00:01 And that is good information.
00:02 Now, we always like to have you 00:04 aware of those things happening here at 3ABN. 00:05 Pastor John, Pastor Kenny, 00:06 you know Paul bookends his statements, 00:08 he has a list of statement before 00:09 but I want to look at his last statement. 00:11 We've dealt with Romans 6:7, 8. 00:13 When you get down Romans 12, he gives you a little key, 00:16 " I beseech you therefore, brethren, 00:17 that you present your bodies a living sacrifice." 00:19 Yes. 00:21 That's key to everything that he's been talking about. 00:23 We touched on that. 00:24 You got to have a relationship with Jesus 00:27 for this stuff to make sense. 00:28 Because the carnal mind can't even see this, 00:30 let alone walk in it. 00:32 Amen. Do you agree? 00:33 That's right, and I like when we ended in Romans 7 00:36 and we jumped in Romans 8, 00:37 "There is therefore now no condemnation." 00:39 See, what the law could not do in that 00:42 that was weak through the flesh. 00:43 People read that and they say, 00:45 "Oh, the law was weak," "No, the flesh was weak." 00:47 Well said. 00:48 God's commandments could do anything 00:50 because we were the ones that were weak. 00:51 So, Jesus came on account of sinful flesh, 00:54 and He condemned sin in the flesh 00:56 so that we could one day by His power 00:59 fulfill the righteous requirements of the law. 01:02 So the law is righteous, holy, just, good, pure, 01:05 spiritual and the Lord by Jesus coming to die 01:08 and putting the Spirit of God in our lives, 01:09 now we can live in harmony with the law. 01:11 Praise the Lord for that. 01:12 Beautiful. Yeah. 01:14 Book of Matthew 19, quickly said, verse 17, 01:15 talking about the rich young ruler 01:16 and Jesus talking to him, 01:18 "And he said to him, Why callest thou me good? 01:20 There is none good but one, that is, God: 01:22 but if thou wilt enter life, keep the commandments." 01:26 Amen. That's right. 01:28 Enter eternal life, keep the commandments of God. 01:30 Yeah. Isn't that beautiful? 01:32 By the Christ in us, 01:33 we can live in harmony the commandments of God. 01:35 Amen, amen. We could, 01:36 we could talk all day, all night, 01:38 because this is a rich subject 01:39 and an exciting subject and hopefully, 01:41 hopefully you will keep on studying. 01:42 Our time has fast slipped into eternity. 01:44 Allow me in closing to wish you both grace 01:46 and peace through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 01:48 We'll see again soon. 01:50 Bye-bye and God bless. |
