00:02 You know, the most amazing thing 00:04 about Water for Life is that their volunteers 00:07 repeat and keep going back, and it's so fun. 00:10 Do you think you can tell us 00:12 the story of the Witch of Barielle real fast? 00:16 Bernie went to a place to check on a well, 00:18 found a very sick child, who'd been bitten by a snake. 00:22 Bernie scooped the child up, took it to the local hospital 00:26 and paid for this child's care. 00:28 The child had been bitten by a fer-de-lance, 00:30 which is a deadly snake. 00:32 And Bernie was able to get this child 00:35 the healthcare it needed. 00:37 And the child's grandmother 00:42 was known as a witch. 00:44 And through saving that child, 00:46 this witch has become an Adventist. 00:49 She's no longer a witch. 00:51 She's one of the pillars of the Barielle 00:52 Seventh-day Adventist Church. 00:54 I've met the lady and I have met the child. 00:58 And these are two people who have been saved 01:02 by the work of Water for Life. 01:03 Praise the Lord. 01:05 That just gave me chills when you were saying it. 01:07 Okay, so we know that you've got 01:10 this wonderful ministry, 01:11 you've got these volunteers who come back. 01:15 They must be pretty enjoying themselves 01:17 or getting a benefit of helping. 01:20 You know, what You can't help... 01:22 If you bless somebody else, guess what 01:24 You get doubly blessed. 01:26 But you're still 01:27 most importantly looking for prayer support, 01:30 and you're looking for more volunteers. 01:32 Yes, we need volunteers in the healthcare, 01:35 allied professions, 01:38 nurses or dental hygienists. 01:40 We have all the equipment necessary. 01:42 We just need people who have a heart 01:44 to go into these villages, 01:46 and bless the people with their talents. 01:48 We know the villages, we can take you there, 01:51 we've got the equipment, we just need folks to come. 01:53 Amen. 01:55 Well, I know that the Lord is going to open the way 01:58 and make a level path for your feet at home, 02:01 to going down to Guatemala. 02:03 Tim and Annette, thank you so much 02:05 that you made yourself available to Lord. 02:08 I mean, as a district attorney, 02:10 I don't think you woke up one day and said, 02:12 Hey, I think I could drill a well, 02:14 but look what God has done. 02:15 For those of you at home, 02:17 we're so thankful that you joined us today. 02:19 Hope you were inspired. 02:21 And our prayer for you 02:22 is that the grace of our Lord and Savior, 02:25 Jesus Christ, the love of the Father, 02:26 and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit 02:28 will be with you always. 02:31 See you next time.
