23 are we gonna put?
21:25 About a tablespoon. Yeah, one tablespoon.
21:28 All right, so here we are, there is my spoon,
21:32 now all of these are facials,
21:34 so we can use all of them, yeah?
21:35 Okay.
21:37 Now do we mix these facials together
21:38 or what are we gonna do?
21:40 You just do them separate, one at a time or whatever,
21:42 one day for one, one day for the other?
21:45 So here it is,
21:47 I'll let you pour the aloe vera gel.
21:50 All right, there you go,
21:52 so just pour that out until here.
21:55 Or did you already pour it? Actually, yes.
21:57 Oh, look at that, I'm trying to...
21:59 She's like, don't, you noticed how she was looking around
22:01 and stuff like, she's like, I already poured this,
22:03 don't be wasting my stuff.
22:04 So we're gonna take that and I'll just...
22:07 Oh, check that out, ya'll.
22:09 Look at that, if you can let them see real quick,
22:11 it pours out nicely and we get the rest of it.
22:17 Look at that aloe vera.
22:20 Have you ever tried aloe vera before?
22:21 No. No?
22:23 Or just on the face or whatever like that,
22:25 but if you ate aloe vera, it tastes very bitter,
22:29 very bitter, also people use aloe vera for like burns
22:33 and different items like that.
22:35 Is there anything else that we can use it for?
22:37 To make the facial. To make the facial.
22:39 She's like, duh!
22:41 And I'm gonna put some cucumber,
22:43 cucumber is very good for the skin.
22:45 Then we put our mint plant.
22:47 Now what do these items go for? What is the mint good for?
22:51 It's for cleansing and freshening.
22:52 Cleansing and freshening, ya'll heard this,
22:55 because a lot of times we go to a store
22:57 and we spend a lot of money on, what?
22:59 On facial and stuff like that, sometimes expensive.
23:02 Have you seen the prices of those things lately?
23:05 No?
23:06 She's like, I don't have to, I make it myself, duh!
23:09 Well, a lot of the, a matter of fact,
23:11 they spend billions of dollars on facial items,
23:14 things that cleanse the skin and stuff like that.
23:16 And you know what, on a lot of the bottles,
23:18 what does it show?
23:20 A plant. What plant?
23:21 The aloe vera and they also show what else?
23:25 The mint.
23:26 The mint or even what else we have in the recipe?
23:29 Cucumber. Cucumbers.
23:31 And why are they showing it to us
23:32 because this is what is actually
23:34 the thing that helps us.
23:35 Yeah.
23:37 So anything else that these would be good for,
23:38 you know, the cucumber we found it is good for the skin.
23:40 The mint is, what? Refreshing, and what else?
23:43 Cleansing. Cleansing.
23:45 Anything else that mint is good for?
23:50 Good for tea.
23:51 Some people use mint tea or whatever,
23:53 but what do we have to do first?
23:54 We have to blend it. Yup.
23:55 All right, so here you go, just turn that on.
24:13 Wow!
24:14 It smells good.
24:16 Are you sure we can't eat this?
24:18 Yeah, no, maybe so.
24:19 Yeah. You could, why?
24:21 Because what do we have in there?
24:22 Aloe...
24:24 Aloe vera.
24:25 And that's it, so here we go.
24:27 We have our, what?
24:31 Okay, here it is.
24:34 Let me just clear this up here
24:36 and then you can pour that into your bowl.
24:41 All right.
24:43 There it is.
24:44 And are you ready?
24:46 So just, maybe we could put it up here.
24:49 You got it?
24:50 And then...
24:53 Whoa!
24:56 Man, it really smells minty as well.
25:00 You know, one time, cucumber is a very good,
25:03 one time I was hanging out in the sun, you know,
25:06 I told you that my mom is from Trinidad, yeah?
25:08 And my dad is from Italy.
25:10 So I'm like, oh, I'm black,
25:11 so I need a lot of sunlight and I have natural,
25:14 you know, sun blockers, you know,
25:16 when you have a darker complexion,
25:17 you need a little bit more sun.
25:18 And I realized quickly that my dad isn't black
25:21 and my skin started to burn and when I was done,
25:25 I looked like a red tomato.
25:28 So you know what I did?
25:29 I ran to like the supermarket or the restaurant
25:31 that was in the area, I was like,
25:32 "Please, give me a piece of, what?"
25:33 What's the long one? Cucumber.
25:35 Cucumber, so I took a cool shower,
25:37 I said a prayer, and I took the cucumber and I did what?
25:40 I crushed it up and I rubbed it.
25:42 Wow! On your skin?
25:43 All over my skin and, you know what?
25:45 I went to sleep, I said a prayer,
25:47 "Lord, help me, forgive me
25:49 for burning myself on the beach."
25:51 And what happened after the next morning?
25:53 The burn...
25:54 Went away. It went away.
25:56 I wish I had known these recipes,
25:58 then I would have done even better.
26:00 So we have the cucumber and what else?
26:03 The strawberry facial.
26:05 Now how long do we apply the cucumber
26:07 or how does that work?
26:08 Ten to fifteen minutes.
26:09 Ten to fifteen minutes as well
26:11 and then you just let it sit there
26:12 and it should work.
26:14 So we've kind of done the demonstration.
26:16 Ya'll already know this stuff.
26:18 It looks good and tastes good.
26:21 Can we maybe try it? Yeah.
26:22 All right, you first or me first?
26:24 Which one are you gonna do? You first.
26:27 She set me up. So what do I do?
26:29 I'll take a little bit out, put it here.
26:33 And then, do I use a brush? Yeah.
26:36 On my skin.
26:37 So this is, what is this,
26:39 a skin brush or something like that?
26:40 Yeah. All right, so here it is.
26:42 She's gonna do it.
26:43 I'm gonna have my cucumber mint facial.
26:46 So you apply it, let me know how it works.
26:49 So you take it and then...
26:52 Oh, mercy, said, yes.
26:56 And then you just put it on your skin.
26:59 And can you see that?
27:00 Hold on, girl, you only did part of my face,
27:02 you got to do the whole face up in here.
27:04 And then you get that going.
27:07 Oh, man.
27:09 Don't tell nobody.
27:11 Are you sure this works? Yes.
27:13 It smells good and it probably tastes good,
27:15 let me see some of that strawberry.
27:18 This one I'm like...
27:20 What do I do?
27:21 Again?
27:23 Just apply it again? Yeah.
27:24 All right, you go, I'll wait.
27:27 Oh, oh, she put the,
27:33 Oh...
27:39 Can I see?
27:40 oh, it doesn't really look that bad.
27:42 I look like I messed up in the show
27:45 and everybody threw tomatoes or something at me.
27:47 So I just leave it there and then I should be good.
27:50 Yeah. Wash it off in how long?
27:51 Ten to fifteen minutes. Ten to fifteen minutes.
27:53 You heard it first here, from Nori,
27:55 our medical missionary on staff.
27:57 God bless you.
