00:01 Boy, these are some exciting changes
00:02 that are happening... 00:04 Well, actually happened four, five years ago nearly. 00:06 So tell us some of... 00:09 You got just a minute, give us a closing thought? 00:12 Well, it's so exciting to see the way 00:14 the Lord has opened such great opportunities. 00:16 And even though in the eyes of some 00:18 we were making sacrifices, 00:20 actually it was redirecting ourselves 00:24 to a path that God wanted us to be walking in. 00:27 And we see the evidence of his blessing 00:29 as we see our graduates, our students working, 00:33 and our staff members in many of the local churches. 00:36 Last year we were able to host an Amen free clinic. 00:39 We partnered with the local churches, 00:41 we even partnered with the non-Adventist entities 00:44 like the University of Virginia, 00:46 and Germanna Community College 00:47 to serve the community the way Christ did, 00:50 you know, using Christ method. 00:52 We work with the local churches in such a great way. 00:55 One of the local churches is A Living Hope, 00:57 where Elder Finley has a school of evangelism. 01:00 Our students work there, 01:01 I'm an elder of that church 01:03 and it's such a privilege 01:04 to work with Elder Finley as a mentor. 01:07 And we take our staff to his school of evangelism 01:09 to be mentored, 01:11 and how to be more effective in winning souls 01:13 and doing it in the Spirit of Christ. 01:15 So these are some of the amazing opportunities. 01:17 Just recently, 01:19 my wife was the health outreach coordinator 01:20 for Hartland, was invited by MENA, 01:23 the Middle East and North African Union too. 01:25 She's going to be there in September, 01:27 training their Bible workers 01:29 and health outreach with Muslims. 01:30 So these are opportunities that would not have opened 01:33 if we had continued working as an independent ministry. 01:36 It's a blessing to be a supportive ministry. 01:38 Amen.
